Oxygen transport from capillaries to exercising skeletal muscle is studied by use of a Krogh-type cylinder model. The goal is to predict oxygen consumption under conditions of high demand, on the basis of a consideration of transport processes occurring at the microvascular level. Effects of the decline in oxygen content of blood flowing along capillaries, intravascular resistance to oxygen diffusion, and myoglobin-facilitated diffusion are included. Parameter values are based on human skeletal muscle. The dependence of oxygen consumption on oxygen demand, perfusion, and capillary density are examined. When demand is moderate, the tissue is well oxygenated and consumption is slightly less than demand. When demand is high, capillary oxygen content declines rapidly with axial distance and radial oxygen transport is limited by diffusion resistance within the capillary and the tissue. Under these conditions, much of the tissue is hypoxic, consumption is substantially less than demand, and consumption is strongly dependent on capillary density. Predicted consumption rates are comparable with experimentally observed maximal rates of oxygen consumption.  相似文献

A theoretical two-dimensional model is used to investigate oxygen gradients in a red skeletal muscle fiber. The model describes the steady state, free and myoglobin-facilitated diffusion of oxygen into a respiring cylindrical muscle fiber cross section. The oxygen tension at the sarcolemma is assumed to vary along the sarcolemma as an approximation to the discrete capillary oxygen supply around the fiber. Maximal oxygen gradients are studied by considering parameters relevant to a maximally-respiring red muscle fiber. The model predicts that angular variations in the oxygen tension imposed at the sarcolemma due to the discrete capillary sources do not penetrate deeply into the fiber over a range of physiological values for myoglobin concentration, diffusion coefficients, number of surrounding capillaries, and oxygen tension level at the sarcolemma. Also, the oxygen tension in the core of the fiber is determined by the average oxygen tension at the sarcolemma. The drop in oxygen tension from fiber periphery to core, however, does depend significantly on the myoglobin concentration, the oxygen tension level at the sarcolemma, and the oxygen and myoglobin diffusivities. This dependence is summarized by calculating the minimum average sarcolemmal oxygen tension for maximal respiration without the development of an intracellular anoxic region. For a myoglobin-rich muscle fiber (0.5 mM myoglobin), the model predicts that maximal oxygen consumption can proceed with a relatively flat (less than 5 mm Hg) oxygen tension drop from fiber periphery to core over a large range for diffusion coefficients.  相似文献

It has been proposed by Saltin (J Exp Biol 115: 345-354, 1985) that oxygen delivery by blood is limiting for maximal work and oxygen consumption in humans during whole body exercise but not during single-muscle exercise. To test this prediction quantitatively, we developed a static (steady-state) computer model of oxygen transport to and within human skeletal muscle during single-muscle (quadriceps) exercise and whole body (cycling) exercise. The main system fluxes, namely cardiac output and oxygen consumption by muscle, are described as a function of the "primary" parameter: work rate. The model is broadly validated by comparison of computer simulations with various experimental data. In silico studies show that, when all other parameters and system properties are kept constant, an increase in the working muscle mass from 2.5 kg (single quadriceps) to 15 kg (two legs) causes, at some critical work intensity, a drop in oxygen concentration in muscle cells to (very near) zero, and therefore oxygen supply by blood limits maximal oxygen consumption and oxidative ATP production. Therefore, the maximal oxygen consumption per muscle mass is significantly higher during single-muscle exercise than during whole body exercise. The effect is brought about by a distribution of a limited amount of oxygen transported by blood in a greater working muscle mass during whole body exercise.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of capillary network anastomoses and tortuosity on oxygen transport in skeletal muscle, as well as the importance of muscle fibers in determining the arrangement of parallel capillaries. Countercurrent flow and random capillary blockage (e.g. by white blood cells) were also studied. A general computational model was constructed to simulate oxygen transport from a network of blood vessels within a rectangular volume of tissue. A geometric model of the capillary network structure, based on hexagonally packed muscle fibers, was constructed to produce networks of straight unbranched capillaries, capillaries with anastomoses, and capillaries with tortuosity, in order to examine the effects of these geometric properties. Quantities examined included the tissue oxygen tension and the capillary oxyhemoglobin saturation. The computational model included a two-phase simulation of blood flow. Appropriate parameters were chosen for working hamster cheek-pouch retractor muscle. Our calculations showed that the muscle-fiber geometry was important in reducing oxygen transport heterogeneity, as was countercurrent flow. Tortuosity was found to increase tissue oxygenation, especially when combined with anastomoses. In the absence of tortuosity, anastomoses had little effect on oxygen transport under normal conditions, but significantly improved transport when vessel blockages were present.  相似文献

