分析了137Cs及土壤有机碳(SOC)在桂西北典型峰丛坡地及岩溶裂隙中的剖面分布特征,探讨了137Cs方法在喀斯特坡地的适用性及其指示的坡面土壤侵蚀特征.结果表明:所有剖面137Cs与SOC均显著相关,两者可能有相同的流失途径;次生林坡地137Cs主体分布深度在24 cm以内,中上及中坡剖面随深度呈指数递减分布,地表无侵蚀或侵蚀轻微,坡脚剖面呈较严重侵蚀形态;坡耕地剖面137Cs在耕层内均匀分布,中上坡及中坡主体分布深度在15 cm左右,面积活度远低于背景值,土壤侵蚀剧烈,坡脚分布深度至45 cm,呈堆积形态;次生林坡脚剖面、耕地中上坡剖面及所有裂隙剖面,137Cs在主体分布深度以下有断续极微量的分布,指示了喀斯特坡地土壤颗粒有随降雨沿地表负地形向地下流失的趋势,但流失量轻微.  相似文献

The pattern of colonization by microorganisms on root surfaces from three species of seagrass belonging to the genus Posidonia was assessed. Microbial abundance on roots was measured by two electronic microscope techniques. Trends in microbial colonization between species and root order were defined. In addition, eutrophication status of the sampling sites and physiological status of Posidonia oceanica (L.) Delile roots have been taken into account. Our results show high microbial abundance in the Mediterranean species P. oceanica, in comparison with the low rates of colonization found in the Australian species P. australis Hook f. and P. sinuosa Cambridge et Kuo. Microbial density tended to decrease as root order increased, and living roots always showed higher microbial abundance than dead ones. Colonization of P. oceanica roots at the three sites with different environmental status follows different trends according to root order. It is suggested that root age influences the rate of microbial colonization of seagrass roots and that colonization of root surface by microorganisms is associated with organic exudates from the roots rather than with decaying root tissues.  相似文献

The gamma-emitting fission product nuclides 106Ru, 125Sb, 137Cs and 144Ce that accumulated in the edible pods of bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) plants grown in nutrient culture were subjected to chemical fractionation. The results indicated that the largest fraction of 106Ru, 125Sb and 144Ce was associated with ionic forms including salts of organic acids, phosphates, carbonates and some protein-bound forms extracted with dilute mineral acids (acid fraction). The association of these radionuclides with lipids including lipophyllic pigments, free amino acids and amino sugars (ethanol fraction) was next in significance. The association of 137Cs was, however, greater with the ethanol fraction than with the acid fraction. Considerably reduced amounts of the fission products were present in the pectates, proteins, polysaccharides and nucleic acids.  相似文献

Previous studies have shown that most leaf production (>90%) of the seagrass Posidonia oceanica is shed after senescence and that a substantial percentage (up to 80%) may thereafter be exported off the seagrass meadows by waves and currents. It has also been reported that P. oceanica meadows can accumulate large stocks of belowground detritus due to slow decomposition rates. However, the generality of these results across broad spatial scales is poorly known. In this report, we examine the fate of leaf production and the magnitude and dynamics of belowground detritus in 16 P. oceanica meadows distributed along the Spanish Mediterranean. Herbivores removed a small percentage of leaf production in all the meadows (≤13%), with most leaf production (>85%) being shed after senescence. Most shed leaves (>90%) were exported off the meadows by physical agents, such as waves and currents. The amount of belowground detritus stored within 10–15 cm from the sediment surface varied from ca. 70 to 7500 g DW m−2 among the meadows examined, and they accumulated at rates ranging from ca. 65 to 650 g DW m−2 per year. These values are large when compared to other communities of aquatic and terrestrial macrophytes. Our results show that P. oceanica meadows in the Spanish Mediterranean support high values of secondary production in other systems by exporting large amounts of leaf detritus as well as acting as substantial carbon sinks by accumulating large reservoirs of belowground detritus. Therefore, the increasing anthropogenic threats on P. oceanica could entail an important loss of secondary production and carbon storage in Mediterranean coastal ecosystems.  相似文献

