褐多孔菌中药合剂抗肿瘤作用的微生态学实验研究   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
本实验采用褐多孔菌中药合剂(956)对荷瘤鼠进行不同剂量的治疗,并对各组鼠的抑瘤率,生存百分率及免疫功能和肠道菌群进行了测定,与对照组比较该中药合剂有明显提高机体免疫功能,促进正常菌群生长,增强抑杀肿瘤及提高生存率的效应。  相似文献

目的探讨茵陈合剂对急性肝病患者细胞因子及肠道菌群变化的影响。方法40例患者随机分为对照组(n=20)和治疗组(n=20),常规治疗基础上,治疗组给予茵陈合剂,对照组仅用常规治疗。观察比较治疗组患者血清细胞因子及肠道菌群变化。结果在经过茵陈合剂治疗后,治疗组的肝细胞生长因子(HGF)水平升高,肠道菌群恢复正常,肝功能有所改善,与对照组相比差异有非常显著性(P0.01)。结论茵陈合剂通过改善肠道菌群,恢复肠道微生态平衡,从而调节细胞因子,有利于肝功能恢复,促进肝细胞的再生。  相似文献

目的-观察中药复方SH-抗毒合剂对家兔血液成份的影响。方法-给予含3%中药复方SH-抗毒合剂的饲料,然后在1、3、5、7、14日时采血进行血液成份分析。结果-实验组给中药后1~3天内红细胞(RBC)、血小板(PLT)、血红蛋白(HGB)、白细胞(WBC)、淋巴细胞(LYM)明显增加,且在3~14天内仍能保持并稳定在较高的水平上,并能够调整白细胞的分类比例。结论-结果提示中药复方SH-抗毒合剂能促进血细胞产生,有利于机体免疫功能的增强。  相似文献

观察双歧杆菌合剂对急性坏死性胰腺炎(ANP)犬肠粘膜损伤修复的作用。经主胰管注入牛磺胆酸钠和胰蛋白酶复制犬ANP模型,观察ANP时及双歧杆菌合剂治疗后肠粘膜组织结构变化,肠组织蛋白、丙二醛(MDA)含量及肠通透性改变,检测血中内毒素(LPS)水平,脏器细菌培养。结果发现,双歧杆菌合剂治疗后,ANP犬肠粘膜损害明显减轻,肠粘膜绒毛宽度、高度和面积显著增加,肠组织蛋白含量增加,肠通透性显著下降,血中LPS水平下降1~2倍,脏器细菌易位率减少375%。结论:双歧杆菌合剂能显著促进ANP时肠粘膜损伤的修复,保护肠屏障功能,减少肠道LPS和细菌易位  相似文献

研究在模拟干旱胁迫下,钙赤合剂(Ca-GA)浸种后对水稻种子萌发及幼苗抗旱性的影响。结果表明:经Ca-GA处理后的水稻种子萌发时α-淀粉酶活性显著升高,发芽势、发芽率均高于对照。幼苗的根冠比增大,可溶性糖、Pro含量升高。叶片中SOD、CAT保持较高活性,膜透性较低,MDA、O2^-积累较少,叶片保持较高的PSⅡ光化学活性和光合速率。表明Ca-GA合剂浸种能促进水稻种子的萌发和提高幼苗的抗旱性。  相似文献

采用75%乙醇萃取锈毛草莓及积雪草,制备成合剂,通过STZ诱导建立糖尿病小鼠模型,随机分为模型组、低剂量组及高剂量组,分别以蒸馏水、4及8 g·kg~(-1)锈毛草莓积雪草合剂灌胃,1次·d~(-1),持续4周,另设正常组作为对照。探究绣毛草莓积雪草合剂对糖尿病小鼠的降血糖效果及作用机制。结果表明:(1)不同剂量的锈毛草莓积雪草合剂均能显著降低糖尿小鼠血糖值,提高糖耐量并减轻其多食、多饮、多尿的症状。(2)低剂量组小鼠血清TC、TG含量较模型组有显著提高(P0.01或P0.05),肝脏SOD、CAT活性显著提高(P0.05),MDA含量明显降低。(3)低剂量黄毛草莓积雪草合剂效果优于二甲双胍,毒性实验显示锈毛草莓积雪草合剂实属无毒。该研究结果表明锈毛草莓积雪草合剂具有降血糖作用,同时能够降低糖尿病小鼠的血脂水平,其作用机制可能与提高肝脏抗氧化能力有关。  相似文献

从细胞增殖的角度研究安子合剂对ACA阳性流产小鼠母胎界面mmp2、mmp9蛋白的表达及意义。方法:采用Westen Blot方法分别检测mmp2、mmp9在ACA阳性流产模型组、空白对照组、安子合剂低/中/高剂量组和阿司匹林组母胎界面胎盘与蜕膜中蛋白水平的表达。通过Image pool3.0软件分析显示①ACA阳性先兆流产模型小鼠胎盘中mmp2灰度积比值(0.152)较空白对照组(0.611)降低,安子合剂低剂量组mmp2灰度积比值(0.451)接近空白对照组;胎盘中安子合剂低剂量组mmp9灰度积比值(0.497)接近空白对照组(0.644);②蜕膜中安子合剂低剂量组mmp2灰度积比值(0.692)接近空白对照组(0.232);蜕膜中安子合剂低剂量组mmp9灰度积比值(1.085)接近空白对照组(1.627)。安子合剂能够调节滋养层细胞的增殖与mmp2、mmp9蛋白表达之间的平衡。  相似文献

