潜蝇姬小蜂属Diglyphus寄生蜂是潜叶蝇类害虫的重要天敌。本文对其种类、 分布、 田间发生和优势度、 优势种的控害特性和生态适应性, 以及优势种的人工繁殖和田间应用等进行总结和展望, 以期为更好地应用该属寄生蜂防控我国潜叶蝇的研究和应用提供指导。迄今已鉴定该属寄生蜂36种, 全为抑性外寄生蜂, 其中针对豌豆潜蝇姬小蜂D. isaea、 贝氏潜蝇姬小蜂D. begini和中带潜蝇姬小蜂D. intermedius的研究较多。雌蜂不仅可通过繁殖型的寄生方式而且还可通过非繁殖型方式(取食寄主和产卵器插入直接杀死)致死寄主。雌蜂偏好寄生大个体寄主和取食相对较小个体的寄主, 且雌蜂对寄主幼虫的偏好具有“寄主大小依赖型性别分配”现象(host-size-dependent sex allocation)。从温度适应范围和控害潜力首推为豌豆潜蝇姬小蜂。优势种的规模饲养技术已经被研发并得到了较广泛的田间应用。未来研究可主要集中于: (1)加强优势种尤其是温度适应范围广或较为耐热的种群或地理品系的研究, 以增加对三叶草斑潜蝇Liriomyza trifolii和美洲斑潜蝇L. sativae的控效; (2)加强雌蜂寄主取食行为特性及其生理机制的研究, 以更高效利用; (3)因地制宜研发规模化饲养技术和释放技术; (4)加强潜蝇姬小蜂同其他潜叶蝇寄生蜂的协同控害及竞争共存机制的研究, 已提升对潜叶蝇的生防控制效果。  相似文献

Abstract  Mined leaves were sampled from unsprayed sites in Victoria to record the range of leafminers and their parasitoids. Three agromyzid leafminers, Liriomyza brassicae (Riley), Liriomyza chenopodii (Watt) and Chromatomyia syngenesiae Hardy, and one drosophilid leafminer, Scaptomyza flava (Fallén), were collected, along with 15 parasitoids, mainly Eulophidae. The most common parasitoids were Hemiptarsenus varicornis (Girault) (42.5%), Diglyphus isaea (Walker), 14.6%, Closterocerus mirabilis Edwards & La Salle (10.5%), and Opius cinerariae Fisher (8.5%). Most parasitoids were collected from two or more leafminer hosts. Weekly collections from Chinese cabbage ( Brassica rapa var. pekinensis ) infested with L. brassicae and S. flava , and beetroot ( Beta vulgaris var. crassa ) infested with L. chenopodii were made over two seasons at Knoxfield, Victoria to assess the relative impact of these parasitoids on agromyzid fly populations in crops. A further two parasitoid species were identified at low densities. Hemiptarsenus varicornis and D. isaea were the most numerous parasitoids collected in both crops. A different sampling method in the second year showed that O. cinerariae made up 25% of the sample from Chinese cabbage and was probably more common than estimated in the first season. Control exerted by local parasitoids was high, with 100% control of L. chenopodii reached in beets within 1–3 weeks of mines appearing and 100% control of L. brassicae within 6 weeks.  相似文献

The leafminer Liriomyza trifolii (Burgess) (Diptera: Agromyzidae) is a worldwide pest of ornamental and vegetable crops. The most promising nonchemical approach for controlling Liriomyza leafminers in greenhouses is regular releases of the parasitoid Diglyphus isaea (Walker) (Hymenoptera: Eulophidae). In the current study, we examine the hypothesis that the use of D. isaea for biological control of leafminers in greenhouse crops may be more practical and efficient when supplemented with additional control strategies, such as the sterile insect technique (SIT). In small cages, our SIT experiments suggest that release of sterile L. trifolii males in three sterile-to-fertile male ratios (3:1, 5:1, and 10:1) can significantly reduce the numbers of the pest offspring. In large cage experiments, when both parasitoids and sterile males were released weekly, the combined methods significantly reduced mine production and the adult leafminer population size. Moreover, a synergistic interaction effect between these two methods was found, and a model based on our observed data predicts that because of this effect, only the use of both methods can eradicate the pest population. Our study indicates that an integrated pest management approach that combines the augmentative release of the parasitoid D. isaea together with sterile leafminer males is more efficient than the use of either method alone. In addition, our results validate previous theoretical models and demonstrate synergistic control with releases of parasitoids and sterile insects.  相似文献

