With the use of chlorophyll fluorescence technique, it was found that the net photosynthetic oxygen evolution rate decreased after strong light (2 000 μmol· m-2·2-1 ) treatment for two hours in soybean ( Glycine max L. ) leaves. The chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, Fm/Fo, Fv/Fm, ФPSII, qp and qN decreased along with the increase of light intensity. In strong light, exogenous active oxygen H202、·OH and 'O2 were harmful to soybean leaves. The destruction of 'O2 and·OH to leaves was most evident, as was shown that Fv/Fm and PS H decreased significantly. The antioxidants DABCO, mannitol, ascorbate and histidine protected the leaves, but weakly, from strong light. In darkness, the SOD inhibitor sodium diethyldithiocar- bamate (DDC) had no significant effect on Fm/Fo and Fv/Fm, but NAN,, the ascorbate peroxidase (APX)inhibitor, significantly decreased Fm/Fo, Fv/Fm and ФPS II. In strong light, however, beth DDC and NaN3 reduced the above-mentioned fluorescence parameters, but NaN3 was more effective than DDC. The results suggested that photoinhibition did take place in soybean leaves under strong light, and it was related to active oxygen in vivo.  相似文献

运用叶绿素a荧光诱导动力学技术,检测水稻叶片和叶绿体的PSII原初光转化效率(F_v/F_m)或与此相关可代表PSII潜在活性(F_v/F_o)的参数,结果表明,不同产量水平的水稻品种之间,其叶片和叶绿体的F_v/F_m(或F_v/F_o)的比值,以及光合电子传递速率均有明显差异.此外,在外源Mg~(2+)的存在下,高产水稻品种叶绿体有更高的原初光能转化效率,同时Mg~(2+)对高产品种叶绿体PSII和PSI之间激发能分配的调节能力也较低产品种者高.实验说明Chl a荧光诱导动力学的技术,能够作为一种快速、灵敏和简便的有效方法用于早期检测水稻(或其他作物)的生产潜力.  相似文献

基于叶绿素荧光参数的籼型杂交稻杂种优势分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以籼型杂交稻6个不育系和5个恢复系按不完全双列杂交交配设计的30个杂交稻组合及其亲本品种/系为材料, 对其剑叶的叶绿素荧光参数进行了测定和分析。结果表明: (1)杂交稻亲本和组合间的叶绿素荧光参数均存在极显著的差异, 其中, NPQ和ΦNPQ的变异系数为最大; Fv/Fm的变异系数为最小。(2)不同杂交稻组合ΦNPQ、NPQ和qL的平均值和变异系数均大于其亲本的平均值和变异系数, 表明杂交稻组合光能利用率的杂种优势极其明显, 这将有利于高光能利用率杂交稻组合的配组。(3)杂交稻的Fm、Fv/Fm、ΦNPQ、NPQ和qL具有中亲优势; 其ΦNO具有负向超亲优势; 其ΦPSII、ΦNPQ、NPQ和qL具有正向竞争优势。(4)杂交稻组合的ΦPSII、ΦNPQ和NPQ与其母本值呈显著或极显著水平的正相关关系; 杂交稻组合的ΦPSII、ΦNPQ与其中亲值呈显著或极显著水平的正相关关系。  相似文献

微量元素营养对桉树无性系苗木叶绿素及荧光参数影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
研究了不同微量元素营养液,对栽培的三种桉树无性系苗木叶绿素及荧光参数变化。结果表明:各无性系苗木在全部测试性状的差异表现出极显著。在六个测试的微量元素因子中,Fe(B)显著地影响苗木的Fo、Fm、Fv/Fo、Fv/Fm,Zn(C)显著地影响Fo、Fv/Fm,Mn(D)显著地影响叶绿素含量(SPAD值),Mo(F)显著地影响叶绿素含量、Fo,B(G)显著地影响叶绿素含量Fo、Fv/Fo、Fv/Fm。相关分析表明Fm与Fo、Fv/Fo与Fo、叶绿素含量与Fo、Fm、Fv/Fm与Fv/Fo均存在显著的相关性。随着微量元素Fe、Zn、Cu、Mo、B浓度增大,Fo、Fv/Fm均呈增大趋势,但在不利的高浓度环境下,Fv/Fm降低。对三个无性系叶绿素荧光比较,U6与DH32-29具有高的Fo、Fm和低的Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo,DH201-2却具有低的Fo、Fm和高的Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo。对微量元素浓度变化,DH32-29较敏感。因此,叶绿素荧光参数可作为诊断植物微量元素营养状况的指标之一。  相似文献

