抗虫转基因水稻和化学杀虫剂对稻田节肢动物群落的影响   总被引:11,自引:3,他引:11

从功能团优势度、功能团内科组成及其优势度、功能团个体数量、群落主要参数及群落结构相异性等方面,就含crylAb/crylAc融合基因的Bt水稻和化学杀虫剂对稻田节肢动物群落影响进行比较研究.结果表明,与对照田相比,Bt稻田的节肢动物功能团组成及其优势度、各功能团内科组成及其优势度分布、功能团内个体数量的时间动态、群落参数(物种丰富度、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、均匀性指数、优势集中性指数)及时间动态在大多情况下均无显著差异,两者间群落结构相似性较高.Bt水稻对稻田节肢动物群落基本无明显的负效应、而化防田的功能团优势度等群落特征指标与对照田相比,有时具有明显甚至显著的差异;群落结构相似性也较低.综合分析表明,Bt水稻对稻田节肢动物群落的影响明显弱于化学杀虫剂。  相似文献

稻田及其毗邻杂草地寄生蜂群落结构与特征   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
通过在稻田及其毗邻杂草地的系统调查、采集和室内标本鉴定,获知稻田中有67种寄生蜂,隶属16科;毗邻杂草地中有96种寄生蜂,隶属19科。稻田生境中的寄生蜂物种数占稻田天敌总物种数的45.89%,杂草生境中的寄生蜂物种数占杂草地天敌总物种数的46.60%。对稻田及其毗邻杂草地寄生蜂群落的各种属性指标进行比较研究,结果表明:杂草地寄生蜂群落的丰富度、多样性、优势集中度指数均比稻田高,而均匀性指数值比稻田低。对杂草生境和稻田生境寄生蜂群落的优势种动态比较可知,寄生蜂优势种在水稻的不同生育期是不相同的,在稻田生境中,优势种稻虱缨小蜂(Anagrus sp.)出现在水稻生育前期和中后期,等腹黑卵蜂(Telenomus dignus)出现在水稻生育后期,稻苞虫黑卵蜂(Telenomus sp.)在水稻生育前中期及后期出现。然而在杂草地中,作为优势种,稻虱缨小蜂出现在水稻生育前期和中期,等腹黑卵蜂出现在水稻生育前中期和后期,稻苞虫黑卵蜂在水稻整个生育期均有出现。两种锤角细蜂(Monelata sp.1和Acropiesta sp.2)是稻田的重要优势种,但不是杂草地的优势种;相反,稻蝽小黑卵蜂(Telenomus gifuensis)是杂草地的重要优势种,但不是稻田的优势种。由此可见,杂草地生境是稻田寄生蜂的种库之一,对稻田节肢动物群落的重建和种群保存有重要影响,因而适当保留田埂杂草和稻田周围的杂草地,减少对天敌的损害,提高天敌对害虫的自然控制作用,是水稻害虫持续控制的途径之一。  相似文献

用转Bt基因 (cry1Ab) 水稻KMD1饲喂3龄、4龄和5龄二化螟Chilo suppressalis一定时间后, 作为二化螟绒茧蜂Apanteles chilonis的寄主,研究了转基因水稻经寄主对绒茧蜂生物学特性的影响。结果发现:KMD1处理后,三个龄期幼虫的寄生率都显著下降,其中4龄和5龄达极显著水平;3龄和4龄上的结茧率显著低于对照;蜂蛹历期均短于对照,但仅3龄差异显著;从5龄幼虫所羽化的雄蜂寿命显著短于对照;蜂茧长显著短于对照;而对卵+幼虫期、茧块茧数、蜂羽化率及性比均无显著影响。  相似文献

