The present paper aims to shed light on the influence of N6-methyladenosine (m6A) long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) and immune cell infiltration on colorectal cancer (CRC). We downloaded workflow-type data and xml-format clinical data on CRC from The Cancer Genome Atlas project. The relationship between lncRNA and m6A was identified by using Perl and R software. Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes enrichment analysis was performed. Lasso regression was utilized to construct a prognostic model. Survival analysis was used to explore the relationship between clusters of m6A lncRNAs and clinical survival data. Differential analysis of the tumor microenvironment and an immune correlation analysis were used to determine immune cell infiltration levels in different clusters and their correlation with clinical prognosis. The expression of lncRNA was tightly associated with m6A. The univariate Cox regression analysis showed that lncRNA was a risk factor for the prognosis. Differential expression analysis demonstrated that m6A lncRNAs were partially highly expressed in tumor tissue. m6A lncRNA-related prognostic model could predict the prognosis of CRC independently. “ECM_RECEPTOR_INTERACTION” was the most significantly enriched gene set. PARP8 was overexpressed in tumor tissue and high-risk cluster. CD4 memory T cells, activated resting NK cells, and memory B cells were highly clustered in the high-risk cluster. All of the scores were higher in the low-risk group. m6A lncRNA is closely related to the occurrence and progression of CRC. The corresponding prognostic model can be utilized to evaluate the prognosis of CRC. m6A lncRNA and related immune cell infiltration in the tumor microenvironment can provide novel therapeutic targets for further research.

Data sets of colorectal cancer (CRC) were obtained from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA), three N6-methyladenosine (m6A) subtypes were identified using 21 m6A-related long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) and differential m6A subtypes of different CRC tumors were determined in this study to evaluate the m6A expression and the prognosis of patients with CRC. Subsequently, eight key lncRNAs were identified based on co-expression with 21 m6A-related genes in CRC tumors using the single-factor Cox and least absolute shrinkage and selection operator. Finally, an m6A-related lncRNA risk score model of CRC tumor was established using multifactor Cox regression based on the eight important lncRNAs and found to have a better performance in evaluating the prognosis of patients in the TCGA-CRC data set. TCGA-CRC tumor samples were divided based on the risk scores: high and low. Then, the clinical characteristics, tumor mutation load, and tumor immune cell infiltration difference between the high- and low-risk-score groups were explored, and the predictive ability of the risk score was assessed for immunotherapeutic benefits. We found that the risk score model can determine the overall survival, be a relatively independent prognostic indicator, and better evaluate the immunotherapeutic benefits for patients with CRC. This study provides data support for accurate immunotherapy in CRC.  相似文献

IntroductionComplex outcome of ovarian cancer (OC) stems from the tumor immune microenvironment (TIME) influenced by genetic and epigenetic factors. This study aimed to comprehensively explored the subclasses of OC through lncRNAs related to both N6-methyladenosine (m6A)/N1-methyladenosine (m1A)/N7-methylguanosine (m7G)/5-methylcytosine (m5C) in terms of epigenetic variability and immune molecules and develop a new set of risk predictive systems.Material and methodsThe lncRNA data of OC were collected from TCGA. Spearman correlation analysis on lncRNA data of OC with immune-related gene expression and with m6A/m5C/m1A/m7G were respectively conducted. The m6A/m5C/m1A/m7G-related m6A/m5C/m1A/m7G related immune lncRNA subtypes were identified on the basis of the prognostic lncRNAs. Heterogeneity among subtypes was evaluated by tumor mutation analysis, tumor microenvironment (TME) component analysis, response to immune checkpoint blocked (ICB) and chemotherapeutic drugs. A risk predictive system was developed based on the results of Cox regression analysis and random survival forest analysis of the differences between each specific cluster and other clusters.ResultsThree m6A/m5C/m1A/m7G-related immune lncRNA subtypes of OC showing distinct differences in prognosis, mutation pattern, TIME components, immunotherapy and chemotherapy response were identified. A set of risk predictive system consisting of 10 lncRNA for OC was developed, according to which the risk score of samples in each OC dataset was calculated and risk type was defined.ConclusionsThis study classified three m6A/m5C/m1A/m7G-related immune lncRNA subtypes with distinct heterogeneous mutation patterns, TME components, ICB therapy and immune response, and provided a set of risk predictive system consisted of 10 lncRNA for OC.  相似文献