草莓叶片光合作用对强光的响应及其机理研究   总被引:41,自引:9,他引:32  
用便携式调制叶绿素荧光仪和光合仪研究了强光下草莓叶片荧光参数及表观量子效率的变化.结果表明,Fm、Fv/Fm、PSⅡ无活性反应中心数量和QA的还原速率在强光下降低,在暗恢复时升高;而PSⅡ反应中心非还原性QB的比例在强光下增加,在暗恢复时降低.上述荧光参数的变化幅度均以强光胁迫或暗恢复的前10 min最大.强光下ΦPSII、ETR和qP先升高后降低,但qN先大幅度降低,然后小幅回升.强光处理4 h后,丰香和宝交早生的表观量子效率(AQY)分别降低了20.9%和37.5%;qE(能量依赖的非光化学猝灭)为NPQ(非光化学猝灭)的最主要成分.强光胁迫下丰香的Fo、Fm、Fv/Fm、ΦPSII、ETR和AQY的变化幅度均明显比宝交早生小.DTT处理后,草莓叶片的Fm和Fv/Fm明显降低,Fo显著升高.可以认为,依赖叶黄素循环和类囊体膜质子梯度两种非辐射能量耗散在草莓叶片防御光损伤方面起着重要作用,丰香的光合机构比宝交早生更耐强光.  相似文献

采用砂培方式研究了不同供镁水平对"南芋1号(Nanyu No.1)"和"青芋2号(Qingyu No.2)"幼苗生物量、光合特性和叶绿素荧光特性的影响。结果表明:缺镁使菊芋叶片叶绿素含量显著降低,干物质积累减少,净光合速率、蒸腾速率和光合电子传递速率显著下降、CO2同化受抑制,同时Fv/Fm、ΦPSII、qP和qN也显著下降,加重了叶片受到光抑制的程度;随着供镁水平的增加,菊芋的干物质积累,叶绿素含量,光合参数和各系列荧光参数均呈现先增加后降低的趋势;南芋1号和青芋2号在镁离子浓度分别为3和6mmol.L-1,叶片的净光合速率、Fo、Fm、Fo’、Fm’、Fv/Fm、ΦPSII、ETR达到最高值,叶绿素a、b及总叶绿素含量也最多,干物质积累量最大;南芋1号的各系列荧光参数、光合参数、叶绿素含量和干物质积累量均显著高于青芋2号。  相似文献

研究了外源甜菜碱对盐胁迫下枸杞扦插苗叶片光合功能的影响。结果表明,外源甜菜碱能使盐胁迫下的枸杞叶片叶绿素荧光动力学参数Fo、Fm、Fv、Fv/Fm、Fm/Fo和Fv/Fo增高,使光合色素叶绿素a(Chla)、叶绿素b(Chlb)和类胡萝卜素(Car)含量明显增加,叶绿素a与b的比值(Chla/Chlb)升高,类胡萝卜素与叶绿素的比值(Car/Chl)降低,说明外源甜菜碱有利于植物对光能的捕获、吸收、传递和转换,提高叶片的光合活性,降低盐胁迫对植物的抑制作用。  相似文献

To determine whether the net loss of D1 protein is the main cause of photoinhibition of photosynthesis in wheat leaves under field conditions in the absence of any environmental stress other than strong sunlight, the D1 protein content, photosynthetic evolution of oxygen and chlorophyll a fluorescence parameters were measured in field grown wheat leaves. After exposure to midday strong light for about 3 h, apparent photosynthetic quantum efficiency (Φ), Fv/Fm and Fo in wheat leaves declined, and these parameters recovered almost completely 1 h after transfer to the weak light of 30~40 ttmol photons · m-2 · s-1. No evident change in the D1 protein content was observed in the leaves after exposure to midday strong light for 3 h. After 3 hours exposure to strong light, the slow-relaxed fluorescence quenching in the leaves treated with streptomycin (SM) increased much more than that in the control leaves, but there was no effect SM on the recovery of Fv/Fm and F0; dithiothretol (DTT) treatment enhanced photoinhibition of photosynthesis and reduced the D1 protein content in the leaves after exposure to midday strong light. These results indicated that under field conditions with no environmental stress other than strong sunlight, photoinhibition of photosynthesis in wheat leaves was not due to the net loss of D1 protein, and it could be attributed mainly by the increased nonradiative energy dissipation.  相似文献

