安徽虫瘟霉菌株的强毒杀蚜效应与侵染速率*   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
报道安徽虫瘟霉(Zoophthoraanhuiensis)菌株F97028对挑蚜(Myzuspersicae)的强毒杀蚜活性。以7个孢子剂量(0.4~10.4个孢子/mm2)接种2~3龄若蚜(52~86头/剂量),连续观察7d所获数据经时间-剂量-死亡率模型模拟分析,接种后第3~7d的LD50分别为34.8、8.7、1.5、0.7和0.4个孢子/mm2。在所用剂量范围内LT50为29~6.0d,随剂量增大而缩短。在接种后不同时段用0.1%百菌清水溶液处理被接种蚜体表面,结果显示,在15~20℃下,在0.7~1.8个孢子/mm2的剂量下接种后2h内的有效侵染率为42~58%,4h内为44%~74%,6h时达90%以上;在69~9.0个孢于/mm2的剂量下接种后1h,有效侵染率为57%~67%,2h内为77%~86%,4h内为78%~90%;高剂量(499~54.8个孢子/mm2)下接种后1h即达90%以上。与虫瘟霉属其它菌种或菌株对蚜虫的毒力比较,F97028菌株的毒力高28~117倍,为罕见的强毒杀蚜菌株。  相似文献

对6日龄桃蚜Myzus persicae(Sulzer)用106孢子/mL球孢白僵菌Beauveria bassiana(Balsamo)Vuillemin悬浮液接种后,饲养于4组温度(18,21,25和28℃)下,相对湿度(RH)为85%的条件下,观察其生殖力及生命表参数的变化。结果显示,与对照相比,在观察时限的10d内接种蚜日均产仔数分别减少43%,31%,53%和61%,接种蚜的净生殖力R0下降57%,73%,74%,60%,内禀增长力rm下降30%,41%,36%,22%。这表明,球孢白僵菌对桃蚜种群增长具有一定的抑制作用,其作用在21、25℃下更为明显。  相似文献

用飞虱虫疠霉(Pandora delphacis)初级分生孢子接种桃蚜(Myzus persicae),24 h内定时取样,在扫描电镜下观察孢子的萌发及其对寄主体壁的入侵。结果表明,附着到蚜体表面的孢子在4 h内有30~40%已萌发产生芽管,其中多数为侵染性芽管,少数是呈叉状分枝的营养生长型芽管。具侵染性芽管的孢子部分陷入体壁蜡质层中,显示孢子有分泌物产生并作用于寄主体壁。接种10 h内,侵染性芽管通过顶端膨大的附着胞或直接穿透侵入寄主体壁。到24 h时,产生侵染性芽管的孢子全部侵入寄主体内,寄主体表仅留下少数未萌发的孢子或营养生长型芽管。初级分生孢子在蚜体表面很少产生次级分生孢子,说明桃蚜是适合该菌侵染的寄主。陷入寄主体壁的孢子不因若蚜蜕皮而被去掉,表明该菌对成蚜和若蚜都具有侵染力。  相似文献

安徽虫瘟霉在侵染潜伏期内对桃蚜无翅成蚜生殖力的影响   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:3  
在8个剂量(0.48-61.15个孢子.mm^-2)下测定安徽虫瘟霉F97029菌株对桃蚜(Myzus persicae (Sulzer))2-3龄若蚜(57-84头/剂量(的毒力,接种后第3-7d的半致死剂量LD50分别为3.09,.88,1.33,1.28,1.26个孢子/mm2,致死中时LT50为2-6d,随剂量增大而缩短,将该菌株按60个孢子.mm^-2的剂量接种桃蚜的无翅成蚜,在10,15,20,25℃下其侵染潜伏期分别为7.2,5.3,4.9,3.9d,温度与潜伏期呈显著负相关(r^2=0.94),在相同梯度温度下,接种成蚜在病害潜伏期内平均产若蚜7.97头,11.20头,11.86头和11.20头,与同期对照相比依次下降56.45%,41.58%,39.98%,49.02%,根据日观察数据建立接种后潜伏期内45.54%(15℃),43.11%(20℃),和50.84%(25℃),内禀增长率(rm)比对照分别下降24.28%,16.98%,14.12%和20.13%,表明安徽虫瘟霉感染引发的真菌病害对桃蚜种群增长具有显著的抑制作用。  相似文献

