本文报道了花椒潜跳甲 Podagricomela shirahatai(Chuj)在甘肃舟曲1年发生 2代,以成虫港入树干基部3~5cm土层内或砂石缝中越冬,越冬成虫春季出土上树时是防治关键时期,成虫产卵前用50%增效辛硫磷乳油和40%氧乐果乳油1200~1500倍稀释液在成虫期和幼虫期喷洒叶面,杀虫率在90%~98.2%。不发生药害,效果显著。  相似文献

Several strains capable of growth on 2-oxybenzothiazole (OBT) were isolated. They were all Gram-positive, spore-forming rods, tentatively identified as Bacillus species. Their mean generation time on OBT was 12 h with a cell yield coefficient of 0.63. The strains could also degrade benzothiazole but not 2-mercaptobenzothiazole (MBT) or its sulphonate form. MBT was inhibitory. The biodegradation was inhibited by a 5% NaCl concentration.  相似文献

以一株具有致病力的温和气单胞菌作为筛选宿主菌,从异育银鲫肠道中分离到一株蛭弧菌,暂命名为BDF-H16。通过光学显微镜、相差显微镜、电子显微镜对蛭弧菌BDF-H16进行形态观察,并研究了其部分生物学特性。结果表明:蛭弧菌BDF-H16为革兰氏阴性菌,杆形或弧杆形,端生一根鞭毛,菌体大小多为0.2μm~0.5μm×0.8μm~1.2μm;蛭弧菌BDF-H16对实验所选用的革兰氏阴性菌和部分革兰氏阳性菌均有裂解作用;以大肠杆菌为宿主菌,其最佳生长条件为宿主菌浓度6.75×10~9cfu/mL、pH7.0~7.5、温度28℃;在NaCl含量0.85%~5.00%的培养基中能够生长;恩诺沙星、诺氟沙星对其有抑制作用。  相似文献

Some biological properties of S. flexneri have been studied. The strains of this bacterial species have been shown to produce DNAase in 98.8 +/- 0.77% of cases and RNAase in 97.4 +/- 1.5% of cases. The capacity for the positive reaction with Congo red as early as after 24-hour incubation in the thermostat has proved to be characteristic of S. flexneri (91.1 +/- 3.6%). If stored at 4 degrees C in semiliquid agar, S. flexneri cultures have been found to retain their capacity for producing the above-mentioned enzymes as long as 10-13 years. All S. flexneri serovars under study, with the exception of serovar 6, have shown high activity in the manifestation of their properties.  相似文献

Two-dimensional difference gel electrophoresis (2-D DIGE) allows for reliable quantification of global protein abundance changes. The threshold of significance for protein abundance changes depends on the experimental variation (biological and technical). This study estimates biological, technical and total variation inherent to 2-D DIGE analysis of environmental bacteria, using the model organisms "Aromatoleum aromaticum" EbN1 and Phaeobacter gallaeciensis DSM 17395. Of both bacteria the soluble proteomes were analyzed from replicate cultures. For strains EbN1 and DSM 17395, respectively, CV revealed a total variation of below 19 and 15%, an average technical variation of 12 and 7%, and an average biological variation of 18 and 17%. Multivariate analysis of variance confirmed domination of biological over technical variance to be significant in most cases. To visualize variances, the complex protein data have been plotted with a multidimensional scaling technique. Furthermore, comparison of different treatment groups (different substrate conditions) demonstrated that variability within groups is significantly smaller than differences caused by treatment.  相似文献

Bacillus thuringiensis subsp. galleriae S. variants formed during continuous cultivation differ from the parent culture in certain properties. In contrast to the parent R form, their growth in the chemostat does not yield virulent mutants which can cause their lysis on solid media. The chemostat S forms are resistant against virulent phage mutants produced when the R variants are grown under the conditions of continuous cultivation and against a virulent phage obtained from the parent culture 69-6 under the action of vancomycin. The R forms are sensitive to these phages. When the S forms are grown under the chemostat conditions, they do not revert to the R forms. The R and S forms do not differ noticeably in the character of their growth, formation of spores and crystals, and biological activity.  相似文献

Much of the crop residues, including cereal straw, that are produced worldwide are lost by burning. Plant residues, and in particular straw, contain large amounts of carbon (cellulose and hemicellulose) which can serve as substrates for the production of microbial biomass and for biological N2 fixation by a range of free-living, diazotrophic bacteria. Microorganisms with the dual ability to utilise cellulose and fix N2 are rate, but some strains that utilize hemicellulose and fix N2 have been found. Generally, cellulolysis and diazotrophy are carried out by a mixed microbial community in which N2-fixing bacteria utilise cellobiose and glucose produced from straw by cellulolytic microorganisms. N2-fixing bacteria include heterotrophic and phototrophic organisms and the latter are apparently more prominent in flooded soils such as rice paddies than in dryland soils. The relative contributions of N2 fixed by heterotrophic diazotrophic bacteria compared with cyanobacteria and other phototrophic bacteria depend on the availability of substrates from straw decomposition and on environmental pressures. Measurements of asymbiotic N2 fixation are limited and variable but, in rice paddy systems, rates of 25 kg N ha-1 over 30 days have been found, whereas in dryland systems with wheat straw, in situ measurements have indicated up to 12 kg N ha-1 over 22 days. Straw-associated N2 fixation is directly affected by environmental factors such as temperature, moisture, oxygen concentration, soil pH and clay content as well as farm management practices. Modification of managements and use of inoculants offer ways of improving asymbiotic N2 fixation.In laboratory culture systems, inoculation of straws with cellulolytic and diazotrophic microorganisms has resulted in significant increases in N2 fixation in comparison to uninoculated controls and gains of N of up to 72 mg N fixed g-1 straw consumed have been obtained, indicating the potential of inoculation to improve N gains in composts that can then be used as biofertilisers. Soils, on the other hand, contain established, indigenous microbial populations which tend to exclude inoculant microorganisms by competition. As a consequence, improvements in straw-associated N2 fixation in soils have been achieved mostly by specific straw-management practices which encourage microbial activity by straw-decomposing and N2-fixing microorganisms.Further research is needed to quantify more accurately the contribution of asymbiotic N2 fixation to cropping systems. New strains of inoculants, including those capable of both cellulolytic and N2-fixing activity, are needed to improve the N content of biofertilisers produced from composts. Developments of management practices in farming systems may result in further improvements in N2 fixation in the field.  相似文献

The release of two mitochondrial proteins, cytochrome c and apoptosis-inducing factor (AIF), into the soluble cytoplasm of cells undergoing apoptosis is well established. Using spectrophotometric determination of enzyme activity, the accumulation of adenylate kinase (AK) activity in the cytosolic fraction of apoptotic cells has also been observed recently. However, three isozymes, AK1, AK2 and AK3, have been characterized in mammalian cells and shown to be localized in the cytosol, mitochondrial intermembrane space and mitochondrial matrix, respectively, and it is unknown which one of these isozymes accumulates in the cytosol during apoptosis. We now demonstrate that in apoptotic cells only AK2 was translocated into the cytosol concomitantly with cytochrome c. The amount of AK1 in cytosol, as well as the amount of matrix-associated AK3, remained unchanged during the apoptotic process. Thus, our data suggest that only intermembrane proteins are released from mitochondria during the early phase of the apoptotic process.  相似文献
