Abstract: 8-Azidoadenosine triphosphate labeled in the α or γ position with 32P was used as a photoaffinity reagent for identifying ATP binding sites on the external surface of intact rat brain synaptosomes. As revealed by autoradiography of sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoretic patterns, UV irradiation of intact synaptosomes in the presence of the above radioactive compounds at 5–10 µ M resulted in the formation of several major radioactive conjugates with approximate molecular masses of 29, 45/46, 58, and 93 kDa. Minor bands of 20, 39, 52/54, 82/84, 120, and 140 kDa were also consistently labeled in these experiments. The possibility that labeling of these proteins was due to the presence of contaminating subcellular particles or intrasynaptosomal proteins was excluded. The major 8-azidoadenosine [α-32P]triphosphate-labeled protein complex of ∼45/46 kDa was resolved into several subbands that are labeled differently depending on the type of divalent cations added to the photoaffinity reaction. In the presence of magnesium only, the major labeled band appeared at 45 kDa. With calcium, two additional subbands (43 and 46 kDa) could be distinguished. In the presence of 1 m M EDTA, a band at 44 kDa was labeled within this ATP-binding complex. The labeling pattern of the subbands of this 45/46-kDa complex is consistent with these bands being extracellular ATP-binding proteins on the surface of the synaptosome.  相似文献

Properties of prostaglandin (PG) E2 binding sites of a murine macrophage cell line (P388D1) were investigated. The specific binding of [3H]-PGE2 to intact P388D1 cells at 4 degrees C in the presence of cytochalasin D (10 micrograms/ml) approached saturation at concentration greater than 7.5 X 10(-9) M, and could be displaced most effectively by unlabeled PGE2 and less effectively by unlabeled PGI2. The Scatchard analysis of the binding data clearly indicated the heterogeneity with respect to the PGE2 binding affinity and showed the presence of about 3.9 fmol/10(8) cells of the high affinity sites (KD = 1.1 X 10(-9) M) and about 24 fmol/10(8) cells of the low affinity sites (KD = 2 X 10(-8) M). PGE2-binding proteins were isolated from the detergent lysate of the radiolabeled P388D1 cells by affinity chromatography on Sepharose 4B coupled to PGE2. The affinity-isolated materials were further purified by successive use of Sephadex G-100 gel filtration and isoelectric focusing in the presence of dithiothreitol (1 mM) and Triton X-100 (0.5%). The final step yielded about 0.25% of the original radioactivity, which sharply focused as a single peak at pH near 6.5. The electrofocused PGE2-binding proteins migrated as a single band with a m.w. of 95,000 during SDS-PAGE. The electrofocused PGE2-binding proteins bound specifically to [3H]-PGE2 but showed again the heterogeneity with respect to their affinity.  相似文献

Due to potential use for variety of biotechnological applications, genes encoding thermoalkalophilic esterase from three different Geobacillus strains isolated from thermal environmental samples in Balçova (Agamemnon) geothermal site were cloned and respective proteins were expressed in Escherichia coli (E.coli) and characterized in detail. Three esterases (Est1, Est2, Est3) were cloned directly by PCR amplification using consensus degenerate primers from genomic DNA of the strains Est1, Est2 and Est3 which were from mud, reinjection water and uncontrolled thermal leak, respectively. The genes contained an open reading frame (ORF) consisting of 741 bp for Est1 and Est2, which encoded 246 amino acids and ORF of Est3 was 729 bp encoded 242 amino acids. The esterase genes were expressed in E. coli and purified using His-Select HF nickel affinity gel. The molecular mass of the recombinant enzyme for each esterase was approximately 27.5 kDa. The three esterases showed high specific activity toward short chain p-NP esters. Recombinant Est1, Est2, Est3 have exhibited similar activity and the highest esterase activity of 1,100 U/mg with p-nitrophenyl acetate (pNPC2) as substrate was observed with Est1. All three esterase were most active around 65°C and pH 9.5–10.0. The effect of organic solvents, several metal ions, inhibitors and detergents on enzyme activity for purified Est1, Est2, Est3 were determined separately and compared.  相似文献

