The importance of fat oxidation and fatty acid synthesis were examined in rats fed approximately one half their ad libitum food intake for a period of 13 days followed by 7 days of ad libitum feeding (refed rats). This study was undertaken because previous reports demonstrated that refed rats rapidly accumulated body fat. Our results confirmed this observation: refed rats accrued body fat and body weight at rates that were approximately 3 times higher than controls. Evidence for a period of increased metabolic efficiency was demonstrated by measuring the net energy requirement for maintenance over the refeeding period: refed rats had a reduced metabolic rate during the period of energy restriction (approximately 30% lower than control) and this persisted up to 2 days after the reintroduction of ad libitum feeding. The major factor responsible for the rapid fat gain was a depressed rate of fatty acid oxidation. Calculations of protein and carbohydrate intake over the refeeding period showed that the simplest explanation for the decrease in fatty acid oxidation is fat sparing. This is possible because of the large increase in dietary carbohydrate and protein intake during the refeeding period when metabolic rates are still depressed. The increased carbohydrate and protein may adequately compensate for the increasing energy requirements of the ER rats over the refeeding period affording rats the luxury of storing the excess dietary fat energy.  相似文献

When fasted rats were refed for 4 days with a carbohydrate and protein diet, a carbohydrate diet (without protein) or a protein diet (without carbohydrate), the effects of dietary nutrients on the fatty acid synthesis from injected tritiated water, the substrate and effector levels of lipogenic enzymes and the enzyme activities were compared in the livers. In the carbohydrate diet group, although acetyl-CoA carboxylase was much induced and citrate was much increased, the activity of acetyl-CoA carboxylase extracted with phosphatase inhibitor and activated with 0.5 mM citrate was low in comparison to the carbohydrate and protein diet group. The physiological activity of acetyl-CoA carboxylase seems to be low. In the protein diet group, the concentrations of glucose 6-phosphate, acetyl-CoA and malonyl-CoA were markedly higher than in the carbohydrate and protein group, whereas the concentrations of oxaloacetate and citrate were lower. The levels of hepatic cAMP and plasma glucagon were high. The activities of acetyl-CoA carboxylase and also fatty acid synthetase were low in the protein group. By feeding fat, the citrate level was not decreased as much as the lipogenic enzyme inductions. Comparing the substrate and effector levels with the Km and Ka values, the activities of acetyl-CoA carboxylase and fatty acid synthetase could be limited by the levels. The fatty acid synthesis from tritiated water corresponded more closely to the acetyl-CoA carboxylase activity (activated 0.5 mM citrate) than to other lipogenic enzyme activities. On the other hand, neither the activities of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase and malic enzyme (even though markedly lowered by diet) nor the levels of their substrates appeared to limit fatty acid synthesis of any of the dietary groups. Thus, it is suggested that under the dietary nutrient manipulation, acetyl-CoA carboxylase activity would be the first candidate of the rate-limiting factor for fatty acid synthesis with the regulations of the enzyme quantity, the substrate and effector levels and the enzyme modification.  相似文献

The effect of diet on the desaturation of linoleic acid to gamma-linolenic acid by liver microsomal preparations, on blood glucose and insulin levels, and on activities of glucokinase, hexokinase, pyruvate kinase, and alpha-glycerophosphate dehydrogenase have been studied. The female rats used in these experiments were maintained on one of the following dietary regimes: (a) fasted, (b) fasted for 96 hr and refed glucose, (c) balanced diet, (d) carbohydrate-free diet, (e) lipid-free diet, or (f) protein-free diet. Fasting for 96 hr caused a decrease of both linoleic acid desaturation and glucokinase and pyruvate kinase activity together with a slight decrease of the blood insulin level. Alpha-glycerophosphate dehydrogenase activity was not modified. Refeeding of glucose for 50 hr increased the conversion of linoleic acid to linolenic acid as well as the activities of all the enzymes studied except alpha-glycerophosphate dehydrogenase. The increase in desaturation, however, was transient. The feeding of a lipid-free diet did not modify the tested parameters. Feeding a carbohydrate-free diet for 96 hr resulted in increased linoleic acid desaturation but decreased glucokinase and pyruvate kinase activity, thus apparently eliminating a putative correlation between the fatty acid desaturating activity and glycolytic activity or blood insulin levels under these experimental conditions. The findings suggest that dietary proteins may play an important role in determining the level of fatty acid desaturation.  相似文献

