中国丝孢酵母属的几个新种和新记录   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
作者从中国的北京、湖北等地的鸟粪,霉变柿子以及酒药中分离到了三株未描述的丝孢酵母菌。本文描述了这三个新种:板仓丝孢酵母(Trichosporon bancangense),北京丝孢酵母(Tr.beijingense)和中国丝孢酵母(Tr.sinense)并讨论了它们与属中近似种的差别。本文还发现了丝孢酵母属的4个新记录:皮刺丝孢酵母(Tr.aculeatum),埃利丝孢酵母(Tr.eriense),斐氏丝孢酵母(Tr.figueriae)和蜜二糖丝孢酵母(Tr.melibiosaceam)。  相似文献

最新的酵母菌分类系统,丝孢酵母属Trichosporon Behrend仅限于产生节孢子的担子菌酵母的无性型。因此,以前根据该属旧的定义在国内发表的三个新种板仓丝孢酵母T. bancangense、北京丝孢酵母T. beijingense和中国丝孢酵母T. sinense的分类地位,需要进行调整。根据26S rDNA D1/D2区的序列分析和最新标准方法重新测定的生理生化反应,发现上述三个种名分别是子囊菌酵母Saccharomycopsis fibuligera, Pichia burtonii和Issatchenkia orientalis的异名。  相似文献

为了探究新疆本土蟠桃园可培养酵母菌多样性,并挖掘功能酵母资源,本研究以新疆石河子蟠桃园3年、8年、15年树龄的根际和非根际土壤以及桃树叶片为材料,经过传统的分离培养方法获得可培养的酵母菌菌株,并进行形态学、生理生化以及26S r DNA的D1/D2区序列分析,共获得可培养酵母菌129株,从属于12个属17个种,其中子囊菌酵母为优势菌群,占分离属的88%,分布于威克汉姆酵母属(Wickerhamomyces),Vanrija属,Barnettozyma属和有孢圆酵母属(Torulaspora)等11个属的15个种。担子菌占分离属的12%,分布于隐球酵母属(Cryptococcus)的2个种。其中优势属威克汉姆酵母属,包括异常威克汉姆酵母(W. anomalus)和W. pijperi两个种,占总比例的33%,优势种异常威克汉姆酵母所占总株数比例为17%。从可培养酵母中共筛选出23株功能酵母,其中富硒酵母21株,优势种为白地霉(Galactomyces candidum),产蛋白酶酵母2株均属于隐球酵母属的Cryptococcus albidus。结果表明,新疆桃园中蕴含丰富的酵母菌资源,非根际土壤中的酵母多样性大于根际及叶片酵母多样性,且分离得到富硒酵母及产蛋白酶酵母。本研究挖掘了新疆本土可培养酵母菌资源,同时也为功能酵母的开发和利用提供理论指导。  相似文献

作者多年来从我国禾本科等植物叶表分离了大量掷孢酵母,本文重点报道70株掷孢酵母与类酵母的初步分类,共分为三属,即掷孢酵母属(Sporobolomyces),布勒掷孢酵母属(Bul-lera)与腥掷孢菌属(Tilletiopsis);其中掷孢酵母属占75%。至于53株掷孢酵母,共分为三种,即玫红掷孢酵母(Sporobolomyces roseus)、赭色掷孢酵母(Sporobolomyces salmonicolor)、Sporobolomyces shibatanus);经统计,后者最为常见,占此属的84%。这些种在我国尚未见报道,作为新记录。  相似文献

本文初步研究了分离自中国南方数省各种基物上的201株酵母,共发现4个新记录,另有个别疑难菌株拟作进一步研究。对9属174株担子菌酵母与子囊菌酵母进行胞外酶等的比较研究,发现其胞外脱氧核糖核酸酶(DNase)及蛋白酶的产生情况在不同亲缘的酵母间有一定的规律性。并对蛋白酶测试方法进行了改良,从而缩短试验周期并减少了污染机会。  相似文献

通过Illumina MiSeq平台, 对石河子143团两个蟠桃园所采集的叶片样本附生酵母菌26S rDNA D1/D2区进行高通量测序, 并分析了其物种的组成、Alpha多样性以及菌种群落结构。结果显示,两个桃园中共检测到1470个OTU (Operational Taxonomic Units, 操作分类单元), 桃园1中含有个1217个OTU, 桃园2中含有609个OTU, 其中有356个为共有OTU。共鉴定出酵母菌2门22属, 属于担子菌门(Basidiomycota)、子囊菌门(Ascomycota), 两个桃园共有的酵母属有线黑粉酵母属(Filobasidium), 接合酵母属(Zygosaccharomyces), 红酵母属(Rhodotorula), 隐球酵母属(Cryptococcus), Papiliotrema, 毕赤酵母属(Pichia), 假丝酵母属(Candida), Kwoniella, Cystobasidium, 两个桃园优势属均为线黑粉酵母属。研究结果表明石河子地区蟠桃叶表面附生酵母菌资源丰富, 值得进一步开发与利用。  相似文献

采用涂布培养法和富集培养法对醇化烟叶样品中酵母菌进行了分离,富集培养法分离到23株,涂布培养法分离到6株。29株酵母菌的生物学特性研究表明,其中果胶酶、蛋白酶、淀粉酶、脂酶、纤维素酶、酚类利用、木质素利用、尼古丁降解、发酵产物气味等试验呈阳性的菌株数分别是1、10、0、3、10、22、1、21和29株。利用ATB系统,将ATY1、ATY8和ATY27等3株酵母菌分别鉴定为黏红酵母(Rhodotorula glutinis)、罗伦隐球酵母(Cryptococcus laurentii)和粗壮假丝酵母(Candida valida),各菌株鉴定结果的符合率分别为99.4%、98.2%和89.9%。研究结果表明,醇化烟叶中酵母菌种群数量较小,但酵母菌的生物学特性有利于烟叶醇化,值得进一步深入研究。  相似文献

