大花蕙兰鲜花香气成分的研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
利用气相色谱-质谱(GC/MS)分析技术对浙江栽培的大花蕙兰品种‘绿翡翠’(Cymbidium Hybrids)和‘台北小姐’(C.Miss Taipei)的鲜花进行了香气成分和含量的测定。结果表明:两种大花蕙兰香气成分的组成和含量存在明显差异,‘绿翡翠’的香气组成成分有43种,相对含量为97.13%,而‘台北小姐’有74种,相对含量为73.76%。两种大花蕙兰含有极少相同的化合物成分,相同成分4-甲基苯酚均为2个品种香气组分中含量最高的化合物,它与丙基环丙烷的总相对含量为53.97%,构成‘绿翡翠’的主要香气成分;与2-乙基丁醛和正己烷等23种化合物的总相对含量为55.15%,共同构成‘台北小姐’的主要香气成分。 相似文献

挥发物在蝴蝶种内识别、交配繁衍等过程中作用关键。本文旨在研究美凤蝶Papilio memnon成虫虫体挥发物的变化规律,为下一步探索蝴蝶虫体挥发物作为嗅觉信号的组成成分在求偶过程中的作用提供基础资料。应用固相微萃取方法分别收集美凤蝶雌雄成虫的虫体挥发物,用GC-MS(气相色谱-质谱)技术对挥发物进行分析和比较。结果显示,羽化后的雌雄蝶可检测到烷烃类、烯烃类、炔烃类、芳香类、醇类、醛类、酯类、酸类等12类挥发物,其中芳香类、酯类、酸类在羽化后均有出现。交配前,雌雄蝶挥发物分别有14种和16种,其中14种为共有,而以反-2-辛烯醛(雌:59.88%,雄:77.99%)和2-甲基烯丙醇(雌:14.47%,雄:8.42%)相对含量较高。交配时,雌雄蝶挥发物分别增加到24种和21种,其中20种为共有,优势挥发物除反-2-辛烯醛(雌:53.75%,雄:39.62%)和2-甲基烯丙醇(雌:9.36%,雄:11.04%)外,还包括1-二十醇(雌:10.46%,雄:21.13%)。另外,雌蝶交配时有4种特有挥发物(1-茚酮、异辛酸、1-苯基-1-丙炔、紫苏醛),而雄蝶仅1种(β-石竹烯)。然而,一旦交配后,以上优势挥发物与交配时雌雄蝶特有挥发物均未检测到。推测2-甲基烯丙醇、反-2-辛烯醛和1-二十醇可能在美凤蝶种内识别过程中发挥作用,而1-茚酮、异辛酸、1-苯基-1-丙炔、紫苏醛和β-石竹烯则可能在求偶交配期间具有增强雌雄个体识别或相互吸引等作用。 相似文献

为了探索遮光处理对栀子开花特性及挥发性成分的影响规律,为观赏栀子的科学配植及挥发物的调控提供理论依据。该研究以大花栀子(Gardenia jasminoides var. grandiflora)和小叶栀子(Gardenia jasminoides var.radicans)为试材,经过5个不同遮光CK1(全光照对照,无遮阳)、CK2(疏林遮阳,杜仲树下,遮光率为80%)、T1(1层1针遮阳网,遮光率为60%)、T2(1层2针遮阳网,遮光率为70%)和T3(2层2针遮阳网,遮光率为90%)处理后,观测其开花特性(花期、开花时长、花量、开放率和花形态特征),并采集鲜花,利用SPME GC MS(固相微萃取 气相色谱/质谱联用)技术,对两种栀子花的挥发性成分及相对含量进行测定。结果表明:(1)适当的遮光可以使两种栀子花花期提前,但对开花时长没有明显影响,重度的遮光会使两种栀子花花期延迟,开花时长缩短;两种栀子花的CK1处理的花苞数和正常花数在5个处理中均最高,但CK1与T1的开放率没有明显差异,且均高于其他处理。(2)两种栀子花的花径/蕾长都随着遮光率的增加而减少,且花的开合程度随着遮光程度的增加而降低。(3)大花栀子共测出了4大类26种化合物,主要化合物有α 法呢烯、3 蒈烯、(E) Hex 3 enyl (E) 2 methylbut 2 enoate和乙酸芳樟酯;小叶栀子共测出4大类23种物质,主要化合物有3 蒈烯、惕各酸叶醇酯、苯酸甲酯和(3E,7E) 4,8,12 Trimeth yltrideca 1,3,7,11 tetraene。(4)两种栀子均在CK1处理下的香气成分种类最多,并随着遮光率的增加而减少,但其中萜烯类物质的相对含量随着遮光率的增加先增加后减少,酯类物质的相对含量随着遮光率的增加先减少后增加。研究认为,遮光对这两个不同品种的栀子植物的开花特性有一定的影响,且在他们挥发物成分和相对含量上的影响更为显著。在实际园林植物配置中,建议将观赏栀子种植在适度遮光的环境下,如落叶疏叶的乔木下,尽量避免种植在强光和重度遮光的环境中。 相似文献

