云南及近邻地区竹亚科植物新记录

报道了云南竹亚科新记录种 5种 1变种 ,即吊丝竹 (Dendrocalamus minor(Mc Clure) Chia et H.L.Fung ) ,花吊丝竹 (Dendrocalamus minor var. amoenus(Q. H. Dai et C. F. Huang) Hsueh et D. Z. Li) ,黔竹(Dendrocalamus tsiangii(Mc Clure) Chia et H. L. Fung) ,马甲竹 (Bambusa tulda Roxb.) ,坭竹 (Bambusa gibbaMc Clure)和料慈竹 (Bambusa distegia(Keng et Keng f.) Chia et H.L.Fung)。后两者亦分别为贵州、广西的地理分布新记录种。同时 ,根据对标本和种植于 ' 99昆明世博会竹园的活竹丛的研究 ,讨论了毛环竹亦即毛环单竹 (Bambusa yunnanensis N. H. Xia)的分类学问题 ,将其归并到料慈竹 (Bambusa distegia(Keng et Keng f.) Chiaet H.L.Fung)中。     

贵州竹子新报道

发表了产于贵州的玉山竹属2新种,即窄叶玉山竹和细弱玉山竹。赤竹（Sasa longiligula McClure）、单枝竹（Bonia saxatilis(Chia, H. L. Fung et Y. L. Yang) N. H. Xia）为贵州新分布竹种,并对其中赤竹的花做了补充描述。     

中国(竹思)簩竹属(Schizostachyum Nees)的研究及其它

对国产(竹思)(竹劳)竹属(Schizostachyum Nees)进行了系统整理。对属的范围进行了修订,认为本属应包括乔草竹属(Dendrochloa Parkinson),薄竹属(Leptocanna Chia et H.L.Fung),长穗竹属(Teinostachyum Munro)和李海竹属(Neohouzeaua A.Camus),并首次建立了本属的属下分类系统。此外,对二种竹子起了新名:甲竹(Bambusa austro-sinensis Xia)和毛环单竹(B.yunnanensis Xia);作了4个新组合,即Schizostachyum coradatum(Wen et Dai)Xia, S.dumetorum(Hance)Munro var.xinwuense(Wen et J. Y Chin)Xia, Bambusa glaucescens glaucescens(Willd)Sieb. ex Munro var.annulata(W.T.Lin et Z.J.Feng)Xia和B.glaucescens (Willd)Sieb.ex Munro var.pubivagina(W.T.Lin et Z.J.Feng)Xia.

报道了广东竹亚科13新组合,1新名称和3新异名,其中筋竹属3新组合1新名称,牡竹属4新组合,青篱竹属5组合1新异名,箬竹属2新异名及方竹属1新组合.     

峡东地区庙坡组栉虫类、宝石虫类和斜视虫类三叶虫

系统描述湖北宜昌和秭归新滩晚奥陶世庙坡组三叶虫动物群中的３科６属６种。根据化石保存状态,挤压变形以及个体发育特征,对前人所报道的产于同一层位的有并三叶虫的研究成果作了重新厘定。     

A New Species of Holboellia from Gansu

One new species of Holboellia (Lardizabalaceae) is described from Gansu Province, China. It is Holboellia apetala Q. Xia, J. Z. Suen et Z. X. Peng.     

竹亚科簕竹属吊罗坭竹繁殖器官的补充描述

《中国植物志》第九卷第一分册及其它的相关文献均无关于竹亚科簕竹属吊罗坭竹花的描述或记录,本文作者采集制作了该竹子繁殖器官标本,并分别用中文和拉丁文对其进行了描述,其主要特征：花枝长70~170 cm;花序为总状花序或简单的圆锥花序;花序轴粗,节明显;小穗含4~5朵小花;小穗无柄;小穗轴节间无毛,呈棒状;颖2,膜质;外稃长或等于内稃;鳞被2;雄蕊6;子房卵形;柱头3,呈毛刷状;颖果未见。花期2~3月。花标本采自厦门市园林植物园。     

浙江天目地黄2新变型

描述了产于浙江临安的天目地黄2个新变型--白花天目地黄(Rehmannia chingii Li f.albi flora G.Y.Liet D.D.Ma)和紫斑白花天日地黄(R.chingii Li f.purpureo-punctata G.Y.Li et G.H.Xia),它们与原变型的主要区别为花冠白色;前者喉部淡黄色,后者喉部具紫色斑点.     

