西藏马鹿为我国特有种,曾一度被认定为野外灭绝。在其生境中有多种食性相近的野生有蹄类及家畜同域分布,探究青藏高原特殊环境下西藏马鹿与这些有蹄类的食物资源种间竞争与共存关系十分必要。2013年和2014年8—9月,采用粪便显微分析法确定了桑日县西藏马鹿自然保护区西藏马鹿、白唇鹿、藏原羚、牦牛、山羊草青期食物组成,并比较分析了西藏马鹿与同域野生有蹄类、家畜之间的食物重叠和分化状况。结果表明: 西藏马鹿与其他有蹄类具有相似的可食植物种类组成,但所占食谱比例不同。西藏马鹿主要可食植物多为其他有蹄类次要可食植物,其中弱小火绒草为西藏马鹿(在动物食谱中的百分比为11.2%)与牦牛(10.2%)共同的主要食物,西藏柳为西藏马鹿(9.6%)和白唇鹿(11.4%)共同的主要食物。从科级水平来看,豆科植物为西藏马鹿(21.4%)与藏原羚(42.5%)的共同主要可食植物,莎草科植物为白唇鹿(49.2%)、牦牛(33.4%)、山羊(50.3%)的共同主要可食植物。菊科植物作为西藏马鹿(29.6%)的主要可食植物,也是白唇鹿(7.6%)、藏原羚(11.6%)、牦牛(17.3%)和山羊(14.1%)的次要可食植物。禾本科植物作为西藏马鹿(7.1%)次要可食植物,较其他4种有蹄类(白唇鹿13.6%、藏原羚12.3%、牦牛11.5%、山羊16.0%)所占比例低。西藏马鹿与其他有蹄类食物重叠度均高于0.5,与牦牛的重叠度最高(0.65)。西藏马鹿食物多样性指数(1.32)、均匀度指数(0.37)和生态位宽度指数(15.79)均较高。与2007—2008年相比,西藏马鹿食物组成变化较大,豆科植物比例增大,莎草科植物比例降低,食物质量总体有所提高。西藏马鹿与家畜之间存在较高的食物资源竞争,这将进一步影响西藏马鹿的分布范围和生存空间。  相似文献

通过在亚热带滨海防护林湿地松、尾巨桉、纹荚相思和木麻黄人工林中设置去除凋落物、去除根系和对照处理,分析改变地上、地下碳输入对沙地人工林土壤微生物生物量、群落结构和功能的影响.2015年9月,在处理设置一年后采集各处理样方0~10 cm土壤样品,分别采用磷脂脂肪酸分析方法和微孔板酶检测技术对土壤样品的微生物群落组成和6种酶活性进行测定.结果表明: 碳输入处理对土壤微生物生物量的影响因树种而异,并主要取决于凋落物和根系的质量.在尾巨桉林中,去除根系使得脂肪酸总量、革兰氏阳性细菌、革兰氏阴性细菌、真菌和放线菌生物量分别显著减少了31%、30%、32%、36%和26%,去除凋落物使得革兰氏阳性细菌、真菌和放线菌生物量显著减少了24%、27%和24%,而其他树种处理对微生物生物量无显著影响.碳输入处理对土壤微生物群落结构的影响主要表现为真菌丰度下降而放线菌丰度上升.不同树种的土壤酶活性对处理的响应表现不一致:湿地松、纹荚相思和木麻黄林分去除凋落物显著降低土壤中纤维素水解酶、β-葡萄糖苷酶、酸性磷酸酶和乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶活性,去除根系仅分别降低和提高了湿地松和纹荚相思林β-葡萄糖苷酶的活性;湿地松、木麻黄人工林去除凋落物显著降低了多酚氧化酶和过氧化物酶活性;去除根系对所有树种土壤氧化酶活性影响不显著.不同树种的凋落物、根系特性是影响土壤微生物群落组成和酶活性的重要因子,碳输入处理造成的土壤温度、水分等微环境的改变也是土壤微生物性质变化的重要驱动力.  相似文献

