叶脉由贯穿于叶肉内部的维管组织及其外围机械组织构成,多样化的脉序及网络结构使叶脉系统发生变异和功能分化。该文综述了叶脉系统结构与功能的最新研究进展。通过聚焦叶脉分级系统的结构与功能及其在叶片经济谱(LES)中的重要性,解释叶脉性状与其它叶片功能性状之间的关系及机制。不同等级叶脉在机械支撑与水分运输方面存在功能分化,其中1–3级粗脉在维持叶片形状和叶表面积以及物理支撑方面发挥重要作用,有利于维持叶片最大受光面积;4级及以上细脉具有水分调节功能,它们与气孔相互协调,影响叶片水分运输、蒸腾散热和光合作用速率。叶片生长过程与叶脉发育的动态变化模式决定叶脉密度,并影响叶脉密度与叶片大小之间的关系:叶面积与粗脉密度呈显著负相关,与粗脉直径呈显著正相关,而与细脉密度无关。与叶脉性状相关的叶片经济谱框架模型预测,叶脉密度较高的叶片寿命短、比叶重较小,叶片最大碳同化速率、代谢速率以及资源获取策略潜力较高。  相似文献

对福建永春毛竹(Phyllostachys pubescens Mazel ex H.de Lehaie)叶片衰老过程的叶重量、叶面积及元素内吸收率的动态进行了研究,并对元素内吸收率RE_1(以元素的干重含量为计算单位,mg/g)、RE_2(以单位叶片的元素含量为计算单位,mg/leaf)以及RE_3(以单位叶面积的元素含量为计算单位,mg/cm~2)进行了比较。叶片衰老过程中,平均叶重量、叶面积及比叶重分别下降了19.55%、15.16%和5.07%。叶重量与叶面积下降百分率的季节变化趋势一致,说明毛竹叶片存在一定的重量与面积比率。在不同的元素内吸收率比较中,N和K的元素内吸收率均为正,Ca均为负,表明叶片衰老过程中N和K的元素含量从衰老叶片中转移至植株的其他部位,而Ca在老叶中累积。N、P、K、Ca和Mg 5种元素平均的元素内吸收率高低顺序均为RE_2>RE_3>RE_1,反映出以元素的干重含量为计算单位和以单位叶面积的元素含量为计算单位的元素内吸收率偏低。  相似文献

We proposed a kind of bionic leaf to simulate the thermal effect of leaf transpiration. The bionic leaf was firstly designed to be composed of a green coating, a water holding layer, a Composite Adsorbent (CS) layer and an adsorption-desorption rate controlling layer. A thermophysical model was established for the bionic leaf, and the dynamic simulation results reveal that the water holding layer is not necessary; a CS of high thermal conductivity should be selected as the CS layer; the adsorp- tion-desorption rate controlling layer could be removed due to the low adsorption-desorption rate of the CS; and when CaC12 mass fraction of the CS reaches 40%; the bionic leaf could simulate the dynamic thermal behavior of the natural leaf. Based on the simulation results, we prepared bionic leaves with different CaC12 content. The thermographies of the bionic leaf and the natural leaf were shot using the Infrared Thermal Imager. The measured average radiative temperature difference between the bionic and natural leaves is less than 1.0 ℃.  相似文献

福建省不同居群轮叶蒲桃叶形态与表皮特征比较   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
通过对福建省16个不同居群轮叶蒲桃叶片形态特征、叶表皮特征的观察及叶片主要性状的测量,探讨不同居群轮叶蒲桃叶型、叶表皮特征多样性,为属下种间鉴定提供依据。对16个居群轮叶蒲桃叶型多样性进行观察,采用直尺测量叶片主要性状如叶长、叶宽等;采用光学显微镜和扫描电镜对叶表皮特征进行观察。结果表明,16个居群轮叶蒲桃叶片中,闽西居群叶形为阔椭圆形;闽东、闽北、闽南等各地居群叶形为长椭圆形或近带形。不同居群轮叶蒲桃叶片表皮毛、角质层纹饰、气孔器形态与类型等表现一致,但表皮细胞垂周壁式样差异明显,具波状、浅波状、平直、弓形等几种类型,且在上下表皮间存在式样一致或有多元化现象。由此说明,福建省不同居群轮叶蒲桃叶形与表皮细胞垂周壁式样均处于较强烈分化的状态,表皮细胞垂周壁式样不能作为属种间分类的依据。  相似文献

Plant growth is reduced under saline conditions even when turgor in mature leaves is maintained by osmotic adjustment. The objective of this study was to determine if young leaves from salt-affected plants were also osmotically adjusted. Pepper plants (Capsicum annuum L. cv. California Wonder) were grown in several levels of solution osmotic potential and various components of the plants' water relations were measured to determine if young, rapidly growing leaves could accumulate solutes rapidly enough to maintain turgor for normal cell enlargement. Psychrometric measurements indicated that osmotic adjustment is similar for both young and mature leaves although osmotic potential is slightly lower for young leaves. Total water potential is also lower for young leaves, particularly at dawn for the saline treatments. The result is reduced turgor under saline conditions at dawn for young but not mature leaves. This reduced turgor at dawn, and presumably low night value, is possibly a cause of reduced growth under saline conditions. No differences in leaf turgor occur at midday. Porometer measurements indicated that young leaves at a given salinity level have a higher stomatal conductance than mature leaves, regardless of the time of day. The result of stomatal closure is a linear reduction of transpiration.  相似文献

