This study was designed to investigate the effects of melatonin and estradiol (E2) on lipid peroxidation and antioxidant defense enzymes in blood and liver tissue when administered in vivo. Wistar albino rats were divided into three experimental groups and treated with either estradiol (25 mg/kg bw, s.c.), melatonin (i. p.), or melatonin plus E2, whereas control animals had diluent injections only. Melatonin was given 10 mg/kg bw x 2 intraperitoneally 30 min before and 60 min after E2 treatment to the melatonin plus E2 group. Animals were sacrificed three hours after the estradiol injection, and their blood and liver tissues were prepared for biochemical analyses. Tissue malondialdehyde (MDA) levels and antioxidant enzyme activities--superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GPx)--were determined in the postmitochondrial fraction, and the results were compared. Estradiol injection caused significant increases in both MDA levels and GPx activity in liver. When melatonin was administered in combination with E2, the effect of estradiol on MDA levels was abolished. A significant decrement in SOD activity occurred in melatonin-treated animals. GPx activity in the blood of E2 plus melatonin-injected animals was significantly higher than those in control animals. Melatonin-treated animals exhibited relatively lower levels of SOD activity than those from the control and E2 plus melatonin groups. This indicates that estradiol could exert oxidant action resulting in an increment in tissue malondialdehyde levels. Enhanced activity of GPx in both liver and blood following melatonin injection may indicate the contribution of this neurohormone on the antioxidant defense.  相似文献

目的:探讨注射用丹酚酸A抗肝纤维化的作用,为丹酚酸A的临床应用提供理论依据。方法采用CCl4体外诱导肝细胞损伤,观察丹酚酸A对肝细胞活性及其细胞培养上清液ALT、AST、LDH水平和细胞裂解液中SOD活性和MDA含量的变化;另采用皮下注射CCl4诱导大鼠肝纤维化模型,观察丹酚酸A对肝纤维化大鼠血清LN、HA、SOD和MDA含量的影响以及肝脏组织病理改变情况。结果与模型对照组比,丹酚酸A高、低剂量组和Vit E组的细胞存活率显著提高(P <0.01),丹酚酸A高剂量组ALT、AST和LDH活性显著降低(P <0.01),丹酚酸A高剂量组和Vit E组SOD活性明显升高(P <0.05),MDA含量显著降低(P <0.05);体内试验发现,与模型对照组比,丹酚酸A高剂量组纤维化大鼠的血清LN和HA水平显著降低(P <0.05),高、低剂量组SOD活性显著升高(P <0.05, P <0.01),MDA含量显著降低(P <0.01, P <0.05),并能改善肝脏病理形态。结论注射用丹酚酸A可通过抗脂质过氧化作用,起到保护肝细胞,减轻肝纤维化的作用。  相似文献

In the present study, we investigated the effect of co-exposure to static magnetic field (SMF) and cadmium (Cd) on the biochemical parameters, antioxidant enzymes activity and DNA damage in rat tissues. Animals were treated with cadmium (CdCl2, 40 mg/L, per os) in drinking water during 4 weeks. Cd treatment induced an increase of plasma lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and transaminases levels. Moreover, Cd treatment increased malondialdehyde (MDA) and 8-oxodGuo levels in rat tissues. However, the antioxidant enzymes activity such as the glutathione peroxidase (GPx), catalase (CAT) and the superoxide dismutase (SOD) were decreased in liver and kidney, while we noted a huge increase of hepatic and renal cadmium content. Interestingly, the combined effect of SMF (128mT, 1 h/day during 30 consecutive days) and Cd (40 mg/L, per os) decreased the GPx and CAT activities in liver compared to cadmium treated group. However, the association between SMF and Cd failed to alter transaminases, MDA and 8-oxodGuo concentration.

