兰州五泉山的藻类及其分布   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
以兰州五泉山为该地藻种资源库,对其中水生、陆生生境中藻类的种类多样性、群落结构、分布特点进行了研究。结果发现该地藻类植物65种(含4变种),包括蓝藻、绿藻、硅藻和红藻,其中硅藻种类最多(29种),其它依次为蓝藻(24种)、绿藻(11种)和红藻(1种)。水体中共42种,硅藻最多,有26种,其次蓝藻8种,绿藻7种,红藻1种,不同水体中优势种和亚优势种不同。土壤生境中发现20种,蓝藻13种,绿藻4种,硅藻3种,且非洲席藻和小球藻分为优势种和亚优势种。7个种类在水、陆两大生境都有分布,而且它们主要是丝状蓝藻。  相似文献

为全面了解着生藻类在建群中群落变化的生态学特性,揭示着生藻类的建群规律,在以丝状藻类为优势藻的生态塘中,采用花岗岩和瓷砖为附着材料,设置水体底部和中部为附着位点,进行频次为10d的采样分析。结果表明,生态塘中共检出8门73属117种着生藻类,其中以硅藻、蓝藻、绿藻为优势类群。同时不同人工基质和不同空间层次条件下着生藻类的建群特征较一致,早期以单细胞硅藻如舟形藻(Navicula sp.)、脆杆藻(Fragilaria sp.)、曲壳藻(Achnanthes sp.)等为优势,后期以丝状藻类如鞘丝藻(Lyngbya sp.)、颤藻(Oscillatoria sp.)、伪鱼腥藻(Pseudanabaena sp.)等为优势;研究结果发现不同人工基质(花岗岩和瓷砖)对着生藻类的种类组成、细胞密度、生物量和藻类多样性无显著影响,花岗岩和瓷砖上附着的着生藻类具有较高的相似性;但不同的空间层次对着生藻类建群特征影响明显,水体底部具有更多的硅藻种类数,中部具有更多的绿藻,随着建群时间的发展,蓝藻比例不断增加;就生物量而言,底部的着生藻类叶绿素a显著高于水体中部,但两者的细胞密度无显著性差异;随着建群过程的发展,水体底部的着生藻类生物量达峰值所需的时间比中部更长。通过相关性分析,生态塘中着生藻类的生长主要受总磷的影响。  相似文献

为了解新疆的微藻资源及其群落特征,研究于2013年5月和2014年6月对新疆包括荒漠、草甸、农田、滩涂等土壤生境和湖泊、水库、河流、池塘、沟渠等水体生境中的微藻进行了采样调查,共采集到标本329个,其中水样256个,土样73个。经室内鉴定发现,陆生藻有77种,优势种呈蓝藻-绿藻型,主要是席藻属(Phormidium)的种类、具鞘微鞘藻(Microcoleus vaginatus)、土生绿球藻(Chlorococcum humicola);水生藻有272种,优势种呈绿藻-硅藻-蓝藻型,主要集中在颤藻属(Oscillatoria)、席藻属(Phormidium)、栅藻属(Scenedesmus)、单针藻属(Monoraphidium)和舟形藻属(Navicula)。整体而言,北部中温带干旱区的微藻较南部暖温带极端干旱区更丰富,而且主要集中在中温带干旱区的滩涂、湖泊和河流生境。依多维尺度分析发现,土壤生境下同一气候区的滩涂和草甸的微藻群落结构较为相似,荒漠和农田生境的群落结构无气候区域差异。在水生生境下,暖温带极端干旱区河流中的群落结构与其他4种水境中差别较大;中温带干旱区的湖泊和河流相似,其他生境中的差别都较大,这说明气候带和生境类型都对微藻群落有影响。    相似文献

太平湖水库的浮游藻类与营养型评价   总被引:7,自引:1,他引:7  
研究了太平湖水库的浮游藻类与营养类型。共发现藻类175种。绿藻门的种类最多(87种),占种类总数的50%。硅藻和蓝藻次之(分别为34和33种),各占19.4%和18.8%。其它5门藻合计21种,仅占种类总数的11.8%。根据营养型分析结果,太平湖目前水质优良,属中营养型水体;但是藻类的优势种类和总氮含量两项指标已达富营养水平,而且微囊藻(Microcystis)水体较多出现,表明该水体已有向富营养化发展的趋势。含磷量较低(总磷0.012mg/L)是浮游藻类进一步大量繁殖的限制因子。为防止水质恶化,除了应控制含氮化合物的污染外,限制磷的输入尤为重要。  相似文献

