Two polymeric water-soluble fractions were isolated by gel filtration after mild acid hydrolysis of the lipopolysaccharide from Pseudomonas aeruginosa N.C.T.C. 1999. The fraction of higher molecular weight retained the O-antigenic specificity of the lipopolysaccharide and may be 'side-chain' material. This fraction was rich in N (about 10%) and gave several basic amino compounds on acid hydrolysis; fucosamine (at least 2.8% w/w) was the only specifc component identified. The fraction of lower molecular weight was a phosphorylated polysaccharide apparently corresponding to 'core' material. The major components of this fraction and their approximate molar proportions were: glucose (3-4); rhamnose (1); heptose (2); 3-deoxy-2-octulonic acid (1); galactosamine (1); alanine (1-1.5); phosphorus (6-7). In the intact lipopolysaccharide this fraction was probably linked to lipid A via a second residue of 3-deoxy-2-octulonic acid, and probably also contained additional phosphate residues and ethanolamine. The residues of 3-deoxy-2-octulonic acid were apparently substituted in the C-4 or C-5 position, and the phosphorylated heptose residues in the C-3 position. The rhamnose was mainly 2-substituted, though a little 3-substitution was detected. The glucose residues were either unsubstituted or 6-substituted. Four neutral oligosaccharides were produced by partial acid hydrolysis and were characterized by chemical, enzymic, chromatographic and mass-spectrometric methods of analysis. The structures assigned were: Glcpalpha1-6Glc; Glcpbeta1-2Rha; Rhapalpha1-6Glc; Glcpbeta1-2Rhapalpha1-6Glc. The galactosamine was substituted in the C-3 or C-4 position, the attachment of alanine was indicated, and evidence that the amino sugar linked the glucose-rhamnose region to the 'inner core' was obtained.  相似文献

The subcellular distribution of arylamidase-active antigens in rat liver and in two chemically induced hepatomas (D23 and D33) was investigated. Soluble antigens or detergent-solubilized membrane antigens from isolated subcellular fractions were tested in fused rocket immunoelectrophoresis against antisera prepared against each of the fractions. The arylamidase active antigens were identified by means of a zymogram technique using L-leucine 2-naphthylamide as substrate. Two arylamidase-active antigens were shown to be shared between plasma membranes, microsomes, lysosomal membranes and lysosomal content of the hepatocytes. One of these occurred predominantly in the plasma membranes (the plasma membrane arylamidase) while the other was preferentially found in the lysosomal content (the lysosomal content arylamidase). Also a third arylamidase-active antigen was identified and was shown to be restricted to the microsomes and the lysosomal membranes (the microsomal/lysosomal arylamidase). The rat liver plasma membrane arylamidase-active antigen was also present in plasma membrane, microsomal and cell-sap fractions of both the hepatomas. However, in the hepatomas this antigen occurred predominantly in the microsomal fraction. The plasma membrane arylamidase was the only arylamidase-active antigen found in the hepatoma D33 while the plasma membrane and microsomal fractions of hepatoma D23 also contained another antigen with this activity. Neither the lysosomal content arylamidase nor the microsomal/lysosomal arylamidase could be detected in any of the hepatoma fractions.  相似文献

Growth temperature-induced compositional changes in membranes of Fusarium oxysporum provided a test system for study of the relationship between physical properties and composition. Growth at 15 degrees C was characterized by a decrease in phospholipid content relative to sterol content, a shift in phospholipid composition from phosphatidylcholine to phosphatidylethanolamine and a marked enhancement in the amount of polyunsaturated fatty acids in the phospholipid and triglyceride classes. Uptake of a spin labelled analog of stearic acid during growth and subsequent solution of the probe in the membranes allowed estimation of viscosity and molecular order of the membranes of live cells and of isolated membrane preparations. Less than 1/20 of the intracellular label was accessible to sodium ascorbate while none was released by sodium dodecyl sulfate. All of the label in live cells was reduced by in vivo respiratory activity above 20 degrees C but this process could be reversed or avoided by added ferricyanide. A cholestane spin probe was also incorporated into the membranes. The probes were not reduced as readily in isolated membranes and hence fluidity of the membranes could be assessed over a wide temperature range. At low temperatures (-10 degrees C) a nonlethal, liquid-solid phase transition was indicated in isolated membrane lipids while at higher (lethal) temperatures (40-45 degrees C), discontinuities appeared in Arrhenius plots of rotational correlation time. Activation energies for isotropic rotation of the stearate probes in the membranes changed markedly in this temperature range and this effect correlated closely with loss of viability of conidial cells. Correlation times for stearate probes showed little variation with growth temperature nor were any breaks in Arrhenius plots of this parameter detected in the range 0-35 degrees C in whole cells or isolated membranes. The data indicated control of membrane physical properties within close tolerances throughout the physiological temperature range regardless of growth temperature. It was concluded that this homeostatic phenomenon was due to the counteractive effects of sterol/phospholipid ratio, phospholipid composition and fatty acid polyunsaturation since the condensing and fluidizing components of the isolated total membranes vary in a reciprocal manner.  相似文献

