目的:探讨碱性含酶清洗剂与中性含酶清洗剂清洗医疗器械的效果。方法:随机抽取污染医疗器械420件,分成观察组与对照组,每组210件,观察组器械浸泡于1:200的碱性含酶清洗剂中,对照组器械浸泡于1:200的中性含酶清洗剂中,5min后分别取出在流动水下彻底冲洗,观察并比较两组器械洁净度以及潜血阳性率。结果:观察组洁净度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);潜血阳性率显著低于对照组,差异有显著统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论:碱性含酶清洗剂清洗医疗器械的效果明显优于中性含酶清洗剂,适合推广应用。 相似文献

Removal of a nonvolatile paraffin oil from spiked soils using column flotation with countercurrent bubbles was explored at both ambient and elevated temperatures. Up to 80% of the contaminant was separated from the coarse fraction (250 to 800?µm) by flotation at 45°C using aqueous solutions of anionic and nonionic surfactants or alkali salt as collectors. With the 75 to 800?µm fraction, removal efficiencies of up to 65% was achieved. Sodium dodecyl-sulfate and Triton 100X at 50?ppm concentrations as well as sodium carbonate at pH 10 were found to yield similar removal efficiencies. Same surfactants were tested in soil washing experiments at similar and higher dosages. Removal efficiency by flotation was higher than those obtained by soil washing in all cases. In addition, as high surfactant dosage are not used in flotation, unlike in the case of soil washing, the problem of formation of stable emulsions was absent. Experiments with soil polluted by hydrocarbons from a contaminated site demonstrated the feasibility of the flotation process for decontamination of coarse (250 to 830?µm) fractions. A 70% reduction of petroleum hydrocarbon in soil was achieved as a result of flotation at 45°C using the above surfactants. 相似文献

The effect o f soil temperature on parasitism and development of Rotylenchulus reniformis on resistant (''Peking'' and ''Custer'') and susceptible (''Hood'' and ''Lee'') soybean (Glycine max) cultivars was studied. Soil temperatures of 15, 21.5, 25, 29.5 and 36 C ± 1 C were maintained in temperature tanks in a greenhouse. R. reniformis developed best at 25 and 29.5 C. The female life cycle can be completed within 19 days after inoculation under favorable conditions at 29.5 C. Plant root growth was best at 21.5 C. During a 27-day period, no egg masses were present on nematodes feeding on roots grown at 15 and 36 C. Egg masses developed on Hood but not on Lee when nematodes were introduced into soil and maintained at 29.5 C for 2 days before raising the temperature to 36 C. 相似文献

Laboratory studies were conducted to determine adsorption and movement of carbofuran in aqueous surfactant-free and surfactant [(cationic, cetyl pyridinium chloride (CPC), non-ionic, polyoxyethylene lauryl ether (Brij-35) and anionic, sodium dodecyl benezene sulphonate (SDBS)] solutions of different critical micellar concentrations (1/2 × CMC, 1.0 × CMC, and 2 × CMC) in four different Indian soils using batch shake and soil thin layer chromatography (soil TLC) techniques. The measured equilibrium adsorption isotherms were in agreement with the Freundlich equation. Higher adsorption of carbofuran in both systems was observed on FRI silt loam (FSL) soil followed by Alampur silt loam (ASL), Kalai loam (KL), and Bhoran sandy loam (BSL) soils, as anticipated from Freundlich constant KF and distribution coefficient KD, in surfactant-free systems and KF* and KD* in surfactant-soil-water systems. The adsorption of carbofuran in surfactant-soil-water systems followed the order cationic > anionic > non-ionic at all CMCs studied. The Rf values obtained from soil TLC studies confirmed the above order of adsorption. The KD and KD* values were used to evaluate remediation efficiency (KD*/KD) of surfactants. Non-ionic surfactant, Brij-35, and anionic surfactant, SDBS, are favorable for remediating soil contaminated with carbofuran as KD*/KD ratio is less than 1. 相似文献

SYNOPSIS. A study was undertaken of the rates of cell division of heat-synchronized cells of Tetrahymena pyriformis GL at various temperatures in water and 20, 30 and 40% heavy water. The results suggest that division rate is limited by a protein which undergoes both high and low temperature denaturation and that this protein is partially stabilized against heat-denaturation while becoming more susceptible to cold denaturation in the presence of heavy water. Thus, the optimum temperature for division shifts upward as the heavy water concentration is increased, with a maximum shift of 1 C occurring in 40% heavy water. In addition, division activity occurs in heavy water at 34 C, a temperature at which cells kept in water are blocked. Furthermore, the sharp increase in slope seen in the low temperature portion of Arrhenius plots of the data, occurs at higher temperatures when heavy water is present. Finally, at virtually all temperatures, except the highest, heavy water has a depressive effect on division rate indicating a general inhibitory influence of deuterium-substituted water on rate processes within the cell. 相似文献

