Cyclometalation of benzo[h]quinoline (bzqH) by [RuCl(μ-Cl)(η6-C6H6)]2 in acetonitrile occurs in a similar way to that of 2-phenylpyridine (phpyH) to afford [Ru(bzq)(MeCN)4]PF6 (3) in 52% yield. The properties of 3 containing ‘non-flexible’ benzo[h]quinoline were compared with the corresponding [Ru(phpy)(MeCN)4]PF6 (1) complex with ‘flexible’ 2-phenylpyridine. The [Ru(phpy)(MeCN)4]PF6 complex is known to react in MeCN solvent with ‘non-flexible’ diimine 1,10-phenanthroline to form [Ru(phpy)(phen)(MeCN)2]PF6, being unreactive toward ‘flexible’ 2,2′-bipyridine under the same conditions. In contrast, complex 3 reacts both with phen and bpy in MeCN to form [Ru(bzq)(LL)(MeCN)2]PF6 {LL = bpy (4) and phen (5)}. Similar reaction of 3 in methanol results in the substitution of all four MeCN ligands to form [Ru(bzq)(LL)2]PF6 {LL = bpy (6) and phen (7)}. Photosolvolysis of 4 and 5 in MeOH occurs similarly to afford [Ru(bzq)(LL)(MeCN)(MeOH)]PF6 as a major product. This contrasts with the behavior of [Ru(phpy)(LL)(MeCN)2]PF6, which lose one and two MeCN ligands for LL = bpy and phen, respectively. The results reported demonstrate a profound sensitivity of properties of octahedral compounds to the flexibility of cyclometalated ligand. Analogous to the 2-phenylpyridine counterparts, compounds 4-7 are involved in the electron exchange with reduced active site of glucose oxidase from Aspergillus niger. Structure of complexes 4 and 6 was confirmed by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

The reaction of [Ru(CO)2Cl2]n with bis(2-pyridylmethyl)amine (bpma) in refluxing ethanol followed by anion exchange yields two products: cis,fac-[Ru(bpma)(CO)2Cl]PF6 (1a, 71%) and trans,fac-[Ru(bpma)(CO)2Cl]PF6 (1b, 29%). Reaction of 1a with AgBF4 in acetone, followed by acetonitrile and then anion exchange gave cis,fac-[Ru(bpma)(CO)2(CH3CN)](PF6)2 (2a). In the same way, 1b afforded trans,fac-[Ru(bpma)(CO)2(CH3CN)](PF6)2 (2b). Reaction of depolymerized [Ru(CO)2Cl2]n with bpma in ethanol at room temperature afforded cis,cis-[Ru(η2-bpma)(CO)2Cl2] (3). In refluxing ethanol, 3 was converted to cis,fac-[Ru(bpma)(CO)2Cl]Cl (1a-Cl). Heating 3 in chlorobenzene afforded 1b-Cl, exclusively; heating 3 in ethylene glycol gave mainly 1a-Cl. Heating 1a-Cl in ethanol resulted in no isomerization, but heating in chlorobenzene gave a mixture of 3 and 1b-Cl. Anion exchange for PF6 with 1a-Cl and 1b-Cl afforded 1a and 1b, respectively, whereas anion exchange for BPh4 afforded 1a-BPh4. Compounds 1a, 1b, 2a and 3 have been structurally characterized.  相似文献

Reaction of [Ru(2,2′-bipyridine)(2,2′:6′,2″-terpyridine)Cl]PF6 (abbreviated to [Ru(bipy)(terpy)Cl]PF6) with 0.5 equiv of the bidentate ligand L produces the dinuclear complexes [{Ru(bipy)(terpy)}2(μ-L)](PF6)4 (L = 4,4′-bipyridine 1, 1,4-diisocyanobenzene 2 and pyrazine 3) in moderate yields. Treating [Ru(bipy)(terpy)Cl]PF6 with equal molar of 1,4-diisocyanobenzene affords [Ru(bipy)(terpy)(CNC6H4NC)](PF6)2 (2a). These new complexes have been characterized by mass, NMR, and UV-Vis spectroscopy, and the structures of 1-3 determined by an X-ray diffraction study. Cyclic voltammetric studies suggest that metal communication between the two ruthenium ions increases from 1 to 2 to 3.  相似文献

