The purpose of this study was to clarify the effectiveness of expiration and abdominal bracing maneuvers in response to sudden trunk loading in healthy subjects. Fifteen healthy male subjects were anteriorly loaded under different experimental conditions. Tests were conducted at rest and while performing each of the stabilization maneuvers (expiration and abdominal bracing) at 15% of the maximal voluntary isometric contraction of the internal oblique muscle. Subjects had no knowledge of the perturbation timing. An electromyographic biofeedback system was used to control the intensity of internal oblique muscle activation. Muscular pre-activation of three trunk muscles (internal oblique, external oblique, and L3 erector spinae muscles) and lumbar acceleration in response to loading were measured. The expiration and abdominal bracing maneuvers promoted torso co-contraction, reduced the magnitude of lumbar acceleration, and increased spinal stability compared to the resting condition. There were no differences between the expiration and abdominal bracing maneuvers in the pre-activation of the three trunk muscles or in lumbar acceleration in response to loading. It appears that both expiration and abdominal bracing maneuvers are effective in increasing spinal stability in response to sudden anterior loading.  相似文献

Abdominal bracing is a voluntary method of increasing spine stiffness to restrict spine displacement. Previous investigations of abdominal bracing have measured effects on whole lumbar motion; however, how this effect is distributed across the lumbar spine is unknown. Therefore, this study was designed to test the influence of abdominal bracing on spine intersegmental (T9/T10 to L5/S1) flexion, measured via skin surface markers, in response to sudden loading perturbations applied through the hands in 16 young healthy participants. Abdominal and back muscle activation responses were also measured. The results demonstrated that abdominal bracing significantly reduced sagittal plane motion at intersegmental levels T12/L1 to L4/L5, by 45% (0.74 degrees) at L4/L5 to 94% (0.71 degrees) at L1/L2 compared to control. L5/S1 experienced a 50% (0.36 degrees) reduction, but this was not statistically significant. Additionally, abdominal bracing resulted in greater baseline activation of all abdominal and back muscles, but did not affect onset times or response magnitudes of any of the back muscles acting counter to the perturbation. Therefore, the elevated baseline activation of trunk musculature during an abdominal brace serves to restrict flexion motion at the majority of the intersegmental lumbar spine (T12/L1 to L4/5) in response to sudden trunk flexion perturbations.  相似文献

MVC techniques to normalize trunk muscle EMG in healthy women   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Normalization of the surface electromyogram (EMG) addresses some of the inherent inter-subject and inter-muscular variability of this signal to enable comparison between muscles and people. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of several maximal voluntary isometric contraction (MVC) strategies, and identify maximum electromyographic reference values used for normalizing trunk muscle activity. Eight healthy women performed 11 MVC techniques, including trials in which thorax motion was resisted, trials in which pelvis motion was resisted, shoulder rotation and adduction, and un-resisted MVC maneuvers (maximal abdominal hollowing and maximal abdominal bracing). EMG signals were bilaterally collected from upper and lower rectus abdominis, lateral and medial aspects of external oblique, internal oblique, latissimus dorsi, and erector spinae at T9 and L5. A 0.5 s moving average window was used to calculate the maximum EMG amplitude of each muscle for each MVC technique. A great inter-subject variability between participants was observed as to which MVC strategy elicited the greatest muscular activity, especially for the oblique abdominals and latissimus dorsi. Since no single test was superior for obtaining maximum electrical activity, it appears that several upper and lower trunk MVC techniques should be performed for EMG normalization in healthy women.  相似文献

The purpose of this research was to investigate the contributions of individual muscles to joint rotational stiffness and total joint rotational stiffness about the lumbar spine’s L4–5 joint prior to, and following, sudden dynamic lateral perturbations to the trunk. Kinematic and surface EMG data were collected while subjects maintained a kneeling posture on a robotic platform, while restrained so that motions caused by the perturbation were transferred to the pelvis, causing motion of the trunk and head. The robotic platform caused sudden inertial trunk lateral perturbations to the right or left, with or without timing and direction knowledge. An EMG-driven model of the lumbar spine was used to calculate the muscle forces and contributions to joint rotational stiffness during the perturbations. Data showed 95% and 106% increases in total joint rotational stiffness, about the lateral bend and axial twist axes, when subjects had knowledge of the timing of the perturbation. Also, the contralateral muscles exhibited a significantly larger total joint rotational stiffness about the lateral bend axis, and earlier surface EMG responses, than the ipsilateral muscles. The results indicate that, when the timing of the perturbation was unknown, subjects relied more on delayed muscle forces following the perturbation to stiffen the L4–5 joint.  相似文献