Plant cells in culture secrete a sulfated peptide named phytosulfokine-alpha (PSK-alpha), and this peptide induces the cell division and/or cell differentiation by means of specific high and low affinity receptors. Putative receptor proteins for this autocrine type growth factor were identified by photoaffinity labeling of plasma membrane fractions derived from rice suspension cells. Incubation of membranes with a photoactivable (125)I-labeled PSK-alpha analog, [N(epsilon)-(4-azidosalicyl)Lys(5)]PSK-alpha (AS-PSK-alpha), followed by UV irradiation resulted in specific labeling of 120- and 160-kDa bands in SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The labeling of both bands was completely inhibited by unlabeled PSK-alpha and partially decreased by PSK-alpha analogs possessing moderate binding activities. In contrast, PSK-alpha analogs that have no biological activity showed no competition for (125)I-AS-PSK-alpha binding, confirming the specificity of binding proteins. Analysis of the affinity of (125)I incorporation into the protein by ligand saturation experiments gave apparent K(d) values of 5.0 nm for the 120-kDa band and 5.4 nm for the 160-kDa band, suggesting that both proteins correspond to the high affinity binding site. Treatment of (125)I-AS-PSK-alpha cross-linked proteins with peptide N-glycosidase F demonstrated that both proteins contained approximately 10 kDa of N-linked oligosaccharides. Specific cross-linking of (125)I-AS-PSK-alpha was also observed by using plasma membranes derived from carrot and tobacco cells, indicating the widespread occurrence of the binding proteins. Together, these data suggest that the 120- and 160-kDa proteins are PSK-alpha receptors that mediate the biological activities of PSK-alpha.  相似文献

The covalent modification of proteins by metabolites of arachidonic acid (AA) was investigated in human platelets. Following incubation of washed human platelets with radiolabeled AA, ethanol precipitation of the proteins, and lipid extraction by organic solvents, a small fraction of the radioactivity added (0.3%) was tightly bound to the protein pellet. A dozen labeled protein bands were resolved by sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Exhaustive hydrolysis of platelet proteins by proteases released an amphipathic radiolabeled material which had a chromatographic behavior similar to that of a known peptidolipid, leukotriene C4. These findings suggest a covalent nature for the observed binding. This binding was specific for AA since palmitate, myristate, or linoleate did not bind to a significant extent. It involved products of both cyclooxygenase and lipoxygenase pathways: it was indeed inhibited to a greater extent by eicosatetraynoic acid than by indomethacin. The protein-associated radioactivity was increased by the thromboxane synthase inhibitor dazoxiben. Indomethacin completely abolished this increase in binding, which could not be reproduced by exogenous prostaglandin (PG) E2, F2 alpha, or D2, and might thus involve PGG2 and/or PGH2. Diamide, an agent known to inhibit the reduction of 12-hydroperoxyeicosatetraenoic acid in platelets, produced an increase of the covalent binding, which was abolished by eicosatetraynoic acid but not by indomethacin: this suggests that the lipoxygenase product bound was 12-hydroperoxyeicosatetraenoic acid or a by-product. Dazoxiben and diamide produced distinct patterns of protein labeling after sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. One labeled band had a Mr of 70,000 as the PGH synthase monomer. Addition of AA at 17 microM enhanced the labeling of this band, while 100 microM was inhibitory. Labeling of this band was also induced by thrombin in prelabeled platelets. Two monoclonal antibodies against PGH synthase caused immune precipitation of a 70-kDa labeled protein in homogenates of [3H]AA-labeled platelets. PGH synthase, purified from ram seminal vesicles, was covalently modified after incubation with [3H]AA: this labeling was almost completely abolished by indomethacin. As much as 40% of platelet PGH synthase was covalently modified after incubation with 17 microM AA. It can be concluded that in intact platelets PGH synthase is covalently modified by an eicosanoid following incubation with exogenous AA or after AA mobilization from phospholipids by thrombin.  相似文献

