Primary aldosteronism (PA) is the most common cause of endocrine hypertension with a high frequency of cardiovascular complications. We found in our previous study higher occurrence of metabolic disturbances in patients with idiopathic hyperaldosteronism (IHA) compared to subjects with aldosterone-producing adenoma (APA). The aim of our present study is to evaluate potential differences in the frequency of end-organ damage (arterial stiffness and microalbuminuria) between two main types of PA. The diagnosis of the particular form of PA was based on adrenal venous sampling and/or histopathological examination. We analyzed clinical and laboratory data from 72 patients with PA (36 with IHA, 36 with APA). The arterial stiffness was expressed as the carotid-femoral pulse wave velocity (PWV) and the renal damage as urinary albumin excretion levels (UAE). Patients with IHA had significantly (p<0.03) higher prevalence of metabolic syndrome (17 % in APA, 35 % in IHA), higher triglycerides (1.37+/-0.71 mmol/l in APA, 1.85+/-0.87 mmol/l in IHA), lower HDL cholesterol (1.25+/-0.28 mmol/l in APA, 1.06+/-0.25 mmol/l in IHA), higher PWV (7.91+/-1.61 m/s in APA, 8.99+/-1.77 m/s in IHA) and higher UAE (12.93+/-2.21 mg/l in APA, 28.09+/-6.66 mg/l in IHA). It seems that patients with IHA may have a slightly different phenotype compared to APA.  相似文献

The prevalence of primary aldosteronism (PA) is around 10% of hypertensives, with markedly increased risk of cardiovascular damage compared with age-, sex- and BP-matched essential hypertension (EH). Currently, if hypertension is present in 20% of the population, PA will account for 2%; of these PA patients only 1% are ever screened, let alone diagnosed and treated, and the remaining 99% suboptimally treated, if at all. Mineralocorticoid receptor (MR) antagonists are effective in lowering BP, uniquely vasoprotective and safe when titrated to effect in EH. In resistant hypertension (BP elevated despite 3 or more conventional agents, including a diuretic), which constitutes 20-30% of EH, addition of a low dose MR antagonist reproducibly produces BP lowering of 20-30 mm Hg. Two thirds of PA is unilateral, and normally treated by MR antagonists; in unilateral PA surgery is recommended, but there are also studies reporting MR antagonist therapy to be noninferior over the longer term. There thus seems to be a very strong case for including a low dose MR antagonist in first-line therapy for new hypertension, given its utility and safety across EH, its particular efficacy in resistant hypertension, and its specific benefits for the 99% of subjects with occult PA. We do not have the resources to diagnose PA, but we do have the wherewithal to treat it.  相似文献

Background

To date, the available non-invasive remedies for primary aldosteronism are not satisfactory in clinical practice. The phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3Ks)/protein kinase B (PKB or AKT)/mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) signaling pathway is essential for tumorigenesis and metastasis in many types of human tumors, including renal cancer, adrenal carcinoma and pheochromocytoma. The possibility that this pathway is also necessary for the pathogenesis of primary aldosteronism has not yet been explored. To answer this question, we investigated the activity of the PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway in normal adrenal glands (NAGs), primary aldosteronism (PA) patients and NCI-H295R cells.

Methodology/Principal Findings

Between January 2005 and December 2011, we retrospectively reviewed the records of 45 patients with PA. We compared clinical characteristics (age, gender and biochemical data) and the expression of phospho-AKT (p-AKT), phospho-mTOR (p-mTOR), phospho-S6 (p-S6) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) by immunohistochemical staining and western blotting, analyzing 30 aldosterone-producing adenomas (APAs), 15 idiopathic hyperaldosteronism (IHA) tissues and 12 NAGs following nephrectomy for renal tumors (control group). Compared with the control group, most of the PA patients presented with polydipsia, polyuria, resistant hypertension, profound hypokalemia, hyperaldosteronemia and decreased plasma renin activity. Compared with normal zona glomerulosa, the levels of p-AKT, p-mTOR, p-S6 and VEGF were significantly upregulated in APA and IHA. No significant differences were found between APA and IHA in the expression of these proteins. Additionally, positive correlations existed between the plasma aldosterone levels and the expression of p-AKT and p-mTOR. In vitro studies showed that mTOR inhibitor rapamycin could inhibit cell proliferation in NCI-H295R cells in a dose- and time-dependent manner. Furthermore, this inhibitor also decreased aldosterone secretion.