Synthetic rates of fatty acid, cholesterol and triacylglycerols, and contents and secretion of lipoprotein lipids, were determined in hepatocytes of rats fed ad libitum a fat-containing stock diet or of rats fasted for 48 h and then refed for 24 or 48 h with stock diet or with a glucose-rich fat-free diet. When compared with the values for the ad libitum-fed rats, fatty acid synthesis was lower in fasted rats, slightly increased in rats refed with the stock diet, but several-fold elevated after refeeding the glucose-rich fat-free diet. Cholesterol synthesis was decreased in the fasted cells, and restored to the control level upon refeeding either diet. Triacylglycerol synthesis from exogenous oleate was greatly stimulated in the cells of fasted-refed rats above the rate in cells of the ad libitum-fed rats, the increase being considerably higher after refeeding the glucose-rich fat-free diet than the stock diet. The amount of triacylglycerol secreted by the cells was also elevated by the fasting-refeeding treatment, but the difference between the two diets was much less pronounced than seen for the lipids' synthetic rates. This imbalance may underlie the huge accumulation of this lipid observed in the heptatocytes after refeeding the rats for 48 h with the glucose-rich fat-free diet.  相似文献

RNA metabolism has been examined in intact adipose tissue and isolated fat cells from rats. The lipocyte contains three species of RNA with sedimentation rates corresponding to those of ribosomal and transfer RNA. The de novo biosynthesis of RNA by adipose tissue cells in vitro was demonstrated. The base ratios of the RNA formed indicate that it was synthesized from a DNA template. Actinomycin D administered in vivo and in vitro decreased total RNA synthesis with the most marked effect on the synthesis of the heavy RNA components. Actinomycin D or puromycin added in vitro was not toxic: they did not inhibit total fatty acid biosynthesis or glucose utilization by the fat pad nor did they inhibit the immediate stimulation of fatty acid biosynthesis and glucose uptake by the addition of insulin in vitro. Starvation for 48-72 hr significantly depressed the synthesis of the heavy RNA components as measured by in vitro uridine incorporation into the individual RNA classes. Refeeding the fasted rat with glucose repaired the defect in RNA biosynthesis before the biosynthesis of monoenoic fatty acid was completely restored. Actinomycin D administered at the time of refeeding prevented the repair of monoenoic fatty acid synthesis. It is concluded that RNA metabolism is intimately involved in the control of biosynthetic reactions in adipose tissue.  相似文献

Triacylglycerol/fatty acid substrate cycling was measuredin vivo in brown adipose tissue (BAT) and white adipose tissue (WAT) of fed, starved and refed rats. Starvation (24 h) significantly decreased the rate of cycling in BAT, and refeeding chow diet led to a rapid, 6-fold increase in cycling. Cycling rate in WAT was much lower than in BAT, and was not influenced by fasting or refeeding. Similar rates of cycling were found in epididymal, mesenteric, subcutaneous, and scapular WAT depots. Sympathetic denervation of interscapular BAT abolished the response of the tissue to refeeding, as did acute suppression of insulin secretion. Similarly, rats fasted for 3 days showed no acute increase in the activity of the cycle following refeeding.  相似文献

1. In vivo fatty acid synthesis by brown adipose tissue was enhanced in rats exposed to cold (5 degrees C) or altitude (4300 m) for 7 days but was unaltered in rats exposed to heat (35 degrees C) for an equivalent period. In vivo fatty acid synthesis by white adipose tissue was depressed by cold exposure while altitude and heat exposure had no effect. 2. In vitro, CO2 production and lipid synthesis were elevated in brown adipose tissue from rats fasted for 4 days. Refeeding (4 days) such rats reversed these effects, leading to depressed values relative to those of control rats. In contrast, these metabolic events in white adipose tissue were decreased by fasting and increased compared to controls during subsequent refeeding.  相似文献