A strain of Penicillium funiculosum, isolated in this laboratory, produced in high yield both endo- and exo-glucanases and beta-glucosidases, which were suitable for the saccharification of cellulosic materials. The isolation of the beta-glucosidase of this organism, which differs from other beta-glucosidases of fungi in its substrate specificity, by preparative electrophoresis, is described in this article. The organism was grown on a lactose-casein medium and the culture filtrate concentrated by ammonium sulfate precipitation and dialysis. Electrophoresis was carried out on large slabs of polyacrylamide gel in an anodicrun in the presence of borate at pH 7. After elution of active fractions, a cathodic run was made at pH 6.0. Two precipitations with ammonium sulfate resulted in a homogeneous enzyme (specific activity 174 IU/mg). A second isozyme was also produced by P. funiculosum on cellulose-wheat bran medium. This isozyme was purified by electrophoresis at pH 7.0 in the absence of borate and was obtained free from other isozymes of beta-glucosidase and cellulases.  相似文献

After an acute bout of exercise, there is an unexplained elevation in systemic vascular conductance that is not completely offset by an increase in cardiac output, resulting in a postexercise hypotension. The contributions of the splanchnic and renal circulations are examined in a companion paper (Pricher MP, Holowatz LA, Williams JT, Lockwood JM, and Halliwill JR. J Appl Physiol 97: 2065-2070, 2004). The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of the cutaneous circulation in postexercise hypotension under thermoneutral conditions (approximately 23 degrees C). Arterial blood pressure was measured via an automated sphygmomanometer, internal temperature was measured via an ingestible pill, and skin temperature was measured with eight thermocouples. Red blood cell flux (laser-Doppler flowmetry) was monitored at four skin sites (chest, forearm, thigh, and leg), and cutaneous vascular conductance (CVC) was calculated (red blood cell flux/mean arterial pressure) and scaled as percent maximal CVC (local heating to 43 degrees C). Ten subjects [6 men and 4 women; age 23 +/- 1 yr; peak O(2) uptake (Vo(2 peak)) 45.8 +/- 2.0 ml.kg(-1).min(-1)] volunteered for this study. After supine rest (30 min), subjects exercised on a bicycle ergometer for 1 h at 60% of their Vo(2 peak) and were then positioned supine for 90 min. Exercise elicited a postexercise hypotension reaching a nadir at 46.0 +/- 4.5 min postexercise (77 +/- 1 vs. 82 +/- 2 mmHg preexercise; P < 0.05). Internal temperature increased (38.0 +/- 0.1 vs. 36.7 +/- 0.1 degrees C preexercise; P < 0.05), remaining elevated at 90 min postexercise (36.9 +/- 0.1 degrees C vs. preexercise; P < 0.05). CVC at all four skin sites was elevated by the exercise bout (P < 0.05), returning to preexercise values within 50 min postexercise (P > 0.05). Therefore, although transient changes in CVC occur postexercise, they do not appear to play an obligatory role in mediating postexercise hypotension under thermoneutral conditions.  相似文献