Abstract

The serpentine leafminer, Liriomyza trifolii (Burgess) (Diptera: Agromyzidae), is one of the most serious pests of various floricultural and vegetable crops. The European strains of the parasitoids Diglyphus isaea (Walker) (Hymenoptera: Eulophidae) and Dacnusa sibirica Telenga (Hymenoptera: Braconidae) were imported from The Netherlands. A total of 90,000 of these parasitoids were reared and released on cucumber and tomato in greenhouses. The parasitism rates of D. sibirica reached maximum 11.6% and 7.2% in the 11th week from the releasing date, on cucumber and tomato, respectively. Also the parasitism rates of the European strain of D. isaea increased until it reached a maximum 2.1% and 1.4%, in the tenth week from the releasing date on cucumber and tomato, respectively. It is concluded that the parasitoids D. sibirica and the European strain of D. isaea can be established in Egypt.  相似文献

In recent years, as a consequence of climatic changes, the leafminer Liriomyza cicerina had emerged as a serious pest in chickpea crops causing considerable damage in Tunisia. Thus, the search of control methods is necessary. The aim of this research was to monitor and identify the naturally occurring parasitoids of the chickpea leafminer Liriomyza cicerina in insecticide-free chickpea-growing areas located in North-Western Tunisia. Chickpea leaves with mines were weekly sampled from Beja and Kef sites during 2016 and 2017 and kept to observe and count emerging leafminer and parasitoid adults in the laboratory. Results revealed that L. cicerina parasitoids complex species included three hymenopteran parasitoids namely Opius monilicornis (Fisher, 1962) (Braconidae); Diglyphus isaea (Walker, 1838) (Eulophidae) and Diaulinopsis arenaria (Erdös, 1951) (Eulophidae). These parasitoids were identified and recorded for the first time in Tunisia on L. cicerina with parasitism rate varied between 13% and 52.5%. The most common species was O. monilicornis. The correlation between infestation rate on chickpea plants and number of emerged three parasitoids was calculated revealing high significant and positive correlations. The diversity index (H′) was also calculated. The three parasitoids were found in two sites Beja and Kef; while the diversity differed during the developmental stage of chickpea crops.  相似文献

芙新姬小蜂和潜蝇姬小蜂均为强卵育型(synovigenic)寄生蜂,成虫具有产卵寄生致死、寄主取食致死和寄主叮蛰直接致死3种寄主致死行为。为了明确成虫补充非寄主食物营养对2种姬小蜂控害潜力/控害行为的影响,本文比较研究了分别提供寄主食物和寄主食物+非寄主食物(10%葡萄糖)条件下的2种姬小蜂在初羽化前期(前6 d)内对美洲斑潜蝇幼虫的致死行为的影响。结果显示:在仅提供寄主食物时,芙新姬小蜂的寄生、取食和总体致死量均显著的高于潜蝇姬小蜂,但是直接致死能力却弱于后者;补充非寄主食物和仅提供寄主食物处理相比,两种寄生蜂的寄生量,取食量和总致死量均呈下降趋势。该研究显示:在初羽化前期,取食寄主食物的雌蜂比取食寄主食物+葡萄糖的雌蜂具有更强的致死能力。  相似文献

The pest leafminers Liriomyza huidobrensis (Blanchard), Liriomyza sativae (Blanchard), and Liriomyza trifolii (Burgess) (Diptera: Agromyzidae) have spread into South East Asia and Oceania, and they are likely to reach Australia in the near future. Two translaminar pesticides, cyromazine and abamectin, currently provide effective chemical control of these pests, but because parasitoids can play an important role in controlling and preventing leafminer outbreaks, understanding the impact of pesticides on leafminer parasitoids is vital. Here, we tested larval and pupal mortality and sublethal effects of abamectin, cyromazine, and the widely used fungicide mancozeb on two common Australian leafminer parasitoids, Hemiptarsenus varicornis (Girault) and Diglyphus isaea (Walker). Abamectin caused significant mortality to larvae and pupae of both parasitoid species but cyromazine and mancozeb did not. Progeny production and longevity of H. varicornis were not affected by adult exposure to cyromazine and mancozeb, nor did direct pupal exposure decrease number of progeny produced by either parasitoid. Mortality of H. varicornis females emerging from leaves treated with abamectin was high for up to 72 h after eclosion but those surviving beyond 72 h did not differ from control females in the number of progeny produced. Mancozeb did not influence leaf residence time or parasitism by H. varicornis females. Cyromazine and the fungicide mancozeb were concluded to be compatible with the parasitoids tested and suitable for integrated pest management of leafminers should outbreaks of pest species occur in Australia. Abamectin should be used with caution because it caused significant mortality in both parasitoids tested here.  相似文献

