基于对标本和文献的比较研究,确认豆科香槐属(Cladrastis Raf.)中小叶香槐(C.parvifolia C.Y.Ma)、藤香槐(C.scandens C.Y.Ma)、秦氏香槐(C.chingii DuleyVincent)与本属分布最广的翅荚香槐[C.platycarpa(Maxim.)Makino]为同种植物。其中,小叶香槐被处理为翅荚香槐的一变种,即C.platycarpa var.parvifolia(C.Y.Ma)Z.Q.Song,D.X.XuS.J.Li,藤香槐与秦氏香槐被处理为翅荚香槐原变种的两个新异名。同时讨论了翅荚香槐的分类地位及其散布。  相似文献

通过野外调查、标本查阅及文献考证,订正了华南吊灯花属(Ceropegia Linn.)植物,将狭瓣吊灯花(C. angustilimba Merr.)从吊灯花(C. trichantha Hemsl.)的异名中予以恢复,提供了二者的形态描述,确认华南地区记录的柳叶吊灯花(C. salicifolia H. Huber)实为剑叶吊灯花(C. dolichophylla Schltr.)的错误鉴定,并提供了后者的形态描述。  相似文献

SNARE domain proteins are key molecules mediating intracellular fusion events. SNAP25 family proteins are unique target-SNAREs possessing two SNARE domains. Here we report the genetic, molecular, and cell biological characterization of C. elegans SNAP-29. We found that snap-29 is an essential gene required throughout the life-cycle. Depletion of snap-29 by RNAi in adults results in sterility associated with endomitotic oocytes and pre-meiotic maturation of the oocytes. Many of the embryos that are produced are multinucleated, indicating a defect in embryonic cytokinesis. A profound defect in secretion by oocytes and early embryos in animals lacking SNAP-29 appears to be the underlying defect connecting these phenotypes. Further analysis revealed defects in basolateral and apical secretion by intestinal epithelial cells in animals lacking SNAP-29, indicating a broad requirement for this protein in the secretory pathway. A SNAP-29-GFP fusion protein was enriched on recycling endosomes, and loss of SNAP-29 disrupted recycling endosome morphology. Taken together these results suggest a requirement for SNAP-29 in the fusion of post-Golgi vesicles with the recycling endosome for cargo to reach the cell surface.  相似文献

A study of museum specimens of the genus Corbicula from the western Asiatic part of its range (Middle East, the Caucasus and Central Asia) has provided the following diagnostic anatomical characters for Corbicula fluminalis (Müller, 1774): siphons narrow with circular apertures; siphonal papillae rather scarce: about 40 around inhalant siphon (one or two rows) and 12--20 around exhalant siphon (one incomplete row); ring of dark pigment usually present internally at base of each siphon; papillae of fused mantle lobes and free mantle edge numerous, the first organised in one or two rows; radial muscles of mantle edge well developed and arranged in bands. Presence of hermaphroditic specimens, biflagellate type of spermatozoa indicating clonality, and incubation of D-shaped 190--217 m long larvae in gills were also shown for this taxon. Two conchologically different morphotypes referred to in literature as C. fluminalis s. str. and C. purpurea (Prime, 1864) show also slight differences in size of spermatozoa and may represent different clonal lineages. The lots from North Africa possess the same characters as one of the Asian morphotypes, thus taxonomic distinctness of C. fluminalis consobrina (Cailliaud, 1827) is not supported. In contrast, C. africana (Krauss, 1848) distributed in Lake Malawi and South Africa and treated in some modern reviews as another subspecies of C. fluminalis differs by the patterns of shell sculpture, the lower number of siphonal papillae, the absence of pigmentation on the siphons and their papillae, and the size of spermatozoa; its distinctness is therefore supported, but close affinity to C. fluminalis needs confirmation. All studied African morphotypes are identical in their mode of reproduction. The new data on the anatomy and reproduction of C. fluminalis show strong similarities between this taxon and the eastern incubating species C. fluminea (Müller, 1774), but these taxa can be distinguished by their shell characters. The Chinese estuarine non-incubating Corbicula earlier assigned to C. fluminalis shows different anatomical and reproductive characters and is re-considered as C.cf. japonica (Prime, 1864). These results are discussed in the framework of Corbicula phylogeny based on molecular characters.  相似文献

