The soil microbial community is essential for maintaining ecosystem functioning and is intimately linked with the plant community. Yet, little is known on how soil microbial communities in the root zone vary at continental scales within plant species. Here we assess the effects of soil chemistry, large-scale environmental conditions (i.e. temperature, precipitation and nitrogen deposition) and forest land-use history on the soil microbial communities (measured by phospholipid fatty acids) in the root zone of four plant species (Geum urbanum, Milium effusum, Poa nemoralis and Stachys sylvatica) in forests along a 1700 km latitudinal gradient in Europe.Soil microbial communities differed significantly among plant species, and soil chemistry was the main determinant of the microbial community composition within each plant species. Influential soil chemical variables for microbial communities were plant species-specific; soil acidity, however, was often an important factor. Large-scale environmental conditions, together with soil chemistry, only explained the microbial community composition in M. effusum and P. nemoralis. Forest land-use history did not affect the soil microbial community composition.Our results underpin the dominant role of soil chemistry in shaping microbial community composition variation within plant species at the continental scale, and provide insights into the composition and functionality of soil microbial communities in forest ecosystems.  相似文献

To compare the effect of decabromodiphenyl ether (BDE 209) on microbial community from the Pearl River estuary, the microbial community at three in situ sites and the responses of microbial community to BDE-209 stressor were investigated. Denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis analysis of 16S rRNA gene showed that microbial community at site A2 has less diversity than sites A1 and A3. Physicochemical parameters (NH4-N, salinity and SiO3-Si) could significantly impact the microbial community composition in this estuary. In laboratory-incubated experiments, results indicated high concentration of BDE 209 (100 mg/kg) could increase the microbial diversity at sites A1 and A2, whereas reduced the microbial diversity at site A3. The unweighted pair group method with arithmetic means cluster analysis and principal component analysis demonstrated that the community structure changes at sites A1 and A2 were driven by the BDE 209 concentration, whereas at site A3 they depended on the incubation time. Thirty-five days after the addition of 100 mg/kg BDE 209, Firmicutes were found to be the dominant bacteria at sites A1 and A2. These data suggest the BDE 209 may have different effects on the microbial community in the Pearl River estuary.  相似文献

The current study aimed to test the hypothesis that both land-use change and soil type are responsible for the major changes in the fungal and archaeal community structure and functioning of the soil microbial community in Brazilian Pampa biome. Soil samples were collected at sites with different land-uses (native grassland, native forest, Eucalyptus and Acacia plantation, soybean and watermelon field) and in a typical toposequence in Pampa biome formed by Paleudult, Albaqualf and alluvial soils. The structure of soil microbial community (archaeal and fungal) was evaluated by ribosomal intergenic spacer analysis and soil functional capabilities were measured by microbial biomass carbon and metabolic quotient. We detected different patterns in microbial community driven by land-use change and soil type, showing that both factors are significant drivers of fungal and archaeal community structure and biomass and microbial activity. Fungal community structure was more affected by land-use and archaeal community was more affected by soil type. Irrespective of the land-use or soil type, a large percentage of operational taxonomic unit were shared among the soils. We accepted the hypothesis that both land-use change and soil type are drivers of archaeal and fungal community structure and soil functional capabilities. Moreover, we also suggest the existence of a soil microbial core.  相似文献

We examined trap fluid of three aquatic carnivorous species of Utricularia (Lentibulariaceae) to assess the role of microbial community within their traps in plant nutrient acquisition. In the context of increasing trap age, we characterized microbial community composition using phospholipid fatty acid (PLFA) analysis and microscopy. Nutrient content in various fractions of the trap fluid was analyzed and the abundance of free-suspended bacteria estimated. The activities of extracellular phosphatase in the trap fluid were determined using fluorometry and the contribution of the microbial community to phosphatase production assessed by epifluorescence microscopy. The trap microbial community seems to be largely derived from Utricularia associated periphyton. PLFA analysis revealed that trap fluid contained all components of a complex microbial food web with bacteria forming more than 58% of the viable microbial biomass in the trap. Trap age seems to be the key factor in determining the patterns of microbial community development as well as enzyme production. The amount of nutrients increases with increasing trap age, and the total amounts of C, N, and P accumulated within traps during their lifetime are relatively large—of the order of 100 mg L−1 for C and N, and between 0.2 and 0.6 mg L−1 for P. A significant part of the nutrient pool is present in the dissolved form. Trap fluid stoichiometry (molar N:P ratios about 100) as well as the presence of nutrient limited microbial cells (molar N:P ratios 25–61) indicates the importance of phosphorus rather than nitrogen for the nutrition of Utricularia. Our findings support the hypothesis that mutualism, apart from the predator–prey interaction, is an important association in aquatic Utricularia traps and that the trap-associated microbial community may be of benefit to the rootless aquatic Utricularia species facing problems with P acquisition due to the loss of roots in their evolution.  相似文献