Obesity is associated with lower skeletal muscle capillarization and lower insulin sensitivity. Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) is important for the maintenance of the skeletal muscle capillaries. To investigate whether VEGF and VEGF receptor [kinase insert domain-containing receptor (KDR) and Flt-1] expression are lower with obesity, vastus lateralis muscle biopsies were obtained from eight obese and eight lean young sedentary men before and 2 h after a 1-h submaximal aerobic exercise bout for the measurement of VEGF, KDR, Flt-1, and skeletal muscle fiber and capillary characteristics. There were no differences in VEGF or VEGF receptor mRNA at rest between lean and obese muscle. Exercise increased VEGF (10-fold), KDR (3-fold), and Flt-1 (5-fold) mRNA independent of group. There were no differences in VEGF, KDR, or Flt-1 protein between groups. Compared with lean skeletal muscle, the number of capillary contacts per fiber was the same, but lower capillary density (CD), greater muscle cross sectional area, and lower capillary-to-fiber area ratio were observed in both type I and II fibers in obese muscle. Multiple linear regression revealed that 49% of the variance in insulin sensitivity (homeostasis model assessment) could be explained by percentage of body fat (35%) and maximal oxygen uptake per kilogram of fat-free mass (14%). Linear regression revealed significant relationships between maximal oxygen uptake and both CD and capillary-to-fiber perimeter exchange. Although differences may exist in CD and capillary-to-fiber area ratio between lean and obese skeletal muscle, the present results provide evidence that VEGF and VEGF receptor expression are not different between lean and obese muscle.  相似文献

Muscle fiber type composition and capillary supply in rat diaphragm were investigated after 14 weeks of endurance training: body weight and muscle fiber area were significantly decreased, the muscle fiber type composition, capillary to fiber ratio and number of capillaries around each fiber type were unchanged, and the capillary density and number of capillaries around each fiber relative to fiber type areas were significantly increased. These small fiber areas and increased capillary supplies in the trained rats would facilitate oxygen transport to all parts of the muscle fiber during exercise. It is concluded that the changes observed in the trained rat diaphragm appear to enhance the capacity for oxidative metabolism.  相似文献

Inherent in the inflammatory response to sepsis is abnormal microvascular perfusion. Maldistribution of capillary red blood cell (RBC) flow in rat skeletal muscle has been characterized by increased 1) stopped-flow capillaries, 2) capillary oxygen extraction, and 3) ratio of fast-flow to normal-flow capillaries. On the basis of experimental data for functional capillary density (FCD), RBC velocity, and hemoglobin O2 saturation during sepsis, a mathematical model was used to calculate tissue O2 consumption (Vo2), tissue Po2 (Pt) profiles, and O2 delivery by fast-flow capillaries, which could not be measured experimentally. The model describes coupled capillary and tissue O2 transport using realistic blood and tissue biophysics and three-dimensional arrays of heterogeneously spaced capillaries and was solved numerically using a previously validated scheme. While total blood flow was maintained, capillary flow distribution was varied from 60/30/10% (normal/fast/stopped) in control to 33/33/33% (normal/fast/stopped) in average sepsis (AS) and 25/25/50% (normal/fast/stopped) in extreme sepsis (ES). Simulations found approximately two- and fourfold increases in tissue Vo2 in AS and ES, respectively. Average (minimum) Pt decreased from 43 (40) mmHg in control to 34 (27) and 26 (15) mmHg in AS and ES, respectively, and clustering fast-flow capillaries (increased flow heterogeneity) reduced minimum Pt to 14.5 mmHg. Thus, although fast capillaries prevented tissue dysoxia, they did not prevent increased hypoxia as the degree of microvascular injury increased. The model predicts that decreased FCD, increased fast flow, and increased Vo2 in sepsis expose skeletal muscle to significant regions of hypoxia, which could affect local cellular and organ function.  相似文献

