High‐performance zeolitic imidazolate frameworks (ZIFs)/polybenzimidazole (PBI) nanocomposites are molecularly designed for hydrogen separation at high temperatures, and demonstrate it in a useful configuration as dual‐layer hollow fibers for the first time. By incorporating as‐synthesized nanoporous ZIF‐8 nanoparticles into the high thermal stability but extremely low permeability polybenzimidazole (PBI), the resultant mixed matrix membranes show an impressive enhancement in H2 permeability as high as a hundred times without any significant deduction in H2/CO2 selectivity. The 30/70 ZIF‐8/PBI dense membrane has a H2 permeability of 105.4 Barrer and a H2/CO2 selectivity of 12.3. This performance is far superior to ZIF‐7/PBI membranes and is the best ever reported data for H2‐selective polymeric materials in the literature. Meanwhile, defect‐free ZIF‐8‐PBI/Matrimid dual‐layer hollow fibers are successfully fabricated, without post‐annealing and coating, by optimizing ZIF‐8 nanoparticle loadings, spinning conditions, and solvent‐exchange procedures. Two types of hollow fibers targeted at either high H2/CO2 selectivity or high H2 permeance are developed: i) PZM10‐I B fibers with a medium H2 permeance of 64.5 GPU (2.16 ×10?8 mol m?2 s?1 Pa?1) at 180°C and a high H2/CO2 selectivity of 12.3, and, ii) PZM33‐I B fibers with a high H2 permeance of 202 GPU (6.77 ×10?8 mol m?2 s?1 Pa?1) at 180°C and a medium H2/CO2 selectivity of 7.7. This work not only molecularly designs novel nanocomposite materials for harsh industrial applications, such as syngas and hydrogen production, but also, for the first time, synergistically combines the strengths of both ZIF‐8 and PBI for energy‐related applications.  相似文献

Efficient and selective dehydrogenation of hydrazine borane (HB), a novel hydrogen storage material with very high hydrogen content (HB, 15.4 wt%), is a key challenge for a fuel‐cell‐based hydrogen economy. However, even using the noble metal catalysts for HB decomposition, the activities are still far from satisfying, to say nothing of non‐noble‐metal‐containing catalysts. In response, as a proof‐of‐concept experiment, herein, noble‐metal‐free NiFe–CeOx nanoparticles are successfully immobilized on an MIL‐101 support without surfactant by a simple liquid impregnation method. Unexpectedly, the resultant Ni0.5Fe0.5–CeOx/MIL‐101 catalyst shows good performance, including 100% H2 selectivity, 100% conversion, and record catalytic activity (351.3 h?1) for hydrogen generation at mild temperature, which is even better than most of the noble metal heterogeneous catalysts and might be attributed to the good dispersion and uniform particle size of the Ni0.5Fe0.5–CeOx nanoparticles due to steric restrictions effect of the MIL‐101 support. Additionally, extending MIL‐101 to some other important kinds of metal–organic framework (MOF) structures, the resultant NiFe–CeOx/MOF catalysts all show good catalytic activity toward HB decomposition, showing the universality of the MOF supported NiFe–CeOx catalysts.  相似文献

Fiber‐supercapacitors (FSCs) are promising energy storage devices that can complement or even replace microbatteries in miniaturized portable and wearable electronics. Currently, a major challenge for FSCs is achieving ultrahigh volumetric energy and power densities simultaneously, especially when the charge/discharge rates exceed 1 V s?1. Herein, an Au‐nanoparticle‐doped‐MnOx@CoNi‐alloy@carbon‐nanotube (Au–MnOx@CoNi@CNT) core/shell nanocomposite fiber electrode is designed, aiming to boost its charge/discharge rate by taking advantage of the superconductive CoNi alloy network and the greatly enhanced conductivity of the Au doped MnOx active materials. An all‐solid‐state coaxial asymmetric FSC (CAFSC) prototype device made by wrapping this fiber with a holey graphene paper (HGP) exhibits excellent performance at rates up to 10 V s?1, which is the highest charge rate demonstrated so far for FSCs based on pseudocapacitive materials. Furthermore, our fully packaged CAFSC delivers a volumetric energy density of ≈15.1 mW h cm?3, while simultaneously maintaining a high power density of 7.28 W cm?3 as well as a long cycle life (90% retention after 10 000 cycles). This value is the highest among all reported FSCs, even better than that of a typical 4 V/500 µA h thin‐film lithium battery.  相似文献