在2000年的丰水期(6—7月份)和枯水期(11—12月份)分别对广东省19个大中型水库的浮游植物进行采样调查。一共发现有7门89属142种的藻类。其中绿藻84种,硅藻25种,蓝藻19种,裸藻9种,甲藻和金藻各两种以及隐藻1种。水库的主要优势种为蓝藻或硅藻。藻类的细胞密度和叶绿素含量从水库上游到水库下游依次降低。丰水期的藻类丰度要高于枯水期。绝大多数水库在丰水期优势种为蓝藻,而在枯水期的优势种为硅藻。人为导致的水量增减会对季节性变化造成影响。从空间分布上看,每西和珠江三角洲地区主要优势种为蓝藻,而每东地区和东江、韩江流域的主要优势种为绿藻,北江流域的各种类组成比较均匀。  相似文献

通过对大沙镇生物防治稻田及普通稻田水体中浮游植物的调查研究,共检出藻类112种,其中生物防治稻田中82种,普通稻田中89种.稻田水体中的浮游植物以硅藻、裸藻和绿藻占优势.在普通稻田中,硅藻种类数超过生物防治稻田,其优势度最高的5种藻类中除双对栅藻外,其余4种均为硅藻;而在生物防治稻田中,裸藻种类数高于普通稻田,且其优势度最高的5种藻类中有两种为裸藻.通过比较发现,生物防治稻田水体中浮游生物的密度明显高于普通稻田.对水体浮游植物多样性及均匀度的分析表明,稻田水体中的浮游植物自秧苗插上至干田期间,多样性指数略有上升(主要是由于种类数的增加引起的),而均匀度呈下降趋势.  相似文献

古尔班通古特沙漠生物结皮藻类的组成和生态分布研究   总被引:17,自引:1,他引:16  
通过对新疆古尔班通古特沙漠中9个样地73份生物结皮土样藻类的培养和鉴定,分析了古尔班通古特沙漠中生物结皮藻类的种类组成和生态分布特点。结果表明.该沙漠中有藻类植物49属121种.隶属于蓝藻门、绿藻门、硅藻门和裸藻门。其中监藻83种,绿藻20种,硅藻11种。裸藻7种。蓝藻占总种数的68.60%,其中又以丝状种类为优势.占66.27%;绿藻则以单细胞种类为主。在古尔班通古特沙漠不同地带中,其藻类物种多样性和群落组成均有所不同,中部藻类物种最为丰富,北部和南部次之。而东部和西部则明显减少。在沙垄不同部位的分布中,少数种类对地貌部位的选择性不明显,但有些种类在不同地貌部位分布有差异。藻类在结皮不同层次的分布不同,在结皮层中藻类的种类和数量都较丰富.且以丝状种类较多,而在结皮下层藻类的种类和数量明显减少。  相似文献

不同氮磷比条件下浮游藻类群落变化   总被引:30,自引:1,他引:30  
选取天津市小型人工湖湖水样品,调整氮磷起始质量比(分别为0.5∶1、7.2∶1、25∶1、50∶1),在水族试验箱内进行生态模拟试验,探讨城市湖水浮游藻类群落对不同氮磷比例的响应.与对照组相比,高氮磷比组绿藻种类减少,蓝藻种类变化不大;低氮磷比组蓝、绿藻种类数均减少.高氮磷比的中氮和高氮箱内,藻类生物量、细胞密度与叶绿素a都远高于对照和高磷箱;高氮箱中叶绿素a均值最高,为69.7 μg·L-1,中氮箱次之,为54.3 μg·L-1,对照与高磷箱分别为30.3和29.7 μg·L-1.试验中后期,高磷箱绿藻门美丽胶网藻(Dictyosphaerium pulchellum)一直占据优势地位;而中氮箱和高氮箱主要优势藻种为皮状席藻(Phormidium corium)、细胶鞘藻(Phormidium tenue)、湖泊鞘丝藻(Lyngbya limnetica)和铜绿微囊藻(Microcystis aeruginosa)等蓝藻.对照箱内物种丰富度最高,中氮箱内生态优势度最高.  相似文献

