The isoform of cytochrome P450 that catalyzes the 12 alpha-hydroxylation of 7 alpha-hydroxy-4-cholesten-3-one, an intermediate in the conversion of cholesterol to cholic acid, was purified to homogeneity from rabbit liver microsomes. The extent of purification in the various steps was judged by an assay involving high performance liquid chromatography. The purified enzyme showed a single band on SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (M(r) = 50,000). The NH2-terminal amino acid sequence is as follows: Val-Leu-Trp-Gly-Leu-Leu-Gly-Ala-Leu-Leu-Met-Val-Met-Val-Gly-, which is different from that of any other P450s so far reported. The specific content of the enzyme was 13.3 nmol of cytochrome P450/mg of protein. Upon reconstitution with NADPH-cytochrome P450 reductase and cytochrome b5, the P450 enzyme showed a high activity of 12 alpha-hydroxylation with a turnover number of 36.6 min-1 at 37 degrees C. The omission of either cytochrome P450 or NADPH-cytochrome P450 reductase resulted in complete loss of activity, and the omission of cytochrome b5 resulted in 40% loss of activity. Antibodies prepared from mouse inhibited the 12 alpha-hydroxylase activity of rabbit liver microsomes about 90% and that of the rat liver microsomes 50%. The enzyme activity was not inhibited by other antibodies raised against other forms of P450 that catalyze different monooxygenation reactions toward xenobiotics or endogenous substrates. Anti-cytochrome b5 antibody inhibited the activity 40%, suggesting the functional role of this protein, and anti-reductase inhibited the activity almost completely. The microsomal enzyme activity was markedly elevated by starvation or streptozotocin administration to the animals. However, an immunoblotting experiment showed no correlation between the enzyme activity and the amount of protein, suggesting that post-translational modification may occur.  相似文献

alpha-Ketoglutarate dehydrogenase has been demonstrated for the first time in cell extracts from the filamentous fungus Aspergillus niger. A minimum protein concentration of 5 mg/ml is necessary for detecting enzyme activity, but a maximum of ca. 0.060 mumol/min per mg of protein is observed only when the protein concentration is above 9 mg/ml. alpha-Ketoglutarate can partly stabilize the enzyme against dilution in the assay system. Neither bovine serum albumin nor a variety of substrates or effectors of the enzyme could stabilize the enzyme against inactivation by dilution. A kinetic analysis of the enzyme revealed Michaelis-Menten kinetics with respect to alpha-ketoglutarate, coenzyme A, and NAD. Thiamine PPi was required for maximal activity. NADH, oxaloacetate, succinate, and cis-aconitate were found to inhibit the enzyme; AMP was without effect. Monovalent cations including NH4+ were inhibitory at high concentrations (greater than 20 mM). The highest enzyme activity was found in rapidly growing mycelia (glucose-NH4+ or glucose-peptone medium). We discuss the possibility that citric acid accumulation is caused by oxaloacetate and NADH inhibition of the alpha-ketoglutarate dehydrogenase of A. niger.  相似文献

The demonstration of the ornithine biosynthesis from glutamate in cell-free homogenates of rat intestinal mucosa by Ross, G., Dunn, D., and Jones, M.E. (1978) Biochem. Biophys. Res. Commun. 85, 140-147 suggested that this tissue might have the capacity to convert glutamate to pyrroline-5-carboxylate (P5C). We have shown in the preceding paper (Wakabayashi, Y., and Jones, M.E. (1983) J. Biol. Chem. 258, 3865-3872) that this is the case. The intracellular distribution of the P5C-synthesizing activity was investigated utilizing a newly developed procedure for subcellular fractionation of the rat intestinal mucosa. We found that the activity resided in the mitochondrial fraction as characterized by marker enzymes and an electron micrograph. The mitochondrial membrane fraction, freed of the soluble matrix and intermembrane space enzymes, retained all of the P5C-synthesizing activity. Addition of the soluble fraction to the membrane fraction did not affect the activity. P5C synthase, the name we have chosen for the protein(s) that catalyzes P5C synthesis from glutamate when ATP and NADPH are present, is susceptible to thermal inactivation in the presence of detergent. By lowering the incubation temperature to or below 20 degrees C, one can obtain a linear production of P5C with respect to time and protein concentration. Lower incubation temperatures are recommended for routine assay of this enzyme(s). Addition of 30% glycerol to the incubation mixture resulted in a linear formation of P5C with time at 30 degrees C; this and other data suggest that polyhydroxylic compounds may protect this protein against denaturation. Preliminary experiments suggest that P5C synthase can be extracted from a mitochondrial membrane in the presence of detergent, a high salt concentration, and glycerol. The possibility that the enzyme(s) is located in the inner mitochondrial membrane is discussed.  相似文献