Cd treatment altered antioxidant enzymes and DNA in liver and kidney of rats. Moreover, SMF associated to Cd disrupt this antioxidant response in liver compared to Cd-treated rats.  相似文献

Hepatic fibrosis involves the interplay of many factors including reactive oxygen species. Recent reports described antioxidant properties of glycosaminoglycans (GAGs). Since several findings have shown that hyaluronic acid (HYA) and chondroitin-4-sulphate (C4S) may act as antioxidant molecules, the aim of this research was to evaluate the antioxidant effects of HYA and C4S treatment in a rat model of liver fibrosis. The effect on tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinases (TIMPs) was also studied. Liver fibrosis was induced in rats by eight intraperitoneal injections of CCl4, twice a week for 6 weeks. HYA or C4S alone (25 mg/kg) or HYA and C4S in combination (12.5 + 12.5 mg/kg) were administered daily by the same route during the 6 weeks. At the end of the 6-week treatment period (24 h after the last dose of GAGs), the following parameters were evaluated: (1) serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) activities, as index of hepatic cell disruption; (2) hepatic conjugated dienes (CD), as index of lipid peroxidation; (3) hepatic TIMPs activity and expression; (4) hepatic superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GPx) activity, as index of endogenous defences; (5) hepatic hydroxyproline, as index of collagen deposition. CCl4-induced liver fibrosis enhanced lipid peroxidation and TIMPs activation, increased ALT and AST, depleted antioxidants SOD and GPx, and caused collagen deposition in liver tissue. Treatment with GAGs, especially when in combination, successfully reduced ALT and AST rise, lipid peroxidation by evaluating conjugated dienes, TIMPs activation and mRNA expression, partially restored SOD and GPx activities, and limited collagen deposition in the hepatic tissue. The data obtained showed that these molecules were able to limit hepatic injury induced by chronic CCl4 intoxication and especially limited liver fibrosis. They also confirm that HYA and C4S may exert antioxidant mechanism, while reduction of TIMPs expression suggests that GAGs may influence MMPs and TIMPs imbalance in liver fibrosis.  相似文献

The involvement of oxidative stress in the pathogenesis of alcoholic diseases in the liver has been repeatedly confirmed. Resveratrol, a natural phytoalexin present in grape skin and red wine possesses a variety of biological activities including antioxidant. This study was conducted to evaluate whether resveratrol has a preventive effect on the main indicators of hepatic oxidative status as an expression of the cellular damage caused by free radicals, and on antioxidant defence mechanism during chronic ethanol treatment. Wistar rats were treated daily with 35% ethanol solution (3 g/kg/day i.p.) during 6 weeks and fed basal diet or basal diet containing 5 g/kg resveratrol. Control rats were treated with i.p. saline and fed basal diet. Experimentally, chronic ethanol administration leads to hepatotoxicity as monitored by the increase in the level of hepatic marker enzymes and the appearance of fatty change, necrosis, fibrosis and inflammation in liver sections. Ethanol also enhanced the formation of MDA in the liver indicating an increase in lipid peroxidation, a major end-point of oxidative damage, and caused drastic alterations in antioxidant defence systems. Particularly the activities of hepatic superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GPx) and catalase (CAT) were found reduced by ethanol treatment while glutathione reductase (GR) activity was unchanged. Dietary supplementation with resveratrol during ethanol treatment inhibited hepatic lipid peroxidation and ameliorated SOD, GPx and CAT activities in the liver. Conclusively, we can suggest that resveratrol could have a beneficial effect in inhibiting the oxidative damage induced by chronic ethanol administration, which was proved by the experiments that we conducted on rats.  相似文献

Previous studies suggested that betaine intake might antagonize the induction of oxidative stress-mediated acute liver injury through regulation of the sulfur-amino acid metabolism. In this study we examined the protective effects of betaine on chronic liver injury and fibrosis induced by dimethylnitrosamine (DMN). Male rats were supplemented with betaine (1%, w/v) in drinking water from 2 weeks prior to the initiation of DMN treatment (10 mg/(kg day), i.p., 3 days/week, for 1, 2, or 4 weeks) until sacrifice. Induction of liver injury was determined by quantifying serum alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase activities, bilirubin levels, hepatic xenobiotic-metabolizing capacity, histopathological changes and 4-hydroxyproline levels. Development of oxidative injury was estimated by malondialdehyde (MDA) levels and total oxyradical scavenging capacity (TOSC) of liver and serum toward hydroxyl, peroxyl radicals, and peroxynitrite. Progressive changes in the parameters of liver injury and fibrosis were evident in the rats challenged with DMN. Elevation of MDA levels in liver was significant before the onset of a change in any parameters determined in this study. Betaine supplementation markedly attenuated the induction of hepatotoxicity and fibrosis by DMN. Elevation of MDA and the reduction of TOSC were also depressed significantly. Development of liver injury corresponded well with the induction of oxidative stress in rats treated with DMN, both of which are inhibited effectively by betaine supplementation. It is suggested that betaine may protect liver from fibrogenesis by maintaining the cellular antioxidant capacity.  相似文献