Abstract— In an attempt to delineate the possible importance of the concentration of noradrenaline at hypothalamic noradrenergic receptor sites in a hypotensive response to a drug, the action of a new antihypertensive agent, 1-(6-morpholino-3-pyridazynyi)-2-(1-[tert-butoxycarbonyi]-2-propylidene)-diazane (GYKI 11679), on the turnover rate and the endogenous level of noradrenaline (NA) in rat hypothalamus was examined. An effective, antihypertensive i.p. dose of the compound (10 mg/kg) produced a significant but relatively short-lasting reduction in the hypothalamic noradrenaline content, whereas no change was observed in the cardiac catecholamine level. The NA turnover determinations, carried out in GYKI 11679-pretreated rats by measuring the disappearance of labeled NA at 1, 2, 3, and 5 h after the injection of the radioactive amine, showed that a 10 mg/kg i.p. dose of the compound, given 1 h prior to the i.c.v. administration of the labeled NA, increased the turnover rate of noradrenaline to a great extent. The estimated half-lives of NA in the hypothalamus of the treated and of the non-treated animals were calculated as 1.72 and 3.62 h, respectively. In vitro studies showed that the spontaneous outflow of noradrenaline from hypothalamic slices was accelerated by GYKI 11679 in a dose-dependent manner in a concentration range of 10?5 to 10?7m . In a 10-fold higher range, GYKI 11679 produced inhibition of both the hypothalamic and the adrenal tyrosine hydroxylase activity but did not alter DOPA-decarboxylase, dopamine-β-hydroxylase, or monoamine oxidase activities. Direct in vivo measurements of catecholamine synthesis by determining the 3H-catecholamines (CA) formed from [3H]tyrosine in the hypothalamus after an i.c.v. administration of the labeled precursor showed a moderate increase in [3H]CA formation following a 10 mg/kg dose of the compound. When GYKI 11679 was administered in a 75 mg/kg i.p. dose to rats, the transformation was reduced by –50%. Adenylate cyclase activity measurements did not show stimulatory or inhibitory actions of the drug on the NA-stimulated adenylate cyclase of the rat hypothalamus, in accordance with previous results. This suggests that the increased NA turnover (utilization) caused by an effective, antihypertensive dose of GYKI 11679 is the direct consequence of an increased outflow, which occurs primarily in the hypothalamus. The increased activity of the noradrenergic neurons in this brain region might lead to a reduced sympathetic activity in the periphery and thus to a significant decrease in blood pressure. 相似文献

中国梨木虱(Psyllachinensis)是危害梨树最严重的害虫之一,严重影响梨树的生长发育和果品产量,掌握环境因素对梨木虱生存的影响对制定有效防控策略具有重要意义.为了了解温度和水分对越冬代冬型中国梨木虱存活的影响,本研究在室内分别测定了2,10,20℃3种温度条件下,有无外源水分对梨木虱的死亡率和存活时间的影响.结果表明,不同温度和水分条件均会影响梨木虱的存活.在相同时间内,随着温度的升高,梨木虱死亡率明显提高,寿命缩短;在所设置温度条件下,当有外源水分时,梨木虱的存活率和寿命提高;而在干燥处理下,梨木虱死亡率明显增加,寿命变短,且随着温度的升高,这一趋势逐渐加重. 相似文献

The results described in this paper originate from a research project aiming at the development of a useful measuring instrument which can demonstrate the effect of work and work circumstances on the task performer. Among other physiological (and psychometric) variables, oral temperature data were obtained from eight younger and eight older bus drivers working in various shifts. Measurements were performed in an experimental design under standardized conditions in a mobile laboratory before starting, during some rest intervals, and after finishing work. The same measurements were performed on the bus drivers in a control condition at corresponding times on a day off. The results indicated that only during the working days a temperature pattern could be detected resembling the data found in the literature (low in the morning, a maximum in the late afternoon, then a decline). No clear pattern was discernible on work-free days. On working days the mean oral temperature values were significantly higher at corresponding hours of the day. Upward deviations of the temperature pattern were found before starting work (but also at the beginning of the day off), while lower values were obtained after finishing work (especially in the shifts starting in the morning). These results might be interpreted in terms of interaction between circadian rhythm and activating and de-activating tendencies connected with (structured) daily activities. 相似文献

研究了不同光照和温度条件对大百合种子萌发的影响。结果表明:光照对大百合种子的萌发有明显促进作用,可提高种子萌发率。种子萌发率以24 h光照20℃恒温最佳。避光条件下温度对大百合种子萌发有影响,其种子萌发最适温度为20℃,11 d开始萌动,3周左右萌发完全,随着温度的升高或降低其种子萌发率下降。萌发前经不同预处理的大百合种子的萌发率不同。同一果实内中部种子萌发最好,上部种子次之,下部种子最差,上、中、下三部分种子萌发率与其千粒重呈正相关。 相似文献

