斑子麻黄(Ephedra rhytidosperma)群落是贺兰山山麓特有荒漠植物群落。该研究于2019年调查了16个斑子麻黄典型群落, 分析了物种组成的区系特征, 运用TWINSPAN软件对16个斑子麻黄群落进行了分类。结果表明: 1)斑子麻黄群落物种组成以禾本科、菊科、豆科和蒺藜科植物为主, 隶属13科24属27种。2)斑子麻黄荒漠群落生活型以多年生草本(44.44%)和灌木(29.63%)为主; 区系以古地中海成分(44.44%)和东亚成分(33.33%)为主; 水分生态类型以旱生(40.74%)和强旱生(37.04%)为主。3)根据生活型和优势度, 斑子麻黄群落可分为斑子麻黄-半灌木荒漠(Ephedra rhytidosperma - Semi-Shrub Desert)和斑子麻黄-草本荒漠(Ephedra rhytidosperma - Herb Desert) 2个群丛组, 进一步划分为3个群丛: 斑子麻黄-刺旋花-兴安胡枝子 半灌木与草本荒漠(Ephedra rhytidosperma - Convolvulus tragacanthoides - Lespedeza davurica Semi-Shrub and Herb Desert)、斑子麻黄-刺旋花-中亚细柄茅 半灌木与草本荒漠(Ephedra rhytidosperma - Convolvulus tragacanthoides - Ptilagrostis pelliotii Semi-Shrub and Herb Desert)和斑子麻黄-中亚细柄茅 半灌木与草本荒漠(Ephedra rhytidosperma - Ptilagrostis pelliotii Semi-Shrub and Herb Desert)。  相似文献

We updated the floristic checklist of the Nizanda region, Isthmus of Tehuantepec (southern Mexico), characterized the occurring plant communities based on dominant species, and described the region’s flora according to life form, growth form, growth type, and growth habit spectra. Ten years of botanical exploration, along with surveys in 188 100-m2 samples from different vegetation types, provided the baseline floristic information. Ordination and classification analyses were performed to examine the degree of differentiation between communities. Geographical ranges of all species were used to assess biogeographical relationships of this flora. The inventory includes 920 species (553 genera, 124 families). More than one-third of the families were represented by a single species, whereas the 10 richest families had 43% of the species richness. Dendrograms showing plot classification at three taxonomic levels (species, genus and family) revealed savannah as the most strongly differentiated community amid seven vegetation types. Regarding growth forms, forbs and trees prevailed. Phanerophytes were the most common life form category, whereas herbs and woody plants were the dominant growth types. The largest richness for all taxonomic levels was recorded in the tropical dry forest. The expanded floristic knowledge gained for the Nizanda region provided better criteria to revise the classification scheme of its vegetation. Our preliminary biogeographical analysis illustrates the role of the Isthmus of Tehuantepec as a corridor for thermophilous floras between two oceanic watersheds, and as a natural distributional limit for several Mesoamerican plant species.  相似文献

Effects of elevated turbidity on shallow lake fish communities   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Synopsis We compared the fish communities of two shallow lakes in the lower Waikato River basin, North Island, New Zealand, to determine the effects of elevated suspended solids (SS) and collapse of submerged macrophytes. Lake Waahi was turbid (20–40 g m-3 SS) and devoid of submerged macrophytes whereas Lake Whangape was clearer (5 g m-3 SS) and dominated by submerged macrophytes. The lakes had similar fish species richness and had nine major species in common; representing eight families including Anguillidae, Retropinnidae, Galaxiidae, Eleotridae, Mugilidae, Ictaluridae, Poeciliidae, and Cyprinidae (two species). The only major fish that was absent from Lake Waahi was a lacustrine form of the common smelt, Retropinna retropinna, which disappeared after the lake became turbid in the late 1970s. CPUE, condition, and size of most species in Lake Waahi were similar to, or greater than, those in Lake Whangape. Lake Whangape clearly exceeded Lake Waahi only for CPUE of two species. Within Lake Whangape two species displayed significantly greater condition, and one species greater size, in a turbid arm of the lake than in the main basin. Apart from lacustrine Retropinna retropinna, the fish in these lakes appear well adapted to cope with, or to avoid, the direct toxic effects of suspended and settleable solids on sensitive early developmental stages. In Lake Waahi loss of cover and food provided by submerged macrophytes appears to have been compensated for by increased turbidity and an associated increase in the biomass of the mysid, Tenagomysis chiltoni (a major prey item).  相似文献