Human endurance performance can be predicted from maximal oxygen consumption (Vo(2max)), lactate threshold, and exercise efficiency. These physiological parameters, however, are not wholly exclusive from one another, and their interplay is complex. Accordingly, we sought to identify more specific measurements explaining the range of performance among athletes. Out of 150 separate variables we identified 10 principal factors responsible for hematological, cardiovascular, respiratory, musculoskeletal, and neurological variation in 16 highly trained cyclists. These principal factors were then correlated with a 26-km time trial and test of maximal incremental power output. Average power output during the 26-km time trial was attributed to, in order of importance, oxidative phosphorylation capacity of the vastus lateralis muscle (P = 0.0005), steady-state submaximal blood lactate concentrations (P = 0.0017), and maximal leg oxygenation (sO(2LEG)) (P = 0.0295), accounting for 78% of the variation in time trial performance. Variability in maximal power output, on the other hand, was attributed to total body hemoglobin mass (Hb(mass); P = 0.0038), Vo(2max) (P = 0.0213), and sO(2LEG) (P = 0.0463). In conclusion, 1) skeletal muscle oxidative capacity is the primary predictor of time trial performance in highly trained cyclists; 2) the strongest predictor for maximal incremental power output is Hb(mass); and 3) overall exercise performance (time trial performance + maximal incremental power output) correlates most strongly to measures regarding the capability for oxygen transport, high Vo(2max) and Hb(mass), in addition to measures of oxygen utilization, maximal oxidative phosphorylation, and electron transport system capacities in the skeletal muscle.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between skeletal muscle fiber type composition and the maximum number of repetitions performed during submaximal resistance exercise. Twelve young men performed a maximum repetitions test at 85% of 1 repetition maximum (1RM) in the leg press, which was repeated after 1 week. Seven days after the second 85% 1RM test, they performed a maximum repetitions test at 70% of 1RM in the leg press. This test, at 70% 1RM, was repeated 7 days later. One week before the initiation of the testing sessions, a biopsy sample was obtained from the vastus lateralis muscle and analyzed for fiber type distribution, fiber cross-sectional area, and capillary density (capillaries x mm(2)). A low and nonsignificant relationship was found between the fiber type distribution or percent fiber type area and the number of repetitions performed at either 70% or 85% 1RM. Moreover, the number of repetitions performed at 70% or 85% of 1RM was not related significantly with 1RM strength. In contrast, the number of repetitions performed at 70% 1RM was significantly correlated with the number of capillaries per mm(2) of muscle cross-sectional area (r = 0.70; p = 0.01). These results suggest that fiber type composition is not the major biological variable regulating the number of repetitions performed in submaximal resistance exercise. Rather, it seems that submaximal strength performance depends on muscle capillary density, which is linked with the endurance capacity of the muscle tissue.  相似文献

Intramuscular triacylglyerols (IMTGs) represent a potentially important energy source for contracting human skeletal muscle. Although the majority of evidence from isotope tracer and (1)H-magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) studies demonstrate IMTG utilization during exercise, controversy regarding the importance of IMTG as a metabolic substrate persists. The controversy stems from studies that measure IMTG in skeletal muscle biopsy samples and report no significant net IMTG degradation during prolonged moderate-intensity (55-70% maximal O(2) consumption) exercise lasting 90-120 min. Although postexercise decrements in IMTG levels are often reported from direct muscle measurements, the marked between-biopsy variability (approximately 23%) that has been reported with this technique in untrained subjects is larger than the expected decrease in IMTG content, effectively precluding significant findings. In contrast, recent data obtained in endurance-trained subjects demonstrated reduced variability between duplicate biopsies (approximately 12%), and significant changes in IMTG were detected after 120 min of moderate-intensity exercise. Therefore, it is our contention that the muscle biopsy, isotope tracer, and (1)H-MRS techniques report significant and energetically important oxidation of free fatty acids derived from IMTGs during prolonged moderate exercise.  相似文献