采用测定光合放氧速率和荧光动力学的方法,研究分析了光照强度、温度和pH对雨生红球藻Haematococcus pluvialis CG-11绿色游动细胞阶段光合作用特性的影响。结果表明,H. pluvialis CG-11光合作用的饱和光强为109.1 μmol/m2·s,最大光合放氧速率为75.9 μmol O2/mg Chla·h;适宜的生长温度范围在25-30℃之间,温度在25℃时光合速率最大;pH在7.5-8.0范围内,光合效率较高,在pH为7.5时放氧速率最大,为75.5 μmol O2/mg Chla·h。在实验pH条件下,H. pluvialis CG-11叶绿素荧光动力学参数呈现出相似的趋势,在6.0-7.5范围内,Fv/ Fm、Fv/ F0、ΦPSⅡ和ETR值随pH升高而增大,pH为7.5时达到最大值,pH超过7.5时,Fv/ Fm和Fv/ F0值明显下降,而ΦPSⅡ和ETR的下降趋势不明显。  相似文献

以广西农科院甘蔗研究所自育的7个新材料和2个生产上的主栽品种为研究对象,在甘蔗苗期进行低温胁迫处理,研究了各品种(系)甘蔗形态特征的冷害指数、叶绿素含量及光合特性相关指标的变化及其光合特性相关指标与甘蔗抗寒性间的相关性。结果表明:随着低温胁迫处理时间的延长,冷害指数不断增大,但变化的大小与快慢因品种(系)不同表现不一样。各甘蔗品种(系)叶片叶绿素含量均随时间延长而降低。叶片净光合速率、气孔导度在低温处理与常温处理间具有显著差异。低温胁迫处理显著降低了各甘蔗品种(系)最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、PSⅡ实际光能转化效率ΦPSⅡ、光适应下PSⅡ反应中心的最大光能转化效率Fv′/Fm′、光化学猝灭系数qP、电子传递速率ETR,而显著提高了初始荧光Fo、稳态荧光Fs、非光化学猝灭系数qNP。相关性分析表明整个测定时期各指标间相关显著,Fv/Fm、Fv′/Fm′、ΦPSⅡ与冷害指数I之间的相关系数在0.800以上,Fv/Fm、Fv′/Fm′、ΦPSⅡ可以作为甘蔗品种(系)抗寒性鉴定的重要参考指标。  相似文献

干旱胁迫导致葡萄砧木实生苗叶片光合能力下降.在正常供水和轻度干旱下,砧木的Pn 以3309C最高,其次是1103P,420A较低,各砧木的Gs和Tr差异不显著;中度干旱下,则以1103P的Pn最高,3309C最低;而严重干旱胁迫下,1103P的Pn比3309C高出124%,水分利用效率是3309C的1.95倍.干旱胁迫下,3种砧木的共同趋势是可变荧光 (Fo) 升高,最大荧光 (Fm)、实际光能转化效率 (ФPSⅡ)和可变荧光与最大荧光比 (Fv/Fm) 降低,但品种变幅不同.中度干旱使3309C的F o升高17.1%,Fv/Fm降低了8.5%,而1103P的Fo升高6.8%,Fv/Fm降低了5.8%;严重干旱则使3309C的Fo升高36.2%,Fv/Fm降低了20.1%,而1103P的Fo升高9.9%,Fv/Fm降低了10.2%.干旱胁迫对不同葡萄砧木光合和荧光参数的影响与其抗旱性密切相关,其中Fv/Fm和Pn的相关系数最大(r=0.9883).  相似文献

以湖南省永州市冷水滩采穗圃中的美国山核桃为试材,研究了叶绿素荧光参数的日变化规律。结果表明:初始荧光(Fo)、最大荧光(Fm)、PSII原初光能转化效率(Fv/Fm)、光合量子产额(Yield)、光化学猝灭系数(qP)、非光化学猝灭系数(qN)和表观电子传递速率(ETR)均存在着明显的日变化。其中Fv/Fm、Fm、Yield、qP均呈先下降后上升的趋势,在中午强光下降低到最低值;qN则呈先上升后下降的趋势,在中午时分达到峰值;Fo呈下降趋势,部分品种傍晚稍有回升,但仍比早晨低;ETR日变化呈双峰曲线。不同品种间Fv/Fm、Yield、ETR、qP、qN对光强和温度的响应也存在着明显差异,可作为鉴定品种耐光抑制能力大小的指标。  相似文献

