长江江豚背部皮肤表面有一长条小齿,由1—3排组成。它是由表皮向体表突起而成。小齿区皮肤中的乳头深深伸人表皮,几达表面,它的高度在成体约占整个表皮厚度的70-80%,新生幼儿为84.6%。经研究,我们发现在小齿区皮肤中存在着大量类似于人类皮肤中的环层小体那样的被囊神经末梢和几种有鞘神经纤维束。根据这些结构,我们认为小齿是一种感觉器官,它并不能起到防止幼儿从母体背部滑落的作用。  相似文献

目的研究角蛋白15(K15)在大鼠皮肤发育中的表达状况,定位表皮干细胞.方法以不同年龄大鼠背部皮肤为标本,用组织学方法,观察出生后大鼠皮肤的形态发育变化;以K15单克隆抗体为一抗,进行免疫组织化学染色,观察K15在大鼠皮肤中的表达状况.结果(1)组织学方法显示,随着年龄的增长,大鼠背部表皮细胞层数逐渐变少;在毛囊的生长周期中,以隆突区为界,毛囊上段为恒定区,下段呈周期性变化(2)免疫组化染色显示,毛囊隆突区细胞胞浆表达K15,随年龄的增长,K15阳性细胞出现在毛母质细胞区、毛囊外根鞘和表皮基底层.结论表皮干细胞位于毛囊隆突区,与表皮的更新和毛囊的周期性变化有关.  相似文献

对大凉疣螈Tylototriton taliangensis的皮肤进行了显微观察,结果表明,其体表不同部位皮肤的厚度存在一定差异,但基本结构相同.皮肤表面粗糙,表皮角质化程度较高.表皮与真皮相接处毛细血管丰富,毛细血管常向表皮突起,突起处表皮细胞层数减少,背部毛细血管密度大于腹部.皮肤中含有丰富的色素细胞,主要分布在真皮疏松层浅表.真皮中有丰富的皮肤腺:粘液腺体积较小,分布遍及全身,腹侧密度较大;颗粒腺体积较粘液腺大,主要分布在耳区、体背两侧及尾背侧,形成耳后腺、背嵴、尾部颗粒腺区等特殊结构.  相似文献

本文报道了爪鲵皮肤和腺体的显微结构特点及腺体和毛细血管的分布特点。其表皮较薄,由2~7层细胞构成,真皮厚度与腺体大小有关,致密层在腹部较厚而在其他部位稀少。爪鲵皮肤不仅具有粘液腺和颗粒腺,而且还出现了一种特殊的类似脂肪细胞构成的腺体,该腺体只分布于体背部与体腹部的交界处。颗粒腺集中在躯体和尾的背部,粘液腺主要集中分布于腹部。毛细血管在皮肤中极其丰富,背部分布密度明显大于腹部。毛细血管分布于表皮下,并常向表皮突起,突起处表皮细胞层数减少,形成皮肤的血气呼吸屏障,以保证皮肤有效的呼吸作用的完成。  相似文献

采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和透射电镜,对松江鲈鱼(Trachidermus fasciatus)成体皮肤的显微结构和亚显微结构进行了观察。结果表明,松江鲈鱼体表不同部位皮肤的厚薄不一,但基本结构相似。皮肤由表皮和真皮层构成。松江鲈鱼的皮肤裸露无鳞,表皮层较薄,由约4~8层细胞构成,主要由复层上皮细胞和黏液细胞及基底细胞组成。表层细胞呈扁平、多边形, 细胞之间主要靠桥粒紧密连接,连接处形成增厚的边缘嵴状突起。表皮细胞游离面向内凹陷,表面形成指纹状微嵴。黏液细胞呈圆形或卵圆形,散布在上皮细胞之间。黏液细胞内的黏原颗粒具有椭圆颗粒状、均匀致密的块状和疏松丝状3种不同形态。真皮通过基膜与表皮相连,由稀疏层和致密层构成。真皮结缔组织在腹部较厚而在其他部位较薄。表皮与真皮连接处有色素层,头部、背部、尾柄和体侧皮肤色素细胞分布多,色素层明显,而腹部和颏部皮肤缺少色素。松江鲈鱼黄河群体真皮层中有角质棘状突起,而滦河群体则无。头部、体侧和尾柄处皮肤上还分布有侧线孔和表面神经丘等感觉器官。  相似文献

