耐低磷水稻基因型筛选指标的研究   总被引:29,自引:1,他引:29  
采用溶液培养试验,并结合大田试验,研究和探讨了耐低磷水稻基因型的筛选指标.结果表明,溶液培养试验中,在正常供磷和低磷胁迫条件下,在所有调查性状中水稻单株干重都具有较大的基因型间变异(CV分别为21.73%和19.54%).在所有调查性状的相对值中,相对单株干重(低磷胁迫/正常供磷)也具有较大的基因型间变异(CV为19.60%);相关分析表明,相对单株干重与相对根干重、相对株高、相对单株吸磷量、相对地上部磷积累、相对磷利用效率和相对植株磷浓度均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01).因此,水稻相对单株干重可以作为苗期筛选水稻耐低磷基因型的一个筛选指标.溶液培养试验中水稻的相对单株干重和大田试验中水稻的相对稻谷产量(不施磷/施磷)没有显著相关性,因此溶液培养试验的相对单株干重不能作为评价大田试验中水稻耐低磷能力的指标.低磷营养液培养的水稻体内磷利用效率与缺磷土壤生长的水稻体内磷利用效率呈极显著正相关.因此,直接以低磷营养液培养水稻苗期体内磷利用效率作为筛选指标,然后进行大田试验验证,是一条筛选水稻磷高效利用基因型的有效途径.  相似文献

采用难溶性磷酸盐Ca3 (PO4) 2 为唯一磷源 ,在pH值为 5 .5条件下产生相对高浓度低磷胁迫及以NaH2 PO4为磷源配制P浓度为 0 .5mg·L-1的相对低浓度低磷胁迫的两个水培环境 ,分别对不同基因型水稻的磷效率进行评价 .以相对分蘖干重 (RTW )、相对总生物量 (RPW )、相对分蘖数 (RTN)、相对根系干重(RRW )、相对地上部干重 (RSW )、相对叶龄 (RLA)和相对株高 (RPH)作为耐性指标进行相关分析 .结果表明 ,供试材料的磷效率存在极显著差异 ,若以能产生分蘖的相对高浓度低磷胁迫进行筛选时 ,相对分蘖干重、相对地上部干重、相对总生物量可作为较好的筛选指标 ,其中相对分蘖干重不仅与其它指标间的相关性强 ,且品种间差异和变异系数均较大 ,能准确、灵敏地反映不同基因型间的耐低磷胁迫能力 ;若采用相对低浓度的低磷胁迫对不同基因型水稻进行耐低磷种质筛选时 ,筛选指标则不同 ,最好的单一筛选指标应是相对地上部干重或相对总生物量 .  相似文献

为研究小麦近缘属种的耐低磷特性,本试验通过砂培法,以9种山羊草为供试材料,对低磷和正常供磷2个处理下山羊草苗期的相对地上部干重、相对根干重、相对生物量、相对根长、相对根冠比、相对磷积累量、相对磷吸收效率进行研究。结果表明,不同基因型山羊草对低磷胁迫的反应存在一定的差异。相关分析和主成分分析结果表明,相对地上部干重、相对根干重、相对生物量和相对磷积累量可作为耐低磷基因型山羊草筛选的指标。筛选结果表明,双角、粘果、小伞和拟斯卑尔脱山羊草为耐低磷型山羊草,尾状山羊草为磷敏感型山羊草。  相似文献

通过测定、计算获得40个切花菊品种叶片的6个定性分级性状及叶片的长宽比、尖削度、裂片长宽比、裂片开张度等14个叶形结构参数。以6个定性分级性状为变量,用聚类法选取叶形相似性大的18个切花菊品种,通过多元判别分析法对18个品种叶片的形态结构参数进行数值化鉴别。结果表明,18个叶形相似的品种多元判别的平均拟合率为88.28%,达到了判别品种的目的。说明根据叶形的测量数据能对切花菊品种进行有效鉴别。  相似文献

土壤缺磷和低磷利用率是现代农业生产发展的主要限制因素之一,筛选和培育磷商效吸收利用品种是提高磷素利用率的有效途径。采用土壤盆栽试验方法进行了不同大豆(Glycine max(L.)Merr.)品种磷吸收利用特性比较研究。结果表明。在缺磷和正常供磷条件下,不同大豆品种植株在株离、根干重、地上部干重、根冠比率、植株磷含量和其相对值、磷吸收量和其相对值、磷利用效率和其相对比值等方面表现出显著的差异。多数达到了极显著水平。相关分析表明,在缺磷条件下,大豆不同品种植株磷的利用效率及其相对比值与植株磷含量和磷吸收量以及它们的相对值呈显著或极显著负相关。植株磷含量与植株磷吸收量呈极显著正相关。以植株干物质量和其相对值、植株磷吸收量和其相对似以及植株磷利用效率为筛选指标,筛选出3个大豆磷高效品种。  相似文献