本文报道了江苏扬州地区水稻二化螟Chilo suppressalis(Walker)寄生蜂主要有10种,即中华钝唇姬蜂Eriborus sinicus(Holmgren)、二化螟盘绒茧蜂Cotesia chilonis(Munakata)、稻螟小腹茧蜂Microgaster russata Haliday、螟甲腹茧蜂Chelonus munakatae Munakata、中华茧蜂Amyosoma chinensis(Szepligeti)、螟黄足盘绒茧蜂Cotesia flavipes(Cameron)、夹色姬蜂Auberteterus alternecoloratus(Cushman)、桑蟥聚瘤姬蜂Iseropus(Gregopimpla)kuwanae(Viereck)、螟蛉瘤姬蜂Itoplectis naranyae(Ashmead)以及二化螟盘绒茧蜂的重寄生蜂绒茧灿金小蜂Trichomalopsis apanteloctena(Crawford)。田间系统调查表明:扬州地区7-9月水稻二化螟寄生蜂的主要种类为二化螟盘绒茧蜂、中华钝唇姬蜂、螟甲腹茧蜂、稻螟小腹茧蜂、螟蛉瘤姬蜂、桑蟥聚瘤姬蜂,但这些寄生蜂对一代水稻二化螟幼虫的寄生率较低,对二代水稻二化螟幼虫的寄生率高。水稻二化螟越冬期的系统调查表明:扬州地区二化螟越冬幼虫的寄生蜂主要有3种,即二化螟盘绒茧蜂、中华钝唇姬蜂和稻螟小腹茧蜂,其中二化螟盘绒茧蜂和中华钝唇姬蜂是寄生水稻二化螟越冬幼虫的优势种。水稻二化螟越冬幼虫的寄生率调查表明,扬州地区水稻二化螟越冬幼虫的寄生率在不同年份间有一定的波动,但一般都在15%以上,有的甚至高达89.88%,因此寄生蜂对二化螟越冬幼虫具有很好的控制作用,能有效压低来年水稻二化螟的田间越冬基数。此外,3种寄生蜂出茧时间在1月和2月之间达到最长,分别达到19.79 d、17.26 d和27.00 d,该结果表明,在扬州地区这3种寄生蜂可能都存在滞育现象。  相似文献

将稻田节肢动物群落按营养关系划分为5个功能团,即植食类、寄生类、捕食类、腐食类和其它类,从功能团优势度、功能团内科组成及其优势度、群落主要参数及群落相异性等方面,经两年四点的调查就2个转cry1Ab/cry1Ac基因籼稻(Bt水稻)品系TT9.3和TT9.4对稻田节肢动物群落的影响作了较系统评价。植食类、寄生类和腐食类功能团内某些优势科的优势度在Bt水稻田与对照(IR72)田之间有时呈显著或极显著差异,如Bt水稻田中茧蜂或姬蜂科的优势度有时明显低于对照。但是,在大多情况下Bt水稻田与对照田之间功能团优势度、功能团内科组成及其优势度、群落主要参数(物种丰富度、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、均匀性指数、优势集中性指数)及其时间动态基本无明显差异;Bt水稻田与对照田间植食类、寄生类、捕食类亚群落和整个节肢动物群落的相异性大多较低。可见,Bt水稻对稻田节肢动物群落基本无明显的负面影响。  相似文献

如何设置庇护所使其在转基因作物靶标害虫抗性治理中达到更高的效率,就此,本文 研究了Bt水稻与非Bt水稻不同种植方式对Bt稻田节肢动物群落的影响。结果表明,整体上,块块种植和列列混栽方式对Bt稻田节肢动物群落多样性、均匀度和优势集中性无显著影响;但混栽方式下的Bt稻田节肢动物群落个体密度和物种丰富度显著偏低。在水稻发育中期,混栽方式下Bt稻田节肢动物群落季节动态与块块种植方式下的明显不同,其多样性、均匀度、优势集中性指数均类似于同种植方式下非Bt稻上各参数的季节动态。混栽方式下的庇护所效应更明显。  相似文献

以转cry1Ac/sck双基因抗虫水稻MSA、MSB、MSA4(对照: MH86)及其杂交稻KF6-304(对照: Ⅱ-YM86)为材料,系统地研究了转基因抗虫水稻对稻田寄生蜂群落的影响及生态安全性。结果表明: 在群落水平上,转基因抗虫水稻MSA、MSB、MSA4及杂交稻KF6-304对稻田寄生蜂的物种丰富度、多样性指数、均匀性指数和优势集中性指数的总体情况与时间动态以及个体总数无明显负面影响,但在生长中期转基因稻可降低稻田寄生蜂的个体数量。按寄生蜂功能团分析,MSA与MSA4在水稻生长发育的后期初始,提高卵寄生蜂的数量,MSA、MSB、MSA4及杂交稻KF6-304显著降低以靶标害虫稻纵卷叶螟为寄主的寄生蜂功能团的个体数量,对其他寄生蜂无明显负面影响。  相似文献

