Sustained hyperleptinemia induced in normal rats causes the rapid disappearance of body fat. This is attributed to a marked increase in uncoupled fatty acid oxidation in the white adipocytes, which also occurs in hyperthyroidism. Because hyperleptinemic rats have normal plasma T3 or T4 levels, we tested the possibility of "localized hyperthyroidism" due to increased conversion of T4 to T3 in the adipose tissue. We therefore induced sustained hyperleptinemia in normal rats by intravenous injection of recombinant adenovirus containing the leptin cDNA (AdCMV-leptin) and measured the mRNA and the activity of enzymes involved in T4 metabolism in the disappearing fat. The epididymal fat pad remnants exhibited a decrease in mRNA of deiodinase 1 and a doubling of deiodinase 2 mRNA (p<0.05), but their enzyme activities did not differ from normoleptinemic controls. To determine if thyroid hormone was required for the fat-wasting action of hyperleptinemia, we infused AdCMV-leptin into rats made athyroid by total thyroidectomy or by methimazole therapy. The fat loss in hyperleptinemic athyroid rats was as great as in euthyroid controls. We conclude that the fat-wasting effect of sustained hyperleptinemia does not involve "local hyperthyroidism" in white adipose tissue and does not require thyroid hormone.  相似文献

Human obesity and high fat feeding in rats are associated with the development of insulin resistance and perturbed carbohydrate and lipid metabolism. It has been proposed that these metabolic abnormalities may be reversible by interventions that increase plasma leptin. Up to now, studies in nongenetic animal models of obesity and in human obesity have concentrated on multiple injection therapy with mixed results. Our study sought to determine whether a sustained, moderate increase in plasma leptin, achieved by administration of a recombinant adenovirus containing the leptin cDNA (AdCMV-leptin) would be effective in reversing the metabolic abnormalities of the obese phenotype. Wistar rats fed a high-fat diet (HF) were heavier (P < 0.05), had increased fat mass and intramuscular triglycerides (mTG), and had elevated plasma glucose, insulin, triglyceride, and free fatty acids compared with standard chow-fed (SC) control animals (all P < 0.01). HF rats also had impaired glucose tolerance and were markedly insulin resistant, as demonstrated by a 40% reduction in insulin-stimulated muscle glucose uptake (P < 0.001). Increasing plasma leptin levels to 29.0 +/- 1.5 ng/ml (from 7.0 +/- 1.4 ng/ml, P < 0.001) for a period of 6 days decreased adipose mass by 40% and normalized plasma glucose and insulin levels. In addition, insulin-stimulated skeletal muscle glucose uptake was normalized in hyperleptinemic rats, an effect that correlated closely with a 60% (P < 0.001) decrease in mTG. Importantly, HF rats that received a control adenovirus containing the beta-galactosidase cDNA and were calorically matched to AdCMV-leptin-treated animals remained hyperglycemic, hyperinsulinemic, insulin resistant, and maintained elevated mTG. We conclude that a gene-therapeutic intervention that elevates plasma leptin moderately for a sustained period reverses diet-induced hyperglycemia, hyperinsulinemia, and skeletal muscle insulin resistance, and that these improvements are tightly linked to leptin-induced reductions in mTG.  相似文献

Leptin is a hormone synthesized and secreted from adipose tissue. To study the physiologic effects of chronic leptin treatment, normal adult female Sprague-Dawley rats were injected subcutaneously for 35 days. Twice daily injections (250 microgram/day, b.i.d.) resulted in a significant (P<0.05) decrease in food intake that was maintained for 10 days before gradually returning to control level by day 21. Leptin decreased body weight by a maximum of 12% of the initial body weight on day 22 and remained reduced for the duration of the treatment. After 35 days of treatment, visible peritoneal adipose tissue was not detected. Body composition analysis showed that chronic injection of leptin resulted in a dramatic decrease in fat content (28+/-2 to 4+/-2 g, P<0.05; mean+/-SEM) while the lean content remained unchanged. Rats pair-fed to the leptin-treated group but treated with vehicle had the same body composition (23+/-3 g fat mass) as that measured for the ad libitum fed controls. Using indirect calorimetry we observed that leptin decreased respiratory quotient and thus increased fat oxidation. Leptin also prevented energy expenditure reduction typically associated with food restriction. Leptin treatment for 35 days decreased plasma triglyceride (0.75+/-0.07 to 0.30+/-0.03 mM, P<0.05), free fatty acid (0.56+/-0.06 to 0.32+/-0.04 mM) and insulin (3.2+/-0.5 to 1. 4+/-0.4 ng/ml, P<0.05) concentrations despite the fact that food intake was normalized by day 35. Withdrawal of leptin triggered hyperphagia indicating that leptin biology remained throughout the duration of the chronic treatment. These data suggest that leptin reduces fat mass by initially decreasing appetite and by maintaining enhanced fat utilization even when food intake has returned to that of vehicle-treated control.  相似文献