MicroRNA是一类长21~25nt的内源非编码RNA,可以与目标mRNA结合使之断裂或降解,从而在转录或转录后水平发挥作用。miR399长22nt,在拟南芥中有6个成员,分别是miR399a~f,已在19个物种中发现了118个miR399。现已证明,拟南芥miR399在耐低磷胁迫中有重要作用,现对拟南芥miR399在耐低磷胁迫中的研究进展进行综述,以探索miR399提高大豆及其他植物耐低磷胁迫能力的可能性。  相似文献

以普通小麦中国春的一套缺四体为材料,对其耐低磷胁迫特性进行鉴定和遗传分析。结果表明:(1)第1,4,7部分同源群与低磷胁迫特性关系最密切,且第1,7部分同源群内各染色体间在该性状的遗传互补性良好。第4部分同源群则不同,4A可以有效补偿4B与4D的缺失,反之则不能。(2)第2,3,56部分同源群与低磷胁迫特性关系不密切,且这些同源群内某一染以体的缺失大多不能被其他染色体有效地补偿,尤其是第3与第6部  相似文献

本文从分析切花菊贮藏期间可溶性糖含量、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶和多酚氧化酶等酶活性变化动态,探讨不同发育程度采收的切花菊耐藏性差异。研究表明,发育程度较高的切花菊含有较高的可溶性糖。贮藏期间,其过氧化物酶活性较低,过氧化氢酶活性变幅较小,峰值出现较晚,这些可能是引起不同发育期采收切花菊耐藏性差异的原因。  相似文献

采用土培的方法,研究了磷(P)胁迫对雷公藤(Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f.)1年生和3年生幼苗在一个生长季内形态指标及生物量的影响。结果表明:低P处理显著抑制了雷公藤幼苗地上部分的增长,而对地下部分的影响较小,导致根冠比的增加,在相同P水平处理下,3年生雷公藤的根冠比高于1年生的;低P胁迫显著影响了雷公藤的生物量积累及分配,雷公藤幼苗总生物量及1年生雷公藤细根生物量占根系生物量的比例下降,根系生物量在总生物量中的比例及3年生雷公藤细根生物量在根系生物量中的比例上升。这表明3年生雷公藤对P逆境有更好的适应机制,对低P林地套种雷公藤的苗龄选择有参考价值;雷公藤幼苗的株高、最长枝均与生物量呈显著的正相关,可作为耐低P雷公藤良种选育中优良性状的指标。中轻度的P胁迫不显著影响根系生物量的积累,维持较大比例的根系是雷公藤适应低P胁迫的主要策略。  相似文献

探讨6种食用色素对菊花的染色效应。结果表明,菊花对亮兰、柠檬黄适应性较好,其次为胭脂红、苋菜红,对葡萄紫、牛奶巧克力棕适应性较差。不同食用色素适宜的染色浓度和染色时间分别为亮蓝(6g/L、4h)、柠檬黄(6g/L、4h),胭脂红(12g/L、6h),苋菜红(9g/L、6h),葡萄紫(20g/L、8h),牛奶巧克力棕(20g/L、8h);适宜的pH值分别为6.6,10.9,10.9,10.2,10.3,10.4。切花开放程度大时染色速度快,花枝去叶与否对染色效果影响不明显。染色后的菊花瓶插寿命显著缩短,但能达到切花所要求的5~7d的观赏期。  相似文献

定植期和种植密度是影响切花菊外观品质的重要栽培措施.本文以单头切花菊‘神马’(Chrysanthemum morifolium cv. Shenma)为材料,研究定植期和密度对温室单头菊外观品质的影响.结果表明,在试验的定植期和密度范围内,随着定植期的延迟、密度的增加,单头菊株高增加,单株叶数、茎直径减小,单株鲜质量降低,花颈长度增加,花朵直径减小,但密度对株高的影响不大.在上海地区非加温温室单头切花菊生产中,以生产A级产品为目标的适宜定植期为8月中旬,适宜种植密度为64株·m-2;以生产B级产品为目标的适宜定植期为8月中旬至9月初,适宜种植密度为72~80株·m-2.本研究为建立基于光、温和密度的温室单头切花菊外观品质预测模型提供了参考.  相似文献

