(NZB x NZW)F1 mice initiated on fat restriction at weanling were significantly protected from the development of immune complex glomerulonephritis. Whereas the mice on high-fat intake demonstrated immune depositions both in capillary walls and mesangial areas in a diffuse granular pattern, those on a low-fat diet with caloric content similar to the high-fat diets exhibited mesangial confinement of the depositions of immunoglobulins, complement, and retroviral gp70. In association with these divergent patterns of immune deposition, the mice on high-fat diets had evidence of extensive diffuse cellular proliferation, wire loop lesion, and sclerosis in the glomeruli. In contrast, most of the mice on the low-fat diet showed only mesangial cell and matrix proliferations. In addition, the group of mice fed high saturated fat showed more severe glomerular pathology as compared to those fed high unsaturated fat. Paradoxically, levels of circulating immune complexes (as measured by the polyethylene glycol precipitation technique) in the high saturated fat group were low and did not correlate with the findings by light and immunofluorescence microscopy. These findings suggest that dietary fat restriction can serve as either a prophylactic or effective therapeutic approach to murine lupus nephritis.  相似文献

Mice of the TO Swiss strain received diets containing different amounts of saturated or unsaturated fat throughout life. These diets produced characteristic changes in cardiac phospholipid fatty acid composition, but produced no significant differences in fatty acid composition of phospholipids from a crude membrane fraction of brain. When littermates of these animals were exposed to ethanol vapour in an inhalation chamber it was observed that mice which had received a diet high in saturated fat lost the righting reflex at an estimated concentration of ethanol in blood higher than that required for mice receiving a control diet, or a diet rich in polyunsaturated fat. Analysis of the brain membrane fraction from those animals which had received ethanol revealed that mice receiving the highly saturated fat diet now had a significantly greater proportion of saturated fatty acids in brain membrane phospholipids. These results are discussed in relation to the hypothesis that brain membrane lipid composition may influence the behavioural response to ethanol.  相似文献

High-fat diets (HFDs) are used frequently to study the development of cardiac dysfunction in animal models of obesity and diabetes. However, impairment in systolic function, often reported as declining ejection fraction, may not consistently occur in a given time frame which could be contributable to a variety of factors within the experimental design. One major factor may be the amounts of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids (FAs) that are present in the diet. To determine whether the FA content and composition were critical determinants in the development of cardiac dysfunction in response to high-fat feeding, we fed adult, male mice Western diet (45% fat, 60% saturated), Surwit diet (60% fat, 90% saturated), milk-fat-based diet (60% fat, 60% saturated) or high-fat Western diet (HFWD, 60% fat, 32% saturated) for 12 weeks. We report that neither the amount of total fat nor the ratio of saturated to unsaturated FAs in the diets differentially affects body weight and adiposity in mice. In addition, no evidence of systolic dysfunction is present after 12 weeks. Interestingly, the HFWD, with equal parts saturated, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated FAs, induces mild cardiac hypertrophy and diastolic dysfunction after 12 weeks, which coincides with elevated serum levels of arachidonic acid. Our results suggest that the dietary FA content and composition may be a primary determinant of diastolic, but not systolic, dysfunction in animal models of diet-induced obesity.  相似文献