The expression of Δ1-pyrroline-5-carboxylate reductase (P5CR) gene was found to be higher in soybean root nodules than in leaves and roots, and its expression in roots appeared to be osmoregulated (AJ Delauney, DPS Verma [1990] Mol Gen Genet 221: 299-305). P5CR was purified to homogeneity as a monomeric protein of 29 kilodaltons by overexpression of a soybean P5CR cDNA clone in Escherichia coli. The pH optimum of the purified P5CR was altered by increasing the salt concentration, and maximum enzyme activity was attainable at a lower pH under high salt (0.2-1 molar NaCl). Kinetic studies of the purified enzyme suggested that nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate+ inhibited P5CR activity, whereas nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide+ did not. Subcellular fractionation and antibodies raised against purified soybean P5CR were used to investigate location of the enzyme in different parts of soybean as well as in leaves of transgenic tobacco plants synthesizing soybean P5CR. P5CR activity was present in cytoplasm of soybean roots and nodules as well as in leaves, but in leaves, about 15% of the activity was detected in the plastid fraction. The location of P5CR was further confirmed by western blot assay of the proteins from cytosol and plastid fractions of different parts of the plant. Expression of soybean nodule cytosolic P5CR in transgenic tobacco under the control of cauliflower mosaic virus 35S promoter led to the accumulation of this protein exclusively in the cytoplasm, suggesting that the chloroplastic activity may be due to the presence of a plastid form of the enzyme. The different locations of P5CR in root and leaf suggested that proline may be synthesized in different subcellular compartments in root and leaf. Proline concentration was not significantly increased in transgenic plants exhibiting high level P5CR activity, indicating that reduction of P5C is not a rate-limiting step in proline production.  相似文献

Phosphorylation of endogenous and artificial protein substrates by protein kinase P is stimulated by phosphatidylinositol or phosphatidylglycerol (D. J. Klemm, and L. Elias (1987) J. Biol. Chem. 262, 7580-7585; L. Elias and A. Davis (1985) J. Biol. Chem. 260, 7023-7028). Stimulation of protein kinase P activity required phospholipid vesicles rather than free phospholipid molecules. Protein kinase P activity increased as the phosphatidylinositol content of the vesicles was raised from 20 to 100%; no stimulation was detected below 20% phosphatidylinositol. This suggests that a vesicle surface rich in phosphatidylinositol is required for enzyme activation. Maximum activation of protein kinase P activity showed an optimum value with respect to phospholipid concentration, with both endogenous and artificial protein substrates. The phospholipid concentration at which optimal enzyme activity occurred shifted in response to the concentration of protein substrate, but not enzyme concentration. Therefore, the density of substrate molecules on the surface of phospholipid vesicles is a critical feature of protein kinase P stimulation. Binding of protein kinase P to vesicles was independent of micelle composition, but the binding of the artificial substrate, histone H2B, was specific for vesicles containing phosphatidylinositol or phosphatidylglycerol, and increased as the content of phosphatidylinositol was increased. Thus, an important feature of protein kinase P activation appeared to be the specific binding of protein substrate to phospholipid vesicles.  相似文献

D-alpha-Hydroxyglutarate dehydrogenase of R. rubrum grown anaerobically in the light was partially purified and some properties were investigated. 1. The enzyme catalyze stoichiometrically the dehydrogenation reaction of D-alpha-hydroxyglutarate into alpha-oxoglutarate, coupled with the reduction of 2, 6-dichlorophenolindophenol. 2. Cytochrome c2, cytochrome c, and ferricyanide are effective as electron acceptors with the crude enzyme but not with the purified one, whereas NAD+ and NADP+ are completely ineffective. The enzyme is thought to play a role in the electron transport system of the organism. 3. D-alpha-Hydroxyglutarate is virtually the sole substrate for the enzyme. The apparent activity against L-alpha-hydroxyglutarate is presumed to be due to contamination of the L-isomer sample with the D-isomer. The enzyme shows barely detectable activity against both isomers of malate and virtually no activity against DL-lactate and glycolate. 4. Both isomers of malate and oxalate, which are presumably substrate analogues, inhibit the enzyme activity. 5. The enzyme is not an inducible enzyme but rather is a constitutive one for R. rubrum, unlike from the enzyme of Pseudomonas putida which is an inducible enzyme for the catabolism of lysine.  相似文献

