工布乌头根中的二萜生物碱   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
工布乌头(AconitumkongboenseLauener)系毛茛科乌头属植物,分布于西藏及四川西部,其块根有剧毒,泡酒外用可治疗跌打损伤和毒虫咬伤[1]。Yue等[2]、王锋鹏等[3]和庞志功等[4]曾从该植物分离到5个二萜生物碱。本文报道从四川产工布乌头的块根分离出的4个二萜生物碱。根据MS、1H-NMR、13C-NMR等波谱分析,确定其中一个微量成分为新C19-二萜生物碱,命名为工布生(kongboensine,1)另外3个已知化合物分别鉴定为瓜叶乌碱甲素(2)、印乌碱(3)和它拉乌头胺…  相似文献

Two new diterpenoid alkaloids were isolated from the roots of Aconitum brevicalcaratum Diels. They were acobretine D ( Ⅰ )and acobretine E ( Ⅱ ), and the structures of which were identified on the basis of spectroscopic evidences (IR, MS, 1 H and 13C-NMR) and confirmed by chemical transformations. The 1 H and 13C chemical shifts of the hydrochloride of Ⅰ were assigned in relation to of 1 H-1 H COSY and 13C-1 H COSY.  相似文献

为研究多根乌头(AconitumkarakolicumRapaics)中二萜生物碱成分,本研究采用正反相硅胶柱和高效液相等色谱分离方法,从中分离得到15个二萜生物碱;通过多种波谱手段以及文献对比的方法鉴定其结构分别为aconitine(1),3-deoxyaconitine(2),16-epipyroaconine(3),neoline(4),indaconitine(5),14-benzoyl-8-O-methylaconitine(6),spicatineA(7),15-α-hydroxyneoline(8),taurenine(9),14-benzoylaconine(10),14-benzoylaconine-8-oleate(11),lappaconitine(12),beiwudine(13),13-hydroxyfranchetine(14)和8-O-linoleoyl-14-benzoylaconine(15),化合物3~15为首次从该植物中分离得到。采用MTT法和叶碟法分别考察了部分化合物的抗肿瘤和拒食活性,化合物14-benzoylaconine-8-oleate(11)对人乳腺癌MCF-7细胞、人肺癌H460细胞、肝癌HepG2细胞的IC50值分别为11.9、27.6和31.8μM。乌头碱型的二萜生物碱aconitine(1)、3-deoxyaconitine(2)、indaconitine(5)和beiwudine(13)表现出一定的拒食活性的活性(EC50<2mg/cm^2)。  相似文献

Aconitum carmichaelii Debeaux is a widely used traditional Chinese medicine and an important source of clinical drugs, of which the parent and lateral roots are known as ‘Chuanwu’ and ‘Fuzi’, respectively. Four new C19‐diterpenoid alkaloids, carmichasines A – D ( 1 – 4 ), were isolated from the roots of Aconitum carmichaelii, together with twelve known compounds ( 5 – 16 ). Their structures were elucidated via spectroscopic analyses, including HR‐ESI‐MS, IR, and NMR. Carmichasine A ( 1 ) is the first natural C19‐diterpenoid alkaloid possessing a cyano group. Most of the diterpenoid alkaloids isolated were C19‐category, which might provide further clues for understanding the chemotaxonomic significance of this plant. The cytotoxicity of the new compounds was also investigated against several human cancer cell lines, including MCF‐7, HCT116, A549, and 786‐0, and none of them showed considerable cytotoxic activity.  相似文献

Four diterpenoid alkaloids were isolated by means of column chromatography and preparative HPLC from the roots of Aconitum leucostomum Worosch. Their structures were determined from the spectral data. One of them was found to be a new compound named leucostine ( Ⅱ ). The other three are known alkaloids, leuconine ( Ⅰ ), dehydroacosanine ( Ⅲ ) and sepaconitine (IV).  相似文献

Four new hetisine‐type C20‐diterpenoid alkaloids, named as coreanines A–D ( 1 – 4 ), were isolated from the roots of Aconitum coreanum, together with thirteen known alkaloids ( 5 – 17 ). Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic methods including IR, HR‐ESI‐MS and NMR techniques. All the isolated compounds were screened for the acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitory effects, and none of them showed considerable inhibitory activity.  相似文献