Sickle cell nitrosyl hemoglobin was examined for gelation by an ultracentrifugal method previously described (Briehl &; Ewert, 1973) and by birefringence. In the presence of inositol hexaphosphate gelation which exhibited the endothermic temperature dependence seen in gels of deoxyhemoglobin S was observed by both techniques. In the absence of inositol hexaphosphate no gelation was observed, nor did nitrosyl hemoglobin A exhibit gelation. On the assumption that gelation is dependent on the deoxy or T (low ligand affinity) as opposed to the oxy or R (high ligand affinity) quaternary structure this supports the conclusion that nitrosyl hemoglobin S in inositol hexaphosphate assumes the T structure, in contrast to the other liganded ferrohemoglobin derivatives oxy and carbon monoxide hemoglobin. Assuming further that the quaternary structures and isomerizations are the same in hemoglobins A and S it can also be concluded that nitrosyl hemoglobin A in inositol hexaphosphate assumes the T state. Since no gelation was seen in stripped nitrosyl hemoglobin S, inositol hexaphosphate serves to effect an R to T switch in this derivative. Thus R-T isomerization in nitrosyl hemoglobin occurs without change in ligand binding at the sixth position of the heme group confirming the conclusion of Salhany (1974) and Salhany et al. (1974).Lowering of the pH toward 6 favors gelation of NO hemoglobin S as it does of deoxy and aquomethemoglobin S (Briehl &; Ewert, 1973,1974), consistent with a favoring of the T structure due to strengthening of the interchain salt bridges and the binding of inositol hexaphosphate and/or changes in site-to-site interactions on which gelation depends.  相似文献

We have examined nuclear transport in Aspergillus nidulans to determine whether microtubles function in the movement of this organelle. Nuclear movement was found to be inhibited in germinating conidia (uninucleate asexual spores) by the microtubule inhibitor benomyl. To show that the benomyl inhibition was due to its effect on microtubules, the test was repeated with mutants which have genetic lesions in β-tubulin which produce resistance to benomyl in one case (benA15) and super-sensitivity in another (benA16). Nuclear movement was resistant to benomyl in the strain carrying benA15 and super-sensitive in the strain carrying benAl6. Since altered sensitivity to benomyl in these strains is specifically due to alterations in β-tubulin, these results show that β-tubulin is involved in nuclear movement. To eliminate the possibility that nuclear movement blockage was a secondary consequence of nuclear division blockage, this experiment was repeated with temperature-sensitive nuclear division mutants. At restrictive temperature, nuclear division was blocked in these mutants but nuclear movement was not. In the presence of benomyl, nuclear division and migration were blocked at permissive and restrictive temperatures. Thus nuclear division blockage alone is not sufficient to block nuclear movement. These experiments were corroborated by similar experiments on a temperature-sensitive nuclear movement mutant. Five previously isolated nonallelic temperature-sensitive nuclear movement mutants, nudA-E, were analyzed genetically and found not to be allelic to the benA (β-tubulin) tubA α-tubulin genes.  相似文献

Phenylthiourea (PTC) taste sensitivity thresholds have been measured for 2,013 Nigerians using a modified sorting technique. The frequency of non-tasters was observed to be 12.5% and the t gene frequency was 0.354. There was a significant difference between the sexes at the 0.01 level for the overall population. However, when the data are analyzed according to the geographical origin of the subject, the sex difference is found only in one of three geographical regions. Also, there may be geographical influences on PTC taste sensitivity, although this was not statistically significant. The estimates reported in this population differ considerably from some of the previously published estimates for black populations.  相似文献

The flavonoid compound mangiferin is found in the leaves, stem bark, fruit peels and root of Mangifera indica L. and in many other herbal species with many potential pharmacological properties. We have established an analytical method of mangiferin extracted from M. indica L. bark and Mangifera persiciformis C.Y. Wu et T.L. Ming leaves utilizing CZE. An electrolytic buffer containing 0.05 M borate buffer, pH 7.4 with methanol (1:0.3, v/v) was deemed suitable for mangiferin analysis. An ideal mangiferin electropherogram with a migration time at approximately 10.50 min was obtained. Repeatability tests showed that the R.S.D.s for both intra- and inter-day migration time and peak area for all manigferin sources tested were less than 4%. The linearity range of this method was 5-1000 microg/ml. The detection limit of this method was 1.5 microg/ml. Quantitative analysis of mangiferin was also performed with this method. The accuracy of quantitation at 10, 500 and 1000 microg/ml of control mangiferin were 99.00, 99.38 and 99.14%, respectively (n=10). The repeatability of quantitation (R.S.D.) was below 3%. Our results demonstrated that CZE is a simple and reliable method in mangiferin analysis and more studies are needed to detect other mangiferin resources, such as clinical biological samples, in pharmacology and pharmacokinetic studies.  相似文献

