Context

Hyperphagia, low resting energy expenditure, and abnormal body composition contribute to severe obesity in Prader Willi syndrome (PWS). Irisin, a circulating myokine, stimulates “browning” of white adipose tissue resulting in increased energy expenditure and improved insulin sensitivity. Irisin has not been previously studied in PWS.

Objectives

Compare plasma and salivary irisin in PWS adults and normal controls. Examine the relationship of irisin to insulin sensitivity and plasma lipids.

Design and Study Participants

A fasting blood sample for glucose, lipids, insulin, leptin, adinopectin, and irisin was obtained from 22 PWS adults and 54 healthy BMI-matched volunteers. Saliva was collected for irisin assay in PWS and controls.

Results

Fasting glucose (77±9 vs 83±7mg/dl, p = 0.004), insulin (4.1±2.0 vs 7.9±4.7μU/ml, p<0.001), and triglycerides (74±34 vs 109±71mg/dl, p = 0.007) were lower in PWS than in controls. Insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) was lower (0.79±0.041 vs 1.63±1.02, p<0.001) and insulin sensitivity (QUICKI) was higher (0.41±0.04 vs 0.36±0.03, p<0.001) in PWS. Plasma irisin was similar in both groups, but salivary irisin (64.5±52.0 vs 33.0±12.1ng/ml), plasma leptin (33.5±24.2 vs 19.7±19.3ng/ml) and plasma adinopectin (13.0±10.8 vs 7.6±4.5μg/ml) were significantly greater in PWS (p<0.001). In PWS, plasma irisin showed positive Pearson correlations with total cholesterol (r = 0.58, p = 0.005), LDL-cholesterol (r = 0.59, p = 0.004), and leptin (r = 0.43, p = 0.045). Salivary irisin correlated negatively with HDL-cholesterol (r = -0.50, p = 0.043) and positively with LDL-cholesterol (r = 0.51, p = 0.037) and triglycerides (r = 0.50, p = 0.041).

Conclusions

Salivary irisin was markedly elevated in PWS although plasma irisin was similar to levels in controls. Significant associations with plasma lipids suggest that irisin may contribute to the metabolic phenotype of PWS.  相似文献

The objective of the present study was to investigate the level of toxic and essential trace elements in hair of adult overweight and obese persons as well as its association with metabolic parameters. Hair trace element levels were assessed using inductively coupled plasma mass-spectrometry in 112 overweight and obese patients and 106 lean controls. Serum total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), triglycerides (TG), glucose, uric acid (UA) levels, and cholinesterase (CE) and gamma-glutamyltransferase (GGT) activity were also assessed. Excessive body weight significantly affected hair trace element levels. In particular, hair Co (33%), Cu (13%), I (30%), Mg (2-fold), Mn (25%), Zn (17%), and Ni (21%) levels were lower, whereas Al (14%) and As levels were higher in comparison to those in the control group. Correlation analysis demonstrated the most significant correlations for hair Mg with body weight, BMI, systolic and diastolic blood pressure, and UA, and for hair Al with body weight, BMI, TC, glucose, TG, CE, GGT, and UA. Multiple regression analysis demonstrated that trace elements were not associated with TC and LDL-C levels neither in crude nor in adjusted models. In turn, crude and adjusted models accounted for 25 and 43% of serum TG variance. The most significant associations were observed for hair Al, Fe, Si, and V in adjusted model. The obtained data demonstrate that obesity-related metabolic disorders may be at least partially mediated by altered trace element and mineral levels.  相似文献

Background

The impact of the various elements of metabolic syndrome (MetS) on chronic kidney disease (CKD) has been conflicting. Therefore, in the present study we aimed to examine the association of MetS and its components with decreased glomerular filtration rate (GFR).

Methods

A total of 75,468 urban workers who underwent annual health examinations under the auspices of the local governments between March 2010 and September 2012 at the health examination center of Xuzhou center hospital were enrolled in the cross-sectional survey. Decreased GFR was defined as an estimated GFR <60 mL/min per 1.73 m2. The definition of MetS was based on the most-recent interim joint consensus definition, requiring any three of the five components, consisting of elevated blood pressure (BP), fasting plasma glucose (FPG), or triglycerides (TG), reduced high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-c), and obesity.

