磁生物效应即外加磁场或磁处理对生物的影响,是生物磁学的重要组成部分,也是土壤磁学和环境磁学中正在开拓的领域[1]。60年代以来,随着现代磁学和分子、量子生物学的迅猛发展,同时也是为了工农业生产、医药卫生、环境保护等发展的需要,磁生物效应的研究不断扩大和深入,磁生物效应机制的探讨和研究由宏观走向微观,由单纯的物理和化学效应观察走向生物生理和生化的研究。当前,磁生物效应研究逐渐向各学科渗透,一方面为磁处理技术在各科学领域的应用提供理论依据和技术参数,另一方面从不同的角度来揭示磁生物效应的微观机制。本文着重研究了磁…  相似文献

Hormeister效应反映了溶质小分子通过与水分子的相互作用,对蛋白质等生物大分子造成的结构上的影响。通过对此效应的深入研究,可以从个解释许多常见的生理生化现象。蛋白质的变性、复性问题是与Hormeister效应密切相关的生化基础课题。目前重组蛋白生产过程中包含的变性和复性问题为上述理论研究提供了广泛的应用空间。  相似文献

Micronucleus frequencies and mitotic indices were analyzed in B, T4, and T8 lymphocytes from 40 smokers and 42 non-smoking referents. The highest level of micronuclei was found in T4 cells followed by T8 and B cells. These differences were statistically significant. There were statistically significant linear correlations between the micronucleus frequencies of all three subsets. There was a statistically significant effect of smoking only in the T8 cells. Smoking also increased the number of neutrophilic granulocytes and lymphocytes in the peripheral blood. There was a statistically significant effect of age on the micronucleus frequencies in T4 and T8 lymphocytes. The mitotic indices did not have any effect on the micronucleus frequencies and they were not influenced by smoking, age or sex.  相似文献

The effect of mechanical vibrations (MV) electrical conductivity of water and optical density of aqueous DNA solution. Distilled water was treated with MV of several frequencies from 3 to 5000 Hz with an intensity of 90 dB for 30 minutes. Different sensitivities of water specific electrical conductivity (SEC) were determined (the value of distilled water SEC was 209 +/- 2 microS/m). The greatest decrease of SEC (by 15.7%) under the influence of MV was observed at the frequency of 4 Hz. There was no effect at frequencies higher than 100 Hz. The treatment of DNA water solutions with MV of frequencies 4 and 10 Hz decreased its optical density by 4.2 +/- 1.1 and 4.8 +/- 1.2% correspondingly in comparison with control. In cases of treatment with frequencies of 20 and 50 Hz no effect was observed. The mechanism of MV effect on water can be connected with the changes of system structural characteristics. It is confirmed by experiments with DNA solution, where the decrease of optical density (at 260 nm) under MV treatment is conditioned with the increase of the probability of hydrogen binding formation between the bases.  相似文献

We studied the stimulus-duration effect on the reaction time (RT) to gratings with different spatial frequencies. At each duration value, the product of the contrast and the duration, i.e. the contrast "energy" was kept constant. We found that at near-threshold "energy" levels the RT was constant for up to 15 ms at lower spatial frequencies and up to 30 ms at higher spatial frequencies. At higher "energy" levels, this critical interval was the same (up to 15 ms) for both lower and higher spatial frequencies. The effect of the duration of gradual onset of the stimulus on RT was also studied. An increase of onset duration (up to 60 ms) at low spatial frequencies substantially delayed reaction time for the contrasts under study. Conversely, at high spatial frequencies, this effect was present only for gratings with a high contrast. These results suggest that reaction time is determined by two types of mechanisms (transient and sustained) at a near threshold contrast, and by one type (transient) mechanism at higher contrasts.  相似文献

The research involved comparison of characteristics of the power spectrum, index, coherence of the EEG at preterm and full-term infants of the first month of life. 6 groups of children are surveyed: (1) 30-32, (2) 33-34, (3) 35-36, (4) 37-38, (5) 39-40, (6) 41-42 weeks of gestation; each group consisted of 10 children. Capacity of delta frequencies was high in the 5th group. Capacity of theta frequencies was high in the 3rd group. The index of theta frequencies was high in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th groups. Capacity of alpha frequencies was hagh in the 2nd group. The index of alpha frequencies was high in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd groups. Indexes and of beta1- and beta2-frequencies were higher in the 1st, 2nd and 4th groups. The maximum quantity of coherent delta, theta and alpha frequencies was in the 6th group. In the 2nd group, in comparison with 5th group, were more coherent delta frequencies in the occipital and occipital-central areas. The results obtained show that the spectrum of capacity, indexes and coherence of the EEG depend on term of gestation at the moment of birth but this dependence has nonlinear character.  相似文献
