黄土高原小流域不同地形下土壤有机碳分布特征   总被引:15,自引:0,他引:15  
研究了黄土高原小流域尺度塬面、坡地、沟道和梯田4种地形条件下土壤有机碳总量和活性组分的分布、储量及碳库管理指数的差异.结果表明,小流域土壤有机碳和不同活性有机碳的变异系数介于32%-70%之间,表现出中到高度的变异特征.4种地形下各组分有机碳含量和储量以塬面土壤最高,沟道土壤最低,并随土层深度的增加而降低,降低程度随有机碳活性增强而增加.以塬面土壤为对照所获得的碳库管理指数可灵敏指示有机碳对地形条件的响应特征,中活性有机碳库管理指数的指示效果最好.研究结果可部分解释黄土高原土壤有机碳地带性分布特征.  相似文献

绿色、可持续是我国发展现代农业的必然要求,肥料投入是关键之一。基于有机肥培肥土壤、生态友好的优势,发展和推广有机肥已经成为我国农业生产的一项基本国策。我国有机肥来源广泛、种类繁多,农业生产条件千差万别。本文分析了我国有机肥产品种类及标准现状、理化性质差异、碳氮矿化特性差异及影响因素,评述了施用有机肥对提高耕地基础地力的作用。因来源、制作工艺不同,不同有机肥的有机碳组分含量、全氮和活性氮含量、碳氮比等基本性质差异明显,这四者是影响有机肥碳氮矿化率、碳氮矿化量、碱解氮释放量等碳氮供应特性的主要内在因素;加之土壤环境等外界因素的影响,不同有机肥表现出不同的养分供应特性。总体上,有机肥一方面对提高土壤有机质含量,尤其是活性有机质含量和碳库管理指数效果明显,另一方面可增加土壤氮磷钾养分容量,减少作物生长消耗带来的土壤养分亏损,促进土壤质量良性发展。今后,应加强有机肥在耕地培肥中的应用,并加强有机肥肥效理论的基础研究和安全高效有机肥新产品的开发,促进有机肥资源的高效循环利用,使其成为重要的农业资源。  相似文献

不同有机氮效率的甜菜基因型筛选及差异分析   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
通过对不同基因型甜菜土壤有机氮利用及吸收效率的筛选和差异分析,为土壤有机氮高效基因型甜菜的栽培及品种选育提供理论依据。2014-2015年选取100份不同基因型的甜菜材料通过室内及田间试验在甜菜的不同发育阶段比较并分析土壤有机氮效率,筛选出对有机氮利用及吸收效率均显著差异的高效和低效基因型甜菜材料。结果表明,初步筛选得到的有机氮高效基因型甜菜材料KWS8138、HI0466和有机氮低效基因型甜菜材料BETA176、T230苗期全株及根部有机氮利用效率(Organic Nitrogen Use Efficiency,ONUE)差异显著;之后通过田间试验对有机氮吸收效率(Organic Nitrogen Assimilation Efficiency,ONAE)做了进一步筛选,发现KWS8138不但对ONUE有显著优势,还具有较高的有机氮素吸收能力,包括苗期之后对土壤有机氮素的运转量较高,合理的根冠比等。有机氮低效基因型甜菜材料BETA176的有机氮素吸收利用能力很弱、氮素转运能力过低等限制了植株对有机氮素的合理利用,不利于有机氮效率的提高。因此确定KWS8138为有机氮高效基因型材料,BETA176为有机氮低效基因型材料,均可作为进一步试验的材料。有机氮高效基因型甜菜较高的土壤有机氮转运量及合理的根冠比促进了其对有机氮素的吸收,是有机氮高效的基础。较高的干物质生产效率反应了甜菜对有机氮素的高效利用,是有机氮高效的关键。  相似文献

Filamentous fungi from the genus Aspergillus are of high importance for biobased organic acid production. So far, a number of Aspergillus strains belonging to phylogenetically distantly related species have been successfully applied in industrial production of organic acids due to their excellent capabilities of secreting high amounts of desired organic acids. For the past decades, numerous efforts have been made to reveal the mechanisms of organic acid biosynthesis in several Aspergillus species and to improve the production of desired organic acids via genetic engineering. This review summarizes the recent breakthroughs in the fundamental understanding of physiological aspects of organic acid accumulation by fungal biocatalysts and highlights the progress in genetic engineering of aspergilli for organic acid production. The challenges for the future applications of aspergilli as commercial cell factories for organic acid production are also discussed.  相似文献