四株蜡蚧轮枝菌对桃蚜的侵染力及对其生殖力的影响   总被引:11,自引:0,他引:11  
通过研究来自不同寄主的 4株蜡蚧轮枝菌菌株对桃蚜的侵染致死力、发病强度指数、以及对无翅成蚜生殖力及子代的影响 ,综合探讨病菌的侵染致病力及其潜力。试验 (2 4℃ ,10 0 % RH,5× 10 6孢子 /ml)结果表明 ,蜡蚧轮枝菌对无翅成蚜的侵染致死力和发病指数总体上是一致的 ,但二者在 4菌株间有明显差异 ,强弱依次为 VL FNL 95≥ VLNTV94 >VL ASA87>VLKTV79;对不同虫态 ,二者也有较大差异 ,对无翅成蚜明显高于有翅若蚜和 2~ 3龄若蚜。上述 4菌株对无翅成蚜的感染死亡高峰 ,依次为 4~ 5天、4~ 7天、4~ 8天和 5~ 9天 ,感染死亡分别为 84 .2 1~ 10 0 %、75.0 0~ 10 0 %、4 8.2 8~ 10 0 %和 2 9.6 3~ 77.78%。其中对 2~ 3龄若蚜 ,菌株间差异不很大。前 2个菌株 6天可达最高发病指数 ,虫体表面布满菌丝和分生孢子。与对照相比 ,可明显抑制无翅成蚜的生殖力。处理后 3天 ,产仔蚜量明显减少 ;4~ 5天锐减 ;8天种群产仔蚜量降低 39.59~ 4 8.37%。  相似文献

真空干燥球孢白僵菌纯孢粉的活孢率、毒力与贮存期   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
采用真空冷冻干燥法 (冻干 )和真空室温干燥法 (抽干 )对球孢白僵菌 (Beauveriabassiana)原菌粉进行了干燥工艺的比较。在固体产孢基质上生产的新鲜纯孢粉 (原菌粉 )含水量达 5 8 65 % ,经 36h冻干或抽干 ,孢子粉的含水量分别降至 3 97%和 4 2 6% ,含孢量分别为 1 2 9× 1 0 1 1 孢子 /g和 1 2 5× 1 0 1 1 孢子 /g ,活孢率分别为 99 0 %和 97 9%。冻干粉和抽干粉之间的活孢率无显著差异 ,但萌发速度不同。原菌粉、抽干粉及冻干粉对桃蚜(Myzuspersicae)在接种后第 7d的LC50 分别为 1 1 5 ,5 89和 2 95× 1 0 4 个孢子 /mL ;在 1 0 6 个孢子 /mL的剂量下对桃蚜的LT50 分别为 3 6d、 4 4d和 3 9d。从生产成本低得多 ,抽干法比冻干法在白僵菌纯孢粉的生产中更有应用前景 ,尽管冻干粉的质量略优于抽干粉。在4℃和 2 0℃下贮存冻干粉并进行为期一年的孢子萌发率和毒力检测。结果显示 ,冻干粉在2 0℃下贮存至 2 5 5d时完全失活而丧失染虫能力 ,而在 4℃下贮存一年后的活孢率仍达90 2 % ,LT50 仅从初始的 3 9d延长至 4 7d。这说明仅通过降低含水量以延长白僵菌孢子粉在常温下的贮存期仍是不可能的。  相似文献

对7日龄桃蚜 Myzus persicae用高剂量飞虱虫疠霉Pandora delphacis接种后,饲养于不同温(10~30℃)、湿(74%~100%RH)度组合条件下观察其生殖力及内禀增长力(rm) 的变化。结果表明,被接种个体生殖力比对照显著降低,且下降幅度受温度、湿度及温湿互作的影响。在各处理组合中,尤其以20~30℃和95%~100%RH的条件下下降更为明显。各处理rm在不同温度间差异显著,均随温度呈抛物线形变化,25℃下达最高,但不同湿度间差异不显著。与对照相比,被接种蚜的rm>除10℃与各湿度组合间无显著差异外,其余温湿组合下均显著低于对照。上述分析表明,飞虱虫疠霉的侵染能显著影响桃蚜生殖力及rm,尤其是在桃蚜繁殖的最适温度范围内效果最为明显。  相似文献