Aims

Antioxidant system abnormalities have been associated with ethanol consumption. This study examines the effects of chronic ethanol consumption on oxidative balance, including selenium (Se) levels in alcoholic patients with or without liver disease, and if these measurements could be indicative of liver disease.

Main methods

Serum Se levels, antioxidant enzymes' activities, malondialdehyde (MDA) and protein carbonyl (PC) were determined in three groups of patients: alcoholics without liver disease, alcoholics with liver disease, and non-alcoholics with liver disease; and in healthy volunteers.

Key findings

Serum Se levels were lower in alcoholic patients and in patients affected by liver disease and especially lower in the alcoholic liver disease group. These values were correlated with the activity of glutathione peroxidase (GPx), the antioxidant selenoprotein. The antioxidant activities of the glutathione reductase (GR) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were also lower in the three non-healthy groups. However, GR activity decreased and SOD activity increased in the non-alcoholic liver disease group versus alcoholic groups. Higher concentrations of PC in serum were found in non-healthy groups and were higher in alcoholic patients who also showed higher MDA levels. The highest MDA and PC levels were found in the alcoholic liver disease group.

Significance

We conclude that serum Se levels are drastically decreased in alcoholic liver disease patients, showing that this element has a direct correlation with GPx activity, and lipid oxidation, suggesting that the serum Se/MDA ratio could be an indicator of hepatic damage caused by alcohol consumption, and pointing to Se as a possible antioxidant therapy.  相似文献

A wide number of pesticides, including highly persistent organochlorine compounds, such as lindane (γ-Hexachlorocyclohexane), have deteriorative effect on fauna and flora by inducing oxidative stress. Lindane induces cell damage by producing free radicals and reactive oxygen species. Quercetin, a dietary flavonoid, is ubiquitous in fruits and vegetables and plays an important role in human health by virtue of its antioxidant function. In this study the flavonoid quercetin was used to investigate its antioxidative effect against lindane induced oxidative stress in rats. The level of lipid peroxidation, reduced glutathione (GSH) were analysed in addition to the antioxidant enzymes such as catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GPx), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione-s-transferase (GST) activities in the liver and kidney tissue. Levels of hepatic marker enzymes in serum like Aspartate transaminase (AST), Alanine transaminase (ALT), Alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and renal markers like serum creatinine and serum urea were estimated. Administration of Lindane induced histopathological alterations and increased levels of serum hepatic and renal markers and malondialdehyde (MDA) with a significant decrease in GSH content and CAT, SOD, GPx and GST activities. Cotreatment of quercetin along with lindane significantly decreased the lindane induced alteration in histology, serum hepatic and renal markers and MDA and also improved the cellular antioxidant status. The results show that Quercetin ameliorates Lindane induced oxidative stress in liver and kidney. The quercetin exhibited chemopreventive effect when administered along with lindane.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to assess the antioxidant and antifibrotic effects of chronic administration of aqueous garlic extract on liver fibrosis induced by biliary obstruction in rats. Liver fibrosis was induced in male Wistar albino rats by bile duct ligation and scission (BDL). Aqueous garlic extract (AGE, 1 ml/kg, i.p., corresponding to 250 mg/kg) or saline was administered for 28 days. At the end of the experiment, rats were killed by decapitation. Serum aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) levels were determined to assess liver functions and tissue damage, respectively. Tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha) was also assayed in serum samples. Liver tissues were taken for determination of the free radicals, renal malondialdehyde (MDA) levels, an end product of lipid peroxidation; glutathione (GSH) levels, a key antioxidant; and myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity, as an indirect index of neutrophil infiltration. Hepatic collagen content, as a fibrosis marker was also determined. Serum AST, ALT, LDH, and TNF- alpha levels were elevated in the BDL group as compared to control group, while this increase was significantly decreased by AGE treatment. Hepatic GSH levels, significantly depressed by BDL, were elevated back to control levels in AGE-treated BDL group. Increases in tissue free radical and MDA levels and MPO activity due to BDL were reduced back to control levels by AGE treatment. Similarly, increased hepatic collagen content in the BDL rats was reduced to the level of the control group with AGE treatment. Since AGE administration alleviated the BDL-induced oxidative injury of the liver and improved the hepatic structure and function, it seems likely that AGE with its antioxidant and antifibrotic properties, may be of potential therapeutic value in protecting the liver fibrosis and oxidative injury due to biliary obstruction.  相似文献