A decrease in vascular density in peripheral skeletal muscle has been associated with exercise intolerance in humans with congestive heart failure (CHF). The purpose of this study was to determine whether CHF results in a reduction in vascular density in peripheral skeletal muscle. In this established model, CHF was induced by coronary artery ligation in New Zealand White rabbits and sham rabbits that underwent an identical surgical procedure without ligation of the coronary artery. At study termination, rabbits underwent hemodynamic testing and skeletal muscle analysis. The first series of rabbits was divided into sham (n = 6) and CHF (n = 6) 21 days postoperatively. Ten CHF rabbits were then examined 3 (n = 3), 7 (n = 3), and 14 days (n = 4) postoperatively. Vascular density in sham tibialis anterior muscle was 347 +/- 41 capillaries/mm2 or 1.20 +/- 0.11 capillaries/muscle fiber. In 21-day CHF rabbits, the capillary density was significantly lower, 236 +/- 14 capillaries/mm2 or 0.84 +/- 0.04 capillaries/muscle fiber (both P < 0.00001 vs. sham); PECAM protein was 2-fold lower (P < 0.0001) in muscle protein lysates; the fraction of apoptotic cells was greater, 3.8 +/- 2.2 vs. 0.69 +/- 0.56 (P < 0.02 vs. sham) with many TdT-mediated dUTP-biotin nick-end labeling-positive endothelial cells; and Bax protein was 2.8-fold greater (P < 0.0001). By regression analysis, vascular density tended to decrease over time (r2 = 0.572, P < 0.0001). Vascular rarefaction and endothelial apoptosis develop after experimental CHF and may contribute to the skeletal muscle abnormalities in this disease. Modulating vascular density may provide new approaches to treat exercise intolerance in CHF.  相似文献

The number of perfused capillaries in skeletal muscle varies with muscle activation. With increasing activation, muscle fibers are recruited as motor units consisting of widely dispersed fibers, whereas capillaries are recruited as groups called microvascular units (MVUs) that supply several adjacent fibers. In this study, a theoretical model was used to examine the consequences of this spatial mismatch between the functional units of muscle activation and capillary perfusion. Diffusive oxygen transport was simulated in cross sections of skeletal muscle, including several MVUs and fibers from several motor units. Four alternative hypothetical mechanisms controlling capillary perfusion were considered. First, all capillaries adjacent to active fibers are perfused. Second, all MVUs containing capillaries adjacent to active fibers are perfused. Third, each MVU is perfused whenever oxygen levels at its feed arteriole fall below a threshold value. Fourth, each MVU is perfused whenever the average oxygen level at its capillaries falls below a threshold value. For each mechanism, the dependence of the fraction of perfused capillaries on the level of muscle activation was predicted. Comparison of the results led to the following conclusions. Control of perfusion by MVUs increases the fraction of perfused capillaries relative to control by individual capillaries. Control by arteriolar oxygen sensing leads to poor control of tissue oxygenation at high levels of muscle activation. Control of MVU perfusion by capillary oxygen sensing permits adequate tissue oxygenation over the full range of activation without resulting in perfusion of all MVUs containing capillaries adjacent to active fibers.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to determine if skeletal muscle capillary density is lower in patients with peripheral artery disease (PAD) and if capillary density relates to functional limitations. PAD patients with intermittent claudication (IC) have a decreased exercise tolerance due to exercise-induced muscle ischemia. Despite the apparent role diminished arterial flow has in this population, the degree of walking pain and functional limitation is not entirely explained by altered hemodynamics of the affected limbs. We hypothesized that skeletal muscle capillary density is lower in PAD and is related to the functional impairment observed in this population. Sixty-four patients with PAD and 56 controls underwent cardiopulmonary exercise testing and a gastrocnemius muscle biopsy. A subset of these patients (48 PAD and 47 controls) underwent peak hyperemic flow testing via plethysmography. Capillary density in PAD patients was lower compared with controls (P < 0.001). After adjustment for several baseline demographic imbalances the model relating capillary density to peak oxygen consumption (Vo(2)) remained significant (P < 0.001). In PAD subjects, capillary density correlated with peak Vo(2), peak walking time (PWT), and claudication onset time (COT). Peak hyperemic blood flow related to peak Vo(2) in both PAD and control subjects. PAD is associated with lower capillary density, and capillary density is related to the functional impairment as defined by a reduced peak Vo(2), PWT, and COT. These findings suggest that alterations in microcirculation may contribute to functional impairment capacity in PAD.  相似文献