The interactions of π-arene-Ru(II)-chloroquine complexes with human serum albumin (HSA), apotransferrin and holotransferrin have been studied by circular dichroism (CD) and UV-Visible spectroscopies, together with isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC). The data for [Ru(η6-p-cymene)(CQ)(H2O)Cl]PF6 (1), [Ru(η6-benzene)(CQ)(H2O)Cl]PF6 (2), [Ru(η6-p-cymene)(CQ)(H2O)2][PF6]2 (3), [Ru(η6-p-cymene)(CQ)(en)][PF6]2 (4), [Ru(η6-p-cymene)(η6-CQDP)][BF4]2 (5) (CQ: chloroquine; DP: diphosphate; en: ethylenediamine), in comparison with CQDP and [Ru(η6-p-cymene)(en)Cl][PF6] (6) as controls demonstrate that 1, 2, 3, and 5, which contain exchangeable ligands, bind to HSA and to apotransferrin in a covalent manner. The interaction did not affect the α-helical content in apotransferrin but resulted in a loss of this type of structure in HSA. The binding was reversed in both cases by a decrease in pH and in the case of the Ru-HSA adducts, also by addition of chelating agents. A weaker interaction between complexes 4 and 6 and HSA was measured by ITC but was not detectable spectroscopically. No interactions were observed for complexes 4 and 6 with apotransferrin or for CQDP with either protein. The combined results suggest that the arene-Ru(II)-chloroquine complexes, known to be active against resistant malaria and several lines of cancer cells, also display a good transport behavior that makes them good candidates for drug development.  相似文献

The new diruthenium complexes trans-[(NH3)5Ru(L-L)Ru(NH3)4(bpy-Me)](PF6)5 (L-L are the bridging ligands pyrazine, 2a; 4,4′dipyridyl, 2b; and trans-1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)-ethylene, 2c; bpy-Me is N-methyl-pyridyl-pyridinium) are generated from the new complexes (L-L)Ru(NH3)4(bpy-Me)](PF6)3 (1a-c) and [(NH3)5Ru(H2O)](PF6)2. Cyclic voltammetry on the new compounds in acetonitrile electrolyte reveals two quasi-reversible oxidation steps corresponding to the two RuII/III couples in 2b and 2c and a single oxidations for 1a-c. In addition, two reduction waves are observed for the bpy-Me ligands of 1a-c and 2a-c. All of the new compounds exhibit multiple metal-to-ligand charge transfer (MLCT) bands in the visible region of the spectrum. For compounds 1a-c the most intense absorption in the visible region decreases in energy as the length of the aromatic bridging ligands increases. By contrast the strongest absorption band of 2a is lower in energy than the most intense bands of both 2b and 2c. Single crystal X-ray analysis of 2a reveals that the bridging pyridine is coplanar with the pyridyl ring of the bpy-Me ligand that is attached to the Ru center. DFT calculations on 2a indicate that the HOMO is localized predominately on the {(NH3)5Ru-pyz-Ru(NH3)4} portion of the complex and the LUMO has slightly more contribution from the bpy-Me ligand.  相似文献

