集合种群的空间模式研究是当今生态学的核心问题之一。本研究利用常微分动力系统以及基于网格模型的元胞自动机模型对Allee效应、拥挤效应以及捕食作用集合种群的空间分布模式做了全面的模拟研究。Allee效应描述当种群水平低于某一阈值时会发生由生殖成功几率下降造成的种群负增长率,而拥挤效应是指当种群密度过高时引起的个体性为异常从而达到调节种群增长率的作用。文章组建了3个空间确定性模型:局部作用模型(CIM)、距离敏感模型(DSM)和集合种群捕食模型(MMP)。局部作用模型显示在一维生境中空斑块形成金字塔状,二维模型显示出明显的动态拟周期性以及由空间混沌所形成的异质性。距离敏感模型可导致由迁移个体中密度制约强度决定的集合种群大小复杂动态与种群密度的双峰分布。这些结果说明动态行为的复杂性,不仅可用于表征研究物种的特性,而且可以表明该物种的续存能力与灭绝风险。集合种群捕食模型是概率转换空间模型,利用该模型得出了依赖于模型参数和生境尺度的白组织种群概率空间分布模式。模拟的结果表明,系统的内在机制和这种白组织模式导致捕食者形成集团型不明显的“捕食小组”或“杀手小组”,并具有较高扩散力.但却包括侵占率低、灭绝率高的特点。而使猎物种群形成高集团性、高侵占率、低灭绝率、低扩散力的种群集团。这种特点又使捕食者种群在生境中处于中心地带,而使猎物种群形成在捕食者和生境边缘间的环状分布。这些结果还说明了尺度对于生态学的研究是至关重要的,不同的尺度将产生不同的系统模式。  相似文献

We examined the effects of odorant inhalation on the sleep-wake states in rats. Odorants used in the experiment were clove, jasmine, lavender, lemon, peppermint, pine, rose, sandalwood, valerian, and ylang-ylang. Valerian and rose inhalation significantly prolonged the pentobarbital-induced sleeping time, whereas lemon inhalation significantly shortened it. The effect of valerian inhalation was markedly noticeable. In the anosmic rats, a significant effect of odorants on the pentobarbital sleep time was not seen. Electroencephalographic studies on natural sleep revealed that rose inhalation did not exert any significant effect on sleep, but a significant shortening in sleep latency and a significant prolonging in total sleep time were observed with valerian inhalation, whereas a significant prolonging in sleep latency was observed with lemon inhalation. Such effects of valerian and lemon inhalation were not admitted in anosmic rats. gamma-Aminobutyric acid (GABA) transaminase assay indicates that valerian inhalation decreases the activity of the enzyme and enhances GABA activity. Although valerian has been reported to exert a good effect for sleep as a medicine for internal use, the present study is the first medical report suggesting that the inhalation of valerian may enhance the sleep. On the other hand, the present results may suggest the possibility that lemon inhalation may cause a worsening of insomnia symptoms.  相似文献

Biliary, ureteric and intestinal colic are extremely common clinical conditions associated with smooth muscle spasm. In the present study, antispasmodic activity was carried out against acetylcholine (10-640 ng/ml)-induced contractions on guinea pig ileum. Acetylcholine (10-640 ng/ml) induced concentration-dependent contraction of smooth muscle. Diclofenac, in varying concentration (9.4 x 10(-5) mol/l and 14.1 x 10(-5) mol/l) shifted the concentration response curve of acetylcholine to the right without suppressing the maximal response. However, in higher concentration diclofenac (18.9 x 10(-5) mol/l) blocked the response in an unsurmountable fashion. Further, analgin (11.09 x 10(-5), 16.63 x 10(-5) and 22.18 x 10(-5) mol/l) in equimolar concentrations did not alter the concentration response curve of acetylcholine, but in higher concentration analgin (44.36 x 10(-5) mol/l) also blocked the response in an unsurmountable fashion. Pitofenone (2.5 x 10(-6) mol/l) also, shifted the concentration response curve of acetylcholine to right in a parallel fashion with no change in maximal response. The present study confirms the potent antispasmodic activity of diclofenac-pitofenone combination in comparison to analgin-pitofenone in molar equivalent concentration (in comparison to diclofenac) against acetylcholine-induced contractions of guinea pig ileum.  相似文献