The goal of our study was to capture the short-term effects of individual plant species on an established microbial community in a soil with a well-defined agricultural history. Using biochemical and molecular techniques we quantified the effects of plant species on changes in the soil microbial community over an 8-week time-course. We conducted a greenhouse experiment using field soil from a site that was managed as a Zea mays monoculture for over 50 years. The conditioned soil provided a baseline from which changes in microbial community composition through the effects of newly introduced plants could be determined. Within a short time frame (8 weeks), introduced plants influenced the soil microbial community in ways unique to each plant. Some species (Fagopyrm esculentum and xTriticosecale spp.) resulted in an increase of total microbial community richness, diversity and the stimulation of new microbial species not associated with the legacy vegetation. Other plants (Vicia villosa and Lolium multiflorum) tended to reduce community diversity. We suggest root surface area is good general predictor of rhizosphere microbial community diversity, but in some cases other plant traits may have dominant influence on plant-induced changes in microbial community composition.  相似文献

Due to sampling difficulties, little is known about microbial communities associated with sinking marine snow in the twilight zone. A drifting sediment trap was equipped with a viscous cryogel and deployed to collect intact marine snow from depths of 100 and 400 m off Cape Blanc (Mauritania). Marine snow aggregates were fixed and washed in situ to prevent changes in microbial community composition and to enable subsequent analysis using catalyzed reporter deposition fluorescence in situ hybridization (CARD-FISH). The attached microbial communities collected at 100 m were similar to the free-living community at the depth of the fluorescence maximum (20 m) but different from those at other depths (150, 400, 550, and 700 m). Therefore, the attached microbial community seemed to be “inherited” from that at the fluorescence maximum. The attached microbial community structure at 400 m differed from that of the attached community at 100 m and from that of any free-living community at the tested depths, except that collected near the sediment at 700 m. The differences between the particle-associated communities at 400 m and 100 m appeared to be due to internal changes in the attached microbial community rather than de novo colonization, detachment, or grazing during the sinking of marine snow. The new sampling method presented here will facilitate future investigations into the mechanisms that shape the bacterial community within sinking marine snow, leading to better understanding of the mechanisms which regulate biogeochemical cycling of settling organic matter.  相似文献

The aim was to study the influence of abiotic (elevated ozone) or biotic stress (Phytophthora citricola) or their combination on soil biological components and processes in the rhizosphere of young beech trees. Ectomycorrhizal and overall microbial community composition was studied at two soil depths in a lysimeter experiment with 7 year old trees of Fagus sylvatica. As a functional parameter, potential enzyme activities were measured in mycorrhizosphere soil and on excised mycorrhizal tips. The degree of mycorrhization, structure and potential enzymatic activities of mycorrhizal communities were only slightly influenced by treatments. Soil enzyme activities were depressed under elevated ozone and stimulated by P. citricola under ambient but not under elevated ozone. Overall microbial community composition (PLFA) and ectomycorrhizal diversity changed with depth. PLFA analyses not only suggested a reaction of the microbial community to elevated ozone but also indicated an increase in plant stress related components. No influence of the biotic stress on ectomycorrhizal or overall microbial community structure was detected. Changes in the mycorrhizosphere community structure and function due to ozone may be explained by the quality of plant derived carbon.  相似文献

