棉铃虫持续取食对棉花三种防御酶活性的作用 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
昆虫取食作为一种关键的生物胁迫因子对棉花防御机制产生了重要影响。植物对昆虫取食产生的防御响应,在昆虫与植物的生态关系中具有重要作用。为了明确棉铃虫Helicoverpa armigera取食与棉花防御性之间的动态互作关系,本文研究了棉铃虫持续取食下及停止取食后,棉花中3种防御相关酶活性变化的时间效应。在明确了棉花受损程度与棉铃虫取食时间关系的基础上,分别考察了棉铃虫持续取食2、6、12、18和24h,对棉花中苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、脂氧合酶(LOX)和多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性的影响。针对棉铃虫持续取食棉叶12h后停止取食,研究了去除虫害胁迫后0、6、12、24和36h,棉花体内PAL、LOX、PPO活性的变化。结果表明:在棉铃虫持续取食棉叶24h内,棉花中3种防御酶的活性响应有所不同,其中,棉铃虫持续取食2和6h对棉花体内PAL活性没有产生显著影响,而持续取食12h显著诱导了PAL活性,持续取食24和36h,均极显著诱导了PAL活性;棉铃虫持续取食2、6、12、和18h均显著诱导了棉花体内LOX活性,持续取食24h极显著诱导了LOX活性;棉铃虫持续取食6h极显著诱导了棉花体内PPO活性,持续取食24h显著诱导了PPO活性。棉铃虫取食12h后停止取食,在去除虫害除胁迫后0、6、12、24和36h,棉花体内PAL活性均显著升高;而LOX活性则呈现出先升高后恢复正常的现象;PPO活性开始无变化,但在胁迫去除后12和24h显著增高,到36h恢复正常。可见,棉花体内PAL、LOX和PPO活性对棉铃虫取食产生的防御响应,与其受虫害持续取食胁迫时间的增长呈正相关,随着取食时间和受危害的程度加大而升高。并且,在虫害胁迫去除后的一定时间内,棉花体内PAL、LOX和PPO活性依然会保持较高的活性状态,而同等程度机械损伤后的棉叶内PAL、LOX、PPO活性均没有发生显著性变化。说明棉花对于棉铃虫取食胁迫的防御与棉花生理生化性质的改变有关,且具有持续性。 相似文献

不同食料植物对棉铃虫生长发育和繁殖的影响 总被引:11,自引:4,他引:11
报道了棉花、烟草、番茄和辣椒4种植物对棉铃虫Helicoverpa armigera生长发育和繁殖的影响。棉铃虫成虫喜欢在番茄上产卵,在辣椒上的着卵量最少。初孵幼虫喜选食嫩棉叶,选食辣椒嫩叶的虫数最少。4组幼虫取食嫩叶时的平均相对生长速率都有显著差异,顺序为棉叶组>烟叶组>番茄叶组>辣椒叶组。幼虫存活率以取食棉花时最高,取食番茄时最低。棉花组成虫的产卵量最高,烟草组的产卵量最低。取食棉花的棉铃虫种群增长的速度约为取食番茄时的14倍。6龄幼虫能有效利用和转化棉铃、烟草蒴果、辣椒果实,而对番茄果实的利用和转化效率较低。棉铃虫可分别以这4种植物的不同器官为食完成世代循环。其中,棉花是最适宜的寄主,辣椒和番茄是较不适宜的寄主。 相似文献

A giant taro proteinase inhibitor (GTPI) cDNA was expressed in transgenic tobacco using three different gene constructs. The highest expression level obtained was ca. 0.3% of total soluble protein when the cDNA was driven by the Arabidopsis rbcS ats1 promoter. Repeated feeding trials with Helicoverpa armigera larvae fed on clonally derived T0 and T1 plants expressing GTPI demonstrated that, relative to those fed on control plants, some growth inhibition (22–40%) occurs, but there was no increase in larval mortality. Proteinase activities of larvae fed on GTPI-expressing tobacco or GTPI-containing diet were examined to monitor the spectrum of digestive proteinases in the midgut. Total proteinase activity was reduced by 13%, but GTPI-insensitive proteinase activity was increased by up to 17%. Trypsin was inhibited by 58%, but chymotrypsin and elastase were increased by 26% and 16% respectively. These results point to an adaptive mechanism in this insect that elevates the levels of other classes of proteinases to compensate for the trypsin activity inhibited by dietary proteinase inhibitors. 相似文献

