From the leaves of Myrica gale 2′,4′-dihydroxy-6′-methoxy-3′,5′-dimethylchalcone has been isolated. The fruits yielded 2′-hydroxy-4′,6′-dimethoxy-3′-methyldihydrochalcone. The constitutions were deduced from spectroscopic data and confirmed by synthesis.  相似文献

The trunk wood of Pterodon apparicioi contains five known compounds: 7-hydroxy-6,4′-dimethoxy-, 7-hydroxy-6-methoxy-3′,4′-methylenedioxy-, 6,7,2′,3′,4′-pentamethoxy-, 6,7,2′,4′,5′-pentamethoxy- and 6,7,2′-trimethoxy-4′,5′-methylenedioxyisoflavone. In addition, there are four new substances, namely 7,3′-dihydroxy-6,4′-dimethoxy-, 7-hydroxy-6,2′,4′,5′-tetramethoxy-, 7,2′-dimethoxy-4′,5′-methylenedioxy- and 7,8,2′-trimethoxy-4′,5′-methylenedioxyisoflavone.  相似文献

The monohydroxycarotenoids formed by diphenylamine-inhibited cultures of Rhodospirillum rubrum have been investigated. Nine have been isolated and identified as 1-hydroxy-1,2-dihydrophytofluene (1), 1-Hydroxy-1,2,7′,8′,11′,12′-hexahydrolycopene (2), chloroxanthin (3), 1-methoxy-1′-hydroxy-1,2,1′,2′-tetrahydrophytofluene (4a), 1′-hydroxy-3,4,1′,2′,11′,12′-hexahydrospheroidene (5, 1′-hydroxy-3,4,1′,2′-tetrahydrospheroidene (6, 1′-hydroxy 1′,2′-dihydrospheroidene (7), rhodovibrin (8a) and monodeme thylated spirilloxanthin (9). 4a, 5 and 6 are novel carotenoids, and a definite structure has been assigned to 2 for the first time; the structure of 1 has been amended. The possible role of these carotenoids in spirilloxanthin biosynthesis is discussed.  相似文献

The wood bark of Mezilaurus itauba afforded in addition to seven known neolignans, three new compounds rel-(7R,8R,1′S,3′S)-Δ5′,8′-5′-methoxy-3,4-methylenedioxy-1′,2′,3′,4′-tetrahydro-2′,4′-dioxo-7.3′,8.1′-neolignan, rel-(7S,8S,1′S, 2′S, 3′R, 4′S)-Δ8′-2′,4′-dihydroxy-3,4-methylenedioxy-1′,2′,3′,4′,5′,6′-hexahydro-5′-oxo-7.3′,8.1′-neolignan and rel-(7S,8S)-Δ8′-6′-hydroxy 5′-methoxy-3,4-methylenedioxy-7·O·2′,8.3′-neolignan. The latter compound has been detected previously in Aniba terminalis. The structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods and comparison with related compounds.  相似文献

A new optically active flavan aglucone, 7-hydroxy-3′,4′-methylenedioxyflavan, and its 7-glucoside have been isolated from the bulbs of Zephyranthes flava, collected at flowering. Additionally, two known flavans, 7,4′-dihydroxy-3′-methoxyflavan and 7-methoxy-2′-hydroxy-4′,5′-methylenedioxyflavan, have been isolated for the first time from this species. The structures of these flavans have been established by comprehensive analyses (UV, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, mass spectrometry, [α]D) of the compounds and their acetates, and also by chemical correlation.  相似文献