【目的】桃蚜Myzus persicae是一种世界性的重要农作物害虫,近年来已对多种化学杀虫剂产生抗性。本研究旨在筛选对桃蚜具有高毒力且培养性状优良的蜡蚧菌菌株。【方法】选用蜡蚧菌属Lecanicillium 2个种的7个菌株,即刀孢蜡蚧菌L.psalliotae 3个菌株(HFLP006, HFLP021和HFLP025)和渐狭蜡蚧菌L.attenuatum 4个菌株(HFLA032, HFLA041, HFLA064和HFLA066),接种在SDAY平板上培养并观察菌落生长与产孢性状;以2.0×10~7孢子/mL悬浮液用浸渍法测定对桃蚜无翅成蚜的致死率和致死中时(LT_(50));进而用系列浓度(1.0×10~4-1.0×10~8孢子/mL) HFLP006和HFLA032菌株孢子悬浮液测定其对桃蚜无翅成蚜的致死中浓度(LC_(50));利用体视显微镜逐日观察1.0×10~8孢子/mL HFLP006菌株孢子悬浮液侵染后无翅成蚜的染病症状变化。【结果】在SDAY平板上7个蜡蚧菌菌株的菌落形态基本相似,其中HFLP006和HFLA032菌株的生长与产孢性状较好,接种后15 d的菌落直径分别为50.75 mm和51.13 mm,产孢量分别为13.90×10~7和11.50×10~7孢子/cm~2;各菌株的孢子萌发率均超过了96.00%,其中HFLP006菌株的萌发率达到99.28%。对桃蚜无翅成蚜致病力最高的是HFLP006菌株,处理后7 d引起的累计校正死亡率为83.56%,显著高于其他菌株,LT_(50)为3.74 d,小于其他菌株;其次为HFLA032,处理后7 d引起的桃蚜无翅成蚜累计校正死亡率为63.01%,LT_(50)为5.75 d。毒力测定发现,处理后7 d菌株HFLP006和HFLA032对桃蚜无翅成蚜的LC_(50)值分别为0.21×10~6和1.86×10~6孢子/mL。在接种1.0×10~8孢子/mL HFLP006菌株孢子悬浮液后,第2天桃蚜成蚜活力减弱,虫体腹部开始出现褐斑,之后胸腹部逐渐变褐,足和触角变白,全身干瘪,体表长出大量白色丝状菌丝。【结论】HFLP006菌株对桃蚜无翅成蚜的致死率远高于其他菌株且致死时间最短,因此具有应用于桃蚜生物防治的潜力。此外,HFLP006菌株在SDAY培养基上表现出良好的培养性状。研究结果为该菌株的进一步规模化发酵提供了理论依据。  相似文献

采用改进的蜜露色斑法 ,测试 34种植物乙醇提取物 (0 0 1g干重·mL-1,0 0 1gDW·mL-1)和几种天然源药剂对桃蚜Myzuspersicae(Sulzer)和萝卜蚜Lipaphiserysimi(Kaltenbach)取食的影响。结果表明 ,白蝴蝶Syngonium podophyllumSchott.、苍耳XanthiumsibiricumPrtr.etWidd、白花非洲山毛豆Tephrosiavo gelliHook .的提取物对两种蚜虫的活性均较高 ,2 4h对桃蚜的拒食率分别达 0 6 82、0 6 2 9和 0 80 6 ,对萝卜蚜的拒食率分别为 0 4 0 5、0 370和 0 383,与对照之间差异极显著 ;油茶Camelliaoleifera和花椒Zanthoxylumschinifolium的提取物拒食作用亦较强 ,2 4h对桃蚜的拒食率分别为 0 5 5 2和 0 5 14 ,对萝卜蚜的拒食率分别为 0 5 70和 0 5 18。三种药剂 (0 3%印楝素乳油、鱼藤酮精、机油乳剂 )在所测试的浓度对两种蚜虫的拒食率均达 0 719以上 ,拒食效果显著。  相似文献

球孢白僵菌对烟蚜茧蜂生命参数及控害效果的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
在室内评价了球孢白僵菌对烟蚜茧蜂生命参数及控害效果的影响。分别在烟蚜茧蜂寄生桃蚜后不同时间进行高剂量(1900孢子/mm2)接菌,检测蚜虫感病率和寄生蜂形成的僵蚜率及僵蚜出蜂率。结果表明,球孢白僵菌对僵蚜率和僵蚜出蜂率的影响随接菌时间不同而变化。在烟蚜茧蜂寄生前1d、寄生当天和寄生后3d接菌,蚜虫感病率分别为59.6%、56.2%和34.8%;与对照相比,僵蚜率分别下降94%、59%和47%,僵蚜出蜂率分别减少83%、54%和49%。在寄生后5d或7d接菌,僵蚜率和僵蚜出蜂率不受明显影响,但蚜虫感病率降低到8.2%以下。对蚜尸内白僵菌菌体含量检测表明,随着烟蚜茧蜂寄生后接菌时间的推移,菌体数量迅速下降。寄生蜂寄生后5d或7d接菌,蚜尸内几乎检测不到菌体。直接喷雾接菌烟蚜茧蜂,成蜂寿命缩短4d左右,且81.8%的蜂尸受白僵菌感染。接菌后的寄生蜂对蚜虫寄生率几乎无影响,但寄生蜂在蚜虫体内的存活时间缩短了27.8%。  相似文献