根据光温对菊花品质的影响,通过不同定植期和不同品种试验,建立了以生理辐热积(physiological product of thermal effectiveness and PAR, PTEP)为尺度的温室标准切花菊品质预测模型,并用独立的试验数据对模型进行检验.结果表明:模型对温室标准切花菊的展叶数、单株叶面积、株高、茎粗、节间长和花径的模拟值与实测值的符合度较好,模拟值与实测值基于1∶1线的决定系数(R2)和预测相对误差(RSE)分别为0.99、0.98、0.98、0.92、0.87、0.88和5.5%、6.5%、5.9%、4.1%、11.2%、12.4%.表明该品质预测模型预测精度高、实用性强,可为温室标准切花菊生产中的光温调控提供理论依据和决策支持.  相似文献

为了解菊花近缘种属植物耐盐性的遗传规律,对栽培菊花与菊属-近缘属属间杂种杂交后代耐盐性进行了遗传分析。以栽培菊花'韩2’为母本,大岛野路菊×芙蓉菊属间杂种为父本进行杂交,以盐害指数作为指标,通过水培法对获得的F1群体进行耐盐性鉴定,并应用植物数量性状主基因+多基因混合遗传模型,采用单个F2世代的分离分析方法对F1群体耐盐性进行混合遗传分析。结果发现:F1群体的耐盐性出现广泛分离,变异系数达53.63%,盐害指数的变异范围为3.33%-96.67%;中亲优势为2.47,未达到显著水平;将后代的耐盐性分为5个级别,其中高耐的占14.52%,耐盐的占38.70%,中耐的占30.65%,敏盐的占9.68%,高敏的占6.45%。F1群体的耐盐性符合B-2模型,由两个主效基因控制,加性效应均表现正向增效,分别为18.06和19.13,显性效应表现负向效应,分别为-17.99和-1.44,主基因遗传率为61.14%,属高度遗传力。综合分析表明:菊花近缘种属植物耐盐性可通过杂交导入栽培菊花,实现栽培菊花耐盐性遗传改良;菊花近缘种属植物盐害指数受两对主基因的控制,主基因在F1群体的遗传率属高度遗传力,耐盐性选育可在早期世代进行。  相似文献

Two pot experiments at the Plant Environment Laboratory (PEL), Reading, UK investigated sterility, boron (B) accumulation and B partitioning of wheat cultivars grown with limited B in the growing medium. The first experiment evaluated nine cultivars of spring wheat with diverse field responses to low available soil B, supplied with or without 20 μM B. A second experiment examined the response of a susceptible (SW-41) and a tolerant (Fang-60) cultivar to B-deficiency. These cultivars were supplied with either 20 μM B from sowing to flag leaf emergence and no added B thereafter, or 20 μM B from sowing to maturity. When B was not supplied in the nutrient solution, the number of grains ranged from 4 per ear (cv. BL-1135) to 32 per ear (cv. BL-1249) and sterility of competent florets ranged from 39% to 93%. Boron concentration in the flag leaf at anthesis did not differ greatly when the growing medium contained limited B, but differences between cultivars were evident when B was unlimited. Tolerance of B-deficiency was not related to the B concentration in the flag leaf. Some cultivars produced viable pollen and set grains while others failed to do so at similar B concentrations in the flag leaf. The two contrasting cultivars did not differ much in their pattern of B partitioning when B supply was restricted from flag leaf emergence onwards. Similarly, little evidence was found that the tolerant cultivars translocated B from their leaves, roots or stems when the supply in the growing medium was restricted. The proportion of total B partitioned in different organs was the same irrespective of B supply and cultivar. On average, leaves contained 68% of the total B content in the whole plant compared to 16% in the roots, 10% in the ears and only 6% in the stems. Tolerant or susceptible cultivars of wheat could not be distinguished based on the B concentration and B content of the flag leaf. An assessment was made of the antibiotic and antixenotic resistance of three cultivars of autumn flowering chrysanthemum (derived fromDendranthema morifolium (Ramat) Tzvelev andD. indicum (L.) Desmoulins) to the aphidAphis gossypii Glover. Antibiosis was also assessed at the top, middle and lower leaves of the plant. The three cultivars showed a range of resistance with Hero being the most susceptible, Surfine the most resistant and Purple Anne intermediate. There was a trend for antibiosis to improve with position down the plant, however there were cultivar by position interactions. Antixenosis was assessed at two levels, the first being under conditions where the aphid had complete access to the plant in caged choice assays and the second being under conditions where the aphid only had host odour to assess under olfactometer choice conditions. Preferences under the caged choice conditions found Hero to be the most preferred cultivar while there was no preference shown between Purple Anne and Surfine. However, olfactometer assessments showed Hero to be the least preferred of the three cultivars and, again, no preferences could be found between Purple Anne and Surfine.  相似文献