采用高效液相色谱和薄层色谱对准噶尔乌头中生物碱进行分析,建立了HPLC法测定其中各生物碱含量的方法。结果确定准噶尔乌头中主要含有12-表-欧乌碱、宋果灵、尼奥灵、准噶尔碱和欧乌碱,其中准噶尔碱和欧乌碱为首次在该植物中发现;其疗效与川乌和草乌相近但化学成分差异较大。色谱条件为:Inertsil NH2柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相正己烷∶乙醇(92∶8),流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长270 nm,进样量10μL。本方法操作简便,结果可靠,重现性好,为准噶尔乌头的质量标准研究提供了实验依据。  相似文献

常用中药川乌、附子为毛莨科乌头属植物乌头(Aconitum carmichaeli Debx.)的母根和子根.从附子的加工炮制品黑顺片中分离鉴定了5种C19乌头碱型二萜生物碱和1个C20纳哌啉型二萜生物碱.通过MS、NMR、IR等波谱分析和已知化合物数据对照,分别鉴定为次乌头碱(1)、尼奥宁(2)、塔拉地萨敏(3)、多根乌头碱(4)、异塔拉萨定(5)和去氢松果灵(6).  相似文献

From the roots of Aconitum nagarum var. lasiandrum W. T. Wang, seven diterpe- noid alkaloids were isolated and determined as follows: denudatine of atisine-type (7), songorine and songoramine of veatchine-type (1 and 12), virescenine of lycoctonine-type (13), neoline, 14-acetylneoline and fiavaconitine of aconitine-type (2, 3 and 8). A. nagarum var. lasiandrum W. T. Wang is a typical species of Ser. Bullatifolia which contained four types diterpenoid alkaloids. On the basis of distribution of diterpenoid alkaloids, phytogenesis add morphological evolution of Chinese species of genus Aconitum, probably Chinese species of genus Aconitum modernly advanced and divided from this serics.  相似文献

Their structures were determined as franchetine(Ⅰ), indaconitine(Ⅱ), yunaconitine(Ⅲ), talatisamine(Ⅳ), chasmaconitine(Ⅴ), crassicauline A (Ⅵ), and bikhaconine(Ⅶ). 为了寻找丽江乌头中结构新颖的化合物,丰富丽江乌头的化学成分多样性,本文对丽江乌头(Aconitum forrestii Stapf)根部的化学成分进行研究,采用硅胶柱层析从其乙醇提取物中分离得到14个化合物。通过HR-ESI-MS、1D和2D NMR等波谱技术鉴定了它们的结构,其中化合物1是一个新的乌头碱型二萜生物碱,命名为8-O-methyl-14-O-anisoylchasmanine(1)。其余13个化合物均为已知化合物:14-acetoxy-8-O-methylsachaconitine(2)、14-acetyltalatizamine(3)、talatisamine(4)、chasmanine(5)、ezochasmanine(6)、crassicautine(7)、geniculatine C(8)、cammaconine(9)、vilmoraconitine(10)、aconitramine A(11)、vilmorrianine G(12)、hemsleyaconitine G(13)和heterophylloidine(14)。测试了所有化合物对阿霉素诱导的H9c2心肌细胞损伤的保护活性,结果显示化合物3、10、11和12表现出一定的保护作用。  相似文献

Diterpenoid alkaloids have been acknowledged as of chemotaxonomic significance in plants from the genus Aconitum (Ranunculaceae). Phytochemical investigation on the Aconitum spathulatum W. T. Wang, an endemic Aconitum species in China, has led to the isolation of twelve C19-diterpenoid alkaloids. The chemotaxonomic significance of these compounds are summarized.  相似文献