[目的]评价球孢白僵菌固体发酵产物的干燥温度对产后分生孢子性能的影响.[方法]采用28℃2和35℃组合的7种恒温或变温处理干燥发酵产物,分析收获的分生孢子质量.[结果]变温干燥可显著降低产后孢子粉的杂菌污染.干燥温度对活孢率和孢子萌发速度影响不一致.35℃恒温干燥5 h后活孢率与新鲜孢子无明显差异,但萌发中时缩短了9.3%.干燥处理提高了孢子对高温和紫外辐射的耐受性.适当的变温干燥比恒温干燥有利于增强孢子抗逆性.干燥温度影响分生孢子胞内海藻糖积累,但其含量与抗逆性无直接相关性.优化干燥温度可提高产后分生孢子毒力.在370~450孢子/mm2剂量下,经28℃ 24 h后升至35℃干燥2 h或35℃恒温干燥5 h的分生孢子对桃蚜的致死中时分别比新鲜孢子缩短了10.6 h和7.5 h.[结论]球孢白僵菌固体发酵产物的干燥温度是影响产后孢子粉杂菌污染、孢子活力、抗逆性和毒力的重要因素.  相似文献

Selected morphological and physiological characteristics of four Beauveria bassiana (Balsamo) Vuillemin isolates and one Metarhizium anisopliae (Metschnikoff) Sorokin isolate, which are highly pathogenic to Lygus lineolaris (Palisot de Beauvois) (Hemiptera: Miridae), were determined. There were significant differences in conidial size, viability, spore production, speed of germination, relative hyphal growth, and temperature sensitivity. Spore viability after incubation for 24h at 20 degrees C ranged from 91.4 to 98.6% for the five isolates tested. Spore production on quarter-strength Sabouraud dextrose agar plus 0.25% (w/v) yeast extract after 10 days incubation at 20 degrees C ranged from 1.6x10(6) to 15.5x10(6)conidia/cm(2). One B. bassiana isolate (ARSEF 1394) produced significantly more conidia than the others. Spore germination was temperature-dependant for both B. bassiana and M. anisopliae. The time required for 50% germination (TG(50)) ranged from 25.0 to 30.9, 14.0 to 16.6, and 14.8 to 18.0h at 15, 22, and 28 degrees C, respectively. Only the M. anisopliae isolate (ARSEF 3540) had significant spore germination at 35 degrees C with a TG(50) of 11.8h. A destructive sampling method was used to measure the relative hyphal growth rate among isolates. Exposure to high temperature (40-50 degrees C) for 10min had a negative effect on conidial viability. The importance of these characteristics in selecting fungal isolates for management of L. lineolaris is discussed.  相似文献

To conduct laboratory experiments aimed at quantifying secondary acquisition of fungal conidia by western flower thrips (Frankliniella occidentalis), an efficient assay technique using Beauveria bassiana as the model fungus was developed. Various application protocols were tested and it was determined that the percent mortality did not vary among protocols. Peak mortality of second-instar nymphs, under constant exposure to conidia, occurred 5 days post-inoculation. Second-instar thrips that were exposed to conidia within 24 h of the molt to second instar were more susceptible to Beauveria bassiana than thrips exposed after times greater than 24 h post-molt. Conidia efficacy, which was monitored at 24 h intervals, did not differ significantly within 72 h. A test of the final bioassay system was conducted in a series of assays aimed at determining the LD50 of B. bassiana technical powder against second-instar western flower thrips. It was determined that B. bassiana (strain GHA) is highly effective at very low doses (LD50 of 33-66 conidia/insect).  相似文献