Alkaline phosphatase activity in sea-water samples taken from Tokyo, Sagami, and Suruga Bays in Japan was measured by a sensitive fluorometric method. There is a relationship between the phosphatase activity and bacterial biomasses in these three bays. The phosphatase-producing bacteria accounted for 40, 46, and 41% of heterotrophic bacteria in Tokyo, Sagami and Suruga Bays, respectively. Significant amounts of phosphatase-hydrolysable organic phosphorus were found in the euphotic zones of these bays and this organic phosphorus fraction accounted for 19 and 50% of organic phosphorus in Tokyo and Sagami Bays, respectively. Phosphatase-hydrolysable organic phosphorus was decomposed completely in the euphotic zone suggesting that this organic fraction is re-cycled in the primary production of the bays. Decomposition of natural organic phosphorus by enzymes was followed by measuring the release of inorganic orthophosphate from samples saturated with chloroform. Release of inorganic phosphorus proceeds rapidly for 2 or 3 days followed by a slow release. Enzymes present in the samples contributed to the decomposition of 50% of the organic phosphorus and the phosphatase enzyme was responsible for the decomposition of one-third of the hydrolysable organic phosphorus in the samples. Potential phosphatase activity in the samples was found to be indicative of the extent and rate of decomposition of organic phosphorus in coastal waters.  相似文献

Organic farming is a more environmentally friendly form of land use than conventional agriculture. However, recent studies point out production tradeoffs that often prevent the adoption of such practices by farmers. Our study shows with the example of organic banana production in Ecuador that economic tradeoffs depend much on the approach of the analysis. We test, if organic banana should be included in economic land-use portfolios, which indicate how much of the land is provided for which type of land-use. We use time series data for productivity and prices over 30 years to compute the economic return (as annualized net present value) and its volatility (with standard deviation as risk measure) for eight crops to derive land-use portfolios for different levels of risk, which maximize economic return. We find that organic banana is included in land-use portfolios for almost every level of accepted risk with proportions from 1% to maximally 32%, even if the same high uncertainty as for conventional banana is simulated for organic banana. A more realistic, lower simulated price risk increased the proportion of organic banana substantially to up to 57% and increased annual economic returns by up to US$ 187 per ha. Under an assumed integration of both markets, for organic and conventional banana, simulated by an increased coefficient of correlation of economic return from organic and conventional banana (ρ up to +0.7), organic banana holds significant portions in the land-use portfolios tested only, if a low price risk of organic banana is considered. We conclude that uncertainty is a key issue for the adoption of organic banana. As historic data support a low price risk for organic banana compared to conventional banana, Ecuadorian farmers should consider organic banana as an advantageous land-use option in their land-use portfolios.  相似文献

随着有机氟化物在各领域的广泛应用,含氟有机废水处理面临巨大挑战。活性污泥作为有机废水处理的核心技术之一,微生物在其中发挥着极其重要的作用。本综述首先聚焦在活性污泥微生物群落多样性、组成、结构和功能及其与含氟废水类型、处理工艺和处理效率之间的关系,进而讨论了功能微生物降解/转化有机氟化物的途径和作用机制,最后展望了结合分离培养降解有机氟化物的关键微生物,以及微生物组学技术解析活性污泥微生物群落构建、互作、代谢等核心问题,以提高对含氟有机废水微生物降解机理的认识,优化含氟有机废水处理工艺。  相似文献