A New Combination of the genus Zingiber—Z. ellipticum (S. Q. Tong et Y. M. Xia) Q. G. Wu et T. L. Wu and the Systematic Evidence

The distinct characters of the flower of Plagiostachys elliptica, S. Q. Tong et Y. M. Xia are: (1) each flower possesses two large lateral staminodes, which are adnate to the lip (labellum) to form a deeply 3 lobed labellum;(2) connective extends into a curved, beak like conspicuous appendage (anther crest) and envelops the upper part of style. In the Zingiberaceae, these characters are only present in the genus Zingiber.Furthermore, in Sect. Pleuranthesis of Zingiber the spike also arises from side of the leafy stem. Pollen grains of the species are with cerebelloid sculpture,that is the character of the Subtype Cerebelloid areolate in Zingiberaceae, and are similar to those sculpture and morphology of Sect. Zingiber of the genus Zingiber and differ from those of Plagiostachys, of which pollen grains are with longer spines and belong to the Group long spinate of Subtype spinate. The endotesta of seeds in this species is composed of one layer of brick shaped parenchymatous cells, which is similar to the parenchymatous endotesta of Zingiber seeds and obviously differs from that of seeds of Plagiostachys, which consists of one layer of sclereids. Therefore,Plagiostachys elliptica S. Q. Tong et Y. M. Xia should be transferred from Plagiostachys to the genus Zingiber, and a new combination——Zingiber ellipticum (S. Q. Tong et Y. M. Xia) Q. G. Wu et T. L. Wu is made in this paper.     

中国野牡丹科一新组合

将线萼金花树和长瓣金花树处理为同一种内的两个变种：长瓣金花树的学名为Blastus longiflorus Hand-Mazz．var.longiflorus,而线萼金花树为B．longiflorus Hand-Mazz．var．apricus(Hand-Mazz)Y．L.Zheng etN．H．Xia。     

A Taxonomic Study on the Genus Vicia L. in China

Presented in this paper is a taxonomical note on the genus Vicia L. of China with 43 species, four varieties and six forms recognized. Four new species, one new variety and one new state are reported. They areV. multijuga Xia; V. ternata Xia; V. wushanica Xia; V. longidentata Xia; V. unijuga A. Br. var. trifoliolata Xia; V. chianshanensis (P. Y. Fu et Y. A. Chen) Xia.     

中国野豌豆属的分类研究

本文报道了国产野豌豆属43种,4变种及6变型,其中包括4个新种(多叶野豌豆,三尖野豌豆,武山野豌豆,长齿野豌豆);一个新变种(三叶歪头菜)及一个新等级(千山野豌豆)。     

Noninsect-Based Diet Leads to Structural and Functional Changes of Acidic Chitinase in Carnivora

Acidic chitinase (Chia) digests the chitin of insects in the omnivorous stomach and the chitinase activity in carnivorous Chia is significantly lower than that of the omnivorous enzyme. However, mechanistic and evolutionary insights into the functional changes in Chia remain unclear. Here we show that a noninsect-based diet has caused structural and functional changes in Chia during the course of evolution in Carnivora. By creating mouse-dog chimeric Chia proteins and modifying the amino acid sequences, we revealed that F214L and A216G substitutions led to the dog enzyme activation. In 31 Carnivora, Chia was present as a pseudogene with stop codons in the open reading frame (ORF) region. Importantly, the Chia proteins of skunk, meerkat, mongoose, and hyena, which are insect-eating species, showed high chitinolytic activity. The cat Chia pseudogene product was still inactive even after ORF restoration. However, the enzyme was activated by matching the number and position of Cys residues to an active form and by introducing five meerkat Chia residues. Mutations affecting the Chia conformation and activity after pseudogenization have accumulated in the common ancestor of Felidae due to functional constraints. Evolutionary analysis indicates that Chia genes are under relaxed selective constraint in species with noninsect-based diets except for Canidae. These results suggest that there are two types of inactivating processes in Carnivora and that dietary changes affect the structure and activity of Chia.

 报道了对尖翅条螽Ducetia attenuata Xia et Liu、日本条 螽D. japonica(Thunberg)、施氏条螽D. strelkovi Gorochov et Storozhenk o和中华桑螽K uwayamaea chinensis(Brunner)、长翅桑螽K. longipennis Shi et Zheng、札 幌桑螽K.sap porensis Mats.et Shir.的雌性发声刺的观察结果。这6个种的雌性发声刺在数量与 形态上具较明显的差异。

大果滇新樟,广西新樟属一新变种

该文报道了我国樟科新樟属的一个新变种——大果滇新樟[Neocinnamomum caudatum(Nees)Merr.var.macrocarpum Wenbin Xu et B.S.Xia],该变种与原变种区别在于果实宽椭圆形,长近3 cm,宽达2cm,叶具明显离基三出脉(三出脉距叶基0.5 cm或更长),产自广西壮族自治区德保县东凌乡。     

国产牡竹属野龙竹和版纳甜龙竹的订正

通过对模式标本和原始文献的研究,确认<中国植物志>、、<云南植物志>、<中国竹类植物图志>、<云南树木图志>、<中国竹类图志>等重要专著中广泛使用的版纳甜龙竹学名Dendrocdanus hamittonii Nees et Arn.为错误鉴定,其正确学名为D.parishii Munro;野龙竹(D.semiscandens Hsueh et D.Z.Li)为D.ham iltonii Nees et Arn.的异名.