热激蛋白(heat shock protein,HSP)是进化上非常保守的蛋白质家族之一,普遍存在于各种生物体中,在多种生理活动中起到重要作用。该实验克隆了大黄鱼HSP90基因,并分析了温度和病原菌感染对其表达的影响。克隆到的大黄鱼HSP90序列长3 930 nt,含4个外显子和3个内含子,其中编码区2 178 nt,编码725个氨基酸。同源性分析发现,大黄鱼HSP90基因序列和其它鱼类的同源性在90%以上。在不同水温下,HSP90基因在不同组织中的表达量变化不同,心、肠和脑等组织在29 oC时表达量最高,而肌肉、脾和肝等组织在24 oC时表达量最高。用病原菌感染大黄鱼,感染48 h后,鳃、心、脾、肠、肾和脑组织HSP90的表达量明显上升;发病时(感染7天后),受检的9种组织中HSP90的表达量都比未感染时明显增加。 相似文献

次生代谢物阻遏蛋白(Repressor of secondary metabolite,Rsm)A是一种全局性调控因子,与mRNA的RBS结合,转录后水平上抑制基因翻译。运用同源重组技术,构建了假单胞茵(Pseudomonas sp.)M-18的rsmA突变菌株M-18R。在37℃、28℃恒温和短期升温(37℃、4h培养,转28℃继续培养)条件下,比较野生株M-18和突变株M-18R生物合成藤黄绿菌素(Plt)和吩嗪-1-羧酸(PCA)的量。在37℃条件下,M-18和M-18R合成这两种抗生物质的能力几乎受到完全抑制。在28℃条件下,M-18R合成P11的量约为野生型M-18的10倍,达到270μg/mL,但是合成PCA的量仅为野生型的50%。经短期升温培养,M-18的Plt合成量明显下降,PCA产量降低不显;相反,M-18R合成Plt的量达到400μg/mL,但PCA产量的变化仍不明显。推测,M-18菌株细胞内存在着某种与RsmA相关联的温度敏感因子,在RsmA缺失条件下,作为专一性激活剂促进Plt的生物合成,但是,并不参与对PCA合成的调控。 相似文献

Effects and aftereffects of typical temperatures of cultivar habitat (background temperature), heat-hardening, and cold-hardening temperatures on dark respiration of leaf segments and intact plants were investigated on plant species differing in cold tolerance—cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.), tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.), cicer milkvetch (Astragalus cicer L.), and narrow-leaved lupine (Lupinus angustifolium L.). At cold-hardening temperatures, the respiratory metabolism underwent rearrangements serving to compensate for elevated energy losses during plant adaptation. This was manifested in the increase in the respiratory coefficient (RC) and the Q
10 coefficient during hardening. The preconditioning of plants at hardening temperatures enhanced O2 uptake and elevated the ratio of growth respiration to maintenance respiration in the post-treatment period. SYNOPSIS. The effect of temperature on photoaccumulation and photophobic response of Volvox aureus were studied. The algae exhibited positive photoaccumulation at room temperature and negative at low temperature. When stimulated with light of intermediate intensiy (~ 5 × 103 lux), the phobic response of the algae consisted of a decrease in the frequency or the cessation of flagellar movement in the anterior cells. At room temperature, an increase in light intensity elicited the phobic response, whereas at low temperature a decrease in light intensity was the effective stimulus. The phobic response lasted only a few seconds. The positive and negative photoaccumulations of the algae could be explained by the brief cessation of flagellar movement in the anterior cells, elicited by an increase of stimulus light at room temperature or a decrease of stimulus at low temperature. 相似文献

为探究不同温度对南疆沙蜥Phrynocephalus forsythii和密点麻蜥Eremias multiocellata消化酶活性的影响,本研究测定了不同温度下南疆沙蜥和密点麻蜥的肝脏、胃及十二指肠的消化酶——淀粉酶(碘-淀粉比色法)、脂肪酶(比浊法)及胰蛋白酶(紫外线吸收法)的活性。结果显示,南疆沙蜥和密点麻蜥消化酶活性在4~45℃随着温度升高呈现先上升、后下降的趋势;40℃驯化的南疆沙蜥、35℃驯化的密点麻蜥肝脏、胃及十二指肠的淀粉酶、脂肪酶及胰蛋白酶活性最高。南疆沙蜥和密点麻蜥消化酶活性具有温度依赖性,这与机体在不同温度下的生理机能是密切相关的。同时,2种蜥蜴的消化酶活性最大时的驯化温度明显不同,这与它们偏好的环境温度密切相关。 相似文献