This paper presents a critical review more than 100 references on the possible leukomogenic (blastomogenic) effects of benzene, based upon clinical, epidemiological and experimental dates. The authors came to conclusion that there exist reliable clinical and epidemiological evidences, concerning increased leukomogenic risk on working place with high benzene concentrations in past years (tens and even hundreds of ppm). Most epidemiological studies, indicate now that this risk is also elevated in more favourable working conditions, although practical valuable dose-effect relationship between benzene concentrations and rate of leukomogenic risks is still unknown. Results of experimental investigations on problem of leukomogenic effects of benzene are contradictory. It was stated recently that there is a lack of adequate experimental models of benzene blastomogenesis. Taking into consideration increasing economic significance of benzene and existence of large contingents of workers dealing with benzene, it is necessary to continue appropriate experimental and epidemiological investigations.  相似文献

A group of rabbits were given in sequence a laboratory stock diet (I), a semi-purified diet containing 25% casein (II), and a similar diet in which soya bean meal replaced casein (III). On changing from diet I to II, plasma cholesterol rose fourfold after 16 weeks, but fell 50% after 12 weeks on changing from diet II to III. Replacement of casein with soya bean meal in the semi-purified diet caused an increased faecal excretion of sterols but not of bile acids. The ratio of cholesterol ingested/cholesterol and metabolites excreted, fell from a mean of 1.6 to 0.6. It is concluded that the hypocholesterolaemic effect of soya bean meal is probably due to its action in increasing the excretion of faecal neutral sterols.  相似文献

The influence of melanin on radiation-induced bystander effects has been studied. Melanin is known to be a natural substance with proved radioprotective properties in different organisms and cell lines. It is non-toxic and is effective against acute and chronic irradiation. The lower the radiation dose, the higher the relative impact of melanin protection. In this study influence of melanin on human keratinocytes (HPV-G cells) has been studied using the colony-forming assay. We have shown that bystander donor medium from 0.5 Gy irradiated cells when transferred to unirradiated cells, caused almost the same effect as direct irradiation. Melanin increased the colony-forming ability of bystander recipient cells when it was added into culture medium before irradiation. The effect of melanin added after irradiation was to produce less protection in both the directly irradiated and bystander medium treated groups. The absorption spectrum of the filtered medium is identical to one of the intact culture medium showing that melanin was not present in filtered medium. Thus, it cannot protect recipient cells but reduces the amount of the bystander effect. It is concluded that melanin added before irradiation effectively decreased the radiation dose. The reduction of the impact of the bystander signal on recipient cells when melanin was added to the donor medium after harvest but before filtration, may mean that the bystander signal has a physical component as melanin can absorb all types of physical energy.  相似文献

Butylidenephthalide inhibited, in a dose-dependent manner, the aggregation and release reaction of washed rabbit platelets induced by collagen and arachidonic acid. Butylidenephthalide also inhibited slightly the platelet aggregation induced by PAF and ADP, but not that by thrombin or ionophore A23187. Thromboxane B2 formation caused by collagen, arachidonic acid, thrombin and ionophore A23187 was in each case markedly inhibited by butylidenephthalide. Butylidenephthalide inhibited the aggregation of ADP-refractory platelets, thrombin-degranulated platelets, chymotrypsin-treated platelets and platelets in the presence of creatine phosphate/creatine phosphokinase. Its inhibition of collagen-induced aggregation was more marked at lower Ca2+ concentrations in the medium. The aggregability of platelets inhibited by butylidenephthalide could be recovered after the washing of platelets. In human platelet-rich plasma, butylidenephthalide and indomethacin prevented the secondary aggregation and blocked ATP release from platelets induced by epinephrine. Prostaglandin E2 formed by the incubation of guinea-pig lung homogenate with arachidonic acid could be inhibited by butylidenephthalide, indomethacin and aspirin. It is concluded that the antiplatelet effect of butylidenephthalide is mainly due to an inhibitory effect on cyclo-oxygenase and may be due partly to interference with calcium mobilization.  相似文献

A study was made of the effect of cryoprotectors, both penetrating the cell (glycerin) and non-penetrating it (polyethylene oxide, m.w. 400), in different concentrations on the mitosis kinetics of short-lived cultures of human peripheral blood cells and continuous fibroblast-like cells of Chinese hamsters. Changes in the kinetics of the proliferation of the cultures under study, manifesting in a decrease of the mitotic index, accumulation of metaphases and an increase in the number of k-mitotic cells, depended on the concentration of the cryoprotectors. The stathmokinetic effect of the cryoprotectors was discovered to be related to the dehydrating properties shared by these substances, with the intensity of the effect being consequent on their penetrating ability.  相似文献