为探究外来植物加拿大一枝黄花(Solidago canadensis)入侵与南京市本土植物多样性的关系,该文采用踏查及样方调查对其入侵地群落的物种组成与多样性进行研究。结果表明:(1)入侵地群落中共有维管植物200种(含种下单元),隶属于62科156属,其中被子植物195种,裸子植物1种,蕨类植物4种; 数量最多的是菊科(Asteraceae)和禾本科(Poaceae)植物,分别有25种和24种; 从生活型来看,草本植物占多数,有133种,占所有种的66.50%; 此外,群落内尚有其他外来植物29种。群落中重要值最大的是加拿大一枝黄花,为40.00%; 其次是救荒野豌豆(Vicia sativa),为7.00%。(2)从植物区系看,非入侵地中植物科的区系分布型共4个,而入侵地植物科的区系类型仅有3个,其中泛热带分布、世界分布和北温带分布为两者均有,东亚和北美间断分布型仅在非入侵地中存在。非入侵地植物科的区系以世界分布型为主,有13科,占该类型群落中所有科的39.39%; 入侵地则以泛热带分布型为主,有16科,占总科数的45.71%。非入侵地中植物属的区系分布型有10个,而入侵地有12个,两者区系成分相近,旧世界热带型和热带亚洲至热带大洋洲分布型仅在入侵地中出现。北温带分布型和世界分布型同为两者中最主要成分。入侵地及非入侵地群落属的区系R/T值分别为0.58和0.38,种系分化度分别为3.29和3.11。(3)重度入侵群落的Margalef指数(E)与非入侵及轻度入侵群落相比,显著降低; 此外,重度入侵群落的Simpson指数(D)、Shannon-Weiner(H'')指数和Pielou指数(J)均显著低于非入侵、轻度入侵、中度入侵群落。(4)不同生境之间加拿大一枝黄花群落的EDH''J均无显著性差异。该研究可为南京地区的加拿大一枝黄花入侵地的治理防控和生态恢复,以及进一步的科学研究提供强有力的理论支撑。  相似文献

Botanical surveys from prior to 1949 documented the plant species composition of the mulga (Acacia aneura) communities in the eastern Mulga Lands Bioregion of Queensland, Australia. These surveys recorded 282 vascular plant species including 268 natives and 14 exotics. Since 1949, mulga communities have experienced considerable modification through continuous grazing by domestic sheep and cattle even during drought periods and extensive vegetation clearance. To increase our knowledge on floristic composition and diversity change over this time, floristic data were recollected from mulga communities in the same region between 2007 and 2010 using a more systematic procedure. These surveys recorded 292 vascular plant species including 269 natives and 23 exotics. Species richness and composition within five life forms: tree, shrub, vine, forb and graminoid were compared between the recent survey data and the historical survey data. The majority of native plant species were either in the forb (45.4% of total native species) or graminoid (25.7% of total native species) life forms over the 60-year period. There was no significant difference in species richness between the historical and recent surveys within tree or shrub life forms, but there were differences in species richness in vine, forb and graminoid life forms over time. Similarities in native species between the historical and recent surveys were high. Sorensen Similarity Indices (ISS) were: 0.77 at species level, 0.84 at genus level and 0.87 at family level. In contrast, the similarity indices for exotic species was low (0.59) for species and genera (0.61), but high for families (0.86). More exotic species were recorded recently than historically. Among these, buffel grass (Pennisetum ciliare) and colocynth (Citrullus colocynthis) were more commonly encountered than other exotic species in the eastern mulga communities of south central Queensland, Australia.  相似文献

Wadi Arar in the Northern border region of Saudi Arabia is one of the most important Wadis of the Kingdom. The present study provides an analysis of vegetation types, life forms, as well as floristic categories and species distribution. A total of 196 species representing 31 families of vascular plants were recorded. Compositae, Gramineae and Leguminosae were the most common families. Therophytes and chamaephytes are the most frequent life forms, indicating typical desert spectrum vegetation. The distribution of these species in the different sectors of the Wadi as well as the phytochoria for the recorded species is provided. Ninety-one species (46.5%) are typical bi-regional. Furthermore, about 105 species (53.5%) are mono- or pluriregional taxa. The highest number of species (136 or 69.5%) was recorded for annual plants, while the lowest number of species (60% or 30.5%) was recorded for perennial, short perennial or annual to biennial species.  相似文献