This study investigated the hypothesis that the reduced food intake and poor weight gain in zinc deficient rats is due to: increased plasma leptin concentration, increased physical activity and/or increased metabolic rate. Weanling rats were assigned to three groups: controls fed ad libitum (C), zinc deficient (ZD), and pair-fed controls (PF), and tested in a metabolic chamber and activity monitor at baseline and weekly for four weeks. At the end of the study, all groups were compared for differences in plasma leptin concentrations. ZD and PF animals had markedly reduced food intake and weight gain. ZD had reduced stereotypic and locomotor activity compared to PF animals and both groups demonstrated an abolished peri-nocturnal activity spike and were much less active than controls. This was associated with a reduced total metabolic rate by day 30: ZD (0.73 +/- 0.07 kcal/hr, p = 0.0001) and PF (0.83 +/- 0.06 kcal/hr, p = 0.0001) groups vs. controls (1.82 +/- 0.09 kcal/hr). Plasma leptin concentrations in ZD (1.55 +/- 0.06 &mgr;g/L) were lower than controls (2.01 +/- 0.18 &mgr;g/L, p < 0.03), but neither ZD nor controls were statistically different from PF (1.68 +/- 0.05 &mgr;g/L). Both low leptin concentrations and low metabolic rates in the ZD and PF rats were associated with decreased food intake rather than zinc deficiency. The reduced food intake and poor weight gain observed in zinc deficient rats could not be explained by elevated leptin concentrations, hypermetabolism, or increased activity. Low serum leptin concentrations, hypometabolism, and decreased activity are more likely the result of the anorexia of zinc deficiency.  相似文献

Estradiol is a potent hypophagic agent that reduces food intake and body weight without a concomitant fall in plasma leptin levels. We investigated whether the hypophagic effect of estradiol is mediated by stimulating POMC and/or inhibiting NPY neuronal pathways in the hypothalamus, which respectively inhibit and stimulate feeding. We examined hypothalamic gene expression of Ob-Rb, NPY, POMC, MC4-R, and AgRP in intact Wistar rats treated with estradiol for 48 hours. Food intake and body weight were reduced in estradiol-treated rats but fat mass was unchanged; plasma leptin and insulin levels were not significantly different from untreated, freely fed controls. In untreated rats that were pair-fed to match the estradiol-treated group, body weight was also reduced without changes in fat mass, although leptin and insulin levels decreased significantly. Ob-Rb expression was increased in both hypophagic groups despite serum leptin were only decreased in pair-fed animals, suggesting an estradiol-stimulating effect on Ob-Rb expression. No significant differences were found in POMC, AgRP, or MC4-R expression among any of the experimental groups. A significant but small decrease in NPY expression was also found in both hypophagic groups; this was explained by the combined effect of both surgery and reduced food intake. These results indicate that estradiol mediated hypophagia in intact rats could be brought about by an enhanced hypothalamic leptin sensitivity but is unlikely to be driven by changes in NPY or melanocortin system.  相似文献

It has been suggested that an opioidergic feeding pathway exists between the nucleus of the solitary tract (NTS) and the central nucleus of the amygdala. We studied the following three groups of rats: 1) artificial cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) infused in the NTS, 2) naltrexone (100 microg/day) infused for 13 days in the NTS, and 3) artificial CSF infused in the NTS of rats pair fed to the naltrexone-infused group. Naltrexone administration resulted in a decrease in body weight and food intake. Also, naltrexone infusion increased dynorphin, but not enkephalin, gene expression in the amygdala, independent of the naltrexone-induced reduction in food intake. Gene expression of neuropeptide Y in the arcuate nucleus and neuropeptide Y peptide levels in the paraventricular nucleus did not change because of naltrexone infusion. However, naltrexone induced an increase in serum leptin compared with pair-fed controls. Thus chronic administration of naltrexone in the NTS increased dynorphin gene expression in the amygdala, further supporting an opioidergic feeding pathway between these two brain sites.  相似文献