Abstract: The citrus leafminer, Phyllocnistis citrella Stainton, is native to Asia and was detected for the first time in Brazil in 1996. The objectives of this study were to conduct a survey of parasitoids attacking citrus leafminer in Jaguariúna, one of the citrus production regions of São Paulo State, Brazil, and to determine whether indigenous species were providing effective control of this pest species. The collections of new leaves were made weekly at citrus groves in Jaguariúna from October 1996 to October 1997. Of the six indigenous parasitoids which were found, Galeopsomyia fausta LaSalle was the most abundant parasitoid of P. citrella in this region, accounting for more than 90% of the specimens collected. Thus, this species is a serious candidate for biological control of the citrus leafminer in this region of Brazil. Other species collected were Horismenus sp., Cirrospilus 'sp. C', Elasmus sp., Eupelmus sp. and Conura (Ceratosmicra) sp. The mean percentage of parasitism was 39.28% (6.19−86.21%) in unsprayed orchards and 21.38% (1.33−56.63%) in orchards that were occasionally treated with fungicides, acaricides and insecticides Temik and Dipterex.  相似文献

Abstract. 1. Sex ratio in the ectoparasitoid, Diglyphus begini (Ashmead), attacking larvae of the dipterous leafminer Liriomyza trifolii (Burgess) in glasshouse marigolds, is best depicted by a model where sex ratio varies as a function of host size.
2. Male D. begini progeny are produced in hosts significantly smaller in size than those producing female progeny.
3. Female wasps attack and oviposit on the largest leafminer larvae available and whether a host is large or small depends upon the size of the other hosts attacked.
4. Diglyphus begini females adjust the thre:shold size for the change-over in sex allocation relative to the size of hosts attacked; however, the sex ratio is maintained at between 60% and 70% males.

Studies were conducted on the combined use of the eulophid parasitoid wasp Diglyphus begini Ashmead and the entomopathogenic nematode Steinernema carpocapsae (Weiser) for control of the leafminer Liriomyza trifolii (Burgess) on chrysanthemums. Several factors indicated that these two agents were suitable for combined use: adult D. begini were not susceptible to nematode infection, leafminer larvae parasitized by the wasp were less susceptible to nematode infection, adult wasps detected and tended to avoid ovipositing on nematode-infected leafminer larvae, nematode-infected larvae served as host-feeding sources for the adult wasps, and nematodes showed equal orientation toward paralyzed/parasitized leafminer larvae and healthy leafminer larvae. However, interspecific interference and intraguild predation (IGP) between the agents were found. Infection of D. begini larval stages by nematodes was seen in petri dishes and in intact leaf mines. The presence of nematodes in mines with wasp eggs decreased the chance of wasp survival to adulthood. IGP may be minimized through proper timing of natural enemy releases.  相似文献

This natural control often does not provide adequate suppression, which results in the application of other pest management solutions including augmentative biological control. When releasing mass-reared natural enemies into a backdrop of existing natural enemy populations, competitive interactions are likely to occur. To assess the influence of these interspecific interactions on the outcome of such biological control practices studies were conducted in a simulated, field cage grown, cut chrysanthemum production system. Competitive interactions of two commercially available parasitoids were studied both in terms of parasitoid-host population dynamics and the impact of interspecific interactions on crop quality at harvest. The parasitoids Diglyphus isaea and Dacnusa sibirica attacking the leafminer Liriomyza langei were used as the model insect system. Both parasitoids are cosmopolitan and are known to occur in many ornamental production areas. Treatment comparisons included single species releases with complimentary releases of both species either simultaneously or with 2-week time lags, as well as a no release control to measure the background effects of natural mortality. Conclusions drawn from results of population-level studies replicated within and among years were that levels of interspecific competition among parasitoid species were undetectable at leafminer densities typical of field-grown ornamental crops (low densities), and thus, the efficacy of one species released into a backdrop of potentially competing parasitoids did not negatively or positively affect the outcome of the augmentative biological control, nor was there a positive outcome; however, crop quality at harvest was influenced.  相似文献