为探究荒漠地区不同植被类型土壤种子库动态与分布规律,揭示不同植被类型群落的植被演替趋势与多样性特征,以腾格里沙漠东南缘胡杨群落、柠条群落、赖草群落和沙蓬群落为对象,采集0~2、2~5、5~10、10~20 cm土层土样,研究土壤种子库特征及其与地上植被的关系。结果表明: 4个植被类型的土壤种子库中共发现13种植物,隶属于3科12属,1、2年生草本植物种子占多数,藜科植物较多;土壤种子库密度较低,呈现柠条群落>赖草群落>胡杨群落>沙蓬群落;种子库密度和植物种类整体随土壤剖面的加深而降低;综合Shannon指数、Simpson指数、Pielou指数和Patrick丰富度指数进行分析,土壤种子库物种多样性呈现胡杨群落>赖草群落>柠条群落>沙蓬群落,柠条群落土壤种子库与地上植被相似性系数最高,沙蓬群落次之,胡杨群落和赖草群落最低。总体上,以胡杨群落为代表的乔木林较为稳定,以沙蓬群落为代表的沙地生态系统最为脆弱。  相似文献

为量化典型黑土区主要树种根系构型特征,探究其对固土能力的影响,以该区分布较广的榆叶梅、小叶锦鸡儿、白桦、糖槭、红皮云杉、樟子松单株个体为研究对象,采用全根挖掘和WinRHIZO Pro LA2004分析系统相结合对其根系空间分布、几何形态、分形等特征进行测定,同时采用原位整株根系拉拔的方法量化根系垂直拉拔力。结果表明: 榆叶梅以倾斜根为主,小叶锦鸡儿、白桦、糖槭和红皮云杉以水平根为主,樟子松根系在水平和垂直分布上较为均衡;除白桦总根表面积和红皮云杉总根长外,灌木树种总根长、总根表面积显著大于乔木,落叶阔叶乔木总根长、总根表面积显著大于针叶常绿乔木,白桦总根体积显著大于小叶锦鸡儿、糖槭、红皮云杉和樟子松;榆叶梅、小叶锦鸡儿和白桦根系分形维数和分形丰度显著大于红皮云杉和樟子松;榆叶梅、小叶锦鸡儿和糖槭整株根系平均最大垂直拉拔力显著大于白桦、樟子松和红皮云杉。主要受根系总根长、总根表面积和倾斜根数量的影响,榆叶梅、小叶锦鸡儿和糖槭根系表现出较强的固土能力,可作为典型黑土区水土保持植被构建中优先选择的树种。  相似文献

本研究选择闽江河口鳝鱼滩芦苇和短叶茳芏空间扩展前的芦苇湿地、短叶茳芏湿地,以及二者空间扩展形成的交错带湿地为对象,探讨了两种植物空间扩展过程中植物-土壤系统的全磷(TP)赋存特征及其主要影响因素。结果表明: 在空间扩展影响下,湿地植物和土壤的TP含量均发生了明显变化。其中,交错带湿地土壤的TP含量比芦苇湿地和短叶茳芏湿地土壤分别增加了20.0%和7.1%。这与芦苇和短叶茳芏空间扩展过程中土壤的颗粒组成以及植物的生物量、根冠比变化有关。除叶外,交错带芦苇不同器官的TP含量整体均低于短叶茳芏的相应器官。这与二者在交错带生境中对P养分吸收利用与转运方式的差异有关。另外,空间扩展导致的竞争作用使二者的P分配比也发生较大变化,与纯群落相比,交错带芦苇提高了根、叶的P分配比,而交错带短叶茳芏提高了根的P分配比。芦苇和短叶茳芏为了应对空间扩展过程中的竞争可能采取了不同的P养分利用策略,前者通过加强根部P养分吸收和提高叶片光合作用的方式来占据竞争优势,而后者通过提高根系生物量以增强对P养分吸收利用的方式来抗衡来自芦苇的竞争。  相似文献