Conclusions

Our data suggest that the PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway, which was overactivated in APA and IHA compared with normal zona glomerulosa, may mediate aldosterone hypersecretion and participate in the development of PA.  相似文献

The effects of ovine corticotropin releasing factor (o-CRF) on plasma aldosterone, 18-OH-corticosterone (18-OHB), plasma adrenocorticotropin (ACTH) and cortisol were determined in eight patients with primary aldosteronism, six with aldosterone-producing adenoma (APA) and two with idiopathic hyperaldosteronism (IHA). The results were compared with those in six normal subjects and eleven patients with essential hypertension (EHT, 5 with low renin and 6 with normal renin). In patients with APA, the peak plasma aldosterone and 18-OHB responses to 100 micrograms iv of o-CRF (226% and 113% increase from baseline, respectively) were greater than those in EHT and normal subjects. The net integrated aldosterone and 18-OHB responses (840 +/- 156, and 419 +/- 121 ng/dl.hr, respectively) were also significantly greater (p less than 0.01) in APA than those in normals and EHT. In two patients with IHA, both the peak and net integrated aldosterone response were smaller than those in APA, in spite of nearly identical plasma ACTH and cortisol responses. These results suggest that augmented responses of mineralocorticoids to o-CRF may be characteristic of aldosteronism due to APA, mediated by CRF-induced ACTH, and possibly other proopiomelanocortin (POMC)-derived peptides.  相似文献

In our study, the circadian blood pressure (BP) rhythm was studied in subjects with asymptomatic and normotensive pheochromocytoma. We have therefore performed 24-hour BP monitoring not only in 6 subjects with asymptomatic pheochromocytoma, but also in 33 patients with symptomatic pheochromocytoma and in 10 normotensive subjects, who served as a control group. Circadian BP rhythm was expressed by assessing a relative night-time BP decline. We found a similar BP rhythm, catecholamine excretion and tumor size in subjects with both forms of pheochromocytoma. Subjects with asymptomatic pheochromocytoma had a significantly lower night-time systolic BP decline (P=0.01) and diastolic BP decline (P=0.006) than normotensive controls. We conclude that the attenuated night-time BP decline in normotensive and asymptomatic subjects with pheochromocytoma might be a possible sign of partial desensitization of the cardiovascular system to catecholamines.  相似文献

There is a strong association between metabolic syndrome (MS) and increased cardiovascular risk. Moreover, elevated nighttime blood pressure (BP) and non-dipping (subjects with <10% decline in the asleep relative to the awake BP mean) have been also linked to increased cardiovascular morbidity and mortality. We investigated the relation between MS, circadian time of hypertension treatment, and impaired nighttime BP decline in a cross-sectional study on 3352 (1576 men/1776 women) non-diabetic hypertensive subjects, 53.7 ± 13.1 (mean ± SD) yrs of age. Among them, 2056 were ingesting all their prescribed hypertension medication upon awakening, and 1296 were ingesting at least one of their BP medications at bedtime. BP was measured by ambulatory monitoring for 48 consecutive hours to substantiate reproducibility of the dipping pattern. Physical activity was simultaneously monitored every minute by wrist actigraphy to accurately calculate mean BP when awake and asleep for each subject. MS was present in 52.6% of the subjects. The prevalence of an altered non-dipper BP profile was significantly higher among subjects with MS (52.0% vs. 39.5% in subjects without MS, p < .001). Non-dipping was significantly more prevalent among subjects ingesting all BP-lowering medications upon awakening (56.8%) than among those ingesting at least one of their BP medications at bedtime (29.1%; p < .001). Subjects with MS had significantly higher values of uric acid (6.0 vs. 5.3 g/dL, p < .001), plasma fibrinogen (331 vs. 315 mg/dL, p < .001), and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (14.8 vs. 12.4 mm, p < .001). Non-dipping was significantly associated with the presence of MS and treatment upon awakening in a multiple logistic regression model adjusted by significant confounding factors, including age, creatinine, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, and cigarette smoking. This cross-sectional study documents a significant increase of a blunted sleep-time BP decline in treated hypertensive subjects with MS. Even in the presence of MS, treatment at bedtime is significantly associated with lower prevalence of a high-risk non-dipper BP profile.  相似文献

