Since tumor cells show abnormal fatty acid composition, it is likely that their desaturase systems were affected to some extent. Although desaturase activities in experimental tumors have been evaluated, to our knowledge, fatty acid desaturases in human neoplasms and particularly in human tumors grown in nude mice have not been assessed yet. We have therefore, chosen a rapidly growing human lung mucoepidermoid carcinoma (HLMC) grown in nude mice to study microsomal fatty acid desaturation and chain elongation activities. Tumor microsomal proteins were incubated with unlabeled malonyl-CoA and one of the following fatty acids: [1-14C]palmitic (16:0), [1-14C]linoleic (18:2), alpha-[1-14C]linolenic (alpha-18:3), and unlabeled gamma-linolenic (gamma-18:3) plus [2-14C]malonyl-CoA. Data show that HLMC microsomes were capable to desaturate 16:0, alpha-18:3, and dihomogammalinolenic acids (20:3) by delta 9, delta 6 and delta 5 desaturase, respectively; however, delta 6 desaturase activity on [14C]18:2 was not detected. The microsomal elongation system was active in all fatty acid series tested except for 18:2. These findings show that the undetectable activity for 18:2 desaturation is not exclusively found in experimental tumors.  相似文献

A low protein diet affects amounts of linoleic and arachidonic acids in hepatic microsomal phospholipids of growing rats. Are the changes related to modifications in microsomal delta 6- and delta 5- linoleic acid desaturase activities? Two groups of Wistar rats weighing 80 +/- 5 g at the beginning of the experiment were used: Control group (T) was fed on a 16% gluten + 4% casein diet for 53 days; Experimental group (E) was fed on a 4% gluten + 1% casein diet for 26 days (MP) then Control diet for 27 days (RE). After 2, 14 and 26 days of MP and 2, 15 and 27 days of RE, rats of each group were sacrificed. Protein and water contents of liver, quantitative fatty acid, composition of total lipids in liver and hepatic microsomes were determined. delta 6- and delta 5- linoleic acid desaturase activities were estimated from incubation of liver microsomes with [1-14C] C 18: 2 n-6 or [2(14)C] C 20: 3 n-6 respectively. The low protein diet stops practically ponderal growth. The fatty-acid compositions of microsomal total lipids of E rats were affected in comparison with values of T rats. These modifications persist after 27 days of RE. The C 20: 4 n-6/C 18: 2 n-6 ratio in microsomal total lipids was slightly different between T and E rats but increased strongly during refeeding. Same modifications take place in the fatty-acid composition of hepatic total lipids. After two days of MP, delta 6- and delta 5- desaturase activities were depressed, phenomenon that not persist in the course of MP. These enzyme activities increase to higher values than those of the T after two days of RE.  相似文献

The fatty acid desaturation-elongation ability of human T-lymphocytes during blastic transformation was determined both by gas-liquid chromatography and incubation with radiolabeled precursors. Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) were activated with phytohemagglutinin (PHA) and cultured in media supplemented with different fatty acids (18:0, 18:1(n - 9), 18:2(n - 6), 18:3(n - 3) and 20:4(n - 6)) at a final concentration of 30 microM. All the fatty acids added were elongated by activated PBMC and the maximal activity was observed on 20:4(n - 6) (a 25% of conversion to 22:4(n - 6)). Supplementation with stearic acid increased the proportion of oleic (from 21.4% to 23.7%) and eicosaenoic (from 3.1% to 5.7%) acids in cellular lipids, indicating the existence of a delta 9-desaturase activity. Supplementation with linoleic and linoleic acids increased slightly the cell content in their more unsaturated derivatives. Direct measurement of desaturase activities was performed by incubating quiescent and activated PBMC with [1-14C]stearic, [1-14C]linoleic and [1-14C]linolenic acids. Quiescent cells exhibited a very low delta 9-desaturase and no sign of delta 6-desaturase activity. A moderate and progressive activation of delta 9-, delta 6- and delta 5-desaturases was observed during blastic transformation of human PBMC. Up to 8% of 18:0 was converted to monoenes, 4% and 1.5% of 18:2(n - 6) was converted to trienes and tetraenes, respectively, and 14.5% of 18:3(n - 3) was converted to pentaenes. The maximal relative activities were found after 48 h of PHA-stimulation for delta 9-desaturase (around 90 pmol of 18:0 converted per 10(6) cells in the last 24 h) and at 72 h for delta 6- and delta 5-desaturases (around 75 and 140 pmol of 18:2 and 18:3, respectively, converted per 10(7) cells in the last 24 h). Although these activities are not enough to explain all the changes in fatty acid composition of human PBMC during blastic transformation, they may contribute to a more controlled cell phospholipid composition.  相似文献