用红外CO2分析仪和叶绿素荧光仪测定了温州蜜柑和脐橙叶片的净光合速率(Pn)、初始荧光(Fo)、最大光能转换效率(Fv/Fm)及电子传递速率(ETR).结果表明,与常温(25℃)相比,高温胁迫(38~40℃)使温州蜜柑和脐橙叶片的Pn、Fv/Fm及ETR下降,Fo升高.胁迫25d后温州蜜柑和脐橙叶片的Pn分别下降55.6%和39.8%.Fv/Fm下降22.0%和6.7%,ETR下降55.0%和41.5%,Fo分别上升了113.8%和14.9%.柑橘经高温胁迫后,在25℃下处理10d,叶片的Pn、Fv/Fm、Fo及ETR恢复明显.这些结果说明柑橘的光合速率下降与PSⅡ反应中心失活有关.  相似文献

High light induced photooxidation (HLIP) usually leads to leaf premature senescence and causes great yield loss in winter wheat. In order to explore the genetic control of wheat tolerance to HLIP stress, a quantitative trait loci (QTL) analysis was conducted on a set of doubled haploid population, derived from two winter wheat cultivars. Actual values of chlorophyll content (Chl), minimum fluorescence level (Fo), maximum fluorescence level (Fm), and the maximum quantum efficiency of photosystem Ⅱ (Fv/Fm) under both HLIP and non-stress conditions as well as the ratios of HLIP to non-stress were evaluated. HLIP considerably reduced Chl, Fm, and Fv/Fm, but increased Fo, compared with that under non-stress condition. A total of 27, 16, and 28 QTLs were associated with the investigated traits under HLIP and non-stress and the ratios of HLIP to non-stress, respectively. Most of the QTLs for the ratios of HLIP to non-stress collocated or nearly linked with those detected under HLIP condition. HLIP-induced QTLs were mapped on 15 chromosomes, involving in 1A, 1B, 1D,2A, 2B, 2D, 3A, 3B, 4A, 4D, 5B, 6A, 6B, 7A, and 7D while those expressed under non-stress condition involved in nine chromosomes, including 1B, 1D, 2A, 2B, 3B, 4A, 5A, 5B, and 7A. The expression patterns of QTLs under HLIP condition were different from that under non-stress condition except for six loci on five chromosomes. The phenotypic variance explained by individual QTL ranged from 5.0% to 19.7% under HLIP, 8.3% to 20.8% under non-stress, and 4.9% to 20.2% for the ratios of HLIP to non-stress, respectively. Some markers, for example,Xgwm192 and WMC331 on 4D regulating Chl, Fo, Fm, and Fv/Fm under HLIP condition, might be used in marker assistant selection.  相似文献

Physiological indices related to the efficiency ( Fv/Fm ) of light energy conversion in PSⅡ and the peroxidation of membrane lipid were measured in leaves of Oryza sativa L. sp. indica rice cv. “Shanyou 63” and sp. japonica rice cv. “9516” under different temperatures and light intensities for 4 days. No changes in Fv/Fm and membrane lipid peroxidation product (MDA) were observed, so neither photoinhibition nor photooxidation happened in both rice cultivars under moderate temperature and medium light intensity. However, Fv/Fm dropped obviously with no change in MDA contents, and photoinhibition appeared in indica rice cv. “Shanyou 63” under medium temperature and strong light intensity. Furthermore, both photoinhibition and photooxidation were observed in two rice cultivars under chilling temperature and strong light intensity. Experiments with inhibitors under chilling temperature and strong light intensity showed that indica rice had a decrease in D1 protein content and SOD activity, and the extent of inhibition of xanthophyll cycle and nonphotochemical quenching ( qN ) was larger, and a higher level of MDA was observed. The photoinhibition and photooxidation in indica rice were more distinct as compared with japonica rice. The authors suggested that PSⅡ light energy conversion efficiency ( Fv/Fm ) and membrane lipid peroxidation were the key indices for the detection of photooxidation.  相似文献

珍稀树种红花玉兰对其华南原产地的自然环境有良好的适应性, 但在华北地区却生长不良。通过对红花玉兰在华北地区一个生长季内对三种光照水平(100%、70%、40%全光照)的光合和生长响应分析, 结果表明:在70%全光照条件下, 红花玉兰幼苗的净光合速率、光饱和点、株高、基径、根生物量和茎生物量均达到最高水平。随着光照强度的减弱, 暗呼吸速率、光补偿点、比叶重量、叶片厚度和密度显著降低, 表观量子效率、最大荧光Fm、可变荧光Fv、Fm/Fo(Fo为初始荧光)、Fv/Fo、Fv/Fm、叶绿素含量、叶面积和叶柄角度均显著增大。说明70%全光照最适于一年生红花玉兰幼苗在华北地区的生长, 全光照和40%全光照条件下幼苗则因光量的过剩和不足而生长不良。因此建议将红花玉兰栽植在林缘或林窗地带, 可为这一珍稀濒危树种在华北地区的引种提供有利的适生光照环境。  相似文献