The aphids Aphis gossypii and Myzus persicae are cosmopolitan, poliphagous and damage cultivated plants. The effects of the entomopathogenic fungi Beauveria bassiana (isolate IBCB 66), Metarhizium anisopliae (isolate IBCB 121), Paecilomyces fumosoroseus (isolate IBCB 141) and Lecanicillium (= Verticillium) lecanii (isolate JAB 02) on third instar nymphs of A. gossypii and M. persicae were evaluated in the laboratory at 25 degrees C, 70 +/- 10% RH and 12h photophase. The aphids were transferred to petri dishes with a foliar disk (cotton or pepper) with a layer of 1 cm tick of agar-water. The fungi were applied in a suspension containing 1.0 x 106 to 1.0 x 108 conidia/ml. In the control treatment 1 ml of sterilized water was added to the foliar disks. The mortality of aphids was evaluated daily. B. bassiana and M. anisopliae caused 100% mortality at the seventh day after inoculation, for both species. L. lecanii was the fungus that provided mortality later in the aphids and M. persicae was more susceptible to both fungi than A. gossypii.  相似文献

Aerial conidia of Beauveria bassiana in an emulsifiable formulation germinated by >95% after 24 h exposure to the regimes of 20, 25 and 30 degrees C with 51%, 74% and 95% RH. Ovicidal activities of the formulation towards two-spotted spider mite, Tetranychus urticae, were assayed at the concentrations of 0, 18, 160 and 693 conidia mm(-2) sprayed separately onto fava bean leaves including 39 (25-76) eggs per capita. All the sprayed eggs on the leaves were directly exposed to the different regimes for hatch after 24 h maintenance in covered Petri dishes. Generally, hatched proportions increased over post-spray days and decreased with the elevated fungal concentrations; no more eggs hatched from day 9 or 10 onwards. Based on the counts of the hatched/non-hatched eggs in the different regimes, the final egg mortalities were 15.0-40.4%, 48.9-66.6% and 62.9-87.5% at the low, medium and high concentrations, respectively, but only 5.6-11.3% in blank controls. The RH effect on the fungal action was significant at 20 and 25 degrees C but not at 30 degrees C whereas the effect of temperature was significant at 51% and 74% RH but not at 95% RH. Probit analysis of the egg mortalities versus the fungal sprays generated median lethal concentrations (LC(50)) of 65-320 conidia mm(-2) at all the regimes, and of only 65-78 conidia mm(-2) at 25-30 degrees C with 74-95% RH. The results highlight ovicidal activities of the emulsifiable formulation against the mite species at the tested regimes and its potential use in spider mite control.  相似文献

用营养液萌发法和平板萌发法测定了10种常用化学杀螨剂与球孢白僵菌(Beauveria bassiana)和玫烟色拟青霉(Paecilomyces fumosoroseus)分生孢子的生物相容性.结果表明,营养液萌发法比平板法灵敏.以24 h内的孢子萌发率作为指标,供试杀螨剂的常用浓度及其5和10倍稀释液对活孢率的影响在不同杀螨剂间差异极显著,并在两种真菌间也存在差异.三唑锡、浏阳霉素、三氯杀螨醇和阿维菌素对生防真菌孢子的抑制力很强,不宜混用.速螨酮、克螨特、乐斯本、尼索朗及双甲脒等杀螨剂与真菌孢子的相容性优良,可与菌剂田间混用.将速螨酮、克螨特和乐斯本分别按3种浓度与白僵菌的孢子悬乳剂混配后在4 ℃恒温和室内变温下长期共贮,结果显示,3种杀螨剂对孢子活力的影响迥异,混配制剂在室内变温下的贮存期均未达到12个月,离商品化的要求差距较大.乐斯本的长期相容性相对较优,与菌剂低浓度混配可在常温下贮存6.5个月,中浓度和低浓度混配在4 ℃下可贮存12个月.  相似文献