为了解福岛核泄漏放射性核素对北太平洋公海渔场的后续性污染影响情况,于2013年8—11月在北太平洋公海渔场(40°—44° N、145°—160° E)采集柔鱼样品,利用超低本底HPGe γ 谱仪分析5种放射性核素.结果表明: 134Cs和110mAg未检测出高于本底值的比活度,而210Pb、137Cs和40K均有检出.其中210Pb在柔鱼体的比活度范围为0.99~7.60 Bq·kg-1,137Cs的比活度范围为最低检测限~0.37 Bq·kg-1,40K的比活度范围为46.00~107.00 Bq·kg-1.210Pb核素含量在柔鱼250~300 mm胴长组分布最高;在200~250和>400 mm胴长组中最低.137Cs含量在柔鱼200~250 mm胴长组中最高;在250~300和350~400 mm胴长组较低.40K核素含量在柔鱼250~300 mm胴长组中最高,在150~200 mm胴长组最低,总体分布比较均匀.3种核素在柔鱼的不同组织中含量不同,但均在内脏中含量最高.通过风险评估发现,北太平洋公海渔场所有检测的海洋生物的放射性核素含量值与基准值的熵值均未超过1,说明目前核辐射对该海域渔业资源的影响暂无大风险.研究可为福岛核事故对海洋环境生态影响及公众健康危害评估提供理论依据.  相似文献

137Cs concentrations in perch Perca fluviatilis , pike Esox lucius and roach Rutilus rutilus obtained from lakes of different size and water quality in an area which received about 10–67 kBq m−2137Cs, were compared with environmental data. Radiocaesium concentrations were highest in pike, and were about two to three times higher in the pike and perch than in the roach. The largest perch had about four times more 137Cs than the smallest ones, but the activities in the pike and roach were independent of fish size. All of the water quality parameters examined correlated with 137Cs concentrations in the fish, but the concentrations of 137Cs in the bottom sediment did not. l37Cs fallout and water retention time in lakes showed a positive correlation with fish 137Cs, while the size of the catchment area, phosphorus content of the water, water colour, pH and electrical conductivity showed a negative one. Thus there was more 137Cs in the fish from the oligotrophic lakes than from the eutrophic ones, from the less humic lakes than from the more humic ones, from the more acid than from the less acid ones and from the lakes containing less potassium than from those containing more potassium. The depth, area and volume of the lake did not affect radiocaesium in the fish. Regression equations are presented for predicting 137Cs in fish on the basis of environmental data. Fallout, total phosphorus and pH together had the highest influence in multiple regression models but were less significant in the roach than in the perch and pike.  相似文献

This study focused on the ingestion and assimilation of Posidonia oceanica (L.) Delile litter by Gammarella fucicola Leach and Gammarus aequicauda Martynov, two dominant detritivore amphipods of the P. oceanica leaf litter. Scanning electron microscope observations indicated that leaf litter is highly colonized by diverse diatoms, bacteria and fungi, which may constitute a potential food source for the litter fauna. Gut content observations demonstrated that these species eat P. oceanica litter, and that this item is an important part of their ingested diet. Stable isotope analyses showed that the species do not experience the same gains from the ingested Posidonia. Gammarella fucicola displayed isotopic values, suggesting a major contribution of algal material (micro- and macro-epiphytes or drift macro-algae). On the other hand, the observed isotopic values of G. aequicauda indicated a more important contribution of P. oceanica carbon. The mixing model used agreed with this view, with a mean contribution of P. oceanica to approximately 50% (range 40-55%) of the assimilated biomass of G. aequicauda. This demonstrated that the two species, suspected to be detritus feeders, display in reality relatively different diets, showing that a certain degree of trophic diversity may exist among the detritivore community of the seagrass litter.  相似文献

Investigations on the sexual reproduction of Posidonia oceanica (L.) Delile, Cymodocea nodosa (Ucria) Aschers. and Zostera noltii Hornem. were conducted in situ from 1979 to 1988 in beds around the island of Ischia. Seed germination and phenological features of seedlings of P. oceanica and C. nodosa were observed in situ and in the laboratory. The reproductive cycles showed, for each species, different timing of start and duration of flowering, fruiting and germination. Posidonia oceanica flowers always appeared in September in shallow stands and in November in stands deeper than 15 m. This time delay seems to be related to the different maximum summer temperatures found at those depths. This species did not show dormancy. Cymodocea nodosa flowering was always recorded after the minimum winter temperature (April–May); germination of the seeds followed after 8–10 months of dormancy. Zostera noltii flowers were always recorded in July, with fruiting in August. The life cycles of these species seem to be related to the annual temperature range rather than to other environmental parameters. The different reproductive strategies adopted by each species are discussed.  相似文献

Genetic diversity is one of three forms of biodiversity recognized by the IUCN as deserving conservation along with species and ecosystems. Seagrasses provide all three levels in one. This review addresses the latest advances in our understanding of seagrass population genetics and genomics within the wider context of ecology and conservation. Case studies are used from the most widely studied, northern hemisphere species Zostera marina, Z. noltii, Posidonia oceanica and Cymodocea nodosa.