以转cry1Ab/cry1Ac基因水稻汕优63(以下简称汕优63/Bt)为材料,亲本汕优63(以下简称汕优63/CK)为对照,在田间自然感虫条件下研究汕优63/Bt对稻田几种非靶标害虫种群消长动态的影响。结果表明,汕优63/Bt上稻苞虫Pelopidas mathias(Fabricius)和稻眉眼蝶Mycalesis gotamaMoore幼虫数量都显著低于对照品种,但汕优63/Bt对稻苞虫的毒性强于稻眉眼蝶。汕优63/Bt上稻飞虱(白背飞虱Sogatellafurcifera(Horvath)和褐飞虱Nilaparvatalugens(Stal))混合种群数量通常与对照品种基本一致,在少数调查时间显著高于对照品种。相反,除少数调查时间与对照品种没有显著差异外,稻叶蝉(黑尾叶蝉Nephotettixcincticeps(Uhler)和二点黑尾叶蝉N.viriscens(Distant))混合种群数量通常显著高于对照品种。稻飞虱和叶蝉成为汕优63/Bt上的主要害虫。  相似文献

以转Bt水稻华恢1号(Cry1Ac/ CryAb融合基因型,简称HH1)及其对照亲本明恢63(简称MH63)稻田两迁害虫稻纵卷叶螟和白背飞虱为研究对象,系统研究转基因抗虫水稻种植下两迁害虫的发生规律及其致害力差异.结果表明:转Bt水稻及其对照亲本上稻纵卷叶螟的落卵量和幼虫发生量无显著差异,但转Bt水稻的卷叶株率和卷叶率都显著低于对照亲本.表明转Bt水稻对靶标害虫稻纵卷叶螟具有较高抗性.转Bt水稻及对照亲本上白背飞虱若虫、成虫及整个种群的发生动态差异不显著,且转Bt水稻对长翅型和短翅型成虫的种群发生影响也不显著.白背飞虱发生高峰期,转Bt水稻上若虫及短翅型成虫发生量均明显高于对照亲本;相反,转Bt水稻上长翅型成虫发生量明显低于对照亲本,且水稻生育后期长翅型成虫雌性比明显低于对照亲本.转Bt水稻大面积商业化种植下其非靶标害虫白背飞虱的发生危害变得更为复杂.  相似文献

【背景】瓢虫科天敌昆虫是玉米田中重要的天敌类群,可捕食多种农业害虫,对害虫有很好的控制作用。为了明确转基因玉米对瓢虫科天敌的潜在效应。【方法】在田间条件下,采用系统调查结合吸虫器方法,研究了cry1Ab基因玉米对玉米田主要瓢虫科天敌种类丰富度和种群动态的影响。【结果】转cry1Ab基因玉米田与其对照田瓢虫类群和优势种群组成相同。春播时Bt玉米田与对照田以龟纹瓢虫为优势种,仅在玉米生长后期Bt玉米田中的龟纹瓢虫数量显著高于对照田,其他时期2种田间龟纹瓢虫的种群动态没有显著差异。夏播玉米田以龟纹瓢虫和异色瓢虫为主,在8月17日Bt玉米田中异色瓢虫数量显著高于对照田,在9月27日其异色瓢虫数量显著低于对照田,而其他时期Bt玉米田和对照田中异色瓢虫优势度以及田间种群动态没有显著差异。【结论与意义】转cry1Ab基因玉米对玉米田重要的瓢虫科天敌丰富度、优势度和种群数量没有不良影响。因此,该转基因玉米可用于农田生态系统的有害生物管理。  相似文献