BACKGROUNDHigh humidity and temperature in Taiwan have significant effects on the reproductivity of Holstein cattle, resulting in the occurrence of bovine ovarian follicular cyst (OFC). Because of economic loss from OFC, manual rupture and hormone injection have been advocated for the management of OFC. However, these incomplete treatments increase hormone resistance in cattle. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) derived from placental stem cells (PSCs) demonstrate potential properties for the treatment of several diseases via promoting angiogenesis and immune modulation. AIMTo establish the possibility of cattle placental stem cells (CPSCs) as a treatment modality for OFC of cows in Taiwan. METHODSThe cows with OFC were divided into three groups: control (BC1 and BC2), hormone (H1 and H2), and CPSC (PS1 and PS2) treatment groups. In the hormone treatment group, the cows were given gonadotrophin-releasing hormone (GnRH)-prostaglandin-GnRH intramuscular injection with or without drainage of follicular fluid. In the CPSC treatment group, CPSCs were isolated from the placenta after labor. With the identification of surface antigen on stem cells, the cows were administered ovarian injection of 1 × 106 or 6 × 106 CPSCs with drainage. In all groups, OFC was scanned by ultrasound once a week for a total of seven times. The concentrations of estradiol and progesterone in serum were tested in the same period. The estrus cycle was analyzed by food intake and activity. If estrus was detected, artificial insemination was conducted. Then the cow was monitored by ultrasound for confirmation of pregnancy.RESULTSAfter 7 d of culture, CPSCs were successfully isolated from placental pieces. CPSCs significantly proliferated every 24 h and had high expression of MSC markers such as cluster of differentiation 44, as determined by flow cytometry. Ultrasound showed lower numbers of OFCs with drainage of follicular fluid. We achieved recovery rates of 0%, 50%, 50%, 75%, 75% and 75% in BC1, BC2, H1, H2, PS1, and PS2, respectively. Higher concentrations of progesterone were detected in the CPSC treatment groups. However, both hormone and CPSC treatment groups had no significant difference in the concentration of estradiol. The estrus rate was 0%, 100%, 25%, 75%, 75% and 75% in BC1, BC2, H1, H2, PS1, and PS2, respectively. The two fetuses were born in H2 and PS1. In brief, cows with CPSC injection achieved higher recovery, estrus, and inseminated conception rates.CONCLUSIONCPSCs have efficacy in treating cows with OFC, and thus, may serve as an alternative treatment for reproductive disorders.  相似文献

Exosomes are small membrane vesicles released by many cells. These vesicles can mediate cellular communications by transmitting active molecules including long non‐coding RNAs (lncRNAs). In this study, our aim was to identify a panel of lncRNAs in serum exosomes for the diagnosis and recurrence prediction of bladder cancer (BC). The expressions of 11 candidate lncRNAs in exosome were investigated in training set (n = 200) and an independent validation set (n = 320) via quantitative real‐time PCR. A three‐lncRNA panel (PCAT‐1, UBC1 and SNHG16) was finally identified by multivariate logistic regression model to provide high diagnostic accuracy for BC with an area under the receiver‐operating characteristic curve (AUC) of 0.857 and 0.826 in training set and validation set, respectively, which was significantly higher than that of urine cytology. The corresponding AUCs of this panel for patients with Ta, T1 and T2‐T4 were 0.760, 0.827 and 0.878, respectively. In addition, Kaplan‐Meier analysis showed that non‐muscle‐invasive BC (NMIBC) patients with high UBC1 expression had significantly lower recurrence‐free survival (P = 0.01). Multivariate Cox analysis demonstrated that UBC1 was independently associated with tumour recurrence of NMIBC (P = 0.018). Our study suggested that lncRNAs in serum exosomes may serve as considerable diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers of BC.  相似文献