Results

MetS was related to the reduced GFR with an odds ratio [95% confidence interval (CI)] of 1.43 (1.13–1.83). In multivariable analyses, individual components of MetS that were independently associated with decreased GFR were elevated BP (OR 1.34, 95% CI 1.00–1.78), low HDL-c (OR 1.88, 95% CI 1.44–2.43), and elevated FPG (OR 1.42, 95% CI 1.09–1.85). The age-adjusted population-attributable risk percent (PARP) for reduced GFR was 27.55%, 19.67% and14.31% for elevated BP, low HDL-c and elevated FPG respectively. The multivariate-adjusted odds ratios (95% CI) of decreased GFR were 1.70(1.11–2.60), 2.38(1.53–3.71), or 4.11(2.42–6.98) for those with 1, 2, or 3 critical elements (versus zero), respectively. The corresponding multivariate-adjusted odds ratios (95% CI) of decreased GFR were 1.11(0.84–1.48) and 0.89(0.63–1.27) for those with 1 or 2 noncritical components (versus zero), respectively.

Conclusions

We concluded that various elements of MetS and the cumulative number of MetS should not be considered indiscriminately as risk factors for reduced GFR.  相似文献

ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between hyperuricemia and metabolic syndrome in a population of healthy subjects.MethodsWe studied 1,573 healthy adults (25 to 64 years old) in the population laboratory of the Tehran University of Medical Sciences. The study was designed according to the World Health Organization MONICA (Multinational Monitoring of Trends and Determinants in Cardiovascular Disease) project with use of the National Cholesterol Education Program Adult Treatment Panel III criteria for metabolic syndrome.ResultsThe crude prevalence of the metabolic syndrome was 29.9% (age-adjusted, 27.5%). The rate of metabolic syndrome significantly increased in higher quartiles of serum uric acid in both sexes but especially in women (P < .0001 versus P = .026). The bivariate correlation was significant between uric acid levels and age, total serum cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, triglycerides, body mass index, waist and hip circumferences, waist-to-hip ratio, and systolic and diastolic blood pressures; however, there was not a significant correlation between serum uric acid concentrations and fasting plasma glucose.ConclusionThese data indicate that an independent relationship exists between hyperuricemia and the metabolic syndrome. Moreover, hyperuricemia is significantly correlated with hypertriglyceridemia, hypertension, and visceral obesity. The protective mechanisms by which some obese individuals escape the detrimental metabolic consequences of obesity are not understood. This study examined differences in body fat distribution and adipocytokines in obese older persons with and without metabolic syndrome. Additionally, we examined whether adipocytokines mediate the association between body fat distribution and metabolic syndrome. Data were from 729 obese men and women (BMI ≥30 kg/m2), aged 70–79 participating in the Health, Aging and Body Composition (Health ABC) study. Thirty‐one percent of these obese men and women did not have metabolic syndrome. Obese persons with metabolic syndrome had significantly more abdominal visceral fat (men: P = 0.04; women: P < 0.01) and less thigh subcutaneous fat (men: P = 0.09; women: P < 0.01) than those without metabolic syndrome. Additionally, those with metabolic syndrome had significantly higher levels of interleukin‐6 (IL‐6), tumor necrosis factor‐α (TNF‐α), and plasminogen activator inhibitor‐1 (PAI‐1) than individuals without metabolic syndrome. Per standard deviation higher in visceral fat, the likelihood of metabolic syndrome significantly increased in women (odds ratio (OR): 2.16, 95% confidence interval (CI): 1.59–2.94). In contrast, the likelihood of metabolic syndrome decreased in both men (OR: 0.56, 95% CI: 0.39–0.80) and women (OR: 0.49, 95% CI: 0.34–0.69) with each standard deviation higher in thigh subcutaneous fat. These associations were partly mediated by adipocytokines; the association between thigh subcutaneous fat and metabolic syndrome was no longer significant in men. In summary, metabolically healthy obese older persons had a more favorable fat distribution, characterized by lower visceral fat and greater thigh subcutaneous fat and a more favorable inflammatory profile compared to their metabolically unhealthy obese counterparts.  相似文献