The preparation and structural characterization of several new Ru(II) complexes in which four coordination positions are occupied by the sulfur atoms of a macrocycle, either 1,4,7,10-tetrathiacyclododecane ([12]aneS4) or 1,5,9,13-tetrathiacyclohexadecane ([16]aneS4), and the two others by relatively labile ligands (Cl, , H2O, dmso-S), are described:cis-[Ru([12]aneS4)(dmso-S)(H2O)](CF3SO3)2 (2a), cis-[Ru([12]aneS4)(dmso-S)(ONO2)](NO3) (2b), cis-[Ru([16]aneS4)Cl2] (4), and trans-[Ru([16]aneS4)(dmso-S)(H2O)](CF3SO3)2 (5).The complexes of the larger [16]aneS4 macrocycle have a flexible coordination geometry, either cis or trans, that makes them unsuited for being used as precursors in metal-driven self-assembly processes. On the contrary, the [12]aneS4 complexes cis-[Ru([12]aneS4)(dmso-S)Cl]Cl (1) and, above all, its chlorido free derivatives cis-[Ru([12]aneS4)(dmso-S)(H2O)](CF3SO3)2 (2a) and cis-[Ru([12]aneS4)(dmso-S)(ONO2)](NO3) (2b) are potential precursors of the geometrically stable 90° bis-acceptor fragment cis-[Ru([12]aneS4)]2+.Preliminary results of their reactivity towards the linear linker pyrazine (pyz) showed that the nature of the isolated product depends on that of the counter-anion.When treated with pyz 2b afforded the dinuclear complex [{Ru([12]aneS4)(ONO2)}2(μ-pyz)](NO3)2 (8), while 2a gave the molecular triangle [{cis-Ru([12]aneS4)(μ-pyz)}3](CF3SO3)6 (9), both in low yields. The X-ray structures of compounds 2a, 2b, 4, 5, [{Ru([12]aneS4)Cl}2(μ-pyz)]Cl2 (7), 9, and of the sandwich complex[Ru([12]aneS3-S)2](CF3SO3)2 (3), in which only three sulfur atoms of each macrocycle are bound to ruthenium, are also described.  相似文献

A series of new ruthenium(II) carbonyl chloride complexes with pyridine-functionalised N-heterocyclic carbenes [Ru(Py-NHC)(CO)2Cl2], [Py-NHC = 3-methyl-1-(2-pyridyl)imidazol-2-ylidene, 1 (1a and 1b); 3-methyl-1-(2-picoyl)imidazol-2-ylidene, 2 (2a and 2b); 3-methyl-1-(2-pyridyl)benzimidazolin-2-ylidene, 3 (3b); 3-methyl-1-(2-picoyl)benzimidazolin-2-ylidene, 4 (4a and 4b); 1-methyl-4-(2-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazoline-5-ylidene, 5 (5a and 5b)] have been prepared by transmetallation from the corresponding silver carbene complexes and characterized by NMR, IR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. In these complexes with bidentate Py-NHC ligands, one CO ligand is trans to the Py ligand. In 1a, 2a, 4a, and 5a, the NHC ligand is trans to the other CO ligand, thus leaving the two Cl ligands trans to each other. In 1b, 2b, 3b, 4b, and 5b, the NHC ligands are trans to one Cl ligand, and the two Cl ligands are cis to each other. The structures for 1b, 2b, 3b and 4b have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. These complexes are efficient catalysts in the transfer hydrogenation of acetophenone and their catalytic activities are found to be influenced by electronic effect of the N-heterocyclic carbene ligands.  相似文献

[Ru(H)(CO)(PPh3)2(α/β-NaiR)](ClO4) (3, 4) are synthesized by the reaction of [Ru(H)(Cl)(CO)(PPh3)3] with 1-alkyl-2-(naphthyl-α/β-azo)imidazole (α-NaiR (3); β-NaiR (4)). One of the complexes [Ru(H)(CO)(PPh3)2(α-NaiMe)](ClO4) (3a) has been structurally established by X-ray diffraction study. Upon addition of Cl2 saturated in MeCN to 3 or 4 gives [Ru(Cl)(CO)(α/β-NaiR)(PPh3)2](ClO4) (for α-NaiR (5); β-NaiR (6)), without affecting metal oxidation state, which were characterized by spectroscopic measurements. The redox property of the complexes is examined by cyclic voltammetry.  相似文献

