目的研究口臭口腔微生物区系组成,为口臭治疗提供依据。方法采用稀释平板测数法对需氧和厌氧细菌、真菌、放线菌分别进行计数。结果非口臭口腔好氧细菌数量(1180±380)和厌氧细菌数量(680±100)分别低于口臭口腔好氧细菌数量(7200±800)和厌氧细菌数量(12520±120),差异有统计学意义(P0.01),且口臭口腔以革兰阳性菌和杆菌占优势,非口臭口腔真菌数量低于口臭口腔真菌数量,两者差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。口腔中没有检出放线菌。结论口臭患者口腔微生物多样性高于非口臭组,可以通过调整口腔微生态改善口臭。  相似文献

在建立全程自养脱氮反应器的基础上,以活性污泥为对照,分析了脱氮反应器内真菌、细菌和放线菌的数量、种类(类群)、种(株系)数和优势种(株系或类群),及硝化菌和业硝化菌的数量变化。研究结果表明,与活性污泥相比,全程自养脱氮反应器内微生物数量、种类和区系组成发生很大变化。自养脱氮反应器内亚硝化菌数量显著增加,说明亚硝化菌的积累是全程自养脱氮系统的一个显著特点。  相似文献

应用稀释平板法对黄土高原不同植被覆盖下坡地土壤0~5cm和5~20cm土层的细菌、真菌和放线菌的分布特征进行了研究;结果表明:(1)该区域不同植被下土壤中细菌、真菌和放线菌总体比较丰富,数量差异较大,柠条土壤中微生物数量最多,苜蓿地中的最少.同一植被下各类菌群数量排序为细菌>放线菌>真菌.(2)放线菌和真菌随土层深度的增加而呈明显的减少趋势,而细菌的不明显.(3)天然荒坡的微生物数量高于人工草地的,人工灌木林微生物数量高于人工乔木林的,人工乔草复生果树林的微生物数量高于人工纯生乔木林、纯生草地和纯生果树林的.  相似文献

从1983~1995年,作者在秦岭地区采集了树木锈菌为主的森林植保物锈菌30属90余种。对这些锈菌的生态和生物地理分析证明,秦岭锈菌以温带型占明显优势(65%),且多分布于海拔1300~2800m的中山针阔叶林带中,该地区锈菌区系的地理成分以东亚成分为主,尤以中国-日本成分为主,欧亚-北美成分和旧世界温带成分在秦岭占有相当比例(约30%)古热带成分等其它地理分布的锈菌也汇集于此,秦岭地区在锈菌区系  相似文献

肥胖以及与肥胖相关的一些疾病威胁着发达国家和发展中国家,这些疾病包括Ⅱ型糖尿病、高血压、心血管疾病、非酒精型脂肪肝。最新研究表明消化道微生物区系(microbiota,指一个特定区域中所有活的微生物群落的统称。)可能与宿主肥胖相关。目前此类研究尚处于起步阶段,作者总结了以往研究结果,对消化道微生物区系的组成和作用、与宿主能量代谢相关的消化道微生物种类和作用、消化道微生物区系影响宿主能量储存的途径作了较为详细的介绍。并探讨了目前研究中存在的问题,总结了本实验室已有研究成果,以及今后可能的研究方向。  相似文献

低温微生物指生活在低温环境下的微生物。这类微生物可细分为两类。一类是必须生活在低温条件下,在0℃可生长繁殖,最适温度不超过15℃,最高温度不超过20℃的微生物,称之为嗜冷菌(邱yeh叶加ies)。另一类是能在低温条件下生长,在0—5℃可生长繁殖,最高温度可达20℃以上的微生物,称之为耐冷菌(psyChrotrophS)。这两类微生物的生态分布和低温生物学特性均存在差异,它们以独特的生理功能适应环境。研究这类微生物不仅具有重要的理论意义,而且在实际应用中已经产生了日益明显的经济意义,同时它们是生物技术和生物产业发展的十分重…  相似文献

高盐稀醪酱油发酵原油中微生物区系研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
对传统的高盐稀醪酱油发酵过程中的正常原油和异常原油中的微生物区系进行了分析,并对主要的细菌和酵母菌进行了菌种鉴定。同时,初步探讨了温度对原油中微生物区系的影响。实验结果表明,正常原油和异常原油中细菌总数、芽孢菌数、肠道杆菌、乳酸菌数和厌氧菌数没有明显差异,而酵母菌数和耐盐菌数有明显的差异。正常原油中优势酵母为球拟酵母属(Torulopsis)和酵母属(Saccharomyces),分别占酵母总数的55.9%和35.3%。异常原油中优势酵母为毕赤酵母属(Pichia)、假丝酵母属(candida)和酵母属(Saccharomyces),分别占酵母总数的62.8%、17.9%和9.0%。  相似文献