为明确寄主植物挥发物在多异瓢虫Hippodamia variegata (Goeze)搜索猎物过程中的作用, 采用Y型嗅觉仪测定了多异瓢虫成虫对来自瓜蚜Aphis gossypii Glover、 健康植株、 有蚜植株及蚜害植株本身的挥发物的行为反应。结果表明: 高密度蚜虫(≥700头/L)、 有蚜植株以及密度≥400头/盆的蚜虫为害诱导的黄瓜挥发物和密度≥200头/盆的蚜虫为害诱导的搅瓜挥发物对多异瓢虫成虫具有明显的引诱作用, 而低密度蚜虫(≤500头/L)和健康植株挥发物没有引诱作用。应用动态顶空收集法提取健康植株、 有蚜植株及蚜害植株的挥发物, 进行气质联用仪分析鉴定。结果表明, 从黄瓜健康植株、 蚜害植株和有蚜植株中分别鉴定出8, 12和18种挥发物, 主要组分为十八烯、 E-5-二十碳烯、 正十六烷和正十七烷, 诱导出的新组分为对二甲苯、 邻二甲苯、 正十三烷、 α-法呢烯、 雪松醇、 正十八烷、 正二十六烷及7种未知种类; 从搅瓜健康植株、 蚜害植株和有蚜植株分别鉴定出11, 18和20种挥发物, 主要组分为石竹烯、 十八烯、 正十六烷和正十七烷, 诱导出的新组分为苯乙烷、 对二甲苯、 间二甲苯、 α-蒎烯、 正十四烷、 长叶烯、 α-石竹烯及2种未知种类。上述结果为进一步研究挥发物中引诱多异瓢虫的有效组分奠定了必要的基础。 相似文献

烟草挥发物对2近缘种夜蛾产卵行为的影响及其成分分析 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
寡食性烟夜蛾Helicoverpa assulta (Guenée)和广食性棉铃虫H.armigera (Hübner)是铃夜蛾属2近缘种,烟草是其共同寄主.室内实验测定了1个普通烟草品种和4个黄花烟草品种叶片挥发物对二者电生理和行为反应的影响.结果表明,烟夜蛾处女雌蛾和交配雌蛾对4个黄花烟草品种叶片挥发物的EAG反应均显著高于普通烟草,而棉铃虫对普通烟草叶片挥发物的反应显著高于黄花烟草;二者的行为反应与EAG测试结果相似,黄花烟草叶片挥发物对烟夜蛾有较强的引诱作用,棉铃虫对普通烟草叶片挥发物有较强趋性;两种夜蛾雄蛾对这些挥发物的EAG和行为反应均没有雌蛾强烈,性别差异显著;GC-MS分析表明,与K326相比,马合烟叶片挥发物中尼古丁的相对含量高(76.91%),绿叶气味种类多但芳香族化合物种类少,挥发物种类和含量的不同是否与两种夜蛾产卵趋性差异相关,有待进一步研究. 相似文献

多种田间C_3植物在晴天的光合效率常有明显的日变化,中午前后光合效率降低。C_3植物大豆叶片光合效率中午降低的主要原因,不是空气CO_2浓度和气孔导度及光呼吸的变化,而可能是光抑制。因为:1.在饱和CO_2中测定仍可观测到这种中午降低;2.光合作用的饱和光强远低于晴天中午的太阳光强;3.用纱布预遮阴可以提高叶片的光合效率;4.阴天时叶片光合效率不发生中午降低。 相似文献

在没有水分、温度和营养等环境胁迫的田间条件下,晴天C_4植物玉米叶片光合效率的日变化方式明显地不同于许多C_3植物,即中午光合效率不降低,而是略有提高。日间玉米叶片的光合效率大体上随着光量子通量密度的变化而变化。从上午8时至下午14时用纱布遮荫6h,叶片的光合效率下降。用强光预照光可以提高在温度、水分和CO_2浓度恒定条件下离体叶片的光合效率。另外,即使在全日光强下玉米叶片的净光合速率也不饱和。这些表明,晴天中午玉米叶片光合效率的提高依赖于强光。用强光预照光引起玉米叶片叶绿素荧光参数F_v/F_m的轻微下降,表明强光引起的光合效率提高不是由于光系统Ⅱ光化学效率的改善。 相似文献