Sub-alpine environments consist of altitudinal gradients associated with dramatic changes in plant growth and community composition, but the role of soil feedbacks and microbe interactions is largely unknown. Here, we examine the influence of the overall soil microbial community, with a focus on ectomycorrhizal and dark septate endophytic root colonizing fungi, from low, mid, and high elevations on the growth of Pinus contorta and Picea glauca × engelmannii. The influence of the soil microbial community was tested on seedlings from the same three elevations in order to determine ‘home’ versus ‘away’ effects on conspecifics of differing elevations. The low elevation soil was the most fertile and harbored a soil microbial community with an overall negative effect on seedling growth. In contrast, the high elevation soil was the least fertile and had a microbial community that enhanced seedling growth. However, only the soil microbial community in the highest elevation soil resulted in a stronger influence on the native P. contorta seedlings than seedlings originating from lower elevations. Despite the overall influence of the soil microbial community, ectomycorrhizal colonization was significantly correlated with P. glauca × engelmannii growth rates, but colonization by dark septate endophytes showed no relationship with seedling growth. The results provide evidence that plant—soil microbial community relationships are dependent on soil environment. Moreover, our results provide further support for the importance of soil microbes in facilitating seedling growth toward the edge of their elevational range.  相似文献

Soy sauce is a traditional condiment manufactured by natural inoculation and mixed culture fermentation. As is well known, it is the microbial community that plays an important role in the formation of its flavors. However, to date, its dynamic changes during the long period of fermentation process are still unclear, intensively constraining the improvement and control of the soy sauce quality. In this work, we revealed the dynamic changes of the microbial community by combining a cultured dependent method and a cultured independent method of polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis. Results indicated that the two methods verified and complemented each other in profiling microbial community, and that significant dynamics of the microbial community existed during the fermentation process, especially the strong inhibition of the growth of most of the microbes when entering into the mash stage from the koji stage. In the analysis of bacterial community, Staphylococcus and Bacillus were found to be the dominant bacteria and detected in the whole fermentation process. Kurthia and Klebsiella began to appear in the koji stage and then fade away in the early stage of the mash fermentation. In the analysis of fungal community, Aspergillus sojae and Zygosaccharomyces rouxii were found to be the dominant fungi in the koji and mash fermentation, respectively. It was clearly shown that when A. sojae decreased and disappeared in the middle stage of the mash fermentation, Z. rouxii appeared and increased at the meantime. Aspergillus parasiticus, Trichosporon ovoides and Trichosporon asahii also appeared in the koji and the early period of the mash fermentation and disappeared thereafter. Similar to Z. rouxii, Millerozyma farinosa and Peronospora farinosa were also found spontaneously which appeared in the mid-late period of the mash fermentation. The principal component analysis suggested that the microbial community underwent significant changes in the early period of the fermentation and, thereafter, tended to the stabilization in the mid-late periods. This study gave us important clues to understand the fermentation process and can serve as a foundation for improving the quality of soy sauce in the future.  相似文献

Biofumigation (BIOF) is carried out mainly by the incorporation of brassica plant parts into the soil, and this fumigation activity has been linked to their high glucosinolate (GSL) content. GSLs are hydrolyzed by the endogenous enzyme myrosinase to release isothiocyanates (ITCs). A microcosm study was conducted to investigate the effects induced on the soil microbial community by the incorporation of broccoli residues into soil either with (BM) or without (B) added myrosinase and of chemical fumigation, either as soil application of 2-phenylethyl ITC (PITC) or metham sodium (MS). Soil microbial activity was evaluated by measuring fluorescein diacetate hydrolysis and soil respiration. Effects on the structure of the total microbial community were assessed by phospholipid fatty acid analysis, while the impact on important fungal (ascomycetes (ASC)) and bacterial (ammonia-oxidizing bacteria (AOB)) guilds was evaluated by denaturating gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE). Overall, B, and to a lesser extent BM, stimulated microbial activity and biomass. The diminished effect of BM compared to B was particularly evident in fungi and Gram-negative bacteria and was attributed to rapid ITC release following the myrosinase treatment. PITC did not have a significant effect, whereas an inhibitory effect was observed in the MS-treated soil. DGGE analysis showed that the ASC community was temporarily altered by BIOF treatments and more persistently by the MS treatment, while the structure of the AOB community was not affected by the treatments. Cloning of the ASC community showed that MS application had a deleterious effect on potential plant pathogens like Fusarium, Nectria, and Cladosporium compared to BIOF treatments which did not appear to inhibit them. Our findings indicate that BIOF induces changes on the structure and function of the soil microbial community that are mostly related to microbial substrate availability changes derived from the soil amendment with fresh organic materials.  相似文献

