用扫描电镜观察了ABS丁酮溶液灌注的家鸽小肠绒告发同血管构筑情况。家鸽小肠绒毛血管丛由输入沁动脉、毛细血管网和输出小静脉组成,小肠绒毛血管丰富,并相到吻合成单层密集网;办入小动脉既可从肠腺周围血管丛发出,也可直接由粘膜下去一发出,绒毛下部血管表现为微直血管形态,可能部分具有门静脉性质。  相似文献

报道了近年在香港再发现的两个属-黄腺蕨属(叉蕨科)和网藤蕨属(藤蕨科),并对港产的黄腺蕨、有盖黄腺蕨和网藤蕨的标本和文献进行整理,及对国产的相近种类作分类处理,把钩形黄腺羽蕨和广西黄腺羽蕨归并于黄腺蕨中。此外,亦对网藤蕨进行了长期观察,证实了Holtum关于该种的叶轴顶端的形态修正。黄腺蕨属和网藤蕨属在香港的再发现,对华南蕨植物地理区系的研究具有一定的意义。由于这两属在本地均为罕见之种类,故可考虑到入得法珍稀蕨类名单之内。  相似文献

棒络新妇和悦目金蛛丝腺形态初步观察   总被引:11,自引:0,他引:11  
研究比较了结网型蜘蛛棒络新妇Nephila clavata和悦目金蛛Argiope amoena的丝腺形态特征,为国内蜘蛛丝腺蛋白的研究提供原始的丝腺解剖图,同时结合对2种蜘蛛卵袋的解剖、网的特征和室内捕食黄粉虫Tenebrio molitor幼虫行为的观察比较,探讨了2种蜘蛛丝腺的生物学功能与其生存繁殖策略之间的关系。本文分别观察描述了棒络新妇和悦目金蛛的大壶状腺、小壶状腺、鞭状腺、柱状腺、葡萄状腺和梨状腺共6种丝腺。2种蜘蛛丝腺形态特征基本相似;部分丝腺在形态结构和颜色上有些差异;悦目金蛛的葡萄状腺比棒络新妇发达。观察表明2种蜘蛛的网和卵袋特征差异较大,两者捕食策略也不同,棒络新妇采用咬一捆缚(Bit—Wrapping)策略,悦目金蛛则采用捆缚一咬(Wrapping-Bit)策略。棒络新妇和悦目金蛛的网和卵袋特征与丝腺的颜色相一致。同时,其葡萄状腺数量和大小与其各自的捕食策略相关。  相似文献

为了研究鹧鸪腺胃和肌胃的动脉分布状况,本实验用血管铸型法对10只鹧鸪胃的动脉分支和分布情况进行了详细的解剖观察。结果表明,鹧鸪的腺胃由腺胃背侧动脉和腺胃腹侧动脉供应营养,肌胃由胃左动脉和胃右动脉供应,肌胃背侧动脉是胃右动脉的一末端分支,肌胃腹侧动脉由胃左动脉分出。  相似文献

目的研究异甘草素对斑马鱼Danio rerio var.胚胎发育、血管生成以及心脏的影响。方法异甘草素处理受精后10 h、24 h的正常斑马鱼胚胎,显微镜下观察并记录药物作用12 h、24 h、36 h、48 h后斑马鱼胚胎发育、血管生成、心率以及心脏形态。结果异甘草素浓度为4μg·mL~(-1)时可轻度抑制斑马鱼胚胎尾部发育,浓度为12μg·mL~(-1)及以上时会严重抑制胚胎发育。异甘草素具有抑制斑马鱼胚胎血管生成作用,浓度为2μg·mL~(-1)时即可抑制血管的生成,8μg·mL~(-1)时甚至完全抑制尾部静脉血管的生成。异甘草素可显著降低斑马鱼胚胎心率,中低剂量下,心率随着作用时间增加呈先降后升的趋势,对心脏形态无影响;高剂量下,心率随作用时间增加而降低,异甘草素致斑马鱼胚胎心包与卵黄囊肿大。结论中低剂量异甘草素具有良好的抗血管生成和减慢心率的作用,高剂量时随着作用时间延长具有一定的抑制发育作用。  相似文献