以彩色斑叶辣椒突变体、紫叶辣椒、白色斑叶辣椒突变体功能叶为试验材料,利用光学显微镜和透射电子显微镜,通过观察叶片不同斑区的显微结构及超微结构,分析彩色斑叶的显色部位、显色特征、细胞器数量及形态变化,从细胞水平上探讨彩色斑叶辣椒复杂叶色的成因。结果表明:(1)彩色斑叶辣椒突变体子叶为紫色,自第一片真叶展开出现异色斑块,斑块位置、频率、色彩深度无明显规律。(2)叶肉细胞内叶绿体少甚至缺失形成白斑,花色素苷在叶肉细胞和保卫细胞均有分布,其在叶肉细胞不均匀分布是紫色深度不同的主因。(3)辣椒彩色斑叶突变体绿斑区内细胞形态良好,细胞器结构较好;紫色斑区和白色斑区细胞呈中度肿胀,细胞器明显异常。(4)叶肉细胞内叶绿体少甚至缺失、花色素苷不均匀分布是叶片呈现彩色的原因,该叶斑类型属于色素型。  相似文献

Measurement of leaf length and stem diameter in three Upper Carboniferous l.epidodendron species shows an exponential relationship between these parameters. Larger axes bear longer leaves even in material which had apparently completed its primary' growth. It is suggested that this is a direct product of the determinate growth pattern of the ontogeny of arborescent lycopods. Measurements of Cyclostigma from the Irish Devonian are not explicable in these terms, and it is suggested that some specimens were immature at fossilization. It is recommended that the term leaf cushion be applied to the expanded leaf base in the Lepidodendrales at all growth stages, and not only after leaf abscission. Problems in the terminology of 'young' and 'old' growth stages in these determinate plants are discussed.  相似文献

Abstract 1. Leaf mining insects feed within plant tissue and thus have close physical associations with their host plants. Little is known about the evolution of relationships between leaf miners and their host species. 2. The prevalence of leaf mining was examined in relation to the phylogeny of a dominant family of Australian plants, the Myrtaceae. Sixty‐eight species from the 10 major phylogenetic groups within the family were sampled in south‐eastern Australia. 3. Fifty‐seven per cent of the plant species examined were found to be mined. Several leaf traits were compared between mined and unmined plant species to investigate the potential role of both physical and nutritional characteristics in determining host‐plant susceptibility to these herbivores. 4. The physical leaf traits measured were leaf area, specific leaf area (SLA), lamina thickness, toughness, and amount of fibre (percentage hemicellulose). The nutritional traits were water content, and concentrations of carbon, nitrogen, total phenols and condensed tannins. Principal component analysis showed mined plant species differed from unmined in terms of several leaf traits. 5. In a post hoc regression weighted for phylogeny, leaf miner presence was significantly positively correlated with plant species having thinner laminas and higher phenol concentrations, and was positively correlated with marginal significance to SLA and water content.  相似文献

叶片是植物与环境进行水气交换的重要场所, 形态多变。叶片形态可直接影响植物的生理生化过程, 反映植物的资源获取策略。该文以叶片大小、叶形、叶缘特征(有无叶齿)和叶型(单、复叶)等形态性状为例, 总结了当前叶片形态的研究进展, 分析了叶形态性状的生态功能, 综述叶片形态的地理分布, 探讨叶片形态性状变化的驱动因素及其对生态系统功能的影响。现有研究主要聚焦于局域尺度的特定类群, 关注叶大小、叶缘具齿性以及叶型的地理分布与生态成因, 发现叶片的形态发育受基因调控, 叶形态性状与其他性状相互权衡, 其空间变异受气温和降水量共同驱动。以叶大小为代表的叶片形态性状影响水分和养分循环, 能够反映气候变化下的群落响应, 也可用于预测生态系统初级生产力。今后应结合新方法获得覆盖度高且区域无偏的数据, 探索叶形态在长时间尺度上的适应性进化, 研究叶形态特征及其对生态系统功能影响的尺度推绎。该文有助于从叶片的角度认识植物对环境变化的响应, 以性状为桥梁将个体适合度、群落动态与生态系统功能联系起来, 能够加深对植物群落生态学和功能生物地理学等相关领域研究进展的了解。  相似文献

叶是植物进行光合作用的主要器官。高等植物叶原基起始于顶端分生组织的周边区,在一系列基因精确调控下,叶原基建立近一远轴、基一顶轴和中.侧轴极性,引导原基细胞朝着特定的方向分裂和分化,最终发育戍一定形态和大小的叶片。近年来分子遗传学研究结果表明,数个转录因子家族基因、小分子RNA和细胞增殖相关因子组成一个复杂的遗传控制网络,调节叶片极性建成过程。此外,复叶的形态建成还受到另外一些转录因子的调控。本文对近年来叶发育遗传调控机理研究的新进展做简要介绍。  相似文献

