生赤壳科和丛赤壳科的中国新记录种

本文报道了生赤壳科和丛赤壳科的中国新记录16个种,它们隶属于生赤壳属(Bionectria)、丽赤壳属(Calonectria)、赤壳属(Cosmospora)、血赤壳属(Haematonectria)、丛赤壳属(Nectria)和拟赤壳属(Nectriopsis),变更了一个种的名称。     

丛赤壳科4个中国新记录种

报道了采集于山东、河南、四川和云南的丛赤壳科4个中国新记录种：乌列沃光赤壳、假赤壳、瘤顶乳突赤壳和悬钩子乳突赤壳。对我国材料的宏观和微观特征进行了详细描述和图示,并与上述种的原始描述以及ITS和28S rDNA序列进行了比较。     

丛赤壳科5个中国新记录种

对采自安徽、河南、湖北、云南和西藏等地的丛赤壳科标本进行系统分类研究,综合形态解剖、培养性状、DNA序列和无性阶段特征,报道5个中国新记录种：肯达拉赤壳Cosmospora khandalensis,翠绿赤壳C. viridescens,剑孢新赤壳Neocosmospora protoensiformis,罗杰森假赤壳Pseudocosmospora rogersonii和瘤顶赤壳Tumenectria laetidisca,对它们的宏微观特征和菌落形态进行了描述及图示。     

丛赤壳科3个中国新记录种（英文）

对来自黑龙江、安徽和湖北的部分丛赤壳科真菌进行单孢分离和系统分类研究,将形态解剖、培养性状和DNA序列分析等相结合进行研究,发现3个中国新记录种:新大孢新丛赤壳Neonectria neomacrospora、平截乳突赤壳Thelonectria truncata和周刺座霉Volutella ciliata,对它们的宏观和微观特征进行了详细描述及图示。     

子囊具四个孢子的皱赤壳属一新种

描述了分布于中国热带、亚热带地区的丛赤壳科皱赤壳属Rugonectria一新种。对中国材料进行形态学和DNA序列分析相结合的研究表明,它们与日本报道的栗生皱赤壳R. castaneicola较为接近,但存在形态学和DNA序列上的明显差异,代表该属一个新种。     

丛赤壳类真菌8个新组合（英文）

按现行的国际命名法规和肉座菌目名称提案委员会对属名的处理建议,对生赤壳科和丛赤壳科4个属中8个种的名称进行了命名上的订正,建立8个新组合:蜜黄枝穗霉Clonostachys mellea、平截枝穗霉C.truncata、囊胞枝穗霉C.vesiculosa、竹镰孢菌Fusarium bambusae、庐山新赤壳Neocosmospora lushanensis、平铺假赤壳Pseudocosmospora effusa、河南假赤壳P.henanensis和炭团假赤壳P.nummulariae。     

杆孢赤壳属一新组合(英文)

长期以来,杆孢赤壳属被视为丛赤壳属的异名,最近才恢复其属级分类地位。臧氏丛赤壳在形态特征上与杆孢赤壳属的模式种Allantonectria miltina很相似,在子囊壳解剖结构、近圆柱形至柱棒状子囊、腊肠形子囊孢子等方面均表现出共性。二者间形态相似性得到了6个基因序列分析的支持,因而将臧氏丛赤壳转入杆孢赤壳属,建立新组合臧氏杆孢赤壳。     

COI基因作为丛赤壳科真菌DNA条形码的测试

以丛赤壳科33种76个菌株为材料,探讨COI基因作为该科DNA条形码的可能性。结果表明,该DNA片段存在较多内含子,为了获取某些种的短片段,需设计许多引物,PCR扩增与测序成功率低,难以达到便捷、快速的物种鉴定的目的。因此,COI不宜作为丛赤壳科的DNA条形码。对已获得的少数片段进行分析表明,该基因对丛赤壳科部分种具有较强的物种鉴别力。     

丛赤壳科部分属之间的系统学关系

对nrDNA大亚基部分序列进行序列分析,探讨丛赤壳科11个属的属间关系。研究结果表明,Cosmospora不是单起源,它的成员分别与Nectria,Haematonectria以及Neocosmospora3个不同的属聚类在一起;Haematonectria和Neocosmospora的亲缘关系最接近;Lanatonectria为一个独立的属;以Neonectriadiscophoravar.discophora为代表的Neonectria是一个可靠的属。     

中国单囊壳属分类的研究III．锦葵科和虎耳草科上的新种和新变种

本文报告了寄生在锦葵科和虎耳草科植物上的中国单囊壳属的一个新种和一个新变种：即锦葵科木芙蓉上的木槿生单囊壳Sphaertheca hibisricola Z. Y. Zhao, 虎耳草科落新妇上的落新妇生单囊壳 Sphamtheca mors-uvae (Schw.) Berk. Var astdbccola Z. Y. Zhao. 上述新的分类单位均有汉文和拉丁支描述,新种、新变种与近似种间的区别有讨论。     

New Staphylinidae (Coleoptera) records with new collection data from New Brunswick, Canada: Pselaphinae

Twenty species of Pselaphinae are newly recorded from New Brunswick, Canada. This brings the total number of species known from the province to 36. Thirteen of these species are newly recorded for the Maritime provinces of Canada. Dalmosella tenuis Casey and Brachygluta luniger (LeConte) are newly recorded for Canada. Collection and habitat data are presented for these species.     