葡萄糖手表

糖表是一种无创测定方法。实际上它测定的:不是血糖,而是组织液中的葡萄糖水平。不过血糖和组织液中的糖基本上是保持平衡的。此表比一般手表略大,其背部有一渗透填片接触皮肤,一次可用13小时。用一微弱电流通过微透析技术,使皮下组织液中的葡萄糖渗透出皮肤,再由糖表测定。新型的糖表每10分钟自动显示一次糖量。  相似文献

江豚皮肤的超微结构与海洋豚类相同,但在各层表皮细胞中存在大量的膜被颗粒,这很可能与江豚适应从海水进入淡水的生活方式有关。大量成束的张力原纤维的存在,有利于江豚在水中深潜和快速游泳,可适应来自各方面的压力,加强细胞之间的联接。在上下颌皮肤的乳头层基部大量被囊神经末梢和有鞘神经纤维束的分布、与江豚水底觅食方式有关。白鱀豚和条纹原海豚皮肤的超微结构与江豚大致相同,但亦有其各自的特点。  相似文献

The unique pattern of small tubercles on the leading edge of the dorsal fins of harbor porpoises (Phocoena phocoena) has been widely noted in the literature, though their structure or function has never been conclusively identified. We examined external morphology and microanatomy of the tubercles for further understanding of the nature of the tubercles. Measurements were taken of height and peak‐to‐peak distance of the tubercles using scaled photographs. Mean tubercle height was standardized as a percentage of the dorsal fin height and ranged from 0.63 to 0.87%. Mean peak‐to‐peak distance ranged from 4.2 ± 2.0 to 5.6 ± 2.0 mm. The microstructure analysis of the dorsal fin leading edge, trailing edge and tubercles revealed an epidermal thickness of 0.7–2.7 mm with the thickest epidermis at the tubercular apex. The epidermis contained three distinct strata (=layers), including the stratum corneum, spinosum, and basale. The stratum corneum was significantly thickened in tubercles, over four times thicker than in the leading or trailing edge of the fin. The stratum spinosum, composed of lipokeratinocytes and lamellar oil bodies, was significantly thinner in the trailing edge than in the other two sites. There was no significant difference in the stratum basale among the three sites. Volume fraction of lipokeratinocytes was significantly higher at the sides of the leading edge and the apex of the tubercles, while volume fraction of lamellar oil bodies was significantly lower at the apex of the tubercles. Though the function of the tubercles is unknown, their position, hardened structure and increased epidermal stratum corneum suggest that they may have hydrodynamic importance. J. The morphology and distribution of the minute tubercles on the skin surface of larvae in Korean bitterling, Rhodeus pseudosericeus, were observed during larval development. Just after hatching, the epidermis of the larvae consists of a thin single cell layer having smaller basophilic flat or round‐flattened basal cells. As the larvae grow, the epidermis contains more small flat cells and large epidermal cells that are round or hemisphere‐shaped. These large unicellular epidermal cells, called minute tubercles, consist of more or less homogeneous cytoplasm that is PAS (Periodic acid‐Schiff method) positive. They are more densely distributed in the wing‐like yolk sac projection. Vestigial minute tubercles occur in the body region and the caudal fin‐fold region. These minute tubercles grow in number and height from 6 to 8 days after hatching onward. However, they become reduced in height and number as the larvae develop. At day 31 after hatching (i.e. free‐swimming stage), minute tubercles no longer exist on the larval skin. The sequence of occurrence and gradual disappearance of these cell structures are described and histologically documented for comparative purposes of beta, taxnomomic and environmental studies.  相似文献

The intraepidermal innervation of the snout skin of the opossum has been studied with the light and electron microscope. Numerous large nerve fibers loose their myelin sheath in the superficial dermis and pass into the epidermis. The basement membranes of the epidermis and Schwann cell become continuous at the point of entry of the neurite into the epidermis. Within the epidermis, the neurite is associated with a specialized secretory epidermal cell, termed a Merkel cell. This cell has many secretory granules apposed to the neurite. The Merkel cells are epidermal cells since they have desmosomes between them and adjacent epidermal cells. The neurite in the stratum spinosum is enveloped by Schwann cells in a manner analogous to the Schwann cell investment of unmyelinated neurites. In the upper stratum spinosum the nerve fiber evidences changes which can be interpreted as degenerative. The Merkel cell-neurite complex is interpreted as representing a sensory receptor unit.  相似文献