Both chemical and biological methods are essential for control of insects, for example, lepidopterans, on rice. Thus, it is important to know the effect of chemicals on the biological control agents. In this study, we assessed the toxicity of commonly used insecticides on a biological control agent, Trichogramma japonicum Ahmead (an egg parasitoid of rice lepidopterans) by using a dry film residue method. Results showed that thirty insecticides from seven chemical classes exhibited various degree of toxicity to this parasitoid. Among the seven classes of chemicals tested, organophosphates (chlorpyrifos, fenitrothion, phoxim, profenofos, and triazophos) and carbamates (carbaryl, carbsulfan, isoprocarb, metolcarb, and promecarb) exhibited the highest intrinsic toxicity to T. japponicum, with an LC50 of 0.035 (0.029-0.044) to 0.49 (0.34-0.87) mg active ingredient (a.i.) L(-1), followed by antibiotics (abamectin, emamectin benzoate, and ivermectin), phenylpyrazoles (butane-fipronil, ethiprole, and fipronil), pyrethroids (cyhalthrin, cypermethrin, fenpropathrin, and lambda-cyhaothrin), and neonicotinoids (acetamiprid, imidacloprid, imidaclothiz, nitenpyram, thiacloprid, and thiamethoxam). Moreover, the insect growth regulator insecticides (chlorfluazuron, fufenozide, hexaflumuron and tebufenozide) exhibited the lowest toxicity to the wasps with an LC50 of 3,383 (2406-5499) to 30206 (23107-41008) mg ai. L(-1). Risk quotient analysis showed that phenylpyrazoles, pyrethroids, insect growth regulators, neonicotinoids (with the exception of thiamethoxam), and antibiotics (with the exception of abamectin) are classified as safe agents to the parasitoid, while organophosphates and carbamates are classified as slightly, moderately, or highly toxic agents to the parasitoid. The data presented in this paper provided useful information on the selection of compatible insecticides with T. japonicum.  相似文献

[目的]比较稻虱缨小蜂Anagrus nilaparvatae雌雄蜂对水稻挥发物的电生理响应,明确寄生蜂嗅觉感受能力的性别差异,为提高寄生蜂在害虫生物防治中的应用效率提供依据.[方法]建立微小触角电位检测方法,测量雌雄蜂对不同类别的9种水稻挥发物的触角电位反应,对具有差异反应的挥发物进行梯度浓度刺激实验.[结果]电生理测试中,雄蜂对反-2-己烯醛的反应最强,对反-石竹烯的反应最弱,反应顺序从大到小为醛、酯、醇、萜;雌蜂对顺-茉莉酮的反应最强,对芳樟醇的反应最弱.测试的9种水稻挥发物中,6种挥发物在雌雄间存在显著的响应差异.在梯度浓度测试中,雄蜂对顺-柠檬烯、芳樟醇和顺茉莉酮3种挥发物的浓度变化没有明显的电生理响应差异,而对反-石竹烯、橙花叔醇和反-2-己烯醇产生明显电生理反应;雌蜂对6种挥发物的浓度变化都产生明显的电生理响应,其中,萜烯类物质芳樟醇、反-石竹烯和橙花叔醇在测试的最低浓度(0.01 g/L)时的电生理反应最强.[结论]稻虱缨小蜂的嗅觉感受能力在雌雄间存在明显的差异,且雌蜂对水稻挥发物的电生理反应较雄蜂灵敏.挥发物浓度在范围0.01-100 g/L内,通过稻虱缨小蜂对不同浓度下EAG值的差异,可以初步判断不同浓度的挥发物存在不同生态功能.  相似文献

The yellow stem borer, Scirpophaga incertulas Walker (YSB), infested rice plants emit chemicals through the surface of their infested stems. These induce attractant activity and cause arrestment responses and ovipositional stimulation in its egg parasitoid, Trichogramma japonicum Ashmead. Laboratory experiments on short‐range host searching and oviposition were performed to assess the how these crude stem extracts and their fractions influence the biological control efficiency of Trichogramma. The activity of these chemicals as long‐range attractants was confirmed through wind tunnel bioassays. Stem borer‐infested plant extracts had enhanced the parasitization rate of T. japonicum, whereas host eggs treated with the extract from undamaged stems or solvent‐treated control failed to evoke changes in the parasitoid’s behaviour. A preliminary GC‐MASS analysis indicated the presence of several hydrocarbon compounds. The analysis also revealed qualitative and quantitative differences between the chemical profiles of the infested and non‐infested plants. We hypothesized that herbivore‐induced plant chemicals are released through the stem surfaces and attract T. japonicum, even over long distances. These cues elicit parasitoid arrestment on pest‐damaged plants and subsequently lead to the successful parasitization of the stem borer.  相似文献