Tolerance of antarctic moss to freezing and thawing stress was investigated using chlorophyll a fluorescence. Freezing in darkness caused reductions in Fv/Fm (ratio of variable to maximum fluorescence) and Fo (initial fluorescence) that were reversible upon thawing. Reductions in Fv/Fm and Fo during freezing in darkness indicate a reduction in the potential efficiency of photosystem II that may be due to conformational changes in pigment-protein complexes due to desiccation associated with freezing. The absorption of light during freezing further reduced Fv/Fm and Fo but was also reversible. Using dithiothreitol (DTT), which inhibits the formation of the carotenoid zeaxanthin, we found reduced flurorescence quenching during freezing and reduced concentrations of zeaxanthin and antheraxanthin after freezing in DTT-treated moss. Reduced concentrations of zeaxanthin and antheraxanthin in DTT-treated moss were partially associated with reductions in nonphotochemical fluorescence quenching. The reversible photoinhibition observed in antarctic moss during freezing indicates the existence of processes that protect from photoinhibitory damage in environments where freezing temperatures occur in conjunction with high solar radiation levels. These processes may limit the need for repair cycles that require temperatures favorable for enzyme activity.  相似文献

研究了水分胁迫对牛心朴子叶片光合色素及叶绿素荧光动力学参数的影响。结果表明,在长期的水分胁迫中,牛心朴子叶片的叶绿素a(Chl a)、叶绿素b(Chl b)和类胡萝卜素(Car)含量没有下降或下降不明显。直到处理末期才显著下降;叶片叶绿素荧光动力学参数Fo、Fm、Fv、Fv/Fm变化不大,在处理末期各处理Fo降低,轻度、重度水分胁迫的Fm、Fv、Fv/Fm升高。说明K期水分胁迫后牛心朴子的光合功能受到影响,但牛心朴子仍表现出较强的适应干旱的能力。  相似文献

利用不同剂量的137Cs-γ射线对毛竹(Phyllostachys heterocycla ‘Pubescens’)种子进行辐射, 测定实生苗叶片中的光合色素含量和叶绿素荧光参数等指标, 探讨辐射对毛竹幼苗生长的影响, 为筛选有利的突变单株奠定良好基础。结果表明:30或60 Gy的137Cs-γ射线辐射后, 毛竹幼苗的光合色素含量以及最大荧光强度(Fm)、可变荧光强度(Fv)、PSII最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、PSII的潜在活性(Fv/Fo)、PSII实际光化学效率(Yield)和表观光合电子传递速率(ETR)等荧光参数值均高于90 Gy辐射处理, 说明较低剂量辐射后PSII反应中心的能量捕获效率高, 且具有较强的光合能力; 而90 Gy的137Cs-γ射线辐射对毛竹的影响则与之相反。不同处理剂量之间叶片光能耗散程度以及表观光合电子传递速率-光合有效辐射(ETR-PAR)响应曲线的分析结果也进一步证实了以上结论。  相似文献

Relationships between fluorescence parameters and membrane lipid peroxidation in leaves of indica and japonica rice (Oryza sativa L.) during later growth stage were studied under chilling temperature and strong light stress conditions. Results showed that D1 protein contents of PSⅡ in photosynthetic app aratus dropped, the generation of antheraxanthin (A) and zeaxanthin (Z)of xanthophyll cycle were inhibited partly, PSⅡ photochemical efficiency (Fv/Fm)and non photochemical quenching (qN) were also decreased obviously. In addition, endogenous active oxygen scavenger—superoxide dismutase (SOD) reduced, superoxide anion radical (O[SX(B-*3)-[]·[SX]]2) and malondialdehyde (MDA) accumulated, as a result, photooxidation of leaves occurred under chilling temperature and strong light stress conditions. Obvious differences in the changes of the above mentioned physiological parameters between indica and japonica rice were observed. Experiments in leaves treated with inhibitors under chilling temperature and strong light conditions showed that indica rice was more sensitive to chilling temperature with strong light and subjected to photooxidation more than japonica rice. Notable positive correlation between D1 protein contents and Fv/Fm or (A+Z)/(A+Z+V), and a marked negative correlation between Fv/Fm and MDA contents were obtained by regression analysis in indica and japonica rice during chilling temperature and strong light conditions. According to the facts mentioned above, it was inferred that PSⅡ photochemical efficiency(Fv/Fm) was the key index to forecast for the prediction of photooxidation under stress circumstances and the physiological basis were the synthetic capacity of D1 protein and the protection of xanthophyll cycle.  相似文献