The proliferative response of mouse skin to damage caused by X-irradiation has been tested by giving repeated injections of tritiated thymidine and scoring the percentage of labelled cells in high resolution autoradiographs. Four, nine and fourteen daily fractions of 300 rads of X-rays were used and labelling commenced 4 days after the last fraction. The epidermis of the upper surface and the sole of the foot were scored separately and were compared with the skin of unirradiated feet. In unirradiated skin the proliferation rate of the basal layer cells is more rapid on the sole than on the upper surface. The cell cycle times deduced from continuous labelling curves were 81 hr and 111 hr respectively and the growth fractions were 97% and 85%. After irradiation with small daily doses the homeostatic response to cell killing was slow. More rapid proliferation occurred after nine fractions in the sole, but was not apparent in the skin of the upper surface until fourteen fractions had been given. After fourteen fractions the cell cycle time was about 24 hr on both surfaces and the growth fraction was about 90%. The initial labelling index after a single thymidine injection was a poor measure of proliferation rate. The delay in the time of onset of faster proliferation is similar, both qualitatively and quantitatively, to that measured previously from the additional dose increments needed if large doses were given at different times after the multifraction treatments (Denekamp, 1973).  相似文献

利用复合致痛剂引起大鼠皮肤多觉型伤害性感受器(PMN)持续放电的模型,发现刺激坐骨神经中枢端对 PMN 持续放电有显著的抑制或先易化后抑制效应。通过交叉灌流,刺激供血动物的坐骨神经也可对受血动物的 PMN 持续放电产生类似的效应。注射刺激坐骨神经动物的血清,可显著影响 PMN 的活动。大部分单位的抑制效应不被纳洛酮翻转。对吗啡耐受的动物,刺激坐骨神经仍可引起抑制效应。预先利血平化,则使刺激的易化效应基本取消。结果证实,躯体神经传入冲动诱发体液因素调制 PMN 的持续性活动。其中参与抑制效应的因子可能有阿片类与非阿片类,参与易化效应的因子可能是儿茶酚胺。  相似文献

Horny projections arising from single cells, or unculi, of ostariophysan fishes are described and discussed by several workers, but they occur in many more families and genera than previously reported and their status as a key adaptive feature has not been recognized. Unculi are related morphologically to the relatively well-known multicellular horny tubercles (including breeding tubercles) of Ostariophysi and other fishes, but differ from them in anatomical distribution and function. Unculi are especially prominent features of portions of the epidermis in Cyprinoidei (carps, loaches, and their allies) and Siluroidei (catfishes); they also occur in Characoidei (characins) and Chanoidei (gonorynchs) but have not been found in any non-ostariophysan fishes. Unculi evidently are functionally significant on the lips and other mouth parts (especially in groups lacking jaw teeth), on the ventral surface of the paired fins in many bottom-dwellers, and on several neomorphic features including epidermal plaques and tubercles in various catfishes, the thoracic adhesive disc of sisorid catfishes, and the mental adhesive disc of the cyprinid genus Garra . In some sisorid and akysid catfishes virtually the entire external body surface is covered by unculiferous plaques or tubercles. Possible functions of unculi include: mechanical protection of the skin, rasping, adhesion, and hydrodynamic effects. Unculi seem to have been especially important in the diversification of cyprinoid feeding habits and in the adaptation of bottom-dwelling cyprinoids and siluroids to swift-water habitats, especially in Asia.  相似文献

外源性神经生长因子(NGF)对周边交感系统的营养性影响已有广泛的研究(Black,1978;Purves等,1978)。但是,内源性NGF是否同样行使这种影响,至今还没有被人证实(Nja等,1978)。1979年,Carstairs等人利用丙酸睾酮慢性处理,提高小鼠颌下腺内NGF含量以后,观察到颈上神经节(SCG)中有部分神经元肥大,但其它交感神经节不受影响。作者认为SCG内肥大的神经元就是支配颌下腺的那部分交感神经元。由于雄性小鼠颌下腺内的NGF含量是雌性小鼠的92倍(Hirata等,1979),我们实验室直接检查了小鼠颌下腺和虹膜的交感神经支配,发现成年雄性小鼠颌下腺的荧光基丛索远较雌性小鼠的  相似文献