A mutant Escherichia coli (Ppcc-) which was unable to grow on glucose as a sole carbon source was isolated. This mutant had very low levels of phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase activity (approximately 5% of the wild type). Goat immunoglobulin G prepared against wild-type phosphoenolypyruvate carboxylase cross-reacted with the Ppcc- enzyme. The amount of enzyme protein in the mutant cells was similar to that found in wild-type cells, but it had greatly diminished specific activity. The catalytically less active mutant enzyme retained the ability to interact with fructose 1,6-bisphosphate, but did not exhibit stabilization of the tetrameric form by aspartate. The pI of the mutant protein was lower (4.9) than that of the wild-type protein (5.1). After electrophoresis and immunoblotting of the partially purified protein, several immunostaining bands were seen in addition to the main enzyme band. A novel method for showing that these bands represented proteolytic fragments of phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase was developed.  相似文献

The bifunctional P protein (chorismate mutase: prephenate dehydratase) from Acinetobacter calcoaceticus has been purified. It was homogeneous in polyacrylamide gels and was more than 95% pure on the basis of the immunostaining of purified P protein with the antibodies raised against the P protein. The native enzyme is a homodimer (Mr = 91,000) composed of 45-kDa subunits. A twofold increase in the native molecular mass of the P protein occurred in the presence of L-phenylalanine (inhibitor of both activities) or L-tyrosine (activator of the dehydratase activity) during gel filtration. Chorismate mutase activity followed Michaelis-Menten kinetics with a Km of 0.55 mM for chorismate. L-Phenylalanine was a relatively poor non-competitive inhibitor of the mutase activity. The chorismate mutase activity was also competitively inhibited by prephenate (reaction product). Substrate-saturation curves for the dehydratase activity were sigmoidal showing positive cooperativity among the prephenate-binding sites. L-Tyrosine activated prephenate dehydratase strongly but did not abolish positive cooperativity with respect to prephenate. L-Phenylalanine inhibited the dehydratase activity, and the substrate-saturation curves became increasingly sigmoidal as phenylalanine concentrations were increased with happ values changing from 2.0 (no phenylalanine) to 4.0 (0.08 mM L-phenylalanine). A sigmoidal inhibition curve of the dehydratase activity by L-phenylalanine gave Hill plots having a slope of -2.9. Higher ionic strength increased the dehydratase activity by reducing the positive cooperative binding of prephenate, and the sigmoidal substrate-saturation curves were changed to near-hyperbolic form. The happ values decreased with increase in ionic strength. Antibodies raised against the purified P protein showed cross-reactivity with the P proteins from near phylogenetic relatives of A. calcoaceticus. At a greater phylogenetic distance, cross-reaction was superior with P protein from Neisseria gonorrhoeae than with that from the more closely related Escherichia coli.  相似文献

Earlier, we reported (N. J. Lassam, S. T. Bayley, F. L. Graham, and P. E. Branton, Nature (London) 277:241-243, 1979) detecting protein kinase activity when cytoplasmic extracts of human adenovirus type 5 (Ad5)-infected KB cells immunoprecipitated with 14b antitumor serum directed against the transforming proteins of Ad5, were incubated with [gamma-32P]ATP. Here we show that in the in vitro assay this kinase phosphorylated both the heavy chain of immunoglobulin G and polypeptide than comigrated on sodium dodecyl sulfate gels with the 58,000-dalton Ad5 antigen. It also phosphorylated added histone H3. Evidence is presented that the protein kinase activity found with extracts from Ad5-infected cells is not due to nonspecific trapping of cellular enzymes in immune complexes, but to an enzyme which is distinct from kinases detected at background levels in controls. Serine and threonine were the major phosphorylated amino acids, and essentially no phosphotyrosine was detected. Protein kinase activity detected in Ad12-infected cells immunoprecipitated by an antiserum derived from hamsters bearing Ad12-induced tumors appeared to be immunologically distinct from that immunoprecipitated from Ad5-infected cells by 14b serum.  相似文献

