Several palladium complexes of the type [Pd(im)2Cl2], [Pd(im)3Cl]Cl, and [Pd(im)4]Cl2 (im = imidazole 1, 1-methylimidazole 2, 1,2-dimethylimidazole 3, 1-butylimidazole 4, 4a, 1-phenylimidazole 6, 1-phenylimidazoline 7, and 1-methylimidazoline 8) were prepared and structurally characterized. The square planar structure of two new complexes with the composition [Pd(im)4]Cl2 (2b, 4b) was confirmed by X-ray analysis. In solution, exchange of imidazole ligands leading to heteroleptic products was evidenced by ESI-MS studies. Two bis-ligated complexes, bearing 1-methylimidazole (2a) and 1-propoxymethylimidazole (5) ligands, were obtained in the reaction of palladium with imidazoles formed by deprotection of one nitrogen atom in the respective imidazolium halides. Catalytic Suzuki-Miyaura reactions were carried out using the obtained palladium complexes in isopropanol-water solution. High yields of the cross-coupling products were obtained at 40 and 60 °C when 2-bromotoluene, 4-bromotoluene, and 4-bromoanizole were used as substrates.  相似文献

Novel upper-rim modified tetraphosphinocalix[4]arenes (5a-b) adopting 1,3-alternate conformation have been synthesized. Reaction of 5,11,17,23-tetrachloromethyl-25,26,27,28-tetrahydroxycalix[4]arene (1) with Ph2POEt gave 5,11,17,23-tetrakis(diphenylphosphinoylmethyl)-25,26,27,28-tetrahydroxycalix[4]arene (2). Tetra-O-substitution of 2 with n-propyl iodide or benzyl bromide in the presence of K2CO3 carried out to afford 5,11,17,23-tetrakis(diphenylphosphinoylmethyl)-25,26,27,28-tetrapropoxy-(3a) or -benzyloxycalix[4]arene (3b), whereas di-O-substituted calix[4]arene, 5,11,17,23-tetrakis(diphenylphosphinoylmethyl)-25,27-dipropoxy-26,28-dihydroxycalix[4]arene (4), was obtained exclusively when Na2CO3 was used as base. Reduction of 3a-b with PhSiHCl2 afforded 5,11,17,23-tetrakis(diphosphinomethyl)-25,26,27,28-tetrapropoxy-(5a) and -tetrabenzyloxycalix[4]arene (5b). 1H and 13C NMR analysis reveals that the phosphines (5a-b) and the tetra-O-substituted phosphine oxides (3a-b) adopt 1,3-alternate conformation, while the parent tetrahydroxy-(2) and the di-O-propylated phosphine oxide (4) adopt cone-conformation. The X-ray structure indicates that the calix[4]arene moieties in 4 a pinched-cone conformation in solid state. Complexation of the phosphine ligand (5a) with [RuCl2(p-cymene)]2 affords the tetranuclear complexes, [{RuCl2(p-cymene)}2 · 5a] (6), as 1,3-alternate conformer.  相似文献

The reaction of 3β-hydroxy-21-hydroxymethylidenepregn-5-en-3β-ol-20-one (1) with phenylhydrazine (2a) affords two regioisomers, 17β-(1-phenyl-3-pyrazolyl)androst-3-en-3β-ol (5a) and 17β-(1-phenyl-5-pyrazolyl)androst-5-en-3β-ol (6a). The direction of the ring-closure reactions of 1 with p-substituted phenylhydrazines (2b-e) depends strongly on the electronic features of the substituents. Oppenauer oxidation of 3β-hydroxy-17β-exo-heterocyclic steroids 5a-e and 6a-e yielded the corresponding Δ4-3-ketosteroids 9a-e and 10a-e. The inhibitory effects (IC50) of these compounds on rat testicular C17,20-lyase were investigated by means of an in vitro radioligand incubation technique.  相似文献