We begin with an analysis of the factors that have shaped population structure across a range of spatial and temporal scales including basin-level phylogeography, landscape-scale connectivity studies, and finally, local-scale analyses at the meadow level—including the effects of diversity, clonality and mating system. Genetic diversity and clonal architecture of seagrass meadows differ within and among species at virtually all scales studied. Recent experimental studies that have manipulated seagrass genetic biodiversity indicate that genotypic diversity matters in an immediate ecological context, and enhances population growth, resistance and resilience to perturbation, with positive effects on abundance and diversity of the larger community. In terms of the longer term, evolutionary consequences of genetic/genotypic diversity in seagrass beds, our knowledge remains meagre. It is here that the new tools of ecogenomics will assist in unravelling the genetic basis for adaptation to both biotic and abiotic change. Gene expression studies will further assist in the assessment of physiological performance which may provide an early warning system under complex disturbance regimes that seagrasses are at or near their tolerance thresholds.

At the most fundamental level, ecological interactions of seagrasses with their environment depends on the genetic architecture and response diversity underlying critical traits. Hence, given the rapid progress in data acquisition and analysis, we predict an increasing role of genetic and genomic tools for seagrass ecology and conservation.  相似文献

This research deals with the exploitation of highly available and renewable marine biomass, Posidonia oceanica (L.) fibres as low cost biosorbent for the removal of metal-complexed textile dyestuff from aqueous medium, and the investigation of the probably involved physiochemical mechanisms. Experiments were carried out in batch reactor. Firstly, the adsorption process was studied as a function of initial solution pH and contact time under different initial dye concentration. The results showed that the highest dye adsorption capacity was found at pH 2 under a constant temperature of 30 °C, and the equilibrium state was reached within 48 h of exposure time. Secondly, several adsorption kinetic models were applied to fit the experimental data, namely Lagergren irreversible first-order, Reversible first-order, Pseudo-second-order, Elovich, Ritchie and intraparticle diffusion models. The proposed explanations were deduced from the theoretical assumptions behind the most appropriate model(s), which could satisfactorily describe the present biosorption phenomenon. The interpretation of the related results have shown that, with R2 of about 99%, the pseudo-second order model is the most suitable dynamic theory describing the biosorption of metal complex dye onto P. oceanica fibres, predicting therefore a chemisorption process.  相似文献

动物对植物的采食会刺激植物进行补偿性更新生长, 克隆整合效应能够通过分株之间的物质传输增强克隆植物的这种补偿生长。现今对克隆整合效应在箭竹(Fargesia)补偿更新中的作用仍未得到全面认识。2011年10月到2012年11月, 设立了糙花箭竹(Fargesia scabrida)和缺苞箭竹(F. denudata)各40个样方, 分别进行不剪除样方内分株和剪除样方内分株数量的25%、50%、75%四种模拟采食干扰处理, 并将样方四周的根状茎切断或保持连接。从2012年6月起观测并统计了箭竹分株种群的累积出笋率、总出笋率、补充率, 以及新生分株的株高、基径和单株生物量。结果表明: (1)在不剪除分株的样方, 切断根状茎连接显著增加了糙花箭竹的出笋率和补充率, 但降低了新生分株的株高和单株生物量, 也显著降低了缺苞箭竹的出笋率和补充率; (2)保持根状茎连接时, 25%的剪除强度仅仅降低了糙花箭竹新生分株的单株生物量; 同样在保持根状茎连接的条件下, 25%、50%的剪除强度使缺苞箭竹种群的补充率有所降低, 而切断根状茎后缺苞箭竹在25%的剪除强度下的分株补充率反而升高; (3) 75%的剪除强度并未影响两种箭竹新生分株数量更新, 但造成新生分株质量显著下降; 切断根状茎连接显著降低了糙花箭竹的新生分株的株高和基径, 对缺苞箭竹影响不显著。实验证明克隆整合影响了两种箭竹新生分株的萌发、存活和生长, 但不是两种箭竹进行补偿更新的主要机制, 仅在糙花箭竹分株种群受到重度采食干扰后的更新中才起到明显的促进作用; 两种箭竹均能在50%的剪除强度下通过补偿生长恢复种群的稳定, 75%的剪除强度则会造成箭竹新生分株质量的下降。  相似文献