The expression of delta6 fatty acid desaturase, previously identified, was suppressed almost completely by hyper expression of the corresponding antisense gene in a transformant of the rat hepatic cell line BRL-3A. Conversion rates of [1-14C] linoleic acid, alpha-linolenic acid, and tetracosapentaenoic acid into the respective delta6 fatty acids were equivalent to those in control cells. This finding suggested that all of these reactions were catalyzed by at least two delta6 desaturase isozymes in rat hepatocytes.  相似文献

Profound alterations in the microsomal fatty acyl-CoA desaturase activities and cyclic AMP production of a unicellular eukaryote, Tetrahymena pyriformis NT-1, originally grown in the glucose-deficient medium, were observed, following the administration of glucose or beta-adrenergic agonists such as epinephrine and isoproterenol. There was a great increase of stearoyl-CoA (delta 8) desaturase activity coincident with a 2-fold decrease of oleoyl-CoA (delta 12) desaturase activity over the first 2 h after administration of these compounds. During this period of time, it was found that the production in vivo of labeled oleic acid from [14C]acetic or [3H]palmitic acid increases 2-fold and the formation in vivo of each labeled linoleic and gamma-linolenic acids drastically decreases. Glucose or beta-adrenergic agonists caused an increase of stearoyl-CoA-stimulated reoxidation rate of NADH-reduced cytochrome b5 but depressed oleoyl-CoA-stimulated reoxidation rate of b5, indicating that both desaturase activities are controlled by the respective terminal components of the desaturase system. A significant and reproducible increase of adenylate cyclase activity and a slight decrease of cyclic AMP phosphodiesterase activity were observed to occur within the first 2 h after the addition of these compounds, when cyclic AMP content in Tetrahymena cell rose by 3-4-fold. Propranolol, a beta-adrenergic blocker, abolished the effects of glucose or beta-adrenergic agonists on the activities of fatty acyl-CoA desaturases and the terminal components as well as cyclic AMP production of cells. These results suggest that glucose and beta-adrenergic agonists may modulate the microsomal fatty acyl-CoA desaturase system in Tetrahymena by acting through the increase of intracellular cyclic AMP content.  相似文献

We have investigated the role of the microsomal oxidative desaturase in defining the aberrant phosphoglyceride fatty acid composition of hepatomas. The microsomal delta 9-stearoyl-CoA, delta 6-oleoyl(linolenoyl)-CoA, and delta 5-eicosatrienoyl-CA desaturase activities were studied in control and host liver and in the poorly differentiated Morris 7777 hepatoma. The delta 9-stearoyl-CoA desaturase of the hepatoma was significantly decreased (42%) relative to control liver, yet the hepatoma specific activity was twice that of host liver. Additionally, the specific activity of the delta 9-stearoyl-CoA desaturase of the tumor was found to decrease with increasing tumor weight. Also this desaturase was inactivated by freezing and thawing. The delta 6-oleoyl(linolenoyl)-CoA and delta 5-eicosatrienoyl-CoA desaturases of the hepatoma were 39% and 4% of control, respectively. The electron transport components involved in the desaturase system were reduced, although this did not appear to be rate-limiting. In addition, two competing metabolic reactions which could lower the observed desaturase activities, hydrolysis of the thioester and incorporation of substrate acyl-CoA molecules into glycerides, did not appear to be responsible for the lowered desaturase activities of the tumor. Thus, it appears that reduced levels of the desaturases themselves may be responsible for the observed activities. These results indicate that the capacity of the hepatoma to biosynthesize polyunsaturated fatty acids is greatly reduced and this is consistent with the decreased polyene content observed in many neoplasms.  相似文献