There is still conflicting evidence about the influence of fatigue on trunk reflex activity. The aim of this study was to measure response latency and amplitude changes of lumbar and abdominal muscles after heavy external force perturbation applied to the trunk in the sagittal plane before and after back muscle fatigue, in expected and unexpected conditions. Ten healthy subjects in a semi-seated position, torso upright in a specific apparatus performed an intermittent back muscle fatigue protocol. EMG reflex activity of erector spinae (ES) and external oblique muscles were recorded in unexpected and in expected (self pre-activation) conditions. After fatigue, the normalized reflex amplitude of ES increased in expected and unexpected conditions (P < 0.05) while ES response latency was slightly decreased. Reflexes latencies for ES were systematically shorter (P < 0.05) of 25% in expected compared to unexpected conditions. These findings suggest that a large external force perturbation would elicit higher paraspinal magnitude responses and possible earlier activation in order to compensate the loss of muscular force after fatigue. Because of the seated position the postural adjustments were probably not triggered and thus explain the lack of abdominal activation. The self-anticipated pre-activation in order to counteract perturbations was not affected by fatigue illustrating the natural muscular activation to maintain trunk stability.  相似文献

Torso muscles contribute both intrinsic and reflexive stiffness to the spine; recent modeling studies indicate that intrinsic stiffness alone is sometimes insufficient to maintain stability in dynamic situations. The purpose of this study was to experimentally test this idea by limiting muscular reflexive responses to sudden trunk perturbations. Nine healthy males lay on a near-frictionless apparatus and were subjected to quick trunk releases from the neutral position into flexion or right-side lateral bend. Different magnitudes of moment release were accomplished by having participants contract their musculature to create a range of moment levels. EMG was recorded from 12 torso muscles and three-dimensional lumbar spine rotations were monitored. A second-order linear model of the trunk was employed to estimate trunk stiffness and damping during each quick release. Participants displayed very limited reflex responses to the quick load release paradigms, and consequently underwent substantial trunk displacements (>50% flexion range of motion and >70% lateral bend range of motion in the maximum moment trials). Trunk stiffness increased significantly with significant increases in muscle activation, but was still unable to prevent the largest trunk displacements in the absence of reflexes. Thus, it was concluded that the intrinsic stiffness of the trunk was insufficient to adequately prevent the spine from undergoing potentially harmful rotational displacements. Voluntary muscular responses were more apparent than reflexive responses, but occurred too late and of too low magnitude to sufficiently make up for the limited reflexes.  相似文献

To circumvent the existing shortcoming of optimisation algorithms in trunk biomechanical models, both agonist and antagonist trunk muscle stresses to different powers are introduced in a novel objective function to evaluate the role of abdominal muscles in trunk stability and spine compression. This coupled objective function is introduced in our kinematics-driven finite element model to estimate muscle forces and to identify the role of abdominal muscles in upright standing while lifting symmetrically a weight at different heights. Predictive equations for the compression and buckling forces are developed. Results are also compared with the conventional objective function that neglects abdominal muscle forces. An overall optimal solution involving smaller spinal compression but higher trunk stability is automatically attained when choosing muscle stress powers at and around 3. Results highlight the internal oblique muscle as the most efficient abdominal muscle during the tasks investigated. The estimated relative forces in abdominal muscles are found to be in good agreement with the respective ratios of recorded electromyography activities.  相似文献

