The unique trypsin cleavable site of NhaA, the Na(+)/H(+) antiporter of Escherichia coli, was exploited to detect a change in mobility of cross-linked products of NhaA by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Double-Cys replacements were introduced into loops, one on each side of the trypsin cleavage site (Lys 249). The proximity of paired Cys residues was assessed by disulfide cross-linking of the two tryptic fragments, using three homobifunctional cross-linking agents: 1,6-bis(maleimido)hexane (BMH), N,N'-o-phenylenedimaleimide (o-PDM), and N,N'-p-phenylenedimaleimide (p-PDM). The interloop cross-linking was found to be very specific, indicating that the loops are not merely random coils that interact randomly. In the periplasmic side of NhaA, two patterns of cross-linking are observed: (a) all three cross-linking reagents cross-link very efficiently between the double-Cys replacements A118C/S286C, N177C/S352C, and H225C/S352C; (b) only BMH cross-links the double-Cys replacements A118C/S352C, N177C/S286C, and H225C/S286C. In the cytoplasmic side of NhaA, three patterns of cross-linking are observed: (a) all three cross-linking reagents cross-link very efficiently the pairs of Cys replacements L4C/E252C, S146C/L316C, S146C/R383C, and E241C/E252C; (b) BMH and p-PDM cross-link efficiently the pairs of Cys replacements S87C/E252C, S87C/L316C, and S146C/E252C; (c) none of the reagents cross-links the double-Cys replacements L4C/L316C, L4C/R383C, S87C/R383C, A202C/E252C, A202C/L316C, A202C/R383C, E241C/L316C, and E241C/R383C. The data reveal that the N-terminus and loop VIII-IX that have previously been shown to change conformation with pH are in close proximity within the NhaA protein. The data also suggest close proximity between N-terminal and C-terminal helices at both the cytoplasmic and the periplasmic face of NhaA.  相似文献

The misincorporation of cysteine (codon: UGU/C) into twelve ribosomal proteins devoid of cysteine has been studied. Although it is generally assumed that cysteine is misincorporated at arginine and tryptophan residues (codons: CGU/U and UGG respectively), our results are consistent with the idea that cysteine is also misincorporated at phenylalanine residues (codon: UUU/C) through a second-position C:U mismatch. Cysteine was found in ribosomal proteins L29, L32/L33 and S10, under conditions where only its misincorporation at neutral residues was measured. Since these proteins contain no tryptophan, the date imply that cysteine has replaced a neutral amino acid other than tryptophan. Because there was a statistically significant correlation between the total level of cysteine in the twelve proteins under study and their content of phenylalanine and arginine residues, we conclude that there is a likelihood of cysteine misincorporation at phenylalanine residues, in addition to its misincorporation at arginine and tryptophan residues. Our measurements are consistent with the existence of a cluster of ribosomal proteins having an average mistranslation frequency of 2.5 X 10(-4)/residue and another having an average mistranslation frequency of 10(-3)/residue. There was three times less cysteine misincorporated into ribosomal protein L1 than into L7/L12, although the L1 mRNA contains eleven CGU/C codons and four UUU/C codons while the L7/L12 mRNA contains only one arginine and two phenylalanine codons (both proteins are free of tryptophan). Furthermore, the mRNAs for both L1 and L7/L12 contain a CGU codon located in the context GUA-codon-GG and there was as much cysteine incorporated at this codon in L7/L12 [Bouadloun, F., Donner, D. and Kurland, C.G. (1983) EMBO J. 2, 1351-1356] than in the whole of L1. This suggests that, relatively speaking, little cysteine is to be found at the phenylalanine and the other ten arginine positions of L1 and that the phenylalanine residues of L7/L12 are particularly error-prone.  相似文献

The effect of linolenic acid (C18:3 omega 3) on the development of Strongyloides ratti first-stage larvae (L1) in culture was studied. The fatty acid composition of S. ratti free-living generations was analyzed by gas chromatography. L1 had abundant linoleic acid (C18:2 omega 6) but its proportion decreased with development. On the contrary, eicosapentaenoic acid (C20:5 omega 3) and C20:4 omega 3 were prominent in the filariform larva (L3). Because C20:5 omega 3 is generally synthesized from C18:3 omega 3 via C20:4 omega 3, the high ratio of C20:5 omega 3/C18:3 omega 3 of L3 in all the free-living generations suggested that polyunsaturated fatty acid metabolism, particularly the omega-3 series, and eicosanoids produced had important roles in the development of S. ratti L1.  相似文献