目的:研究酸枣仁等十味中药组成的合剂对运动病的作用及对血液内分泌激素水平的影响。方法:根据Cramptom和Lucot报道,以绕水平轴的旋转刺激SD大鼠与毕格犬,观察大鼠异食高岭土行为、犬呕吐潜伏期,采用绕垂直轴的旋转刺激豚鼠,记录眼震电图,观察中药合剂对这些指标的影响。同时,用放射免疫法测定大鼠血浆精氨酸加压素(AVP)、皮质酮(Cort)、促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素(CRH)水平,观察经口给予中药合剂对这些内分泌指标的影响。结果:与旋转刺激对照组比较,中药合剂:①抑制大鼠异食高岭土行为(P<0.05),延长犬呕吐潜伏期(P<0.05),该作用呈一定的剂量依赖性;②减少豚鼠眼震频率和平均慢相速度(P<0.05);③抑制大鼠血浆Cort、ACTH、CRH、AVP水平的升高;④中药合剂的这些作用与阳性对照药茶苯海明类似。结论:①本实验所用中药合剂能有效抑制运动病;②中药合剂可抑制旋转刺激引起的血浆下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺皮质轴激素和AVP水平的升高。  相似文献

A "folding element" is a contiguous peptide segment crucial for a protein to be foldable and is a new concept that could assist in our understanding of the protein-folding problem. It is known that the presence of the complete set of folding elements of dihydrofolate reductase (DHFR) from Escherichia coli is essential for the protein to be foldable. Since almost all of the amino acid residues known to be involved in the early folding events of DHFR are located within the folding elements, a close relationship between the folding elements and early folding events is hypothesized. In order to test this hypothesis, we have investigated whether or not the early folding events are preserved in circular permutants and topological mutants of DHFR, in which the order of the folding elements is changed but the complete set of folding elements is present. The stopped-flow circular dichroism (CD) measurements show that the CD spectra at the early stages of folding are similar among the mutants and the wild-type DHFR, indicating that the presence of the complete set of folding elements is sufficient to preserve the early folding events. We have further examined whether or not sequence perturbation on the folding elements by a single amino acid substitution affects the early folding events of DHFR. The results show that the amino acid substitutions inside of the folding elements can affect the burst-phase CD spectra, whereas the substitutions outside do not. Taken together, these results indicate that the above hypothesis is true, suggesting a close relationship between the foldability of a protein and the early folding events. We propose that the folding elements interact with each other and coalesce to form a productive intermediate(s) early in the folding, and these early folding events are important for a protein to be foldable.  相似文献

In this paper we present a study of classification of the 20 amino acids via a fuzzy clustering technique. In order to calculate distances among the various elements we employ two different distance functions: the Minkowski distance function and the NTV metric. In the clustering procedure we take into account several physical properties of the amino acids. We examine the effect of the number and nature of properties taken into account to the clustering procedure as a function of the degree of similarity and the distance function used. It turns out that one should use the properties that determine in the more important way the behavior of the amino acids and that the use of the appropriate metric can help in defining the separation into groups.  相似文献

抱茎獐牙菜又称藏茵陈,是藏药中常用草药,广泛应用于肝胆疾病的治疗。近年来,为满足日益增加的需求量,发展了人工栽培抱茎獐牙菜,研究比较人工栽培与野生抱茎獐牙菜之间的各种成分含量,对人工栽培抱茎獐牙菜替代野生抱茎獐牙菜用药有重要意义。本文对人工栽培及野生抱茎獐牙菜的矿物元素及氨基酸进行测定比较发现,人工栽培抱茎獐牙菜的矿物元素绝大多数比野生抱茎獐牙菜含量高,人工栽培抱茎獐牙菜氨基酸大多比野生抱茎獐牙菜含量高。  相似文献

Two of the primary issues with characterizing the variability of raw materials used in mammalian cell culture, such as wheat hydrolysate, is that the analyses of these materials can be time consuming, and the results of the analyses are not straightforward to interpret. To solve these issues, spectroscopy can be combined with chemometrics to provide a quick, robust and easy to understand methodology for the characterization of raw materials; which will improve cell culture performance by providing an assessment of the impact that a given raw material will have on final product quality. In this study, four spectroscopic technologies: near infrared spectroscopy, middle infrared spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, and fluorescence spectroscopy were used in conjunction with principal component analysis to characterize the variability of wheat hydrolysates, and to provide evidence that the classification of good and bad lots of raw material is possible. Then, the same spectroscopic platforms are combined with partial least squares regressions to quantitatively predict two cell culture critical quality attributes (CQA): integrated viable cell density and IgG titer. The results showed that near infrared (NIR) spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy are capable of characterizing the wheat hydrolysate's chemical structure, with NIR performing slightly better; and that they can be used to estimate the raw materials’ impact on the CQAs. These results were justified by demonstrating that of all the components present in the wheat hydrolysates, six amino acids: arginine, glycine, phenylalanine, tyrosine, isoleucine and threonine; and five trace elements: copper, phosphorus, molybdenum, arsenic and aluminum, had a large, statistically significant effect on the CQAs, and that NIR and fluorescence spectroscopy performed the best for characterizing the important amino acids. It was also found that the trace elements of interest were not characterized well by any of the spectral technologies used; however, the trace elements were also shown to have a less significant effect on the CQAs than the amino acids. © 2017 The Authors Biotechnology Progress published by Wiley Periodicals, Inc. on behalf of American Institute of Chemical Engineers, 33:1127–1138, 2017  相似文献