Little is known about the potential cumulative long-term effects of transgenic crops on nontarget organisms. In the present laboratory study, the potential cumulative effects of transgenic Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) rice on parasitoids in successive generations were observed for an egg parasitoid, Anagrus nilaparvatae parasitizing eggs of Nilaparvata lugens (St?l) (Hemiptera: Delphacidae) feeding on Bt rice. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay test confirmed that Cry1Ab insecticidal protein could be detected in newly eclosed parasitoid adults. However, no significant effect on the fecundity of Anagrus nilaparvatae Pang et Wang (Hymenoptera: Mymaridae) was observed between Bt and non-Bt rice. Developmental times of both genders of A. nilaparvatae parasitizing host eggs laid in Bt (KMD1 and KMD2) rice lines were significantly prolonged from first generation to second generation, but not always prolonged from third generation to 11th generation as compared with the control rice line. Furthermore, the sex ratio of A. nilaparvatae progeny from the first generation to 11th generation in three rice lines was not significantly different. In general, our results suggested that the effect of Bt rice on this parasitoid could be negligible.  相似文献

Biological control efficiency can be improved by developing effective mass‐rearing systems to produce large numbers of high‐quality parasitoids. This study explored an alternative host for rearing Sclerodermus brevicornis (Kieffer) (Hymenoptera: Bethylidae), a potential biocontrol agent for the suppression of exotic and invasive wood‐boring longhorn beetle (Coleoptera: Cerambycidae) populations in the European agroforestry ecosystems. We tested larvae of the rice moth, Corcyra cephalonica Stainton (Lepidoptera: Pyralidae), as host for the parasitoid. We quantified the probability and timing of host attack and parasitism as well as reproductive success, offspring production, and the characteristics of adult offspring. As S. brevicornis is a quasi‐social species (multiple females, communally produced offspring broods), we also explored the effects of varying the number of females to which individual hosts were presented, with the aim of determining the optimal female‐to‐host ratio. As time to host attack can be a limiting factor in S. brevicornis rearing protocols, we tested the use of adult females of another bethylid species, Goniozus legneri Gordh, to paralyse C. cephalonica larvae prior to presentation. We identified the conditions within our experiment that maximized offspring production per host and offspring production per adult female parasitoid. We found that C. cephalonica is suitable as a factitious host and, as it is considerably more straightforward for laboratory rearing than cerambycid species, it is a good candidate for adoption by future S. brevicornis mass‐rearing and release programmes.  相似文献

报道了广东省四会市大沙镇稻田中褐飞虱Nilaparvata lugens卵期寄生蜂的结构和动态。该群落由缨小蜂科和赤眼蜂科的6个属、共19种卵寄生蜂组成。其中,稻虱缨小蜂Anagrus nilaparvatae、长管稻虱缨小蜂A. longitubulosus和拟稻虱缨小蜂A. paranilaparvatae是群落中的优势种群,它们对控制褐飞虱种群卵期的存活率起主要作用。6个属在群落中的优势地位相对稳定,但不同物种包括优势种类在群落中的地位并不稳定。早、晚稻前期,群落的寄生蜂数量与稻田褐飞虱数量正相关;中期,寄生蜂数量在一定的范围内波动;后期,其数量先上升,然后急剧下降。水稻生长前、中和后期,寄生蜂对褐飞虱卵的平均寄生率分别约为76%,70%和50%。  相似文献

Summary Three models of the evolution of host-feeding behaviour in parasitoid wasps are developed. The first assumes that the wasp host feeds purely to obtain resources to mature eggs (limited resource model) while the second assumes that host feeding provides energy for maintenance (pro-ovigenic model). The third model assumes that host feeding provides resources for both maintenance and egg maturation (resource pool model). Two variants of the third model are examined: the first assumes that the risk of mortality is constant and state-independent, the second that resource-depleted individuals suffer a higher risk of mortality. The models are analysed using a combination of stochastic dynamic programming and analytical techniques. The models make different predictions about the relationships between the probability of host feeding and egg load and host density. The available experimental evidence best supports the resource pool model.  相似文献