The effect of an endophytic fungus (Acremonium strictum) on plant-growth related parameters of marram grass (Ammophila arenaria), and its potential as a protective agent against root herbivores (Pratylenchus dunensis and Pratylenchus penetrans, root-lesion nematodes) was investigated in two inoculation experiments under different conditions. Acremonium strictum-inoculated plants showed increased plant development in terms of root biomass in the first experiment and increased number of tillers in the second experiment and biomass was less suppressed by nematodes than the Acremonium strictum-free plants. In neither experiment did Acremonium strictum reduce multiplication of root herbivores. On the contrary, Acremonium strictum-inoculated plants seemed to increase herbivore multiplication. Plants infected with P. penetrans benefitted more from the endophytic fungus than those with P. dunensis in terms of total biomass. The effect of Acremonium strictum on interspecific competition was also analyzed by plant inoculation with both nematode species. In Acremonium strictum-free plants with mixed nematode inoculum, the total number of nematodes, compared to numbers observed in one-species inoculation, was less than expected, suggesting that interspecific competition took place. In Acremonium strictum-inoculated plants no interspecific competition was observed. Plants inoculated with P. dunensis, P. penetrans and Acremonium strictum showed decreased total biomass compared to Acremonium strictum-free plants inoculated with the same nematodes. The implications of increased tillering and root growth of plants with Acremonium endophytes are discussed in relation to the sand stabilizing role of Ammophila arenaria in coastal dunes.  相似文献

The attack, escape and predation rates for larvae of aphidophagous ladybird Propylea dissecta (Mulsant) and Coccinella transversalis Fabricius were quantified as a potential mechanism leading to the differences in the incidence of cannibalism and intraguild predation. These rates were compared at four larval instars within and between the species. The attack rates of larvae of C. transversalis were significantly higher than those of P. dissecta towards conspecific and heterospecific victims. For both species, third instars exhibited maximum tendency to attack. Escape rates in C. transversalis were higher than P. dissecta. In P. dissecta, the second instars made a greater number of escapes than other conspecific instars after being attacked by same stage cannibal or heterospecific predator. In P. dissecta, first instars suffered maximum mortality due to cannibalism and intraguild predation by conspecifics and heterospecifics of the same and older developmental stage. No larvae of C. transversalis were eaten by P. dissecta of the same stage. These results suggest that the larvae of P. dissecta were more often potential cannibals than intraguild predators, while the reverse was the case in C. transversalis. Based on this finding, it could be predicted that in patchy prey habitats, high rates of larval cannibalism in P. dissecta would occur with a high risk of cannibalism of first instars. Larvae of C. transversalis would respond as intraguild predators, while those of P. dissecta as intraguild prey. The greater size and walking activity of C. transversalis could be possible reason for this tendency.  相似文献

铜绿微囊藻是常见的水华蓝藻,常常在湖泊中与蛋白核小球藻共存或竞争生长。超声波可用于藻华即时治理,能够降低藻类生理活性,影响藻类生长,还可能改变藻类种间竞争关系。为了探究超声胁迫(35 kHz,0.035 W·cm-3)对铜绿微囊藻与蛋白核小球藻的生理特征及种间竞争的影响,本研究设置纯藻组和1:1混合组(细胞浓度比)进行试验。结果表明: 铜绿微囊藻对超声胁迫更加敏感。超声处理600 s后,铜绿微囊藻的光合活性(Fv/Fm)和酯酶活性存在显著变化,纯藻组和混合组的Fv/Fm分别降低了51.8%和64.7%。而各组中蛋白核小球藻的光合活性变化较小。同时,铜绿微囊藻释放的荧光溶解性有机物(类色氨酸、类酪氨酸、类富里酸物质)含量多于蛋白核小球藻。两种藻的细胞浓度对超声波的响应也不同,蛋白核小球藻变化较小,而铜绿微囊藻的细胞浓度出现不同程度的下降。尤其是600 s超声处理大幅降低了混合组中铜绿微囊藻的细胞浓度(-42.6%),在超声胁迫解除后的8 d内蛋白核小球藻占优势,种间关系由铜绿微囊藻单边抑制蛋白核小球藻转变为两者互相抑制。在超声处理后,铜绿微囊藻的活性能够逐渐恢复,为了提高控藻效果的持久性,建议在一周后再次进行超声处理。  相似文献

通过分析杉木采伐迹地营造阔叶树种尾巨桉和固氮树种黑木相思人工林后土壤微生物群落组成和酶活性,探讨造林树种转换对于改善杉木林地土壤微生物特性的影响.结果表明: 树种转换对土壤微生物群落组成和酶活性的影响主要局限于0~10 cm土壤层.杉木转换为固氮树种黑木相思后,显著提高了0~10 cm土壤层总脂肪酸含量、真菌、革兰氏阳性细菌、革兰氏阴性细菌和放线菌生物量.主成分分析表明,黑木相思人工林土壤微生物群落组成与杉木和尾巨桉人工林具有显著差异,土壤中革兰氏阳性细菌、阴性细菌和放线菌丰度显著提高.在0~10 cm土壤层,黑木相思人工林土壤纤维素水解酶、乙酰氨基-葡萄糖苷酶和酸性磷酸酶活性均显著高于杉木和尾巨桉人工林.研究表明,杉木转变为固氮树种黑木相思后会显著提高微生物生物量和酶活性,有助于土壤有机质的恢复,加快养分循环过程.  相似文献