Acetonitrile is easily displaced from [Fe2{μ-CN(Me)(R)}(μ-CO)(CO)(MeCN)(Cp)2][SO3CF3] (R = 2,6-Me2C6H3 (Xyl) (1a); Me (1b)) upon stirring in THF at room temperature in the presence of [NBu4][SCN]. The resulting complexes trans-[Fe2{μ-CN(Me)(R)}(μ-CO)(CO)(NCS)(Cp)2] (R = Xyl (trans-2a); Me (trans-2b)) are completely isomerised to cis-[Fe2{μ-CN(Me)(R)}(μ-CO)(CO)(NCS)(Cp)2] (R = Xyl (cis-2a); Me (cis-2b)) when heated at reflux temperature. Similarly, the complexes cis-[M2{μ-CN(Me)(R)}(μ-CO)(CO)(NCO)(Cp)2] (M = Fe, R = Me (4a); M = Ru, R = Xyl (4b); M = Ru, R = Me (4c)) and cis-[M2{μ-CN(Me)(R)}(μ-CO)(CO)(N3)(Cp)2] (M = Fe, R = Xyl (5a); M = Fe, R = Me (5b); M = Ru, R = Xyl (5c)) can be obtained by heating at reflux temperature a THF solution of [M2{μ-CN(Me)(R)}(μ-CO)(CO)(MeCN)(Cp)2][SO3CF3] (M = Fe, R = Xyl (1a); M = Fe, Me (1b); M = Ru, R = Xyl (1c); M = Ru, R = Me (1d)) in the presence of NaNCO and NaN3, respectively. The reactions of 5 with MeO2CCCCO2Me, HCCCO2Me and (NC)(H)CC(H)(CN) afford the triazolato complexes [M2{μ-CN(Me)(R)}(μ-CO)(CO){N3C2(CO2Me)2}(Cp)2] (M = Fe, R = Xyl (6a); M = Fe, R = Me (6b); M = Ru, R = Xyl (6c)), [M2{μ-CN(Me)(R)}(μ- CO)(CO){N3C2(H)(CO2Me)}(Cp)2] (M = Fe, R = Me (7a); M = Ru, R = Xyl (7b)) and [Fe2{μ-CN(Me)(Xyl)}(μ-CO)(CO){N3C2(H)(CN)}(Cp)2] (8), respectively. The asymmetrically substituted triazolato complexes 7-8 are obtained as mixtures of N(1) and N(2) bonded isomers, whereas 6 exists only in the N(2) form. Methylation of 6-8 results in the formation of the triazole complexes [Fe2{μ-CN(Me)(Xyl)}(μ-CO)(CO){N3(Me)C2(CO2Me)2}(Cp)2][CF3SO3] (9), [M2{μ-CN(Me)(R)}(μ-CO)(CO){N3(Me)C2(H)(CO2Me)}(Cp)2][CF3SO3] (M = Fe, R = Me (10a); M = Ru, R = Xyl (10b)) and [Fe2{μ-CN(Me)(Xyl)}(μ-CO)(CO){N3(Me)C2(H)(CN)}(Cp)2][CF3SO3], 11. The crystal structures of trans-2b, 4b · CH2Cl2, 5a, 6b · 0.5CH2Cl2 and 8 · CH2Cl2 have been determined.  相似文献