The present investigation was done with the aim of studying the genetics of Indoxacarb resistance. Selection of Helicoverpa armigera (Hubner) with Indoxacarb was done for eight generations to develop resistance. Reciprocal crosses between resistant and susceptible populations were made to understand the population genetics of Indoxacarb resistance in H. armigera . Generation-wise selection with Indoxacarb was evaluated for resistance development in H. armigera . The LC50 of Indoxacarb was 2.81 p.p.m. for the first selected generation, and it increased to 272.55 p.p.m. after eight selected generations, which is a 1238.86-fold resistance compared to the susceptible strain. The estimated realized heritability (h2 ) after eight generations of selection with Indoxacarb was 0.45. The number of generations required for a tenfold increase in LC50 (1/R) was estimated to be 2.59. The response to Indoxacarb selection in H. armigera was 0.39, the estimated selection differential (S) was 0.87, and the phenotypic standard deviation (σp) was 0.03. Reciprocal crosses between Indoxacarb resistant and susceptible strains revealed that the inheritance of Indoxacarb resistance was autosomal: neither maternal effect nor linkage was evident. The values of DLC (0.10 and 0.09) indicated completely recessive inheritance of Indoxacarb resistance. 相似文献

测定了棉铃虫Helicoverpa armigera抗氰戊菊酯种群及相对敏感种群不同组织微粒体的甲氧试卤灵-O-脱甲基酶、乙氧试卤灵-O-脱乙基酶、乙氧香豆素-O-脱乙基酶、芳烷基羟基化酶和艾氏剂环氧化酶的活性。结果表明:抗性种群棉铃虫中肠组织的这5种酶活性分别比敏感种群的活性提高了11.29、4.10、2.66、6.30和2.34倍,其脂肪体及体壁的相应酶活性则分别为敏感种群的1.46、6.80、1.36、4.05、1.48倍和12.32、2.2、1.33、0.80和0.51倍。两种群中,棉铃虫不同组织部位的各单加氧酶活性均不同,活性高低顺序在两种群间也不同。总体而言,均是中肠或脂肪体微粒体对不同底物的氧化代谢能力最强。 相似文献

Abstract: The noctuid pod borer, Helicoverpa armigera , is one of the most important pests of pigeonpea, and plant resistance is an important component for minimizing the extent of losses caused by this pest. To develop insect-resistant cultivars, it is important to understand the contributions of different components of resistance, and therefore, we studied the antixenosis mechanism of resistance to H. armigera in a diverse array of pigeonpea genotypes under no-choice, dual-choice, and multi-choice conditions. Antixenosis for oviposition was observed in case of ICPL 187-1, ICP 7203-1, ICPL 88039, T 21, ICPL 84060, and ICPL 332 under no-choice, dual-choice and multi-choice conditions. However, the number of eggs laid on ICPL 88039, T 21 and ICP 7203-1 did not differ significantly from those on ICPL 87 under dual-choice conditions. The susceptible check, ICPL 87 was highly preferred for oviposition. The genotypes ICP 7203-1, ICPL 187-1, T 21, ICPL 332, and ICPL 84060 can be used as sources of non-preference mechanism of resistance in pigeonpea improvement programs to breed for resistance to H. armigera . 相似文献

为了指导棉铃虫防控中化学杀虫剂和天敌昆虫协调使用,本文采用浸叶法和玻管药膜法测定了4种双酰胺类杀虫剂对棉铃虫3龄幼虫和松毛虫赤眼蜂成蜂的毒力.结果表明,供试双酰胺类杀虫剂中氯虫苯甲酰胺、氟苯虫酰胺和氟氰虫酰胺对棉铃虫幼虫表现出了较高的毒力水平(LC50分别为0.2882、0.3894、0.8609 mg/L),稍低于对照药剂甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐(简称:甲维盐)(LC50为0.06493 mg/L);而溴氰虫酰胺对棉铃虫的毒力(LC50为3.7638 mg/L)明显低于甲维盐.从对天敌昆虫安全性来看,氯虫苯甲酰胺、氟苯虫酰胺和氟氰虫酰胺对松毛虫赤眼蜂的毒性(LC50分别为1.0060、0.9933、1.1541 mg/L)明显低于甲维盐(其LC50为0.1646 mg/L),表现出了较高的安全性;但是,溴氰虫酰胺对松毛虫赤眼蜂毒性较高(LC50为0.4952 mg/L),安全性较差.本研究将为棉铃虫防控中药剂与天敌协调使用提供依据. 相似文献