An increasing number of patients are being diagnosed with primary aldosteronism (PA) due to aldosterone-producing macroadenoma (APA). However, there are only limited data available on the clinical characteristics of PA that are associated with adrenal microadenoma. Of the 55 patients that were diagnosed with PA in our study, 22 patients showed a unilateral adrenal over-production of aldosterone. The histopathology of the surgically removed adrenal tissues led to six patients being diagnosed with microadenoma, and the clinical features of microadenoma, macroadenoma and idiopathic hyperaldosteronism (IHA) were studied. The expression levels of CYP11B2, CYP17, CYP21 and 3β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase 2 (HSD3B2) mRNA in the adrenal cortices (n = 5 and 6, respectively) that remained attached to the adrenal microadenomas or macroadenomas were examined by real time-PCR and then compared to the expression levels in the adrenal cortices (n = 5) of non-functioning adrenal adenomas (NF). The patients with microadenoma (n = 6) had significantly higher diastolic blood pressure than the patients with macroadenoma (n = 16) or IHA (n = 33) (p < 0.05). The systolic blood pressure, plasma aldosterone concentration, serum potassium level and renal function did not differ between the PA sub-groups. The levels of CYP11B2 and CYP17 mRNA were significantly increased in the adjacent tissues of microadenomas, as compared with macroadenomas or NF (p < 0.05), whereas no significant differences in the CYP21 and HSD3B2 mRNA levels were found between the PA sub-groups. The tumor size did not influence the clinical characteristics of APA. The non-tumor portions of the microadenomas showed marked and sustained CYP11B2 mRNA expression under the suppressed renin-angiotensin system. We suggest that an increased number of microadenomas should be sampled, and the immunohistochemistry for steoridogenic enzymes should be investigated to clarify the etiology of microadenoma.  相似文献

Primary hyperaldosteronism (PH) is frequently considered to be a secondary form of diabetes mellitus (DM). In our previous study we attempted to evaluate the prevalence of DM among patients with PH compared to control subjects with essential hypertension (EH). We have noted a relatively high prevalence of DM and impaired glucose tolerance in PH, but the differences between the PH and EH groups did not reach statistical significance. We performed this study to assess whether the effective treatment of PH (surgical and conservative) would improve the glucose tolerance. We have studied 24 patients with PH of the following two subtypes: aldosterone-producing adenoma (APA) treated with adrenalectomy and idiopathic hyperaldosteronism (IHA) treated with spironolactone. No significant changes of glucose levels were found in the 60th and 120th min of the oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) in the APA group. On the other hand, fasting glucose levels were decreased significantly after adrenalectomy. Plasma glucose levels were significantly increased in the 60th min, but no differences were found in fasting values and in the 120th min in the IHA group. There was a significantly higher incidence of impaired glucose tolerance (36 per cent before, 45 per cent after treatment) and DM (9 per cent, 18 per cent) in the IHA group compared to the APA group (8 per cent, 32 per cent; DM 0 per cent, 0 per cent). In conclusion, the treatment of PH does not improve glucose tolerance. Mild worsening of glucose tolerance after treatment could be explained by an increase of the body mass index. These data, in accordance with our previous study, do not support the idea that PH is a secondary form of diabetes mellitus.  相似文献

Background

Historically, urinary aldosterone level measurement was a commonly employed confirmatory test to detect primary aldosteronism (PA). However, 24-h urine collection is inconvenient and cumbersome. We hypothesized that random urinary aldosterone measurements with correction for creatinine concentration might be comparable to 24-h urinary aldosterone levels (Uald-24 h) in the diagnosis of PA.

Methods

The non-concurrent prospective study was conducted between June 2006 and March 2008 in patients admitted for confirmation of aldosteronism by salt loading test. A 24-h urine sample, which was collected during hospitalization on the day before saline infusion testing after restoration of serum hypokalemia, was collected from all subjects. Moreover, participants were asked to collect a first bladder voiding random urine sample during clinic visits. Uald-24 h and the random urinary aldosterone-to-creatinine ratio (UACR) were calculated accordingly.