By feeding a carbohydrate diet (without protein) to fasted rats, malic enzyme mRNA activity in the liver was increased to the level in rats fed a carbohydrate and protein diet, whereas the enzyme activity itself was increased to 60% of that level. It appears that malic enzyme mRNA activity was increased by dietary carbohydrate, while dietary protein contributed to an increase in the translation of mRNA. In the animals fed carbohydrate without protein, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase mRNA activity increased to 50% of the level in rats fed the carbohydrate and protein diet, whereas the enzyme activity increased to only 25%. By feeding a protein diet (without carbohydrate), glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase activity increased to 65% of the level in rats fed both carbohydrate and protein. This enzyme induction appears to be more dependent on protein than carbohydrate. With the carbohydrate diet, acetyl-CoA carboxylase was induced up to the level in the carbohydrate and protein diet group, whereas fatty acid synthetase was induced to only 33%. Acetyl-CoA carboxylase induction appears to be carbohydrate dependent. On the other hand, isotopic leucine incorporation studies showed that the magnitudes of the enzyme inductions caused by the dietary nutrients should be ascribed to the enzyme synthesis rates rather than the degradation. By fat feeding, the mRNA activities of malic enzyme and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase were markedly decreased along with the enzyme induction. Fat appears to reduce these enzyme inductions before the translation of mRNA.  相似文献

Male rats of the Holtzman strain were fasted for 3 days and refed a diet high in carbohydrate (68.9%). The induction of liver glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase and 6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenase was monitored for up to 48 h after refeeding. Induction occurred by 24 h, and by 48 h, 4.2- and 1.5-fold increases were observed for glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase and 6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenase, respectively, compared with that of livers of pellet-fed rats. After refeeding, lysosomes increased in fragility as judged by an increased release of acid phosphatase activity during standard homogenization. Fragility was greatest 3 h after refeeding, but normal fragility was observed 24 h after refeeding. Nuclei were isolated from the liver samples before and after refeeding. Those isolated just before refeeding revealed small latent acid phosphatase activity (4–6%). However, after refeeding the carbohydrate-rich diet, a transient and significant (P < 0.01) increase in the latent activity occurred that was maximal (20%) at 1 h, returning to normal by 24 h. Cross-mixing the 800g nuclear pellet from livers of animals starved for 3 days with the 800g supernatant fraction from livers of animals refed the carbohydrate-containing diet did not alter the nuclear lysosomal-free (overt) or latent (detergent-released) enzyme activity. Similarly, mixing the 800g nuclear pellet from livers of animals refed for 1 h with the 800g supernatant fraction from livers of animals starved for 3 days, but not refed, did not change the nuclear lysosomalfree or latent enzyme activity. Purified nuclei, further washed in hypotonic buffer, lost acid phosphatase activity, but those isolated from livers of rats refed for 1 h retained 10% of the enzyme latency, whereas all latency was lost from those isolated from uninduced rats. A second lysosomal enzyme, β-galactosidase, became associated with the nuclei with the same temporal pattern as for acid phosphatase. However, no variation in nuclear content of cytosolic lactate dehydrogenase occurred as a result of feeding the high-carbohydrate diet to starved rats. When similarly starved rats were refed a diet high in lipid and carbohydrate-free, no induction of glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase and 6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenase was observed. Lysosomes were not temporarily fragile and purified nuclei did not exhibit increased latency of acid phosphatase activity. Though the evidence presented does not establish a direct correlation between lysosome migration to nuclei as a required function in enzyme induction, the temporal and specific nature of the phenomenon support the hypothesis that liver lysosomal enzymes participate in early signals in the induction of enzymes of lipogenesis.  相似文献

Long-term food restriction (85%, 70% and 50% of ad libitum energy intake for one month) induced a substantial fall in serum leptin concentration and leptin mRNA levels in epididymal white adipose tissue in rats. Surprisingly, this suppression was not reversed by refeeding ad libitum for 48 h. The reduction in serum leptin concentration and leptin mRNA level did not strictly correlate with reduction in fat or body mass. Unlike serum leptin concentration and epididymal adipose tissue leptin mRNA levels, fatty acid synthase activity, fatty acid synthase protein abundance and fatty acid synthase mRNA levels increased significantly in white adipose tissue after refeeding rats subjected to food restriction. The increase in serum insulin concentration was observed in all groups on different degrees of food restriction and refed ad libitum for 48 h compared to controls. A decrease in serum insulin concentration was found in the rats not refed before sacrifice. Long-term food restriction did not significantly affect serum glucose concentrations in either refed or non-refed rats. The data reported in this paper indicate that there is no rapid rebound in serum leptin concentration or leptin gene expression in contrast to the increase in serum insulin concentration and fatty acid gene expression in white adipose tissue of rats refed ad libitum after one month's food restriction.  相似文献