The long-term (18 years) effects of re-vegetating eroded soil on soil microbial biomass, community structure and diversity were investigated in a forest soil derived from Quaternary clay in the Red Soil Ecological Experimental Station of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Large areas of land in this region of China have been subjected to severe soil erosion, characterised by the removal of the fertile surface soil and even the exposure of parental rock in some areas due to a combination of deforestation and heavy rainfall. The effects of planting eroded or uneroded soil with Pinus massoniana, Cinnamomum camphora or Lespedeza bicolor on the soil microbial community and chemical properties were assessed. Total soil microbial community DNA was extracted and bacterial 16 S rRNA gene fragments were amplified by PCR and analysed by terminal restriction fragment length polymorphism (T-RFLP). Microbial biomass carbon (Cmic) was measured by chloroform fumigation-extraction. Following the restoration there were significant increases in both Cmic and bacterial diversity (Shannon index), and significant changes in bacterial community structure. Erosion factors were significant only in minor dimensions suggesting that the restoration had been largely successful in terms of bacterial community structure. Compared with uneroded soil, Cmic recovered in L. bicolor and P. massoniana restored eroded plots and was significantly greater under these tree species than C. camphora, although soils in C. camphora restored plots displayed the highest bacterial diversity. The recovery of microbial biomass and diversity in the eroded plots was, to large extent, accompanied by the development of the same bacterial community structure as in the uneroded plots with erosion having relatively little effect on bacterial community structure.  相似文献

Background and aims

Condensed tannins, a dominant class of plant secondary metabolites, play potentially important roles in plant-soil feedbacks by influencing the soil microbial community. Effects of condensed tannins on the soil microbial community and activity were examined by a short-term tannin-addition experiment under field and laboratory conditions.

Methods

Condensed tannins were extracted from the leaves of a dominant conifer (Dacrydium gracilis) in a tropical montane forest on Mt. Kinabalu, Borneo. The extracted tannins were added to soils beneath the conifer and a dominant broadleaf (Lithocarpus clementianus) to evaluate the dependence of the response to tannin addition on the initial composition of the soil microbial community.

Results

Enzyme activities in the field tannin-addition treatment were lower than in the deionized-water treatment. Carbon and nitrogen mineralization were also inhibited by tannin-addition. The fungi-to-bacteria ratio after tannin-addition was higher compared with the distilled-water treatment in the laboratory experiment.

Conclusions

Based on our results, we suggest that the higher concentration of condensed tannins in the leaf tissues of Dacrydium than in those of Lithocarpus is a factor influencing the microbial community and activity. This may have influences on subsequent plant performance, which induces plant-soil feedback processes that can control dynamics of the tropical montane forest ecosystem.  相似文献

This study aimed to characterise the microbial community within the endometrial cavity and endocervix in women with menorrhagia or dysmenorrhea. Paired endocervical and endometrial biopsy samples were collected from women undergoing operative hysteroscopy and/or laparoscopy. Samples were cohorted based on pathology, indications for surgery, and histological dating of the endometrium. Samples were interrogated for the presence of microbial DNA using a two-step next generation sequencing technology approach to exploit the V5–V8 regions of the 16S rRNA gene. Pyrosequencing revealed that the endocervix and endometrium share a minor microbial community, but that each site harbours a separate and distinct microbial population (p = 0.024). This was also the case for women with menorrhagia and dysmenorrhea (p = 0.017). Lactobacillus spp. were the most abundant microbial taxa present in 50% of the cohorts, and across all endocervical groups. Members of the genera Prevotella, Fusobacterium and Jonquetella were the most abundant taxa identified in samples collected from nulliparous women. It can be concluded that the female upper genital tract is not sterile. Microbial community profiling revealed differences in the endometrial microbial community profiles for: (1) the endocervix compared to the endometrium, and (2), women with menorrhagia versus dysmenorrhea. The distinct microbial community profiles in these women may offer insight into the pathology and clinical management of dysfunctional menstrual bleeding.  相似文献