Manganese (Mn) is an essential trace element, while excessive expose may induce neurotoxicity. Recently, lncRNAs have been extensively studied and it has been confirmed that lncRNAs participate in neural functions and aberrantly expressed lncRNAs are involved in neurological diseases. However, the pathological effects of lncRNAs on Mn-induced neurotoxicity remain unclear. In this study, the expression profiles of lncRNAs and messenger RNAs (mRNAs) were identified in Mn-treated hippocampal neurons and control neurons via microarray. Bioinformatic methods and intersection analysis were also employed. Results indicated that 566, 1161, and 1474 lncRNAs meanwhile 1848, 3228, and 4022 mRNAs were aberrantly expressed in low, intermediate, and high Mn-exposed groups compared with the control group, respectively. Go analysis determined that differentially expressed mRNAs were targeted to biological processes, cellular components, and molecular functions. Pathway analysis indicated that these mRNAs were enriched in insulin secretion, cell cycle, and DNA replication. Intersection analysis denominated that 135 lncRNAs and 373 mRNAs were consistently up-regulated while 150 lncRNAs and 560 mRNAs were consistently down-regulated. Meanwhile, lncRNA BC079195 was significantly up-regulated while lncRNAs uc.229- and BC089928 were significantly down-regulated in three comparison groups. The relative expression levels of 3 lncRNAs and 4 mRNAs were validated through qRT-PCR. To the best of our knowledge, this study is the first to identify the expression patterns of lncRNAs and mRNAs in hippocampal neurons of Sprague–Dawley rats. The results may provide evidence on underlying mechanisms of Mn-induced neurotoxicity, and aberrantly expressed lncRNAs/mRNAs may be useful in further investigations to detect early symptoms of Mn-induced neuropsychiatric disorders in the central nervous system.  相似文献

BackgroundIncreasing numbers of studies have elucidated the role of competitive endogenous RNA (ceRNA) networks in carcinogenesis. However, the potential role of the paclitaxel-related ceRNA network in the innate mechanism and prognosis of pancreatic cancer has not been identified.MethodsComprehensive bioinformatics analyses were performed to identify drug-related miRNAs (DRmiRNAs), drug-related mRNAs (DRmRNAs) and drug-related lncRNAs (DRlncRNAs) and construct a ceRNA network. The ssGSEA and CIBERSORT algorithms were utilized for immune cell infiltration analysis. Additionally, we validated our paclitaxel-related ceRNA regulatory axis at the gene expression level; functional experiments were conducted to explore the biological functions of the key genes.ResultsA total of 182 mRNAs, 13 miRNAs, and 53 lncRNAs were confirmed in the paclitaxel-related ceRNA network. In total, 6 mRNAs, 4 miRNAs, and 6 lncRNAs were identified to establish a risk signature and exhibited optimal prognostic effects. The mRNA signature can predict the abundance of immune cell infiltration and the sensitivity of different chemotherapeutic drugs and may also have a guiding effect in immune checkpoint therapy. A potential PART1/hsa-mir-21/SCRN1 axis was confirmed according to the ceRNA theory and was verified by qPCR. The results indicated that PART1 knockdown markedly increased hsa-mir-21 expression but inhibited SCRN1 expression, weakening the proliferation and migration abilities.ConclusionsWe hypothesized that the paclitaxel-related ceRNA network strongly influences the innate mechanism, prognosis, and immune infiltration of pancreatic cancer. Our risk signatures can accurately predict survival outcomes and provide a clinical basis.  相似文献