1. Epididymal adipose tissues obtained from rats that had been previously starved, starved and refed a high fat diet for 72h, starved and refed bread for 144h or fed a normal diet were incubated in the presence of insulin+glucose or insulin+glucose+acetate. 2. Measurements were made of the whole-tissue concentrations of hexose phosphates, triose phosphates, glycerol 1-phosphate, 3-phosphoglycerate, 6-phosphogluconate, adenine nucleotides, acid-soluble CoA, long-chain fatty acyl-CoA, malate and citrate after 1h of incubation. The release of lactate, pyruvate and glycerol into the incubation medium during this period was also determined. 3. The rates of metabolism of glucose in the hexose monophosphate pathway, the glycolytic pathway, the citric acid cycle and into glyceride glycerol, fatty acids and lactate+pyruvate were also determined over a 2h period in similarly treated tissues. The metabolism of acetate to CO(2) and fatty acids in the presence of glucose was also measured. 4. The activities of acetyl-CoA carboxylase, fatty acid synthetase and isocitrate dehydrogenase were determined in adipose tissues from starved, starved and fat-refed, and alloxan-diabetic animals and also in tissues from animals that had been starved and refed bread for up to 96h. Changes in these activities were compared with the ability of similar tissues to incorporate [(14)C]glucose into fatty acids in vitro. 5. The activities of acetyl-CoA carboxylase and fatty acid synthetase roughly paralleled the ability of tissues to incorporate glucose into fatty acids. 6. Rates of triglyceride synthesis and fatty acid synthesis could not be correlated with tissue concentrations of long-chain fatty acyl-CoA, citrate or glycerol 1-phosphate. In some cases changes in phosphofructokinase flux rates could be correlated with changes in citrate concentration. 7. The main lesion in fatty acid synthesis in tissues from starved, starved and fat-refed, and alloxan-diabetic rats appeared to reside at the level of pyruvate utilization and to be related to the rate of endogenous lipolysis. 8. It is suggested that pyruvate utilization by the tissue may be regulated by the metabolism of fatty acids within the tissue. The significance of this in directing glucose utilization away from fatty acid synthesis and into glyceride-glycerol synthesis is discussed.  相似文献

We measured acetyl-CoA carboxylase mRNA levels in various tissues of the rat under different nutritional and hormonal states using a cDNA probe. We surveyed physiological conditions which are known to alter carboxylase activity, and thus fatty acid synthesis, to determine whether changes in the levels of carboxylase mRNA are involved. The present studies include the effects of fasting and refeeding, diabetes and insulin, and lactation on carboxylase mRNA levels. Northern blot analysis of liver RNA revealed that fasting followed by refeeding animals a fat-free (high carbohydrate) diet dramatically increased the amount of carboxylase mRNA compared to the fasted condition. These changes in the level of mRNA correspond to changes in the activity and amount of acetyl-CoA carboxylase. Acetyl-CoA carboxylase mRNA levels in epididymal fat tissue decreased upon fasting and increased to virtually normal levels after 72 h of refeeding, closely resembling the liver response. The amount of acetyl-CoA carboxylase mRNA decreased markedly in epididymal fat tissue of diabetic rats as compared to nondiabetic animals. However, 6 h after injection of insulin the mRNA level returned to that of the nondiabetic animals. Gestation and lactation also affected the levels of carboxylase mRNA in both liver and mammary gland. Maximum induction in both tissues occurred 5 days postpartum. These studies suggest that these diverse physiological conditions affect fatty acid synthesis in part by altering acetyl-CoA carboxylase gene expression.  相似文献