近50年青藏高原的气候变化速率是全球平均值的2倍,对高原有蹄类的种群分布和多样性维持带来严重影响。本研究以西藏类乌齐马鹿国家级自然保护区的马鹿种群为例,通过2013年和2021年对马鹿和牦牛种群数量、分布的调查,并整合了物种分布模型和种群动态模型,评估了当前和未来气候变化及人类活动(放牧、道路、居民点等)对马鹿种群适应性分布的影响。研究表明,马鹿种群在2013—2021年由890头增加到1 400头,根据种群增长模型预计在2050年马鹿种群数量将达到1 735头,但其适宜栖息地在2050年代下降43.4%,2070年代下降5.1%,表明马鹿种群增长与适宜栖息地缩小之间的冲突将不利于马鹿种群的可持续发展。同时,当前马鹿与牦牛栖息地重合率为19%,2050年代为60%,2070年代为37%,且牦牛与马鹿存在食物竞争,这在一定程度上减少了马鹿原有的适宜栖息地。为保护马鹿,建议减少牦牛的饲养量1 000~1 500头。本研究将种群增长模型、种间竞争关系与物种分布模型整合,把气候变化对物种的影响延伸到种群层面,对其他物种的保护具有借鉴意义。  相似文献

The abundance, vertical distribution and stage composition of the copepods Euchaeta norvegica, Metridia lucens and Pleuromamma robusta and the abundance and vertical distribution of Acartia sp., Oithona spp. and Oncaea sp. were analysed for a period of 4.5 years (1971-1974), based on data previously collected at weather station India in the North Atlantic (59°N, 19°W). The results were compared with previously published results on Calanus finmarchicus during the same study. The factor analysis showed two well-differentiated groups. The cohort development and abundance of C. finmarchicus, E. norvegica and Oncaea were related to successive phytoplankton blooms. On the contrary, the cohort development and abundance of M. lucens, P. robusta, Acartia spp. and Oithona spp. were not related to phytoplankton concentration and showed negative relationships with Calanus abundance. We suggest that C. finmarchicus, which largely dominates the biomass at station India, could play a key role in the structuring of the community: as prey for the carnivorous E. norvegica, vectoring the spring bloom to deep waters through faecal pellet consumption by the coprophagous Oncaea spp., and through intraguild predation on the early stages of other omnivorous copepods such as Acartia, Oithona, M. lucens and P. robusta.  相似文献

本研究以贵州省喀斯特典型区域紫云苗族布依族自治县撂荒30余年后自然恢复形成的次生林为对象,设置140 m×120 m固定样地,系统调查样地内幼树更新,并采用空间点格局分析方法分析幼树更新优势种群在不同空间尺度下的分布格局和种间关联性。结果表明: 调查样地中幼树共计1291株,包括39个树种,其中光皮桦、化香、马尾松、枫香和山杨5个树种的幼树个体数量总和达83.7%,重要值总和达77.8%,为幼树更新的优势树种。光皮桦、化香和枫香3个幼树优势种群的空间分布格局在0~60 m空间尺度上均呈现较强的聚集分布;马尾松和山杨2个幼树优势种群在小尺度上呈现聚集分布,大尺度上则随机分布。幼树优势种群空间关联性多呈现正关联,仅马尾松与枫香和山杨在小尺度呈现正关联,大尺度呈现不相关。调查样地5个幼树优势种群空间分布格局及种间关联性差别较大,可能与树种的生物学特性、生境及空间资源的利用密切相关。目前,林分多以先锋树种为主,群落结构不稳定;以马尾松和光皮桦为优势种群的松-桦混交林可能成为下一阶段演替方向,建议通过森林经营措施加快植被恢复进程。  相似文献