We used a culture-independent approach, namely, thermal gradient gel electrophoresis (TGGE) analysis of ribosomal sequences amplified directly from community DNA, to determine changes in the structure of the microbial community following phenol shocks in the highly complex activated sludge ecosystem. Parallel experimental model sewage plants were given shock loads of chlorinated and methylated phenols and simultaneously were inoculated (i) with a genetically engineered microorganism (GEM) able to degrade the added substituted phenols or (ii) with the nonengineered parental strain. The sludge community DNA was extracted, and 16S rDNA was amplified and analyzed by TGGE. To allow quantitative analysis of TGGE banding patterns, they were normalized to an external standard. The samples were then compared with each other for similarity by using the coefficient of Dice. The Shannon index of diversity, H, was calculated for each sludge sample, which made it possible to determine changes in community diversity. We observed a breakdown in community structure following shock loads of phenols by a decrease in the Shannon index of diversity from 1.13 to 0.22 in the noninoculated system. Inoculation with the GEM (Pseudomonas sp. strain B13 SN45RE) effectively protected the microbial community, as indicated by the maintenance of a high diversity throughout the shock load experiment (H decreased from 1.03 to only 0.82). Inoculation with the nonengineered parental strain, Pseudomonas sp. strain B13, did not protect the microbial community from being severely disturbed; H decreased from 1.22 to 0.46 for a 3-chlorophenol–4-methylphenol shock and from 1.03 to 0.70 for a 4-chlorophenol–4-methylphenol shock. The catabolic trait present in the GEM allowed for bioprotection of the activated sludge community from breakdown caused by toxic shock loading. In-depth TGGE analysis with similarity and diversity algorithms proved to be a very sensitive tool to monitor changes in the structure of the activated sludge microbial community, ranging from subtle shifts during adaptation to laboratory conditions to complete collapse following pollutant shocks.  相似文献

Extreme climatic activities, such as typhoons, are widely known to disrupt our natural environment. In particular, studies have revealed that typhoon-induced perturbations can result in several long-term effects on various ecosystems. In this study, we have conducted a 2-year metagenomic survey to investigate the microbial and viral community dynamics associated with environmental changes and seasonal variations in an enclosed freshwater reservoir subject to episodic typhoons. We found that the microbial community structure and the associated metagenomes continuously changed, where microbial richness increased after typhoon events and decreased during winter. Among the environmental factors that influenced changes in the microbial community, precipitation was considered to be the most significant. Similarly, the viral community regularly showed higher relative abundances and diversity during summer in comparison to winter, with major variations happening in several viral families including Siphoviridae, Myoviridae, Podoviridae and Microviridae. Interestingly, we also found that the precipitation level was associated with the terrestrial viral abundance in the reservoir. In contrast to the dynamic microbial community (L-divergence 0.73±0.25), we found that microbial metabolic profiles were relatively less divergent (L-divergence 0.24±0.04) at the finest metabolic resolution. This study provides for the first time a glimpse at the microbial and viral community dynamics of a subtropical freshwater ecosystem, adding a comprehensive set of new knowledge to aquatic environments.  相似文献

Arid environments are regular and well distributed over all continents and display drought characteristics whether full-time or seasonal. This study aims to characterize how the microbial communities of the rhizosphere of two leguminous trees from the Brazilian semi-arid biome the Caatinga are geographically and seasonally shaped, as well as the factors driving this variation. With that purpose, the soil rhizosphere from two leguminous trees (Mimosa tenuiflora and Piptadenia stipulacea (Benth.) Ducke) were sampled in two different seasons: rainy and drought at five different sites. Assessment of bacterial and archaeal communities occurred by T-RFLP analysis of 16S rRNA and archaeal amoA genes. By these means, it was observed that the seasons (wet and dry periods) are the factors that most influence the composition of the microbial community from both analyzed plants, except for the results obtained from the CCA applied to Archaeas. Furthermore, soil physical–chemical factors also had a significant influence on the community and indicated a geographical pattern of the bacterial community. It was not possible to observe significant modifications in the composition in relation to the plant species. We have seen that soil characteristics and rainfall were the factors that most influenced the microbial composition. Also, the bacterial community had a significant correlation with soil characteristics that indicates that these rhizosphere communities might be selected by environmental characteristics. Furthermore, the data suggest that climate plays a key role in structuring the microbial community of this biome.  相似文献