Abstract: Neonicotinoids such as the insecticide imidacloprid (IMI) act as agonists at the insect nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR). Head membranes of Drosophila melanogaster and Musca domestica have a single high-affinity binding site for [3H]IMI with K D values of 1–2 n M and B max values of 560–850 fmol/mg of protein. Locusta and Periplaneta nAChRs isolated with an α-bungarotoxin (α-BGT)-agarose affinity column are known to be α-subunit homooligomers. This study uses 1 - [ N - (6 - chloro - 3 - pyridylmethyl) - N - ethyl]amino - 1 - amino-2-nitroethene (which inhibits [3H]IMI binding to Drosophila and Musca head membranes at 2–3 n M ) to develop a neonicotinoid-agarose affinity column. The procedure—introduction of Triton-solubilized Drosophila or Musca head membranes into this neonicotinoid-based column, elution with IMI, and analysis by lithium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis—gives only three proteins (69, 66, and 61 kDa) tentatively assigned as putative subunits of the nAChR; the same three proteins are obtained with Musca using the α-BGT-agarose affinity column. Photoaffinity labeling of the Drosophila and Musca putative subunits from the neonicotinoid column with 125I-α-BGT-4-azidosalicylic acid gives a labeled derivative of 66–69 kDa. The yield is 2–5 µg of receptor protein from 1 g of Drosophila or Musca heads. Neonicotinoid affinity chromatography to isolate native Drosophila and Musca receptors will facilitate studies on the structure and function of insect nAChRs.  相似文献

Abstract: Forskolin treatment of cerebellar granule cells in culture resulted in bidirectional regulation of the expression of GABAA receptor α1 and α6 subunits. Thus, forskolin applied at 2 days in vitro (DIV) increased expression of the α1 subunit but decreased the expression of the α6 subunit. Values with respect to control cultures, both assayed at 9 DIV by immunoblotting, were 310 ± 48% for α1 and 25 ± 16% for the α6 subunit. Similar effects were evoked following chronic treatment with both dibutyryl cyclic AMP and 3-isobutyl-1-methylxanthine. Dideoxyforskolin had no effect on the level of expression of either the α1 or the α6 GABAA receptor subunits. The changes in subunit expression were accompanied by a 1.7-fold increase in number of total specific [3H]Ro 15-4513 binding sites expressed by intact cerebellar granule cells. This increase in total binding sites was accommodated by a 2.7-fold increase in number of diazepam-sensitive Ro 15-4513 binding sites in accordance with the observed increase in α1 subunit expression. The number of diazepam-insensitive subtype of binding sites were not significantly changed. These results suggest that GABAA receptor subtype expression can be differentially regulated by intracellular cyclic AMP concentration.  相似文献

Homomeric α7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptors are a well-established, pharmacologically distinct subtype. The more recently identified α9 subunit can also form functional homopentamers as well as α9α10 heteropentamers. Current fluorescent probes for α7 nicotinic ACh receptors are derived from α-bungarotoxin (α-BgTx). However, α-BgTx also binds to α9* and α1* receptors which are coexpressed with α7 in multiple tissues. We used an analog of α-conotoxin ArIB to develop a highly selective fluorescent probe for α7 receptors. This fluorescent α-conotoxin, Cy3-ArIB[V11L;V16A], blocked ACh-evoked α7 currents in Xenopus laevis oocytes with an IC50 value of 2.0 nM. Observed rates of blockade were minute-scale with recovery from blockade even slower. Unlike FITC-conjugated α-BgTx, Cy3-ArIB[V11L;V16A] did not block α9α10 or α1β1δε receptors. In competition binding assays, Cy3-ArIB[V11L;V16A] potently displaced [125I]-α-BgTx binding to mouse hippocampal membranes with a K i value of 21 nM. Application of Cy3-ArIB[V11L;V16A] resulted in specific punctate labeling of KXα7R1 cells but not KXα3β2R4, KXα3β4R2, or KXα4β2R2 cells. This labeling could be abolished by pre-treatment with α-cobratoxin. Thus, Cy3-ArIB[V11L;V16A] is a novel and selective fluorescent probe for α7 receptors.  相似文献

Abstract By cross-linking with [α-32P]GTP or [γ-32P]GTP with or without UV treatment, several proteins of Streptomyces griseus were shown to interact with GTP in specific ways. After gel electrophoresis, 19 bands of radioactivity were found; 12 bands were assigned as GTP-binding proteins and 6 bands as phosphorylated proteins. One band was assumed to be a guanylylated protein. The profile of radioactive bands was similar between cells prepared from liquid or solid culture, but markedly different between growth phases. A mutant (strain M-1) defective in aerial mycelium formation, which was originally found as a decoyinine-resistant isolate, was found to have a different profile of phosphorylated proteins.  相似文献

