水培经济植物对污水中磷的吸收利用及去除效果 总被引:13,自引:0,他引:13
对13种经济植物在污水水培条件下净化污水中磷的能力进行了研究。结果表明,黑麦草(Lolium multiflorum)、水芹(Oenanthe stolonifera)、莴苣(Lactuca sativavar.angustana)、酸模(Poly-gonum iapathifolium)、生菜(Lactuca sativa)、小葱(Allium ascalonicum)、五月慢青菜(Brassica chinen-sis)等品种具有较高的净化能力。在4个半月的水培中,TP的去除量分别达到10.27、10.35、6.5~6.896、.91、5.72、5.46和6.19 g.m-2;TP的去除率分别达到94.5%、95.2%、93.6%~99.3%、99.6%、99.5%、95%和89.2%。植物吸收作用是最主要的污水磷去除机制,沉淀在污水磷净化中的作用较小。污水中磷的去除与植物的生长期密切相关。黑麦草、水芹等7种植物适宜作为苏南地区冬季化粪池污水水培植物。 相似文献

Abstract Activated sludge samples from pilot plants using different processes for enhanced biological phosphorus removal were investigated for the occurrence of polyphosphate-accumulating bacteria. All samples showed a direct correlation between the relative number of phosphate-accumulating bacteria and phosphate uptake. Various species of bacteria with polyphosphate granules were found in sludge flocs, but in every case Acinetobacter -like cells formed part or the main part of the polyphosphate-accumulating bacterial population. The spectrum of the bacteria with stored polyphosphates varied, depending on the sewage composition on the one hand and on the processes used for phosphorus removal on the other hand. 相似文献

AbstractIncreased nitrogen and phosphorus pollution causes eutrophication in water bodies. Using aquatic plants to remove nutrients from water is an attractive phytoremediation. It is a cost-effective, environment-friendly, and efficient way that reduces water body eutrophication by the plant. It is important to choose suitable macrophytes to remove excess N and P under different nutrient conditions. In this study, six macrophyte species (Polygonum orientale, Juncus effuses, Iris pseudocorus, Phragmites australis, Iris sanguinea, Typha orientalis) were tested. Simulation experiment was conducted under five N and P levels. The removal rate, relative growth rate, and the dynamic nutrition concentration of cultivated solution were investigated. Of all the treatment, a 23–95% reduction in N removal and a 29–92% reduction in P removal were recorded. The results showed I. sanguinea is a promising species to treat various eutrophic waters and the other five species can be used specifically to treat certain types of water. The data provided a theoretical guidance to plant species selection for phytoremediation of polluted water bodies for the purpose of water quality improvement around the different reservoir in northern China. 相似文献

The risk of vertical transmission of hepatitis B virus (HBV) varies with type of viral endemicity, degree of maternal infection and genomic characteristics of the virus. The aim of this study is to estimate this risk in Tunisia using serological and molecular methods to evaluate HBV replication, to determine viral genotypes and to detect presence of occult hepatitis in 2709 pregnant women. Serological markers were detected by ELISA methods, Genotype was determined by PCR-RFLP and occult hepatitis by nested-PCR. Four percent of women were positive for HBsAg; only 3% of them were also positive for HBeAg. Viral replication, over than 10(3) copies/ml, was detected in 61% of positive HBsAg patients. Three viral genotypes were detected: D (95%), B (3%) and A (3%). Occult hepatitis was detected in 4% of sera with "anti-HBc isolated" profile. In conclusion, the risk of vertical transmission of HBV exists in Tunisia. It increases by frequency of precore mutants, predominance of the genotype previously associated with high levels of replication and possibility of occult hepatitis B. These results show the importance of screening by serological HBV markers systematically during pregnancy with evaluation of viral replication in order to prevent vertical risk by efficient tools. 相似文献

