Lamproderma magniretisporum, a new species of myxomycete from Costa Rica, is described and illustrated. This new species is characterized by its lignicolous
habitat, long stalk, dark radial capillitium, large spores, and reticulate spore ornamentation. The stability of the taxonomic
characters of L. magniretisporum is supported by two well-developed collections. The morphology of the sporocarp was subjected to detailed study with both
the light microscope and the scanning electron microscope. Micrographs of all relevant features are presented.

Summary A total number of 165 fungi representing 51 genera have been isolated from 22 soil samples collected at various stages of cultivation and crop growth from paddy fields of Orissa. Many rare fungi as well as two gymnoascomycetous fungi new to science have been isolated. Certain of the fungi were found to be ecologically mature and dominant in the paddy fields and were present during all the stages of cultivation or growth of paddy plants. Not much difference in the species of fungi was observed to exist between Cuttack and Sambalpur plots, between fertile and less fertile plots but a definite difference was found between the fungal flora of dalua and main crop seasons. Among the four media used, rose bengal streptomycin agar was found to be the best isolation medium. 相似文献

25 taxa of Myxomycetes collected around melting snow banks in montaneous and alpine areas of Tyrol are presented. From a chorological point of view especially interesting are: Diderma asteroides, D. lyallii, D. peyerimhoffii, Didymium nivicolum, Hemitrichia abietina, Physarum alpestre, Trichia persimilis, Trichia sordida var. sordida, Trichia sordida var. sordidoides. The nivicolous taxa Badhamia alpina and Didymium wilczekii are considered to be synonyms of Badhamia foliicola and Didymium dubium. 广西横跨北回归线 ,是我国生物多样性高度丰富的地区之一 ,但对这一地区的粘菌从未有过专门的研究 ,此前仅有 1 9种粘菌被记载。为了丰富对广西粘菌资源和物种多样性的认识 ,同时也作为国家热带菌物资源调查项目工作的组成部分 ,作者进行了广西粘菌的资源和分类研究。通过野外采集和基物湿室培养获得粘菌标本 2 49份 ,经鉴定、分类和对原有 1 5份广西产粘菌标本的复核 ,确定了 63个单元 ,它们分属于 6目 1 0科 2 5属 ,其中 6种目前在国内仅知分布于广西 ,另有 46种为广西首次记录。该汇录报告了广西产粘菌的已知种 ,考证标本全部保存在中国科学院微生物研究所真菌标本馆 (HMAS)。 相似文献

Summary Totally 20 species ofPericonia have been studied, of whichP. ellisii, P. hyderabadensis, P. indica, P. masonii, P. pseudohispidula, P. scrobiculata, P. simplex, P. stilbacearum, P. torulosa, P. warticulata, andP. yadagirensis are new, remaining reported for the first time from these parts. The discussion includes comments on the distribution, nature of colonies, fertility of stipes, their arrangement in colonies and its application in taxonomy.