BackgroundTriple negative breast cancer (TNBC) is known as hot immunogenic tumor. Yet, it is one of the most aggressive BC subtypes. TNBC evolve several tactics to evade the immune surveillance phenomena, one of which is shedding of natural killer (NK) cells activating immune ligands such as MICA/B and/or by inducing the expression of the immune checkpoints such as PD-L1 and B7-H4. MALAT-1 is an oncogenic lncRNA. MALAT-1 immunogenic profile is not well investigated.AimThe study aims at exploring the immunogenic role of MALAT-1 in TNBC patients and cell lines and to identify its molecular mechanism in altering both innate and adaptive immune cells present at the tumor microenvironment of TNBCMethodsBC patients (n = 35) were recruited. Primary NK cells and cytotoxic T lymphocytes were isolated from normal individuals using the negative selection method. MDA-MB-231 cells were cultured and transfected by several oligonucleotides by lipofection technique. Screening of ncRNAs was performed using q-RT-PCR. Immunological functional analysis experiments were performed upon co-culturing primary natural killer cells and cytotoxic T lymphocytes using LDH assay. Bioinformatics analysis was performed to identify potential microRNAs targeted by MALAT-1.ResultsMALAT-1 expression was significantly upregulated in BC patinets with a profound expression in TNBC patients compared to their normal counterparts. Correlation analysis revealed a positive correlation between MALAT-1, tumor size and lymph node metastasis. Knocking down of MALAT-1 in MDA-MB-231 cells resulted in a significant induction of MICA/B, repression of PD-L1 and B7-H4 expression levels. Enhancement of cytotoxic activity of co-cultured NK and CD8+ cells with MALAT-1 siRNAs transfected MDA-MB-231 cells. In silico analysis revealed that miR-34a and miR-17–5p are potential targets to MALAT-1; accordingly, they were found to be downregulated in BC patients. Forcing the expression of miR-34a in MDA-MB-231 cells resulted in a significant induction in MICA/B levels. Ectopic expression of miR-17–5p in MDA-MB-231 cells significantly repressed the expression of PD-L1 and B7-H4 checkpoints. Validations of MALAT-1/miR-34a" and "MALAT-1/miR-17–5p axes were performed by a series of co-transfections and functional assessment of cytotoxic profile of primary immune cells.ConclusionThis study proposes a novel epigenetic alteration exerted by TNBC cells mainly by inducing the expression of MALAT-1 lncRNA. MALAT-1 mediates innate and adaptive immune suppression events partially via targeting miR-34a/MICA/B and miR-175p/PD-L1/B7-H4 axes in TNBC patients and cell lines.  相似文献

N6-methyladenosine (m6A) methyltransferase has been shown to be an oncogene in a variety of cancers. Nevertheless, the relationship between the long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) remains elusive. We integrated the gene expression data of 371 HCC and 50 normal tissues from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database. Differentially expressed protein-coding genes (DE-PCGs)/lncRNAs (DE-lncRs) analysis and univariate regression and Kaplan–Meier (K–M) analysis were performed to identify m6A methyltransferase-related lncRNAs. Three prognostic lncRNAs were selected by univariate and LASSO Cox regression analyses to construct the m6A methyltransferase-related lncRNA signature. Multivariate Cox regression analyses illustrated that this signature was an independent prognostic factor for overall survival (OS) prediction. The Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA) suggested that the m6A methyltransferase-related lncRNAs were involved in the immune-related biological processes (BPs) and pathways. Besides, we discovered that the lncRNAs signature was correlated with the tumor microenvironment (TME) and the expression of critical immune checkpoints. Tumor Immune Dysfunction and Exclusion (TIDE) analysis revealed that the lncRNAs could predict the clinical response to immunotherapy. Our study had originated a prognostic signature for HCC based on the potential prognostic m6A methyltransferase-related lncRNAs. The present study had deepened the understanding of the TME status of HCC patients and laid a theoretical foundation for the choice of immunotherapy.  相似文献

ObjectivesDeregulation of long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) has been frequently reported in breast cancer (BC). This goes to show the importance of understanding its significant contribution towards breast carcinogenesis. In the present study, we clarified a carcinogenic mechanism based on the ARRDC1-AS1 delivered by breast cancer stem cells-derived extracellular vesicles (BCSCs-EVs) in BC.MethodsThe isolated and well characterized BCSCs-EVs were co-cultured with BC cells. The expression of ARRDC1-AS1, miR-4731-5p, and AKT1 was determined in BC cell lines. BC cells were assayed for their viability, invasion, migration and apoptosis in vitro by CCK-8, Transwell and flow cytometry, as well as tumor growth in vivo after loss- and gain-of function assays. Dual-luciferase reporter gene, RIP and RNA pull-down assays were performed to determine the interactions among ARRDC1-AS1, miR-4731-5p, and AKT1.ResultsElevation of ARRDC1-AS1 and AKT1 as well as miR-4731-5p downregulation were observed in BC cells. ARRDC1-AS1 was enriched in BCSCs-EVs. Furthermore, EVs containing ARRDC1-AS1 enhanced the BC cell viability, invasion and migration and glutamate concentration. Mechanistically, ARRDC1-AS1 elevated the expression of AKT1 by competitively binding to miR-4731-5p. ARRDC1-AS1-containing EVs were also found to enhance tumor growth in vivo.ConclusionCollectively, BCSCs-EVs-mediated delivery of ARRDC1-AS1 may promote the malignant phenotypes of BC cells via the miR-4731-5p/AKT1 axis.  相似文献