Objective: To determine the prevalence of and sex differences related to the metabolic syndrome among obese and overweight elementary school children. Research Methods and Procedures: Subjects were 471 overweight or obese Japanese children. Children meeting at least three of the following five criteria qualified as having the metabolic syndrome: abdominal obesity, elevated blood pressure, low high‐density lipoprotein‐cholesterol levels, high triglyceride levels, and high fasting glucose levels. Fasting insulin levels were also examined. Results: Japanese obese children were found to have a significantly lower prevalence (17.7%) of the metabolic syndrome than U.S. obese adolescents (28.7%, p = 0.0014). However, Japanese overweight children had a similar incidence (8.7%) of the metabolic syndrome compared with U.S. overweight adolescents (6.8%). Hyperinsulinemia in girls and abdominal obesity in boys are characteristic features of individual metabolic syndrome factors in Japanese children. Discussion: The prevalence of the metabolic syndrome is not lower in preteen Japanese overweight children than in U.S. overweight adolescents, although it is significantly lower in Japanese obese preteen children than in U.S. obese adolescents. Primary and secondary interventions are needed for overweight preteen children in Japan.  相似文献

目的:探讨儿童血清视黄醇结合蛋白-4(retinol-binding protein4,RBP-4),视黄醇,甲状腺素运载蛋白(transthyretin,TTR)等维生素A相关指标与肥胖、胰岛素抵抗以及代谢综合征组分之间的关系。方法:分别随机选取本地区13-15岁体检学生,其中正常对照组和单纯性肥胖组儿童各50例,测定其血清RBP-4、视黄醇、TTR水平;利用空腹胰岛素和定量胰岛索敏感性检测指标评价其胰岛素抵抗;同时测定代谢综合征部分组分水平和亚临床炎症指标。结果:仅5%的青少年存在维生素A营养不足状态。排除年龄、性别、感染等因素的影响后,血清RBP-4水平、视黄醇、RBP-4/TTR摩尔比值以及RBP-4/视黄醇摩尔比值与体重指数、体脂含量以及体脂的中心分布(WHR)等密切相关;RBP-4与代谢综合征组分的甘油三酯水平则存在明显的正相关,而RBP-4/视黄醇摩尔比值则与空腹胰岛素水平存在显著的正相关。结论:RBP-4可能通过视黄醇依赖和/或非视黄醇依赖的方式参与肥胖和代谢综合征的病理过程。  相似文献

Background

Obesity, especially visceral obesity, is known to be an important correlate for cardiovascular disease and increased mortality. On the other hand, high cardiorespiratory fitness is suggested to be an effective contributor for reducing this risk. This study was conducted to determine the combined impact of cardiorespiratory fitness and visceral adiposity, otherwise known as fitness and fatness, on metabolic syndrome in overweight and obese adults.

Methods

A total of 232 overweight and obese individuals were grouped into four subtypes according to their fitness level. This was measured by recovery heart rate from a step test in addition to visceral adiposity defined as the visceral adipose tissue area to subcutaneous adipose tissue area ratio (VAT/SAT ratio). Associations of fitness and visceral fatness were analyzed in comparison with the prevalence of metabolic syndrome.

Results

The high visceral fat and low fitness group had the highest prevalence of metabolic syndrome [Odds Ratio (OR) 5.02; 95% Confidence Interval (CI) 1.85–13.61] compared with the reference group, which was the low visceral adiposity and high fitness group, after adjustments for confounding factors. Viscerally lean but unfit subjects were associated with a higher prevalence of metabolic syndrome than more viscerally obese but fit subjects (OR 3.42; 95% CI 1.27–9.19, and OR 2.70; 95% CI 1.01–7.25, respectively).

Conclusions

Our study shows that visceral obesity and fitness levels are cumulatively associated with a higher prevalence of metabolic syndrome in healthy overweight and obese adults. This suggests that cardiorespiratory fitness is a significant modifier in the relation of visceral adiposity to adverse metabolic outcomes in overweight and obese individuals.  相似文献

Background

Metabolic syndrome (MetS) is a constellation of metabolic aberrations that collectively increase the risk for cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes. Greater understanding of MetS developments may provide insight into targeted prevention strategies for individuals at greatest risk. The purpose of this study was to i) identify distinct patterns of longitudinal MetS development and; ii) develop a character profile that differentiates groups by level of MetS risk.