Abstract This paper investigates the esterase variation and genetic structure in three geographic populations of Sitodiplosis mosellana (Géhin) in western China by PAGE. The localities surveyed are Gaolan (36.3°N, 103.9°E) and Wuwei (37.9°N, 102.6°E) in spring wheat region and Chang'an (34. 1°N, 108.9° E) in winter wheat region. The results suggest that the esterase is coded by two loci: Est‐1 and Est‐2. Est‐1 is coded by a plastogene producing only one band that is the fastest on the gel among all bands. The Est‐2 is duplicated loci with 8 alleles, namely, a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h, which produce altogether 8 bands in all the populations and 1–4 bands in individual samples. There are 19 zymogram types observed in the three geographic populations. Seventeen zymogram types emerge in Chang'an population, but 5 and 4 zymogram types are found respectively in Gaolan and Wuwei populations. II2 zymogram type is the commonest in all the populations. The alleles that had the highest frequencies in all the populations are d, e, g. All 8 alleles at the Est2 were observed in Chang'an population, but only total 3 alleles‐d, e, g at the Est‐2 appeared in Gaolan and Wuwei populations. The analysis of genetic identity and cluster (UPGMA) on the alloenzyme indicates that the relationship between the two populations of spring wheat region seems to be closer, as compared with the relationship between spring wheat population and winter wheat population. It is evident that there exists some infraspecific variation caused mainly by genetic drift in S. mosellana and the gene flow among the populations possibly took place to some extent.  相似文献

There are clusters of basic amino acids on many cytoplasmic proteins that bind transiently to membranes (e.g., protein kinase C) as well as on the cytoplasmic domain of many intrinsic membrane proteins (e.g., glycophorin). To explore the possibility that these basic residues bind electrostatically to monovalent acidic lipids, we studied the binding of the peptides Lysn and Argn (n = 1-5) to bilayer membranes containing phosphatidylserine (PS) or phosphatidylglycerol (PG). We made electrophoretic mobility measurements using multilamellar vesicles, fluorescence and equilibrium binding measurements using large unilamellar vesicles, and surface potential measurements using monolayers. None of the peptides bound to vesicles formed from the zwitterionic lipid phosphatidylcholine (PC) but all bound to vesicles formed from PC/PS or PC/PG mixtures. None of the peptides exhibited specificity between PS and PG. Each lysine residue that was added to Lys2 decreased by one order of magnitude the concentration of peptide required to reverse the charge on the vesicle; equivalently it increased by one order of magnitude the binding affinity of the peptides for the PS vesicles. The simplest explanation is that each added lysine binds independently to a separate PS with a microscopic association constant of 10 M-1 or a free energy of approximately 1.4 kcal/mol. Similar, but not identical, results were obtained with the Argn peptides. A simple theoretical model combines the Gouy-Chapman theory (which accounts for the nonspecific electrostatic accumulation of the peptides in the aqueous diffuse double layer adjacent to the membrane) with mass action equations (which account for the binding of the peptides to greater than 1 PS). This model can account qualitatively for the dependence of binding on both the number of basic residues in the peptides and the mole fraction of PS in the membrane.  相似文献

The catalytic subunit of yeast telomerase, Est2p, is a telomere associated throughout most of the cell cycle, while the Est1p subunit binds only in late S/G2 phase, the time of telomerase action. Est2p binding in G1/early S phase requires a specific interaction between telomerase RNA (TLC1) and Ku80p. Here, we show that in four telomerase-deficient strains (cdc13-2, est1Ä, tlc1-SD, and tlc1-BD), Est2p telomere binding was normal in G1/early S phase but reduced to about 40–50% of wild type levels in late S/G2 phase. Est1p telomere association was low in all four strains. Wild type levels of Est2p telomere binding in late S/G2 phase was Est1p-dependent and required that Est1p be both telomere-bound and associated with a stem-bulge region in TLC1 RNA. In three telomerase-deficient strains in which Est1p is not Est2p-associated (tlc1-SD, tlc1-BD, and est2Ä), Est1p was present at normal levels but its telomere binding was very low. When the G1/early S phase and the late S/G2 phase telomerase recruitment pathways were both disrupted, neither Est2p nor Est1p was telomere-associated. We conclude that reduced levels of Est2p and low Est1p telomere binding in late S/G2 phase correlated with an est phenotype, while a WT level of Est2p binding in G1 was not sufficient to maintain telomeres. In addition, even though Cdc13p and Est1p interact by two hybrid, biochemical and genetic criteria, this interaction did not occur unless Est1p was Est2p-associated, suggesting that Est1p comes to the telomere only as part of the holoenzyme. Finally, the G1 and late S/G2 phase pathways for telomerase recruitment are distinct and are likely the only ones that bring telomerase to telomeres in wild-type cells.  相似文献