Tripterygiid Fishes of New Caledonia, with Zoogeographical Remarks

The Tripterygiidae of New Caledonia are revised and their zoogeographical relationships discussed. A total of 27 species is recognized from the territory; three species are recorded from New Caledonia for the first time [Enneapterygius howensis Fricke, 1997; Enneapterygius rhabdotus Fricke, 1994; Helcogramma trigloides (Bleeker, 1858)]. From Grande Terre, 26 species are known, with four species recorded for the first time. Seven species occur at the Ile des Pins (all new records); from the Chesterfield Islands, six species of tripterygiid fishes have been recorded; and from the Loyalty Islands, 17 species are known, with three species recorded from the island group for the first time: 15 species from Ouvéa, 11 species from Lifou (eight new records) and five species from Maré (three new records).     

New Coleoptera records from New Brunswick, Canada: Anthribidae, Brentidae, Dryophthoridae, Brachyceridae, and Curculionidae, with additions to the fauna of Quebec, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island

We report 63 species of Curculionoidea that are new to New Brunswick (three species of Anthribidae, four species of Brentidae, three species of Dryophthoridae, three species of Brachyceridae, 50 species of Curculionidae). Among these are 27 species (two Anthribidae, two Brenthidae, one Brachyceridae, 22 Curculionidae) that are also newly recorded for the Maritime provinces, and one species, Plesiobaris disjuncta Casey (Curculionidae) that is newly recorded for Canada from New Brunswick and Quebec. Bagous planatus LeConte is reinstated to the faunal list of New Brunswick. Two species of Curculionidae are newly recorded from Nova Scotia and the Maritime provinces, and two others are reported for the first time for Prince Edward Island.     

Mayflies (Ephemeroptera) from Reserva Ecológica Michelin,Bahia, Brazil

New records and distributional notes are provided for Reserva Ecológica Michelin, an Atlantic Forest fragment near the southern coast of Bahia State, Brazil. Two families, four genera and five species are recorded for the first time in Bahia State. Additionally, one family, two genera and three species are also recorded for the first time in the Northeast Region of Brazil, resulting in nine families, 48 genera and 96 species recorded to this region. Amongst the recorded species, Hermanella mazama (Nascimento, Mariano, and Salles, 2012) has been classified as an endangered species on the official Brazilian red list.     

Cladocera from pokhara valley,nepal with notes on distribution

A study made on collections of zooplankton from lakes and ponds in Pokhara Valley, Nepal yielded 23 species of Cladocera of which 1 i species are recorded for the first time in Nepal. This brings the recorded Nepalese Cladocera to 39 species. All the species recorded in the present study are illustrated and described briefly. A compilation of previous and present records is given with a short discussion of the species composition.     

Floristic diversity and vegetation analysis of Wadi Arar: A typical desert Wadi of the Northern Border region of Saudi Arabia

Wadi Arar in the Northern border region of Saudi Arabia is one of the most important Wadis of the Kingdom. The present study provides an analysis of vegetation types, life forms, as well as floristic categories and species distribution. A total of 196 species representing 31 families of vascular plants were recorded. Compositae, Gramineae and Leguminosae were the most common families. Therophytes and chamaephytes are the most frequent life forms, indicating typical desert spectrum vegetation. The distribution of these species in the different sectors of the Wadi as well as the phytochoria for the recorded species is provided. Ninety-one species (46.5%) are typical bi-regional. Furthermore, about 105 species (53.5%) are mono- or pluriregional taxa. The highest number of species (136 or 69.5%) was recorded for annual plants, while the lowest number of species (60% or 30.5%) was recorded for perennial, short perennial or annual to biennial species.     

A review of the leaf beetles (Coleoptera,Chrysomelidae) of St. Petersburg and Leningrad Province

A total of 245 species of 59 genera and 12 subfamilies of Chrysomelidae are recorded for St. Petersburg and Leningrad Province. The distribution of 219 species is proved by the author, 30 species are recorded for the region for the first time. For most species data on the phenology and ecology are given.     

广州地区湿地维管植物资源调查与分析

共调查记录了广州地区湿地维管植物42科,93属,112种,大部分为被子植物,其中含有较多属和种的科是禾本科(Gramineae)和菊科(Compositae),含有较多种的属是蓼属(Polygonum)和莎草属(Cyperus).出现频率较高的物种主要有空心莲子草(Alternanthera philoxeroides(Mart.)Griseb.)、少花龙葵(Solanum americanum Miller)和鸭跖草(Commelina communis Linn.),这三个种在70%以上的调查点中有分布.水生植物有15种,占总数的13.39%,大多数为单子叶植物;湿生植物有27种,占总数的24.11%;喜湿植物有70种,占总数的62.50%.调查到的植物有不少已广泛应用于湿地园林景观和人工湿地,也有一些具有一定的应用潜力.     

Taxonomic Study of Tribe Copiphorini in Korea (Orthoptera: Tettigoniidae: Conocephalinae)

ABSTRACT Five species of the tribe Copiphorini (Orthoptera, Tettigoniidae, Conocephalinae) including a newly recorded species Xestaphrys javanicus Redtenbacher are recognized in Korean fauna. The key to species, characteristic figures, and diagnosis for the newly recorded species are presented.