Zeolitic imidazolate framework‐8 (ZIF‐8) loading rhodamine‐B (ZIF‐8@rhodamine‐B) nanocomposites was proposed and used as ratiometric fluorescent sensor to detect copper(II) ion (Cu2+). Scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X‐ray powder diffraction, nitrogen adsorption/desorption isotherms and fluorescence emission spectroscopy were employed to characterize the ZIF‐8@rhodamine‐B nanocomposites. The results showed the rhodamine‐B was successfully assembled on ZIF‐8 based on the π‐π interaction and the hydrogen bond between the nitrogen atom of ZIF‐8 and –COOH of rhodamine‐B. The as‐obtained ZIF‐8@rhodamine‐B nanocomposites were octahedron with size about 150–200 nm, had good water dispersion, and exhibited the characteristic fluorescence emission of ZIF‐8 at 335 nm and rhodamine‐B at 575 nm. The Cu2+ could quench fluorescence of ZIF‐8 rather than rhodamine‐B. The ZIF‐8 not only acted as the template to assemble rhodamine‐B, but also was employed as the signal fluorescence together with the fluorescence of rhodamine‐B as the reference to construct a novel ratiometric fluorescent sensor to detect Cu2+. The resulted ZIF‐8@rhodamine‐B nanocomposite fluorescence probe showed good linear range (68.4 nM to 125 μM) with a low detection limit (22.8 nM) for Cu2+ combined with good sensitivity and selectivity. The work also provides a better way to design ratiometric fluorescent sensors from ZIF‐8 and other fluorescent molecules.  相似文献

Herein, this study successfully fabricates porous g‐C3N4‐based nanocomposites by decorating sheet‐like nanostructured MnOx and subsequently coupling Au‐modified nanocrystalline TiO2. It is clearly demonstrated that the as‐prepared amount‐optimized nanocomposite exhibits exceptional visible‐light photocatalytic activities for CO2 conversion to CH4 and for H2 evolution, respectively by ≈28‐time (140 µmol g?1 h?1) and ≈31‐time (313 µmol g?1 h?1) enhancement compared to the widely accepted outstanding g‐C3N4 prepared with urea as the raw material, along with the calculated quantum efficiencies of ≈4.92% and 2.78% at 420 nm wavelength. It is confirmed mainly based on the steady‐state surface photovoltage spectra, transient‐state surface photovoltage responses, fluorescence spectra related to the produced ?OH amount, and electrochemical reduction curves that the exceptional photoactivities are comprehensively attributed to the large surface area (85.5 m2 g?1) due to the porous structure, to the greatly enhanced charge separation and to the introduced catalytic functions to the carrier‐related redox reactions by decorating MnOx and coupling Au‐TiO2, respectively, to modulate holes and electrons. Moreover, it is suggested mainly based on the photocatalytic experiments of CO2 reduction with isotope 13CO2 and D2O that the produced ?CO2 and ?H as active radicals would be dominant to initiate the conversion of CO2 to CH4.  相似文献

Driven by increasing demand for high‐energy‐density batteries for consumer electronics and electric vehicles, substantial progress is achieved in the development of long‐life lithium–sulfur (Li–S) batteries. Less attention is given to Li–S batteries with high volume energy density, which is crucial for applications in compact space. Here, a series of elastic sandwich‐structured cathode materials consisting of alternating VS2‐attached reduced graphene oxide (rGO) sheets and active sulfur layers are reported. Due to the high polarity and conductivity of VS2, a small amount of VS2 can suppress the shuttle effect of polysulfides and improve the redox kinetics of sulfur species in the whole sulfur layer. Sandwich‐structured rGO–VS2/S composites exhibit significantly improved electrochemical performance, with high discharge capacities, low polarization, and excellent cycling stability compared with their bare rGO/S counterparts. Impressively, the tap density of rGO–VS2/S with 89 wt% sulfur loading is 1.84 g cm?3, which is almost three times higher than that of rGO/S with the same sulfur content (0.63 g cm?3), and the volumetric specific capacity of the whole cell is as high as 1182.1 mA h cm?3, comparable with the state‐of‐the‐art reported for energy storage devices, demonstrating the potential for application of these composites in long‐life and high‐energy‐density Li–S batteries.  相似文献