Although exercise speed is an acute variable to prescribe abdominal strengthening programs, current literature lacks studies analyzing the influence of speed on muscular activation in abdominal exercises. The aim of this work was to determine the influence of trunk curl-up speed on the amplitude of muscular activation and the way in which the trunk muscles were coactivated. Twenty recreationally trained volunteers (16 women and 4 men; age, 23.7 +/- 4.3 years; height, 166.2 +/- 6.3 cm; mass, 61.0 +/- 8.2 kg) participated in this study. Surface electromyographic data were collected from the rectus abdominis, external oblique, internal oblique, and erector spinae during 4 different curl-up cadences [1 repetition per 4 seconds (C4), 1 repetition per 2 seconds (C2), 1 repetition per 1.5 seconds (C1.5), 1 repetition per 1 second (C1)], and during maximum speed curl-ups (Cmax). The electromyographic amplitude was averaged and normalized using maximum voluntary isometric contractions (MVICs). Statistical analyses were performed using repeated-analyses of variance. Normalized electromyographic mean amplitudes of trunk muscles increased with curl-up speed. Although the rectus abdominis (ranged from 23.3% of MVICs at C4 to 49.6% of MVICs at Cmax) and internal oblique (ranged from 19.2% of MVICs at C4 to 48.5% of MVICs at Cmax) were the most active analyzed muscles at each speed, contribution of the external oblique increased appreciably with velocity (ranged from 5.3% of MVICs at C4 to 33.3% of MVICs at Cmax). Increasing trunk curl-up speed supposed greater trunk muscular coactivation, probably required for a faster performance and to ensure dynamic spine stability. On the basis of our findings, curl-up speed had an important effect on trunk muscular recruitment and must be taken into account when prescribing exercise programs for abdominal conditioning.  相似文献

To assess changes in total and regional chest wall properties during nonrespiratory maneuvers, we measured electromyographic activity of various chest wall muscles, esophageal pressure, and rib cage and abdominal surface displacements in six subjects before and during various static tasks. Subjects were seated at functional residual capacity, and quasi-sinusoidal forcing at the mouth (0.4 Hz, 500 ml) was imposed during the maneuver in the absence of active breathing. Magnitude of total chest wall impedance (magnitude of Zw) increased with effort during all maneuvers; changes in phase were small. Maneuvers involving primarily muscles of the neck and rib cage--holding a 10-kg weight, 10 kg of isometric tension between the arms, and isometric neck flexion--roughly doubled the magnitude of rib cage impedance (magnitude of Zrc) and, to a lesser degree, increased magnitude of diaphragm-abdomen impedance (magnitude of Zd-a). Unilateral and bilateral leg lifts, in addition to increasing magnitude of Zd-a, increased magnitude of Zrc. Passive 90 degrees rotation of the torso caused approximately 25% increases in magnitude of Zrc and magnitude of Zd-a; if the rotation was actively maintained by the trunk muscles, both regional impedances increased over 100%. Increases in magnitude of regional impedance were correlated to increases in regional electromyographic activity; changes in phase were small. Passive restriction of rib cage displacement by strapping increased magnitude of Zrc and magnitude of Zw but not magnitude of Zd-a, whereas abdominal strapping increased magnitude of Zd-a but did not affect magnitude of Zrc or magnitude of Zw.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to investigate the responses of the spine during sudden loading in the presence of back and abdominal muscle fatigue, with a primary focus on the implications for spinal stability. Fifteen females were studied and each received sudden loads to the hands, at both known and unknown times. Participants received these loading trials (a) while rested, (b) with back muscle fatigue, and (c) with a combination of back and abdominal muscle fatigue. Measures were taken on the EMG activity of two trunk extensor and two abdominal muscles, and on the trunk angle and centre of pressure. A 3 × 2 Repeated Measures ANOVA was also performed. There were no preparations made prior to the perturbation even when it could be anticipated. However, the peak responses that followed were greater in the unexpected versus the expected condition. In addition, trunk muscle fatigue led to an increase in the baseline activity of the trunk muscles but no additional increase in activity just prior to loading. There was increased activation of both (opposing) muscle groups when only one muscle group was fatigued. Because the peak responses following the perturbation were enhanced in the unknown timing condition, preparations must have taken place prior to the anticipated perturbations, perhaps in other segments of the body that were not measured. Also, the load impact may not have been great enough to elicit large preparations. The heightened baseline activity with fatigue suggests that there may have been increased spinal stiffness whenever the spine was fatigued, and not just immediately prior to an impending perturbation. The increased activation of opposing muscle groups is evidence of increased cocontraction in response to fatigue, possibly to maintain stability with decreasing coordination.  相似文献