Freshly isolated fetal hepatocytes transformed 4.3, 8.5 and 19.2 pmol/min/10(6) cells of stearic, linoleic and alpha-linolenic acids, respectively, complexed to albumin or alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), to more unsaturated derivatives. Thus, fetal hepatocytes displayed high elongase and delta9, delta6, delta5-desaturase activities, as well as an ability to synthesize hexaene derivatives. Desaturase activities decreased when the time of culture of fetal hepatocytes (previous to incubation with the substrate) was prolonged, being practically undetectable after 24 h of culture. However, the rate of fatty acid uptake remained nearly constant. When AFP was used as the carrier the amount of hexaene fatty acid derivatives of alpha-linolenic acid recovered in cells was reduced up to 50% by albumin. This effect was associated with an increase of radioactivity found in the culture medium of hepatocytes incubated with AFP compared to albumin. Both observations taken together could be explained by an efflux of hexaene derivatives from cells caused by AFP.  相似文献

The microsomal fraction was used to test the ability of human platelets to metabolize gammalinolenic acid. The microsomal delta 6 and delta 5 fatty acid desaturase activities were measured and the incorporation of [14C]malonyl CoA into prostaglandins was also determined. The results indicate that human platelets have the capacity to elongate gammalinolenic acid (18:3 n-6) to dihomogammalinolenic acid (20:3 n-6) precursor of PGE1. Labeled PGE1 could be detected when human platelets microsomes were incubated with [14C]malonyl CoA in the presence of gammalinolenic acid. The results also show that human platelet microsomes have little delta 6 or delta 5 desaturase enzyme activity.  相似文献

We have previously demonstrated that the double bond of petroselinic acid (18:1[delta]6cis) in coriander (Coriandrum sativum L.) seed results from the activity of a 36-kD desaturase that is structurally related to the [delta]9-stearoyl-acyl carrier protein (ACP) desaturase (E.B. Cahoon, J. Shanklin, J.B. Ohlrogge [1992] Proc Natl Acad Sci USA 89: 11184-11188). To further characterize the biosynthetic pathway of this unusual fatty acid, 14C-labeling experiments were conducted using developing endosperm of coriander. Studies were also performed using suspension cultures of transgenic tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L.) that express the coriander 36-kD desaturase, and as a result produce petroselinic acid and [delta]4-hexadecenoic acid. When supplied exogenously to coriander endosperm slices, [1-14C]palmitic acid and stearic acid were incorporated into glycerolipids but were not converted to petroselinic acid. This suggested that petroselinic acid is not formed by the desaturation of a fatty acid bound to a glycerolipid or by reactions involving acyl-coenzyme As (CoA). Instead, evidence was most consistent with an acyl-ACP route of petroselinic acid synthesis. For example, the exogenous feeding of [1-14C]lauric acid and myristic acid to coriander endosperm slices resulted in the incorporation of the radiolabels into long-chain fatty acids, including primarily petroselinic acid, presumably through acyl-ACP-associated reactions. In addition, using an in vitro fatty acid biosynthetic system, homogenates of coriander endosperm incorporated [2-14C]malonyl-CoA into petroselinic acid, of which a portion was detected in a putative acyl-ACP fraction. Furthermore, analysis of transgenic tobacco suspension cultures expressing the coriander 36-kD desaturase revealed significant amounts of petroselinic acid and [delta]4-hexadecenoic acid in the acyl-ACP pool of these cells. Also presented is evidence derived from [U-14C]nonanoic acid labeling of coriander endosperm, which demonstrates that the coriander 36-kD desaturase positions double bonds relative to the carboxyl end of acyl-ACP substrates. The data obtained in these studies are rationalized in terms of a biosynthetic pathway of petroselinic acid involving the [delta]4 desaturation of palmitoyl-ACP by the 36-kD desaturase followed by two-carbon elongation of the resulting [delta]4-hexadecenoyl-ACP.  相似文献