Protein kinase, which was isolated from cells infected with T7, is indeed a viral gene product. This is shown by DNA-dependent synthesis in vitro. The protein kinase transfers phosphate from ATP to seryl or threonyl residues in protein. The enzyme has only a relative requirement for magnesium ions, but is only active at low ionic strength. The best substrate is lysozyme. T7 protein kinase activity is not stimulated by cyclic 3':5'-AMP and/or cyclic 3':5'-GMP. The T7 protein kinase carries -- SH groups essential for activity. There is indication that the enzyme phosphorylates itself and causes self inactivation, which may explain the fast disappearance of enzyme activity in vivo. Bacteriophage T3 also induces a protein kinase which is similar to the T7-induced enzyme in all respects tested.  相似文献

Purified recombinant human 5-lipoxygenase was used to investigate the catalytic properties of the protein in the presence and absence of leukocyte stimulatory factors. Recombinant human 5-lipoxygenase was purified to apparent homogeneity (95-99%) from a high expression baculovirus system by chromatography on ATP-agarose with a yield of 0.6 mg of protein per 100 ml of culture (2 x 10(8) cells) and a specific activity of 3-6 mumol of 5-hydroperoxyeicosatetraenoic acid (5-HPETE) per mg of protein in the presence of ATP, Ca2+, and phosphatidylcholine as the only factors. In the absence of leukocyte factors, the reaction catalyzed by the purified recombinant enzyme showed a half-time of maximal 5-HPETE formation of 0.5-0.7 min and was sensitive to the selective 5-lipoxygenase inhibitors BW755C (IC50 = 13 microM) and L-656,224 (IC50 = 0.8 microM). The reaction products of arachidonic acid oxidation were 5-HPETE and 6-trans- and 12-epi-6-trans-leukotriene B4, the nonenzymatic hydrolysis products of leukotriene A4 (LTA4), indicating that the purified protein expressed both the 5-oxygenase and leukotriene A4 synthase activities (ratio 6:1). The microsomal fraction and the 60-90% ammonium sulfate precipitate fraction from sonicated human leukocytes did not increase product formation by the isolated enzyme when assayed in the presence of ATP, Ca2+, and phosphatidylcholine. These factors were found to stabilize 5-lipoxygenase during preincubation of the enzyme at 37 degrees C with the assay mixture but they failed to stimulate enzymatic activity when added at the end of the preincubation period. The results demonstrate that human 5-lipoxygenase can be isolated in a catalytically active form and that protein factors from leukocytes protect against enzyme inactivation but are not essential for enzyme activity.  相似文献

Ornithine decarboxylase, the rate-limiting enzyme in the polyamine biosynthetic pathway has been purified 7,600 fold from Plasmodium falciparum by affinity chromatography on a pyridoxamine phosphate column. The partially purified enzyme was specifically tagged with radioactive DL-alpha-difluoromethylornithine and subjected to polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis under denaturing conditions. A major protein band of 49 kilodalton was obtained while with the purified mouse enzyme, a typical 53 kilodalton band, was observed. The catalytic activity of parasite enzyme was dependent on pyridoxal 5'-phosphate and was optimal at pH 8.0. The apparent Michaelis constant for L-ornithine was 52 microM. DL-alpha-difluoromethylornithine efficiently and irreversibly inhibited ornithine decarboxylase activity from P. falciparum grown in vitro or Plasmodium berghei grown in vivo. The Ki of the human malarial enzyme for this inhibitor was 16 microM. Ornithine decarboxylase activity in P. falciparum cultures was rapidly lost upon exposure to the direct product, putrescine. Despite the profound inhibition of protein synthesis with cycloheximide in vitro, parasite enzyme activity was only slightly reduced by 75 min of treatment, suggesting a relatively long half-life for the malarial enzyme. Ornithine decarboxylase activity from P. falciparum and P. berghei was not eliminated by antiserum prepared against purified mouse enzyme. Furthermore, RNA or DNA extracted from P. falciparum failed to hybridize to a mouse ornithine decarboxylase cDNA probe. These results suggest that ODC from P. falciparum bears some structural differences as compared to the mammalian enzyme.  相似文献