We report here the synthesis, characterisation, electrochemical, photophysical and protein-binding properties of four luminescent ruthenium(II) polypyridine indole complexes [Ru(bpy)2(L1)](PF6)2 (1), [Ru(bpy)2(L2)](PF6)2 (2), [Ru(L1)3](PF6)2 (1a), and [Ru(L2)3](PF6)2 (2a) (bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine; L1 = 4-(N-(2-indol-3-ylethyl)amido)-4′-methyl-2,2′-bipyridine; L2 = 4-(N-(6-N-(2-indol-3-ylethyl)hexanamidyl)amido)-4′-methyl-2,2′-bipyridine). Their indole-free counterparts, [Ru(bpy)2(L3)](PF6)2 (3) and [Ru(L3)3](PF6)2 (3a) (L3 = 4-(N-(ethyl)amido)-4′-methyl-2,2′-bipyridine), have also been synthesised for comparison purposes. Cyclic voltammetric studies revealed ruthenium-based oxidation at ca. +1.3 V versus SCE and diimine-based reductions at ca. −1.20 to −2.28 V. The indole moieties of complexes 1, 2, 1a and 2a displayed an irreversible wave at ca. +1.1 V versus SCE. All the ruthenium(II) complexes exhibited intense and long-lived orange-red triplet metal-to-ligand charge-transfer 3MLCT (dπ(Ru) → π*(L1-L3)) luminescence upon visible-light irradiation in fluid solutions at 298 K and in alcohol glass at 77 K. The binding of the indole-containing complexes to bovine serum album (BSA) has been studied by quenching experiments and emission titrations.  相似文献

The activity of homobimetallic ruthenium alkylidene complexes, [(p-cymene)Ru(Cl)(μ-Cl)2Ru(Cl)(CHPh)(PCy3)] [Ru-I] and [(p-cymene)Ru(Cl)(μ-Cl)2Ru(Cl)(CHPh)(IPr)] [Ru-II], on intermolecular [2+2+2] cyclotrimerisation reactions of monoynes has been investigated for the first time. It was found that these complexes can catalyse the chemo and regioselective cyclotrimerisation reactions of alkynes at both 25 and 50 °C in polar, aprotic solvents. The catalytic activity of [Ru-I] and [Ru-II] was compared to other well-known ruthenium catalysts such as Grubbs first generation catalyst [RuCl2(CHPh)(PCy3)2] [Ru-III], [RuCl(μ-Cl)(p-cymene)]2 [Ru-IV] and [RuCl2(p-cymene)PCy3] [Ru-V] complexes. To examine the effect of the steric hinderance of substrates on the regioselectivity of the reaction, a series of sterically hindered silicon containing alkynes (1a, 1b, 1c) were used. It was shown that the isomeric product distribution of the reaction shifts from 1,2,4-trisubstituted arenes to 1,3,5-trisubstituted arenes as the steric hinderance on the substrates increases. These homobimetallic ruthenium alkylidene complexes also catalysed regio- and chemo-selective cross-cyclotrimerisation reactions between silicon-containing alkynes (1a, 1b, 1c) and aliphatic alkynes (1d-g).  相似文献

Metal-sulfur complex fragments, to which small molecules like N2, N2H2, N2H4, NH3, or CO can bind, are desirable model compounds concerning enzymatic N2 fixation. This paper reports on the effects of the phosphane co-ligand on formation and reactivity of [Ru(L)(PR3)(`N2Me2S2')] [`N2Me2S2'2−=1,2-ethanediamine-N,N-dimethyl-N,N-bis(2-benzenethiolate)(2−)] complexes with nitrogenase relevant ligands, especially N2, N2H4, NH3, and CO.Treatment of [Ru(NCCH3)4Cl2] with Li2`N2Me2S2', excessive LiOMe, bulky PPh3 or PCy3, respectively, led to the formation of two series of [Ru(L)(PR3)(`N2Me2S2')] complexes [for R=Ph: 1b, 1c (L=NCCH3), 6b (L=N2H4), 7b (L=N2), 8b1-3 (L=CO), 9b (L=NH3); for R=Cy: 1a (L=NCCH3), 6a (L=N2H4), 7a (L=N2), 8a (L=CO), 9a (L=NH3)]. While the use of PPh3 (θ=145°) yielded cis, trans and cis,cis isomers of [Ru(NCCH3)(PPh3)(`N2Me2S2')] (1b, 1c), no isomer formation was observed with the bulkier phosphane PCy3 (θ=170°). Sterically less demanding phosphanes (θ=118-132°) afforded bisphosphane complexes [Ru(PR3)2(`N2Me2S2')] [2d (R=Me), 2e (R=Et), 2f (R=nPr), and 2g (R=nBu)], which were practically inert and could only be converted in two cases and under drastic reaction conditions into the CO complexes [Ru(CO)(PR3)(`N2Me2S2')] [4e (R=Et), 4f (R=nPr)]. The chelating bidentate phosphane dppe (bisdiphenylphosphanoethane) yielded exclusively the mononuclear complex [Ru(dppe)(`N2Me2S2')] (3).  相似文献

