THE PSYCHOLOGY OF PLAY

Psychoneurological study of national minorities is a problem of the epoch for all the psychoneurological sciences. Under Soviet conditions, under conditions for the growth of socialism, a qualitatively totally new setting is being created for the all-round creative and extraordinarily rapid development of national minorities. The facts of history are being literally eradicated; the old estate-based "aristocratic" contempt for the so-called "inferior races" is being eliminated. We see how these "inferior races" are becoming quickly differentiated in terms of class, and how they are being transformed into "superior races" under conditions of the developing socialism, particularly among their proletarian, impoverished sectors, which previously were considered the "lowest of the low."