Bacterial community structures in soils collected from eight sites around Casey Station, Antarctica, were investigated using denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) of amplified 16S rRNA gene fragments. Higher bacterial diversity was found in soils from protected or relatively low human-impacted sites in comparison to highly impacted sites. However, the highest diversity was detected in samples from Wilkes Tip, a former waste disposal site that has been undisturbed for the last 50 years. Comparison of community structure based on non-metric multidimensional scaling plots revealed that all sites, except the hydrocarbon-contaminated (oil spill) site, were clustered with a 45% similarity. A total of 23 partial 16S rRNA gene sequences were obtained from the excised DGGE bands, with the majority of the sequences closely related to those of the Cytophaga–Flexibacter–Bacteroides group. No significant correlation was established between environmental variables, including soil pH, electrical conductivity, carbon, nitrogen, water content and heavy metals, with bacterial diversity across the eight study sites.  相似文献

AIMS: To identify native Antarctic bacteria capable of oil degradation at low temperatures. METHODS AND RESULTS: Oil contaminated and pristine soils from Signy Island (South Orkney Islands, Antarctica) were examined for bacteria capable of oil degradation at low temperatures. Of the 300 isolates cultured, Pseudomonas strain ST41 grew on the widest range of hydrocarbons at 4 degrees C. ST41 was used in microcosm studies of low temperature bioremediation of oil-contaminated soils. Microcosm experiments showed that at 4 degrees C the levels of oil degradation increased, relative to the controls, with (i) the addition of ST41 to the existing soil microbial population (bioaugmentation), (ii) the addition of nutrients (biostimulation) and to the greatest extent with (iii) a combination of both treatments (bioaugmentation and biostimulation). Addition of water to oil contaminated soil (hydration) also enhanced oil degradation, although less than the other treatments. Analysis of the dominant species in the microcosms after 12 weeks, using temporal temperature gradient gel electrophoresis, showed Pseudomonas species to be the dominant soil bacteria in both bioaugmented and biostimulated microcosms. CONCLUSIONS: Addition of water and nutrients may enhance oil degradation through the biostimulation of indigenous oil-degrading microbial populations within the soil. However, bioaugmentation with Antarctic bacteria capable of efficient low temperature hydrocarbon degradation may enhance the rate of bioremediation if applied soon after the spill. SIGNIFICANCE AND IMPACT OF THE STUDY: In the future, native soil bacteria could be of use in bioremediation technologies in Antarctica.  相似文献

 对中国南极长城湾内水体夏季的初级生产力于1994年1~2月间作了估计。发现其初级生产碳量约为0.7998·m-3·d-1。2月份高于1月份。表层、中层和下层相比,下层的日产量仍高。意味着该湾水体处于真光层范围内。水柱上下均有相应的初级生产。水温提高似有利于初级生产。初级生产的粗生产量与叶绿素a(Chl-a)、NH4-N、总N、ΣN/P的变化较为一致。营养盐相当充足。而与NO2-N、PO4-P 较不一致。与异养菌数也相悖。推测异养菌有较强的分解有机质能力和矿化作用活动。  相似文献

Abstract Five non-motile Gram-positive cocci were isolated from saline located in geothermal regions of the Antarctic continent. The organisms were extremely halotolerant growing between 0 and 4.2 M NaCl. On the basis of the results of phenotypic characterizations, lipid and quinone analyses, and the amino acid composition of the cell the isolates have been assigned to the genus Micrococcus .  相似文献

Thirteen meromictic lakes and two permanently stratified fjords in the Vestfold Hills, Antarctica, were surveyed in 1983 for photosynthetic bacteria. Burton Lake and Ellis Fjord were sampled throughout the year to determine seasonal variations. Physical and chemical parameters were recorded and related to the species present. The dominant species in waters with salinities of 100.7 g kg–1 were Chlorobium vibrioforme and Chlorobium limicola with populations at the O2–H2S interface in the range 0.3 to 6.7 × 106 ml–1. Neither of these species was found at higher salinities. Thiocapsa roseopersicina and a Chromatium sp. were found in low numbers (< 105 ml–1) in most of the same waters as the Chlorobium spp. These bacterial phototrophs developed in a narrow band below the O2–H2S interface where both light and H2S were available. Very low numbers (< 102 ml–1) of Rhodopseudomonas palustris were found in both oxic and anoxic waters having salinity 148 g kg–1. The dominance of the Chlorobium spp. is ascribed to their more efficient maintenance metabolism during the darkness, their faster growth at low light intensities (< 1 µE m–2 s–1) and the lack of selective filtering of incident light. The Chlorobium spp. grew well at –2 °C, but not –5°C in hypersaline waters. The concentration of H2S had no apparent effect on the development of the bacterial flora. Viable cells were found to depths of 100 m in Ellis Fjord indicating that viability in total darkness could have been maintained for periods of the order of 1700 days.  相似文献