Methods and Results

Data from the Coronary Artery Risk Development in Young Adults (CARDIA) study (n = 3 804; 18–30 y) was obtained by limited access application from the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute and used for this analysis. MetS, as defined by the Harmonized criteria, was assessed over a 20 year follow-up period. Group-level trajectory analysis identified 4 distinct groups with varying rates of component development [No (23.8% of sample); Low (33.5%); Moderate (35.3%); and High MetS (7.4%)]. After adjusting for covariates, individuals in the At-Risk groups (Low, Moderate and High MetS) were more likely to be of black ethnicity (1.37, 1.14–1.66), have a family history of cardiovascular disease (1.61, 1.31–1.97) and history of dieting (1.69, 1.20–2.39) when compared to the No Risk trajectory group (No MetS). Conversely, increasing baseline education (0.76, 0.65–0.89) and aerobic fitness (0.55, 0.47–0.64) was inversely associated with At-Risk group membership.

Conclusions

Results suggest distinct profiles of MetS development that can be identified by baseline risk factors. Further research is necessary to understand the clinical implication of intermediate MetS development groups with respect to overall cardiometabolic risk.  相似文献

Objective: To investigate the impact of 30‐minute walking exercise at 70% Vo 2max on tissue plasminogen activator (t‐PA) Ag and plasminogen activator inhibitor type 1 (PAI‐1) Ag in obese sedentary males. Research Methods and Procedures: A controlled observational study of the effect of a 30‐minute acute exercise bout at 70% Vo 2max on plasma t‐PA antigen and PAI‐1 antigen in 10 obese sedentary males matched for age, ethnic origin, and smoking status with 10 nonobese sedentary male controls. Results: The obese group remained hypofibrinolytic compared with the nonobese group at all time‐points before, during, and after exercise. t‐PA increased in both groups with exercise before returning to baseline values 30 minutes after exercise. PAI‐1 did not significantly change in either group with exercise but rose significantly 30 minutes after exercise in the obese group. Discussion: The reduction in fibrinolytic potential in the obese group represents an increase in acute thrombotic risk and could account for the increased incidence of exercise‐associated myocardial infarction observed in sedentary obese groups.  相似文献

Objective: The aim of this study was to examine the association between the clinical and biochemical features of the metabolic syndrome and quantity and type of alcohol intake in the severely obese. Research Methods and Procedures: A cross‐sectional study was performed in 486 consecutive severely obese subjects. Data on alcohol consumption was collected by serial clinical interviews and a questionnaire. The relationship between alcohol intake and the clinical and serum chemistry features of the metabolic syndrome was analyzed by multiple statistical techniques. Laboratory measures included lipid profile, fasting blood glucose, hemoglobin A1c, and fasting serum insulin. An indirect index of insulin resistance was calculated using the log‐transformed fasting insulin and glucose product. Results: There were 486 subjects, 84% women, with a mean age of 40.6 ± 10 years (range, 16 to 71 years) and a body mass index of 45.3 ± 7 kg/m2 (range, 34 to 77 kg/m2). Alcohol consumers (N = 276) showed a marked reduction in the adjusted odds ratio of type 2 diabetes (odds ratio = 0.29; 95% confidence interval, 0.16 to 0.55) compared with rare or nonconsumers (N = 210). There was a U‐shaped relationship between the amount and frequency of alcohol consumption and fasting triglyceride, fasting glucose, hemoglobin A1c, and index of insulin resistance measurements. Consumers of <100 g/wk had more favorable measures. The effect was attenuated when diabetics were excluded from the analysis. Timing of alcohol consumption did not influence outcome measures. Discussion: Light‐to‐moderate alcohol consumption is associated with a lower prevalence of type 2 diabetes, reduced insulin resistance, and more favorable vascular risk profile in the severely obese. We would propose that light to moderate alcohol consumption should not be discouraged in the severely obese.  相似文献

Aims

Myostatin is a negative regulator of skeletal muscle mass and may also modulate energy metabolism secondarily. We aim to investigate the relationship between serum myostatin and the metabolic variables in diabetic (DM) and non-diabetic subjects.

Materials and Methods

A cross-sectional study recruiting 246 consecutive DM patients and 82 age- and gender-matched non-diabetic individuals at a medical center was conducted. The variables of anthropometry and blood chemistry were obtained. Serum myostatin level was measured with enzyme immunoassay.