BackgroundDisclosing prognostic information is necessary to enable good treatment selection and improve patient outcomes. Previous studies suggest that hypoxia is associated with an adverse prognosis in patients with HNSCC and that long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) show functions in hypoxia-associated cancer biology. Nevertheless, the understanding of lncRNAs in hypoxia related HNSCC progression remains confusing.MethodsData were downloaded from TCGA and GEO database. Bioinformatic tools including R packages GEOquery, limma, pheatmap, ggplot2, clusterProfiler, survivalROC and survcomp and LASSO cox analysis were utilized. Si-RNA transfection, CCK8 and real-time quantified PCR were used in functional study.ResultsGEO data (GSE182734) revealed that lncRNA regulation may be important in hypoxia related response of HNSCC cell lines. Further analysis in TCGA data identified 314 HRLs via coexpression analysis between differentially expressed lncRNAs and hypoxia-related mRNAs. 23 HRLs were selected to build the prognosis predicting model using lasso Cox regression analyses. Our model showed excellent performance in predicting survival outcomes among patients with HNSCC in both the training and validation sets. We also found that the risk scores were related to tumor stage and to tumor immune infiltration. Moreover, LINC01116 were selected as a functional study target. The knockdown of LINC01116 significantly inhibited the proliferation of HNSCC cells and effected the hypoxia induced immune and the NF-κB/AKT signaling.ConclusionsData analysis of large cohorts and functional experimental validation in our study suggest that hypoxia related lncRNAs play an important role in the progression of HNSCC, and its expression model can be used for prognostic prediction.  相似文献

The inflammasome-dependent cell death, which is denoted as pyroptosis, might be abnormally regulated during oncogenesis and tumour progression. Long non-coding RNAs (LncRNAs) are pivotal orchestrators in breast cancer (BC), which have the potential to be a biomarker for BC diagnosis and therapy. The present study aims to explore the correlation between pyroptosis-related lncRNAs and BC prognosis. In this study, a profile of 8 differentially expressed lncRNAs was screened in the TCGA database and used to construct a prognostic model. The BC patients were divided into high- and low-risk groups dependent on the median cutoff of the risk score in the model. Interestingly, the risk model significantly distinguished the clinical characteristics of BC patients between high- and low-risk groups. Then, the risk score of the model was identified to be an excellent independent prognostic factor. Notably, the GO, KEGG, GSEA and ssGSEA analyses revealed the different immune statuses between the high- and low-risk groups. Particularly, the 8 lncRNAs expressed differentially in BC tissues between two risk subgroups in vitro validation. Collectively, this constructed well-validated model is of high effectiveness to predict the prognosis of BC, which will provide novel means that is applicable for BC prognosis recognition.  相似文献

Basophils have been erroneously considered as minor relatives of mast cells, due to some phenotypic similarity between them. While recent studies have revealed non-redundant roles for basophils in various immune responses, basophil-derived effector molecules, including lipid mediators, remain poorly characterized, compared to mast cell-derived ones. Here we analyzed and compared eicosanoids produced by mouse basophils and mast cells when stimulated with IgE plus allergens. The production of 5-LOX metabolites such as LTB4 and 5-HETE was detected as early as 0.5 h post-stimulation in both cell types, even though their amounts were much smaller in basophils than in mast cells. In contrast, basophils and mast cells showed distinct time course in the production of COX metabolites, including PGD2, PGE2 and 11-HETE. Their production by mast cells was detected at both 0.5 and 6 h post-stimulation while that by basophils was detectable only at 6 h. Of note, mast cells showed 8–9 times higher levels of COX-1 than did basophils at the resting status. In contrast to unaltered COX-1 expression with or without stimulation, COX-2 expression was up-regulated in both cell types upon activation. Importantly, when activated, basophils expressed 4–5 times higher levels of COX-2 than did mast cells. In accordance with these findings, the late-phase production of the COX metabolites by basophils was completely ablated by COX-2 inhibitor whereas the early-phase production by mast cells was blocked by COX-1 but not COX-2 inhibitor. Thus, the production of COX metabolites is differentially regulated by COX-1 and COX-2 in basophils and mast cells.  相似文献