The reaction of Pd(β-NaiR)Cl2 (2) [β-NaiR (1) = 1-alkyl-2-(naphthyl-β-azo)imidazoles] with ArNH2 in MeCN has yielded a C-N coupled product chloro[1-alkyl-2-{(7-imidoaryl)naphthyl-β-azo}imidazole-N,N′,N′′]palladium(II), Pd(β-NaiR-N-Ar)Cl (3-5) and coupling takes place at ortho-C-H position of pendant naphthyl group. The structural confirmation has been achieved by single crystal X-ray structure determination of the representative complexes, Pd(β-NaiEt)Cl2 (2b) and Pd(β-NaiEt-N-C6H4-Cl-p)Cl (5b). The electronic spectra of the products, 3-5, exhibit characteristic transition within 600-900 nm those are absent in Pd(β-NaiR)Cl2 (2). Cyclic voltammogram shows one oxidative response and two ligand reductions. The products are emissive. The excited state decays via radiative and non-radiative biexponential routes. The electronic structure, spectra and redox properties are explained by DFT computation.  相似文献

Three types of palladium(II) halide complexes of quinolinylaminophosphonates have been synthesized and studied. Diethyl and dibutyl [α-anilino-(quinolin-2-ylmethyl)]phosphonates (L1, L2) act as N,N-chelate ligands through the quinoline and aniline nitrogens giving complexes cis-[Pd(L1/L2)X2] (X═Cl, Br) (1-4). Their 3-substituted analogues [α-anilino-(quinolin-3-ylmethyl)]phosphonates (L3, L4) form dihalidopalladium complexes trans-[Pd(L3/L4)2X2] (5-8), with trans N-bonded ligand molecules only through the quinoline nitrogen. Dialkyl [α-(quinolin-3-ylamino)-N-benzyl]phosphonates (L5, L6) give tetrahalidodipalladium complexes [Pd2(L5/L6)3X4] (9-12), containing one bridging and two terminal ligand molecules. The bridging molecule is bonded to the both palladium atoms, one through the quinoline and the other through the aminoquinoline nitrogen, whereas terminal ligand molecules are coordinated each only to one palladium via the quinoline nitrogen. Each palladium ion is also bonded to two halide ions in a trans square-planar fashion. The new complexes were identified and characterized by elemental analyses and by IR, UV-visible, 1H, 13C and 31P nuclear magnetic resonance and ESI-mass spectroscopic studies. The crystal structures of complexes 1-4 and 6 were determined by X-ray structure analysis. The antitumor activity of complexes in vitro was investigated on several human tumor cell lines and the highest activity with cell growth inhibitory effects in the low micromolar range was observed for dipalladium complexes 11 and 12 derived from dibutyl ester L6. The antimicrobial properties in vitro of ligands and their complexes were studied using a wide spectrum of bacterial and fungal strains. No specific activity was noted. Only ligands L3 and L4 and tetrahalidodipalladium complexes 9 and 11 show poor activities against some Gram positive bacteria.  相似文献

A series of new binuclear copper (II) and nickel (II) complexes of the macrocyclic ligands bis(1,4,7-triazacyclononan-1-yl)butane (Lbut) and bis(1,4,7-triazacyclononan-1-yl)-m-xylene (Lmx) have been synthesized: [Cu2LbutBr4] (1), [Cu2Lbut(imidazole)2Br2](ClO4)2 (2), [Cu2Lmx(μ-OH)(imidazole)2](ClO4)3 (3), [Cu2Lbut(imidazole)4](ClO4)4 · H2O (4), [Cu2Lmx(imidazole)4](ClO4)4 (5), [Ni2 Lbut(H2O)6](ClO4)4 · 2H2O (6), [Ni2Lbut(imidazole)6](ClO4)4 · 2H2O (7) and [Ni2Lmx (imidazole)4(H2O)2](ClO4)4 · 3H2O (8). Complexes 1, 2, 7 and 8 have been characterized by single crystal X-ray studies. In each of the complexes, the two tridentate 1,4,7-triazacyclononane rings of the ligand facially coordinate to separate metal centres. The distorted square-pyramidal coordination sphere of the copper (II) centres is completed by bromide anions in the case of 1 and/or monodentate imidazole ligands in complexes 2, 4 and 5. Complex 3 has been formulated as a monohydroxo-bridged complex featuring two terminal imidazole ligands. Complexes 6-8 feature distorted octahedral nickel (II) centres with water and/or monodentate imidazole ligands occupying the remaining coordination sites. Within the crystal structures, the ligands adopt trans conformations, with the two metal binding compartments widely separated, perhaps as a consequence of electrostatic repulsion between the cationic metal centres. The imidazole-bearing complexes may be viewed as simple models for the coordinative interaction of the binuclear complexes of bis (tacn) ligands with protein molecules bearing multiple surface-exposed histidine residues.  相似文献