Previous studies of endurance exercise training in older men and women generally have found only minimal skeletal muscle adaptations to training. To evaluate the possibility that this may have been due to an inadequate training stimulus, we studied 23 healthy older (64 +/- 3 yr) men and women before and after they had trained by walking/jogging at 80% of maximal heart rate for 45 min/day 4 days/wk for 9-12 mo. This training program resulted in a 23% increase in maximal O2 consumption. Needle biopsy samples of the lateral gastrocnemius muscle were obtained before and after training and analyzed for selected histochemical and enzymatic characteristics. The percentage of type I muscle fibers did not change with training. The percentage of type IIb fibers, however, decreased from 19.1 +/- 9.1 to 15.1 +/- 8.1% (P less than 0.001), whereas the percentage of type IIa fibers increased from 22.1 +/- 7.7 to 29.6 +/- 9.1% (P less than 0.05). Training also induced increases in the cross-sectional area of both type I (12%; P less than 0.001) and type IIa fibers (10%; P less than 0.05). Capillary density increased from 257 +/- 43 capillaries/mm2 before training to 310 +/- 48 capillaries/mm2 after training (P less than 0.001) because of increases in the capillary-to-fiber ratio and in the number of capillaries in contact with each fiber. Lactate dehydrogenase activity decreased by 21% (P less than 0.001), whereas the activities of the mitochondrial enzymes succinate dehydrogenase, citrate synthase, and beta-hydroxyacyl-CoA dehydrogenase increased by 24-55% in response to training (P less than 0.001-0.05).(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献

Inhomogeneous perfusion of capillary beds can result in large-scale diffusion of oxygen between distant portions of an organ. The conceptual model of a single capillary supplying oxygen to a surrounding concentric cylinder of tissue is not applicable to a consideration of such processes. An entirely different approach to the modeling of oxygen transport to tissue, with specific reference to the capillary beds of skeletal muscle, is presented here. This approach is intended to replace the theoretical Krogh cylinder model of capillary-tissue oxygen transport with a much more realistic model that takes into account inhomogeneities of capillary density, blood flow velocity, and oxygen concentration inherent in the micro-vasculature. The oxygen distribution in inhomogeneously perfused skeletal muscle is analyzed mathematically by defining an averaged concentration profile that neglects the fine-scale variation from capillary to capillary.  相似文献

Oxygen transport from capillary networks in muscle at a high oxygen consumption rate was simulated using a computational model to assess the relative efficacies of sprouting and splitting modes of angiogenesis. Efficacy was characterized by the volumetric fraction of hypoxic tissue and overall heterogeneity of oxygen distribution at steady state. Oxygen transport was simulated for a three-dimensional vascular network using parameters for rat extensor digitorum longus (EDL) muscle when oxygen consumption by tissue reached 6, 12, and 18 times basal consumption. First, a control network was generated by using straight non-anastomosed capillaries to establish baseline capillarity. Two networks were then constructed simulating either abluminal lateral sprouting or intraluminal splitting angiogenesis such that capillary surface area was equal in both networks. The sprouting network was constructed by placing anastomosed capillaries between straight capillaries of the control network with a higher probability of placement near hypoxic tissue. The splitting network was constructed by splitting capillaries from the control network into two branches at randomly chosen branching points. Under conditions of moderate oxygen consumption (6 times basal), only minor differences in oxygen delivery resulted between the sprouting and splitting networks. At higher consumption levels (12 and 18 times basal), the splitting network had the lowest volume of hypoxic tissue of the three networks. However, when total blood flow in all three networks was made equal, the sprouting network had the lowest volume of hypoxic tissue. This study also shows that under the steady-state conditions the effect of myoglobin (Mb) on oxygen transport was small.  相似文献