鉴于气孔发育影响气孔导度和蒸腾速率,推测气孔发育可能影响叶温调节。为验证这一假设并阐述相关规律,在控光和控温条件下研究了冬青卫矛和华北紫丁香气孔发育、气孔导度、蒸腾速率及其与叶温的关系。结果表明,伴随冬青卫矛、华北紫丁香叶片生长气孔逐渐增大,但气孔密度下降;在此过程中,气孔导度和蒸腾速率逐步提高,而叶片温度降低;尽管冬青卫矛和华北紫丁香叶片的气孔密度和大小差异很小,但华北紫丁香近轴侧和远轴侧均有气孔分布,而冬青卫矛则只有远轴侧分布气孔,且相同条件下华北紫丁香的气孔导度和蒸腾速率高、叶温低。因此,气孔发育能够促进气孔导度和蒸腾速率提高,有助于降低叶温;近轴侧气孔可能更有利于蒸腾降温。  相似文献

植物叶色突变体是研究植物光合作用机制、叶绿素生物合成分解途径的理想材料。为了研究白桦T-DNA突变株(yl)叶色与叶绿素含量的关系及yl苗高生长特性,实验以yl突变株为材料,测定其叶绿素与叶色的时序变化规律,分析生长特性。实验结果显示,白桦在生长季的不同发育时期,yl突变株的叶色一直呈现深黄绿色,色度计测定发现其叶片黄色程度及亮度均高于对照株系,叶色参数b*值分布于CIELab系统色拼图的黄色区域;从早春到9月中旬,yl突变株的叶绿素SPAD值一直显著低于对照株系(P<0.05),该值与a*值呈显著的负相关。yl突变株苗高显著低于对照株系,苗高年生长仅是对照株系均值的35.15%,其速生期内苗高日生长量均值(GD)也显著低于对照株系,是对照株系均值的58.50%,认为苗高生长量的降低是由于T-DNA插入突变影响了叶绿素生物合成的结果。  相似文献

Leaves from sugarcane were collected from Egyptian plantation fields and tested for phytoplasma (Sugarcane yellows phytoplasma, SCYP) and Sugarcane yellow leaf virus (SCYLV) using nested PCR (with different primers) and RT‐PCR, respectively. These results showed significant differences in the amplification of the PCR assays. The primer MLO‐X/MLO‐Y, which amplified the 16S‐23S rDNA spacer region, was the most precise to detect the phytoplasma in sugarcane plants. Sequencing and restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis revealed that all tested phytoplasmas belonged to the 16SrI (aster yellows phytoplasma) group, with the exception of cultivar G84‐47 belonged to the 16SrXI (Rice yellow dwarf phytoplasma) group. Three Egyptian sugarcane cultivars were phytoplasma free. Phylogenetic analyses of 34 screened accessions of 16S ribosomal DNA gene sequences of Candidatus phytoplasma including the ones collected from Egypt used in this study and those extracted from GenBank showed that they split into two distinct clusters. The phylogenetic analyses indicated that these phytoplasmas are closely related and share a common ancestor. All tested Egyptian sugarcane plants were infected by SCYLV with the exception of cultivar Phil‐8013 which was virus free.  相似文献

以五大连池新期火山熔岩台地13个稳定的自然植物群落共有种香杨、万年蒿、岩败酱为研究对象,测定其叶干物质含量(LDMC)、比叶面积(SLA)、叶氮含量(LNC)、叶磷含量(LPC)、叶氮磷比(N/P)等叶功能性状,研究不同生境下3种植物叶功能性状的变异特征,探讨新期火山熔岩台地植物叶功能性状相互之间的内在联系及其对环境的适应性。结果表明:(1)3种植物LDMC变化在0.294~0.359g·g~(-1)之间,SLA变化在9.082~22.347m2·kg~(-1)之间;与其他区域的研究结果相比,新期火山熔岩台地植物的LDMC值相对偏大、SLA值相对偏小,说明五大连池新期火山熔岩台地的植物采用高LDMC低SLA策略适应贫瘠恶劣的环境。(2)3种植物LNC变化在9.690~15.710g·kg~(-1)之间,LPC变化在0.669~1.078g·kg~(-1)之间,叶钾含量(LKC)变化在10.410~29.830g·kg~(-1)之间,叶N/P的变化在9.781~20.990之间;与其他区域的研究结果相比,新期火山熔岩台地植物LNC和LPC值相对偏小,LKC和N/P值相对偏大,说明五大连池新期火山熔岩台地的植物生长主要受磷素的限制,而且LNC偏小和LKC偏高与新期火山熔岩台地土壤中全N、全K的含量变化特征有关。(3)通过ANVOA分析发现,群落间植物叶功能性状的变异幅度较小,3种植物之间N/P、LDMC和SLA的变异幅度也较小,这说明在水分和养分极缺的火山熔岩台地植物对其生境的适应对策相似。(4)Pearson相关分析发现,SLA与LDMC以及N/P与LDMC和SLA均呈显著负相关关系。  相似文献
