最近被重新界定的广义石山苣苔属(Petrocodon Hance)是苦苣苔科(Gesneriaceae)一个中等大小的属,我国目前已知的有34种1变种,主要分布于我国华南至西南石灰岩地区。该文报道了于云南东南部马关县发现的该属一新种——细管石山苣苔(Petrocodon tenuitubus W. H. Chen,F. WenY. M. Shui)。该新种在形态上与陆氏细筒苣苔(P. lui)、细筒苣苔(P. hispidus)和长檐苣苔(P. jasminiflorus)相似,但其线形或披针形的苞片和小苞片均为3枚,花冠筒细小且弯曲,盘形柱头1,很容易区别于陆氏细筒苣苔和细筒苣苔;而其叶片卵形至圆形,花冠裂片卵形而尖端钝以及退化雄蕊3,则显著区别于长檐苣苔。该新种的发现对推进我国石灰岩地区苦苣苔科植物资源的发掘具有一定意义。主模式标本存放于中国科学院昆明植物研究所标本馆(KUN),等模式标本存放于广西植物研究所标本馆(IBK)。  相似文献

报道了广西石灰岩地区苦苣苔科报春苣苔属(Primulina Hance)1新种——北流报春苣苔(P. beiliuensis B. Pan & S. X. Huang)。该新种在形态上与黄花牛耳朵[P. lutea(Yan Liu & Y. G. Wei)Mich. Möller & A. Weber]较近,但叶宽卵形,叶基部近心形,叶缘具浅钝齿或呈浅波状齿,花冠紫色,花冠、花序梗、花梗、苞片及花萼均被紫色短柔毛而区别与后者; 分子生物学证据表明,在系统发育上与桂林小花苣苔[P. repanda var. guilinensis(W. T. Wang)Mich. Möller & A. Weber]近缘,但两者在形态学上相差较远。  相似文献

Miconia howardiana, which is known only from a diverse moist montane forest in the vicinity of Loma Trocha de Pey (or “Monteada Nueva”), the easternmost peak of the Sierra de Baoruco, is described and illustrated. It is compared to phenetically similar (and probably phylogenetically related) species of theMiconia favosa complex, i.e.,M. favosa, M. xenotricha, M. campanensis M. Sintenisii, M. foveolata, andM. pycnoneura. The species of this complex are characterized by bullate leaves with frequently cordate bases and often six secondary veins. Most species also have large berries and flowers, 5-locular ovaries, large inflorescence bracts and bracteoles, and more or less dendritic multicellular hairs.  相似文献

We restrict the genusLipochaeta to the allopolyploid species of the typical section.Lipochaeta s.str. is interpreted to be the result of an intergeneric hybridization betweenMelanthera and a presently unknown taxon, perhaps of the genusWedelia. Lipochaeta is characterized, in addition to its allopolyploidy (n=26), by having both flavonols and flavones, disk corollas with 4 lobes, achenes tuberculate at maturity, the disk achenes flattened to slightly biconvex, and ray achenes obcompressed.Lipochaeta sect.Aphanopappus andWollastonia are here reduced to synonymy underMelanthera. We transfer 14 HawaiianLipochaeta and one New Caledonian species as well as the AsianWedelia prostrata toMelanthera. These transfers, along with the species in Africa and North America, bring the number of species in the genus to 35.Melanthera is delimited by an abruptly narrowed to truncate and flattened top of the achene, (0−)1–15(−20) often unequal, ciliate or barbellate, caducous pappus bristles immediately surrounding the corolla, involucral bracts and receptacular paleae with many veins forming longitudinal striations, and n=15. The florets are 5-merous, the corollas are yellow or white, and rays are absent (in white-flowered species) or present and neutral or fertile. In dealing with species formerly placed inLipochaeta, the GalapagosL. laricifolia is here transferred from the illegitimate generic nameMacraea toTrigonopterum and the BrazilianL. goyazensis is transferred toAngelphytum. We maintain the earlier reduction ofEchinocephalum underMelanthera and reduce all three taxa originally described in it to one,M. latifolia.  相似文献