Dietary lipid supplements high in either saturated fat derived from sheep kidney fat or unsaturated fat derived from sunflower seed oil, and a low mixed fat reference diet were fed to marmoset monkeys for 20 months and the effects on cardiac membrane lipid composition, and myocardial catecholamine-stimulated adenylate cyclase and beta-adrenergic receptor binding activity were investigated. For cardiac membranes enriched for beta-adrenergic binding activity, the dietary lipid treatment resulted in small changes in the proportion of saturated to unsaturated fatty acids and substantial changes in the (n - 6) to (n - 3) series of unsaturated fatty acids in the membrane phospholipids. The sheep kidney fat diet increased the cholesterol-to-phospholipid ratio in cardiac membranes in comparison to the other diets. This diet also significantly elevated basal and isoproterenol-, epinephrine- and norepinephrine-stimulated adenylate cyclase activity. The value of the dissociation constant (Kd) and the receptor number (Bmax) for the binding of [125I]ICYP to the beta-adrenergic receptor was significantly reduced in marmosets fed the sheep kidney fat diet. These results suggest that dietary lipids can influence the activity of the beta-adrenergic/adenylate cyclase system of the heart. Modulation of this transmembrane signalling system may be induced by changes in the properties of the associated membrane lipids, particularly by alteration in the membrane cholesterol-to-phospholipid ratio. This effect may be limited to those animal species in which the nature of the dietary fatty acid intake may be influencing cardiac membrane cholesterol homeostasis, which is in agreement with previous results in rats following dietary cholesterol supplementation (McMurchie et al. Our experiments were designed to test the hypotheses that dietary lipids can affect whole-animal physiological processes in a manner concordant with changes in the fluidity of cell membranes. We measured (1) the lipid composition of five tissues, (2) body temperatures selected in a thermal gradient (T(sel)), (3) the body temperature at which the righting reflex was lost (critical thermal minimal [CTMin]), and (4) resting metabolic rate (RMR) at three body temperatures in desert iguanas (Dipsosaurus dorsalis) fed diets enriched with either saturated or unsaturated fatty acids. The composition of lipids in tissues of the lizards generally reflected the lipids in their diets, but the particular classes and ratios of fatty acids varied among sampled organs, indicating the conservative nature of some tissues (e.g., brain) relative to others (e.g., depot fat). Lizards fed the diet enriched with saturated fatty acids selected warmer nighttime body temperatures than did lizards fed a diet enriched with unsaturated fatty acids. This difference is concordant with the hypothesis that the composition of dietary fats influences membrane fluidity and that ectotherms may compensate for such changes in fluidity by selecting different body temperatures. The CTMin of the two treatment groups was indistinguishable. This may reflect the conservatism of some tissues (e.g., brain) irrespective of diet treatment. The RMR of the saturated treatment group nearly doubled between 30 degrees and 40 degrees C. Here, some discrete membrane domains in the lizards fed the saturated diet may have been in a more-ordered phase at 30 degrees C and then transformed to a less-ordered phase at 40 degrees C. In contrast, the RMR of the unsaturated treatment group exhibited temperature independence in metabolic rate from 30 degrees to 40 degrees C. Perhaps the unsaturated diet resulted in membranes that developed a higher degree of disorder (i.e., a certain phase) at a lower temperature than were membranes of lizards fed the saturated diet. Our study demonstrates links between dietary fats and whole-animal physiology; however, the mechanistic basis of these links, and the general knowledge of lipid metabolism in squamate reptiles, remain poorly understood and warrant further study.  相似文献

Dietary saturated fat is linked to numerous chronic diseases, including cardiovascular disease. Here we study the role of the lipoprotein lipase inhibitor Angptl4 in the response to dietary saturated fat. Strikingly, in mice lacking Angptl4, saturated fat induces a severe and lethal phenotype characterized by fibrinopurulent peritonitis, ascites, intestinal fibrosis, and cachexia. These abnormalities are preceded by a massive acute phase response induced by saturated but not unsaturated fat or medium-chain fat, originating in mesenteric lymph nodes (MLNs). MLNs undergo dramatic expansion and contain numerous lipid-laden macrophages. In peritoneal macrophages incubated with chyle, Angptl4 dramatically reduced foam cell formation, inflammatory gene expression, and chyle-induced activation of ER stress. Induction of macrophage Angptl4 by fatty acids is part of a mechanism that serves to reduce postprandial lipid uptake from chyle into MLN-resident macrophages by inhibiting triglyceride hydrolysis, thereby preventing macrophage activation and foam cell formation and protecting against progressive, uncontrolled saturated fat-induced inflammation.  相似文献