The obese Zucker rat has a genetically flawed leptin system and is a model of hyperphagia, obesity, hyperlipidemia, and markedly elevated leptin levels. Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) administration reduces hyperphagia, hyperlipidemia, and obesity in Zucker rats. Since serum leptin levels are associated with body fat, we wondered what the effects of fat pad weight reduction from DHEA administration would have on leptin levels. This experiment investigated the effects of DHEA on intra-abdominal fat pads, serum lipids, and peripheral leptin in male lean and obese Zucker rats that were administered DHEA in their food from 4 weeks of age to 20 weeks. Lean and obese rats received plain chow or chow containing DHEA. Additional chow-fed groups of lean and obese weight-matched controls and obese pair-fed rats helped to control for the reduced body weight, food intake, and fat pad weights seen with DHEA administration. DHEA administration to lean Zucker rats reduced body weight and fat pad weights, but leptin levels showed a lower trend. Among obese rats, both DHEA treatment and pair-feeding reduced body weight and fat pad weights, but only DHEA lowered leptin levels. The weight-matched controls had reductions in fat pad weights similar to the DHEA-treated group, but with increased leptin levels. Thus, DHEA may exert a small, independent effect on leptin levels in this animal model, but the reduction is less than what would be expected.  相似文献

Adenovirus-mediated transfer of the leptin gene causes severe hyperleptinemia with rapid disappearance of visible body fat. To determine if this dramatic lipopenic action is mediated by neurotransmitted signals from the central nervous system, we transplanted the right epididymal fat pad of normal rats to the anterior abdominal wall. Four weeks later, rats were infused with either adenovirus-leptin cDNA (AdCMV-leptin) or adenovirus-beta-galactosidase (AdCMV-beta-gal). Eight days later, plasma leptin averaged 23 +/- 12 ng/ml in the former and 1.2 +/- 0.4 ng/ml in the latter. The fat transplant was intact in all 4 AdCMV-beta-gal-infused rats but had disappeared in all 4 hyperleptinemic rats. Tyrosine hydroxylase staining of the fat pad remnant was negative, excluding regrowth of sympathetic nerves. Thus, the lipopenic action of severe hyperleptinemia on adipocytes is not mediated by neurotransmitters, but must have resulted either from direct action of leptin and/or from leptin-mediated neurohormones.  相似文献

Blood metabolic parameters of Walker-256 tumour-bearing rats, on days 5, 8, 11 and 14 after implantation of tumour, were compared with those of rats without tumour fed ad libitum (free-fed control) or with reduced feeding (pair-fed control), similar to the anorexic tumour-bearing rats. Cachexia parameters and tumour mass also were investigated. In general, especially on day 14 after implantation of tumour, there was reduction of body mass, gastrocnemius muscle mass, food intake and glycemia and increase of blood triacylglycerol, free fatty acids, lactate and urea, compared with free-fed controls rats. These changes did not occur in pair-fed control, except a slight reduction of glycemia. Pair-fed control showed no significant changes in blood cholesterol and glycerol in comparison with free-fed control, although there was reduction of cholesterol and increase of blood glycerol on day 14 after tumour implantation compared with pair-fed control. The results demonstrate that, besides the characteristic signs of the cachexia syndrome such as anorexia, weight loss and muscle catabolism, Walker-256 tumour-bearing rats show several blood metabolic alterations, some of which begin as early as day 5 after implantation of tumour, and are accentuated during the development of cachexia. Evidence that the alterations of blood metabolic parameters of tumour-bearing rats were not found in pair-fed control indicate that they were not caused by decreased food intake. These changes were probably mediated by factors produced by tumour or host tissue in response to the presence of tumour.  相似文献