Phytoecdysteroid glycosides (1-5) and a phenylpropanoid ester of sucrose (6) were isolated from the whole plant of Froelichia floridana, along with eight known compounds including three ecdysteroids (7-9), four flavonoids (10-13), and one phenolic compound (14). Structures were determined using a combination of spectroscopic techniques. Compounds 1, 2 and 6-14 were tested in vitro for their activity against human DNA topoisomerase I. Compound 13 (diosmetin) showed marginal inhibition against topoisomerase I with IC50 of 130 μM in conjunction with low intercalation ability.  相似文献

Using a phosphorus based Mannich condensation reaction the new pyridylphosphines {5-Ph2PCH2N(H)}C5H3(2-Cl)N (1-Cl) and {2-Ph2PCH2N(H)}C5H3(5-Br)N (1-Br) have been synthesised in good yields (60% and 88%, respectively) from Ph2PCH2OH and the appropriate aminopyridine. The ligands 1-Cl and 1-Br display variable coordination modes depending on the choice of late transition-metal complex used. Hence P-monodentate coordination has been observed for the mononuclear complexes AuCl(1-Cl) (2), AuCl(1-Br) (3), RuCl2(p-cymene)(1-Cl) (4), RuCl2(p-cymene)(1-Br) (5), RhCl2(Cp)(1-Cl) (6), RhCl2(Cp)(1-Br) (7), IrCl2(Cp)(1-Cl) (8), IrCl2(Cp)(1′-Cl) (8′), IrCl2(Cp)(1-Br) (9), cis-/trans-PdCl2(1-Cl)2 (10), cis-/trans-PdCl2(1-Br)2 (11), cis-PtCl2(1-Cl)2 (12) and cis-PtCl2(1-Br)2 (13). Reaction of Pd(Me)Cl(cod) (cod = cycloocta-1,5-diene) with either 1 equiv. of 1-Br or the known pyridylphosphines 1′-Cl, 1-OH or 1-H gave the P/N-chelate complexes Pd(Me)Cl(1-Br-1-H) (14)-(17). All new compounds have been fully characterised by spectroscopic and analytical methods. Furthermore the structures of 4, 5, 10 and 16 · (CH3)2SO have been elucidated by single crystal X-ray crystallography. A crystal structure of the dinuclear metallocycle trans,trans-[PdCl2{μ-P/N-{Ph2PCH2N(H)}C5H4N}]2 · CHCl3, 18 · CHCl3, has also been determined. Here 1-H bridges, using both P and pyridyl N donors, two dichloropalladium centres affording a 12-membered ring with the PdCl2 units adopting a head-to-tail arrangement.  相似文献

Mercury(II) acetate reacts with the 1-alkyl-2-(arylazo)imidazoles [RaaiR′ where R = H (a), Me (b); R′ = Me (1/3/5), Et (2/4/6)] and sodium azide in methanol solution to afford azido bridged polymeric complexes [Hg(RaaiR′)(N3)2]n (3/4). On setting up similar reaction condition, the reaction of Hg(OAc)2 with RaaiR′ and NH4SCN has yielded, instead of polymer, an ion-pair [Hg(RaaiR′)4][Hg(SCN)4] (5/6). The complexes are characterised by elemental analysis, IR, UV-Vis, 1H NMR spectral data and single-crystal X-ray structures of [Hg(HaaiEt)(μ-1,1-N3)2]n (4a) and [Hg(HaaiEt)4][Hg(SCN)4] (6a). The complex 4a is a coordination polymer with end-on (μ-1,1) azido bridge and 6a has tetrahedral structure.  相似文献