A Ca2+- and phospholipid-dependent protein kinase (protein kinase C) was partially purified from the media of bovine aortas by chromatography on DEAE-Sephacel and phenyl-Sepharose. Enzyme activity was characterized with both histone and a 47 kDa platelet protein (P47) as substrates, because the properties of protein kinase C can be modified by the choice of substrate. Both phosphatidylserine and Ca2+ were required for kinase activity. With P47 as substrate, protein kinase C had a Ka for Ca2+ of 5 microM. Addition of diolein to the enzyme assay caused a marked stimulation of activity, especially at low Ca2+ concentrations, but the Ka for Ca2+ was shifted only slightly, to 2.5 microM. With histone as substrate, the enzyme had a very high Ka (greater than 50 microM) for Ca2+, which was substantially decreased to 3 microM-Ca2+ by diolein. A Triton X-100 mixed-micelle preparation of lipids was also utilized to assay protein kinase C with histone as the substrate. Under these conditions kinase activity was almost totally dependent on the presence of diolein; again, diolein caused a large decrease in the Ka for Ca2+, from greater than 100 microM to 2.5 microM. The increased sensitivity of protein kinase C to Ca2+ with P47 rather than histone, and the ability of diacylglycerol to activate protein kinase C without shifting the Ka for Ca2+, when P47 is the substrate, illustrate that the mechanism of protein kinase C activation is influenced by the exogenous substrate used to assay the enzyme.  相似文献

31P nuclear magnetic resonance spectra and enzymatic activities are compared for alkaline phosphatase (orthophosphoric-monoester phosphohydrolase (alkaline optimum), EC 3.1.3.1) species with different zinc contents. The enzyme containing two Zn2+ per protein dimer exists in two forms; one, prepared by dialysis of native enzyme, has full enzymatic activity and a 31P magnetic resonance spectrum similar to but distinguishable from that of the native enzyme containing four or more Zn2+. The other form, prepared by restoring two Zn2+ to apoenzyme, has low enzymatic activity and a 31P magnetic resonance spectrum that indicates stoichiometric binding of phosphate, but otherwise altered properties. Reconstituted enzyme with four Zn2+ is similar to but distinguishable from native enzyme with four Zn2+. Chromatography on DEAE-cellulose can separate apoenzyme and enzyme containing two Zn2+ and suggests that the binding of a pair of Zn2+ is cooperative.  相似文献

1. Incubation of mitochondria from heart, liver and kidney with [32P]phosphate allowed 32P incorporation into two intramitochondrial proteins, the decarboxylase alpha-subunit of the pyruvate dehydrogenase complex (mol.wt 42000) and a protein of mol.wt. 48000. 2. This latter protein incorporated 32P more slowly than did pyruvate dehydrogenase, was not precipitated by antibody to pyruvate dehydrogenase and showed behaviour distinct from that of pyruvate dehydrogenase towards high-speed centrifugation and pyruvate dehydrogenase phosphate phosphatase. 3. 32P incorporation into the protein was greatly diminished by the presence of 0.1 mM-4-methyl-2-oxopentanoate, but enhanced by pyruvate (1 mM), hypo-osmotic treatment of mitochondria and, under some conditions, by uncoupler. 4. The activity of branched-chain 2-oxo acid dehydrogenase was assayed in parallel experiments. Under appropriate conditions the enzyme was inhibited when 32P incorporation was increased and activated when incorporation was decreased. The data suggest that the 48000-mol.wt. phosphorylated protein is identical with the decarboxylase subunit of branched-chain 2-oxo acid dehydrogenase and that this enzyme may be controlled by a phosphorylation-dephosphorylation cycle akin to that for pyruvate dehydrogenase. 5. Strict correlation between activity and 32P incorporation was not observed, and a scheme for the regulation of the enzyme is proposed to account for these discrepancies.  相似文献

The enzymatic activity of human erythrocyte pyruvate kinase was found to decrease on incubation of the purified enzyme with red blood cell ghosts, ATP and cAMP. If [32P]γATP was used radioactivity was found associated with the protein after gel electrophoresis. Various effectors protected the enzyme against phosphorylation. Treatment of the modified enzyme with a protein phosphatase restored enzymatic activity and also caused the loss of the radioactive label. Modification of the pyruvate kinase in this way altered the affinity of the enzyme for one of its substrates (phosphoenolpyruvate), but the binding of the other substrate (ADP) was unaffected.  相似文献