The effect of Dipel (D), a Bacillus thuringiensis-based bioinsecticide, on hepatic antioxidant enzyme activities and lipid peroxidation in rat liver was investigated. Administration of D in a dose of 1 mg/100 g body mass for 4 successive days increased the activities of glutathione peroxidase (GPx), glutathione reductase (GR) and the level of malondialdehyde (MDA) in rat hepatocytes. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione (GSH) level were decreased. Administration of D in rats pretreated with alpha-tocopherol (alphaT) or acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) decreased the activities of GPx, GR and MDA levels, while the GSH level was increased compared with rats treated with D alone. The SOD activity was increased in rats pretreated with alphaT before D, but decreased on pretreatment with ASA, compared with rats treated with D alone. The results indicated that D induced oxidative stress in rat liver that has been protected by prior administration of alphaT or ASA.  相似文献

Fibrosis-related changes in livers of cirrhotic rats induced by dimethylnitrosamine (DMN) have not yet been fully clarified. The aim of this study was to investigate changes in molecular and biochemical markers in DMN-intoxicated rats. DMN was administered to Sprague-Dawley rats for 2 and 5 weeks to induce different degrees of hepatic fibrosis. Liver tissues were assessed for the degree of fibrosis and gene expression. Histological examination of the liver showed a progressive increase in fibrosis scores (1.33 +/- 0.21 and 3.03 +/- 0.29, respectively) and expansion of fibrous septa with collagen-staining fibers in rats after 2 and 5 weeks of DMN administration. Hepatic protein contents of alpha-smooth muscle actin (alpha-SMA) and total collagen were significantly higher in rats administered DMN for both 2 and 5 weeks compared with those in control rats. Hepatic mRNA expressions of alpha-SMA, transforming growth factor-beta1 (TGF-beta1), connective tissue growth factor, tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1, and procollagen I and III were increased in DMN rats after 2 and 5 weeks. Abnormal increases in plasma alanine transaminase (ALT) and aspartate transaminase (AST) levels, plasma and mitochondrial MDA levels, and portal venous pressure were also noted in DMN rats. DMN administration to rats for 2 and 5 weeks induced progressive increases in hepatic fibrosis scores, hepatic mRNA expressions of TGF-beta1 and procollagen I and III genes, plasma levels of ALT and AST, and portal venous pressure, as well as progressive decreases in both liver and body weights. Our results suggest that DMN administration in rats induces biochemical and molecular changes related to fibrogenesis in the liver.  相似文献

The induction of oxidative stress precedes liver injury during experimental obstructive jaundice (OJ). In this sense, different evidences suggest that melatonin (MEL), as antioxidant, may be useful in the protection against apoptosis and necrosis during experimental cholestasis. In addition, we will also assess if MEL-dependent protection is related to a recovery of antioxidant status disturbances induced by OJ. Cholestasis was achieved by double ligature and sectioning of the principal bile duct. MEL was injected intraperitoneally (500 microg/kg/day). Lipid peroxidation was evaluated by the measurement of malondialdehyde (MDA) content in liver. Different parameters related to antioxidant status, such as reduced glutathione (GSH), glutathione peroxidase (GPx), catalase and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were determined in liver. Liver injury was assessed by alanine amino-transferase (ALT) in serum, histological examination, DNA fragmentation and TUNEL assay. The activation of perisinusoidal stellate cells was evaluated by immunohistochemical measurement of alpha-smooth muscle actin in liver sections. The induction of OJ increased all the parameters related to apoptosis and necrosis in liver. The induction of liver injury was associated with stellate cell activation, as well as an increase in MDA (p < 0.0001) and a reduction in GSH, GPx, catalase and SOD content (p < 0.0001) in liver. MEL reduced hepatic apoptosis and necrosis (p < 0.004) with a significant improvement in all oxidative stress markers. In conclusion, our results showed that MEL recovered the antioxidant status and reduced apoptosis and necrosis induced by experimental cholestasis.  相似文献