研究长期施肥对黄土旱塬农田土壤有机磷组分及小麦产量的影响,可为提高磷素转化利用率及合理利用肥料提供理论支持。本研究依托长武旱塬农田生态系统长期(1984—2016年)定位试验站,选取不施肥(CK)、单施氮肥(N)、单施磷肥(P)、施氮磷肥(NP)、单施有机肥(M)、氮肥配施有机肥(MN)、磷肥配施有机肥(MP)、氮磷肥配施有机肥(MNP)8个处理,研究其对土壤有机磷组分、小麦产量和土壤性质的影响。结果表明: 长期施肥后土壤有机磷含量为244.7~429.1 mg·kg-1,除N处理外,其余各处理有机磷含量比CK均显著增加了15.4%~47.9%。长期施用磷肥改变了黄土旱塬农田表层土壤(0~20 cm)各有机磷组分含量,MP、MNP处理显著提高了活性有机磷及中活性有机磷含量;N、P和NP处理显著降低了中稳性有机磷含量;N、P、NP、MN、MP、MNP处理均显著提高了高稳性有机磷含量。各处理土壤有机磷组分与总有机磷含量比值为:中活性有机磷>高稳性有机磷>活性有机磷>中稳性有机磷。长期施肥后,与CK相比,氮、磷肥配施,尤其是与有机肥配施,显著增加了小麦生物产量和籽粒产量。土壤指标中,有机质、速效磷和无机磷与小麦产量呈显著正相关。MP、M处理可以显著提高黄土旱塬黑垆土中的速效磷、总磷、总无机磷、活性有机磷和中活性有机磷含量,表明有机肥与磷肥配施可以提高该地区更容易被作物吸收的磷组分。总之,氮磷肥配施并配施有机肥可以提高该地区磷供给,对小麦增产有促进作用,对提高黄土旱塬地区土壤质量有重要意义。  相似文献

Land area devoted to organic agriculture has increased steadily over the last 20 years in the United States, and elsewhere around the world. A primary criticism of organic agriculture is lower yield compared to non-organic systems. Previous analyses documenting the yield deficiency in organic production have relied mostly on data generated under experimental conditions, but these studies do not necessarily reflect the full range of innovation or practical limitations that are part of commercial agriculture. The analysis we present here offers a new perspective, based on organic yield data collected from over 10,000 organic farmers representing nearly 800,000 hectares of organic farmland. We used publicly available data from the United States Department of Agriculture to estimate yield differences between organic and conventional production methods for the 2014 production year. Similar to previous work, organic crop yields in our analysis were lower than conventional crop yields for most crops. Averaged across all crops, organic yield averaged 80% of conventional yield. However, several crops had no significant difference in yields between organic and conventional production, and organic yields surpassed conventional yields for some hay crops. The organic to conventional yield ratio varied widely among crops, and in some cases, among locations within a crop. For soybean (Glycine max) and potato (Solanum tuberosum), organic yield was more similar to conventional yield in states where conventional yield was greatest. The opposite trend was observed for barley (Hordeum vulgare), wheat (Triticum aestevum), and hay crops, however, suggesting the geographical yield potential has an inconsistent effect on the organic yield gap.  相似文献

转运蛋白是一类膜蛋白,可介导生物膜内外化学物质的跨膜转运及信号交换。有机酸转运蛋白在微生物有机酸代谢的跨膜转运过程中发挥重要作用,根据转运蛋白有机酸转运的方向不同可以分为摄取转运蛋白和外排转运蛋白。在微生物代谢中,有些有机酸可以作为能源直接参与体内代谢,有些是能量转换过程中的重要中间产物;摄取转运蛋白的过表达,可以促进微生物细胞获取能源物质,高效的生产目标产物;有机酸摄取转运蛋白敲除或外排转运蛋白表达,有利于底盘细胞外排更多目标产物,进而促进有机酸的生物合成。研究有机酸转运蛋白的结构和功能,有助于解析微生物细胞有机酸生物合成及利用的机制,对于提高工业微生物对有机酸的利用及生物合成具有重要作用。本文综述了微生物有机酸转运蛋白分类和结构、转运方式和转运功能等方面,重点综述了转运蛋白在有机酸生产中的应用,为工业微生物有机酸的高效生物合成及未来发展提供参考。  相似文献

对土壤有机质含量及组分、外源有机物和根系分泌对甲烷产生的影响作了综述。土壤产甲烷量和甲烷排放量随有机质含量增加而提高,与土壤中易矿化有机碳或沸水浸提有机碳含量呈显著相关。外源有机碳加入促进了土壤排放甲,刺激效果与外源有机碳的用量和组成有关。还原力强的有机物如纤维素和半纤维素较还原力弱的有机物如类脂和多糖能够产生更多的甲烷。甲醇、甲基化氨基酸等无其它微生物竞争利用的有机物能被产甲烷菌更多地转化成甲烷。植物根系分泌物也促进甲烷的产生,促进作用大小与植物种类及分泌物的数量和质量有关。外源有机物通过3种方式促进土壤甲烷产生;提高土壤的甲烷底物供应量,降低土壤氧化还原电位,刺激土壤原有有机碳的转化。  相似文献