为筛选适宜的苹毛丽金龟Proagopertha lucidula (Faldermann)引诱剂化学物质, 对已报道的金龟子科两性引诱剂单一组分进行了触角电位(EAG)和Y型嗅觉仪中的嗅觉反应测定。结果表明: 在10 μg刺激剂量下测试的11 种植物挥发物中, 只有顺-3-己烯-1-醇、香叶醇、茴香脑和丁香酚有明确的EAG反应值, 其他7种化合物具有弱反应值。剂量反应曲线表明, 具有明确的EAG活性的4种化合物激发的反应强度与化合物的剂量呈正相关。在Y型嗅觉仪中, 顺-3-己烯-1-醇、香叶醇、茴香脑和丁香酚4种化合物在1, 10, 100 μg剂量下的行为反应百分率都显著高于对照溶剂正己烷, 且雌雄之间无显著差异。该研究结果可为开发苹毛丽金龟田间引诱剂奠定基础。 相似文献

采用Tenax-TA吸附剂吸附法结合气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分析了法国冬青和光皮桦的健康株和云斑天牛危害株挥发性物质的日节律变化,并利用触角电位技术比较分析了云斑天牛未交配雌、雄虫对法国冬青和光皮桦挥发物的触角电位(EAG)反应.结果表明:法国冬青被取食后柠檬烯、壬醛、十六烷、丙烯酸丁酯和3-甲基丁酸的含量减少,光皮桦被取食后新己烷和十六烷的含量减少;而法国冬青和光皮桦被取食后新合成了异十二烯、辛醇、吲哚、癸醛、己醛和丙烯菊酯等物质.云斑天牛未交配雌、雄成虫对光皮桦被害株挥发物的EAG反应值最大,分别为1.23和1.38 mV;对法国冬青健康株挥发物的EAG反应值最小,分别为0.95和1.01 mV.不同时段,成虫对12:00—14:00挥发成分的EAG反应值最低,与成虫野外取食行为多发生在清晨和傍晚相一致. 相似文献

采用动态顶空采集法和热脱附-气质联用技术,对不同季节和一天内不同时间点樟树叶片释放的挥发性有机物(VOCs)成分含量及其变化规律进行了分析。结果表明:全年樟树叶片释放的VOCs共计78种,其中萜烯类(19种)和烷烃类(18种)化合物种类较多; 32种樟树叶片释放的挥发性成分相对含量在不同季节存在显著差异(P<0.05); 3月份释放的VOCs种类最为丰富,萜烯类化合物相对含量最高(43.49%),主要为1-石竹烯、D-柠檬烯和α-蒎烯,其他月份释放的VOCs则以烷烃类和醇类为主;春季,樟树叶片在绝大多数时间点释放VOCs以萜烯类化合物为主,且早上8:00释放的萜烯类化合物相对含量最大。综上结果认为,樟树是营造保健型生态园林的理想树种,其叶片释放的VOCs中富含多种对人体健康有益的萜烯类化合物,春季的早晨是进行森林康养活动的最佳时间。 相似文献

We showed the effect of aphid infesting on the volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emitted by the infested Artemisia annua and Chrysanthemum morifolium cultivar ‘Nan nong hong feng’ plants by using headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) method combined with gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC–MS). In olfactometer bioassay experiment, aphids showed a preference for the odour of both healthy and infested chrysanthemum, while we found an opposite result in A. annua. Aphids tend to healthy plants compared with the infested, and the phenomenon became obvious with time. Different extracts were tested with the healthy plants and aphid infested plants. Eucalyptol, β-caryophyllene, (E)-β-farnesene, and germacrene D were released as the major constituents in both species. After aphid infesting, we observed a great increase in artemisia ketone and (E)-β-farnesene and a decrease in germacrene D in A. annua; comparatively, eucalyptol, isoborneol and β-caryophyllene increased in chrysanthemum. Combined with the GC–MS data and olfactometer bioassay results we concluded that (E)-β-farnesene and artemisia ketone emitted from A. annua might act as a potential volatile compound to resist aphids, and the two compounds would be useful for future ecological control of aphid in chrysanthemum cultivation. 相似文献