We isolated cog-3(ku212) as a C. elegans egg-laying defective mutant that is associated with a connection-of-gonad defective phenotype. cog-3(ku212) mutants appear to have no connection between the vulval and the uterine lumens at the appropriate stage because the uterine lumen develops with a temporal delay relative to the vulva and, thus, is not present when the connection normally forms. The lack of temporal synchronization between the vulva and the uterus is not due to precocious or accelerated vulval development. Instead, global gonadogenesis is mildly delayed relative to development of extra-gonadal tissue. cog-3(ku212) mutants also have a specific uterine fate defect. Normally, four cells of the uterine pi lineage respond via their LET-23 epidermal growth factor-like receptors to a vulval-derived LIN-3 EGF signal and adopt the uterine vulval 1 (uv1) fate. In cog-3(ku212) mutants, these four pi progeny cells are set aside as a pre-uv1 population but undergo necrosis prior to full differentiation. A gain-of-function mutation in LET-23 EGF receptor and ectopic expression of LIN-3 EGF within the proper temporal constraints can rescue the uv1 defect, suggesting that a signaling defect, perhaps due to the temporal delay, is at fault. In support of this model, we demonstrate that lack of vulval-uterine coordination due to precocious vulval development also leads to uv1 cell differentiation defects.  相似文献

为了阐明气候变暖背景下春兰(Cymbidium goeringii)和蕙兰(C. faberi)在我国的适生区分布变化情况,根据157条分布记录和19个生物气候变量,应用最大熵物种分布模型,对2070年4种温室气体排放情景下春兰和蕙兰在我国的适生区分布进行预测,并筛选影响其地理分布的主要气候因子。结果表明:(1)2070年春兰和蕙兰分布点的年均温(bio1)、最冷月最低温度(bio6)和最冷季平均温度(bio11)等均升高,气候有变暖趋势;(2)受试者工作特征曲线下面积(AUC)值在0.9—1.0之间,模型预测结果可信度较高;(3)影响春兰、蕙兰当前和2070年地理分布的限制性气候因子主要有最冷月最低温度(bio6)、最冷季平均温度(bio11)、年均降水量(bio12)和最干月份降水量(bio14);(4)气候变暖将会对春兰和蕙兰的适宜生境范围和面积产生影响。预测2070年春兰的适宜生境面积将会有所减小,而蕙兰的适宜生境面积将会增加,且整体有向北迁移的趋势。研究结果为野生春兰和蕙兰的生态风险评价和引种提供了重要依据。  相似文献

本文报道第一作者1990年采自河北小五台山的腔孢菌10属46种。其中有一个新种:杠柳生壳针孢(Septoria periplocicola Y.L. Guo, G.Z. Lu&J.K. Bai, sp. nov.),一个新组合:蒙栋盘柱长孢[Cylindrogloeum quercum (Miura) Y.L. Guo, G.Z. Lu & J.K. Bai, comb.nov.]和11个中国新记录种:蓟壳二孢(Ascochyta cirsii Dide.),唐松草壳二孢(Ascochytaclematidina Thum.),小孢星壳孢[Asteroma microspermum (PK) Sutton],卵孢小星壳孢(Asteromella ovata Thum.),胡枝子茎点霉(Phoma lespedezicola P. Henn.),糙苏茎点霉[Phoma phlomidis (Lev.) Cooke],绣线菊叶点霉[Phyllosticta filipendulae Sace.],六道木壳针孢(Septoria abeliae Byzova),糙苏壳针孢(Septoria phlomidis Moesz.),山箩卜壳针孢(Septoria scabiocola Desm.),黎芦壳针孢(Septoria veratri Saw.)。新种提供了拉丁文简介、描述并附图。新记录种进行了简要描述。研究的标本保藏在中国科学院微生物研究所真菌标本室(HMAS)。  相似文献