Biological invasions of aquatic plants (i.e., macrophytes) are a worldwide phenomenon, and within the last 15 years researchers have started to focus on the influence of these species on aquatic communities and ecosystem dynamics. We reviewed current literature to identify how invasive macrophyte species impact fishes and macroinvertebrates, explore how these mechanisms deviate (or not) from the accepted model of plant–fish interactions, and assess how traits that enable macrophytes to invade are linked to effects on fish and macroinvertebrate communities. We found that in certain instances, invasive macrophytes increased habitat complexity, hypoxia, allelopathic chemicals, facilitation of other exotic species, and inferior food quality leading to a decrease in abundance of native fish and macroinvertebrate species. However, mechanisms underlying invasive macrophyte impacts on fish and macroinvertebrate communities (i.e., biomass production, photosynthesis, decomposition, and substrate stabilization) were not fundamentally different than those of native macrophytes. We identified three invasive traits largely responsible for negative effects on fish and macroinvertebrate communities: increased growth rate, allelopathic chemical production, and phenotypic plasticity allowing for greater adaptation to environmental conditions than native species. We suggest that information on invasive macrophytes (including invasive traits) along with environmental data could be used to create models to better predict impacts of macrophyte invasion. However, effects of invasive macrophytes on trophic dynamics are less well-known and more research is essential to define system level processes.  相似文献

水生植物是河流生态系统的重要组成部分, 研究河流水生植物群落组成及演替对于河流生态系统健康诊断具有重要意义。该研究采用野外生态学研究方法, 于2013年9月和2014年6月2次对汉江中下游12个典型代表性江段的水生植物群落的组成、分布和生物量等进行调查。调查结果表明, 现阶段汉江中下游的主要水生植物共有69种, 隶属28科49属, 其中优势种主要是穿叶眼子菜(Potamogeton perfoliatus)、竹叶眼子菜(P. malaianus)、芦苇(Phragmites australis)、南荻(Triarrhena lutarioriparia)和喜旱莲子草(Alternanthera philoxeroides)等。结合早期的研究表明, 汉江中游江段沉水植物优势群落变化明显; 下游则呈现出由沉水植物群落向挺水植物群落演替的格局。挖沙和污染等人类干扰以及水位波动、河流底质和植物繁殖策略等自然因素可能是导致汉江中下游水生植物优势种变化和群落演替的主要因素。该研究结果可为汉江中下游的水生植物多样性保护和生态修复提供科学依据。  相似文献

Alpine plants of the eastern Qinghai-Tibetan plateau (Sichuan, China) are developed under long-lasting grazing by wild and domestic yaks. Among morphological features of plants, life forms may reflect their adaptation to grazing. We studied life-form composition of four typical communities within the alpine belt (3930–3960 m a.s.l.) subjected to grazing of various intensity: alpine fen (heavily grazed), alpine shrub meadow (heavily grazed), Spiraea alpina thicket (grazed), and Rhododendron thicket (practically not grazed). The following morphological traits were studied: (1) life form according to Raunkiaer, (2) life form according to Serebryakov, (3) canopy structure, and (4) rate of lateral spreading. We derived life-form spectra based on (1) the number of species per life form and (2) the cumulative abundance of species which have the same life form. One-way ANOVA and nonparametric ANOVA were run to test for significance of differences between spectra. The studied communities differed significantly by the proportion of different life forms. The main life forms are caudex and short rhizome hemicryptophytes, nonclonal species, or species with a low rate of lateral spreading. Therophytes made up 10–11% of the communities except in Rhododendron thickets, where such were absent. These life forms can indicate grazing in the study area.  相似文献

河流是一个连续的、流动的、独特而完整的系统,研究河流生态系统中水生植物的多样性分布格局及其影响因素对河流生态学研究具有重要意义。本文通过野外调查,研究了新疆开都河流域水生植物多样性、主要水生植物群落特征及与环境因子之间的关系,并利用水分-能量动态假说和栖息地异质性假说对该流域水生植物物种多样性的地理格局进行解释。结果表明: 开都河流域共有水生植物71种,隶属于24科39属;聚类分析可将开都河流域水生植物群落划分为10个主要群落类型,其中芦苇群落物种丰富度最高,狭叶香蒲群落和金鱼藻群落物种丰富度最低;流域水生植物群落Shannon指数与pH呈显著负相关,Simpson指数与pH、经度呈显著负相关,与海拔呈显著正相关;流域水生植物群落类型主要受海拔、水深及水温的影响;流域水生植物物种多样性随经纬度无明显变化规律。水分-能量动态假说和栖息地异质性假说共解释开都河流域水生植物多样性格局变量的31.4%,表明这两个假说对于该流域水生植物多样性格局的解释力并不高。  相似文献