Various murine macrophage populations synthesize and secrete large amounts of arachidonic acid (20:4n-6) derived eicosanoids (cyclo-oxygenase and lipoxygenase products). These metabolites are known to possess a wide variety of functions with regard to the initiation and regulation of inflammation and tumorigenesis. Because the dietary intake of 20:4n-6 is usually low, tissues are largely dependent upon dietary linoleic acid (18:2n-6) as an initial unsaturated precursor for the biosynthesis of 20:4n-6. The purpose of these experiments was to determine whether resident or responsive murine macrophages possess desaturase and elongase activities capable of in vitro conversion of 18:2n-6 into 20:4n-6. Peritoneal exudate macrophages were purified by adherence and incubated in serum-free medium containing fatty acid-free BSA with [1-14C] 18:2n-6. Approximately 90 to 98% of the [14C]18:2n-6 at 4 and 16 h was recovered in phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylethanolamine. The metabolism of [14C]18:2n-6 was determined after transesterification and separation of the 14C-fatty acid methyl esters by argentation TLC, reverse phase HPLC, and electron impact gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. Resident and responsive macrophages lacked the capacity to transform [14C]18:2n-6 into 20:4n-6. In addition, prelabeled macrophages incubated with soluble, calcium ionophore A23187 or phorbol myristate, or particulate, zymosan, membrane perturbing agents also lacked delta 6 desaturase activity. All macrophages tested were capable of elongating [14C]18:2n-6 into [14C]20:2n-6. These observations suggest that 20:4n-6, present in macrophage phospholipids, is biosynthesized elsewhere and transported to the macrophage for esterification into the phospholipids. In addition, these findings demonstrate that elongase activity is present in both the resident and responsive peritoneal macrophage.  相似文献

The in vivo and in vitro effect of ACTH on the biosynthesis of polyunsaturated fatty acid of rat adrenal gland and liver was studied. The administration of ACTH to intact rats produced a significant decrease in the conversion of [1-14C]linoleic acid to gamma-linolenic acid, [1-14C]alpha-linolenic acid to octadeca-6,9,12,15-tetraenoic acid, and [1-14C]eicosa-8,11,14-trienoic acid to arachidonic acid in liver and adrenal microsomes. Isolated adrenocortical cells and hepatocytes obtained from animals treated with ACTH showed a decrease in the incorporation and desaturation of exogenous [1-14C]eicosa-8,11,14-trienoic acid. The addition of ACTH to the incubation medium of adrenocortical cells and hepatocytes isolated from untreated rats also caused a decrease in delta 5 desaturation activity. The effect of ACTH on adrenal and liver desaturases could be produced as a consequence of the release of glucocorticoids, already measured in the experiments. However, the in vitro experiments carried out with hepatocytes isolated from untreated rats, where corticosterone was absent, indicated that ACTH can depress delta 5 desaturation per se.  相似文献

[1-14-C]Palmitoyl-Co A was incubated with Tetrahymena microsomes containing the complete enzyme system for desaturation during various time periods. The level of [1-14C]palmitoleoyl-CoA increased to a maximum during the 1--3 min incubation time, while [1-14C]palmitoleic acid in the phospholipid reached a maximum level during 6--7 min incubation time. The radioactivity of [1-14C]palmitoleic acid in free fatty acid and the triglyceride fraction was not significantly observed upon 3 min incubation. Incubation of [1-14C]palmitoyl-CoA with microsomes in the absence of NADH produced [1-14C]palmitoyl lipid without desaturation. Radioactive palmitic acids in the microsomal lipids were not converted to palmitoleic acids after addition of NADH by the complete enzyme system. When microsomes prepared from cells labeled with [1-14C]palmitic acid or [1-14C]stearic acid were incubated alone in the presence of O2 and NADH, no significant increase in [1-14C]palmitoleic acid in the phospholipid was observed, wherease an increase in [1-14C]linoleic acid and gamma-[1-14C]linolenic acid did occur at the expense of [1-14C]oleic acid in the phospholipid. From these results it can be concluded that the enzyme involving desaturation of palmitic acid to palmitoleic acid requires palmitoyl-CoA as the substrate. However, the possibility of oleoyl and linoleoyl phospholipids being substrates in the desaturation of Tetrahymena microsomes was suggested.  相似文献

A convenient synthesis of [1-14C]-mono-trans fatty acid using olefin inversion as a key-step is described. This methodology allows for a facile synthesis of [1-14C]-labelled mono-trans analogues of oleic, linoleic and linolenic acids. As an example, only eleven steps were necessary to obtain the [1-14C]-mono-E isomers of linolenic acid from its commercial all-Z form. In the first step, Barton's decarboxylation procedure yielded a bromo intermediate. Epoxidation of this compound resulted in the formation of three monoepoxides, which could be separated by HPLC. After identification by 1H NMR and MS, the pure monoepoxides were then subjected to inversion consisting of a stereospecific deoxygenation followed by a beta-elimination step. Finally, the labelling was introduced by substitution of the bromine by a [14C]-cyano group followed by hydrolysis.  相似文献