Copper(II) complexes of N4-donor ligands containing imidazole moieties, 4-[bis(1-methylimidazole-2-yl-methyl)aminomethyl]imidazole (Him-im2) and 4-[bis(1-methylimidazole-2-yl-methyl)aminoethyl]imidazole (Hhis-im2), were prepared, and [Cu(Him-im2)Cl]ClO4 (1) and [Cu(Hhis-im2)Cl]ClO4 (2) were structurally characterized by the X-ray diffraction method. Complexes 1 and 2 have a mononuclear structure with a coordinated chloride ion. The geometry of the Cu(II) center in 1 was found to be 5-coordinate trigonal-bipyramidal, whereas that of 2 was square-pyramidal. Complexes 1 and 2 showed different absorption and EPR spectra in MeOH, indicating that these compounds in solution maintain the structures revealed in the solid state. On the other hand, the reaction of Him-im2 with Cu(ClO4)2 · 6H2O under basic conditions gave a tetranuclear Cu(II) complex, [Cu4(im-im2)4](ClO4)4 (3), whereas using the ligand Hhis-im2 gave two kinds of polynuclear complexes [Cu4(his-im2)4](ClO4)4 (4) and [Cu6(his-im2)6](ClO4)6 (5) exhibiting discretely different structures. X-ray crystal structure analysis of the polynuclear complexes revealed their cyclic structures bridged by the imidazolate moiety. The geometry difference of the Cu(II) centers between 1 and 2 is thus concluded to determine the structures of tetranuclear complexes 3 and 4, respectively. Temperature dependent magnetic susceptibility measurements of complexes 3, 4, and 5 have shown an antiferromagnetic exchange interaction with a coupling constant of J = −32.5, −27.1 and −22.8 cm−1, respectively.  相似文献

Four analogs with 3′-O-alkyl groups (9a: CH3, 9b: C2H5, 9c: C13H27 or 9d: CH2Ph) instead of the 3′-O-sulfate anion in salacinol (1), a naturally occurring potent α-glucosidase inhibitor, were synthesized by the coupling reaction of 1,4-dideoxy-1,4-epithio-d-arabinitols (18a and 18b) with appropriate epoxides (10a-10d). These analogs showed equal or considerably higher inhibitory activity against rat small intestinal α-glucosidases than the original sulfate (1), and one of them (9d) was found more potent than currently used α-glucosidase inhibitors as antidiabetics. Thus, introduction of a hydrophobic moiety at the C3′ position of this new class of inhibitor was found beneficial for onset of stronger inhibition against these enzymes.  相似文献

Some new complexes of meclofenamic acid (N-(2,6-dichloro-m-tolyl)anthranilic acid), Hmeclo (1), with potentially interesting biological activities are described. Complexes [Mn(meclo)2] (2), [Cu(meclo)2(H2O)2] (3), [Zn(meclo)2(H2O)2] (4) and [Cd(meclo)2(H2O)2] (5) were prepared and structurally characterized by means of vibrational, electronic and 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopies. The crystal structure of complexes [Cu4(meclo)6(OH)2(DMSO)2]2DMSO (3a) and [Cd(meclo)2(DMSO)3] (5a) have been determined by X-ray crystallography. Complex (3a) is a centrosymmetric tetramer built up around the planar cyclic Cu2(OH)2 unit. Complex 5a is mononuclear seven-coordinated complex with the meclofenamato ligand behaving as a bidentate deprotonated chelating ligand. Intra and intermolecular hydrogen bonds stabilize these two structures, while the crystal packing is determined by π-π and C−H−-π interactions. Meclofenamic acid and its metal complexes have been evaluated for antiproliferative activity in vitro against the cells of three human cancer cell lines, MCF-7 (breast cancer cell line), T24 (bladder cancer cell line), and A-549 (non-small cell lung carcinoma), and a mouse fibroblast L-929 cell line. Complex 5 exhibits the highest selectivity against MCF-7 and 4 shows the highest selectivity against T-24. Complexes 2-5 were found to be more potent cytotoxic agents against T-24 and complex 5 against MCF-7 cancer cell lines than the prevalent benchmark metallodrug, cis-platin. The superoxide dismutase activity was measured by the Fridovich test which showed that complex [Cu(meclo)2(H2O)2] is a good superoxide scavenger.  相似文献

Isolation of a broth extract of the endophytic fungus Corynespora cassiicola L36 afforded three compounds, corynesidones A (1) and B (3), and corynether A (5), together with a known diaryl ether 7. Compounds 1, 3, 5, and 7 were relatively non-toxic against cancer cells, and inactive toward normal cell line, MRC-5. Corynesidone B (3) exhibited potent radical scavenging activity in the DPPH assay, whose activity was comparable to ascorbic acid. Based on the ORAC assay, compounds 1, 3, 5, and 7 showed potent antioxidant activity. However, the isolated natural substances and their methylated derivatives (18) neither inhibited superoxide anion radical formation in the XXO assay nor suppressed TPA-induced superoxide anion generation in HL-60 cell line. Corynesidone A (1) inhibited aromatase activity with an IC50 value of 5.30 μM.  相似文献