Rock varnish from Arizona's Whipple Mountains harbors a microbial community containing about 108 microorganisms g−1 of varnish. Analyses of varnish phospholipid fatty acids and rRNA gene libraries reveal a community comprised of mostly Proteobacteria but also including Actinobacteria, eukaryota, and a few members of the Archaea. In Croatia, a variety of geothermal springs with a wide temperature range and varied hydrochemical conditions exist, and they may harbor different niches for the distribution of microbial communities. In this study, 19 different sites, mainly located in central and eastern Croatia, were selected for primary characterization of spring hydrochemistry and microbial community composition. Using 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing, it was found that the bacterial communities that dominated most geothermal waters were related to Proteobacteria and Campylobacteria, while most archaeal sequences were related to Crenarchaeota. At the genus level, the prokaryotic community was highly site-specific and was often dominated by a single genus, including sites dominated by Hydrogenophilus, Sulfuricurvum, Sulfurovum, Thiofaba and Nitrospira, while the most abundant archaeal genera were affiliated to the ammonia-oxidizing archaea, Candidatus Nitrosotenuis and Candidatus Nitrososphaera. Whereas the microbial communities were overall highly location-specific, temperature, pH, ammonia, nitrate, total nitrogen, sulfate and hydrogen sulfide, as well as dissolved organic and inorganic carbon, were the abiotic factors that significantly affected microbial community composition. Furthermore, an aquifer-type effect was observed in the community composition, but there was no pronounced seasonal variability for geothermal spring communities (i.e. the community structure was mainly stable during the three seasons sampled). These results surprisingly pointed to stable and geographically unique microbial communities that were adapted to different geothermal water environments throughout Croatia. Knowing which microbial communities are present in these extreme habitats is essential for future research. They will allow us to explore further the microbial metabolisms prevailing at these geothermal sites that have high potential for biotechnological uses, as well as the establishment of the links between microbial community structure and the physicochemical environment of geothermal waters.  相似文献

Aims

We investigated the link between tree community composition and soil microbial community biomass and structure in central-eastern Spain.

Methods

The effects of the forest stand composition on the soil organic matter dynamics and on the structure and activity of the soil microbial community have been determined using phospholipid fatty acid profiles and soil enzymatic activities.

Results

The soil and litter N and C contents were higher in Pinus nigra Arn. ssp. salzmannii and Quercus ilex mixed forest stands (SBHO) and in long-term unmanaged Pinus nigra Arn. ssp. salzmannii forest stands (SBPC) than in pure Pinus nigra Arn. ssp. salzmannii forest stands (SBPA) and Pinus nigra Arn. ssp. salzmannii and Juniperus thurifera mixed forest stands (SBSJ). The bacterial biomass was significantly higher in SBSJ and SBPA than in SBPC and SBHO. The results show an uncoupling of the soil microbial biomass and its activity. pH is related to microbial biomass and its community structure under a Mediterranean humid climate.

Conclusions

The tree species seem to affect the biomass of the soil microbial community and its structure. The pH, but not the C/N ratio, is a factor influencing the microbial dynamics, biomass, and community structure.  相似文献

Tibet is one of the most threatened regions by climate warming, thus understanding how its microbial communities function may be of high importance for predicting microbial responses to climate changes. Here, we report a study to profile soil microbial structural genes, which infers functional roles of microbial communities, along four sites/elevations of a Tibetan mountainous grassland, aiming to explore the potential microbial responses to climate changes via a strategy of space-for-time substitution. Using a microarray-based metagenomics tool named GeoChip 4.0, we showed that microbial communities were distinct for most but not all of the sites. Substantial variations were apparent in stress, N and C-cycling genes, but they were in line with the functional roles of these genes. Cold shock genes were more abundant at higher elevations. Also, gdh converting ammonium into urea was more abundant at higher elevations, whereas ureC converting urea into ammonium was less abundant, which was consistent with soil ammonium contents. Significant correlations were observed between N-cycling genes (ureC, gdh and amoA) and nitrous oxide flux, suggesting that they contributed to community metabolism. Lastly, we found by Canonical correspondence analysis, Mantel tests and the similarity tests that soil pH, temperature, NH4+–N and vegetation diversity accounted for the majority (81.4%) of microbial community variations, suggesting that these four attributes were major factors affecting soil microbial communities. On the basis of these observations, we predict that climate changes in the Tibetan grasslands are very likely to change soil microbial community functional structure, with particular impacts on microbial N-cycling genes and consequently microbe-mediated soil N dynamics.  相似文献