Abstract : Metabotropic glutamate receptors (mGluRs) are coupled to G protein second messenger pathways and modulate glutamate neurotransmission in the brain, where they are targeted to specific synaptic locations. As part of a strategy for defining the mechanisms for the specific targeting of mGluR1 α, rat brain proteins which interact with the intracellular carboxy terminus of mGluR1 α have been characterized, using affinity chromatography on a glutathione S -transferase fusion protein that contains the last 86 amino acids of mGluR1 α. Three of the proteins specifically eluted from the affinity column yielded protein sequences, two of which were identified as glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase and β-tubulin ; the other was an unknown protein. The identity of tubulin was confirmed by western immunoblotting. Using a solid-phase binding assay, the mGluR1 α-tubulin interaction was shown to be direct, specific, and saturable with a K D of 2.3 ± 0.4 μ M . In addition, mGluR1 α, but not mGluR2/3 or mGluR4, could be coimmunoprecipitated from solubilized brain extracts with tubulin using anti-β-tubulin antibodies. However, mGluR1 α could not be coimmunoprecipitated with the tubulin binding protein gephyrin, nor could it be coimmunoprecipitated with PSD95. Collectively these data demonstrate that the last 86 amino acids of the carboxyl-terminal tail of mGluR1 α are sufficient to determine its interaction with tubulin and that there is an association of this receptor with tubulin in rat brain.  相似文献

The aim of the present study is to explore whether membrane targeting of K+ channel-interacting protein 1 (KChIP1) is associated with its EF-hand motifs and varies with specific phospholipids. Truncated KChIP1, in which the EFhands 3 and 4 were deleted, retained the α-helix structure, indicating that the N-terminal half of KChIP1 could fold appropriately. Compared with wild-type KChIP1, truncated KChIP1 exhibited lower lipid-binding capability. Compared with wild-type KChIP1, increasing membrane permeability by the use of digitonin caused a marked loss of truncated KChIP1, suggesting that intact EF-hands 3 and 4 were crucial for the anchorage of KChIP1 on membrane. KChIP1 showed a higher binding capability with phosphatidylserine (PS) than truncated KChIP1. Unlike that of truncated KChIP1, the binding of wild-type KChIP1 with membrane was enhanced by increasing the PS content. Moreover, the binding of KChIP1 with phospholipid vesicles induced a change in the structure of KChIP1 in the presence of PS. Taken together, our data suggest that EF-hands 3 and 4 of KChIP1 are functionally involved in a specific association with PS on the membrane.  相似文献

Abstract: The mechanism of involvement of monoamine oxidase (MAO) in catecholamine-stimulated prostaglandin (PG) biosynthesis was studied in the particulate fraction of rat brain homogenates. High concentrations of either noradrenaline (NA) or dopamine (DA) stimulated effectively PGF formation. The same amount of 2-phenylethylamine (PEA) acted similarly, provided that it was administered together with a catecholamine analogue or metabolite possessing the 3,4-dihydroxyphenyl nucleus–3, 4-dihydroxyphenylalanine (DOPA), 3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid (DOPAC), 3,4-dihydroxyphenyl-glycol (DOPEG), 3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetaldehyde (DOPAL), or α-methylnoradrenaline (α-met-NA)–or with SnCl2. In the absence of PEA, these compounds were ineffective with regard to stimulation of PGF formation. Catalase, pargyline, or indomethacin abolished completely PGF formation elicited either by catecholamines or by PEA plus a 3,4-dihydroxyphenyl compound or SnCl2. With regard to the stimulation of PGF formation in the presence of α-met-NA, PEA could be replaced by H2O2, generated by the glucose oxidase(GOD)-glucose system. The effect of H2O2 was inhibited by indomethacin or catalase, but pargyline was ineffective. It is assumed that catecholamines play a dual role in the activation of PG biosynthesis in brain tissue. During the enzymatic decomposition of catecholamines MAO produces H2O2, which stimulates endoperoxide synthesis. Simultaneously, catecholamines as hydrogen donors promote the nonenzymatic transformation of endoperoxides into PGF. The possible physiological importance of these findings is discussed.  相似文献