Results

A total of 102 PA patients (71 patients diagnosed of aldosterone-producing adenoma, 31 with idiopathic hyperaldosteronism) and 65 patients with EH were enrolled. The receiver operating characteristic curve showed comparable areas under the curves of UACR and Uald-24 h. The Bland-Altman plot showed mean bias but no obvious heteroscedasticity between the two tests. When using random UACR >3.0 ng/mg creatinine as the cutoff value, we obtained a specificity of 90.6% to confirm PA from essential hypertension.

Conclusions

Our study reinforce that the diagnostic accuracy of random UACR was comparable to that of Uald-24 h in PA patients. With the quickness and simplicity of the UACR method and its equivalence to Uald-24 h, this assay could be a good alternative diagnostic tool for PA confirmation.  相似文献

18,19-Dihydroxycorticosterone (18,19(OH)2-B) and 18-hydroxy-19-norcorticosterone (18-OH-19-nor-B) measurements were carried out on the urine of patients with primary aldosteronism (PA), essential hypertension (EHT), and liver cirrhosis with (LC, SA (+)) and without (LC, SA (-)) aldosteronism. The separation of these steroids was performed by extraction and high-performance liquid chromatography followed by radioimmunoassay (RIA) with specific antibodies prepared in our laboratory. 18,19(OH)2-B excretion was elevated in patients with PA (24 +/- 5.9 [+/- SE] micrograms/24 hr; n = 15) and LC, SA (+) (83 +/- 9.4 micrograms/24 hr; n = 8). Values in LC, SA (-) (3.1 +/- 1.2 micrograms/24 hr; n = 8) and in EHT (3.7 +/- 0.4 micrograms/24 hr; n = 42) were found to be similar to those in normal subjects (5.5 +/- 0.9 micrograms/24 hr; n = 30). The values of urinary 18-OH-19-nor-B in PA and LC, SA (+) were higher than in LC, SA (-) EHT and normal subjects (P less than 0.05). Values in the latter three groups, as compared with each other, did not show significant alterations. Nothing is known about the biologic relevance of 18,19(OH)2-B and very little about that of 18-OH-19-nor-B, but the latter steroid seems to potentiate experimental renal hypertension. One can speculate about possible roles of both steroids as precursors of other steroids, e.g., the biologically potent mineralocorticoid 19-noraldosterone. The data obtained suggest that it is not relevant to measure the urinary levels of either steroid in these clinical syndromes.  相似文献

The human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)-lipodystrophy syndrome is characterized by abnormalities of lipid metabolism, glucose homeostasis, and fat distribution. Overaccumulation of intramuscular lipid may contribute to insulin resistance in this population. We examined 63 men: HIV positive with lipodystrophy (n = 22), HIV positive without lipodystrophy (n = 20), and age- and body mass index-matched HIV-negative controls (n = 21). Single-slice computed tomography was used to determine psoas muscle attenuation and visceral fat area. Plasma free fatty acids (FFA), lipid profile, and markers of glucose homeostasis were measured. Muscle attenuation was significantly decreased in subjects with lipodystrophy [median (interquartile range), 55.0 (51.0-58.3)] compared with subjects without lipodystrophy [57.0 (55.0-59.0); P = 0.05] and HIV-negative controls [59.5 (57.3-64.8); P < 0.01]. Among HIV-infected subjects, muscle attenuation correlated significantly with FFA (r = -0.38; P = 0.02), visceral fat (r = -0.49; P = 0.002), glucose (r = -0.38; P = 0.02) and insulin (r = -0.60; P = 0.0001) response to a 75-g oral glucose tolerance test. In forward stepwise regression analysis with psoas attenuation as the dependent variable, visceral fat (P = 0.02) and FFA (P < 0.05), but neither body mass index, subcutaneous fat, nor antiretroviral use, were strong independent predictors of muscle attenuation (r2 = 0.39 for model). Muscle attenuation (P = 0.02) and visceral fat (P = 0.02), but not BMI, subcutaneous fat, FFA, or antiretroviral use, were strong independent predictors of insulin response (area under the curve) to glucose challenge (r2 = 0.47 for model). These data demonstrate that decreased psoas muscle attenuation due to intramuscular fat accumulation may contribute significantly to hyperinsulinemia and insulin resistance in HIV-lipodystrophy patients. Further studies are needed to assess the mechanisms and consequences of intramuscular lipid accumulation in HIV-infected patients.  相似文献

Background

Primary aldosteronism (PA) is the most common endocrine form of secondary hypertension, and one of the most common subtypes of sporadic PA is aldosterone-producing adenoma (APA). Recently, two somatic mutations of the KCNJ5 gene were implicated in APA, and two germline mutations were associated with familial hyperaldosteronism III.