The efficacy of recombinant human extracellular-superoxide dismutase type C (EC-SOD C) on myocardial reperfusion injury was explored in hypothermically arrested rat hearts, as was its site of action. Forty isolated working rat hearts were subjected to 30 min of global ischemia followed by 30 min of reperfusion. The hearts were arrested by the administration of 10 mL of cold perfusate at the onset of ischemia. At the same time, they were randomly assigned to one of five groups; A: cold perfusate only; B: cold perfusate + EC-SOD C 10.4 mg/L (30,000 U/L); C: cold perfusate+bovine CuZn-SOD 7.5 mg/L (30,000 U/L); D: cold perfusate + EC-SOD C 10.4 mg/L + heparin 50,000U/L; E: cold perfusate + heparin 50,000 U/L. Heparin was given to prevent binding of EC-SOD C to endothelial cell surfaces. Left ventricular function was studied before ischemia and at the end of reperfusion. Percent recovery of maximal left ventricular dP/dt after reperfusion was more pronounced in group B (109 +/- 24%; p less than .05) than in groups A (42 +/- 40%), C (47 +/- 36%), D (44 +/- 33%) and E (58 +/- 25%). Likewise, percent recovery of the double product (heart rate x systolic left ventricular pressure) was better in group B (104 +/- 18%; p less than .05) than in the other groups (A: 47 +/- 37%, C: 49 +/- 36%, D: 50 +/- 35%, E: 69 +/- 31%). Compared to the preischemic level, creatine kinase increased significantly in the coronary effluent after reperfusion in groups A, C, D, and E, but not in group B. The results suggest that EC-SOD C, which attaches to the endothelial cell surfaces, might be particularly effective as protection against myocardial reperfusion injury when given together with cardioplegic solution.  相似文献

A two-stage solid cultivation method was used to determine the precise requirements of carbon concentration (1–16 g/L) and C: N ratio (0.625: 1 to 80: 1) for the sporulation of six biocontrol fungi. The C concentration and C: N ratio producing the highest conidia yield were 1 g/L and 5: 1 for Paecilomyces lilacinus IPC-P; 2 g/L and 10: 1 for P. lilacinus M-14; 16 g/L and 80: 1 for Metarhizium anisopliae SQZ-1-21; 4 g/L and 5: 1 for M. anisopliae RS-4-1 and Lecanicillium lecanii CA-1-G; and 2 g/L and 10: 1 for Trichoderma viride TV-1. Sporulation was more affected by C: N ratio than by C and N concentration per se. More spores per colony were produced by the two-stage method than by a conventional, single-stage cultivation method. These results should be useful for improving the mass production of these biocontrol agents.  相似文献

The development of fungal biopesticides requires the efficient production of large numbers spores or other propagules. The current study used published information concerning carbon concentrations and C:N ratios to evaluate the effects of carbon and nitrogen sources on sporulation of Paecilomyces lilacinus (IPC-P and M-14) and Metarhizium anisopliae (SQZ-1-21 and RS-4-1) in a two-stage cultivation system. For P. lilacinus IPCP, the optimal sporulation medium contained urea as the nitrogen source, dextrin as the carbon source at 1 g/L, a C:N ratio of 5:1, with ZnSO(4)·7H(2)O at 10 mg/L and CaCl(2) at 3 g/L. The optimal sporulation medium for P. lilacinus M-14 contained soy peptone as the nitrogen source and maltose as the carbon source at 2 g/L, a C:N ratio of 10:1, with ZnSO(4)·7H(2)O at 250 mg/L, CuSO(4)·5H(2)O at 10 mg/L, H(3)BO(4) at 5 mg/L, and Na(2)MoO(4)·2H(2)O at 5 mg/L. The optimum sporulation medium for M. anisopliae SQZ-1-21 contained urea as the nitrogen source, sucrose as the carbon source at 16 g/ L, a C:N ratio of 80:1, with ZnSO(4)·7H(2)O at 50 mg/L, CuSO(4)·5H(2)O at 50 mg/L, H(3)BO(4) at 5 mg/L, and MnSO(4)·H(2)O at 10 mg/L. The optimum sporulation medium for M. anisopliae RS-4-1 contained soy peptone as the nitrogen source, sucrose as the carbon source at 4 g/L, a C:N ratio of 5:1, with ZnSO(4)·7H(2)O at 50 mg/L and H(3)BO(4) at 50 mg/L. All sporulation media contained 17 g/L agar. While these results were empirically derived, they provide a first step toward low-cost mass production of these biocontrol agents.  相似文献

