Magnolia bawangensis Law, R. Z. Zhou & D. M. Liu (Magnoliaceae), a new species from the Mount Bawangling, Hainan Province, China, is described and illustrated. It is closely related to M. paenetalauma Dandy, but differs by being a smaller tree with fewer spathe scars, absence of pedicels, pubescent and more numerous tepals, white pubescent and more numerous stamens.  相似文献

To search for pharmacologically active constituents of folk medicine, a new pregnane, 2α,3α,15β-trihydroxy-20(S)-tigloyl-pregnane (compound 1), and nine known compounds, geranylgeraniol (compound 2), β-daucosterol (compound 3), 6-hydroxystigmast-4oen-3-one (compound 4), sitoindoside Ⅰ (compound 5), sitoindoside Ⅱ (compound 6), β-sitosterol (compound 7), kaempferol (compound 8), quercetin (compound 9), and rutin (compound 10), were isolated from the ethanol extract of whole plants of Munronia delavayi Franch using chromatographic methods. The structures of compounds 1-10 were elucidated on the basis of spectral data.  相似文献

用含木糖为唯一碳源和含葡萄糖及7.6%乙醇的两种富集培养基对采自海南热带雨林腐木样品中的酵母菌进行了分离培养。对分离出的酵母菌株进行的分子分类学研究表明,其中两株酵母菌X2WZ07-4和G2WZ06-1代表两个无性型子囊菌酵母新种。大亚基(26S)rRNA基因D1/D2域序列分析显示,与X2WZ07-4和G2WZ06-1亲缘关系最近的已知种分别为Candida cylindracea和C.llanquihuensis。在D1/D2域,X2WZ07-4与C.cylindracea模式菌株的碱基序列差异为2.5%;G2WZ06-1与C.llanquihuensis模式菌株的序列差异为3.9%,均远大于酵母菌种间在此区域的序列差异(~1%)。这两个新种分别被命名为拟柱形假丝酵母Candida pseudocylindracea sp.nov.(模式菌株:X2WZ07-4T=AS2.3788T=CBS10854T)和五指山假丝酵母Candida wuzhishanensis sp.nov.(模式菌株:G2WZ06-1T=AS2.3784T=CBS10850T)。  相似文献

对来自我国不同地区的柔膜菌科真菌材料进行了分类研究,在海南省发现一个新属,命名为华胶垫菌属Sinocalloriopsis,模式种为华胶垫菌S.guttulata。以下性状组合为该属区别于相近属的显著特征:子囊盘盘状至垫状,淡色,无柄;外囊盘被组织胶化,细胞及菌丝淡色;子囊孢子梭形,单细胞,内含油滴;侧丝顶端呈头状。对新属的属征及其与近似属的区别进行了讨论,对新种进行了详细的描述和图示。  相似文献

Parablastocatena tetracerae gen. et sp. nov. and Corynesporella licualae sp. nov., collected on dead branches of Tetracera asiatica and Licuala fordiana, respectively, in tropical forests of China, are described and illustrated. Parablastocatena tetracerae is the type species for a new monotypic genus in possessing macronematous conidiophores forming distinct synnemata with holoblastic conidiogenesis and euseptate, short-chained conidia ending in a paler brown rostrum, whereas C. licualae is distinguished from described species by the smaller conidia with long appendages. Nervilia brevilobata C. S. Leou, C. L. Yeh & S. W. Gale sp. nov. (Orchidaceae), discovered in Taiwan and Hainan, is described and illustrated. The new species belongs to the one‐flowered group in Nervilia, but is readily distinguished from other species in the genus by the saccate base of the lip, the truncate‐rounded lobes of the hypochile, and by the relatively short, oblong‐orbicular epichile.  相似文献

Hedyotis nankunshanensis R.‐J. Wang & S.‐J. Deng sp. nov. from China, is described and illustrated. It is morphologically similar to H. cantoniensis How ex Ko, but differs by having a pleiochasium inflorescence, hollow peduncles and stems, and different flowering season. Phylogenetic analysis inferred from nuclear internal transcribed spacers (ITS) and plastid petD sequences of 17 taxa revealed that H. nankunshanensis is an independent lineage that is closely related to H. cantoniensis and H. consanguinea Hance. Impatiens menghuochengensis Q Luo. (Balsaminaceae), a new species from Shimian county in southwestern Sichuan province, China, is described and illustrated. It is similar to I. tortisepala J. D. Hooker, but differs in having stem unbranched in lower portion; lateral sepals transparent, obliquely ovate; dorsal petal with central columnar cristate swelling; lateral united petals with distal lobes oblong‐dolabriform, apically retuse; lower sepal saccate with purple–red veins, abruptly narrowed at belly into an incurved spur 20–25 mm. The morphological characteristics and surface patterning of the seeds and pollen of the new species are examined under SEM and compared with those of I. tortisepala.  相似文献

Bulbophyllum huangshanense, a new species of orchid from Anhui, China, is described and illustrated. This new species is close to B. taeniophyllum with pseudo‐bulbs closely spaced along the rhizome, leathery leaf, entire dorsal sepal, toothed petals, the lateral edges of lateral sepals connate and fleshy lip, but differs from the latter in having roots arising from the node with the pseudo‐bulb, inflorescence much shorter than leaf, flowers pure yellow, lip mobile, and stelidia broadly triangular.  相似文献

The new species is similar to C. amarissima Roscoe, but differs in the following characters: rhizomes lemon yellow inside; blades with a ca 2 cm broad purple cloud along the midrib above the middle, glabrous; coma bracts pale red, purple except the white base, elliptic, obtuse at apex; fertile bracts pale green with purple around the margin and the top, elliptic, obtuse at apex.  相似文献

Manglietia guangzhouensis A. Q. Dong, Q. W. Zeng & F. W. Xing, a new species of Magnoliaceae from Guangdong province, China, is described and illustrated. It is closely related to M. pachyphylla H. T. Chang, but differs primarily in its brown villose lower surface of leaves, brown tomentose and stout brachyblasts (peduncles), absence of pedicels, sparsely brown pubescent outer tepals and more numerous ovules (12–14) in each carpel. Impatiens liboensis K. M. Liu & R. P. Kuang, a new species collected from Xiaoqikong Scenic Area in southern Guizhou, China, is described and illustrated, including its seed and pollen micro‐morphology. Impatiens liboensis is similar to I. chishuiensis Y. X. Xiong and I. tubulosa Hemsl., but differs by having obviously irregular underground tubers, white or pink–white flowers, lower sepal with a 1.2–1.5 cm long spur, obovate dorsal petal, and obovate‐oblong or obliquely obovate lower lobes of the lateral petals with retuse apex.  相似文献

A new species of Gesneriaceae, Primulina melanofilamenta Ying Liu & F. Wen from Guangxi, China, is illustrated and described. It is morphologically distinct from the most similar species P. eburnea and P. atroglandulosa by the color of the corolla, dark purplish black filaments, anthers backed with a beard of white hairs, the length of staminodes and the hairs of styles. The somatic chromosome number of P. melanofilamenta is also reported as 2n = 36.  相似文献

Chamaesium jiulongense X. L. Guo & X. J. He, a new species of Apiaceae from Mt Haite in Jiulong County, Sichuan Province, China, is described. The new species differs from other Chamaesium species by its ultimate segments of the leaves which are 1–3‐lobed, rarely entire, with a narrow, minutely incised, pale brown margin, as well as by the presence of leaf‐like bracts, bracteoles longer than flowers, pubescent styles and oblong fruit with obsolete calyx. Morphological and micromorphological characters of the new species are provided and illustrated.  相似文献