We investigated the effect of the A-IV-2 allele, which encodes a Q360H substitution in apolipoprotein (apo) A-IV, and dietary fat on cholesterol absorption in humans. In three separate studies we compared fractional intestinal cholesterol absorption between groups of subjects heterozygous for the A-IV-2 allele (1/2) and homozygous for the common allele (1/1) receiving high cholesterol ( approximately 800 mg/day) diets with different fatty acid compositions. All subjects had the apoE 3/3 genotype. There was no difference in cholesterol absorption between the two genotype groups receiving a high saturated fat diet (33% of total energy as fat; 18% saturated, 3% polyunsaturated, 12% monounsaturated) or a low fat diet (22% of total energy as fat; 7% saturated, 7% polyunsaturated, 8% monounsaturated) diet. However, on a high polyunsaturated fat diet (32% of total energy as fat; 7% saturated, 13% polyunsaturated, 12% monounsaturated) mean fractional cholesterol absorption was 56. 7% +/- 1.9 in 1/1 subjects versus 47.5% +/- 2.1 in 1/2 subjects (P = 0.004). A post hoc analysis of the effect of the apoA-IV T347S polymorphism across all diets revealed a Q360H x T347S interaction on cholesterol absorption, and suggested that the A-IV-2 allele lowers cholesterol only in subjects with the 347 T/T genotype.We conclude that a complex interaction between apoA-IV genotype and dietary fatty acid composition modulates fractional intestinal cholesterol absorption in humans.  相似文献

Diets supplemented with high levels of saturated fatty acids derived from sheep kidney (perirenal) fat or unsaturated fatty acids derived from sunflower seed oil were fed to rats and the effect on heart mitochondrial lipid composition and membrane-associated enzyme behaviour was determined. The dietary lipid treatments did not change the overall level of membrane lipid unsaturation but did alter the proportion of various unsaturated fatty acids. This led to a change in the omega 6/omega 3 unsaturated fatty acid ratio, which was highest in the sunflower seed oil fed rats. Arrhenius plots of the mitochondrial membrane associated enzymes succinate-cytochrome c reductase and oligomycin-sensitive adenosinetriphosphatase (ATPase) after dietary lipid treatment revealed different responses in their critical temperature. For succinate-cytochrome c reductase, the critical temperature was 29 degrees C for rats fed the sheep kidney fat diet and 20 degrees C for rats fed the sunflower seed oil diet. In contrast, no shift in the critical temperature for the mitochondrial ATPase was apparent as a result of the differing dietary lipid treatments. The results suggest that the discontinuity in the Arrhenius plot of succinate-cytochrome c reductase is induced by some change in the physical properties of the membrane lipids. In contrast, mitochondrial ATPase appears insensitive, in terms of its thermal behaviour, to changes occurring in the composition of the membrane lipids. However, the specific activity of the mitochondrial ATPase was affected by the dietary lipid treatment being highest for the rats fed the sheep kidney fat diet. No dietary lipid effect was observed for the specific activity of succinate-cytochrome c reductase. This differential response of the two mitochondrial membrane enzymes to dietary-induced changes in membrane lipid composition may affect mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation.  相似文献

We analyzed the effects of dietary cholesterol, type of dietary fat, sex and sire progeny family on lecithin-cholesterol acyltransferase activity in 80 adult baboons. The animals were the progeny of 80 dams and 6 sires and were randomly assigned at birth to breast feeding or to one of three formulas containing 0.02, 0.30 or 0.60 mg cholesterol/ml. After weaning at 4 months of age the animals were fed one of four diets that were either high or low in cholesterol with 40% of the calories from either saturated or unsaturated fat. The fractional and molar rates of lecithin-cholesterol acyltransferase activity were measured at 7-8 years of age by an HPLC method. Infant diet (breast vs. formula feeding or level of cholesterol in formula had no effect on enzyme activity later in life. The adult diets that were high in cholesterol decreased the fractional lecithin-cholesterol acyltransferase rate by 20% / compared to diets low in cholesterol (7.89 vs. 9.84%/h, P less than 0.002), but dietary cholesterol did not affect the molar activity. Animals fed the high cholesterol diets had higher unesterified cholesterol concentrations compared to those fed the low cholesterol diets (38.1 mg/dl vs. 31.6 mg/dl, P less than 0.0001). The molar lecithin-cholesterol acyltransferase rate was increased 13% by saturated compared to unsaturated fat (83.3 vs. 73.6 nmol/h per ml plasma, P less than 0.07), but no effect of dietary fat was observed on the fractional enzyme activity. Females compared to males had significantly higher fractional (10.9 vs. 7.14%/h, P less than 0.0001) and molar lecithin-cholesterol acyltransferase activities (99.3 vs. 61.7 nmol/h per ml plasma, P less than 0.0001). After adjustment for the effects of diet and sex we observed differences in the fractional activity (range, 7.2-10.8%/h, P less than 0.04) and in the molar rate (range, 63.6-99.8 nmol/h per ml plasma, P less than 0.07) among the six sire progeny groups. The differences among sire progeny groups are evidence for genetic differences in lecithin-cholesterol acyltransferase activities among the baboon families.  相似文献