2-methoxyethanol (2-ME) is an organic solvent widely used in the manufacture of brake fluids, paints, resins, varnish, nail polish, acetate cellulose, wood coloring, and as a plasticizer in plastics manufacturing. We therefore, investigated its effect on the liver, in a time-course study in male Wistar rats. Animals were orally administered 50 mg/kg body weight of 2-ME for a period of 7, 14, and 21 days. Following 7 days of administration of 2-ME, there was a significant increase in the level of Bax, c-Myc, K-Ras, TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, MDA and GPx activity, while the levels of Bcl-2, NO and GSH were significantly reduced compared with control. At the end of 14 days exposure, Bcl-2, and GSH levels, as well as GST activity, were significantly decreased, while levels of Bax, c-Myc, K-Ras, caspase-3, TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, MDA and NO were significantly increased compared with control. After 21 days of 2-ME administration, Bcl-2, IL-10, and GSH levels, as well as SOD and GST activities, were significantly decreased, while levels of Bax, c-Myc, K-Ras, caspase-3, p53, TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, MDA and NO were significantly increased compared with control. Lastly, liver histopathology confirmed and corroborated the biochemical findings reported above. We therefore, advised that exposures to 2-ME should be strictly avoided as it could trigger hepatic damage through the disorganization of the antioxidant system, up-regulation of inflammatory, apoptotic, and oncogenic markers in rats.  相似文献

Melatonin is reported to exhibit a wide variety of biological effects, including antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. Evidence shows the important role of oxidative stress in the etiopathogenesis of hepatic fibrosis. The aim of this study was to investigate the protective effects of administration of melatonin in rats with carbon tetrachloride-induced fibrosis for 6 weeks. Hepatic fibrotic changes were evaluated biochemically by measuring tissue hydroxyproline levels and histopathogical examinations. Malondialdehyde (MDA), an end product of lipid peroxidation, and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-px) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) levels were evaluated in tissue homogenates by spectrophotometry. The nuclear factor-kappaB (NF-kappaB) in liver tissue was examined by immunohistochemistry. Tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha) and interleukin-1beta (IL-1beta) concentrations in Kupffer cells (KCs) culture supernatants were measured with ELISA. The rats injected subcutaneously with CCl4 for 6 weeks resulted in hepatic fibrotic changes increased hydroxyproline and MDA levels, and decreased GSH-px and SOD levels, whereas melatonin reversed these effects. Furthermore, melatonin inhibited the expression of NF-kappaB in liver tissue and decreasing production of proinflammatory cytokines such as TNF-alpha and IL-1beta from KCs in fibrotic rats. These present results suggest that melatonin ameliorates carbon tetrachloride-induced hepatic fibrogenesis in rats via inhibition of oxidative stress and proinflammatory cytokines production.  相似文献

Aim

To investigate the effect of blueberry juice intake on rat liver fibrosis and its influence on hepatic antioxidant defense.

Methods

Rabbiteye blueberry was used to prepare fresh juice to feed rats by daily gastric gavage. Dan-shao-hua-xian capsule (DSHX) was used as a positive control for liver fibrosis protection. Liver fibrosis was induced in male Sprague-Dawley rats by subcutaneous injection of CCl4 and feeding a high-lipid/low-protein diet for 8 weeks. Hepatic fibrosis was evaluated by Masson staining. The expression of α-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) and collagen III (Col III) were determined by immunohistochemical techniques. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in liver homogenates were determined. Metallothionein (MT) expression was detected by real-time RT-PCR and immunohistochemical techniques.