Plant genetic tumors represent neoplastic growths, which arise spontaneously in hybrid plants without apparent external induction. To understand the molecular nature of unregulated cell proliferation, a cyclin D cDNA clone encoding a cyclin D of 1104bp was isolated from a genetic tumor and designated Nicgl;CYCD3;1 gene. DNA gel blot analysis suggested that there are two copies of Nicgl;CYCD3;1 in the genetic tumors. Northern analysis showed that this gene had the highest expression level in genetic tumor compared to Nicotiana glauca, N. langsdorffii and hybrid plants. Plant morphology of hybrid plant was an intermediate between N. glauca and N. langsdorffii and was altered in the genetic tumors. The cell cycle distribution in N. glauca was G0/G1, 90.59; S, 0.60; G2/M, 8.81; in N. langsdorffii it was G 0/G1, 86.22; S, 6.90; G2/M, 6.88; in hybrid plants it was G 0/G1, 96.40; S, 1.79; G2/M, 1.81; and in genetic tumors G 0/G1, 74.70; S, 2.35; G2/M, 22.94. These data provide new insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying genetic tumor formation from interspecific hybrid between N. langsdorffii and N. glauca.  相似文献

Gram-negative, facultatively anaerobic bacterial strains were consistently isolated from oak trees displaying symptoms of extensive stem bleeding. In Britain, this disorder is called Acute Oak Decline (AOD). A similar condition has been noted on species of Mediterranean oak in Spain. The identity of bacterial isolates from symptomatic trees in both countries was investigated using molecular techniques and phenotypic assays. 16S rRNA gene sequencing indicated that the strains were most closely related to the genera Serratia, Kluyvera, Klebsiella and Raoultella (all>97%). Phylogenetic analysis revealed that the strains formed a distinct lineage within the family Enterobacteriaceae, which was confirmed by both gyrB- and rpoB-gene sequencing. DNA-DNA hybridization confirmed that the strains belonged to a single taxon which could also be differentiated phenotypically from its closest phylogenetic neighbours. The phylogenetic and phenotypic data both demonstrated that the strains isolated from oak represented a novel genus and species within the family Enterobacteriaceae for which the name Gibbsiella quercinecans gen. nov., sp. nov. (type strain=FRB 97(T)=LMG 25500(T)=NCPPB 4470(T)) is proposed.  相似文献

Relationships of the newly discovered dwarf crocodiles from Mauritania were inferred from mitochondrial 12S sequences. Specimens from 13 different Crocodylus niloticus populations (from East Africa, West Africa and Madagascar) were compared. Additional representatives of the genus Crocodylus (one from Africa and one from Australia), the African genus Osteolaemus and the South American alligatorid Paleosuchus palpebrosus (as outgroup) were included in the analysis. Maximum-likelihood and Bayesian analyses yielded relationships that were strikingly different from currently prevailing phylogenetic hypotheses. Both analyses consistently revealed two groups, one consisting of the monophyletic West- and Central African populations and the other of a paraphyletic group containing the East African and Madagascan populations. High genetic divergence between those groups indicates separation on the species level. Furthermore ‘Ccataphractus is clearly shown not to be a member of the genus Crocodylus. 通过查阅模式标本后发现丹霞南烛(Lyonia danxiaensis R. H. MiaoW. Q. Liu)具有聚伞花序,花部为4数,雄蕊16枚且成对着生,花丝非膝曲状等特征与珍珠花属(Lyonia)不符,而与柿科(Ebenaceae)柿属(Diospyros)一致,因此提出一新组合:丹霞柿[Diospyros danxiaensis (R. H. MiaoW. Q. Liu) Y. H. TongN. H. Xia]。且经标本比对后发现,新近发表的彭华柿(Diospyros penghuae W. B. Liao, Q. FanW. Y. Zhao)与丹霞柿实为同种,在此也予以合并。  相似文献