Results

DM group had lower serum myostatin compared with non-diabetics (7.82 versus 9.28 ng/ml, p<0.01). Sixty-two percent of the recruited individuals had metabolic syndrome (MetS). The patients with MetS had significantly lower serum myostatin than those without (7.39 versus 9.49 ng/ml, p<0.001). The serum myostatin level decreased with increasing numbers of the MetS components (p for trend<0.001). The patients with higher body mass index, larger abdominal girth, lower high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), and higher triglycerides had lower serum myostatin than those without. The serum myostatin level was independently negatively related to larger abdominal girth, higher triglycerides, and lower HDL-C after adjustment. The odds ratios for MetS, central obesity, low HDL-C, high triglycerides, and DM were 0.85, 0.88, 0.89, 0.85, and 0.92, respectively, when serum myostatin increased per 1 ng/mL, in the binary logistic regression models.

Conclusions

Lower serum myostatin independently associated with MetS, central obesity, low HDL-C, and high triglycerides after adjustment. Higher serum myostatin is associated with favorable metabolic profiles.  相似文献

Although zinc was known to be associated with insulin metabolism and diabetes, the relationship of serum zinc concentration with insulin resistance (IR) and metabolic syndrome (MetS) was not well investigated in general population. The aim of this study is to evaluate the relationships of serum zinc concentration with IR and MetS in a nondiabetic adult population. This cross-sectional study included 656 men and 825 women who were nondiabetic adults from the fifth Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey conducted in 2010. Serum zinc concentration and metabolic parameters were measured. IR was estimated by homeostatic model assessment (HOMA2). MetS was defined according to the National Cholesterol Education Program Adult Treatment Panel III criteria. Serum zinc concentration was negatively correlated with homeostasis model assessment for insulin resistance (HOMA2-IR) in men (r?=??0.104, P?=?0.008), but not in women. After adjusting for conventional cardiovascular risk factors, the inverse correlation was significant in both men and women (B?=??0.262, SE?=?0.060 for men, and B?=??0.129, SE?=?0.052 for women). However, serum zinc concentration was not different between the groups with and without MetS (P?=?0.752 for men and P?=?0.371 for women). In conclusion, serum zinc concentration was inversely associated with IR but not related to MetS in nondiabetic adult population.  相似文献

目的:旨在探讨血清脂肪因子chemerin水平与代谢综合征患者合并冠心病的相关性。方法:共纳入116名代谢综合征患者,将所有患者分为两组,合并冠心病组(CAD+,n=47)及未合并冠心病组(CAD-,n=69),使用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法测量每组血清的血清chemerin水平。结果:CAD+组患者的血清chemerin水平较CAD-组患者显著升高(129.83±29.18 vs 94.01±23.54 ng/mL;P<0.01),多元Logistic回归分析结果显示血清chemerin水平与代谢综合征患者合并冠心病存在独立相关性(优势比1.565,95%可信区间1.104-2.876;P<0.05)。结论:血清chemerin水平是代谢综合征患者合并冠心病的独立危险因子,血清chemerin可能是预测代谢综合征患者发生冠心病风险的重要的生物学标记物。  相似文献

Objective

Elevated levels of serum leptin are associated with increased adiposity and production of pro-inflammatory cytokines. Both cytokines and body adiposity have been shown to predict cardiovascular events and mortality. The primary objective of the present study is to explore the associations between serum leptin and all-cause mortality and mortality from cardiovascular disease (CVD) over a span of 10 years, controlling for body adiposity and proinflammatory cytokines.

Methods

The Health, Aging and Body Composition (Health ABC) study is a prospective cohort of 3,075 older adults aged 70 to 79 years. This analysis includes 2,919 men and women with complete serum leptin and vital status data. Data on all-cause mortality and incident cardiovascular events (including Coronary Heart Disease and Congestive Heart Failure) were collected over 10 years of follow-up (mean 8.4 years).

Results

Women with leptin in quartile 2 and 3 were at lower risk of all-cause mortality, and those with leptin in quartile 2 were at lower risk of mortality from CVD as compared to women with lowest leptin values when adjusted for age, race, site, years of education, alcohol use, smoking, and physical activity. When these associations were additionally adjusted for body fat, C-reactive protein and pro-inflammatory cytokines, women with leptin values in quartile 3 were at lower risk of all-cause mortality and women with leptin in quartile 2 and 3 were at lower risk of mortality from CVD than women with lowest leptin values. These associations were not significant among men after adjusting for body fat and cytokines.