为了测定七星瓢虫成虫对枸杞木虱4种虫态的捕食作用,分别在室内测定七星瓢虫的捕食功能反应、种内干扰、自身密度干扰、捕食偏好性以及在田间七星瓢虫对枸杞木虱的捕食效果.结果表明: 七星瓢虫对枸杞木虱的捕食功能反应符合Holling Ⅱ型方程,其中对卵的最大捕食量为112.6粒,对1~2龄若虫、3~5龄若虫、成虫的最大捕食量分别为536、415和113.9头;田间罩笼试验结果证明,七星瓢虫成虫在其生长周期30 d内能使枸杞木虱总虫口密度下降80.1%;七星瓢虫对1~2龄枸杞木虱若虫的搜寻效率参数a=0.9451,处理时间参数Th=0.001865,整体优于卵、3~5龄若虫与成虫,且在每皿100头的猎物密度下七星瓢虫的最大捕食率能达80.2%,益害比参考值为1∶100.七星瓢虫对枸杞木虱的捕食作用受自身密度的影响显著大于种内干扰.在混合猎物密度为每皿100头下,七星瓢虫更偏好木虱成虫,在密度为每皿300头下,七星瓢虫更偏向于木虱若虫.表明七星瓢虫是很有控制潜力的捕食性天敌,人工释放七星瓢虫成虫可有效取食枸杞木虱初孵若虫,降低木虱为害.  相似文献

通过实验生态学和生物化学的方法,研究了UV-B辐射对三角褐指藻和小角毛藻的生长、叶绿素a、类胡萝卜素、丙二醛、可溶性蛋白含量和抗氧化物酶活性的影响。结果表明:(1) UV-B辐射增强抑制了2种微藻的生长,低剂量(0.75J/m2)UV-B辐射对三角褐指藻的生长具有一定刺激作用。(2) 三角褐指藻的叶绿素a含量随辐射剂量的增加先上升后下降,小角毛藻chl-a含量缓慢下降。2种微藻MDA含量随UV-B辐射剂量的增加而升高。(3) 随着辐射剂量的增加,三角褐指藻可溶性蛋白含量先稍有升高后较快下降。小角毛藻可溶性蛋白含量始终呈下降趋势。(4) UV-B辐射增强使2种微藻的SOD 、POD和CAT活性先升高后下降,小角毛藻的酶活性变化相对稳定。  相似文献

极小种群野生植物是亟需保护、最为濒危的植物, 研究极小种群野生植物物种重要值和竞争格局对保护与恢复具有重要实践意义。本文通过野外群落调查, 研究了湖北省分布的7种极小种群野生植物大别山五针松(Pinus fenzeliana var. dabeshanensis)、水杉(Metasequoia glyptostroboides)、峨眉含笑(Michelia wilsonii)、小勾儿茶(Berchemiella wilsonii)、长果秤锤树(Sinojackia dolichocarpa)、黄梅秤锤树(S. huangmeiensis)和庙台槭(Acer miaotaiense)的重要值及改进后的Hegyi竞争指数。结果表明: 从重要值来看, 水杉、长果秤锤树在各自所属的群落中具有较高的重要值及较低的变异系数, 为群落中的优势种; 庙台槭和黄梅秤锤树重要值较高, 为群落中的亚优势种; 大别山五针松、峨眉含笑、小勾儿茶重要值较低, 为群落伴生种。从改进后的Hegyi竞争指数来看, 湖北省7种极小种群野生植物受到的竞争压力的来源和强度存在较大差异, 大别山五针松、峨眉含笑、小勾儿茶、黄梅秤锤树主要受到种间竞争, 而水杉、长果秤锤树、庙台槭主要受到种内竞争, 因此在制定保护措施前要充分考虑物种间的竞争情况, 才能采取更有针对性的保护措施。  相似文献

The behaviour of Pichia stipitis, Pachysolen tannophilus, Candida shehatae and Candida parapsilosis was investigated to select the most suitable yeast to convert xylose either to ethanol or to xylitol, with little or no formation of by-products. The aeration rate was used as a variable parameter. P. stipitis and C. parapsilosis were the most effective producers or ethanol and xylitol, respectively, both reaching productivities at very low levels of oxygenation. With P. stipitis, better ethanol productivity was attained under microaerobic conditions (KLa = 4·8 h−1) while with C. parapsilosis high yields and rates of xylitol production were detected at KLa values of about 16·3 h−1. P. tannophilus and C. shehatae showed lower performances under all conditions used while changes in oxygenation modified the ratio of ethanol to xylitol produced by these yeasts, suggesting that they are more dependent on the oxygen power input than P. stipitis and C. parapsilosis. The influence of oxygen transfer rates on ethanol and xylitol formation with the best producers is discussed.  相似文献