The areas of seagrass meadows in Cockburn Sound, a marine embayment in Western Australia, were estimated from historical aerial photographs supplemented by ground surveys, studies on meadows in adjoining areas, and coring for rhizome remains. Ten species of seagrasses with different habitat tolerances are recorded for the area, with Posidonia sinuosa Cambridge et Kuo forming the most extensive meadows. It is estimated that from 1954 to 1978 the meadow area was reduced from some 4200 to 900 ha. Based on measurements of aboveground productivity at several sites, this represents a reduction of leaf detritus production from 23 000 to 4000 t (dry wt.) y−1. The major loss of seagrass occurred during a period of industrial development on the shore, and the discharge of effluents rich in plant nutrients.  相似文献

克隆植物根茎具有营养繁殖和扩展种群的功能,也是芽和分株生理整合的通道。根茎构件具有出生、死亡及年龄等种群统计特征,不同龄级根茎的季节动态可以反映根茎的存活和衰老过程。采用单位土体挖掘取样,对扎龙湿地4个生境芦苇种群根茎构件进行野外调查,比较不同龄级根茎长度、生物量和干物质贮量的季节动态。结果表明:7—10月份,1a根茎长度、生物量和干物质贮量均呈指数函数增加,在生长季中后期有一个持续时间较长的生长和物质积累时期。6—10月份,2a、3a根茎长度呈线性函数增加,4—6a根茎长度呈线性函数减少;2—4a根茎生物量和2—5a根茎干物质贮量呈二次函数先减少后增加,5a、6a根茎生物量和6a根茎干物质贮量呈幂函数减少。整个生长期内,根茎长度和根茎生物量均以3a最大,根茎长度以最高的6a最小,根茎生物量以最低的1a最小;根茎干物质储量以5a最大,以最低的1a最小。4个生境芦苇种群根茎长度、生物量和干物质贮量在龄级间的差异及差异序位稳定,在新根茎的产生、老根茎的存活以及根茎寿命与养分消耗和储藏上均具有稳定的生物学特性,不同龄级根茎在种群中的地位和作用以及对种群的贡献不同。  相似文献

多年生无性系禾草主要依靠营养繁殖实现种群的持续更新,而各类芽和由芽形成的苗为其种群进行营养繁殖的潜在种群。通过单位面积挖掘取样,利用营养繁殖世代数划分分株、根茎和各类型芽和苗的龄级,对松嫩平原封育草甸、长期割草草甸、封育积沙草甸和林间草地的羊草潜在种群组成和大小进行了比较研究。结果表明: 在生长季末期,羊草的潜在种群均由根茎芽和各龄级分蘖节向上生长的芽以及根茎苗和分蘖节苗组成。在4种生境条件下,羊草分株潜在种群由3~4个龄级组成,1~4龄级根茎均可形成潜在种群,其中,根茎潜在种群占整个羊草潜在种群数量比例为68.3%,占绝对优势。1龄分株和根茎产生的潜在种群占总体的60.2%,是潜在种群组成的主要部分,是种群更新的主要来源。分株潜在种群数量以长期割草草甸最高,根茎潜在种群数量以封育积沙草甸最高。营养繁殖力均以年轻龄级分株和根茎最高,根茎的营养繁殖力是分株的10.0倍,在羊草种群营养繁殖过程中始终占据优势。羊草的潜在种群构成在不同生境条件下变异较大,但体现出对生境差异的趋异适应。  相似文献

Histochemical determinations for storage of carbohydrates in rhizomes, roots, and young shoots of Typha latifolia L. (Typhaceae) were conducted during the overwintering period from November to April. Early winter analysis showed that rhizomes and roots contained large amounts of starch (45.03% and 22.80% dry weight, respectively). The major storage tissue was parenchyma of the rhizome central core. From winter into spring a gradual decrease in storage starch in the rhizome and root occurred concurrently with starch accumulation near zones of rapid development in young shoots (buds), but the rhizome retained much starch (27.40% dry weight) into the start of its 2nd yr.  相似文献

In a field experiment, Psammochloa villosa plants were subjected to rhizome severing. Severing rhizomes reduced growth in the young, detached rhizome segments compared to the controls in terms of all measured clonal growth-related characters, i.e. number of rhizomes and shoots, total rhizome length and total number of rhizome nodes. In a container experiment, the control ramets received uniform water and nutrient supply but in heterogeneous treatments high and low levels of water and nutrient supply, respectively were established. The number of ramets, total rhizome length, dry weight per ramet and biomass allocation to the rhizome had higher values at high water and nutrient supply, while spacer length (length of rhizome between shoots) and rhizome internode length were not affected. The local response of ramets given low water supply was enhanced due to connection to a well watered parent ramet in terms of number of ramets, total rhizome length and dry weight per ramet. A remote effect was not observed in the other treatments or in the other measured characters.  相似文献