Aryloxide rhodium(I) complexes Rh(OAr)(PPh3)3 (1a: Ar=C6Cl5, 1b: Ar=C6F5, 1c: Ar=C6H4-NO2-4) react with CO in toluene solutions to produce Vaska-type complexes trans-Rh(OAr)(CO)(PPh3)2 (2a: Ar=C6Cl5, 2b: Ar=C6F5, 2c: Ar=C6H4-NO2-4). Carbonylation of a similar complex with PMe3 ligands, Rh(OC6H4-NO2-4)(PMe3)3 (3c), also forms trans-Rh(OC6H4-NO2-4)(CO)(PMe3)2 (4c). Molecular structures of the complexes are determined by X-ray crystallography and NMR spectroscopy. Complex 1a reacts with CO in the absence of solvent to produce a mixture of 2a and complex A, the latter of which shows the IR and 13C{1H} signals due to the carbonyl ligand at different positions from those of 2a. Addition of Et2O to the above mixture turns it into analytically pure 2a. Carbonylation of 1b and 1c under the solvent-free conditions produces complexes B and C as the respective products of the solid-gas reaction. Recrystallization of B and C turns them into 2b and 2c, respectively. Complex 3c also reacts with CO in the solid state to form a mixture of 4c and complex D, although the latter complex is converted slowly into 4c even in the solid state.  相似文献

Complexes of the type (η4-BuC5H5)Fe(CO)2(P) (P = PPh2Py 3, PPhPy24, PPy35; Py = 2-pyridyl) were satisfactorily prepared. Upon treatment of 3 with M(CO)3(EtCN)3 (M = Mo, 6a; W, 6b), the pyridyl N-atom could be coordinated to the metal M, which then eliminates a CO ligand from the Fe-centre and induced an oxidative addition of the endo-C-H of (η4-BuC5H5). This results in a bridged hydrido heterodimetallic complex [(η5-BuC5H4)Fe(CO)(μ-P,N-PPh2Py)(μ-H)M(CO)4] (M = Mo, 7a, 81%; W, 7b, 76%). The reaction of 4 or 5 with 6a,b did not give the induced oxidative addition, although these complexes contain more than one pyridyl N-atom. The reaction of 4 with M(CO)4(EtCN)2 (M = Mo, 9a; W, 9b) produced heterodimetallic complexes [(η4-BuC5H5)Fe(CO)2(μ-P:N,N′-PPhPy2)M(CO)4] (M = Mo, 10a, 81%; W, 10b, 83%). Treatment of 5 with 6a,b gave [(η4-BuC5H5)Fe(CO)2(μ-P:N,N′,N″-PPy3)M(CO)3] (M = Mo, 12a, 96%; W, 12b, 78%).  相似文献