This study has examined the thrombin-stimulated release of polyunsaturated fatty acids from endothelial glycerolipids. Human umbilical vein endothelial cells were incubated with 1.25 microM [14C]arachidonate or [14C]eicosapentaenoate and then exposed to thrombin in buffered saline plus albumin. After an incorporation period of 0.5 h, the thrombin-stimulated release of the two radiolabeled fatty acids was quite similar. By contrast, after 24 h of fatty acid incorporation, the thrombin-stimulated release of radiolabeled fatty acid from cells incubated with [14C]eicosapentaenoate was only 25-30% of that from cells with [14C]arachidonate. Analysis of cellular glycerolipids indicated that 23 and 72%, respectively, of the incorporated [14C]arachidonate and [14C]eicosapentaenoate had been elongated to 22-carbon fatty acids in 24 h. Both 20- and 22-carbon 14C-labeled fatty acids were released to albumin in the medium in control incubations. Addition of thrombin stimulated the release of [14C]arachidonate and [14C]eicosapentaenoate, but not of their respective elongation products. Furthermore, endothelial cells incorporated exogenous [14C]docosatetraenoate into cellular glycerolipids but did not release it in response to thrombin. Thus, the thrombin-stimulated release of polyunsaturated fatty acids from vascular endothelial cells is highly selective for arachidonate and eicosapentaenoate. These results suggest that the extensive elongation of eicosapentaenoate by these cells serves to remove n - 3 polyunsaturated fatty acids from the pool of cellular acyl groups which are released in response to thrombin and are thus made available for metabolism by cyclooxygenase and lipoxygenase enzymes.  相似文献

The effect of streptozotocin-induced diabetes on the fatty acid composition and metabolism in testes of rats on diets varying in protein content has been investigated. The protein content of the diet (40, 20, 5%) had little or no effect on essential fatty acid metabolism during the 2 weeks following injection of streptozotocin, but the 5% diet resulted in a high rate of mortality for diabetic rats. Increased amounts of octadeca-9,12-dienoic (linoleic or 18:2) acid and of eicosa-8,11,14-trienoic (dihomo-gamma-linolenic or 20:3) acid and decreased amounts of eicosa-5,8,11,14-tetraenoic (arachidonic or 20:4) acid were observed in testes of some but not all diabetic compared to pair-fed control rats 2 weeks after injection of streptozotocin. Incorporation of 14C from [14C]18:2 into testicular lipids of these rats was determined 26 hr after intratesticular injection. In some rats there was a greater amount of 14C in eicosa-11,14-dienoic acid (dihomolinoleic acid or 20:2) and 20:3 and less 14C in 20:4 of testes of diabetic than in those of control rats. The suggested impairment in conversion of 18:2 to 20:4 was studied further by using [14C]20:3 as the substrate for intratesticular injection. Four hours after administration of the [14C]polyene there was more 14C in 20:3 and less 14C in 20:4 and in docosa-7,10,13,16-tetraenoic (adrenic or 22:4) acid in testes of diabetic than in those of control rats. The results indicate that in diabetic rats at least one enzyme responsible for the decreased conversion of 18:2 to 20:4 is the delta 5-desaturase.  相似文献

The effect of divalent cation ionophore, A23187, on the incorporation of [1-14C]palmitic acid, [1-14C]linoleic acid and [U-14C]glycerol into glycerolipids of polymorphonulcear leukocytes was examined. Ionophore A23187 stimulated the labeling of phosphatidic acid, phosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylinositol, and diacylglycerol by both labeled fatty acids and glycerol. [1-14C]Palmitic acid and [1-14C]linoleic acid incorporation into phosphatidylcholine and triacylglycerol was reduced by the presence of the ionophore in the incubation medium, while [U-14C]glycerol labeling of these lipids was not significantly changed under identical conditions. These data reflect that the acylation of sn-glycerol 3-phosphate is activated, and the acylations of lysophosphatidyl-choline and endogenous diacylglycerol are inhibited in cells incubated with ionophore A23187. External calcium was not required for the ionophore effect on the incorporation of labeled fatty acids and glycerol. It is suggested that the ionophore alters the metabolism of the fatty acid and glycerol moieties of glycerolipids by changing the distribution of intracellular calcium of leukocytes.  相似文献