Spine stability is ensured through isometric coactivation of the torso muscles; however, these same muscles are used cyclically to assist ventilation. Our objective was to investigate this apparent paradoxical role (isometric contraction for stability or rhythmic contraction for ventilation) of some selected torso muscles that are involved in both ventilation and support of the spine. Eight, asymptomatic, male subjects provided data on low back moments, motion, muscle activation, and hand force. These data were input to an anatomically detailed, biologically driven model from which spine load and a lumbar spine stability index was obtained. Results revealed that subjects entrained their torso stabilization muscles to breathe during demanding ventilation tasks. Increases in lung volume and back extensor muscle activation coincided with increases in spine stability, whereas declines in spine stability were observed during periods of low lung inflation volume and simultaneously low levels of torso muscle activation. As a case study, aberrant ventilation motor patterns (poor muscle entrainment), seen in one subject, compromised spine stability. Those interested in rehabilitation of patients with lung compromise and concomitant back troubles would be assisted with knowledge of the mechanical links between ventilation during tasks that impose spine loading.  相似文献

Unexpected loading of the spine is a risk factor for low back pain. The trunk neuromuscular and kinematics responses are likely influenced by the perturbation itself as well as initial trunk conditions. The effect of four parameters (preload, sudden load, initial trunk flexed posture, initial abdominal antagonistic activity) on trunk kinematics and back muscles reflex response were evaluated. Twelve asymptomatic subjects participated in sudden forward perturbation tests under six distinct conditions. Preload did not change the reflexive response of back muscles and the trunk displacement; while peak trunk velocity and acceleration as well as the relative load peak decreased. Sudden load increased reflex response of muscles, trunk kinematics and loading variables. When the trunk was initially flexed, back muscles latency was delayed, trunk velocity and acceleration increased; however, reflex amplitude and relative trunk displacement remained unchanged. Abdominal antagonistic preactivation increased reflexive response of muscles but kinematics variables were not affected. Preload, initial flexed posture and abdominal muscles preactivation increased back muscles preactivity. Both velocity and acceleration peaks of the trunk movement decreased with preload despite greater total load. In contrast, they increased in the initial flexed posture and to some extent when abdominal muscles were preactivated demonstrating the distinct effects of pre-perturbation variables on trunk kinematics and risk of injury.  相似文献

The local dynamic stability of trunk movements, quantified using the maximum Lyapunov exponent (λmax), can provide important information on the neuromuscular control of spine stability during movement tasks. Although previous research has displayed the promise of this technique, all studies were completed with healthy participants. Therefore the goal of this study was to compare the dynamic stability of spine kinematics and trunk muscle activations, as well as antagonistic muscle co-contraction, between athletes with and without low back pain (LBP). Twenty interuniversity varsity athletes (10 LBP, 10 healthy controls) were recruited to participate in the study. Each participant completed a repetitive trunk flexion task at 15 cycles per minute, both symmetrically and asymmetrically, while trunk kinematics and muscular activity (EMG) were monitored. The local dynamic stability of low back EMG was significantly higher (lower λmax) in healthy individuals (p=0.002), whereas the dynamic stability of kinematics, the dynamic stability of full trunk system EMG, and the amount of antagonistic co-contraction were significantly higher when moving asymmetrically (p<0.05 for all variables). Although non-significant, kinematic and trunk system EMG stability also tended to be impaired in LBP participants, whereas they also tended to co-contract their antagonist muscles more. This study provides evidence that Lyapunov analyses of kinematic and muscle activation data can provide insight into the neuromuscular control of spine stability in back pain participants. Future research will repeat these protocols in patients with higher levels of pain, with hopes of developing a tool to assess impairment and treatment effectiveness in clinical and workplace settings.  相似文献

Activity of the abdominal muscles during symmetric lifting has been a consistent finding in many studies. It has been hypothesized that this antagonistic coactivation increases trunk stiffness to provide stability to the spine. To test this, we investigated whether abdominal activity in lifting is increased in response to destabilizing conditions.

Ten healthy male subjects lifted 35 l containers containing 15 l of water (unstable condition), or ice (stable condition). 3D-kinematics, ground reaction forces, and EMG of selected trunk muscles were recorded. Euler angles of the thorax relative to the pelvis were determined. Inverse dynamics was used to calculate moments about L5S1. Averaged normalized abdominal EMG activity was calculated to express coactivation and an EMG-driven trunk muscle model was used to estimate the flexor moment produced by these muscles and to estimate the L5S1 compression force.