The cephalosporin beta-lactamase was purified from a strain of Proteus morganii that showed resistance to beta-lactam antibiotics and produced the enzyme constitutively. The purified enzyme preparation gave a single protein band on polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and consisted of a single polypeptide of molecular weight 38,000 to 40,000 from gel filtration of Sephadex G-100 and sodium dodecyl sulfate-acrylamide gel electrophoresis, its isoelectric point being pH 7.2 No cysteine residue was found in its amino acid composition. The specific activity was 190 mumol/min per mg of the purified enzyme protein for the hydrolysis of cephaloridine, the optimal pH was about 8.5 and the optimal temperature was 50 degrees C. Antibodies against the purified beta-lactamase inhibited not only the enzyme activity of the purified preparation, but also the enzyme activity of all of the other strains of P. morganii so far tested, regardless of whether the modes of their production were inducible or constitutive. None of the beta-lactamases produced by beta-lactam antibiotic-resistant strains of other species of Proteus was affected at all by the antibodies, thus showing that the purified cephalosporin beta-lactamase was of the species-specific type. The enzymological properties of the preparation have been compared with those of beta-lactamases derived from other gram-negative enteric bacteria.  相似文献

Tadpole collagenase hydrolyzed native and denatured collagen and synthetic peptides with sequences of 2,4-dinitrophenyl-L-prolyl-L-leucylglycyl-L-isoleucyl-L-alanylglycyl-L-arginie amide and 2,4-dinitrophenyl-L-prolyl-L-glutaminyl-glycyl-L-isoleucyl-L-alanylglycyl-L-glutaminyl-D-arginine. The specific enzyme activity against the latter substrate and collagen fibrils is found to be 933 nmol/min per mg protein and 8440 units (microgram collagen degraded/min), respectively. Optimum pH for the enzyme is 7.5-8.5. A collagenase complex with alpha2-macroglobulin did not hydrolyze collagen fibrils, but digested the synthetic substrates at the Gly-Ile bond. The amino acid composition of the enzyme was determined. Immunoelectrophoresis of the enzyme at pH 8.6 against anti-tadpole collagenase rabbit immunoglobulin G shows a single precipitin line at a position migrating faster than human serum albumin and corresponding to enzyme activity against collagen fibril and synthetic substrates.  相似文献

The tissue distribution and subcellular location of branched chain aminotransferase was analyzed using polyclonal antibodies against the enzyme purified from rat heart mitochondria (BCATm). Immunoreactive proteins were visualized by immunoblotting. The antiserum recognized a 41-kDa protein in the 100,000 x g supernatant from a rat heart mitochondrial sonicate. The 41-kDa protein was always present in mitochondria which contained branched chain aminotransferase activity, skeletal muscle, kidney, stomach, and brain, but not in cytosolic fractions. In liver mitochondria, which have very low levels of branched chain aminotransferase activity, the 41-kDa protein was not present. However, two immunoreactive proteins of slightly higher molecular masses were identified. These proteins were located in hepatocytes. The 41-kDa protein was present in fetal liver mitochondria but not in liver mitochondria from 5-day neonates. Thus disappearance of the 41-kDa protein coincided with the developmental decline in liver branched chain aminotransferase activity. Two-dimensional immunoblots of isolated BCATm immunocomplexes showed that the liver immunoreactive proteins were clearly different from the heart and kidney proteins which exhibited identical immunoblots. Investigation of BCATm in subcellular fractions prepared from different skeletal muscle fiber types revealed that branched chain aminotransferase is exclusively a mitochondrial enzyme in skeletal muscles. Although total detergent-extractable branched chain aminotransferase activity was largely independent of fiber type, branched chain aminotransferase activity and BCATm protein concentration were highest in mitochondria prepared from white gastrocnemius followed by mixed skeletal muscles with lowest activity and protein concentration found in soleus mitochondria. These quantitative differences in mitochondrial branched chain aminotransferase activity and enzyme protein content suggest there may be differential expression of BCATm in different muscle fiber types.  相似文献