用血管铸型法对一只因伤致死的雄性灰鹤胃的血供进行铸型观察,结果显示,灰鹤的胃动脉均由腹腔动脉分出,腺胃由腺胃背侧动脉和腺胃腹侧动脉供应营养,肌胃由胃左动脉、胃右动脉和肌胃背侧动脉供应营养。腺胃的静脉有腺胃腹侧静脉、胃凹腹侧静脉和腺胃背侧静脉,分别经左(腺胃腹侧静脉和胃凹腹侧静脉)、右(腺胃背侧静脉)肝门静脉回流;肌胃的静脉有胃左静脉、胃右静脉和胃背侧静脉,分别经左(胃左静脉)、右(胃右静脉和肌胃背侧静脉)肝门静脉回流。此外本文将灰鹤胃的血供与其它动物的进行了比较。  相似文献

用血管铸型法和大体解剖学方法对环颈雉胃动脉的起源、分布及胃静脉的回流情况进行了解剖学研究。结果表明,环颈雉的胃动脉均由腹腔动脉分出;腺胃由腺胃背侧动脉和腺胃腹侧动脉营养,腺胃背侧动脉直接起自腹腔动态的左侧,腺胃腹侧动脉起自腹腔动脉左支。腺胃血液的静脉有腺胃前静脉和腺胃后静脉,分别汇入后腔静脉和左肝门静脉。肌胃由肌胃左动脉、肌胃右动脉和肌胃背侧动脉营养,肌胃左动脉起自腹腔动脉的左支;肌胃右动脉起自腹腔动脉的右支;肌胃背侧动脉从腺胃背动脉分支而来。回流肌胃血液的静脉有胃右静脉、胃左静脉和胃腹侧静脉;胃右静脉汇入右肝门静脉,胃左静脉和胃腹侧静脉汇入左肝门静脉。另外腺胃和肌胃的表面缺乏主干动脉间的吻合。  相似文献

目的探讨子宫腺肌病中异位和正位内膜组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达及微血管密度(MVD)与发病机制的关系.方法采用免疫组织化学技术检测21例正常子宫内膜(对照组)和38例子宫腺肌病(疾病组)异位内膜及正位内膜中VEGF的表达,利用Ⅷ因子相关抗原标记血管内皮细胞,再应用计算机图像分析系统分析VEGF免疫染色密度值及计数切片中微血管(20×视野).结果疾病组异位内膜腺上皮细胞及间质细胞中VEGF的表达明显高于对照组腺上皮及间质细胞(P<0.01).疾病组正位内膜腺上皮细胞中的VEGF的表达亦高于对照组(P<0.05).疾病组异位内膜中的平均微血管密度明显高于正位内膜及对照组(P<0.05).VEGF与MVD表达呈明显正相关(P<0.01).结论子宫腺肌病异位和正位内膜中VEGF表达的明显增高及局部微血管密度的明显增加,可能导致局部新生毛细血管的增多,从而促进子宫内膜在子宫肌层内异位种植和生长.  相似文献

本文用甲基丙烯酸甲脂铸型技术,配合扫描电镜,研究白鲢鳃部血管的分布。鳃区具有双血液循环,动脉—动脉循环,主司血液与水体间气体交换;动脉—静脉循环主司鳃区营养交换。入鳃丝动脉上具有膨大的“血泡”结构,可能起“鳃心”作用,当鳃丝内收时将血液输送入入鳃动脉。伪鳃鳃小片彼此排列紧密,这种结构似不利于气体交换,可能没有什么呼吸功能。  相似文献