Abdominal coactivation was significantly higher when lifting the unstable load. This coincided with significant increases in estimated moments produced by the antagonist muscles and in estimated compression forces on the L5S1 disc, except at the instant of the peak moment about L5S1. The lifting style was not affected by load instability as evidenced by the absence of effects on moments about L5S1 and angles of the thorax relative to the pelvis. The data support the interpretation of abdominal cocontraction during lifting as subserving spinal stability. An alternative function of the increased trunk stiffness due to cocontraction might be to achieve more precise control over the trajectory of lifted weight in order to avoid sloshing of the water mass in the box and the consequent perturbations.  相似文献

Neuromuscular factors that contribute to spinal stability include trunk stiffness from passive and active tissues as well as active feedback from reflex response in the paraspinal muscles. Trunk flexion postures are a recognized risk factor for occupational low-back pain and may influence these stabilizing control factors. Sixteen healthy adult subjects participated in an experiment to record trunk stiffness and paraspinal muscle reflex gain during voluntary isometric trunk extension exertions. The protocol was designed to achieve trunk flexion without concomitant influences of external gravitational moment, i.e., decouple the effects of trunk flexion posture from trunk moment. Systems identification analyses identified reflex gain by quantifying the relation between applied force disturbances and time-dependent EMG response in the lumbar paraspinal muscles. Trunk stiffness was characterized from a second order model describing the dynamic relation between the force disturbances versus the kinematic response of the torso. Trunk stiffness increased significantly with flexion angle and exertion level. This was attributed to passive tissue contributions to stiffness. Reflex gain declined significantly with trunk flexion angle but increased with exertion level. These trends were attributed to correlated changes in baseline EMG recruitment in the lumbar paraspinal muscles. Female subjects demonstrated greater reflex gain than males and the decline in reflex gain with flexion angle was greater in females than in males. Results reveal that torso flexion influences neuromuscular factors that control spinal stability and suggest that posture may contribute to the risk of instability injury.  相似文献

The intent of this study was to quantify spine loading during different kettlebell swings and carries. No previously published studies of tissue loads during kettlebell exercises could be found. Given the popularity of kettlebells, this study was designed to provide an insight into the resulting joint loads. Seven male subjects participated in this investigation. In addition, a single case study of the kettlebell swing was performed on an accomplished kettlebell master. Electromyography, ground reaction forces (GRFs), and 3D kinematic data were recorded during exercises using a 16-kg kettlebell. These variables were input into an anatomically detailed biomechanical model that used normalized muscle activation; GRF; and spine, hip, and knee motion to calculate spine compression and shear loads. It was found that kettlebell swings create a hip-hinge squat pattern characterized by rapid muscle activation-relaxation cycles of substantial magnitudes (~50% of a maximal voluntary contraction [MVC] for the low back extensors and 80% MVC for the gluteal muscles with a 16-kg kettlebell) resulting in about 3,200 N of low back compression. Abdominal muscular pulses together with the muscle bracing associated with carries create kettlebell-specific training opportunities. Some unique loading patterns discovered during the kettlebell swing included the posterior shear of the L4 vertebra on L5, which is opposite in polarity to a traditional lift. Thus, quantitative analysis provides an insight into why many individuals credit kettlebell swings with restoring and enhancing back health and function, although a few find that they irritate tissues.  相似文献

Reliable computation of spinal loads and trunk stability under whole body vibrations with high acceleration contents requires accurate estimation of trunk muscle activities that are often overlooked in existing biodynamic models. A finite element model of the spine that accounts for nonlinear load- and direction-dependent properties of lumbar segments, complex geometry and musculature of the spine, and dynamic characteristics of the trunk was used in our iterative kinematics-driven approach to predict trunk biodynamics in measured vehicle's seat vibrations with shock contents of about 4g (g: gravity acceleration of 9.8m/s(2)) at frequencies of about 4 and 20Hz. Muscle forces, spinal loads and trunk stability were evaluated for two lumbar postures (erect and flexed) with and without coactivity in abdominal muscles. Estimated peak spinal loads were substantially larger under 4Hz excitation frequency as compared to 20Hz with the contribution of muscle forces exceeding that of inertial forces. Flattening of the lumbar lordosis from an erect to a flexed posture and antagonistic coactivity in abdominal muscles, both noticeably increased forces on the spine while substantially improving trunk stability. Our predictions clearly demonstrated the significant role of muscles in trunk biodynamics and associated risk of back injuries. High-magnitude accelerations in seat vibration, especially at near-resonant frequency, expose the vertebral column to large forces and high risk of injury by significantly increasing muscle activities in response to equilibrium and stability demands.  相似文献