以新近分离的淡水绿藻--尖状栅藻(Scenedesmus acuminatus)为研究对象,将改良的BG-11培养基中的初始NaNO3浓度降低为6.0mmol/L和3.6mmol/L,利用新设计的内置拉筋平板式光生物反应器对尖状栅藻(S. acuminatus)进行大量培养。测定不同时相的生物量、总脂含量、脂组分含量及脂肪酸组成和含量,分析尖状栅藻(S. acuminatus)大量培养时的生长和油脂积累规律。当初始NaNO3浓度为6mmol/L时其最高生物量(6.27g/L)明显高于初始NaNO3浓度为3.6mmol/L时的生物量(5.30g/L);而最高的总脂含量在初始NaNO3浓度为3.6mmol/L时获得为干重的56.6%,高于初始NaNO3浓度为6mmol/L时的总脂含量(51.6%)。总脂经硅胶柱层析分级后得到三种类型的脂组分:中性脂、糖脂和磷脂,随着培养时间的延长中性脂含量逐渐增加,培养至18d后,中性脂的含量分别达到总脂的 90.9%(6 mmol/L NaNO3)和 92.0%(3.6 mmol/L NaNO3)及干重的 47.5%(6.0 mmol/L NaNO3)和 51.4%(3.6 mmol/L NaNO3)。主要脂肪酸组成为棕榈酸、棕榈油酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚麻油酸和亚麻酸,这六种脂肪酸在不同时相的含量变化范围分别为89.92%~96.18%(占总脂肪酸)和12.5%~50.7%(占细胞干重)。总脂、中性脂及总脂肪酸单位体积产率分别为:0.18 g/L/d,0.16 g/L/d和0.15 g/L/d(6.0 mmol/L NaNO3)及0.16 g/L/d,0.15 g/L/d和0.15 g/L/d(3.6 mmol/L NaNO3)。研究结果表明,尖状栅藻(S. acuminatus)是一株易于规模化培养、脂肪酸组成适合于生物柴油生产的高产油微藻。  相似文献

目的:观察冠心病患者血清中尿酸、高敏C反应蛋白、纤维蛋白原水平的变化.方法:选取2010年11月至2011年11月于我院就诊的68例冠心病患者(稳定型心绞痛21例,不稳定型心绞痛24例,急性心肌梗死13例)作为研究对象,并选取同期于我院体检中心体检的62例健康人为对照组,检测受试者血清中尿酸、高敏C反应蛋白、纤维蛋白原的水平.结果:研究组患者血清中UA、CRP和FBG水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05).与稳定型心绞痛组比,不稳定型心绞痛的CRP水平增高(5.34±1.98 mg/L vs.11.36±2.73 mg/L,P<0.05),急性心肌梗死组的UA (345.63±86.4 μmol/L vs.493.76±101.2 μmol/L,P<0.05)、CRP (5.34±1.98mg/L vs.21.3±2.24 mg/L,P<0.05)和FBG(3.86±1.34 g/L vs.6.85±2.36 g/L,P<0.05)水平显著增高,与不稳定型心绞痛组比,急性心肌梗死组的UA(378.91±89.7 μmol/L vs.493.76±101.2 μmol/L,P<0.05)、CRP(11.36±2.73 mg/L vs.21.3±2.24 mg/L,P<0.05)和FBG(4.27±2.08 g/L vs.6.85±2.36 g/L,P<0.05)水平显著增高(P<0.05).结论:冠心病患者血清中尿酸、高敏C反应蛋白和纤维蛋白原的水平升高,3个指标可用于评估治疗效果和预后.  相似文献