The aim of the present study was to determine whether the anorexic and thermogenic effects of leptin were attenuated in overweight aged rats following intracerebroventricular (i.c.v.) injection of murine leptin. Male F344/BN rats of two ages (6 months: young (n=20) and 24 months: old (n=18)) were divided into three groups (control, pair-fed and leptin) and were treated with either vehicle (artificial cerebrospinal fluid) or leptin (15.6 microgram/day) for 3 days. There was an age-related increase in basal food intake (20+/-2%), serum leptin levels (363+/-106%) and leptin (OB) mRNA (72+/-16%) in perirenal white adipose tissue (PWAT). In contrast, basal expression of hypothalamic NPY mRNA and brown adipose tissue (BAT) uncoupling protein 1 (UCP1) mRNA was reduced significantly (-35+/-4% and -51+/-5%, respectively) with age. I.c.v. leptin treatment had a significantly greater effect in reducing food intake (-42+/-5% vs. -23+/-4%), serum leptin levels (-55+/-7% vs. 10+/-2%) and PWAT OB mRNA (-46+/-2% vs. 10+/-5%) in young than in old rats. Similarly, central leptin treatment also had a greater effect in suppressing hypothalamic NPY mRNA expression in young (-23+/-4%) than in old (-8+/-4%) rats compared with their age-matched pair-fed treated rats. The stimulatory effect of i.c.v. leptin treatment on BAT UCP1 mRNA expression was also significantly greater in young rats (45+/-8%) than in old rats (10+/-6%) compared with age-matched pair-fed rats. Our previous report indicated that these overweight aged rats were resistant to peripheral administered leptin. The present data extend those findings and demonstrate that the impaired anorexic and metabolic effects of leptin are centrally mediated. This leptin resistance may be due to either the elevated obesity and serum leptin with age or due to age itself or both. The development of leptin resistance with age may contribute to the hyperphagia, hyperleptinemia and impaired energy balance with age.  相似文献

Oxyntomodulin (OXM) is a product of proglucagon processing in the intestine and the central nervous system. We reported that intracerebroventricular (ICV) and intranuclear administration of OXM caused an inhibition of food intake in rats (Dakin CL, Gunn I, Small CJ, Edwards CM, Hay DL, Smith DM, Ghatei MA, and Bloom SR. Endocrinology 142: 4244-4250, 2001). In this study, we investigated the effect of twice-daily ICV administration of OXM, 1 nmol, for 7 days. A pair-fed control was included. These animals were restricted to the food intake of the OXM group but injected twice daily with saline. OXM-treated animals gained significantly less weight than either control group (day 8: OXM, 12.2 +/- 1.9 g vs. pair fed, 21.0 +/- 2.1 g; P < 0.005). OXM treatment caused a reduction in epididymal white adipose tissue (OXM, 1.13 +/- 0.03 g vs. pair fed, 1.29 +/- 0.04 g; P < 0.05) and interscapular brown adipose tissue (OXM, 0.15 +/- 0.01 g vs. pair fed, 0.18 +/- 0.01 g; P < 0.05) and increased core temperature compared with saline control, suggestive of enhanced energy expenditure. The food restriction-induced suppression in plasma TSH, seen in the pair-fed group, was prevented by OXM, potentially via increased release of hypothalamic TRH. In summary, ICV OXM causes reduced body weight gain and body adiposity following chronic administration.  相似文献

Obesity is frequently associated with leptin resistance. The present study investigated whether leptin resistance in rats is present before obesity develops, and thus could underlie obesity induced by 16 wk exposure to a liquid, palatable, high-energy diet (HED). Before HED exposure, male Wistar rats (weighing between 330 and 360 g) received intravenous infusions of 20 microg leptin 2 h before dark (approximately 57 microg/kg rat). Relative to saline infusion, this caused a highly variable effect on food intake (ranging between -94 and +129%), with food intake suppression that appeared negatively correlated with HED-induced increases in body weight gain, caloric intake, adiposity, and plasma leptin levels. In contrast, leptin's thermogenic response was positively correlated to body weight gain linked to weights of viscera, but not to adiposity. Before HED exposure, leptin unexpectedly increased food intake in some rats (fi+, n = 8), whereas others displayed the normal reduction in food intake (fi-, n = 7). HED-exposed fi+ rats had higher plasma leptin levels, retroperitoneal fat pad weight, HED intake, and body weight gain than fi- and chow-fed rats. These parameters were also higher in HED-exposed fi-rats relative to chow rats, except for plasma leptin concentrations. It is concluded that leptin's reduced efficacy to suppress food intake could predict obesity on an HED. An unexpected orexigenic effect of leptin might potentially contribute to this as well.  相似文献