To examine whether habituation confounds the study of whiplash injury using human subjects, we quantified changes in the magnitude and temporal development of the neck muscle electromyogram and peak linear and angular head/torso kinematics of subjects exposed to sequential whiplash-like perturbations. Forty-four seated subjects (23F, 21M) underwent 11 consecutive forward horizontal perturbations (peak sled acceleration=1.5 g). Electromyographic (EMG) activity was recorded over the sternocleidomastoid (SCM) and cervical paraspinal (PARA) muscles with surface electrodes, and head and torso kinematics were measured using linear and angular accelerometers and a 3D motion analysis system. EMG onset occurred at reflex latencies (67-75 ms in SCM) and did not vary with repeated perturbations. EMG amplitude was significantly attenuated by the second perturbation in PARA muscles and by the third perturbation in SCM muscles. The mean decrement in EMG amplitude between the first trial and the mean of the last five trials was between 41% and 64%. Related kinematic changes ranged from a 21% increase in head extension angle to a 29% decrease in forward acceleration at the forehead, and were also significantly different by the second exposure in some variables. Although a wider range of perturbation intensities and inter-perturbation intervals need to be studied, the significant changes observed in both muscle and kinematic variables by the second perturbation indicated that habituation was a potential confounder of whiplash injury studies using repeated perturbations of human subjects.  相似文献

Many patients with low back and/or pelvic girdle pain feel relief after application of a pelvic belt. External compression might unload painful ligaments and joints, but the exact mechanical effect on pelvic structures, especially in (active) upright position, is still unknown. In the present study, a static three-dimensional (3-D) pelvic model was used to simulate compression at the level of anterior superior iliac spine and the greater trochanter. The model optimised forces in 100 muscles, 8 ligaments and 8 joints in upright trunk, pelvis and upper legs using a criterion of minimising maximum muscle stress. Initially, abdominal muscles, sacrotuberal ligaments and vertical sacroiliac joints (SIJ) shear forces mainly balanced a trunk weight of 500N in upright position. Application of 50N medial compression force at the anterior superior iliac spine (equivalent to 25N belt tension force) deactivated some dorsal hip muscles and reduced the maximum muscle stress by 37%. Increasing the compression up to 100N reduced the vertical SIJ shear force by 10% and increased SIJ compression force with 52%. Shifting the medial compression force of 100N in steps of 10N to the greater trochanter did not change the muscle activation pattern but further increased SIJ compression force by 40% compared to coxal compression. Moreover, the passive ligament forces were distributed over the sacrotuberal, the sacrospinal and the posterior ligaments. The findings support the cause-related designing of new pelvic belts to unload painful pelvic ligaments or muscles in upright posture.  相似文献

Non-contact anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries account for approximately 70% of ACL ruptures and often occur during a sudden change in direction or pivot. Decreased neuromuscular control of the trunk in a controlled perturbation task has previously been associated with ACL injury incidence, while knee abduction moments and tibial internal rotation moments have been associated with ACL strain and ACL injury incidence. In this study, the association between movement of the trunk during a run-to-cut maneuver and loading of the knee during the same activity was investigated. External knee moments and trunk angles were quantified during a run-to-cut maneuver for 29 individuals. The trunk angles examined were outside tilt (frontal plane angle of the torso from vertical), angle between the ground reaction force (GRF) and the torso in the plane containing the GRF and shoulders (torso-GRF_shoulders); and angle between GRF and torso in the plane containing the GRF and pelvis (torso-GRF_pelvis). Significant positive associations were found between torso angles and peak knee abduction moments (outside tilt, p=0.002; and torso-GRF_shoulders, p=0.036) while a significant negative association was found between peak tibial internal rotation moment and outside tilt (p=0.021). Because the peaks of these moments occur at different times and minimal axial rotation moment is observed at peak knee abduction moment (-0.29±0.46%BW*ht), the positive association between peak knee abduction moment and torso lean suggests that increasing torso lean may increase ACL load and risk of injury.  相似文献