OBJECTIVES--To compare the long term metabolic effects of two diets for treating hyperlipidaemia. DESIGN--Randomised controlled study: after three weeks of normal (control) diet, subjects were randomly allocated to one of two test diets and followed up for six months. SETTING--Lipid clinic of tertiary referral centre in Naples. SUBJECTS--63 subjects with primary type IIa and IIb hyperlipoproteinaemia entered the study, and 44 completed it. Exclusion criteria were taking drugs known to influence lipid metabolism, evidence of cardiovascular disease, homozygous familial hypercholesterolaemia, and body mass index over 30. INTERVENTIONS--Two test diets with reduced saturated fat (8%) and cholesterol (approximately 200 mg/day): one was also low in total fat and rich in carbohydrate and fibre, and the other was low in carbohydrate and fibre and rich in polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES--Fasting plasma lipid and lipoprotein concentrations; blood glucose, insulin, and triglyceride concentrations before and after a test meal. RESULTS--In comparison with the control diet, both test diets induced significant and similar decreases in low density lipoprotein cholesterol concentrations (by a mean of 0.72 (SE 0.15) mmol/l, P < 0.001, for low total fat diet; by 0.49 (0.18) mmol/l, P < 0.05, for high unsaturated fat diet) and plasma triglyceride concentrations (by 0.21 (0.09) mmol/l, P < 0.05, for low total fat diet; by 0.39 (0.15) mmol/l, P < 0.05, for high unsaturated fat diet), while high density lipoprotein cholesterol concentrations after fasting and plasma glucose and insulin concentrations during test meals were not modified by either diet. CONCLUSIONS--Both test diets are suitable (alone or in combination) for treatment of hypercholesterolaemia.  相似文献

Metallothionein (MT) and zinc are both reported to be protective against oxidative and inflammatory stress and may also influence energy metabolism. The role of MT in regulating intracellular labile zinc, thus influencing zinc (Zn)-modulated protein activity, may be a key factor in the response to stress and other metabolic challenges. The objective of this study was to investigate the influence of dietary zinc intake and MT on hepatic responses to a pro-oxidant stress and energy challenge in the form of a high dietary intake of linoleic acid, an omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acid. Male MT-null (KO) and wild-type (WT) mice, aged 16 weeks, were given semisynthetic diets containing 16% fat and either 5 (marginally zinc-deficient [ZD]) or 35 (zinc-adequate [ZA]) mg Zn/kg. For comparison, separate groups of KO and WT mice were given a rodent chow diet containing 3.36% fat and 86.6 mg Zn/kg. After 4 months on these diets, the body weights of all mice were equal, but liver size, weight, and lipid content were much greater in the animals that consumed semisynthetic diets compared to the chow diet. The increase in liver size was significantly lower in ZA but not ZD KO mice, compared with WT mice. Principally, MT appears to affect the diet-induced increase in liver tissue but it also influences the concentration of hepatic lipid. Plasma levels of C-reactive protein (CRP), a marker of inflammation, were increased by zinc deficiency in WT mice, suggesting that marginal zinc deficiency is proinflammatory. CRP was unaffected by zinc deficiency in KO mice, indicating a role for MT in modulating the influence of zinc. Neither zinc nor MT deficiency affects the level of soluble liver proteins, as determined using two-dimensional (2D) gel proteomics. This study highlights the close association between zinc and MT in the manifestation of stress responses.  相似文献