The growth, reproduction and longevity of Diplogasteritus nudicapitatus, Paroigolaimella bernensis and Rhabditis curvicaudata were investigated under conditions of excess food within the temperature range 5°C–20°C. In all three species growth rate increased with temperature, and in D. nudicapitatus and R. curvicaudata the adult size attained varied significantly with temperature. P. bernensis did not reproduce at 5°C, but showed a progressive increase in reproductive output at higher temperatures. D. nudicaitatus showed increased egg production as temperature increased while R. curvicaudata had maximum egg output at 10°C. Longevity is temperature dependent, decreasing with higher temperatures. Virgin females survived for longer than reproducing females. The data indicate that while D. nudicapitatus and P. bernensis are thermophilic species, R. curvicaudata is adapted to lower temperatures. 相似文献

测定由不同植物构成的人工湿地的氨态氮、硝态氮和亚硝态氮含量,对比不同植物对生活污水中氮的去除效率.结果表明,与不种植物的人工湿地相比,由风车草[Cyperus alternifolius L. ssp. flabelliformis (Rottb.) Kiikenth.]、香根草[Vertiveria zizanioides (Linn.) Nash]、芦苇(Phragmitas communis Trin.)和美人蕉(Canna indica Linn.)构成的人工湿地对氨态氮去除率分别提高6%、8%、11%和14%;对硝态氮去除率分别提高5%、6%、13%和9%;对亚硝态氮去除率分别提高5%、7%、10%和7%,说明种植芦苇和美人蕉的人工湿地对生活污水中的氮具有较好的去除效果. 相似文献

Mercury-resistant bacteria, which are able to reduce mercuric ion (Hg(2+)) to metallic mercury (Hg(0)), were examined for their ability to remove mercury from waste-water aerobically. Growth studies in artificial medium indicated that mercury increases the lag phase, but does not effect the growth rate of these bacteria. Further studies demonstrated that growth was minimal during a phase of rapid mercury removal, after which growth resumed. Small but significant amounts of carbohydrates are required for the mercuric ion reduction. Prolonged periods of bacterial growth under nonsterile conditions was accomplished without the loss of the mercuric reducing ability of the culture. A continuous culture of the resistant organism was maintained on raw sewage for two weeks, during which time relatively high concentrations of mercury (70 mg/L) were removed from the sewage at a rate of 2.5 mg/L h and at efficiencies exceeding 98%. 相似文献

The presented studies were carried out to get more information about physiological properties of methylotrophic bacteria selected from sewage sludges derived from mechanical and biological sewage treatment plants. All the isolated bacterial strains belonged to facultative methylotrophs. The majority of them utilized glucose, starch and lipids. Organic micropollutants (OMPs) comprise a wide group of substances highly consumed in modern societies. There has been a growing social and scientific interest on OMPs in wastewaters in the twentyfirst century. This research paper has identified the evolution of the research trends in the period 2001–2017 on OMPs fate during secondary wastewater treatment. These trends have moved from a global perspective on the occurrence of OMPs in wastewaters to more specific research focussed on understanding their behaviour during advanced treatment processes. Based on a bibliometric analysis carried out using one of the leading scientific databases, pharmaceuticals have been identified as the main group of OMPs. An increasing number of publications have been released on the fate of pharmaceuticals in wastewater with a growing number of countries involved: from 38 publications belonging to 14 countries in first 5-year period analysed (2001–2005) up to 138 from 42 countries only in the last 2 years (2016–2017). The main operational conditions in wastewater treatment plants influencing the removal of OMPs, as well as the mechanisms involved depending on the physico-chemical characteristics of the substances are reviewed. The paper also considers the role of microbial populations, as well as technological and operational features in OMPs abatement. Finally, a specific section is dedicated to the metabolic and cometabolic biotransformations of some OMPs taking place under heterotrophic, nitrifying and anaerobic conditions, a more novel research trend explored more recently. 相似文献