Cancer immunotherapy has been shown to achieve significant antitumor effects in a variety of malignancies. Out of all the immune checkpoint molecules, PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor therapy has achieved great success. However, only some cancer patients benefit from this treatment strategy owing to drug resistance. Therefore, identifying the underlying modulators of the PD-1/PD-L1 pathway to completely comprehend the mechanisms of anti-PD-1/PD-L1 treatment is crucially important. Recent research has validated that m6A modification plays a critical role in the PD-1/PD-L1 axis, thus regulating the immune response and immunotherapy strategies. In this review, we summarized the latest research on the regulation of m6A modification in PD-1/PD-L1 pathways in cancer proliferation, invasion, and prognosis based on different kinds of cancers and discussed the possible mechanisms. We also reviewed m6A-associated lncRNAs in the regulation of the PD-1/PD-L1 pathway. More importantly, we outlined the influence of m6A modulation on anti-PD-1 therapy and m6A-related molecules that could predict the curative effect of anti-PD-1/PD-L1 therapy. Further studies exploring the definitive regulation of m6A on the PD1/PD-1 pathway and immunotherapy are needed, which may address some of the current limitations in immunotherapy.  相似文献

We aimed to investigate the differentially expressed long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) during the differentiation of human umbilical cord derived mesenchymal stem cells (hUCMSCs) into cardiomyocyte-like cells induced by 5-aza. hUCMSCs were isolated and purified from umbilical cords. After treated with 10 μmol/L 5-Aza for 24 h, hUCMSCs wereas continued to be cultured for 14 days. Comparison of cardiac specific genes and the expression profile of lncRNAs on hUCMSCs between day 14 and day 0 was performed using immunofluorescence staining, immunohistochemistry, Western blot assay, RT-PCR and lncRNA microarray. Results show that well-organized sarcomeric structure and more cTnI and MLC2a staining were seen in hUCMSCs of day 14 after 5-aza-induced compared to those in day 0. Expression of Desmin, Nkx2.5, cTnI and MLC2a of hUCMSCs was much higher on day 14 compared with day 0 (P?<?0.01). 41 differentially expressed lncRNAs were found on day 14 hUCMSCs compared those of day 0 were identified. Among them, 25 upregulated and 16 downregulated. Four out of the five upregulated lncRNAs (P?=?0.00035, 0.014, 0.016 and 0.005 for uc010vei.1, X72487, BC064139, AK092074) and four out of the five downregulated lncRNAs (P?=?0.038, 0.0014, 0.00026 and 0.004 for X85157, uc007keu.1, AK309872, NR_029399) showed significantly different expressions in further validation using RT-PCR. Our results illustrated that there was a dysregulation of the lncRNA profile during the differentiation of hUCMSCs into cardiomyocyte-like cells, which will provide the foundation for further study of the biological functions and mechanism of lncRNAs in the differentiation of hUCMSCs into cardiomyocyte-like cells.  相似文献

Background

Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) are an important class of pervasive genes involved in a variety of biological functions. They are aberrantly expressed in many types of cancers. In this study, we described lncRNAs profiles in 6 pairs of human renal clear cell carcinoma (RCCC) and the corresponding adjacent nontumorous tissues (NT) by microarray.

Methodology/Principal Findings

With abundant and varied probes accounting 33,045 LncRNAs in our microarray, the number of lncRNAs that expressed at a certain level could be detected is 17157. From the data we found there were thousands of lncRNAs that differentially expressed (≥2 fold-change) in RCCC tissues compared with NT and 916 lncRNAs differentially expressed in five or more of six RCCC samples. Compared with NT, many lncRNAs were significantly up-regulated or down-regulated in RCCC. Our data showed that down-regulated lncRNAs were more common than up-regulated ones. ENST00000456816, X91348, BC029135, NR_024418 were evaluated by qPCR in sixty-three pairs of RCCC and NT samples. The four lncRNAs were aberrantly expressed in RCCC compared with matched histologically normal renal tissues.

Conclusions/Significance

Our study is the first one to determine genome-wide lncRNAs expression patterns in RCCC by microarray. The results displayed that clusters of lncRNAs were aberrantly expressed in RCCC compared with NT samples, which revealed that lncRNAs differentially expressed in tumor tissues and normal tissues may exert a partial or key role in tumor development. Taken together, this study may provide potential targets for future treatment of RCCC and novel insights into cancer biology.  相似文献