对建在武汉东湖大型围隔、围栏内的浮游植物进行了18个月的研究,结果表明:围隔(栏)和对照区的浮游植物共有7门89属,全年均以绿藻、蓝藻和硅藻种类最多,围隔中的绿藻种类多于围栏和对照区,其它门类在各群落间无明显差别,浮游植物的种类依秋、夏、春、冬的次序减少,各季节均以绿藻种类最多,其次为蓝藻和硅藻。藻类密度则以春、夏、冬、秋的次序递减,隐藻、绿藻、硅藻、蓝藻的数量之和约占总数的95%以上。各区中浮游  相似文献

为探明淀山湖浮游植物群落结构演变与富营养化之间的关系,于2004-2006年对上海市最大天然淡水湖泊淀山湖的浮游植物进行逐月采样调查,分析其群落结构特征.共采集到淀山湖浮游植物84属205种,主要由绿藻(种类数占50%)、硅藻(20%)、蓝藻(13%)、裸藻(13%)等组成.相邻两月之间种类相似性系数呈现冬春季高、夏秋季低的趋势:优势种为银灰平裂藻(Merismopedia glauca)、小席藻(Phormidium tenus)、铜绿微囊藻(Microcystis aeruginosa)、具缘微囊藻(M.marginata)、湖泊鞘丝藻(Lyngbya limnetica)、微小色球藻(Chroococcus minutus),颗粒直链藻最窄变种(Melosira granulata var.angustissima )、啮蚀隐藻(Cryptomonas erosa)、小球藻(Chlorella vulgate)和四尾栅藻(Scenedesmus quadricauda)等.浮游植物群落细胞数量主要由蓝藻(42.73%)、绿藻(37.75%)、硅藻(12.67%)和隐藻(6.06%)组成;生物量主要由硅藻(36.75%)、蓝藻(16.78%)、绿藻(16.36%)和隐藻03.53%)等组成.淀山湖浮游植物群落结构季节演替模式不同于PEG(Plankton Ecology Group)模型,其中蓝藻从春末开始大量出现,夏季大量繁殖,一直延续到秋初.综合文献资料看出,淀山湖浮游植物群落已从1959年的硅藻一金藻型、1987-1988年的隐藻-硅藻型演变为2004-2006年的蓝藻-绿藻型;数量由1959年的103 ind./L上升至2004-2006年的1.11×107 cells/L.演替的总体趋势表现为:贫中营养型的金藻、甲藻比例下降,富营养型的蓝藻、隐藻和微型绿藻增加.浮游植物数量和群落结构的演变指示了淀山湖水体的富营养化进程.  相似文献

Collections of algae, mainly planktonic, were made from 41 saline lakes in southern Saskatchewan ranging in salinity from 3.2 to 428 g l-1. Algae in 7 phyla, 8 classes, 42 families, 91 genera and 212 species and varieties were identified. Fourteen species were restricted to hypersaline (50 g l-1) waters and eleven of these were diatoms. In general, species diversity was inversely related to lake salinity. Algae that were important community constituents over a broad spectrum of salinities were the green algae Ctenocladus circinnatus, Dunaliella salina and Rhizoclonium hieroglyphicum, the blue-green Lyngbya Birgei, Microcystis aeruginosa, Oscillatoria tenuis, O. Utermoehli and Nodularia spumigena and the diatoms Melosira granulata, Stephanodiscus niagarae and Chaetoceros Elmorei. In general green algae were dominant when lake salinity exceeded 100 g l-1 although diatoms played important roles in most of these highly saline lakes except for Patience Lake.  相似文献

The Waikato River (latitude 38°S, longitude 176°E, North Island, New Zealand) is overwhelming y dominated by diatoms (mainly Melosira species) while blue-green and green algae are of minor importance. Both laboratory and in situ nutrient enrichment experiments showed enhanced growth of natural and index blue-green and green algae by addition of phosphate and nitrate. These algae were also shown to require higher temperature and light intensity than the diatoms. On the other hand, Waikato River with its higher silica content, moderate range of temperature and running water habitat was more favourable an environment for diatoms.  相似文献