In order to further understand the coordination chemistry of diazamesocyclic systems, a series of mononuclear NiII complexes with 1,4-diazacycloheptane (DACH) functionalized by additional imidazole or pyridine donor pendants, including [NiL1](ClO4)2 · H2O (1), [NiL1Cl](ClO4) (2), [NiL2Cl](ClO4) · CH3OH (3), [NiL2Cl][NiL2](ClO4)3 (4) and [NiL3](ClO4)2 (5), where L1 = 1,4-bis(N-1-methylimidazol-2-yl-methyl)-1,4-diazacycloheptane, L2 = 1,4-bis(pyridyl-2-yl-methyl)-1,4-diazacycloheptane, and L3 = 1,4-bis-(imidazol-4-yl-methyl)-1,4-diazacycloheptane, have been prepared and characterized. A detailed study on the solid structures and solution spectra of these complexes indicates that tetradentate ligands L1, L2 and L3 would lead to new NiII complexes with different coordination environments in the solid states and solution. The N-methyl substituted imidazole functionalized ligand L1 forms green compound 2 and yellow product 1; while the pyridine functionalized ligand L2 affords red product 4 and green complex 3; the ligand L3 results in only one stable mononuclear NiII product 5. The solution behaviors of these interesting compounds were also investigated by UV-Vis technique.  相似文献

Three new dammarane-type sapogenins (1, 3, and 5) together with two known ones (2 and 4) were isolated from the total hydrolyzed saponins extracted from Panax ginseng berry. Their structures were elucidated using a combination of 1D and 2D 1H and 13C NMR spectra and mass spectroscopy as 20(R)-25-methoxyl-dammarane-3β,12β,20-triol (1), 20(R)-25-methoxyl-dammarane-3β,6α,12β,20-tetrol (2), 20(R)-20-methoxyl-dammarane-3β,12β,25-triol (3), 20(R)-20,25-dimethoxyl-dammarane-3β,12β-diol (4), and (12R,20S,24S)-20,24-; 12,24-diepoxy-dammarane-3β-ol (5). Their antitumor activities were evaluated in six human cancer cell lines. The novel compounds 1 and 3 showed significant cytotoxic activity against the six cell lines. The IC50 values of 3 against HepG2, Colon205, and HL-60 were the lowest (8.78, 8.64, and 3.98 μM, respectively). Compounds 1 and 20(S)-25-OCH3-PPD, which are a pair of configuration isomers, showed a 10- to 100-fold greater growth inhibition than ginsenoside-Rg3 (an anti-cancer clinical agent in China). The data presented here may be useful for the development of novel anti-cancer agents.  相似文献

The aerial parts of Aruncus dioicus var. kamtschaticus afforded five new monoterpenoids (1-5): 4-(erythro-6,7-dihydroxy-9-methylpent-8-enyl)furan-2(5H)-one (1, aruncin A), 2-(8-ethoxy-8-methylpropylidene)-5-hydroxy-3,6-dihydro-2H-pyran-4-carboxylic acid (2, aruncin B), 4-(hydroxymethyl)-6-(8-methylprop-7-enyl)-5,6-dihydro-2H-pyran-2-one-11-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (3, aruncide A), (3S,4S,5R,10R)-3-(10-ethoxy-11-hydroxyethyl)-4-(5-hydroxy-7-methylbut-6-enyl)oxetan-2-one-11-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (4, aruncide B), and (3S,4S,5R,7R)-5-(9-methylprop-8-enyl)-1,6-dioxabicyclo[3,2,0]heptan-2-one-7-(hydroxymethyl)-12-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (5, aruncide C). Compound 2 showed potent cytotoxicity against Jurkat T cells with an IC50 value of 17.15 μg/mL. In addition, compounds 7 and 10 exhibited moderate antioxidant activity with IC50 values of 46.3 and 11.7 μM, respectively.  相似文献

Investigation of the MeOH extract obtained from the root of the Ziziphus mauritiana grown in Thailand resulted in the isolation of two 14- and 13-membered cyclic alkaloids, mauritine L (1) and mauritine M (2), and three known cyclopeptide alkaloids, nummularines H (3), B (4) and hemsine A (5). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive NMR spectroscopic analysis. The first single crystal X-ray diffraction study of the 13-membered ring cyclopeptide, nummularine B methiodide (4′), revealed all S configurations on the amino acid residues. The isolated alkaloids exhibited potent antiplasmodial activity against the parasite Plasmodium falciparum with the inhibitory concentration (IC50) ranging from 3.7 to 10.3 μM. Compounds 2 and 3 also demonstrated antimycobacterial activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis with the MIC of 72.8 and 4.5 μM, respectively.  相似文献