Lipid production is an important indicator for evaluating microalgal species for biodiesel production. In this study, a new green microalga was isolated from a salt lake in Egypt and identified as Asteromonas gracilis. The main parameters such as biomass productivity, lipid content, and lipid productivity were evaluated in A. gracilis, cultivated in nutrient-starved (nitrogen, phosphorous), and salinity stress as a one-factor-at-a-time method. These parameters in general did not vary significantly from the standard nutrient growth media when these factors were utilized separately. Hence, response surface methodology (RSM) was assessed to study the combinatorial effect of different concentrations of the abovementioned factor conditions and to maximize the biomass productivity, lipid content, and lipid productivity of A. gracilis by determining optimal concentrations. RSM optimized media, including 1.36 M NaCl, 1 g/L nitrogen, and 0.0 g/L phosphorus recorded maximum biomass productivity, lipid content, and lipid productivity (40.6 mg/L/day, 39.3%, and 15.9 mg/L/day, respectively) which agreed well with the predicted values (40.1 mg/L/day, 43.6%, and 14.6 mg/L/day, respectively). Fatty acid profile of A. gracilis was composed of C16:0, C16:1, C18:0, C18:3, C18:2, C18:1, and C20:5, and the properties of fuel were also in agreement with international standards. These results suggest that A. gracilis is a promising feedstock for biodiesel production.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Clinical chemistry and complete blood count (CBC) values were determined in 14 term baboons (Papio species) consuming formula with moderate or high levels of dietary long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids (LCPUFA) from 2-12 weeks of age. METHOD: Neonates were randomized to three groups: C: Control, no LCPUFA; L: 0.33% docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)/0.67% arachidonic acid (ARA) (w/w); L3:1.00% DHA/0.67% ARA (w/w). Blood chemistries were assessed at 6 and 12 weeks and CBC parameters were measured at 2, 4, 8, 10, 12 weeks of age. RESULTS: Dietary LCPUFA had significant effects on serum triglyceride (C > L,L3) and calcium (L > C,L3). No other significant effects of diet were detected; pooled values are presented for all other parameters. CONCLUSION: These data provide longitudinal biochemical and white cell/platelet/immunological data on LCPUFA-fed baboons over the first 12 weeks of life. Data ranges are similar to reference data in cases for which values exist and hematological changes reflect trends observed during human neonatal development.  相似文献

The ccr gene, encoding crotonyl coenzyme A (CoA) reductase (CCR), was cloned from Streptomyces cinnamonensis C730.1 and shown to encode a protein with 90% amino acid sequence identity to the CCRs of Streptomyces collinus and Streptomyces coelicolor. A ccr-disrupted mutant, S. cinnamonensis L1, was constructed by inserting the hyg resistance gene into a unique BglII site within the ccr coding region. By use of the ermE* promoter, the S. collinus ccr gene was expressed from plasmids in S. cinnamonensis C730. 1/pHL18 and L1/pHL18. CCR activity in mutant L1 was shown to decrease by more than 90% in both yeast extract-malt extract (YEME) medium and a complex fermentation medium, compared to that in wild-type C730.1. Compared to C730.1, mutants C730.1/pHL18 and L1/pHL18 exhibited a huge increase in CCR activity (14- and 13-fold, respectively) in YEME medium and a moderate increase (3.7- and 2. 7-fold, respectively) in the complex fermentation medium. In the complex fermentation medium, S. cinnamonensis L1 produced monensins A and B in a ratio of 12:88, dramatically lower than the 50:50 ratio observed for both C730.1 and C730.1/pHL18. Plasmid (pHL18)-based expression of the S. collinus ccr gene in mutant L1 increased the monensin A/monensin B ratio to 42:58. Labeling experiments with [1, 2-(13)C(2)]acetate demonstrated the same levels of intact incorporation of this material into the butyrate-derived portion of monensin A in both C730.1 and mutant C730.1/pLH18 but a markedly decreased level of such incorporation in mutant L1. The addition of crotonic acid at 15 mM led to significant increases in the monensin A/monensin B ratio in C730.1 and C730.1/pHL18 but had no effect in S. cinnamonensis L1. These results demonstrate that CCR plays a significant role in providing butyryl-CoA for monensin A biosynthesis and is present in wild-type S. cinnamonensis C730.1 at a level sufficient that the availability of the appropriate substrate (crotonyl-CoA) is limiting.  相似文献