Leptin acts as a satiety factor within the central nervous system by binding to its receptor located in the hypothalamus. A missense mutation of the leptin receptor induces hyperphagia and obesity in the obese Zucker fa/fa rat. Since the CNS is an important target of leptin action, we hypothesized that leptin gene transfer into the lateral cerebral ventricle could efficiently lead to inhibition of food intake and reduction of body weight in obese fa/fa rats as well as in lean animals. A single intracerebroventricular injection of an adenoviral vector containing a cDNA encoding leptin resulted in the expression of leptin in the ependymal cells lining the ventricle and the secretion of leptin into the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). During the first week after injection, when high concentrations of leptin were produced in the CSF, the reducing effects of leptin on food intake and body weight were comparable in lean and in obese fa/fa rats. The subsequent decline in CSF leptin levels, that was similar in lean and obese fa/fa rats, resulted in the faster resumption of food intake and body weight gain in obese than in lean animals, confirming a reduced sensitivity to leptin in the obese group. The results of this study show that leptin gene delivery into the cerebral ventricles allows for the production of elevated leptin concentrations in CSF, and they support the hypothesis that the impaired sensitivity to leptin may be overcome in obese fa/fa rats.  相似文献

Acute administration of peptide YY(3-36) [PYY(3-36)] results in a reduction in food intake in several different vertebrates. However, long-term continuous administration of PYY(3-36) causes only a transient reduction in food intake, thus potentially limiting its therapeutic efficacy. We hypothesized that a fall in leptin levels associated with reduced food intake could contribute to the transient anorectic effects of continuous PYY(3-36) infusion and thus that leptin replacement might prolong the anorectic effects of PYY(3-36). Seven-day administration of 100 microg x kg body wt(-1) x day(-1) PYY(3-36) using osmotic minipumps caused a significant reduction in food intake of ad libitum-fed rats, but only for the first 2 days postimplantation. Circulating levels of leptin were reduced 1 day following continuous infusion of PYY(3-36), and combined leptin infusion at a dose of leptin that had no anorectic effects on its own (100 microg x kg body wt(-1) x day(-1)) prolonged the anorectic actions of PYY(3-36) in ad libitum-fed rats for up to 6 days postimplantation and yielded reduced weight gain compared with either peptide alone. The inhibitory effects of 100 microg x kg body wt(-1) x day(-1) PYY(3-36) on food intake were absent in rats refed after a 24-h fast and substantially reduced at a dose of 1,000 microg x kg body wt(-1) x day(-1) PYY(3-36). Leptin replacement was unable to recover the anorectic effects of PYY(3-36) in fasted rats. Our results suggest that an acute fall in leptin levels is not solely responsible for limiting duration of action of chronic PYY(3-36) infusion, yet chronic coadministration of a subanorectic dose of leptin can extend the anorectic effects of PYY(3-36).  相似文献

We previously showed that peptides containing leptin sequences 1-33 or 61-90 are taken up by the rat brain. We now report the effects of these peptides on food intake and body weight in mature rats. Peptides were infused intravenously for 4weeks, using Alzet minipumps. Dosages were 20μg/kg/day in experiment I, and 60μg/kg/day in experiment 2. In experiment 1, female rats receiving peptides 1-33 and 61-90 each underwent an approximate doubling of the weight gain of control rats. These peptides also increased food intake in female rats. Peptide 15-32, which has a lesser degree of brain uptake, gave a smaller weight gain. Peptide 83-108, which is not taken up by the brain, had no effect on weight gain or food intake. Similar results were obtained in experiment 2. In male rats, however, none of the peptides caused significant changes in food intake or body weight. This was at least partly due to the fact that all male rats underwent vigorous weight increases. We conclude that peptides 1-33 and 61-90 acted as leptin antagonists, stimulating food intake and body weight increases, at least in female rats. These peptides may lead to clinical applications in conditions such as anorexia and cachexia.  相似文献