Objectives

This case-control study was designed to investigate the relationship between genetic variations in the KCNJ5 gene and sporadic PA patients in Xinjiang, China.

Methods

Five common single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of the KCNJ5 gene (rs6590357, rs4937391, rs3740835, rs2604204, and rs11221497) were detected in patients with sporadic PA (n = 235) and essential hypertension (EH; n = 913) by the TaqMan polymerase chain reaction method.

Results

The EH group and the PA group showed significant differences in the distributions of genotypes and alleles of rs4937391 and rs2604204 in total and male subjects (P<0.05), as well as rs3740835 in male subjects (P<0.05). However, only the association between the rs2604204 genotype and male sporadic PA remained significant after Bonferroni’s correction (P<0.01). Furthermore, logistic regression analysis demonstrated that the CC genotype of rs2604204 was a risk factor for male patients with sporadic PA, after adjusting for age and body mass index (odds ratio = 2.228, 95% CI: 1.300–3.819, P = 0.004).

Conclusion

The genetic variant rs2604204 of KCNJ5 is associated with sporadic PA in Chinese males, suggesting that KCNJ5 may be involved in the pathogenesis of sporadic PA in these particular patients.  相似文献

Aminoglutethimide (AG: 750 mg/day) was administered to a patient with idiopathic hyperaldosteronism (IHA) and circadian rhythms in urinary excretion of sodium (UNaV), potassium (UKV), aldosterone (AER) and 17-OHCS were analyzed by the single cosinor method. Urine was collected every 4h for 24h on the day before and on the 1st, 3rd and 7th day of AG administration, and above variables in each sample were determined. Circadian rhythms of 14 patients with primary aldosteronism (PA) who served as controls were also analyzed. In the present case, circadian acrophases in UNaV and AER studied before AG administration occurred at 22(19) and 07(05), respectively. They were similar to those of preoperative PA-patients. Circadian acrophase in UNaV occurred earlier with AG administration and on the 7th day it was at 14(05), a value similar to that of postoperative PA-patients. Circadian mesor in AER decreased remarkably from 4.1 to 0.6 micrograms/4h with AG administration, as did circadian mesor in UKV, whereas circadian mesor and acrophase in 17-OHCS did not change. Thus, the circadian characteristics in urinary variables in the present IHA-case were pathophysiologically similar to those of PA.  相似文献

PurposeRecent studies have shown that the risk of cerebro- and cardiovascular events (CVEs) is higher in patients with primary aldosteronism (PA) than in those with essential hypertension (EH), and that silent brain infarction (SBI) is a risk factor and predictor of CVEs. Here, we evaluated the relationship between findings from laser speckle flowgraphy (LSFG), a recently introduced non-invasive means of measuring mean blur rate (MBR), an important biomarker of ocular blood flow, and the occurrence of SBI in patients with PA.Methods87 PA patients without symptomatic cerebral events (mean 55.1 ± 11.2 years old, 48 male and 39 female) were enrolled in this study. We measured MBR in the optic nerve head (ONH) with LSFG and checked the occurrence of SBI with magnetic resonance imaging. We examined three MBR waveform variables: skew, blowout score (BOS) and blowout time (BOT). We also recorded clinical findings, including age, blood pressure, and plasma aldosterone concentration.ResultsPA patients with SBI (15 of 87 patients; 17%) were significantly older and had significantly lower BOT in the capillary area of the ONH than the patients without SBI (P = 0.02 and P = 0.03, respectively). Multiple logistic regression analysis revealed that age and BOT were independent factors for the presence of SBI in PA patients (OR, 1.15, 95% CI 1.01–1.38; P = .03 and OR, 0.73, 95% CI 0.45–0.99; P = .04, respectively).ConclusionPA patients with SBI were older and had lower MBR BOT than those without SBI. Our analysis showed that age was a risk factor for SBI, and that BOT was a protective factor, in patients with PA. This suggests that BOT, a non-invasive and objective biomarker, may be a useful predictor of SBI and form part of future PA evaluations and clinical decision-making.  相似文献