Eutrophication, or fertilization, has become a major water pollution problem associated with the discharge of mineral-rich sewage eflluent. A metabolic process to remove dissolved phosphate from sewage through the action of sewage microorganisms is under development. The process, unlike other proposed solutions to the problem, would not require tertiary treatment of the sewage. Laboratory studies have produced promising data. To determine the transmission cycle of ribonucleic acid (RNA) coliphages in their natural habitats, we investigated the distribution patterns of RNA phages in raw sewage collected from treatment plants in various localities in Japan. Most of the sewage samples contained group II and III phages. Samples from treatment plants in Sapporo, Tokyo, and Toyama contained appreciable amounts of group I phages in addition to the group II and III phages. As a whole, raw sewage from treatment plants in Japan contained RNA phages of the three groups in the ratio 1:2:5, group I/II/III. Based on the distribution patterns of RNA phages in sewage from domestic drainage in Japan proper (group II/III, 3:1), in animal feces and sewage from slaughter houses (mostly group I), and in human feces (group II/III, 1:1), it can be reasonably said that group I phages tend to be introduced from animal sources and group II and III phages tend to be introduced from human sources. Raw sewage from treatment plants in Japan consists mainly of human feces, sewage from domestic drainage, and industrial wastewater, and, in part, from slaughter houses. In fact, sewage from slaughter houses together with that from human sources flowed into the treatment plants of Tokyo as far as we could confirm. 相似文献

Summary The numerical taxonomy of the bacterial flora in activated sludge from two sewage treatment plants of the chemical industry is described. The predominant taxa; Alcaligenes, Pseudomonas and Zoogloea could be devided into a total of 14 subclusters. A significant disturbance of the biocoenosis was manifested in a substantial drop in the plant efficiency and in defined population shifts. Activated sludge (AS) contains highly complex microbial communities. In this study, PCR-based 454 pyrosequencing was applied to investigate the bacterial communities of AS samples from 14 sewage treatment plants of Asia (mainland China, Hong Kong, and Singapore), and North America (Canada and the United States). A total of 259 K effective sequences of 16S rRNA gene V4 region were obtained from these AS samples. These sequences revealed huge amount of operational taxonomic units (OTUs) in AS, that is, 1183–3567 OTUs in a sludge sample, at 3% cutoff level and sequencing depth of 16 489 sequences. Clear geographical differences among the AS samples from Asia and North America were revealed by (1) cluster analyses based on abundances of OTUs or the genus/family/order assigned by Ribosomal Database Project (RDP) and (2) the principal coordinate analyses based on OTUs abundances, RDP taxa abundances and UniFrac of OTUs and their distances. In addition to certain unique bacterial populations in each AS sample, some genera were dominant, and core populations shared by multiple samples, including two commonly reported genera of Zoogloea and Dechloromonas, three genera not frequently reported (i.e., Prosthecobacter, Caldilinea and Tricoccus) and three genera not well described so far (i.e., Gp4 and Gp6 in Acidobacteria and Subdivision3 genera incertae sedis of Verrucomicrobia). Pyrosequencing analyses of multiple AS samples in this study also revealed the minority populations that are hard to be explored by traditional molecular methods and showed that a large proportion of sequences could not be assigned to taxonomic affiliations even at the phylum/class levels. 相似文献

Antigen capture polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was tested as a sensitive and rapid method for detecting hepatitis A virus (HAV) in raw sewage sludge. The antigen capture PCR was performed both with and without solid-phase virus-catching monoclonal antibodies. Similar results proved that both methods were equally sensitive. Sewage sludge samples from different regions in Germany were examined for evidence of HAV contamination by antigen capture PCR. This method of detection was compared with that used in a previous study of these sewage sludge samples, in which the HAV was detected through indirect immunofluorescence after cell culture inoculation. The results obtained by antigen capture PCR matched those obtained in the earlier cell culture investigations, when HAV was detected in raw as well as digested sewage sludge samples. The advantage of the PCR method, however, lies in the fact that it needs only two days while the cell culture propagation of HAV takes about 8 to 10 weeks. 相似文献

The bacteria were severely affected after the activation and digestion stages at both plants. A dramatic decrease in numbers of listerias after each of these two stages was noticed during the cold months (September-January). The organisms were able to survive these treatments and were present in the final effluent and even in low numbers in the sewage sludge cake. Sufficient dewatering of sewage sludge is recommended to obtain sewage free of listerias.