The essential oil (EO) of Ocimum gratissimum inhibited Staphylococcus aureus at a concentration of 0.75 mg/ml. The minimal inhibitory concentrations (MICs) for Shigella flexineri, Salmonella enteritidis, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella sp., and Proteus mirabilis were at concentrations ranging from 3 to 12 microg/ml. The endpoint was not reached for Pseudomonas aeruginosa (>=24 mg/ml). The MICs of the reference drugs used in this study were similar to those presented in other reports. The minimum bactericidal concentration of EO was within a twofold dilution of the MIC for this organism. The compound that showed antibacterial activity in the EO of O. gratissimum was identified as eugenol and structural findings were further supported by gas chromatography/mass spectra retention time data. The structure was supported by spectroscopic methods.  相似文献

The chymotrypsin-like proteins (chymotrypsin-CT,chymotrypsinogen-CTG, trypsin-T and modified chymotrypsins-at Met 192-MCT and at Tyr 146, 171-TCT), gamma-irradiated in the presence of air, were investigated. Irradiation leads to the unfolding of the native structure of CT-like proteins both in solution and in the dry state, which was shown by the tryptophan fluorescence, viscosimetry and microcalorimetry. The radiation yield of unfolded molecules Gconf was estimated and compared with (1) the rate constants for the reactions of OH-radicals with the proteins as determined by the p-nitrosodimethylaniline, (2) general stability of protein globule using the difference of the energies of the unfolded and globular conformations and (3) the radiation yield of tryptophan destruction in proteins-G-trp. There was a correlation between the values of Gconf and G-trp. The ratio G-trp/Gconf, which defines the number of destroyed tryptophan residues for one unfolded protein molecule, was constant within the limits of error. For CT, MCT, TCT and CTG, this ratio was on the average 3-2, and for T it was 2-2 residues. These facts point to the role of tryptophan destruction in the unfolding of the native structure of CT-like proteins on irradiation.  相似文献

The role of bile acid-inducible polypeptides in 7-dehydroxylation was investigated in Eubacterium sp. V.P.I. 12708. Cholic acid-inducible bile acid 7 alpha-, 7 beta-dehydroxylase, and delta 6 reductase activities co-eluted from a gel filtration high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) column. Antibody (Ab) was prepared to these enzymatically active fractions, immunoadsorbed with uninduced cell extract coupled to Sepharose 4B, and used for immunoprecipitation of [35S]-methionine-labeled polypeptides. Ab immunoprecipitated polypeptides with molecular weights of 45,000, 27,000, and 23,500 from induced but not uninduced cell extracts. Immunoinhibition experiments showed that this Ab preparation inhibited (60%) bile acid 7 alpha-dehydroxylase activity in cell extracts. The 45,000 mol wt polypeptide was purified by (NH4)2SO4 fractionation, HPLC gel filtration, and HPLC-DEAE chromatography. Ab prepared to the 45,000 mol wt polypeptide immunoprecipitated only that polypeptide. This Ab, however, did not inhibit bile acid 7 alpha-dehydroxylase activity. Ab specific for the 27,000 mol wt polypeptide was prepared by partial purification and immunoadsorption with uninduced cell extracts. Immunochemical staining, following SDS-PAGE of crude cell extracts, shows a single immunoreactive protein band at 27,000 daltons. This Ab immunoprecipitated the 27,000 mol wt polypeptide as well as small amounts of the 45,000 and 23,000 mol wt polypeptides. Immunoinhibition studies showed that this Ab preparation inhibited (25%) 7 alpha-dehydroxylase activity. These data suggest that the 27,000 mol wt polypeptide is involved in enzyme catalysis. This does not, however, eliminate some role for the 45,000 and 23,500 mol wt polypeptides in bile acid metabolism in this organism.  相似文献