Construction of well‐defined metal–organic framework precursor is vital to derive highly efficient transition metal–carbon‐based electrocatalyst for hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) and oxygen evolution reaction (OER) in water splitting. Herein, a novel strategy involving an in situ transformation of ultrathin cobalt layered double hydroxide into 2D cobalt zeolitic imidazolate framework (ZIF‐67) nanosheets grafted with 3D ZIF‐67 polyhedra supported on the surface of carbon cloth (2D/3D ZIF‐67@CC) precursor is proposed. After a low‐temperature pyrolysis, this precursor can be further converted into hybrid composites composed of ultrafine cobalt nanoparticles embedded within 2D N‐doped carbon nanosheets and 3D N‐doped hollow carbon polyhedra (Co@N‐CS/N‐HCP@CC). Experimental and density functional theory calculations results indicate that such composites have the advantages of a large number of accessible active sites, accelerated charge/mass transfer ability, the synergistic effect of components as well as an optimal water adsorption energy change. As a result, the obtained Co@N‐CS/N‐HCP@CC catalyst requires overpotentials of only 66 and 248 mV to reach a current density of 10 mA cm?2 for HER and OER in 1.0 m KOH, respectively. Remarkably, it enables an alkali‐electrolyzer with a current density of 10 mA cm?2 at a low cell voltage of 1.545 V, superior to that of the IrO2@CC||Pt/C@CC couple (1.592 V).  相似文献

A three‐component, flexible electrode is developed for supercapacitors over graphitized carbon fabric, utilizing γ‐MnO2 nanoflowers anchored onto carbon nanotubes (γ‐MnO2/CNT) as spacers for graphene nanosheets (GNs). The three‐component, composite electrode doubles the specific capacitance with respect to GN‐only electrodes, giving the highest‐reported specific capacitance (308 F g?1) for symmetric supercapacitors containing MnO2 and GNs using a two‐electrode configuration, at a scan rate of 20 mV s?1. A maximum energy density of 43 W h kg?1 is obtained for our symmetric supercapacitors at a constant discharge‐current density of 2.5 A g?1 using GN–(γ‐MnO2/CNT)‐nanocomposite electrodes. The fabricated supercapacitor device exhibits an excellent cycle life by retaining ≈90% of the initial specific capacitance after 5000 cycles.  相似文献

Based on the catalytic activity of hemin, an efficient biocatalyst, an indirect capillary electrophoresis–chemiluminescence (CE‐CL) detection method for phenols using a hemin–luminol–hydrogen peroxide system was developed. Through a series of static injection experiments, hemin was found to perform best in a neutral solution rather than an acidic or alkaline medium. Although halide ions such as Br? and F? could further enhance the CL signal catalyzed by hemin, it is difficult to apply these conditions to this CE‐CL detection system because of the self‐polymerization of hemin, as it hinders the CE process. The addition of concentrated ammonium hydroxide to an aqueous/dimethyl sulfoxide solution of hemin–luminol afforded a stable CE‐CL baseline. The indirect CE‐CL detection of five phenols using this method gave the following limits of detections: 4.8 × 10?8 mol/L (o‐sec‐butylphenol), 4.9 × 10?8 mol/L (o‐cresol), 5.4 × 10?8 mol/L (m‐cresol), 5.3 × 10?8 mol/L (2,4‐dichlorophenol) and 7.1 × 10?8 mol/L (phenol). Here, a simple active materials synthesis method is presented that boosts electrode performance and utilizes a facile screen‐printing technique to prepare scalable patterned flexible supercapacitors based on manganese hexacyanoferrate‐manganese oxide and electrochemically reduced graphene oxide electrode materials (MnHCF‐MnOx/ErGO). A very simple in situ self‐reaction method is developed to introduce MnOx pseudocapacitor material into the MnHCF system by using NH4F. This MnHCF‐MnOx electrode materials can deliver excellent capacitance of 467 F g?1 at a current density of 1 A g?1, which is a 2.4 times capacitance increase compared to MnHCF. In addition a printed, patterned, flexible MnHCF‐MnOx/ErGO supercapacitor is fabricated, showing a remarkable areal capacitance of 16.8 mF cm?2 and considerable energy and power density of 0.5 mWh cm?2 and 0.0023 mW cm?2, respectively. Furthermore, the printed patterned flexible supercapacitors also exhibit exceptional flexibility, and the capacitance remains stable, even while bending to various angles (60°, 90°, and 180°) and for 100 cycles. The flexible supercapacitor arrays integrated by multiple prepared single supercapacitors can power various LEDs even in the bent states. This approach offers promising opportunities for the development of printable energy storage materials and devices with high energy density, large scalability, and excellent flexibility.  相似文献