Indoxacarb, an oxadiazine insecticide, was evaluated for its effectiveness against Helicoverpa armigera collected from selected locations in India. Determination of Indoxacarb efficacy was done using a log-dose probit (LDP) bioassay against third instars collected from cotton ( Gossypium arborium ) fields near Akola, India. Monthly levels of toxicity of Indoxacarb were determined from July 2005 to March 2007. The maximum tolerance level of Indoxacarb was reported for the Amaravati strain (5.09 p.p.m.) and the minimum tolerance level for the Fatehbad strain (0.22 p.p.m.). Seasonal monitoring of Indoxacarb toxicity revealed an increased trend in tolerance from July 2005 to February 2006, which decreased from March 2006. The LC50 of Indoxacarb was 2.71 p.p.m. in July 2005 and 17.14 p.p.m. in February 2006. During 2006–2007, the LC50 was 3.84 p.p.m. at the start of the season and in March 2007 it was 13.51 p.p.m. The minimum LC50 of Indoxacarb was reported for H. armigera larvae fed on Legasca spp. (1.62 p.p.m.) and the maximum LC50 was reported for H. armigera reared on chickpea ( Cicer arietium ) (8.45 p.p.m.). LC50 of 2.73 and 4.56 p.p.m. were reported for H. armigera fed on cotton ( Gossypium arborium ) and pigeonpea ( Cajanus cajan ), respectively. 相似文献

不同龄期棉铃虫用氰戊菊酯汰选对其抗性发展的影响 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
利用中抗(15.06倍)品系,室内用氰戊菊酯对棉铃虫Helicoverpa armigera初孵至4龄幼虫分别进行连续汰选,选育9代后,以3龄幼虫汰选的抗性发展最快(31.5倍), 其次是4龄、2龄幼虫汰选的品系(分别增加25.2倍和14.5倍),用初孵幼虫汰选的抗性发展最慢(10.2倍)。抗性现实遗传力的测定表明,3龄幼虫汰选的抗性现实遗传力(0.4419)显著大于初孵幼虫的(0.2346)。代谢酶抑制剂的增效实验发现,磷酸三苯酯(TPP)对各品系棉铃虫均无明显增效作用。而增效醚(PBO)对高龄幼虫汰选的品系的增效作用比低龄幼虫汰选的品系增效作用强。测定初孵和3龄幼虫汰选品系试虫的击倒抗性发现,初孵幼虫汰选品系的抗性增加倍数(10.2)与击倒抗性增加的倍数(10.5)相似,而3龄幼虫汰选的抗性增加倍数(31.5)显著高于击倒抗性增加的倍数(19.9)。认为初孵幼虫期多功能氧化酶(MFO)表达不完全,用药主要是筛选击倒抗性,而高龄幼虫期用药则会同时筛选击倒抗性和MFO参与的代谢抗性。因而初孵幼虫期用药抗性发展缓慢。生产上不仅可以提高药剂的防效,同时可以延缓抗性的发展。 相似文献

测试了不同温、湿度下白僵菌Beauveria bassiana对棉铃虫Helicoverpa armigera幼虫的致病力。实验设置了10、15、20、25、30℃ 5个温度水平,用高浓度(1×10<.sup8孢子/mL)、中浓度(1×107孢子/mL)、低浓度(1×106孢子/mL)的白僵菌孢子液分别感染1~4龄的棉铃虫。结果表明:三个浓度处理的棉铃虫在温度为25℃时的致死中时(LT50)最短,死亡速度最快,死亡率最高;高于或低于此温度时,棉铃虫的LT50延长,死亡速度减慢。相对湿度发生变化时,感病棉铃虫死亡速度和死亡率明显不同。相对湿度为95%左右时,棉铃虫死亡速度最快,死亡率最高;相对湿度低于70%时,棉铃虫死亡率显著降低。 相似文献