Symbiosomes were obtained from mature pea (Pisum sativum cv. Argona) root nodules infected with a Rhizobium leguminosarum strain (biov. viciae 3841) and purified using an aqueous polymer two-phase system (APS). The APS consists of a mixture of polymers, usually dextran T500 and poly(ethylene glycol) 3350, prepared as aqueous solutions on a weight per weight basis, where each fraction distributes according to their surface characteristics. Results of ATPase activity, cytochrome c oxidase activity, glucan synthase II activity, NAD(P)H-cytochrome c reductase activity, NO3-sensitive ATPase activity, transport of [14C]malate vs. [14C]glutamate and MAC 57 antigen analysis showed that the APS method provided intact symbiosomes with low bacteroid, plasma membrane, endoplasmic reticulum and/or mitochondria contamination. No complicated equipment is needed and the method was simple and fast, compared with other purification techniques.  相似文献

目的:研究成人t(8; 21)急性髓系白血病(AML)初诊Ki-67抗原的表达特征及预后意义。方法:采集2012年7月至2019年2月本院57例成人初诊t(8; 21) AML患者的新鲜骨髓标本,采用流式细胞术(FCM)检测CD34和Ki-67抗原,分析Ki-67表达与患者初诊生物学特征、疗效及复发的关系。结果:全部患者中,CD34~+Ki-67~+细胞比例的中位值为30. 5%(范围:10. 0%~65. 8%);通过受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线确定CD34~+Ki-67~+细胞比例的最适分界阈值,CD34~+Ki-67~+细胞高比例与初诊c-KIT基因突变阳性及WT1转录本低水平均明显相关(P=0. 001; P=0. 042)。随访的36例患者中,CD34~+Ki-67~+高比例比低比例患者具有明显更高的1年累积复发(CIR)率(P=0. 035);此外,初诊WT1转录本低水平和微小残留病(MRD)高水平(2个疗程巩固治疗后RUNX1-RUNX1T1转录本水平下降3-log)均与更高的1年CIR率明显相关(P 0. 0001;P=0. 041),初诊c-KIT基因突变阳性和白细胞计数 10×109/L的患者分别有较高的1年CIR率趋势(P=0. 091; P=0. 054)。联合分组显示,MRD高水平同时CD34~+Ki-67~+细胞高比例的患者比其他患者具有明显更高的1年CIR率(P 0. 0001)。结论:初诊骨髓高比例的CD34~+Ki-67~+可能是成人t(8; 21) AML患者预后不良因素,MRD联合初诊CD34~+Ki-67~+细胞比例可能比单纯MRD更好地预测复发。  相似文献

Fine-scale dynamics of rhizomes in a grassland community   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
Spatial dynamics in grassland communities are constrained by the belowground spatial distribution of roots and rhizomes. Their dynamics are difficult to measure as underground data collection tends to be destructive and cannot be repeated at the same plot over time. We investigated rhizome dynamics indirectly by examining rhizome spatial structure on long‐term grassland study plots where aboveground shoot counts have been recorded using a fine‐scale grid over nine years. Number of rhizome apical ends, basal ends and total rhizome length of both live and dead rhizomes were obtained from the data by scanning rhizomes and processing them by GIS vectorization. These rhizome variables were correlated with the above‐ground shoot counts in grid cells over varying temporal lags. There was a general decrease in the intensity of correlation between live rhizomes and shoot counts with increasing time lags. Correlation of dead rhizomes increased with increasing time lag, reaching a maximum after several years, and then declined. Species differed strongly in the change of rhizome‐shoot counts correlation over varying time lags. These differences were used to infer rhizome growth dynamics, namely rhizome growth rate and lifespan, and rhizome mean decomposition time. The species involved differed in all these traits. Mean rhizome growth rate ranged from 0.2 (Polygonum bistorta) to 3.3 cm ur?1 (Deschampsia flexuosa); mean rhizome lifespan ranged from 5 yr (Anthoxanthum alpinum) to over 8 yr (Nardus stricta) and mean decomposition time from one growing season (Anthoxanthum) to 7 yr (Polygonum). Presence of dead rhizomes below living rhizomes or aboveground shoots was taken as an indication of fine‐scale replacements between species. These were highly non‐random, with some species pairs replacing significantly more frequently. These differences in rhizome growth parameters underlie different strategies of horizontal growth and dieback between species. These can serve as one of the mechanisms of species replacements and contribute to the fine‐scale coexistence of species.  相似文献