Rational design and construction of a multifunctional electrocatalyst featuring with high efficiency and low cost is fundamentally important to realize new energy technologies. Herein, a trifunctional electrocatalyst composed of FePx nanoparticles and Fe–N–C moiety supported on the N‐, P‐codoped carbon (NPC) is masterly synthesized by a facile one‐pot pyrolysis of the mixture of tannic acid, ferrous chloride, and sodium hydrogen phosphate. The synergy of each component in the FePx/Fe–N–C/NPC catalyst renders high catalytic activities and excellent durability toward both oxygen reduction reaction (ORR), oxygen evolution reaction (OER), and hydrogen evolution reaction (HER). The electrocatalytic performance and practicability of the robust FePx/Fe–N–C/NPC catalyst are further investigated under the practical operation conditions. Particularly, the overall water splitting cell assembled by the FePx/Fe–N–C/NPC catalyst only requires a voltage of 1.58 V to output the benchmark current density of 10 mA cm?2, which is superior to that of IrO2–Pt/C‐based cell. Moreover, the FePx/Fe–N–C/NPC‐based zinc–air batteries deliver high round‐trip efficiency and remarkable cycling stability, much better than that of Pt/C–IrO2 pair‐based batteries. This work offers a new strategy to design and synthesize highly effective multifunctional electrocatalysts using cheaper tannic acid derived carbon as support applied in electrochemical energy devices.  相似文献

Smart construction of ultraflexible electrodes with superior gravimetric and volumetric capacities is still challenging yet significant for sodium ion batteries (SIBs) toward wearable electronic devices. Herein, a hybrid film made of hierarchical Fe1?xS‐filled porous carbon nanowires/reduced graphene oxide (Fe1?xS@PCNWs/rGO) is synthesized through a facile assembly and sulfuration strategy. The resultant hybrid paper exhibits high flexibility and structural stability. The multidimensional paper architecture possesses several advantages, including rendering an efficient electron/ion transport network, buffering the volume expansion of Fe1?xS nanoparticles, mitigating the dissolution of polysulfides, and enabling superior kinetics toward efficient sodium storage. When evaluated as a self‐supporting anode for SIBs, the Fe1?xS@PCNWs/rGO paper electrode exhibits remarkable reversible capacities of 573–89 mAh g?1 over 100 consecutive cycles at 0.1 A g?1 with areal mass loadings of 0.9–11.2 mg cm?2 and high volumetric capacities of 424–180 mAh cm?3 in the current density range of 0.2–5 A g?1. More competitively, a SIB based on this flexible Fe1?xS@PCNWs/rGO anode demonstrates outstanding electrochemical properties, thus highlighting its enormous potential in versatile flexible and wearable applications.  相似文献

With high theoretical energy density, rechargeable metal–gas batteries (e.g., Li–CO2 battery) are considered as one of the most promising energy storage devices. However, their practical applications are hindered by the sluggish reaction kinetics and discharge product accumulation during battery cycling. Currently, the solutions focus on exploration of new catalysts while the thorough understanding of their underlying mechanisms is often ignored. Herein, the interfacial electronic interaction within rationally designed catalysts, ZnS quantum dots/nitrogen‐doped reduced graphene oxide (ZnS QDs/N‐rGO) heterostructures, and their effects on transformation and deposition of discharge products in the Li–CO2 battery are revealed. In this work, the interfacial interaction can both enhance the catalytic activities of ZnS QDs/N‐rGO heterostructures and induce the nucleation of discharge products to form a homogeneous Li2CO3/C film with excellent electronic transmission and high electrochemical activities. When the batteries cycle within a cutoff specific capacity of 1000 mAh g?1 at a current density of 400 mA g?1, the cycling performance of the Li–CO2 battery using a ZnS QDs/N‐rGO cathode is over 3 and 9 times than those coupled with a ZnS nanosheets (NST)/N‐rGO cathode and a N‐rGO cathode, respectively. This work provides comprehensive understandings on designing catalysts for Li–CO2 batteries as well as other rechargeable metal–gas batteries.  相似文献