目的:以骨髓瘤细胞株RPMI8226为实验对象,观察丙戊酸钠(valproic acid,VPA)和硼替佐米(bortezomib,BZ)对此细胞株的增殖及凋亡的诱导情况。方法:实验分组如下:对照组,VPA单药组(1.0 mmol/L),BZ单药A组(10.0 nmol/L),BZ单药B组(20.0 nmol/L),BZ单药C组(35.0 nmol/L),联合用药A组(VPA1.0 mmol/L+BZ10.0 nmol/L),联合用药B组(VPA 1.0 mmol/L+BZ20.0 nmol/L),联合用药C组(VPA 1.0 mmol/L+BZ 35.0 nmol/L)。用MTT技术检测细胞增殖抑制情况;流式细胞仪检测凋亡比例。结果:丙戊酸钠与硼替佐米单用对RPMI8226细胞株细胞增殖有抑制作用,有细胞凋亡,但丙戊酸钠与硼替佐米协同用药A组、B组、C组增殖抑制可达75.1%及凋亡情况可达68.9%(P0.01)。结论:丙戊酸钠与硼替佐米协同用药后对RPMI8226细胞增殖抑制及诱导凋亡作用更显著,丙戊酸钠对硼替佐米有增敏作用。  相似文献

Fatty acids and monoglycerides were evaluated in brain heart infusion broth and in milk for antimicrobial activity against the Scott A strain of Listeria monocytogenes. C12:0, C18:3, and glyceryl monolaurate (monolaurin) had the strongest activity in brain heart infusion broth and were bactericidal at 10 to 20 micrograms/ml, whereas potassium (K)-conjugated linoleic acids and C18:2 were bactericidal at 50 to 200 micrograms/ml. C14:0, C16:0, C18:0, C18:1, glyceryl monomyristate, and glyceryl monopalmitate were not inhibitory at 200 micrograms/ml. The bactericidal activity in brain heart infusion broth was higher at pH 5 than at pH 6. In whole milk and skim milk, K-conjugated linoleic acid was bacteriostatic and prolonged the lag phase especially at 4 degrees C. Monolaurin inactivated L. monocytogenes in skim milk at 4 degrees C, but was less inhibitory at 23 degrees C. Monolaurin did not inhibit L. monocytogenes in whole milk because of the higher fat content. Other fatty acids tested were not effective in whole or skim milk. Our results suggest that K-conjugated linoleic acids or monolaurin could be used as an inhibitory agent against L. monocytogenes in dairy foods.  相似文献

本研究旨在制备脂质体纳米颗粒(lipid nanoparticles,LNP)为载体的结核分枝杆菌(Mycobacterium tuberculosis,Mtb)抗原EsxV亚单位疫苗,明确该疫苗经黏膜免疫诱导的免疫应答水平。采用薄膜分散法制备包裹蛋白EsxV和c-di-AMP的LNP (EsxV:C:L),并对其包封率、LNP形态、粒径、表位电荷及多相分散指数进行了检测。EsxV:C:L滴鼻免疫BALB/c小鼠,检测免疫后血清和黏膜抗体、肺或脾细胞因子转录及分泌水平、肺T细胞亚群细胞比例。结果成功获得大小均一、呈球状、带负电的EsxV:C:L LNP亚单位疫苗。与EsxV:C相比,EsxV:C:L鼻黏膜接种可诱导小鼠呼吸道黏膜sIgA水平增加,脾细胞因子IL-2分泌水平升高,提高中央记忆T细和组织驻留T细胞的比例。综上,EsxV:C:L经黏膜免疫,可诱导更强的黏膜免疫和记忆性T细胞免疫应答,可能提供更好的抗Mtb感染的保护作用。  相似文献

目的:以高产Gln突变株Corynebacterium.glutamicum N-U-6为研究对象,在单次单因子初步优化的条件下,进行统计优化。方法:利用Placktt-Burman法从7个因子中筛选出3个对产胺影响较大的重要因子并利用响应面法进行其最佳值的优化。结果:尿素、NH4Cl和ZnSO4被选出,且它们的最佳值分别为NH4Cl 23.6g/L,Urea 12.7g/L,ZnSO40.004g/L。结论:C.glutamicum N-U-6在统计优化后的培养条件下最高产量达39.53 g/L,比优化前的33.54 g/L提高17.86%。  相似文献