【目的】球孢白僵菌Beauveria bassiana是一种被广泛用于害虫生物防治的生防菌。本研究探讨了孢悬液浓度和宿主体型大小对球孢白僵菌对松墨天牛Monochamus alternatus 幼虫的致病力的影响,旨在为松墨天牛的生物防治提供科学基础。【方法】分别用0.5% 吐温-80(CK)以及1×105, 1×106, 1×107, 1×108和1×109孢子/mL的球孢白僵菌孢悬液接种松墨天牛4龄幼虫,统计接种后15 d内幼虫死亡率和染菌率。同时用最佳浓度(1×109孢子/mL)的球孢白僵菌孢悬液接种体型大小分别为100~150, 200~220, 300~320, 400~420, 500~520和600~650 mg/头的松墨天牛幼虫,测定接种后20 d内幼虫的死亡率和染菌率。【结果】接种1×105~1×109孢子/mL的球孢白僵菌后,松墨天牛4龄幼虫起初活动自如,后在头部出现烧灼状伤并且体色逐渐变红,最后周身长满菌丝。不同浓度下,随球孢白僵菌孢子浓度升高,松墨天牛4龄幼虫校正死亡率和校正染菌率增加。接种1×106~1×109孢子/mL球孢白僵菌孢悬液15 d的松墨天牛4龄幼虫累计校正死亡率均可达到100%,1×107, 1×108和1×109孢子/mL浓度下,松墨天牛达到100%校正死亡率所需时间最少。接种0 (CK), 1×105, 1×106, 1×107, 1×108和1×109孢子/mL球孢白僵菌孢悬液的松墨天牛4龄幼虫校正染菌率在第15天分别为0, 20.00%, 86.67%, 90.00%, 96.67%和100.00%,表现为白僵菌孢子浓度越高,染菌率越高。1×109孢子/mL的接种浓度下,松墨天牛幼虫个体越大,天牛幼虫死亡率和染菌率越高。表现在第20天时,体型大小为100~150, 200~220, 300~320, 400~420, 500~520和600~650 mg/头的幼虫的死亡率分别为76.67%, 76.67%, 66.67%, 93.33%, 100.00%和100.00%,染菌率分别为60.00%, 63.33%, 60.00%, 86.67%, 96.67%和100.00%。【结论】球孢白僵菌悬浮液浓度对松墨天牛幼虫的死亡和侵染有显著影响,表现为随孢子浓度的增加而增加;同时,松墨天牛幼虫个体越大,死亡率和染菌率越高。研究结果对开展利用球孢白僵菌防治松墨天牛具重要借鉴和指导意义。  相似文献

This study was carried out to evaluate the influence of temperature and poultry litter on germination vegetative growth virulence and conidial production of Beauveria bassiana (Bals.) Vuill. and Metarhizium anisopliae (Metsch.) isolates on larvae and adults of the lesser mealworm (Alphitobius diaperinus) (Panzer). The vegetative growth and conidial production were evaluated on culture media. Virulence was studied submerging larvae and adults in a conidial suspension (1 x 10(8) conidia/ml). All the experiments were carried out in growth chamber (26 degrees C and 32 degrees C and 14h photophase). Fungus-killed insects were daily collected and used for microscopic conidial counts. The poultry litter effect was evaluated by submerging the insects in a fungal suspension (10(8) conidia/ml) and then transferring them to cups containing poultry litter (new and used). B. bassiana isolates were more sensitive than M. anisopliae to high temperature because conidia viability, vegetative growth and virulence were negatively affected (P < 0.05). The conidial production was higher to B. bassiana in 26 degrees C (7 to 11 x 10(8) conidia/larval cadaver and 8 x 10(8) conidia/adult cadaver) (P < 0,05). Larval stage was about 10 times more sensitive to M. anisopliae at 26 degrees C than adults stage. Regarding B. bassiana, differences on sensitivity between larval stages and adults were not observed at this temperature. However, at 32 degrees C, larval stage was more sensitive for CB116 and UEL50 isolates. Mortality was higher when larvae and adults (15.7 and 66.7% respectively) were treated by B. bassiana and maintained on new poultry litter at 26 degrees C) (P < 0.05).  相似文献

新型球孢白僵菌孢子悬乳剂的高效杀蚜活性及其评价方法   总被引:4,自引:2,他引:4  
用球孢白僵菌(Beauveria bassiana)SG8702的孢子悬乳剂与未剂型化孢子粉对桃蚜进行了杀蚜活性对比测定。孢子悬乳剂与孢子粉分别用水稀释成5个序列浓度,对甘蓝叶片上蚜虫进行相同时间的弥雾接种,前者孢子附着量分别为1.5~701.1个孢子/mm2 ,后者附着量分别为2.8~1005.9个孢子/mm2。蚜虫接种后置于23℃和12L:12D条件下饲养,定时观察8d。经时间—剂量—死亡率模拟分析,悬乳剂的剂量效应参数明显高于孢子粉,且杀蚜时间效应提前。用模型参数估计悬乳剂和孢子粉的LC50,接种后第4天分别为9.0和634个孢子/mm2,第7天为3.3和5.3个孢子/mm2。悬乳剂和孢子粉的LT50随叶面孢子附着量增大而下降,在100个孢子/mm2下为3.2d和4.5d。这表明孢子悬乳剂的杀蚜活性比未剂型化的孢子粉显著增强。作者讨论了杀虫微生物制剂评价的技术规范问题。  相似文献