A new esterase isozyme locus, Est10, with 6 alleles including the null form, has been found in rice by using polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Thirty F(2) populations of all possible combinations between 5 different band morphs were studied. The segregation pattern indicated that bands 1, 2, 3, 4, and the null form (0) were allelic with each other. The alleles of Est10 were distributed at different frequencies among different varietal groups of rice and also between cultivated rice and its wild relatives (Oryza rufipogon Griff.). Alleles 1 and 2 were frequently found in Japonica and Indica types, respectively. Allele 3 showed a high frequency in Aus and Boro, both Indica types cultivated in South Asia. Allele 4 was frequent in wild rice O. rufipogon. Judging from the linkage between Est10 and RFLP marker RG220 and isozyme marker Est5, Est10 is located on chromosome 1. The importance of this locus in evolutionary studies of rice is discussed.  相似文献

The synthesis of a tritiated derivative of the 5-HT1A photoaffinity probe 8-methoxy-2-[N-n-propyl, N-3-(2-nitro-4-azidophenyl)aminopropyl]aminotetralin ([3H]8-methoxy-3'-NAP-amino-PAT) allowed the use of this probe for attempting the irreversible labeling of specific binding sites in rat brain membranes. Sodium dodecyl-sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis of proteins solubilized from hippocampal microsomal membranes that had been incubated with 20 nM [3H]8-methoxy-3'-NAP-amino-PAT under UV light revealed a marked incorporation of 3H label into a 63-kilodalton protein termed PI. As expected of a possible correspondence between PI and 5-HT1A receptor binding sites, 3H labeling by the photoaffinity probe could be prevented by selective 5-HT1A ligands such as 8-hydroxy-2-(di-n-propylamino)tetralin, ipsapirone, buspirone, and gepirone and by N-ethylmaleimide, but not by the 5-HT2 antagonist ketanserin, noradrenaline- and dopamine-related drugs, monoamine oxidase inhibitors, and chlorimipramine. Furthermore, the regional and subcellular distributions of PI were identical to those of specific 5-HT1A binding sites. These results indicated that the binding subunit of the 5-HT1A receptor is a 63-kilodalton protein with a functionally important sulfhydryl group(s).  相似文献

Analysis of purified Na,K-ATPase from brine shrimp nauplii by sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis reveals two large (alpha) subunits [G.L. Peterson, R.D. Ewing, S.R. Hootman, and F.P. Conte (1978) J. Biol. Chem. 253:4762]. The band with lower mobility in a neutral or alkaline gel is designated alpha 1 and the band with higher mobility alpha 2. Ouabain prevents dephosphorylation of both alpha 1 and alpha 2 as documented by gel analysis, but a higher concentration of ouabain is required to prevent dephosphorylation of alpha 2. The photoaffinity label, [3H]4'(2-ethyldiazomalonyl) digitoxigenin monodigitoxiside, specifically labels alpha in a ouabain-protectable manner without labeling other contaminating proteins in the preparation. Greater than 93% of the total ouabain-protectable labeling of the alpha subunits is associated with alpha 1. The photoaffinity label, [3H]4"' (2-ethyldiazomalonyl) digitoxin, specifically labels alpha 1 and beta in a ouabain-protectable manner without labeling other contaminating proteins. These data show that in the brine shrimp the third digitoxose residue of digitoxin binds in a region in which the alpha 1 and beta chains are in close proximity. Less than 5% of the specific ouabain-protectable labeling of total alpha is associated with alpha 2. These studies indicate that cardioactive steroids have higher affinity for the alpha 1 subunit.  相似文献