A new genus ofPolygonaceae subfam.Eriogonoideae is established for what has long been known asEriogonum puberulum. NamedJohanneshowellia in honor of the late John Thomas Howell (1903–1994), a new combination,J. puberula, and a new species,J. crateriorum, are established. The common name Howell's-buckwheat is proposed for the group. The new genus differs from other members of the subfamily in having its involucral structure reduced to a spiral of four to seven bracts each of which is associated with a flower-bearing pedicel and a basal bractlet. In bud and early anthesis the outer two (rarely outer three) bracts may be partially connate, but typically become separate at full anthesis. The connate, ternate, foliar bracts at the base of the node act as a traditionalEriogonum-like involucre surrounding the branches of the inflorescence, the involucral bracts, and the flowers. Members of the new genus are found in the arid Intermountain West of the United States from Inyo Co., California, across Nevada to western Utah.  相似文献

该文报道了中国唇形科植物一新归化种——荆芥叶狮耳草[Leonotis nepetifolia(L.)R.Br.],该种的发现代表狮耳草属[Leonotis(Pers.)R.Br.]在中国的新归化。狮耳草属的主要特征为轮伞花序腋生,苞片和萼齿顶端针刺状,花冠桔红色或黄色,冠唇上唇较大,下唇较小;其与绣球防风属(Leucas R.Br)较为接近,但后者的萼齿等大,花冠通常白色,花冠筒不超出萼外,冠檐下唇长于上唇,二者区别较为显著。荆芥叶狮耳草为一年生草本。轮伞花序球形,多花密集,其下承以多数密集苞片;苞片细长,向下微弯曲,先端针刺状。花萼管状,先端膨大而略折曲;萼齿针刺状,最上面一枚较大。花冠桔红色,密被桔红色绒毛;花冠筒细长,伸出萼筒之外;冠檐二唇形,上唇较大,下唇较小。荆芥叶狮耳草与同属植物Leonotis leonurus R.Br.最为相似,但前者叶为卵圆形或心形,后者的叶片多为披针形。根据该研究的标本和相关文献资料,该文还提供了狮耳草属和荆芥叶狮耳草的形态描述、地理分布的讨论,以及荆芥叶狮耳草的资源价值、归化途经、繁殖和危害的讨论和野外生态照片。  相似文献

Menziesia goyozanensis, a Japanese kindof fool's huckleberry, is a shrub speciesendemic only to Mt. Goyo in northern Japan.This species is listed as `criticallyendangered' in the Red Data Book of wild plantsin Japan, and only a single population has yetbeen discovered. The allozyme diversity andRAPD variation of Menziesia pentandrawere eight- and threefold greater than those ofM. goyozanensis, respectively, althoughwe examined only five populations representinga part of the distribution of M.pentandra. Because the environment surroundingthe population of M. goyoznaensis seemsto be stable at present, it is not necessary toplan an urgent ecological conservation practicefor the species. However, considering that thehabitat of M. goyozanensis is very smalland large vegetative disturbances occasionallyoccur in cool temperate forests, in which thespecies dwells, ex situ conservation isessential.  相似文献

Light saturated net photosynthesis was measured in bracts and leaves ofCarpinus laxiflora, the major species in secondary forests in cool and intermediate temperate zones in Japan. The maximum net photosynthesis of leaves and bracts was essentially constant from May to early August and decreased gradually thereafter. For bracts, it was 3.2 μmol m−2s−1, approximately half that for the leaves. The photosynthesis of bracts would thus appear to contribute significantly to seed maturity. The estimated production of bract based on the photosynthesis would make seeds (3 mg dry weight) mature for 37 days, assuming all photosynthate of the bracts to have been distributed in the seeds only. This was quite consistent with the growth curve for the seeds. A mast year phenomenon is discussed in relation to bract photosynthesis and leaf number.  相似文献

During the study of the Lamiaceae from Guerrero, Mexico, specimens of Lepechinia sect. Glomeratae were found, similar to L. glomerata, but different in having larger flowers that are orange at the base and red at the apex, with a tubular corolla that is invaginated at the base, and widely ovate bracts that are acuminate at the apex. The new species, Lepechinia flammea, is described and illustrated. A key to distinguish the species is included.
Resumen  Durante el estudio de la familia Lamiaceae en el Guerrero, México, se encontraron algunos ejemplares de Lepechinia sección Glomeratae, cercanamente relacionados con L. glomerata, pero que difieren por presentar flores más grandes, anaranjadas en la base y rojas en el ápice, corola tubular, el tubo invaginado en la base y brácteas ampliamente ovadas, con el ápice acuminado. Se presenta una descripción de la nueva especie, Lepechinia flammea, así como ilustraciones y una clave para separar ambas especies.