Strong interest exists in the development of organic–inorganic lead halide perovskite photovoltaics and of photoelectrochemical (PEC) tandem absorber systems for solar fuel production. However, their scalability and durability have long been limiting factors. In this work, it is revealed how both fields can be seamlessly merged together, to obtain scalable, bias‐free solar water splitting tandem devices. For this purpose, state‐of‐the‐art cesium formamidinium methylammonium (CsFAMA) triple cation mixed halide perovskite photovoltaic cells with a nickel oxide (NiOx) hole transport layer are employed to produce Field's metal‐epoxy encapsulated photocathodes. Their stability (up to 7 h), photocurrent density (–12.1 ± 0.3 mA cm?2 at 0 V versus reversible hydrogen electrode, RHE), and reproducibility enable a matching combination with robust BiVO4 photoanodes, resulting in 0.25 cm2 PEC tandems with an excellent stability of up to 20 h and a bias‐free solar‐to‐hydrogen efficiency of 0.35 ± 0.14%. The high reliability of the fabrication procedures allows scaling of the devices up to 10 cm2, with a slight decrease in bias‐free photocurrent density from 0.39 ± 0.15 to 0.23 ± 0.10 mA cm?2 due to an increasing series resistance. To characterize these devices, a versatile 3D‐printed PEC cell is also developed.  相似文献

Rechargeable aqueous zinc‐ion batteries (ZIBs) have been emerging as potential large‐scale energy storage devices due to their high energy density, low cost, high safety, and environmental friendliness. However, the commonly used cathode materials in ZIBs exhibit poor electrochemical performance, such as significant capacity fading during long‐term cycling and poor performance at high current rates, which significantly hinder the further development of ZIBs. Herein, a new and highly reversible Mn‐based cathode material with porous framework and N‐doping (MnOx@N‐C) is prepared through a metal–organic framework template strategy. Benefiting from the unique porous structure, conductive carbon network, and the synergetic effect of Zn2+ and Mn2+ in electrolyte, the MnOx@N‐C shows excellent cycling stability, good rate performance, and high reversibility for aqueous ZIBs. Specifically, it exhibits high capacity of 305 mAh g?1 after 600 cycles at 500 mA g?1 and maintains achievable capacity of 100 mAh g?1 at a quite high rate of 2000 mA g?1 with long‐term cycling of up to 1600 cycles, which are superior to most reported ZIB cathode materials. Furthermore, insight into the Zn‐storage mechanism in MnOx@N‐C is systematically studied and discussed via multiple analytical methods. This study opens new opportunities for designing low‐cost and high‐performance rechargeable aqueous ZIBs.  相似文献

The conversion of crystalline metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) into metal compounds/carbon hybrid nanocomposites via pyrolysis provides a promising solution to design electrocatalysts for electrochemical water splitting. However, pyrolyzing MOFs generally involves a complex high‐temperature treatment, which can destroy the coordinated surroundings within MOFs, and as a result not taking their full advantage of their electrolysis properties. Herein, a simple and room‐temperature boronization strategy is developed to convert nickel zeolite imidazolate framework (Ni‐ZIF) nanorods into ultrathin Ni‐ZIF/Ni? B nanosheets with abundant crystalline–amorphous phase boundaries. The combined experiment, and theoretical calculation results disclose that the ultrathin thickness allows fast electron transfer and ensures increased exposure of surface coordinatively unsaturated active sites while the crystalline–amorphous interface elaborately changes the potential‐determining step to energetically favorable intermediates. As a result, Ni‐ZIF/Ni? B nanosheets supported on nickel foam (NF) require overpotentials of 67 mV for the hydrogen evolution reaction and 234 mV for the oxygen evolution reaction to achieve a current density of 10 mA cm?2. Remarkably, Ni‐ZIF/Ni? B@NF as a bifunctional electrocatalyst for overall water splitting enables an alkaline electrolyzer with 10 mA cm?2 at an ultralow cell voltage of 1.54 V. The present work may open a new avenue to the design of MOF‐derived composites for electrocatalysis.  相似文献