Conclusions

The present study suggests that moderately elevated concentrations of serum leptin are independently associated with lower risk of all-cause mortality and CVD-related mortality among older women. Among men, serum leptin is not associated with reduced risk of all-cause and CVD mortality after controlling for body fat and cytokines.  相似文献

This study aims at determining possible association between serum magnesium (Mg) concentrations and metabolic syndrome (MetS) in elderly subjects. Subjects were 137 men and women aged 60 to 90 years, selected from among participants of the Tehran Lipid and Glucose Study after excluding those taking medications for hypertension and dyslipidemia. Serum Mg levels were measured by atomic absorption spectrometry and MetS was defined according to ATP III criteria. The overall prevalence of MetS was 43.8%. Among MetS components, only plasma glucose showed a negative correlation with serum Mg concentrations (r = −0.194, p = 0.024). Subjects with MetS had significantly lower serum Mg concentrations compared with non-MetS ones (2.09 ± 0.03 vs. 2.18 ± 0.03 mg/dL, p = 0.033) even after adjustments with MetS components except for hyperglycemia (2.04 ± 0.06 vs. 2.20 ± 0.05 mg/dL, p = 0.011). However, after adjustment for hyperglycemia per se or along with the other MetS components, the significant difference between serum Mg levels in subjects with and without MetS disappeared. In conclusion, serum Mg level is diminished in elderly subjects with MetS, and hyperglycemia may play dominant role in this decrease; however, the results do not clarify whether the low serum Mg level is a consequence of hyperglycemia or is a risk factor contributing to its development.  相似文献

Objective

Elevated plasma total homocysteine (tHcy) and metabolic syndrome (MetS) are both associated with cardiovascular disease, but the association between tHcy and MetS is not well characterized. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between tHcy and MetS.

Methods

To further estimate the time-dependent association of tHcy and MetS, we analyzed the tHcy level and MetS in 1499 subjects from a 4.8-year longitudinal study in Beijing, People’s Republic of China.

Results

In multiple linear regression analysis, baseline tHcy levels associated with age, BMI, SBP, DBP, LDL-C and Cr independently over 4.8-years follow-up; age, BMI, SBP, DBP and Cr were found to be associated with tHcy levels independently at the end of follow-up. Logistic regression analysis showed that there was no association between the baseline tHcy level and MetS over the 4.8-year follow-up (odds ratio (OR), 1.32; 95% confidence interval (CI), 0.79–2.19; P = 0.282); rather, there was an association only with hypertension as a MetS component (OR, 1.53; 95% CI, 1.06–2.21; P = 0.024). tHcy levels were associated with MetS at both cross-sectional baseline (OR, 1.38; 95% CI, 1.02–1.88; P = 0.038) and cross-sectional follow-up (OR, 1.60; 95% CI, 1.02–2.50; P = 0.041). The tHcy levels of MetS subjects were higher than those of non-MetS subjects at both cross-sectional baseline (19.35±7.92 µmol/L vs. 17.45±6.70 µmol/L, respectively; P = 0.001) and cross-sectional follow-up (18.95±7.15 µmol/L vs. 17.11±5.98 µmol/L, respectively; P = 0.02).

Conclusion

The tHcy level was not predictive of the incidence of MetS; however, it may be a risk factor for hypertension as a MetS component. Furthermore, tHcy levels were associated with MetS at cross-sectional baseline and follow-up, which suggests that a higher level of tHcy might be concomitant with MetS.  相似文献

目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者血清Irision水平和胰岛素抵抗的相关性及其影响因素。方法:2型糖尿病患者50例,纳入健康人群30例为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法测定研究对象血清Irisin水平;同时测定糖尿病患者C肽、胰岛素抵抗指数、糖化血红蛋白水平。采用多元回归分析分析影响血清Irisin水平的因子。结果:病例组和对照组间BMI、腰围、血清Irisin、低密度脂蛋白间差异有统计学意义(p0.05)。血清Irisin水平和BMI、腰围、低密度脂蛋白、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素抵抗指数、糖尿病病程呈负相关(r=-0.73,-0.68,-0.56,-079,-0.65,-0.73,均P0.05)。血清Irisin水平和C肽成正相关(r=0.62,P0.05)。胰岛素抵抗指数、糖尿病病程是影响血清Irisin水平的独立负影响因子。结论:糖尿病患者血清Irisin水平明显降低,和糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗和病程密切相关。  相似文献