(1) The rate of palmitate oxidation in the 7800 C1 Morris hepatoma cells was about 60% of the activity observed in hepatocytes. The stimulatory effect of glucagon in hepatocytes was not observed in the hepatoma cells. The rate of fatty acid synthesis from [2-14C]acetate in the hepatoma cells was 1/20 of the activity in hepatocytes. The conversion of [2-14C]acetate to cholesterol was not different in the two kinds of cell. (2) Acetyl-CoA carboxylase and fatty acid synthetase were significantly decreased in the hepatoma cells. The hepatoma cells had, however, raised activities of malate dehydrogenase (decarboxylating), and glucose-6-phosphate and 6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenases. (3) The activities of the enzymes were not affected by different concentrations of glucose or palmitate in the culture medium. Insulin, dexamethasone, triiothyronine and glucagon had no effect on the enzyme activities. This is in contrast to the adaptation of the peroxisomal beta-oxidation system, which is induced by fatty acids and modified by hormones.  相似文献

Cellular influx kinetics of a representative long chain fatty acid, [3H]oleate, were examined in monolayer cultures of three different human hepatoma cell lines (Hep G2; PLC/PRF 5; Mz-Hep-1). The cultures were incubated with 173 microM [3H]oleate in the presence of various concentrations of albumin which served to modulate the unbound oleate concentration in the medium. For all [3H]oleate-albumin complexes incubated, it was shown that cellular uptake of [3H]oleate over the initial 30 s incubation period was maximal, linear and independent of intracellular fatty acid metabolism, representing cellular influx. With increasing unbound oleate concentrations in the medium cellular influx by all three cell lines revealed similar saturation kinetics with Km values of 112.6 +/- 14.5 nM and Vmax values of 7.19 +/- 0.32 nmol.min-1 per mg cell protein. When these hepatoma cell lines were pretreated with the IgG fraction of a monospecific antibody to the rat liver membrane fatty acid binding protein (MFABP), initial uptake of [3H]oleate was selectively inhibited compared to controls pretreated with the IgG fraction of the preimmune serum. Furthermore, immunoblot analysis with the monospecific antibody to the rat MFABP revealed reactivity with a single 40 kDa protein in the homogenates of all three cell lines. These data suggest that uptake of fatty acids by human hepatoma cells may be mediated by a specific membrane fatty acid binding protein.  相似文献

Isolated hepatocytes were incubated in the presence of [14C]palmitic, [14C]linoleic or [14C]linolenic acid and the time-courses of incorporation of radioactivity into phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylethanolamine of microsomes and mitochondria were followed. For this purpose a procedure was developed for HPLC separation of 9-diazomethylanthracene (ADAM) derivatives of fatty acids. When [14C]palmitic acid was used, the major product of elongation and desaturation was octadecadienoic acid, which accounted for 35-65% of the total radioactivity. Labeled palmitoleic, stearic and oleic acids could also be isolated. In fatty acids which do not participate to any large extent in deacylation-reacylation reactions, the pattern of incorporation was characteristic: a high rate of incorporation into microsomal and a low rate of incorporation into mitochondrial phospholipids during the first 40 min, followed by a decrease in the former and an increase in mitochondrial labeling. This pattern is consistent with the fact that de novo synthesis of these two phospholipids occurs in the endoplasmic reticulum in vivo. When cells were incubated in the presence of [14C]linoleic acid, 70-90% of the radioactivity recovered in phospholipids was in this same form, whereas the remaining label was mainly in arachidonic acid and, to some extent, in eicosatrienoic acid. When hepatocytes were incubated in the presence of [14C]linolenic acid, 70-85% of the radioactivity in isolated phospholipids was associated with linolenic acid. As much as 20% of the label was recovered in docosahexanoic acid and 5-10% in arachidonic acid. In the case of the two latter labeled substrates the exchange reactions seem to dominate over de novo synthesis. For phospholipids synthesized de novo the transfer from the endoplasmic reticulum to mitochondria requires about 3 h.  相似文献