取食糖类物质有利于延长具寄主取食特性的卵育型寄生蜂的寿命。为了明确自然界常见糖分对卵育型寄生蜂的营养功能差异, 本研究比较了取食葡萄糖、 果糖、 蔗糖、 海藻糖和松三糖5种常见糖分对斑潜蝇类害虫的优势寄生蜂潜蝇姬小蜂Diglyphus isaea雌蜂寿命和卵子发生的影响。结果显示: 取食5种糖均能显著延长雌蜂寿命(P<0.0001); 取食果糖的雌蜂寿命显著长于取食葡萄糖、 蔗糖、 海藻糖和松三糖的雌蜂寿命(P<0.0001), 取食葡萄糖、 蔗糖和海藻糖3个处理间差异不显著(P>0.4234), 但均显著长于取食松三糖(P<0.0001); 同时, 各个处理的雌蜂寿命与其个体大小均分别呈显著正相关关系。初羽化雌蜂卵巢中没有Ⅲ级卵子(即成熟卵子); 清水处理的雌蜂, 24 h后卵巢中Ⅲ级卵子达到高峰, 48 h时则全部重吸收; 而取食5种糖的雌蜂, 卵巢中的Ⅲ级卵子和总卵子数量整体上均呈现先显著上升而后逐步下降的趋势, 取食不同糖分的雌蜂卵子形成高峰期的时间不同, 而且取食不同糖分的雌蜂间Ⅲ级卵子高峰日数量和总卵子高峰日数量均无显著差异(P>0.05)。该研究结果为潜蝇姬小蜂的大量室内饲养和田间释放提供了依据。  相似文献

Diglyphus isaea (Walker) and Neochrysocharis formosa (Westwood) (Hymenoptera: Eulophidae) are common idiobiont parasitoids of leafminers attacking vegetable crops. They exhibit differing levels of synovigeny, and host feeding enhances their fecundity and longevity. The reproductive systems of these two parasitoids are typical of hymenopteran eulophids, consisting of two ovaries, each usually comprising three polytrophic meroistic ovarioles. Diglyphus isaea possesses two obvious oviduct accessory glands, which are absent in N. formosa. Both parasitoids underwent oosorption when starved, while feeding on host larvae promoted oogenesis and egg maturation. In both, oogenesis and vitellogenesis commenced on the first day of the pupal stage rather than after eclosion. Formation of ovarioles in D. isaea commenced 1 day earlier than in N. formosa. Mature eggs were rarely observed in ovaries of newly emerged D. isaea, but usually a few were present in N. formosa. When hosts (second–third instar Liriomyza sativae larvae) were provided, the number of mature eggs in D. isaea ovaries initially increased and then stabilized, while in N. formosa, the number first increased and then decreased. Diglyphus isaea had fewer but larger eggs than N. formosa did. Thus, synovigenic divergence begins at the pupal stage and may result in different life-history traits of adults.  相似文献

Diglyphus isaea is one of the primary parasitoids of agromyzid leafminers. Mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase subunit I sequences from 10 Chinese localities were used to investigate geographic variation within this widespread and morphologically uniform parasitoid. Phylogeographic analyses and sequence variation indicated that this species was actually a species-complex. We used an amber fossil record of the genus Entedon (Eulophidae: Entedoninae) as a reference to estimate the divergence time of major clades within D. isaea. With reference to the fossil record of its hosts, our results indicate that associations between parasitoids and leaf-miners could have been possibly established 38.2 million years ago.  相似文献

Field trials were conducted for 2 yr on celery (Apium graveolens L.) to determine the effects of two translaminar insecticides (abamectin and cyromazine) on the agromyzid leafminer, Liriomyza huidobrensis (Blanchard), and the eulophid parasitoid, Diglyphus isaea Walker. Abamectin and cyromazine were applied once early in the growing season by spray or drip application. Yellow sticky traps and leaf samples were used to monitor population levels; a gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer was used to monitor cyromazine residues within the celery plants during 1 yr. Spray applications of abamectin and cyromazine significantly reduced larval leafminers and D. isaea. Contrary to grower practices, application of cyromazine by drip irrigation systems had minor effects on larval leafminer and D. isaea as compared to spray application. Cyromazine residues in the plants treated by spray application declined sharply after 1 wk, and no residues were detected 2 wk after application; less than 0.05 ppm cyromazine residues were detected in plants treated by drip application. Implications of these results on management practices are discussed.  相似文献