Schiff bases L1-L5 {N-[1-pyridine-2-ylethylidene]pyridine-2-amine (L1), 3-methyl-N-[1-pyridine-2-ylmethylidene]pyridine-2-amine (L2), 3-methyl-N-[1-pyridine-2-ylethylidene]pyridine-2-amine (L3), 4-methyl-N-[1-pyridine-2-ylmethylidene]pyridine-2-amine (L4), 4-methyl-N-[1-pyridine-2-ylethylidene]pyridine-2-amine (L5)} were synthesized and on reaction with Co(NO3)2·6H2O, complexes having the molecular formulae [Co(L1O)2]NO3 (1), [Co(L2O)2]NO3·xH2O (2a, x = 2; 2b, x = 3), [Co(L3O)2]NO3 (3), [Co(L4O)2]NO3·4H2O (4), [Co(L5O)2]NO3 (5) were isolated from the respective imines. The salt [Co(L2O)2]PF6 (2c) was obtained by treating 2 with KPF6. Complexes 1-5 were formed as a result of addition of a water molecule across the imine function and the resultant alcohol binds in its deprotonated form. The alcoholate ion remained bound in a facial tridentate fashion to the low-spin cobalt(III). X-ray crystal structure determination confirmed the presence of trans-trans-trans-NANPO (A = aminopyridyl and P = pyridyl) disposition in 2a and cis-cis-trans-NANPO in 2b, 2c and 4. Water dimers in 2a, 2b, 4 and water-nitrate ion network in 2a were other notable features.  相似文献

Three silver complexes Ag2(L)2(NO3)2 (1), Ag2(L)2(SO3CF3)2(H2O)0.5 (2), and [Ag2(L)2(NO3)2]n (3) were prepared from molecular clips, 2,2′-Bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)-biphenyl (L) and structurally characterized to investigate the structural-luminescent relation. Compound 1 is a bimetallic supramolecular rectangle in which two L ligands are connected by two linearly coordinated Ag(I) ions. Compound 2 is described as a double helicate due to the nature of the twist of the imidazole groups after coordination to Ag(I) centers. In compound 3, the Ag(I) centers are connected by L ligands into a one-dimensional zigzag chain. Solid state and solution fluorescent measurements exhibit the presence of ligand-based emission at 415 and 435 nm of compounds 1 and 2, respectively. It is said that the dihedral angles between the two imidazole rings coordinated to one Ag(I) center affect the emission properties.  相似文献

The dinuclear bis(6-X-pyridin-2-olato) ruthenium complexes [Ru2(μ-XpyO)2(CO)4(PPh3)2] (X = Cl (4B) and Br (5B)), [Ru2(μ-XpyO)2(CO)4(CH3CN)2] (X = Cl (6B), Br (7B) and F (8B)) and [Ru2(μ-ClpyO)2(CO)4(PhCN)2] (9B) were prepared from the corresponding tetranuclear coordination dimers [Ru2(μ-XpyO)2(CO)4]2 (1: X = Cl; 2: X = Br) and [Ru2(μ-FpyO)2(CO)6]2 (3) by treatment with an excess of triphenylphosphane, acetonitrile and benzonitrile, respectively. In the solid state, complexes 4B-9B all have a head-to-tail arrangement of the two pyridonate ligands, as evidenced by X-ray crystal structure analyses of 4B, 6B and 9B, in contrast to the head-to-head arrangement in the precursors 1-3. A temperature- and solvent-dependent equilibrium between the yellow head-to-tail complexes and the red head-to-head complexes 4A-7A and 9A, bearing an axial ligand only at the O,O-substituted ruthenium atom, exists in solution and was studied by NMR spectroscopy. Full 1H and 13C NMR assignments were made in each case. Treatment of 1 and 2 with the N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolin-2-ylidene provided the complexes [Ru2(μ-XpyO)2(CO)4(NHC)], X = Cl (11A) or Br (12A). An XRD analysis revealed the head-to-head arrangement of the pyridonate ligands and axial coordination of the carbene ligand at the O,O-substituted ruthenium atom. The conversion of 11A and 12A into the corresponding head-to-tail complexes was not possible.  相似文献