Vascular imaging is crucial in the clinical diagnosis and management of cerebrovascular diseases, such as brain arteriovenous malformations (BAVMs). Animal models are necessary for studying the etiopathology and potential therapies of cerebrovascular diseases. Imaging the vasculature in large animals is relatively easy. However, developing vessel imaging methods of murine brain disease models is desirable due to the cost and availability of genetically-modified mouse lines. Imaging the murine cerebral vascular tree is a challenge. In humans and larger animals, the gold standard for assessing the angioarchitecture at the macrovascular (conductance) level is x-ray catheter contrast-based angiography, a method not suited for small rodents. In this article, we present a method of cerebrovascular casting that produces a durable skeleton of the entire vascular bed, including arteries, veins, and capillaries that may be analyzed using many different modalities. Complete casting of the microvessels of the mouse cerebrovasculature can be difficult; however, these challenges are addressed in this step-by-step protocol. Through intracardial perfusion of the vascular casting material, all vessels of the body are casted. The brain can then be removed and clarified using the organic solvent methyl salicylate. Three dimensional imaging of the brain blood vessels can be visualized simply and inexpensively with any conventional brightfield microscope or dissecting microscope. The casted cerebrovasculature can also be imaged and quantified using micro-computed tomography (micro-CT)(1). In addition, after being imaged, the casted brain can be embedded in paraffin for histological analysis. The benefit of this vascular casting method as compared to other techniques is its broad adaptation to various analytic tools, including brightfield microscopic analysis, CT scanning due to the radiopaque characteristic of the material, as well as histological and immunohistochemical analysis. This efficient use of tissue can save animal usage and reduce costs. We have recently demonstrated application of this method to visualize the irregular blood vessels in a mouse model of adult BAVM at a microscopic level(2), and provide additional images of the malformed vessels imaged by micro-CT scan. Although this method has drawbacks and may not be ideal for all types of analyses, it is a simple, practical technique that can be easily learned and widely applied to vascular casting of blood vessels throughout the body.  相似文献

本文应用5’-N-ALP双重染色法观察了裸鼠皮肤及人胃癌组织内淋巴管的形态和细微分布.在光镜下毛细淋巴管、淋巴管呈5’-N强阳性反应,管壁显示明显的棕色或深棕色,而毛细血管、血管的ALP呈强阳性,管壁呈明显的蓝色.据此可用组化方法将毛细淋巴管和毛细血管区别开来.本法能显示呈褐色的毛细淋巴管,特别是呈实性条索状的毛细淋巴管,因而双重染色比HE染色更能客观、准确地显示毛细淋巴管的分布.  相似文献

Blood vessels are highly organized and complex structure, which are far more than simple tubes conducting the blood to almost any tissue of the body. The fine structure of the wall of blood vessels has been studied previously using the electron microscope, but the presence the telocytes associated with vasculature, a specific new cellular entity, has not been studied in depth. Interestingly, telocytes have been recently found in the epicardium, myocardium, endocardium, human term placenta, duodenal lamina propria and pleura. We show the presence of telocytes located on the extracellular matrix of blood vessels (arterioles, venules and capillaries) by immunohistochemistry and transmission electron microscopy. Also, we demonstrated the first evidence of a primary cilium in telocytes. Several functions have been proposed for these cells. Here, the telocyte-blood vessels cell proximity, the relationship between telocytes, exosomes and nervous trunks may have a special significance.  相似文献

Hemodynamic factors such as low wall shear stress have been shown to influence endothelial healing and atherogenesis in stent-free vessels. However, in stented vessels, a reliable quantitative analysis of such relations has not been possible due to the lack of a suitable method for the accurate acquisition of blood flow. The objective of this work was to develop a method for the precise reconstruction of hemodynamics and quantification of wall shear stress in stented vessels. We have developed such a method that can be applied to vessels stented in or ex vivo and processed ex vivo. Here we stented the coronary arteries of ex vivo porcine hearts, performed vascular corrosion casting, acquired the vessel geometry using micro-computed tomography and reconstructed blood flow and shear stress using computational fluid dynamics. The method yields accurate local flow information through anatomic fidelity, capturing in detail the stent geometry, arterial tissue prolapse, radial and axial arterial deformation as well as strut malapposition. This novel compound method may serve as a unique tool for spatially resolved analysis of the relationship between hemodynamic factors and vascular biology. It can further be employed to optimize stent design and stenting strategies.  相似文献