Weight loss is a well-known phenomenon at high altitude. It is not clear whether the negative energy balance is due to anorexia only or an increased energy expenditure as well. The objective of this study was to gain insight into this matter by measuring simultaneously energy intake, energy expenditure, and body composition during an expedition to Mt. Everest. Subjects were two women and three men between 31 and 42 yr of age. Two subjects were observed during preparation at high altitude, including a 4-day stay in the Alps (4,260 m), and subsequently during four daytime stays in a hypobaric chamber (5,600-7,000 m). Observations at high altitude on Mt. Everest covered a 7- to 10-day interval just before the summit was reached in three subjects and included the summit (8,872 m) in a fourth. Energy intake (EI) was measured with a dietary record, average daily metabolic rate (ADMR) with doubly labeled water, and resting metabolic rate (RMR) with respiratory gas analysis. Body composition was measured before and after the interval from body mass, skinfold thickness, and total body water. Subjects were in negative energy balance (-5.7 +/- 1.9 MJ/day) in both situations, during the preparation in the Alps and on Mt. Everest. The loss of fat mass over the observation intervals was 1.4 +/- 0.7 kg, on average two-thirds of the weight loss (2.2 +/- 1.5 kg), and was significantly correlated with the energy deficit (r = 0.84, P < 0.05). 1. Direct measurement of the electric current generation by cytochrome oxidase has been carried out. To this end, two procedures were used. The simpler one consists in formation of planar artificial membrane from the mixture of decane solution of soya bean phospholipids and beef heart cytochrome oxidase. Addition of cytochrome c and ascorbate to one of the two compartments separated by the cytochrome oxidase-containing planar membrane was found to result in a transmembrane electric potential difference being formed (plus on cytochrome c side of the membrane). Maximal values of potential differences obtained by this method were about 40 mV. Much higher potentials were observed when another ("photeoliposome-planar membrane") method was applied. In this case cytochrome oxidase was reconstituted with phospholipid to form proteoliposomes which adhered to planar phospholipid membrane in the presence of Ca2+ ions. Addition of cytochrome c and ascorbate to the proteoliposome-containing compartment gives rise to generation of an electric potential difference across the planar membrane, which reached 100 mV at a current of about 1 X 10(-11) A (minus in the proteoliposome-free compartment). The electromotive force of this generator was estimated as being about 0.2 V. If ascorbate and proteoliposomes were added into different compartments, a penetrating hydrogen atom carrier (phenazine methosulfate, (PMS) or tetramethyl-p-phenylenediamine (TMPD)) was required for a membrane potential to be formed. Generation of an electric potential difference of the opposite direction (plus in the proteoliposome-free compartment) was revealed in experiments with cytochrome oxidase proteoliposome containing cytochrome c in their interior. In this case, addition of PMS or TMPD was necessary. 2. In the suspension of cytochrome oxidase proteoliposome the uptake of a cationic penetrant (tetraphenyl phosphonium cation) was found to be coupled with electron transfer via external cytochrome c. Electron transfer via intraproteoliposomal cytochrome c induced the uptake of anionic penetrants (tetraphenyl borate and phenyldicarbaundecaborane anions). 3. All the above effects were sensitive to cyanide and protonophorous uncouplers. 4. In proteoliposomes containing both cytochrome oxidase and bacteriorhodopsin, the light- and oxidation-dependent generations of membrane potential have been revealed. 5. The data obtained are in agreement with Mitchell's idea of transmembrane electron flow in the cytochrome oxidase segment of the respiratory chain.  相似文献

Conidiomata of a fungus resembling Chrysoporthe cubensis, a serious canker pathogen of Eucalyptus spp. (Myrtaceae, Myrtales) in tropical and subtropical parts of the world, was found on Eucalyptus grandis in Colombia. Fruiting structures of the fungus could be distinguished from those of C. cubensis by their distinctly orange conidiomatal necks. This fungus also was found on several plant species native to Colombia including Tibouchina urvilleana, T. lepidota and Miconia theaezans (Melastomataceae, Myrtales). Morphological comparisons, as well as those based on sequences of the ITS1/ITS2 region of the ribosomal DNA repeat and the beta-tubulin gene, were used to characterize this fungus. Its pathogenicity was assessed on various plants from which it has been collected, either in field or greenhouse trials. Phylogenetic analyses showed that isolates reside in a clade distinct from the four clades accommodating Chrysoporthe, Cryphonectria, Endothia and Rostraureum. Members of this clade are distinguished by the presence of orange conidiomatal necks with black bases and a unique internal stromatal structure. No teleomorph has been found for this fungus, for which we have provided the name Aurapex penicillata gen. sp. nov. A. penicillata produced only small lesions after inoculation on young T. urvilleana, M. theaezans and E. grandis trees and appears not to be a serious pathogen.  相似文献