为了更深入地从代谢角度研究萜类合成人工酵母的内在差异,以紫杉二烯人工酵母为例,利用代谢组学的方法对其发酵指数中期胞内代谢物的变化进行了测定。结果表明,与对照菌W303-1A相比,紫杉二烯的生产会对胞内糖酵解、三羧酸循环中间物及一些氨基酸的含量产生不同程度的影响,进而对其生长产生一定抑制作用。其中柠檬酸因紫杉二烯功能模块的引入下降明显,降幅达90%以上,因此可以作为后续功能酵母研究的标志性代谢物。紫杉二烯人工酵母细胞代谢组的研究可以为萜类化合物异源合成的优化提供更多的信息和帮助。  相似文献

AIMS: The objective of this work was to study the effect of the use of Saccharomyces cerevisiae monocultures over the biodiversity of non-Saccharomyces yeasts in wine-producing areas in Chile. METHODS AND RESULTS: Microvinifications were carried out with grape musts of two areas. In one of them, the fermentation is carried out mainly in a spontaneous manner, whereas in the other the musts are inoculated with commercial yeasts. The isolated yeasts were identified by the internal transcribed (ITS)/restriction fragment length polymorphism technique. In the industrial production area less variability of yeast genera was observed as compared with the traditional area, an observation that is greatest at the end of the fermentation. Furthermore, a study of the production of extracellular enzymes was done. The majority of the yeasts showed at least one of the activities assayed with the exception of beta-glycosidase. CONCLUSION: The results suggest that in the industrialized area the diversity of yeasts is less in the traditional area. Likewise, the potentiality of the non-Saccharomyces yeasts as enzyme producers with industrial interest has been confirmed. SIGNIFICANCE AND IMPACT OF THE STUDY: This study shows the negative effect of the use of monocultures over the biodiversity of yeasts in wine-producing regions.  相似文献

Extremely Rapid Extraction of DNA from Bacteria and Yeasts   总被引:22,自引:0,他引:22  
A very simple and rapid method for extracting genomic DNA from Gram-negative bacteria, Gram-positive bacteria and yeasts is presented. In this method, bacteria or yeasts are lysed directly by phenol and the supernatant is extracted with chloroform to remove traces of phenol. The supernatant contains DNA that is suitable for molecular analyses, such as PCR, restriction enzyme digestion and genomic library construction. This method is reproducible and simple for the routine DNA extraction from bacteria and yeasts.  相似文献

The lipid composition of some commercial bakers’ yeasts having different freeze-sensitivity in frozen dough was investigated to clarify the correlation between their lipid composition and freeze-tolerance. The total lipid content including neutral lipid, free fatty acid, sterol, and phospholipid ranged between 23.0 to 32.2 mg/100 mg protein of the yeasts tested. Phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylinositol, and phosphatidylserine were the main phospholipids found in all yeast strains, but no distinct difference in these components between freeze-tolerant and freeze-sensitive strains was observed. Palmitoleic (C16:l), oleic (C18:l), palmitic (16:0), and stearic (CI8:0) acids were the major fatty acids present in total lipid and phospholipid, and unsaturation indices of fatty acid in these lipid components were almost equal by the strains. The molar ratios of sterol to phospholipid of freeze-sensitive strains were higher than those of freeze-tolerant strains. The difference in the sterol-pho-spholipid ratio that influences the fluidity of plasma membranes in yeast cells was supposed to reflect the difference in freeze-sensitivity of bakers’ yeast.  相似文献

探讨酵母菌杀菌系统(即30株杀菌酵母菌)对38株真菌或细菌的杀菌活性。结果显示杀菌酵母菌不仅对念珠菌、新型隐球菌和烟曲霉菌等真菌有杀菌活性,而且对其不相关的葡萄球菌、肠杆菌科、绿脓杆菌、不动杆菌和副溶血性弧菌也有杀菌活性,提示该系统具有广泛的杀菌活性,特别是K36。  相似文献

Phosphatase activities of yeasts belonging to the genera Saccharomyces, Kluyveromyces and Rhodotorula were studied. Rhodotorula rubra exhibited activities at acid, neutral and alkaline pH; the other yeasts only had activity at acid pH. Growing yeasts in a constant pH (4.5) medium decreased phosphatase activities in Saccharomyces and Kluyveromyces, while neutral activity was enhanced in Rhodotorula rubra which excreted more enzyme under these conditions. Washing cells with sucrose solutions lowered phosphatase activities in all yeasts, due to enzyme liberation. Acid phosphatase activities in isolated and purified cell walls were very small. Phosphatases thus appear not to be strongly bound to yeast cell walls.  相似文献

嗜杀酵母能够分泌毒素蛋白,杀死敏感酵母。嗜杀酵母对自身分泌的嗜杀毒素具有免疫力。嗜杀酵母的嗜杀特性与两种双链线状RNA(dsRNA)有关,即编码产生毒素蛋白的M-dsRNA和编码自身和M-dsRNA外壳蛋白的L-dsRNA。嗜杀毒素破坏细胞跨膜化学质子梯度,造成ATP和钾离子泄漏,导致细胞死亡。应用嗜杀酵母可避免野生型酵母污染,净化发酵体系,改善发酵产物品质;嗜杀毒素也可作为抵制病原酵母和类酵母微生物的抗真菌剂。  相似文献