A coelomycetous fungus occurring on culms of Pleioblastus sp. in Yakushima Island, southern Japan, is described and illustrated as a new species, Pseudolachnella yakushimensis. The species is characterized by cupulate, superficial black setose conidiomata, and cylindrical 3-septate conidia with two to five appendages at each end. Pseudolachnella yakushimensis is similar to P. indica and P. scolecospora by its 3-septate conidia, but is different from them by its smaller conidia with more than two appendages.  相似文献

熊猫马先蒿(Pedicularis pandania)是在四川卧龙国家级自然保护区发现的马先蒿属一新种。该新种属于互生叶类群,其基生叶成丛,花冠属于短管有喙型,且下唇将喙包裹住,花管在近萼端发生约180度的扭旋使得花冠下唇在侧上方,这一特征明显区别于其他国产马先蒿物种。分子系统发育分析结果表明,熊猫马先蒿是Clade 7 成员,虽然与火焰系、假欧氏系、喙齿系、拟蕨系和长喙系等成员构成姐妹关系,但熊猫马先蒿的花冠形态特征明显区别于近缘物种。  相似文献

该文报道了国产杜鹃花科(Ericaceae)一新记录种,即埃氏越橘(Vaccinium eberhardtii Dop)。该种隶属于越橘属(Vaccinium)南烛组(Vaccinium sect. Bracteata),与同属于该组的南烛(V. bracteatum)和海岛越橘(V. wrightii)近缘,但与前者的区别在于花序梗、花梗、萼筒无毛,花冠球状坛形,药室背部明显具2个距,与后者的区别在于花梗较短,短于苞片,药室背后的距直立,长超过药管的一半。据文献记录,该种原来仅分布于越南中部和泰国,此次发现该种的分布范围可以北延至中国的广西东兴市的沿海地区,不仅丰富了越橘属分类、分布的数据,也为今后该属的分类学修订提供了新资料。凭证标本保存在中国科学院华南植物园标本馆(IBSC)和中国科学院广西植物研究所标本馆(IBK)中。  相似文献

The presence of a shoot apex and shoot apical meristem (SAM), said to be absent in subfamily Podostemoideae (Podostemaceae), is confirmed for Marathrum utile and M. foeniculaceum. The vegetative shoot axis is terminated by a small group of meristematic cells which are surrounded by the tissue of the adnate bases of foliage leaves. The slightly bulged tip of the shoot apex is embraced by the youngest leaf, facing the apex with its adaxial side. The study also refers to the spathella, a cup-shaped structure covering obligatorily the young flower bud in Podostemoideae. The occurrence of two separate peaks in the young spathella of M. foeniculaceum supports the view that the spathella is formed by two fused bracts (hypsophylls). The two bracts are perpendicular to the distichous foliage leaves below the spathella. The scaly leaflet on the spathella of A. latifolia apparently does not represent a rudimentary blade of the spathella, but is interpreted as a separate bract. The occasional occurrence of scales below or above the spathella points to a reduction of bracts that were originally present in greater number on the pedicels.  相似文献

Based on morphology, there is describedScaevola wahiawaensis, native to the mountains of Kauai Island, Hawaiian Islands. It has the blades tomentose below with erect, subequal hairs; corolla lateral lobes 12–14 mm long, 6–7 mm wide, and the thickened body 2.5–3 mm wide. Its closest relative,S. mollis, of Oahu, has the blades closely tomentose below and ascending pilose; corolla lateral lobes 7–11 mm long, 3–3.5 (−5) mm wide, and the thickened body 1.5 mm wide.  相似文献