We studied the effect of dietary fat type, varying in polyunsaturated-to-saturated fatty acid ratios (P/S), on development of metabolic syndrome. C57Bl/6J mice were fed purified high-fat diets (45E% fat) containing palm oil (HF-PO; P/S 0.4), olive oil (HF-OO; P/S 1.1), or safflower oil (HF-SO; P/S 7.8) for 8 wk. A low-fat palm oil diet (LF-PO; 10E% fat) was used as a reference. Additionally, we analyzed diet-induced changes in gut microbiota composition and mucosal gene expression. The HF-PO diet induced a higher body weight gain and liver triglyceride content compared with the HF-OO, HF-SO, or LF-PO diet. In the intestine, the HF-PO diet reduced microbial diversity and increased the Firmicutes-to-Bacteroidetes ratio. Although this fits a typical obesity profile, our data clearly indicate that an overflow of the HF-PO diet to the distal intestine, rather than obesity itself, is the main trigger for these gut microbiota changes. A HF-PO diet-induced elevation of lipid metabolism-related genes in the distal small intestine confirmed the overflow of palm oil to the distal intestine. Some of these lipid metabolism-related genes were previously already associated with the metabolic syndrome. In conclusion, our data indicate that saturated fat (HF-PO) has a more stimulatory effect on weight gain and hepatic lipid accumulation than unsaturated fat (HF-OO and HF-SO). The overflow of fat to the distal intestine on the HF-PO diet induced changes in gut microbiota composition and mucosal gene expression. We speculate that both are directly or indirectly contributive to the saturated fat-induced development of obesity and hepatic steatosis.  相似文献

Diets low in saturated fat and cholesterol are recommended to the American public for improving plasma lipoprotein patterns and reducing the risk of heart disease. However, since dietary intake cannot always be controlled, the effects of different degrees of dietary saturated fat lowering and occasional high saturated fat and cholesterol meals on the expected lipoprotein pattern improvement of these diets needs to be defined. In the current study, we compared lipid, lipoprotein, and apolipoprotein levels in 14 young normal volunteers on a metabolic ward when they were consuming a high saturated fat diet (42% fat), an AHA Phase II diet (25% fat), and a third diet which approximated the AHA Phase I diet (30% fat). The latter actually consisted of intermittent ingestion of meals high in saturated fat and cholesterol on the background of an AHA Phase II diet (Intermittent Saturated Fat diet). When compared to the high saturated fat diet, the AHA Phase II diet significantly reduced total, low density lipoprotein (LDL), and high density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol, apoB, and apoA-I levels, and improved the LDL/HDL cholesterol ratio, whereas the intermittent saturated fat diet lowered total and LDL cholesterol and apoB levels, and also improved the LDL/HDL cholesterol ratio. When compared to the AHA Phase II diet, the intermittent saturated fat diet raised total and HDL cholesterol levels. Thus, in these normal volunteers, intermittent saturated fat ingestion, in the context of an overall 30% fat diet and a 25% fat diet, did not differ with respect to the effect on improving the LDL/HDL cholesterol ratio.  相似文献

The effects of different dietary fat intake on the lipid composition and enzyme behaviour of sarcolemmal (Na+ + K+)ATPase and sarcoplasmic reticulum Ca2+-ATPase from rat heart were investigated. Rat diets were supplemented with either sunflower seed oil (unsatd./satd. 5.6) or sheep kidney fat (unsatd./satd. 0.8). Significant changes in the phospholipid fatty acid composition were observed in both membranes after 9 weeks dietary lipid treatment. For both membranes, the total saturated/unsaturated fatty acid levels were unaffected by the dietary lipid treatment, however the proportions of the major unsaturated fatty acids were altered. Animals fed the sunflower seed oil diet exhibited an increase in n-6 fatty acids, including linoleic (18:2(n-6] and arachidonic (20:4(n-6] while the sheep kidney fat dietary rats were higher in n-3 fatty acids, principally docosahexaenoic (22:6), with the net result being a higher n-6/n-3 ratio in the sunflower seed oil group compared to sheep kidney fat dietary animals. Fluorescence polarization indicated that the fluidity of sarcoplasmic reticular membrane was greater than that of sarcolemmal membrane, with a dietary lipid-induced decrease in fluidity being observed in the sarcoplasmic reticular membrane from sheep kidney fat dietary animals. Despite these significant changes in membrane composition and physical properties, neither the specific activity nor the temperature-activity relationship (Arrhenius profile) of the associated ATPases were altered. These results suggest that with regard to the parameters measured in this study, the two ion-transporting ATPases are not modulated by changes which occur in the membrane lipid composition as a result of the diet.  相似文献