Medication is an important focus area in organic animal husbandry. The combination of goals relating to improved animal welfare and reduced use of chemicals in general creates a common wish to reduce medication. Based on data from current Danish research projects in organic dairy farming, one specific organic medication pattern or policy cannot be described. The disease treatment pattern is influenced by many factors, e.g. the interaction with colleagues, veterinarians and agricultural advisors. No significant difference could be found with regard to incidence of mastitis treatments or somatic cell counts in 27 organic and 57 conventional herds. A marked tendency to shorter treatment periods in relation to mastitis treatments was described for organic farms in comparison with conventional farms (1.9 days versus 3.2 days (5 organic and 7 conventional herds)). In a study of development of health advisory service in organic herds, the dialogue between farmer, veterinarian and agricultural cattle advisor changed the treatment pattern markedly during a period of 6 months. Among important future challenges for veterinarians in organic farming is pointed at the constructive, open, and critical interaction with the single organic farmer as well as the organic animal husbandry system in general.  相似文献

生态系统转换影响土壤有机碳的动态、循环及环境质量.本研究分析了子午岭林区农田、草地、灌丛和森林不同生态系统土壤总有机碳、活性有机碳和稳定性有机碳含量.结果显示:各生态系统中,表层(0~10 cm)土壤总有机碳含量显著高于深层土壤(40~70 cm).与农田生态系统表层土壤相比,草地、灌丛、森林生态系统土壤总有机碳含量分别增加82.07%、121.67%和183.16%,深层土壤有机碳含量也有类似的趋势;从增加的绝对值来看,表层土壤活性有机碳含量分别增加2.24、4.13和5.43 g/kg,土壤稳定性有机碳含量分别增加4.76、6.23和10.18g/kg.表明农田生态系统转换为林、草生态系统,有利于土壤有机碳的积累.而且,土壤作为碳“汇”的功能增强,更有利于CO2固定和生态环境改善.  相似文献

An agriculturally-impacted stream in northern Idaho was examined over a two-year period to determine seasonal and longitudinal patterns of the storage and decomposition of particulate organic matter. Biomass of benthic organic matter (BOM) was considerably less than values reported in the literature for comparable, undisturbed streams. Coarse, fine, and total benthic particulate organic matter were not correlated with parameters pertaining to stream size (e.g., stream order), but were correlated with sample site and amount of litterfall. The association of BOM with site and litterfall suggests that storage of particulate organic matter is a function of local characteristics rather than stream size. Low biomass of stored organic matter is a response to the low input of terrestrially-derived organic matter resulting from removal of climax vegetation.Leaf packs of alder, Alnus sp., were placed in the stream seasonally for 30 and 60 d. While there were significant differences for months, there was no significant difference among sites for leaf packs exposed for 30 d. Significant differences were observed among both sites and months for leaf packs exposed for 60 d; however, differences among sites accounted for only 5% of the variance. The absence of differences in decomposition of organic matter along the gradient of Lapwai Creek, despite heterogeneity of the drainage basin and availability of organic matter, may be in response to the overall low biomass of stored benthic organic matter. This study demonstrates that agricultural activity can substantially influence instream heterotrophic processes through reduced availability of organic matter and can shape community structure and ecosystem dynamics of streams flowing through agricultural drainage basins.  相似文献

铁是地壳中丰度第四高的元素,其可通过多种方式影响土壤有机碳累积,尤其铁氧化物与土壤有机碳相互作用形成的稳定有机-矿物复合物,被认为是土壤可溶性有机碳长期固定的关键地球化学机制。促进土壤固定有机碳不仅可以提高土壤质量和肥力,还是应对全球气候变化的主要策略之一。然而,铁活跃的氧化还原反应和多样化的赋存形态,使其转化过程对土壤有机碳累积和稳定性的影响结果受到诸多生物和非生物因素调控。从不同角度,结合多学科的研究成果,综述了近年来国内外关于铁矿物形态转化影响土壤有机碳固定的相关研究,包括铁矿物形态转化过程、土壤有机碳固定机制、铁矿物形态转化影响土壤有机碳固定的机制及其主要影响因素(各种环境条件、自身的铁矿物性质、碳源质量等方面),强调铁在土壤有机碳固定过程中的重要作用。对铁固定土壤有机碳的相关研究提出了建议,为今后研究提供相关参考。  相似文献