Complete and diel ovipositional rhythms have been observed in three aphidophagous ladybirds (Coleoptera: Coccinellidae): Coccinella septempunctata Linnaeus, Coccinella transversalis Fabricius and Propylea dissecta (Mulsant) for the first time. The complete ovipositional rhythm could be described in terms of a polynomial curve and daily fluctuations in all three species. In the diel cycle, all three ladybird species oviposited significantly in the scotophase. C. septempunctata females preferred to oviposit at the end of scotophase in the early morning hours (0300-0700), P. dissecta laid most eggs in the middle of scotophase during the night (2100-2300), and C. transversalis laid most at the beginning of the scotophase at dusk (1700-1900). While the diel ovipositional rhythm of C. septempunctata and P. dissecta did not differ between days, that of C. transversalis changed dramatically; there was a single peak on the first and second day of observation, and four oviposition peaks on the fifth day with the peaks being situated in the two hours preceding and succeeding the onset and end of the scotophase. Diel rhythms of C. septempunctata and P. dissecta appear to be endogenous in nature while that of C. transversalis is partly modified by exogenous factors.  相似文献

Four different approaches were combined to determine the nutritional relevance of debris chambers in the burrows of two thalassinidean shrimps: (1) the natural abundance of carbon and nitrogen stable isotopes in potential food sources, (2) their nutritional value based on the content and composition of essential nutrients, (3) a dual labelling experiment with shrimp in aquaria employing 15N- and 13C-labelled seagrass debris and (4) ration estimates using the acquisition rate of plant debris by the shrimps. The results of the four approaches confirmed the use of plant debris as a food source. Based on the natural abundance of stable isotopes, Corallianassa longiventris apparently relies on the chamber content and the burrow wall as sources of carbon and nitrogen, whereas Pestarella tyrrhena probably relies on ambient debris and on benthic foraminiferans and microphytobenthos in the surface sediment. Corallianassa longiventris obtains its essential nutrients predominantly from chamber debris and to a lesser extent from its burrow wall, P. tyrrhena from chamber debris, the burrow wall and the surface sediment. Among the essential nutrients, those amino acids commonly deficient to deposit feeders were particularly enriched in the burrow environments of the two shrimps. Highly unsaturated fatty acids (HUFAs) were lacking in all of C. longiventris potential food sources; this species may either be able to synthesize them de novo from linolic acid or may use another unknown source. For P. tyrrhena, surface sediment and chamber debris represent potential HUFA sources. The most probable thiamine and β-carotene supplier for C. longiventris is the chamber debris, for P. tyrrhena again the surface sediment. In both species, the rate of debris introduction into the burrow is sufficient to meet the nutritional demand.  相似文献

植物种群在不同干扰条件下对环境的适应对策可以通过其空间分布格局及关联性反映出来.金露梅是甘南亚高寒草甸中的优势种,通过野外群落调查,运用空间点格局分析的Ripley K函数,分析甘南不同坡向亚高寒草甸中金露梅种群的空间分布格局及其关联性.结果表明: 金露梅种群在3个坡向的分布具有显著差异,重要值、生物量和盖度在北坡均高于南坡;北坡和西坡金露梅种群Ⅰ、Ⅱ级个体在小尺度上呈显著聚集分布,随着龄级和空间尺度的增加,金露梅种群聚集强度逐渐减弱,趋向于随机分布;南坡由于其生境条件对金露梅生长的抑制,种间竞争激烈,各级金露梅种群的分布格局均以随机分布为主;不同坡向的金露梅种群Ⅰ、Ⅱ级个体之间在一定尺度内表现为负关联,随着尺度增加,关联度降低,Ⅲ、Ⅳ级与Ⅰ、Ⅱ级个体之间的关联性呈显著负关联;较大个体之间无明显关系,表明年龄接近的个体在空间分布上是相互独立的,利于其充分利用环境资源.  相似文献