An electron microscope investigation was made of the carotid body in the cat and the rabbit. In thin-walled blood vessels the endothelium was fenestrated. Larger vessels were surrounded by a layer of smooth muscle fibers. Among the numerous blood vessels lay groups of cells of two types covered by basement membranes. Aggregates of Type I cells were invested by Type II cells, though occasionally cytoplasmic extensions were covered by basement membrane only. Type I cells contained many electron-opaque cored vesicles (350 to 1900 A in diameter) resembling those in endocrine secretory cells. Type II cells covered nerve endings terminating on Type I cells and enclosed nerve fibers in much the same manner as Schwann cells. The nerve endings contained numerous microvesicles (~500 A in diameter), mitochondria, glycogen granules, and a few electron-opaque cored vesicles. Junctions between nerve endings and Type I cells were associated with regions of increased density in both intercellular spaces and the adjoining cytoplasm. Cilia of the 9 + 0 fibril pattern were observed in Type I and Type II cells and pericytes. Nonmyelinated nerve fibers, often containing microvesicles, mitochondria, and a few electron-opaque cored vesicles (650 to 1000 A in diameter) were present in Schwann cells, many of which were situated close to blood vessels Ganglion cells near the periphery of the gland, fibrocytes, and segments of unidentified cells were also seen. It was concluded that, according to present concepts of the structure of nerve endings, those endings related to Type I cells could be efferent or afferent.  相似文献

目的 结合组织学染色技术和组织透明化策略研究耳部皮肤中神经纤维和血管的空间对应关系。方法 将耳廓前面和后面的皮肤从其中间软骨仔细剥离,然后直接分别用蛋白基因产物9.5 (PGP 9.5)和鬼笔环肽对耳部皮肤的神经纤维和血管进行免疫荧光染色并进行组织透明化处理。随后,以全包埋方式将耳皮肤组织裱贴在载玻片上用于荧光显微镜和共聚焦显微镜观察。结果 本研究显示PGP 9.5阳性神经纤维伴随鬼笔环肽标记的血管一道从耳廓的基部走行到其外围区域形成耳廓的神经血管网。在传统的免疫荧光染色技术基础上,后续的组织透明化技术可以更好地展示耳部皮肤中神经纤维和血管的形态学细节。结论 从方法学的角度来看,组织透明化技术增进了耳部皮肤中免疫荧光标记的可视性,它可能成为有效的技术手段用于解析正常和病理状态下耳部神经血管网的空间结构。  相似文献

The axial organ of two sea urchin genera, Echinometra and Eucidaris , has been analysed with the electron microscope. It is mainly built up by an extracoelomic tissue rich in various leucocytic cells and blood vessels lacking an endothelium. The axial sinus (axocoel) is located on the interior of the axial organ, and evaginations extend into this loosely constructed tissue. The epithelium of the axial sinus and its extensions are characterized by epitheliomuscular cells and abundant podocytes, which overlie the blood vessels. Since podocytes are the well known structural basis for ultrafiltration, it is postulated that this is a function of the axial organ at least in echinoids and asteroids.  相似文献

动脉粥样硬化是中老年人的常见病,对人类的健康危害很大。应用激光扫描共聚焦显微镜,在不同刺激药物作用下对动脉粥样硬化大耳白家兔的脑血管形态进行了活体的实时动态观察。从脑血管的荧光图像和血管横截面的荧光强度分布可获取正常与异常状态血管内血流状态的相关形态学和流变学参数,从而提供对血管的阻塞状况以及形成机理进行研究的重要信息。  相似文献