通过选取喀斯特山区火龙果园、草丛、花椒林、乔木林和灌草丛为研究对象,对其土壤团聚有机碳和团聚体活性有机碳分布与积累特征进行研究,结果表明:各土地利用方式下的团聚体组成均以>0.5 mm团聚体为主,其含量可占团聚体总量的82.57%-94.79%;各粒级团聚体中有机碳和活性有机碳的含量均以乔木林最高,花椒林和火龙果园相对居中,而以草丛和灌草丛较低,随土壤团聚体粒径降低,有机碳和活性有机碳的峰值基本出现在<0.25 mm粒级团聚体,但该粒径对土壤有机碳和活性有机碳的贡献率却不足6%和4%;土壤有机碳和活性有机碳的累积均受5-1 mm团聚体中有机碳和活性有机碳含量增加的影响,该粒级团聚体对有机碳和活性有机碳的贡献率也分别达28.70%-49.47%和34.13%-47.47%,可将5-1 mm粒径团聚体作为喀斯特山区的土壤有机碳固定的特征团聚体;土壤团聚体活性有机碳含量与土壤团聚体总有机碳含量呈极显著正相关关系(r=O.8768),表明团聚体活性有机碳可以作为衡量喀斯特山区土壤团聚体有机碳动态的一个敏感性指标.  相似文献

Recent studies have suggested that there is an organic cation-proton exchange mechanism in the renal brush border membrane which may be responsible for the active secretion of organic cations by the kidney. In all of these studies, the movement of organic cations was specifically monitored in the presence of a proton gradient. In this study, the organic cation-proton exchange mechanism in renal brush border membrane vesicles was examined by studying the movement of protons in the presence of favorable gradients of the organic cation, tetraethylammonium (TEA). Using acridine orange, a pH-sensitive fluorescent probe, we demonstrated that in isolated brush border membrane vesicles prepared from rabbit renal cortex, the rate of proton efflux increased with increasing inwardly directed gradients of TEA, although the efflux was saturable. An outwardly directed TEA gradient could also accelerate the influx of protons. The rate of exchange of protons for TEA was slower than that for Na+. This slower rate appears to be due to a lower Vmax of the exchange of organic cations with protons. These data provide more direct evidence for an exchange of organic cations with protons or a cotransport of organic cations and hydroxyl ions in the renal brush border membrane.  相似文献

从事有机农业的农民福祉得到改善是有机农业发展的前提条件。采用Narayan等提出的福祉框架,回顾了有关有机农业行为和支持该行为的公共部门措施对农民福祉影响研究的文献,以厘清从事有机农业与农民福祉间的关系。研究表明,农民有机农业行为对其收入、健康、社会关系、安全和自由与选择等福祉要素产生影响。收入是农民福祉的首要构成要素,但农民有机农业行为究竟是增加还是降低其收入,需要考察具体情境中产量、成本和价格的综合作用,没有一致性结论。农民有机农业行为对其社会关系的影响具有双向性,但它对他们的健康、安全和选择机会的影响是积极的。公共部门通过财政支付、支持合作、建立与完善有机认证制度和采购绿色化等措施支持有机农业,有助于改善有机农民的福祉。其中,财政支付是最重要的支持措施。研究认为不同情境的农民有机农业行为对其福祉影响的综合评价、农民有机农业行为与其福祉间因果关系的检验和公共部门有机农业政策对有机农民福祉贡献的检验,是今后研究的重要选题。  相似文献

Rapid growth in the biotechnological industry and production has put tremendous pressure on the biological methods that may be used according to the guidelines of green chemistry. However, despite continuing dramatic increases in published research on organic biotransformation by microorganisms, more research exists with microalgae. Our efforts in transforming chemicals such as organic compounds for the production of functionalized products help to lessen the environmental effects of organic synthesis. These biotransformations convert organic contaminants to obtain carbon or energy for growth or as cosubstrates. This review aims to focus on the potential of microalgae in transformation, conversion, remediation, accumulation, degradation, and synthesis of various organic compounds. However, these technologies have the ability to provide the most efficient and environmentally safe approach for inexpensive biotransforming of a variety of organic contaminants, which are most industrial residues. In addition, the recent advances in microalgal bioactivity were discussed.  相似文献