Ten diterpenoid alkaloids, including five new ones, sczukiniline A–E (1-5), were isolated from the root of Aconitum sczukinii. Their structures were elucidated based on the interpretation of spectroscopic data (HRESI-MS, IR, 1D- and 2D-NMR). Among the five new diterpenoid alkaloids, 1-3 are hetidine-type C20-diterpenoid alkaloids, while compounds 4 and 5 are lycoctonine-type C19-diterpenoid alkaloids. Noteworthily, sczukiniline A (1) features a novel ester group between C-12 and C-14, forming a D ring containing a lactone structure, resulting in a new skeleton of hetidine-type C20-diterpenoid alkaloid.  相似文献

应用组织化学、荧光显微观察与生物碱提取技术相结合,研究了成熟的乌头(Aconitum carmichaelii)各营养器官中生物碱的分布及不同生长期生物碱含量的变化。结果表明,生物碱主要分布在主根(川乌)次生韧皮部薄壁组织细胞与束间形成层的外侧细胞以及不定根(附子)和茎基部的内皮层和韧皮部外侧薄壁细胞中,叶中含量极少,主根、不定根和茎中生物碱的含量峰值分别出现在8月、7月和5月,而叶中生物碱含量很低且随时间的变化不明显。  相似文献

Three new aconitine-type C19-diterpenoid alkaloids, richardsonines A-C (1–3), were isolated from the roots of Aconitum richardsonianum Lauener, together with seventeen known compounds (4–20). Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analysis, and the absolute stereochemistry of 1 was confirmed by X-ray crystallography. Compounds 2, 5, 8 and 9 were rare C19-diterpenoid alkaloids bearing an OH group at C-16. Isolated compounds were evaluated for inhibition of nitric oxide (NO) production in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated neuroinflammatory responses in BV-2 microglial cells. Compounds 3 and 7 showed weak antineuroinflammatory effects with inhibition rates of 35.32 ± 2.29% and 39.94 ± 2.50%, respectively, at a concentration of 100 µM.  相似文献

Three new C19-diterpenoid alkaloids vilmotenitines A-C (1-3), together with seven known ones, vilmorine D (4), talatizidine (5), isotalatizidine (6), vilmorrianine B (7), vilmorrianine D (8), talatizamine (9), 8-deacetyl-yunaconitine (10), were isolated from Aconitum vilmorinianum var. patentipilum. Vilmotenitines A (1) and B (2) are the second natural occurrences of C19-diterpenoid alkaloids with a unique rearranged six-membered B ring formed by the C(8)–C(10) linkage.  相似文献

To search for pharmacologically and structurally interesting substances from traditional Chinese medicines, we Investigated the chemical compounds of Aconitum spicatum Stapf. Two new nordlterpenold alkaloids, namely spicatlne A (compound 1) and splcatine B (compound 2), as well as 11 known norditerpenoid alkaloids were Isolated from the CHCIs portion of the 90% ethanol extract of the roots of A. spicatum. The structures of the alkaloids were characterized on the basis of their spectral data. One of the Isolated compounds showed significant cytotoxic activities (IC50 values 〈 200μmol/l.) against the HL-60 cell line.  相似文献

从工布乌头 (AconitumkongboenseLauener)的块根中分得 9个已知的C19 二萜生物碱 :塔拉萨敏 (talatisamine) 1,黄草乌碱丁 (sachaconitine) 2 ,大渡乌碱 (franchetine) 3,vilmorrisine 4 ,滇乌碱 (yunaconi tine) 5 ,印乌碱 (indaconitine) 6 ,查斯曼宁 (chasmanine) 7,伪乌头宁 (pseudaconine) 8和 8 去乙酰滇乌碱 (8 deacetyl yunaconitine) 9。并用光谱法和与已知品TLC对照 ,鉴定了所有化合物的结构。  相似文献

从瓜叶乌头(AconitumhemsleyanumPritz.)的块根分离到4个二萜生物碱,通过波谱分析和化学方法分别鉴定为8-acetyl-14-benzoyl-ezochasmanine(1)、chasmanine(2)、indaconitine(3)和talatisamine(4)。其中1为新化合物,命名为瓜叶乌宁(hemsleyanine)。瓜叶乌宁(1)为白色块状结晶,mp115—116℃,[α]20D+19.02°。由FAB-MS和EI-MS得知,分子量为613,13C-NMR中32…  相似文献