In 1981, experiments to study the toxicity of copper in its ionic, complexed (to humic acid) and adsorbed (on cellulose fibers from a local paper mill) forms on species composition, standing crop, and photosynthesis of phytoplankton were conducted in chemostats with natural aggregations composed mainly of either green algae or of diatoms from the Saguenay River. In the aggregations of green algae, the rates of primary production were more strongly inhibited by copper than were the chlorophyll a concentrations, whereas the cell numbers, standing crop and rates of primary production of the diatoms were all strongly inhibited by copper.  相似文献

As part of the general study of the hydrobiology of the southeastern Nigerian deltaic waters, phytoplankton samples were collected (Jan.–August, 1981, to Dec., 1984 irregularly). Sixty-seven species were identified, thirty-nine of which were diatoms. The diatoms constituted the dominant taxa especially in the brackish zone while desmids, green algae and blue-green algal species occurred more commonly in the freshwater usptream zone.  相似文献

Marine microalgae were grown in multispecies continuous cultures. Under carbon dioxide limitation, blue-green algae dominated. Under nitrate and light limitation, species dominance depended on the initial conditions. When the inoculum consisted primarily of blue-green algae with smaller amounts of other species, blue-green algae and pennate diatoms dominated. When the inoculum consisted of equal amounts of all species, green flagellates and pennate diatoms dominated. Green flagellates and blue-green algae were incompatible and never shared dominance. When nutrient limitations were overcome, the productivity of seawater was increased 100-fold before light limitation occurred. The productivity could be further increased by reducing photorespiration in the culture. The dilution rates studied (0.1, 0.2, and 0.4 day(-1)) had no effect on species dominance, nor did the higher dilution rates select for smaller cells. The maximum productivity occurred at a dilution rate of 0.2 day(-1). Temperature had the greatest effect on species dominance, with green flagellates, pennate diatoms, and blue-green algae dominating at 20 degrees C and only blue-green algae dominating at 35 degrees C. The productivity at 35 degrees C was lower than that at 20 degrees C because of the lower solubility of carbon dioxide at higher temperatures. At 10% salinity, green flagellates and pennate diatoms dominated. The productivity at this salinity was 50% that obtained at the salinity of seawater (3.5%). At 25% salinity, only the green flagellate, Dunaliella salina, survived at a productivity of 1% that obtained at the salinity of seawater.  相似文献

Collections of algae growing on the windows of a benthobservatory were made between April 1974 and October 1974. Eighty-eight species of algae representing eight classes were identified. Of these, 64% were green algae, 19% were diatoms, 11% were bluegreen algae and 6% were of the remaining 4 classes. The peak of algal growth was noted near mid-July with some indications of early spring and late autumn peaks. The relationship of algal growth to the distribution of some benthic fauna is briefly discussed.  相似文献

Samples of drifting and periphytic microalgae were collected during 1972 from a fast-flowing, stony stream (Brurskardsbekken) in the Jotunheimen mountain area, central southern Norway. The predominant algal groups in the drift and the periphyton were diatoms and green algae, while only a few species were recorded in both communities. A considerable number of species from Chrysophyceae, Cryptophyceae and other algal classes were also recorded in the drift samples. The species composition was in good agreement with microalgal communities earlier described from mountain areas in Scandinavia, although species which probably are new to Norway, were also recorded. A quantitatively important fraction of planktonic species in the drift is interpreted as a contribution from lacustrine habitats in the watercourse. A general change in the periphyton during the summer, from green algae to diatoms, was observed, Altitudinal differences in the periphyton included a delayed green algal maximum at higher altitudes compared to lower. In the zone around the upper birch limit, a transition in species composition as one goes up stream, described in other investigations, was not observed.  相似文献

Abstract

A preliminary account on some mountain lakes of the Southern Apennines. Phytoplankton investigation on three ponds of the Monte Sirino (Basilicata).—Phytoplankton standing crop and species composition have been studied in three ponds of the Southern Apennines. The observations carried out throughout ten months in 1975, showed a great number of species present in the Remmo pond, mainly diatoms, desmids, green algae, and blue-green algae. In the Sirino pond only diatoms and Chrysophyceae were present.

In comparison, in the Zapano pond, the phytoplankton was scarcely represented but the occurrence of some species of green algae may suggest a eutrophic water condition. On the basis of the peculiarities both of species composition and biomass, the major water bodies may be considered oligotrophic.  相似文献