目的:探讨CysC、mALB和尿BGM联合检测在2型糖尿病早期肾损中的临床价值。方法:选取2010年11月至2013年6月我院内分泌科收治的130名2型糠尿病患者,根据空腹血糖值的不同程度将其分为A、B两组,A组72例,B组58例,另选取同期在我院体检的年龄、性别等资料与之匹配的64名健康者设为C组。分别对其CysC、mALB和尿BGM进行测定,并进行对比分析。结果:通过分析可知,A组和B组的Cys C分别为(3.29±1.09)mg/L、(2.86±1.05)mg/L,相对于C组的(0.87±0.99)mg/L,均明显升高,但A组升高更加明显;A组、B组、C组的mALB分别为(37.36±4.82)mg/L、(36.55±4.31)mg/L、(6.61±3.84)mg/L,B组高于A组,C组高于A组和B组;三组的BGM中,以A组最高,为(634.15±55.24)μg/L,B组其次,为(626.92±48.18)μg/L,均高于C组的(57.12±11.75)μg/L;Cys C、mALB、BGM等阳性指标的检出率分别为76.15%、77.69%、72.31%,而Cys C、mALB、BGM联合检测的检出率为93.85%,明显高于其他单指标检测。且P0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:对CysC、mALB和尿BGM进行联合检测对2型糖尿病早期肾损患者具有较高的检出率,相对于单指标检测,敏感性更高。  相似文献

地表凋落物在森林物质循环中起着重要作用, 但是目前缺乏对其不同分解层次中碳(C)、氮(N)、磷(P)演替动态的研究。该文以浙江天童常绿阔叶林为研究对象, 用空间代替时间序列的方法, 通过测定5个演替阶段地表凋落物不同分解层次的凋落物量、有机碳库和氮磷养分库的储量及C:N:P化学计量特征, 探讨地表凋落物特征的演替动态。结果表明: 1)随着演替的进行, 地表凋落物量和有机碳储量呈现下降的趋势。2)在各演替阶段, 有机碳含量在各分解层表现出未分解层(L) > 半分解层(F) > 已分解层(Y)的趋势; 有机碳储量均表现为Y < F。3)演替前期群落氮含量和储量显著低于演替中后期群落; 不同分解层的氮含量在各演替阶段皆表现为: Y > F > L, 且各层氮含量随着演替的进行均趋于升高。4)磷含量在演替中期群落最低, 各演替阶段不同分解层的磷含量皆表现为Y > F > L。磷储量的演替趋势不明显。L层磷储量随着演替进行趋于降低。5)随着演替进行, 凋落物C:N、C:P和N:P皆趋于下降(p < 0.05)。在各分解层之间, C:N和C:P皆表现为Y < F < L, N:P差异不显著。总之, 随着演替进行, 天童常绿阔叶林地表凋落物量降低, 有机碳库及氮磷养分库的含量趋于升高, 储量趋向降低, C:N:P趋于下降, 体现了生态系统碳和养分循环随着演替进行在不断优化。  相似文献

以沉水植物金鱼藻(Ceratophyllum demersum)为研究对象,研究了较高营养条件(N:1030 mg/L,P:13 mg/L)对金鱼藻去除氮、磷能力的影响,金鱼藻的含磷量、生物量与净光合作用速率对营养负荷的响应。结果表明,金鱼藻-沉积物处理系统可有效去除氮、磷(去除率80%以上),但去除效率随水中营养盐浓度的升高而下降。试验结束时各试验组金鱼藻总磷含量达7.0113.09 mg/g (平均9.03 mg/g),显著高于对照组(2.853.17 mg/g,平均3.05 mg/g),表明金鱼藻可以吸收水体中的磷。营养盐对金鱼藻生长有明显抑制,其抑制作用随营养盐浓度增高而加剧,除对照组外,各试验组金鱼藻均有叶片脱落,试验结束时金鱼藻生物量降至初始生物量的48.3%63.3%。在较高营养水体中,金鱼藻的净光合作用速率由试验开始时-0.0370.058 mg/(gh)显著上升至试验结束时0.180.44 mg/(gh),而对照组变化不大,这表明在试验后期,随着水体营养盐浓度降低,金鱼藻开始进行恢复性生长,说明水体营养盐浓度对金鱼藻的净光合作用速率和生长速率有明显影响。金鱼藻尚不适宜作为滇池草海生态修复的先锋物种。    相似文献