Objective: To characterize a model of atypical antipsychotic drug‐induced obesity and evaluate its mechanism. Research Methods and Procedures: Chronically, olanzapine or clozapine was self‐administered via cookie dough to rodents (Sprague‐Dawley or Wistar rats; C57Bl/6J or A/J mice). Chronic studies measured food intake, body weight, adiponectin, active ghrelin, leptin, insulin, tissue wet weights, glucose, clinical chemistry endpoints, and brain dopaminergic D2 receptor density. Acute studies examined food intake, ghrelin, leptin, and glucose tolerance. Results: Olanzapine (1 to 8 mg/kg), but not clozapine, increased body weight in female rats only. Weight changes were detectable within 2 to 3 days and were associated with hyperphagia starting ~24 hours after the first dose. Chronic administration (12 to 29 days) led to adiposity, hyperleptinemia, and mild insulin resistance; no lipid abnormalities or changes in D2 receptor density were observed. Topiramate, which has reversed weight gain from atypical antipsychotics in humans, attenuated weight gain in rats. Acutely, olanzapine, but not clozapine, lowered plasma glucose and leptin. Increases in glucose, insulin, and leptin following a glucose challenge were also blunted. Discussion: A model of olanzapine‐induced obesity was characterized which shares characteristics of patients with atypical antipsychotic drug‐induced obesity; these characteristics include hyperphagia, hyperleptinemia, insulin resistance, and weight gain attenuation by topiramate. This model may be a useful and inexpensive model of uncomplicated obesity amenable to rapid screening of weight loss drugs. Olanzapine‐induced weight gain may be secondary to hyperphagia associated with acute lowering of plasma glucose and leptin, as well as the inability to increase plasma glucose and leptin following a glucose challenge.  相似文献

To assess the importance of the sympathetic nervous system in regulating body weight during prolonged leptin infusion, we evaluated food intake, body weight, and physical activity in conscious, unrestrained rats. Initial studies illustrated that prolonged intracerebroventricular (ICV) infusion of leptin enhanced substrate oxidation so that adipose tissue lipid stores were completely ablated, and muscle triglyceride and liver glycogen stores were depleted. After neonatal chemical sympathectomy, changes in weight and food intake were compared in groups of sympathectomized (SYM) and control (CON) adult animals during ICV infusion of leptin. CON animals lost 60 +/- 9 g over 10 days vs. 25 +/- 3 g in the SYM animals when food intake was matched between the two groups. Greater weight loss despite similar energy intake points to an important role of the sympathetic nervous system in stimulating energy expenditure during ICV leptin infusion by increasing the resting metabolic rate, since no differences in physical activity were observed between CON and SYM groups. In conclusion, activation of the SNS by leptin increases energy expenditure by augmenting the resting metabolic rate.  相似文献

Leptin, the adipocyte-derived plasma hormone, and CNS GLP-1 neurons reduce food intake and body weight. GLP-1 is produced in the CNS by post-translational processing of pre-proglucagon. ICV leptin administration prevented the reduction in hypothalamic GLP-1 peptide content seen in pair-fed food-restricted rats (P < 0.05). There was a significant overall positive correlation between pre-proglucagon mRNA expression in the NTS and hypothalamic GLP-1 peptide content (r = +0.34, P < 0.05). Intraperitoneal leptin administration also increased hypothalamic GLP-1 peptide in food-restricted mice (P < 0. 05). This supports the hypothesis that the anorectic actions of leptin are in part due to stimulation of GLP-1 neurons. Reduced CNS GLP-1 neuronal activity during food deprivation may act to stimulate feeding behaviour, and perhaps also inhibit hypothalamic LHRH neurons, as part of the neuroendocrine response to starvation.  相似文献

In the present study, we tested the hypothesis that a single daily injection of the gut peptide CCK, together with continuous leptin infusion, would produce significantly greater loss of body weight than leptin alone. We found that a single daily intraperitoneal injection of CCK-8 (0.5 microg/kg) significantly enhanced the weight-reducing effects of 0.5 microg/day leptin infused continuously into the lateral ventricle of male Sprague-Dawley rats by osmotic minipump. However, CCK and leptin together did not enhance reduction of daily chow intake. Furthermore, there was no synergistic reduction of 30-min sucrose intake, although a significant main effect of both leptin and CCK was observed on sucrose intake. These results 1) confirm our previous reports of synergy between leptin and CCK on body weight, 2) demonstrate that enhancement of leptin-induced weight loss does not require bolus administration of leptin, and 3) suggest that enhanced body weight loss following leptin and CCK does not require synergistic reduction of food intake by leptin and CCK.  相似文献