Condensation of 3,6-dichloropyridazine with 3,5-dimethylpyrazole in 1:1 ratio yielded one side substituted pyrazolylpyridazine ligand 3-chloro-6-(3,5-dimethylpyrazolyl)pyridazine (L) while condensation of 3,6-dichloropyridazine with substituted pyrazoles in 1:2 ratio yielded both side substituted pyrazolylpyridazine ligands such as 3,6-bis(pyrazolyl)pyridazine (L1), 3,6-bis(3-methylpyrazolyl)pyridazine (L2) and 3,6-bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazolyl)pyridazine (L3). A new series of cationic mononuclear complexes of the type [(η5-Cp)Ma(L)(PPh3)]PF6, [(η5-Cp*)Mb(L)Cl]PF6, [(η5-Cp*)Ru(L′)(PPh3)]PF6 and [(η5-Cp*)Mb(L′)Cl]+ (where Ma = Ru, Os; Mb = Rh, Ir and L′ = L1, L2, L3) bearing pyrazolylpyridazine and η5-cyclopentadienyl ligands are reported. The complexes have been completely characterized by spectral studies. The molecular structures of representative complexes have been determined by single crystal X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Reaction of [Rh(CO)2I]2 (1) with MeI in nitrile solvents gives the neutral acetyl complexes, [Rh(CO)(NCR)(COMe)I2]2 (R=Me, 3a; tBu, 3b; vinyl, 3c; allyl, 3d). Dimeric, iodide-bridged structures have been confirmed by X-ray crystallography for 3a and 3b. The complexes are centrosymmetric with approximate octahedral geometry about each Rh centre. The iodide bridges are asymmetric, with Rh-(μ-I) trans to acetyl longer than Rh-(μ-I) trans to terminal iodide. In coordinating solvents, 3a forms mononuclear complexes, [Rh(CO)(sol)2(COMe)I2] (sol=MeCN, MeOH). Complex 3a reacts with pyridine to give [Rh(CO)(py)(COMe)I2]2 and [Rh(CO)(py)2(COMe)I2] and with chelating diphosphines to give [Rh(Ph2P(CH2)nPPh2)(COMe)I2] (n=2, 3, 4). Addition of MeI to [Ir(CO)2(NCMe)I] is two orders of magnitude slower than to [Ir(CO)2I2]. A mechanism for the reaction of 1 with MeI in MeCN is proposed, involving initial bridge cleavage by solvent to give [Rh(CO)2(NCMe)I] and participation of the anion [Rh(CO)2I2] as a reactive intermediate. The possible role of neutral Rh(III) species in the mechanism of Rh-catalysed methanol carbonylation is discussed.  相似文献

4-aryl-2-amino-6-(4-hydroxy-2-oxo-2H-chromen-3-yl)-pyridin-3-carbonitrile (1), 4-aryl-2-oxo-6-(4-hydroxy-2-oxo-2H-chromen-3-yl)-pyridin-3-carbonitriles (2a-2c), 3-(6-aryl-1,2,5,6- tetrahydro-2-thioxopyrimidin-4-yl)-4-hydroxy-2H-chromen-2-one (3a, 3b) and pyrazol-3-yl-4-hydroxycoumarin derivatives (4a-4c, 5, 6a, 6b, 7a, 7b, and 8a-8c) were prepared in order to measure their % change dopamine release in comparison to amphetamine as reference, using PC-12 cells in different concentrations. In addition, the molecular modeling study of the compounds into 3BHH receptor was also demonstrated. The calculated inhibition constant (ki) implemented in the AutoDock program revealed identical correlation with the experimental results to that obtained binding free energy (ΔGb) as both parameters revealed reasonable correlation coefficients (R2) being 0.51 involving 10 compounds; (1, 2b, 2c, 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b, 6a, and 8c).  相似文献