Results

Blueberry juice consumption significantly attenuates CCl4-induced rat hepatic fibrosis, which was associated with elevated expression of metallothionein (MT), increased SOD activity, reduced oxidative stress, and decreased levels of α-SMA and Col III in the liver.

Conclusion

Our study suggests that dietary supplementation of blueberry juice can augment antioxidative capability of the liver presumably via stimulating MT expression and SOD activity, which in turn promotes HSC inactivation and thus decreases extracellular matrix collagen accumulation in the liver, and thereby alleviating hepatic fibrosis.  相似文献

Nasturtium officinale R. Br. (Brassicaceae) has been used as a home remedy by the people of south eastern (SE) region of Iran as a medicinal plant. This therapeutical application has been attributed to Nasturtium officinale (N. officinale) antioxidant capacity which is mostly tested by means of cell-free assays: 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) and ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP). In addition, the antioxidant effect of N. officinale extract has been investigated in hypercholesterolaemic rats in vivo. The results revealed that the extract has notable scavenging activity against DPPH radicals as well as potent reducing power in FRAP assay. Intragastric administration of N. officinale (500 mg/kg body weight per day) to groups of hypercholesterolaemic rats for 30 days lowered their blood total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) levels by 37, 44 and 48%, respectively. However, the blood high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) levels in the same treated rats increased by 16%. To evaluate the mechanism(s) of action, we studied the antioxidative potential of N. officinale extract in terms of catalase (CAT), superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GPx), and glutathione reductase (GR) activities and also the level of reduced glutathione (GSH) in the liver tissues. In addition, hepatic tissue malondialdehyde level (MDA, an index of lipid peroxidation) was also determined. Under hypercholesterolaemic condition, hepatic MDA was increased. Moreover, our data indicated GSH depletion along with significant reduction in the activities of CAT and SOD in rats fed high-fat diet rats. On the other hand, significant elevation in the activities of GPx and GR were seen in the same group of rats. Treatment of hypercholesterolaemic rats with N. officinale extract significantly increased the GSH level along with enhanced CAT and SOD activities in liver tissues. Furthermore, N. officinale extract significantly decreased hepatic MDA as well as GPx and GR activities in plant-treated rats. Based on our data, it can be concluded that N. officinale has a high hypolipidaemic activity and this may be attributed to its antioxidative potential.  相似文献

This study was performed to elucidate the effects of Undaria pinnatifida fucoidan extract (UPFE) in preventing CCl4-induced oxidative stress. UPFE (100 mg/kg) was intraperitoneally administered to rats for 14 days. On day 15, CCl4 dissolved in olive oil (50% CCl4) was injected 12 h before they were anesthetized and dissected. To measure UPFE-mediated antioxidation, we examined the levels of glutamate oxaloacetate transaminase (GOT), glutamate pyruvate transaminase (GPT), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in serum, as well as malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), and glutathione peroxidase (GPx) in liver homogenates. CCl4 treatment markedly increased the levels of GOT, GPT, ALP, LDH, and MDA and significantly decreased levels of SOD, CAT, and GPx. UPFE pretreatment decreased levels of GOT, GPT, ALP, LDH, and MDA, by 62.8, 68.5, 41.9, 72.7, and 122%, respectively and increased those of SOD, CAT, and GPx by 111.1, 15.9, and 52.6%, respectively. These results showed that UPFE has antioxidant effects against CCl4-induced oxidative stress.  相似文献

选择黄河上游污染程度较严重的兰州地区和相对无污染的刘家峡地区作为研究样点,比较分析了两地花背蟾蜍(Bufo raddei)肝脏和肾脏中抗氧化酶SOD、CAT和GPx活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。与刘家峡地区相比,兰州地区花背蟾蜍肝脏的SOD活性升高,CAT和GPx活性极显著降低,肾脏GPx活性显著增高,肝脏和肾脏MDA含量明显高于刘家峡。结果表明,黄河上游环境污染使得花背蟾蜍体内氧化胁迫加重,导致其组织脂质过氧化程度升高。  相似文献