Four days of fasting in the rat reduced brown-adipose-tissue (BAT) mass, mitochondrial protein, and tissue protein content. Specific binding of guanosine diposphate (GDP) to BAT mitochondria was depressed by 55% in 4d-fasted rats. Rats fasted for 3 d, and then refed a single carbohydrate meal (40 kJ), showed a significant increase in specific GDP-binding (27% above fasted) 24 h later, and a large increase in total binding. Specific activities of cytochrome oxidase and -glycerophosphate dehydrogenase in BAT mitochondria were not significantly affected by fasting or refeeding. These results suggest that BAT may be partly responsible for the fall in metabolic rate associated with fasting and the delayed increase after carbo-hydrate refeeding. These effects may be due to changes in the mitochondrial proton-conductance pathway in brown fat.  相似文献

A number of metabolic factors and the activity of a number of enzymes were determined in meal-fed (animals fed a single daily 2 hr meal) and nibbling (ad libitum-fed) rats. The dependency of the observed adaptive changes on the ingestion of carbohydrate was studied by feeding diets high in carbohydrate or fat. Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase and NADP-malic dehydrogenase were more active in adipose tissue from high carbohydrate meal-fed rats than in tissue from ad libitum-fed rats. The activity in adipose tissue of isocitric dehydrogenase, 6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenase, and NAD-malic dehydrogenase did not increase significantly in response to meal-feeding the high carbohydrate diet. No increase in lipogenesis or enzyme activity could be demonstrated in adipose tissue from rats meal-fed a high fat diet. Lipase activity of adipose tissue was increased by high carbohydrate meal-feeding and decreased by feeding a high fat diet. The in vitro uptake of palmitate-1-(14)C by adipose tissue was depressed by a high fat diet and enhanced in rats meal-fed a high carbohydrate diet. Diaphragm or slices of liver from high fat-fed rats oxidized palmitate-1-(14)C more rapidly than did tissue from ad libitum-fed animals. Evidence is presented for the quantitative importance of citrate as a source of extramitochondrial acetyl CoA in adipose tissue of meal-eating and ad libitum-fed rats. The relationship of extramitochondrially formed citrate to the NAD-malic dehydrogenase-malic enzyme system in adipose tissue is discussed.  相似文献

The in vivo induction of rat liver acetyl-CoA carboxylase (ACC) the rate-limiting enzyme of fatty acid biosynthesis, has been examined by immunoblotting, avidin blotting, and enzyme isolation. Three high-molecular-weight immunoreactive bands (Mr 220,000-260,000) were recognized in liver extracts by an anti-carboxylase polyclonal antiserum. Two bands, A and B, comigrated on sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gels with purified acetyl-CoA carboxylase, were avidin binding, and were dramatically induced following high carbohydrate refeeding. Only band A was recognized on immunoblots using a monoclonal antibody directed against acetyl-CoA carboxylase, suggesting that band B is a proteolytic fragment in which the epitope recognized by the monoclonal antibody is absent. Following refeeding, approximately 57% of acetyl-CoA carboxylase mass (band A + band B) was present in the high-speed supernatant fraction, while 34 and 9% were in the high-speed (microsomal) and low-speed pellet fractions, respectively. Refeeding caused a large increase in total acetyl-CoA carboxylase mass, the magnitude of which differed in the various fractions. In the low-speed supernatant, a 20-fold increase in ACC mass was observed, while a 12-fold increase was seen in the high-speed supernatant. The fold increase in the high-speed pellet was even greater (greater than 27-fold). Acetyl-CoA carboxylase purified by avidin-Sepharose chromatography from fasted/refed rats had an approximate 4-fold higher Vmax and a significantly lower Ka for citrate than enzyme purified from fasted animals. The results of this study indicate that the induction of hepatic ACC that occurs during high carbohydrate refeeding of the fasted rat predominantly involves increases in enzyme content in both cytosol and microsomes, but is also accompanied by an increase in enzyme specific activity.  相似文献