  1. To test hypotheses concerning the applicability of the Rapoport effect (RE: “species that occur at higher latitudes tend to have greater geographical range-size than species which have ranges limited to latitudes closer to the equator”) to aquatic macrophytes at global scale, we analysed the world latitudinal distribution and range-size of 1,083 vascular aquatic macrophyte species, from 91 genera in 11 families. We targeted macrophyte families strongly associated with inland aquatic habitats (i.e. with a zero, or only very low, proportion of constituent species which occur also in non-aquatic habitats), and which are distributed across a substantial latitudinal gradient, a necessary condition to test our hypotheses.
  2. The macrophyte species present in these families include plants from all the normally accepted life form-defined functional groups of macrophytes, namely submerged, free-floating, floating-leaf rooted and emergent species, and represent the three major vascular taxonomic groups occurring as aquatic macrophytes (ferns/fern allies, monocots, and dicots). For the analysis, we used both latitude-only and areal measures of macrophyte species geographic range-size, within a 10 × 10° (latitude × longitude) grid of 238 grid cells, covering the six world ecozones (Palaearctic, Orient, Australasia, Nearctic, Neotropics, Afrotropics) that primarily contain inland freshwater and brackish macrophyte habitats.
  3. The results provide new insight into the relationships between global range-size of macrophytes, latitude, and other potential spatio-environmental and anthropogenic drivers acting upon these plants at world scale. In particular, the outcomes indicated that: (1) the range-size versus latitude distribution of macrophytes shows evidence of a strong RE influence, with significantly greater species range-size at higher latitudes; and (2) the β-diversity pattern of species distribution along this latitudinal gradient is poorly explained by nestedness organisation, and species turnover is a more likely explanation of the observed changes in species distribution with latitude.
  4. Spatio-environmental and anthropogenic variables other than latitude may also influence the observed global geographical pattern of macrophyte range-size, although their importance as predictors varies between individual families. Extent of agricultural land use, altitude, and historic (post-Quaternary) climate change velocity were all significant predictor variables for some families. However, interestingly, neither the area of land nor the area of waterbody present per grid cell were major influences on macrophyte range-size distribution.
  5. Our finding of evidence for an RE, acting at global scale in aquatic macrophytes, contributes to increasing the generality of conclusions so far reached about the large-scale factors that drive patterns of species range-size at global scale. The study also provides a baseline for future macroecological work on aquatic plants, and potentially other freshwater organisms, particularly in the context of predicting how the world ranges of freshwater biota will respond to ongoing global environmental change.

Tree species can generally be classified into two groups, heterobaric and homobaric leafed species, according to whether bundle-sheath extensions (BSEs) are found in the leaf (heterobaric leaf) or not (homobaric leaf). In this study, we study whether the leaf type is related to the growth environment and/or life form type, even in a tropical rain forest, where most trees have evergreen leaves that are generally homobaric. Accordingly, we investigated the distribution of leaf morphological differences across different life forms of 250 tree species in 45 families in a tropical rainforest. In total, 151 species (60%) in 36 families had homobaric leaves, and 99 species (40%) in 21 families had heterobaric leaves. We found that the proportion of heterobaric and homobaric leaf species differed clearly across taxonomic groups and life form types, which were divided into five life form types by their mature tree heights (understory, subcanopy, canopy, and emergent species) and as canopy gap species. Most understory (94%) and subcanopy (83%) species such as Annonaceae had homobaric leaves. In contrast, heterobaric leaf trees appeared more frequently in the canopy species (43%), the emergent species (96%) (such as Dipterocarpaceae), and the canopy gap species (62%). Our results suggest that tree species in the tropical rainforest adapt to spatial differences in the environmental conditions experienced at the mature height of each tree species, such as light intensity and vapor pressure difference, by having differing leaf types (heterobaric or homobaric) because these types potentially have different physiological and/or mechanical functions.  相似文献