The increasing use of unconventional feedstuffs in chicken’s diets results in the substitution of starch by lipids as the main dietary energy source. To evaluate the responses of genetically fat or lean chickens to these diets, males of two experimental lines divergently selected for abdominal fat content were fed isocaloric, isonitrogenous diets with either high lipid (80 g/kg), high fiber (64 g/kg) contents (HL), or low lipid (20 g/kg), low fiber (21 g/kg) contents (LL) from 22 to 63 days of age. The diet had no effect on growth performance and did not affect body composition evaluated at 63 days of age. Glycolytic and oxidative energy metabolisms in the liver and glycogen storage in liver and Sartorius muscle at 63 days of age were greater in chicken fed LL diet compared with chicken fed HL diet. In Pectoralis major (PM) muscle, energy metabolisms and glycogen content were not different between diets. There were no dietary-associated differences in lipid contents of the liver, muscles and abdominal fat. However, the percentages of saturated (SFA) and monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA) in tissue lipids were generally higher, whereas percentages of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) were lower for diet LL than for diet HL. The fat line had a greater feed intake and average daily gain, but gain to feed ratio was lower in that line compared with the lean line. Fat chickens were heavier than lean chickens at 63 days of age. Their carcass fatness was higher and their muscle yield was lower than those of lean chickens. The oxidative enzyme activities in the liver were lower in the fat line than in the lean line, but line did not affect energy metabolism in muscles. The hepatic glycogen content was not different between lines, whereas glycogen content and glycolytic potential were higher in the PM muscle of fat chickens compared with lean chickens. Lipid contents in the liver, muscles and abdominal fat did not differ between lines, but fat chickens stored less MUFA and more PUFA in abdominal fat and muscles than lean chickens. Except for the fatty acid composition of liver and abdominal fat, no interaction between line and diet was observed. In conclusion, the amount of lipids stored in muscles and fatty tissues by lean or fat chickens did not depend on the dietary energy source.  相似文献

The effects of saturated and polyunsaturated dietary fat on the lipolytic activity of post-heparin plasma, lipoprotein lipase (LPL) and hepatic triglyceride lipase (HTGL) were studied in the rat. The lipolytic activity was studied from 0 to 60 min using labelled chylomicrons as the substrate. Triacylglycerol hydrolysis rate was higher for the plasma of rats fed high fat diets (14% fat by weight). Chylomicrons of rats fed saturated or unsaturated fats were hydrolyzed at the same rate within the first 15 min but afterwards hydrolysis of chylomicrons of rats fed saturated fat was slower. The activities of LPL and HTGL were increased by high fat diets. Unsaturated fat increased more LPL activity than saturated fat conversely, HTGL activity was enhanced more by saturated fat than by unsaturated fat.  相似文献

Diets supplemented with relatively high levels of either saturated fatty acids derived from sheep kidney fat (sheep kidney fat diet) or unsaturated fatty acids derived from sunflower seed oil (sunflower seed oil diet) were fed to rats for a period of 16 weeks and changes in the thermotropic behaviour of liver and heart mitochondrial lipids were determined by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The diets induced similar changes in the fatty acid composition in both liver and heart mitochondrial lipids, the major change being the omega 6 to omega 3 unsaturated fatty acid ratio, which was elevated in mitochondria from animals on the sunflower seed oil diet and lowered with the mitochondria from the sheep kidney fat dietary animals. When examined by DSC, aqueous buffer dispersions of liver and heart mitochondrial lipids exhibited two independent, reversible phase transitions and in some instances a third highly unstable transition. The dietary lipid treatments had their major effect of the temperature at which the lower phase transition occurred, there being an inverse relationship between the transition temperature and the omega 6 to omega 3 unsaturated fatty acid ratio. No significant effect was observed for the temperature of the higher phase transition. These results indicate that certain domains of mitochondrial lipids, probably containing some relatively higher melting-point lipids, independently undergo formation of the solidus or gel phase and this phenomenon is not greatly influenced by the lipid composition of the mitochondrial membranes. Conversely, other domains, representing the bulk of the membrane lipids and which probably contain the relatively lower melting point lipids, undergo solidus phase formation at temperatures which reflect changes in the membrane lipid composition which are in turn, a reflection of the nature of the dietary lipid intake. These lipid phase transitions do not appear to correlate directly with those events considered responsible for the altered Arrhenius kinetics of various mitochondrial membrane-associated enzymes.  相似文献