Rats were fed a low-fat diet containing 2% safflower oil or 20% fat diets containing either safflower oil rich in linoleic acid, borage oil containing 25% gamma (gamma)-linolenic acid or enzymatically prepared gamma-linolenic acid enriched borage oil containing 47% gamma-linolenic acid for 14 days. Energy intake and growth of animals were the same among groups. A high safflower oil diet compared with a low-fat diet caused significant increases in both epididymal and perirenal white adipose tissue weights. However, high-fat diets rich in gamma-linolenic acid failed to do so. Compared with a low-fat diet, all the high-fat diets increased mRNA levels of uncoupling protein 1 and lipoprotein lipase in brown adipose tissue. The extents of the increase were greater with high-fat diets rich in gamma-linolenic acid. Various high-fat diets, compared with a low-fat diet, decreased glucose transporter 4 mRNA in white adipose tissue to the same levels. The amount and types of dietary fat did not affect the leptin mRNA level in epididymal white adipose tissue. However, a high safflower oil diet, but not high-fat diets rich in gamma-linolenic acid relative to a low-fat diet, increased perirenal white adipose tissue leptin mRNA levels. All high-fat diets, relative to a low-fat diet, increased the hepatic mitochondrial fatty acid oxidation rate and fatty acid oxidation enzyme mRNA abundances to the same levels. High-fat diets also increased these parameters in the peroxisomal pathway, and the increases were greater with high-fat diets rich in gamma-linolenic acid. The physiological activity in increasing brown adipose tissue gene expression and peroxisomal fatty acid oxidation was similar between the two types of borage oil differing in gamma-linolenic acid content. It was suggested that dietary gamma-linolenic acid attenuates body fat accumulation through the increase in gene expressions of uncoupling protein 1 in brown adipose tissue. An increase in hepatic peroxisomal fatty acid oxidation may also contribute to the physiological activity of gamma-linolenic acid in decreasing body fat mass.  相似文献

1. The activity of citrate-cleavage enzyme varies in accordance with the nutritional state of the animal. It is suppressed on starvation and restored on re-feeding after starvation. 2. The increase in enzyme activity that occurs on re-feeding starved animals depends on the diet. It is largest on diets high in carbohydrate and low in fat, and smallest on diets high in fat. Intermediate increases are obtained with balanced diets. 3. The ratio of activities of citrate-cleavage enzyme to acetate thiokinase varies from 2·5 for animals maintained on a balanced diet to 20 for animals re-fed with a diet high in carbohydrate. 4. The changes in activity of citrate-cleavage enzyme correlate with changes in the rate of fatty acid synthesis and provide evidence for the involvement of the citrate-cleavage reaction in fatty acid synthesis.  相似文献

Intraperitoneal administration of [1,2-14C]-acetate to Wistar rats was used to assess tissue lipogenic rates after estimating the incorporation of the label into the tissular lipid fractions. Refeeding the animals with glucose (after an overnight fast) induced an increase in white adipose tissue (4.5 fold), liver (4.1 fold), small intestine (1.9 fold), carcass (2.9 fold) and spleen (3.7 fold) lipogenesis (expressed as the radioactivity present in the lipid fraction corrected by the plasma circulating radioactivity). No changes were found following refeeding in either brain or brown adipose tissue. Administration of mannoheptulose (an inhibitor of insulin secretion) to refed rats completely abolished the increased lipogenesis in white adipose tissue, liver, carcass, spleen and small intestine, thus suggesting that insulin secretion is involved in this phenomenon. This is the first report showing that spleen lipogenesis may be modulated by refeeding via insulin secretion and suggests an important role of this organ on the in vivo lipogenic response of the organism after carbohydrate refeeding. The level of circulating triacylglycerols is determined by the balance between their delivery into the plasma and their removal from it. Plasma triacylglycerols are derived either from dietary fat as chylomicrons or from endogenous hepatic synthesis as very low density lipoproteins. Their removal occurs through the action of lipoprotein lipase after which the fatty acids are either stored in adipose tissue or oxidized, primarily in skeletal muscle and heart. The composition of the diet has been shown to influence many of these processes. Hepatic fatty acid synthesis and triacylglycerol secretion are affected by the quantity and composition of dietary fat, carbohydrate, and protein. Polyunsaturated but not saturated fats reduce hepatic fatty acid synthesis by decreasing the amount of the lipogenic enzymes needed for de novo fatty acid synthesis. Dietary fish oils are particularly effective at reducing both fatty acid synthesis and triacylglycerol secretion and as a result are hypotriacylglycerolemic, particularly in hypertriacylglycerolemic individuals. In addition, dietary fish oils can increase the oxidation of fatty acids and lead to increased activity of lipoprotein lipase in skeletal muscle and heart. It appears that the hypotriacylglycerolemic effect of dietary fish oils is mediated by effects on both synthesis and removal of circulating triacylglycerols.  相似文献