The stem bark of Ocotea veraguensis has yielded nine neolignans of which five appear to be novel. The trunk wood of an Amazonian Aniba (Lauraceae) species contains, besides dillapiol and the benzodioxane-type neolignan eusiderin, four bicyclo(3.2.1)octanoid neolignans. Two triterpenes (1 and 2) and eight lignans (3–10) were isolated from the ethyl acetate-soluble fraction of the leaves of Styrax tonkinensis (Pierre) Craib ex Hartw (Styracaceae). Their structures were established as ursolic acid (1), pomolic acid (2), 3,3′-bis(3,4-dihydro-6-methoxy-2H-1-benzopyran) (3), rac-(8α,8′β)-4,4′-dihydroxy-3,3′-dimethoxylignan-9,9′-diyldiacetate (4), (-)-secoisolariciresinol (5), (+)-pinoresinol (6), 4,4′-dihydroxy-3,3′-dimethoxy-9-ethoxy-9,9′-epoxylignan (7), (2S,3R, 4R)-4-[1-ethoxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxy)phenyl]methyl-2-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxy)phenyl-3-hydroxymethyl-tetrahydrofuran (8), (-)-neo-olivil-(9-O-9″)-seco-isolariciresinol (9) and isolariciresinol (10) based on MS, 1H-and 13C-NMR spectral data. All these compounds (1–10) were firstly isolated from this plant, and compounds 2–5 and 7–9 were reported from the Styrax genus for the first time. Furthermore, the chemotaxonomic significance of the isolated compounds was discussed.  相似文献

A previous report disclosed the presence of benzodioxan and bicyclo[3.2.1]octanoid neolignans in the benzene extract of the trunk wood of an Amazonian Aniba (Lauraceae) species. The chloroform extract of the same material contains additionally two new benzodioxan neolignans [rel-(7S,8R)-Δ8′-7-hydroxy-3,4,5,5′-tetramethoxy-7.0.3′,8.0.4′-neolignan; rel-(7R,8R)-Δ7′-3,4,5,5′-tetramethoxy-9′-oxo-7.0.3′,8.0.4′-neolignan], two new bicyclo[3.2.1]-octanoid neolignans [(7R,8S,1′S,2′S,3′S,4′R)-Δ8′-2′,4′-dihydroxy-3,3′-dimethoxy-4,5-methylenedioxy-1′,2′,3′,4′,5′,6′-hexahydro-5′-oxo-7.3′,8.1′-neolignan; (7R,8S,1′R,2′S,3′S)-Δ8′-2′-hydroxy-3,3′,5′-trimethoxy-4,5-methylenedioxy-1′,2′,3′,4′-tetrahydro-4′-oxo-7.3′,8.1′-neolignan] and a hydrobenzofuranoid neolignan [(7S,8R,1′S,5′S)-Δ8′-3,3′,5′-tri-methoxy-4,5-methylenedioxy-1′,4′,5′,6′-tetrahydro-4′-oxo-7.0.2′,8.1-neolignan].  相似文献

In the wood of Adiscanthus fusciflorus six known alkaloids 4-methoxy-2-quinolone, 1-methyl-4-methoxy-2-quinolone, dictamine, skimmianine, γ-fagarine and N-methylflindersine and two new dihydrocinnamic acids 3-[2′,6′-dimethoxy-6″,6″-dimethylpyrano(2″,3″:4′, 3′)phenyl]-propionic acid and its methyl ester were identified. 2-(1′-Oxo-dodeca-5′, 8′, 11′, 14′, 17′(all Z)-pentaenyl)-5-methoxy-1, 3-dihydroxybenzene, 2- (1′-oxo-dodeca-5′, 8′, 11′, 14′, 17′(all Z)-pentaenyl)-1, 3, 5-trihydroxybenzene, 2-(17′-hydroxy-1′-oxo-dodeca-5′, 8′, 11′, 14′(all Z)-tetraenyl)-1, 3, 5-trihydroxybenzene and 2-(1′oxo-hexadecyl)-1, 3, 5-trihydroxybenzene have been isolated from the related brown algae Zonaria farlowii, Z diesingiana and Lobophora papenfussii. The structures of these new metabolites are based on extensive spectral analyses and comparisons with model compounds. The isolation of (+)-7, 8-dimethyltocol, from L. papenfussii, is also reported.  相似文献