Antibody-dependent cytotoxicity mediated by human peripheral lymphocytes is an active energy-requiring phenomenon. In this study the relative importance of glycolysis and respiration was analyzed, by measuring the effect of various metabolic inhibitors (sodium azide, antimycin A, 2-deoxy-D-glucose, iodoacetate), alone or in combination, on effector cell efficiency and intracellular ATP level. The inhibition of both aerobic and anaerobic energy production in the effector cells completely abolished cytotoxicity. An inhibition of 50% was observed when the intracellular ATP concentration was decreased to levels corresponding to 30 to 50% of those in the untreated controls.  相似文献

Pseudomonas doudoroffii, a strict aerobe of marine origin, was able to utilize fructose and ribose but not glucose, gluconate, or other hexoses, pentoses, or sugar alcohols as sole sources of carbon and energy. Evidence was presented indicating that in this organism fructose was utilized via an inducible P-enolpyruvate: fructose phosphotransferase system (FPTS) which catalyzed the phosphorylation of fructose in the 1 position. The resulting fructose-1-P (F-1-P) was converted to fructose-1,6-P2 (FDP) by means of an inducible 1-P-fructokinase (1-PFK). The subsequent conversion of FDP to pyruvate involved enzymes of the Embden-Meyerhof pathway (EMP) which, with the exception of glyceraldehyde-3-P dehydrogenase (G3PDH), were constitutive. Two G3PDH activities were detected, one of which was inducible and NAD-dependent while the other was constitutive and NADP-dependent. Cell-free extracts of P. doudoroffii also contained enzymes of the methylglyoxal pathway (MGP) which converted dihydroxyacetone-P to pyruvate. The low specific activities of enzymes of this pathway as compared to the EMP suggested that the major route of FDP catabolism was via the latter pathway. 2. Ribose catabolism appeared to involve an inducible uptake system and an inducible ribokinase, the resulting ribose-5-P being converted to glyceraldehyde-3-P and fructose-6-P (F-6-P) by means of constitutive activities of the pentose-P pathway. The F-6-P formed as a result of these reactions was converted to FDP by means of a constitutive 6-P-fructokinase (6-PFK). Since no activity converting fructose or F-1-P to F-6-P could be detected in cell-free extracts of P. doudoroffii, the results suggested that fructose and ribose were catabolized via 1-PFK and 6-PFK, respectively, the two pathways converging at the level of FDP. Further evidence for this suggestion was obtained from a mutant which lacked an NAD-dependent G3PDH, accumulated FDP from both fructose and ribose, and was not able to grow on either of these compounds. 3. Ribose grown cells had increased amounts of the fructose uptake system and 1-PFK suggesting that a compound (or compounds) common to the catabolism of both fructose and ribose acted as the inducer(s) of these activities. Internalization of the human insulin receptor requires the activation by insulin of the intrinsic kinase of the receptor. However, even in the absence of kinase activation, insulin receptors slowly enter the cells. In the present study, we addressed the question of this insulin-independent pathway of internalization. To that end, we traced insulin receptor internalization with a monoclonal antibody (mAb 83-14) directed against the alpha-subunit of the human insulin receptor. Internalization of this antibody was followed in Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells transfected with either normal (CHO.HIRC2) or kinase-deficient (CHO.A1018) human insulin receptors. The internalization rate of 125I-mAb 83-14 was comparable in CHO cells expressing kinase-active or kinase-inactive receptors and was similar to that observed for 125I-insulin in CHO.A1018 cells. Moreover, in CHO.HIRC2 cells, the internalization of 125I-mAb 83-14 was identical with that of its 125I-Fab fragments. Thus, mAb 83-14 represents an appropriate tool to study the constitutive internalization of the insulin receptor. Internalization of insulin receptors tagged with 125I-mAb 83-14 was unaffected by cytochalasin B, which excluded a macropinocytotic process. By contrast, internalization was sensitive to hypertonia, which abrogates clathrin-coated pits-mediated endocytosis. The implication of clathrin-coated pits in this internalization process was directly demonstrated by quantitative electron microscopic autoradiography, which showed that 125I-mAb 83-14 present on the nonvillous domain of the cell surface preferentially associate with clathrin-coated pits at all time points.  相似文献