栓皮栎群落是我国暖温带和亚热带落叶阔叶林的重要森林群落类型之一,也是赣北珍稀森林群落之一,在森林演替和植物资源利用中占有重要的地位。通过对江西云居山栓皮栎(Quercus variabilis)群落进行实地调查,采用区系分析、生活型谱分析、物种多样性和双向聚类等方法对其群落特征进行了研究,发现云居山自然保护区栓皮栎群落结构简单,层次明显,多样性程度不高。物种调查及区系研究结果显示,云居山栓皮栎群落维管束植物共计43科56属70种,植物区系主要以泛热带、东亚及北美间断、北温带分布为主,表现出从温带区系向热带区系过渡的特征;生活型谱以高位芽植物为主(占70%),其他生活型相对较少,反映出中亚热带森林以高位芽植物为主的特点。群落物种丰富度、多样性指数均为乔木层小于灌木层和草本层,均匀度指数分析表明,乔木层为聚集分布、灌木层和草本层为均匀分布。双向聚类分析表明,调查的5个样地均为栓皮栎群落,以乔木层物种多度可将5个样地分为3类,组成群落的24个主要物种可分为10类。  相似文献

以研究区域不同石漠化等级为代表,分析苔藓多样性特征及其结皮土壤化学性质变化规律,探索其对石漠化进程的响应机制。结果显示:(1)苔藓物种多样性:含苔藓14科29属84种,其中苔类2科2属2种;(2)多样性指数表现为:重度石漠化阶段中度石漠化轻度石漠化极重度石漠化无石漠化;其均匀度为:中度石漠化阶段轻度石漠化重度石漠化极重度石漠化无石漠化;(3)随着石漠化程度加剧,苔藓群落组成中混合群落比重下降而纯群落比重上升;群落生活型则呈现交织型递减而丛集型递增的规律。(4)结皮土壤中全氮、全磷和微生物量碳随石漠化加剧均都呈递减趋势。(5)通过Partial RDA分析发现密枝青藓(Brachythecium amnicolum)、褶叶藓(Palamocladium nilgheriense)和美灰藓(Eurohypnum leptothallum)等可用于石漠化生态修复。石漠化程度对苔藓多样性影响不显著,但对其群落特征和生活型影响显著。因此可以结合苔藓群落和生活型特征监测石漠化,同时也可使用苔藓作为先锋植物引进用于石漠化早期修复。  相似文献

通过野外调查和查阅文献,对江西三清山外来植物的种类组成、原产地、生活型、入侵途径等进行分析。结果表明,三清山外来植物有140种,隶属于47科103属,科属种数分别占三清山维管束植物总数的24.23%、11.73%和6.94%。其中外来入侵植物有31科56属82种,分别占外来植物总数的65.96%、53.85%、58.57%。以菊科、豆科、苋科、葫芦科、茄科、十字花科、藜科和旋花科为优势科;外来植物以美洲来源最多;生活型以陆生草本为主;引入途径以有意引入最突出;入侵危害程度以Ⅱ级为主。  相似文献

The macrophytic species compositions in Lake Vechten of 1963 and 1979–80 were compared and showed a considerable change. The main vegetation types were mapped in 1973, 1978, 1979 and 1980. All macrophytic communities, i.e. submerged, floating-leaved and emergent vegetation types, declined mainly due to increasing water turbidity, increasing tree-shading and, from 1978 onwards, grazing and trampling by cattle.Production rates, derived from different combinations of measurement and calculation, were compared. The macrophytes contributed only about 7% to the total lake production in 1980.  相似文献

Based on original data (450 samples from 115 streams of European Russia middle latitudes--from Pskov to Kostroma Regions) the attempt is made to describe the overall diversity of rheophilic communities dwelling on streams bottom and in macrophytes. In total, 39 community types were identified by the Brown-Blankuet method; their taxonomical and structural characteristics are described; the associations with biotopes are outlined; and a biotopical nomenclature is proposed. All communities are subdivided into four biotopical classes: crenal (springs and springbrooks with mixed substrates), rhitral (stony and woody substrates), phythal (macrophytes), and pelal (soft ground). It is shown that all communities may be divided by their organization as R-type of M-type community. 36 out of 39 studied communities belong to R-type and are characterized mainly by prevalence of insect, unstable dominance, and rather distinct association to the biotope. In M-type communities (3 out of 39 studied communities) eurybiontic mullusk Viviparus viviparus and amphipod Dikerogammarus haemobaphes predominate; these communities are interbiotopic, with stable species structure and high total abundance. The effect of the study spatial scale on the definition of communities is discussed along with problems of the communities dynamics.  相似文献