Objective: The American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists Adrenal Scientific Committee has developed a series of articles to update members on the genetics of adrenal diseases.Methods: Case presentation, discussion of literature, table, and bullet point conclusions.Results: Primary aldosteronism (PA) is the most common form of secondary hypertension. Early detection, surveillance, and treatment of PA may mitigate future cardiovascular risk. The genetics of PA are rapidly evolving, and the consideration for genetic causes of PA are growing. Three inheritable forms of PA are now recognized: familial hyperaldosteronism type I (glucocorticoidremediable aldosteronism), familial hyperaldosteronism type II, and familial hyperaldosteronism type III. In 2 ESA-cosmonauts we compared the 24-hr profiles in blood pressure (BP) and heart rate (HR) to those that we had observed in an earlier head-down tilted (HDT) bed rest study. In view of the lack of gravitational stress, an attenuated profile was expected, as in HDT. To obtain a full profile we measured automatic upper-arm cuff measurements in 2 cosmonauts, combined with PortapresTM recordings in one. Unlike HDT, actual microgravity did not result in attenuated circadian profiles. The levels of systolic and diastolic pressures tended to be slightly lower in flight. Only nighttime heart rate was significantly lower in Space.  相似文献

The hormone aldosterone has a well-recognized physiological role in epithelial fluid and electrolyte homeostasis, and more recently defined pathophysiological roles in the cardiovascular system. The term “risk factor” implies an active role in pathophysiology, with levels lower (e.g. HDL) or higher (e.g. LDL, BP) than normal contributing to an increased likelihood of morbidity and/or mortality. In this regard, primary aldosteronism represents a classic illustration of aldosterone as a cardiovascular risk factor. In this syndrome of (relatively) autonomous aldosterone secretion, the effects of elevated hormone levels are on a range of organs and tissues—the heart, blood vessels and brain, inter alia. In other cardiovascular disorders (e.g. CCF, EH) while an elevation of aldosterone levels is often regarded as a risk factor, it is more correctly a response to the severity of disease (or to treatment intervention), rather than necessarily a risk factor with a primary role in disease progression. An enduring enigma relevant to any discussion of aldosterone as a risk factor is that very high levels of aldosterone in response to chronic sodium deficiency have homeostatic (and protective of cardiovascular) functions, while the considerably lower levels commonly seen in primary aldosteronism are incontrovertibly damaging. A final section of the paper will thus propose a mechanism which might solve this enigma, based on the commonalities–and a single crucial difference–in the factors stimulating the secretion of aldosterone and endogenous ouabain from the zona glomerulosa of the adrenal gland.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Essential hypertension (EH) is a complex multifactorial polygenic disorder that is thought to result from an interaction between an individual's genetic makeup and various environmental factors. In the kidney, prostaglandins (PGs) are important mediators of vascular tone and salt and water homeostasis, and are involved in the mediation and/or modulation of hormonal action. In previous studies, mice deficient in the prostaglandin E2 (PGE(2)) EP2 receptor had resting systolic blood pressure (BP) that was significantly lower than that of wild-type controls. The BP of those mice increased when they were put on a high-salt diet, suggesting that the EP2 receptor is involved in sodium handling by the kidney. In the present study, we investigated the association between EH and nucleotide polymorphisms in the gene encoding the prostaglandin E2 receptor subtype EP2 (PTGER2). METHODS: We selected three single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) in the human PTGER2 gene (rs1254601, rs2075797, and rs17197), and we performed a genetic association study of 266 EH patients and 253 age-matched normotensive (NT) controls. RESULTS: There was no significant difference in overall distribution of genotypes or alleles of any of the SNP between the EH and NT groups. However, among men, the A/A type of the SNP rs17197 (rs17197, A/G in 3'UTR) was significantly more frequent in EH subjects than in NT subjects (P=0.041). CONCLUSION: The present findings suggest that rs17197 is useful as a genetic marker of EH in men.  相似文献