Reactions of [(p-cymene)RuCl2]2 (1a) with dpmp ((Ph2PCH2)2PPh) in the absence or presence of KPF6 afforded the ionic complexes [{(p-cymene)RuCl2}(dpmp-P1,P3;P2){RuCl(p-cymene)}](X) (2a1: X=Cl; 2a2: X=PF6). A (p-cymene)RuCl moiety constructs a 6-membered ring coordinated by two terminal P atoms of the dpmp ligand and another one binds to a central P atom of the ligand. Reactions of [(C6Me6)RuCl2]2 (1b) with an excess of dpmp in the presence of KPF6 gave a 4-membered complex [(C6Me6)RuCl(dpmp-P1,P2)](PF6) (3b), chelated by a terminal and a central P atom and another terminal atom is free. Use of Ag(OTf) instead of KPF6 gave [{(C6Me6)RuCl2(dpmp)Ag} 2](OTf)2 (5b) that the Ag atoms were coordinated by a terminal and a central P atom of each dpmp ligand. Reaction with an equivalent of dpmp in the presence of KPF6 gave [{(C6Me6)RuCl}(dpmp-P1,P2;P3){(C6Me6)RuCl2}](PF6) 4b. Complex has a structure that the (C6Me6)RuCl2 moiety coordinated to the free P atom of 3b. Complex 3b was treated with MCl2(cod) (M=Pd, Pt), [Pd(MesNC)4](PF6)2 (MesNC=2,4,6-Me3C6H2NC) or [Pt2(XylNC)6](PF6)2 (XylNC=2,6-Me2C6H3NC), generating [{(C6Me6)RuCl(dpmp)}2MCl2](PF6)2 (8b: M=Pd; 9b: M=Pt), [{(C6Me6)RuCl(dpmp)}2{Pt(MesNC)2}](PF6)4 (10b) and [{(C6Me6)RuCl(dpmp)}2{Pt2(XylNC)4}](PF6)4 (11b), respectively. Complex 3b reacted readily with [Cp*MCl2]2 (M=Rh, Ir) or AuCl(SC4H8), affording the corresponding hetero-binuclear complexes [{(C6Me6)RuCl}(dpmp-P1,P2;P3)(MCl2Cp*](PF6) (6b: M=Rh; 7b: M=Ir) and [{(C6Me6)RuCl}(dpmp-P1,P2;P3)(AuCl)](PF6) (12b). These complexes have two chiral centers. Some complexes were separated as two diastereomers by successive recrystallization. The structures of 3b, 5b, 6b, 8b and 12b were confirmed by X-ray analyses.  相似文献

1-Benzothiazol-2-yl-3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazole (1a) and 1-benzothiazol-2-yl-5-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-3-methyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylic acid methyl ester (1b) were reacted with the hexahydrates of cobalt(II) chloride, cobalt(II) nitrate and cobalt(II) perchlorate to give the corresponding complexes 2a-4a and 2b-5b, respectively. Obtained compounds differ in coordination spheres of central atoms. The complex 2a includes a fivefold coordinated cobalt(II) ion, whereas 3a shows a distorted octahedral configuration around the cobalt(II) ion. All complexes were characterised by FTIR spectroscopy, MS and elemental analysis. The X-ray structures of 2a, 3a and 5b complexes were also solved. The cytotoxic properties of the ligand 1a and both series of Co(II) complexes were examined on human leukemia NALM-6 and HL-60 cells and melanoma WM-115 cells. The ligands, were found to have very low cytotoxicity. Complex 3b exhibited the highest cytotoxic activity with IC50 values in the range of 6.9-17.1 μM for three examined cell lines.  相似文献

Two hitherto unknown mixed-ligand tris chelated complexes containing 2-aminothiophenolate, [Et4N]2[MIV(NH-(C6H4)-S)(mnt)2] (M = Mo, 1a; W, 2a) and two mixed-ligand tris chelate complex containing N,N-diethyldithiocarbamate, [Et4N]2[MIV(Et2NS2)(mnt)2] (M = Mo, 1b; W, 2b) have been synthesized and characterized structurally. Although these complexes are supposed to be quite similar to the well-known symmetric tris chelate complexes of maleonitriledithiolate (mnt), [Et4N]2[MIV(mnt)3] (M = Mo, 1c; W, 2c), but display both trigonal prismatic and distorted trigonal prismatic geometry in their crystal structure indicating the possibility of an equilibrium between these two structural possibilities in solution. Unlike extreme stability of 1b, 2b, 1c and 2c, both 1a and 2a are highly unstable in solution. In contrast to one reversible reduction in case of 1b and 2b, 1a and 2a exhibited no possible reduction up to −1.2 V and two sequential oxidation steps which have been further investigated with EPR study. Differences in stability and electrochemical behavior of 1a, 1b, 2a and 2b have been correlated with theoretical calculations at DFT level in comparison with long known 1c and 2c.  相似文献