A new species,Ruellia tuxtlensis, is described which is distinguishable fromR. mirandana by its longer spike and elliptic bracts. Background: Pityriasis versicolor (PV) is a superficial infection of the stratum corneum caused by Malassezia species. Eleven species have been identified within this genus, namely M. globosa, M. restricta, M. sympodialis, M. furfur, M. obtusa, M. slooffiae, M. pachydermatis, M. dermatis, M. japonica, M. yamatoensis, M. nana. M. furfur has long been identified as the causative fungus of PV. However, recent studies using the culture and isolation identified by morphological and physiological characteristics suggest that M. globosa is the causative agent of PV. Objectives: The aim of this study was to examine the distribution of PV microorganisms with a molecular-based non-culture method. Patients: The subjects were 49 patients with PV (32 males, 17 females; 16–83 years old) who visited our outpatient clinic. Methods: Samples were taken from lesions for direct microscopy with methylene blue and detected Malassezia species without M. pachydermatis and M. nana using a non-culture-based method consisting of nested PCR with specific primers. Results: The most frequently isolated species were M. globosa and M. restricta (both 93.9%). Only M. globosa was detected from the lesion in which the mycelial form alone was observed microscopically, but M. restricta was not. Conclusions: Our results suggest that M. globosa is the causative agent of PV.  相似文献

We examined the developmental morphology of the tropical Asian one-leaf plant Monophyllaea glabra, which is believed to have diverged first in the phylogenetic tree of the genus. The embryo within the seed consists of two cotyledons and a hypocotyl with no shoot or root apical meristems. The endogenous root meristem is formed nearer the hypocotyl end than in other examined Monophyllaea species. One of the cotyledons grows to form the macrocotyledon by means of the basal meristem. The groove meristem arises between the anisocotyledons, shifts toward the macrocotyledon, and is transformed to the inflorescence apex, which produces inflorescence axes in the axils of all ventral bracts of two rows, and secondary inflorescences in the axils of the lower dorsal bracts of the other two rows. The macrocotyledon may act as a ventral bract for the first inflorescence axis at the reproductive stage. This organization suggests that a common ancestor of Monophyllaea and Whytockia with decussate inflorescences diverged in one direction to become Monophyllaea and in another to become Whytockia.  相似文献

该文描述了自云南东南部发现的荨麻科楼梯草属一新种,南溪楼梯草(Elatostema nanxiense)。此新种与田林楼梯草(E. tianlinense)相似,但其叶具三出脉,边缘具浅圆齿或小钝齿,雄总苞苞片较少,8枚,排成一层,背面有1~3条纵肋,只1枚在顶端具角状突起而与后者相区别。此外,此新种与盘托楼梯草系的广布种盘托楼梯草(E. dissectum)的区别在于其茎被糙伏毛,叶呈椭圆形,具三出脉,雄头状花序的花序梗较短,雄总苞苞片较少,呈宽卵形或横长方形,背面有1~3条纵肋,雄小苞片有缘毛。  相似文献

Since 1985, the nonindigenous polychaete species Marenzelleria neglecta has been found in the Baltic Sea. The species, which was introduced by ship ballast water, spreads rapidly and dominates in many habitats today. Using three gene segments of the mitochondrial DNA (16S rDNA, Cytochrom oxidase I, Cytochrom b), we investigated four populations of the western and northern Baltic Sea in a preliminary survey and compared them with four other populations from the North Sea, the Baltic Sea and from the Arctic. First, we could demonstrate the applicability of the markers to discriminate the species with certainty. Second, with M. viridis and M. arctia, we could detect two more species of the same genus, which have recently been introduced into the Baltic Sea. One of these, M. arctia, was hitherto known as an exclusive arctic member of the genus. The impact of these two recently invaded Marenzelleria species onto the autochthonous fauna needs to be evaluated in the future. The Baltic Sea as a ‘natural aquarium’ now offers the possibility to investigate sibling species simultaneously. However, correct identification and denomination of Marenzelleria species are indispensable prerequisites for all future studies. Molecular markers allow the exact identification of all Marenzelleria species and must be used whenever a classical taxonomic identification is uncertain.  相似文献