从南极长城站附近联合采样13个,并进行了土壤微生物的数量统计与种类鉴定。氨化细菌的菌量为104~106cells/g,共7个属:微球菌属(Micrococcus),葡萄球菌属(Staphylococcus),假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas),芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus),产碱菌属(Alcaligenes),黄杆菌属(Flavobacterium),节杆菌属(Arthrobacter);固氮细菌菌量为105~107cells/g,仅一个固氮菌属(Azotobacter);硝化细菌一般为104cells/g,分属两个属:硝化杆菌属(Nitrobacter),硝化球菌属(Nitrococcus);真菌为103cells/g,分属5个属:青霉菌属(Penicillium),金孢霉菌属(Chrysosporium),枝孢霉菌属(Cladosporium),曲霉菌属(As-pergillus),散囊菌属(Eurotium),反硝化菌为 102~104cells/g,分属 3个属:假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas),微球菌属(Micrococcus),芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus);放线菌分属3个属:链霉菌属(Streptomyces),小单孢菌属(Micromonospora),和诺卡氏菌属(Nocardia)。联采样品12℃培养的出现率主要类群是:假单胞菌属(42%),芽孢杆菌属(35%),微球菌属(31%),节杆菌属(27%),青霉菌属(58%),枝孢霉菌属(54%),硝化杆菌属(81%),固氮菌属(88%),反硝化细菌中主要是假单胞菌属(58%),芽孢杆菌属(38%)。文中还讨论了微生物菌量与土壤总碳、总氮的相关性及其在该地区氮循环中的生态学作用。  相似文献

The diversity and ecological distribution of cyanobacteria in the northern, deglaciated part of James Ross Island were studied during the Antarctic summer season 2005–2006. Seventy-five cyanobacterial morphotypes were observed in various habitats of this area. The identified cyanobacterial taxa belong to the characteristic and dominant types of coastal Antarctica, and majority of them appeared connected to special habitats and formed distinct populations and ecologically delimited communities. The results are compared and discussed with respect to phenotypically characterised cyanobacterial microflora of maritime Antarctica and to recent molecular analyses of cyanobacterial strains from different Antarctic regions. The existence of a specificity and characteristic composition of Antarctic cyanobacterial communities was demonstrated.  相似文献

目的研究金银花水提取物作为微生态调节剂对肠道微生态失调大鼠肠道菌群的调整作用。方法结扎大鼠胆总管造成肠道菌群失调模型后分别以金银花、丽珠肠乐、金银花与丽珠肠乐合剂、生理盐水灌胃,于灌胃4d后测定各组大鼠肠道菌群组分、乙酸含量及肝脏中肠杆菌易位情况。结果大鼠肠道菌群失调得到恢复,肠道内乙酸含量增加,易位至肝脏的肠杆菌数量减少,与自然恢复组相比,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),金银花与丽珠肠乐合剂组效果最佳。结论金银花水提物作为益生元对大鼠肠道菌群失调具有调整作用。  相似文献

目的 研究低聚木糖对模拟失重大鼠肠道微生态的影响。方法 采用大鼠尾部悬吊法模拟失重。32只雄性SD大鼠随机分为4组,每组8只:FC组(地面对照组,饲喂基础饲料),FS组(地面处理组,饲喂添加低聚木糖的饲料),SC组(尾吊对照组,饲喂基础饲料)。SS组(尾吊处理组,饲喂添加低聚木糖的饲料),实验21d,SC和SS组解除尾吊继续观察。实验21d。采用选择性培养基对大鼠粪便肠杆菌、肠球菌、类杆菌、双歧杆菌以及乳杆菌进行定量测定。结果 SC组与FC组相比,双歧杆菌数量减少,肠杆菌和肠球菌数量增加;FS组比FC组双歧杆菌数量增加显著,肠杆菌和肠球菌有不同程度的减少,SS组比SC组双歧杆菌数量增加显著,肠杆菌和肠球菌也有不同程度的减少。类杆菌和乳杆菌变化不明显。尾吊解除期,SS组双歧杆菌数量比SC组更快恢复到正常水平。结论 低聚木糖可促进尾吊大鼠肠道益生菌主要是双歧杆菌的增殖,一定程度上促进由于模拟失重造成肠道微生态失调的平衡,并对条件致病菌具有一定的抑制作用。  相似文献