Insulin resistance of skeletal muscle glucose transport is a key defect in the development of impaired glucose tolerance and Type 2 diabetes. It is well established that both an acute bout of exercise and chronic endurance exercise training can have beneficial effects on insulin action in insulin-resistant states. This review summarizes the present state of knowledge regarding these effects in the obese Zucker rat, a widely used rodent model of obesity-associated insulin resistance, and in insulin-resistant humans with impaired glucose tolerance or Type 2 diabetes. A single bout of prolonged aerobic exercise (30-60 min at approximately 60-70% of maximal oxygen consumption) can significantly lower plasma glucose levels, owing to normal contraction-induced stimulation of GLUT-4 glucose transporter translocation and glucose transport activity in insulin-resistant skeletal muscle. However, little is currently known about the effects of acute exercise on muscle insulin signaling in the postexercise state in insulin-resistant individuals. A well-established adaptive response to exercise training in conditions of insulin resistance is improved glucose tolerance and enhanced skeletal muscle insulin sensitivity of glucose transport. This training-induced enhancement of insulin action is associated with upregulation of specific components of the glucose transport system in insulin-resistant muscle and includes increased protein expression of GLUT-4 and insulin receptor substrate-1. It is clear that further investigations are needed to further elucidate the specific molecular mechanisms underlying the beneficial effects of acute exercise and exercise training on the glucose transport system in insulin-resistant mammalian skeletal muscle.  相似文献

Skeletal muscle can maintain ATP concentration constant during the transition from rest to exercise, whereas metabolic reaction rates may increase substantially. Among the key regulatory factors of skeletal muscle energy metabolism during exercise, the dynamics of cytosolic and mitochondrial NADH and NAD+ have not been characterized. To quantify these regulatory factors, we have developed a physiologically based computational model of skeletal muscle energy metabolism. This model integrates transport and reaction fluxes in distinct capillary, cytosolic, and mitochondrial domains and investigates the roles of mitochondrial NADH/NAD+ transport (shuttling) activity and muscle glycogen concentration (stores) during moderate intensity exercise (60% maximal O2 consumption). The underlying hypothesis is that the cytosolic redox state (NADH/NAD+) is much more sensitive to a metabolic disturbance in contracting skeletal muscle than the mitochondrial redox state. This hypothesis was tested by simulating the dynamic metabolic responses of skeletal muscle to exercise while altering the transport rate of reducing equivalents (NADH and NAD+) between cytosol and mitochondria and muscle glycogen stores. Simulations with optimal parameter estimates showed good agreement with the available experimental data from muscle biopsies in human subjects. Compared with these simulations, a 20% increase (or approximately 20% decrease) in mitochondrial NADH/NAD+ shuttling activity led to an approximately 70% decrease (or approximately 3-fold increase) in cytosolic redox state and an approximately 35% decrease (or approximately 25% increase) in muscle lactate level. Doubling (or halving) muscle glycogen concentration resulted in an approximately 50% increase (or approximately 35% decrease) in cytosolic redox state and an approximately 30% increase (or approximately 25% decrease) in muscle lactate concentration. In both cases, changes in mitochondrial redox state were minimal. In conclusion, the model simulations of exercise response are consistent with the hypothesis that mitochondrial NADH/NAD+ shuttling activity and muscle glycogen stores affect primarily the cytosolic redox state. Furthermore, muscle lactate production is regulated primarily by the cytosolic redox state.  相似文献

The skeletal muscle capillary supply is an important determinant of maximum exercise capacity, and it is well known that endurance exercise training increases the muscle capillary supply. The muscle capillary supply and exercise-induced angiogenesis are regulated in part by vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). VEGF is produced by skeletal muscle cells and can be secreted into the circulation. We investigated whether there are differences in circulating plasma VEGF between sedentary individuals (Sed) and well-trained endurance athletes (ET) at rest or in response to acute exercise. Eight ET men (maximal oxygen consumption: 63.8 +/- 2.3 ml x kg(-1) x min(-1); maximum power output: 409.4 +/- 13.3 W) and eight Sed men (maximal oxygen consumption: 36.3 +/- 2.1 ml x kg(-1) x min(-1); maximum power output: 234.4 +/- 13.3 W) exercised for 1 h at 50% of maximum power output. Antecubital vein plasma was collected at rest and at 0, 2, and 4 h postexercise. Plasma VEGF was measured by ELISA analysis. Acute exercise significantly increased VEGF at 0 and 2 h postexercise in ET subjects but did not increase VEGF at any time point in Sed individuals. There was no difference in VEGF between ET and Sed subjects at any time point. When individual peak postexercise VEGF was analyzed, exercise did increase VEGF independent of training status. In conclusion, exercise can increase plasma VEGF in both ET athletes and Sed men; however, there is considerable variation in the individual time of the peak VEGF response.  相似文献