Safety and the polysulfide shuttle reaction are two major challenges for liquid electrolyte lithium–sulfur (Li–S) batteries. Although use of solid‐state electrolytes can overcome these two challenges, it also brings new challenges by increasing the interface resistance and stress/strain. In this work, the interface resistance and stress/strain of sulfur cathodes are significantly reduced by conformal coating ≈2 nm sulfur (S) onto reduced graphene oxide (rGO). An Li–S full cell consisting of an rGO@S‐Li10GeP2S12‐acetylene black (AB) composite cathode is evaluated. At 60 °C, the all‐solid‐state Li–S cell demonstrates a similar electrochemical performance as in liquid organic electrolyte, with high rate capacities of 1525.6, 1384.5, 1336.3, 903.2, 502.6, and 204.7 mA h g?1 at 0.05, 0.1, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, and 5.0 C, respectively. It can maintain a high and reversible capacity of 830 mA h g?1 at 1.0 C for 750 cycles. The uniform distribution of the rGO@S nanocomposite in the Li10GeP2S12‐AB matrix generates uniform volume changes during lithiation/delithiation, significantly reducing the stress/strain, thus extending the cycle life. Minimization of the stress/strain of solid cells is the key for a long cycle life of all‐solid‐state Li–S batteries.  相似文献

Na3V2(PO4)3 (NVP) is regarded as a promising cathode for advanced sodium‐ion batteries (SIBs) due to its high theoretical capacity and stable sodium (Na) super ion conductor (NASICON) structure. However, strongly impeded by its low electronic conductivity, the general NVP delivers undesirable rate capacity and fails to meet the demands for quick charge. Herein, a novel and facile synthesis of layer‐by‐layer NVP@reduced graphene oxide (rGO) nanocomposite is presented through modifying the surface charge of NVP gel precursor. The well‐designed layered NVP@rGO with confined NVP nanocrystal in between rGO layers offers high electronic and ionic conductivity as well as stable structure. The NVP@rGO nanocomposite with merely ≈3.0 wt% rGO and 0.5 wt% amorphous carbon, yet exhibits extraordinary electrochemical performance: a high capacity (118 mA h g?1 at 0.5 C attaining the theoretical value), a superior rate capability (73 mA h g?1 at 100 C and even up to 41 mA h g?1 at 200 C), ultralong cyclability (70.0% capacity retention after 15 000 cycles at 50 C), and stable cycling performance and excellent rate capability at both low and high operating temperatures. The proposed method and designed layer‐by‐layer active nanocrystal@rGO strategy provide a new avenue to create nanostructures for advanced energy storage applications.  相似文献

Ultrafine PdAg nanoparticles (NPs) are successfully immobilized on zirconia/porous carbon/reduced graphene oxide (ZrO2/C/rGO) nanocomposite derived from metal organic framework/graphene oxide. Monodispersed PdAg NPs (diameter ≤2.5 nm) can be facilely anchored on the ZrO2/C/rGO and the aggregation of metal NPs can be avoided utmostly. By virtue of the synergistic effect between metal NPs and support, the resulting PdAg@ZrO2/C/rGO exhibits excellent activity (turnover frequency, 4500 h?1 at 333 K) for the dehydrogenation of formic acid. As an effective strategy, it provides an opportunity to immobilize ultrafine metal NPs on metal oxide/porous carbon/reduced graphene oxide, which has tremendous application prospects in various catalytic fields.  相似文献

To overcome the low energy density bottleneck of graphene‐based supercapacitors and to organically endow them with high‐power density, ultralong‐life cycles, etc., one rational strategy that couple graphene sheets with multielectron, redox‐reversible, and structurally‐stable organic compounds. Herein, a graphene‐indanthrone (IDT) donor–π–acceptor heterojunction is conceptualized for efficient and smooth 6H+/6e? transfers from pseudocapacitive IDT molecules to electrochemical double‐layer capacitive graphene scaffolds. To construct this, water‐processable graphene oxide (GO) is employed as a graphene precursor, and to in situ exfoliate IDT industrial dyestuff, followed by a hydrothermally‐induced reduction toward GO and self‐assembly between reduced GO (rGO) donors (D) and IDT acceptors (A), affording rGO‐π‐IDT D–A heterojunctions. Electrochemical tests indicate that rGO‐π‐IDT heterojunctions deliver a gravimetric capacitance of 535.5 F g?1 and an amplified volumetric capacitance of 685.4 F cm?3. The assembled flexible all‐solid‐state supercapacitor yields impressive volumetric energy densities of 31.3 and 25.1 W h L?1, respectively, at low and high power densities of 767 and 38 554 W L?1, while exhibiting an exceptional rate capability, cycling stability, and enduring mechanically‐challenging bending and distortions. The concept and methodology may open up opportunities for other two‐dimensional materials and other energy‐related devices.  相似文献