【目的】南美斑潜蝇Liriomyza huidobrensis为我国重要的入侵害虫,我们于2017年7月首次发现其已扩散至西藏。本研究旨在了解西藏地区南美斑潜蝇的发生现状及其寄生蜂种类。【方法】2017和2018年6月上旬-9月中旬对西藏拉萨、林芝、山南和日喀则4个地区的南美斑潜蝇的发生危害及其寄生蜂组成进行了调查采样。【结果】调查的西藏这4个地区均发现南美斑潜蝇分布和危害;温室发生时间为6月上旬-9月中旬,而露地的发生高峰在7月下旬-8月上旬。其寄主植物有9科21种,主要有豆科(Fabaceae)、茄科(Solanaceae)和伞形科(Umbelliferae)等,主要嗜好经济作物有豇豆Vigna unguiculata, 扁豆Lablab purpureus , 莴笋Lactuca sativa var. angustana和白菜Brassica rapa ssp. pekinensis。其寄生蜂包括姬小蜂科(Eulophidae)、茧蜂科(Braconidae)和瘿蜂科(Cynipidae)共计3科9属16种,分别为双斑潜蝇姬小蜂Diglyphus bimaculatus, 豌豆潜蝇姬小蜂Diglyphus isaea, 小斑潜蝇姬小蜂Diglyphus minoeus, 万氏潜蝇姬小蜂Diglyphus wani, Diglyphus sp., 纵纹瑟姬小蜂Cirrospilus vittatus, Hemiptarsenus sp., 芙新姬小蜂Neochrysocharis formosa, 底比斯姬小蜂Chrysocharis pentheus, 普金姬小蜂Chrysocharis pubicornis, Chrysocharis sp., 潜蝇柄腹姬小蜂Pediobius metallicus, Pnigalio sp., 西伯利亚离颚茧蜂Dacnusa sibirica, Dacnusa sp.和Gronotoma sp.;其中优势种为西伯利亚离颚茧蜂、双斑潜蝇姬小蜂和豌豆潜蝇姬小蜂,其个体数量占比分别为总采集个体数的48.7%, 22.1%和12.9%。【结论】西藏南美斑潜蝇的寄生蜂种类丰富,发挥着重要的自然控制作用。建议进一步加强优势寄生蜂生物学、控害潜力评价以及利用研究,为南美斑潜蝇的绿色防控提供指导。  相似文献

Effects of the fungal endophytes Beauveria bassiana (isolates ICIPE 279, G1LU3, S4SU1) and Hypocrea lixii (isolate F3ST1) on the life-history of Phaedrotoma scabriventris and Diglyphus isaea, parasitoids of the pea leafminer Liriomyza huidobrensis, were studied in the laboratory. Parasitoids were allowed to parasitize 2nd and 3rd instar L. huidobrensis larvae reared on endophytically-inoculated faba bean, Vicia faba. In the control, parasitoids were reared on non-inoculated host plants. Parasitism, pupation, adult emergence and survival were recorded. No significant difference was observed between the control and the endophyte-inoculated plants in terms of parasitism rates of P. scabriventris (p = 0.68) and D. isaea (p = 0.45) and adult'' survival times (p = 0.06). The survival period of the F1 progeny of P. scabriventris was reduced (p<0.0001) in B. bassiana S4SU1 to 28 days as compared to more than 40 days for B. bassiana G1LU3, ICIPE 279 and H. lixii F3ST1. However, no significant difference (p = 0.54) was observed in the survival times of the F1 progeny of D. isaea. This study has demonstrated that together, endophytes and parasitoids have beneficial effects in L. huidobrensis population suppression.  相似文献

In spite of the fact that since the end of the eighties, the horse chestnut leafminer, Cameraria ohridella, has established itself throughout Europe, native predators such as ants and birds are not attuned to this neozoic species. In contrast, several parasitic wasp species already started to exploit the invasive horse chestnut leafminer, but until now parasitation rates are quite low, mainly because of asynchrony in the lifecycles of parasitoids and host. Only the removal of leaf litter, in which pupae hibernate, is at the moment a strategy to reduce the infestation level in the next year. Unfortunately, not only hibernating horse chestnut leafminers but also parasitoids are removed, and important resources for biocontrol are unused. In the current study, we investigated the potential efficiency of the horse chestnut leafminer parasitoid complex extracted from leaf litter in defined environments. Parasitoids were released at different densities to investigate density dependence in parasitation rates.Although seven different species were released in our experiments, only Pnigalio agraules turned out to be responsible for biocontrol of C. ohridella. We recorded parasitation rates of up to 35%. Overall, parasitation rates were independent of the leafminer density but increased fourfold if ten times more parasitoid individuals were released. Unfortunately, none of the parasitoid species could be established in the experimental units in the long run. Results are compared to other parasitoid-leafminer systems, and promotion of horse chestnut leafminer parasitoids to support natural selection and biological control of the horse chestnut leafminer is discussed.  相似文献