Competition between mycelia of saprotrophic cord-forming basidiomycetes occurs both within dead woody resources and in the soil-litter interface, and involves a variety of antagonistic mechanisms including the production of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The antagonistic potential of VOC profiles from interactions in wood blocks and in soil microcosms was assessed using shared headspace experiments, and the profile of VOCs emitted over the course of interactions elucidated using solid phase microextraction (SPME) with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC–MS). Quantitative and qualitative changes in VOC production occurred in interactions compared to self-pairing controls, with different VOC profiles from fungi growing in wood blocks compared to soil trays. There were both stimulatory and inhibitory effects of VOCs on target mycelial extension rate, hyphal coverage and fractal dimension. VOC-mediated effects were greater in self-pairing controls compared to interactions, and differed depending on the substratum in which the VOC-producing fungi were growing. 相似文献

Abstract The proportion of time spent by South Island robins (Petroica australis australis) of different sex, age, and status giving full song, subsong, and downscales, on a monthly and diurnal basis, is described. Females never gave full song. Males did so throughout the year, but least while moulting. Since bachelors sang significantly more than paired males, song probably functioned largely to attract females. Breeding males sang most during the pre-laying stage. From January to April adult males sang significantly more than immature males, but from May to July the reverse was true. Robins sang mainly in the early morning. Robins generally spent less than 0.5% of time during any stage of the breeding cycle giving sub-song. Outside the breeding season, males spent significantly more time giving sub-song than females, and adult males sang more than immature males. Robins in all categories gave more sub-song during the moult than afterwards. The diurnal pattern of sub-song production was bimodal. About half the downscales were followed by no obvious action from the caller or response from other robins, nor were the calls preceded by an obvious event. About 25% of the downscales were associated with interactions between members of a pair; the remainder were associated with territorial defence. Downscales probably served to maintain contact between members of a pair and to advertise possession of territory. These calls were heard rarely in the breeding season, and most frequently in April. Males gave downscales more than females, but use of downscales by both sexes was evenly distributed through the day. 相似文献

DNA‐based protocols are the standard methods for the diagnosis of infected plant material. Nevertheless, these methods are time‐consuming and require trained personnel, with an efficacy depending on the sampling procedure. In comparison, recognition methods based on volatile compounds emissions are less precise, but allow a non‐destructive mass screening of bulk samples, and may be implemented to steer molecular diagnosis. In this study, the analysis of volatile compounds is used for the discrimination of fire blight (Erwinia amylovora) and blossom blight (Pseudomonas syringae pv. syringae) on apple propagation material. Possible marker compounds were identified by gas chromatography–mass spectroscopy (GC‐MS) and proton transfer reaction‐time of flight‐mass spectroscopy (PTR‐ToF‐MS). In addition, two commercial electronic noses were used for diagnosis. After a preliminary validation in vitro, a diagnostic protocol was successfully developed to scale up to real nursery conditions on cold stored, asymptomatic dormant plants. 相似文献

以桑树和谷子为研究材料,探讨了大田条件下,桑树-谷子间作对桑树和谷子的干物质生产、土地利用率和光合日变化的影响.结果表明:桑树-谷子间作条件下,间作桑树的株高、地茎、根长和枝条数分别比单作桑树增加了6.0%、13.7%、6.8%和14.8%,且间作桑树的产叶量比单作桑树增加了31.3%;间作谷子与单作比较,其株高和根长的变化不大.桑树-谷子间作增加了土地当量比,提高了土地利用率.单作、间作桑树和谷子叶片在12:00时均表现出明显的光合午休现象,且单作桑树的光合午休现象比间作桑树严重.桑树-谷子间作提高了中午时桑树叶片气孔导度和水分利用率,增加了桑树光合碳同化能力,抑制了桑树叶片实际光化学效率、电子传递速率和最大光化学效率的下降,从而减缓了桑树的“光合午休”现象.桑树-谷子间作能明显提高桑树叶片的光合生产能力. 相似文献

AbstractThe sources and process-specific emission of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from an automobile manufacturing plant in Beijing, China were explored and monitored to assess the health risk from VOCs to workers of the automobile manufacturing plant. Eleven VOCs were detected in the air samples collected from the 12 working posts of five workshops of the automobile manufacturing plant using a meteorological chromatographic analytical method. The health risks exposed to VOCs were assessed using the probabilistic risk-assessment method, and the sensitivity and uncertainty analysis were conducted using the Monte Carlo simulation method. The results showed that VOCs mainly originated from the use and volatilization of chemical raw materials. The total carcinogenic risks were large owing to the high concentrations of benzene and ethylbenzene in various processes, suggesting a definite risk. The total non-carcinogenic risk in the paint shop was the highest, and the topcoat post, mixing paint post and basecoat post contributed to more than 70% of the total risk of this workshop. Exposure duration and concentration of VOCs had a greater impact on the health risk. These research findings may provide scientific basis for policy toward improving the health status of workers in automobile manufacturing enterprise in China. 相似文献
